My husband and I have stayed here several time. Rooms are always clean, with a pleasant fresh scent aroma, available parking near the room, and close to our favorite venue. Friendly staff and great customer service. No problems with online reservations, check-in, or check-out. We plan to stay here many more time.

Convent and close to downtown Nothing complaints

Not what I expected for this type of hotel. The staff agent who booked us in said a rude comment and we didn't feel comfortable. Reviews for this place was false and not what it seemed.

Went to san antonio for a basketball tourney and found this gem. Great if ur on a budget and dont need all the extra amenities. Family owned and operated id definitely stay here again

This hotel is underrated. Very very nice, clean, and comfortable.

Property was very clean. Pictures don't do justice on how good this hotel is. My daughter and I stayed there and we slept very comfortable and felt safe. Staff was very courteous and assisted us with questions we had. I would highly recommend this hotel. I plan to continue to stay with them every time I travel to San Antonio. Only thing that we didn't like was the lighting in the room and the bath lavatory splashing water. But that didn't ruin our stay.

Close to the stadiums, can easily walk to the games and back. Eateries close by, gas station, and lots of shopping. Building is run down, old, but does the job.

Location was very accessible and centralized for Fiesta events. Uber friendly. Very clean and updated rooms. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Well lit property at night. The sink aerator had an odd water stream that would spray water on the counter when razor or toothbrush was put under it. Workers in the morning yelling across the property to one another.

Conveniently near all San Antonio attractions. This hotel has great customer service and staff were always ready to help with any and all amenities. Clean rooms and updated showers and handicapped equipped. Will definitely stay again!

Nicely updated and great value! The room was very clean, had more than I would expect from an affordable accommodation (large TV, table space, microwave, fridge, toiletries). I appreciated the environmentally-friendly toilet (an unexpected election on management's part) and the fact that the AC has a continuous fan option (nice for masking noises in an unfamiliar environment). Quick check-in and check-out! Would definitely stay again.

Clean rooms and nice front desk staff

Owners really wanted to please us. Area, however was a little bit scary, but everything turned out fine. We ate at a great pizza place just down the road.

Staff was great. Super friendly, even though we checked in late. Was a bit surprised with the additional $40 fee, but walking in the beautify remodeled room was worth it. Tiled floors throughout, fresh paint, new beds, small table and chairs, a mini fridge and a nice sized TV welcomed our travel weary bodies. The beds are great, and the AC is COLD. There’s some finishing touches that could be made: lamps on end tables and hooks or a towel bar in the bathroom would be good. Additional door locks would be nice as well. I would suggest posting quiet hours or replacing doors to block out noise. We had neighbors that decided they needed to extend the fun into late late hours. But all in all, it was a great stay for the price. I highly recommend!

I opted not to stay here. I was traveling with my granddaughter and the place and area was just a little too rough looking.

Not much The shower had a leak , power socket’s didn’t work in the bathroom creepy part of town sorry I didn’t do more research deciding where to stay

During check in the lady tried to make additional money because I had a double room but only one person. Outside of my room was a ton of trash and remodeling supplies. As for the room it was clean and updated. Very noisy with traffic and people outside late talking loud.

This hotel is truly a gem. My initial reservations stemmed from the exterior photos and online reviews of the surrounding area, but I'm so pleased we chose to stay here. The price was excellent for our stay, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, with fresh-smelling linens—a welcome change from some larger hotels that can sometimes have an unpleasant odor.

The good: location, comfortable mattress, reliable internet, big-sized TV with cable. The bad: no breakfast/coffee in the room or office, worn-out furniture in my room (loveseat is literally flaking), not enough water pressure in the sink, shower faucet spraying water. The room was decently clean, but once I opened up the microwave, there was leftover rice there. Summary: if you don't feel like spending a lot of money, go here. There are some pluses in this hotel. But if you want a nice romantic getaway, this place ain't it. The owners should add coffee, and fix up a few things, then the place would be great.

Short of seeing a roach, I would have called it a roach motel. I barely slept because the nearby traffic echoed loudly through the gaps in the door. I finally shut my eyes, but I slept with lights on, and I woke to the smell of cigarettes in my hair.

It was a nice stay at the hotel. The best was comfortable and we got complimentary soap and shampoos. Nice quiet and safe area to stay at.

Owner is ver attendant will help you out with anything you need right away Bar across the street with food truck open after 2 am There’s an awesome H‑E‑B near by with escalators and elevators Loved our stay will definitely be staying there again!!

Clean and modern!

The owners were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I was offered to do a walk through of the room at the time of check in. The room, beds, & bathroom were clean. Genuinely do seem to care about their guests and their experience. Highly recommended.

Overall building was okay. There were some footprints on the floor that were not mine so it made me question the cleanliness but everything else seemed to be okay. I did kept my socks on because of the footprints. There were some lighting changes made and seem to be incomplete as the electrical wires were exposed. They were towards the ceiling so I didn’t feel they were a danger but unsightly for sure. Room was affordable and there is a really cool Tejano bar across the street so I would consider coming back but may want to inspect the room before checking in and have them tidy up if it is not up to par. I paid for it already and there were no other rooms available so it is what it is.

Our stay here was a great experience. The rooms are amazingly clean and staff is very nice and welcoming, they go to an all out extreme to service any need. Facility is very well lit up at night and safe. Front desk came to our room to bring me flowers for my birthday. A great location walking distance, across the street from The New Beer Depot Club. A very nice place to dance and have a good time. Thank you so much to all the staff for making us feel very welcomed and safe!!!

Clean, just older and not in stellar condition. Relatively rough part of town. Parking lot was gated and had a shipping container in it for some reason. Interact with front desk staff through a window, likely due to security concerns in the area. No ironing board in room which was something I needed.

Went for a concert and this place ain’t too far from Alamodome maybe 10 min drive . Safe place and not too expensive like others in the area .
