This hotel is like our second home. Ryan is always attentive and kind. They treat us like family.

Our shower had a leak and was dripping water all night.

Was great for the price. Our mini fridge didn’t work but the staff was super nice about it and immediately offered to get us a working one!

The room was clean

Facility looked very clean and well maintained. Nice landscaping and decor. Good lighting at night in the parking lot and well lit hallways. Breakfast was meager, even for a Continental style. Adding some yogurt and boiled eggs would go a long way to filling out the offerings. Coffee & juice was terrible. That would be a significant area for improvement.

Walked into the room and it was extremely hot. Ac did take forever to cool the room but when it did it got cold.

I was just trying tonget a good price on a room after visiting with my doctor in San Antonio. Good price on the hotel.

The room was clean. I stay here often and sometimes the TV doesn't work in the room. Overall a good place for the price.

Parking was a breeze you can go in multiple doors for easy packing carThe staff was polite and accommodating.

I didnt like it smelled like aunt killer pretty strong when you walked in the front doors. The bathroom tub leaked and their was what I think nail polish on the bathroom ground. The mirror in the room wasnt clean along with the window. The top blanket had white looking stuff on one of the 2 beds. Definitely somewhere I wouldn't go back to. Not a clean feeling at all.

It is conveniently located by my daughter's home. The room we were given was spacious. At check-in, I believe Ryan was his name it was evening, was extremely kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was lacking. There wasn't much offered, but we still had a decent meal.

Tub faucet had a drip in one of the rooms and the other rooms tub was clogged. Otherwise happy and I'll keep staying there as been doing so for a few years now

However the floor of the room was pretty dirty. The entire carpet felt very gunky as if there was built up of oil or grease on the carpets. I had cleaned a spill from the floor in my room and it was completely dark gray. If you are traveling with a pet: I had called ahead to ask how much the pet fee was. I was told it was $25 over the phone. When I checked in, I was told it was increased to $30. I paid either way, but I wish the person who answered the phone told me accurate information.

Room (134) smelled like sweat and straight balls. Like bad, turned on the ac and it smelled like straight mold blowing at us. Had to go buy a can of air freshener to literally hose the room down to be able to breathe.

Staff is so great. I love as hospitalized while staying there and they acted like family.

The AC unit was crooked and I could easily see the outside through the vent and gap. It was extremely windy that night and very cold, but I couldn't use the heater because I had to cover the entire thing with a blanket to keep the wind from blowing in. In the morning, I was at breakfast an hour before closing, and half the stuff was out.

The smell. When you first walked inside it smelled clean but the room just smelled dirty.

The room was good. Just a normal room. There's no closest but it had a little area for hanging items and the iron and ironing board. Beds were good, normal bed. Breakfast was plain and simple, cereal and waffles but I'm not a Breakfast person. Didn't get to enjoy it but they have a cute little lighted up gazebo area with a bbq pit. Lobby area smelled very nice and clean but once we got to our floor it smelled a little different . No complimentary shampoo and conditioner.

This isn't a fancy hotel but it's a nice hotel and fairly priced. I like that it's within an easy walking distance to the HEB grocery store and Whataburger and an easy drive to several other

Great property! Breakfast was limited but that was fine!

The staff was very nice. The gentleman at the front desk noticed I had cut my arm and went and got me an alcohol pad and Band-Aids. He was very helpful. Also, the parking was good. Air conditioning was cool. The only problem I had was actually getting to the location. I passed it up. I went to the wrong hotel.

Left hotel at 6 am Sunday and by 8 am i had a rash on my chest/torso. Went to see Dr. Monday morning and as soon as he saw the rash, he said it was bed bugs. Had to do a full body treatment and a second one in a weeks' time. Hotel looked clean and staff was pleasant. Only thing was the bed bugs.

This was a wonderful hotel and a great deal when I booked it.

Check in was easy and the staff was very accomodating. You get what you pay for amenity and atmosphere wise. For the price point this stay was very good.

This hotel pumps a chemical smell through the entire AC system on the ground floor. It is to make the place smell good. It is SO STRONG. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are not affected as bad. The rooms have their own AC unit connected to the window, so once you turn it on and let that run for a while, it cycles the smell out of the room. It made my eyes burn. I have stayed there 2x now, I won't stay again. I believe even if they stop doing it, that smell will be etched into those walls. The last time I stayed there was over 6 months ago and the smell was the same yesterday. It was too intense for all 3 of us that stayed, so it wasn't just me being sensitive to smells. I travel a LOT and have not encountered this before. I have stayed in at least 50 hotels this year alone, nation-wide. My clothes in my suitcase still smell of this hotel....as did my hair the entire 2 hour drive home. :/

The first room we got was great, but the second one had a strong odor. The receptionist was helpful and changed it right away. The refrigerator in our room had a bad smell (we didn’t use it). Breakfast could be better if eggs were offered.

Overall the stay is rated good and not excellent because honestly I expected an actual breakfast, when the reservation said it included breakfast I imagine eggs and sausage/bacon but unfortunately it was not. The “breakfast” they included was waffles, cereal, toast and coffee. Other then that the stay was good!

When we checked in and went to the room, the front door was not closing. The room smells like cigarettes and the ro was so dark. The front desk person had to change our room as we are not able to lock the door. The room that we were transferred to was so dark and smells like cigarette again. The carpet was so dirty. Looks like ot hasnt been vacuumed. There were dog hair from previous people who used it. The shower bathtub has alot of hair on the drainage, which was causing the water not to drain properly. It was not what was on the description of the room. I will nkt recommend this place.

Room smelled bad as soon as I walked in. Sink and tub drain poorly. There was hair in the bathtub. Pillows were incostintly lumpy and uncomfortable.

Check in was a breeze and the bed was really comfortable.

The second room had a broken TV, which maintenance was right on top of changing for us. When the maintenance person tried to take the broken TV off it was suck to the top of the stand because of something that had been spilt and never cleaned up. The front of the refrigerator showed where something ran down it and was never wiped or cleaned. The desk had something all over it, when a housekeeper came, we were told it was nail polish/hardener, and they could not get it off. When we tried to use the hair dryer the next morning it was very noisy and then started smoking and smelled like it was burning. There was very little toilet paper on the roll and no extra roll, we had to ask for one. The tub faucet was broken away from the wall. All and all, it was not a horrible stay, we have had worse, but as someone who use to be hotel housekeeping supervisor, I have to say that the housekeeping department at this property does not seem to care about quality of their work.

Some employees are complete ruthless pricks, overall a good choice.

I say honest because my son left his phone in the room thinking we would return on our checkout day. Housekeeping had already turned the phone into the front desk and it was waiting on me before I even knew he had left it.

Would prefer better parking layout to park on same side of sloping lot as the building.

The front desk staff was wonderful! The only complaints I have are that the window was so dirty we could not see the beautiful fill moon, and housekeeping woke us up and entered our room without permission on the one day we could sleep in..and had the room for another night.

Our room had spider webs and baby crickets in it and my wife was not happy with that so I killed the bugs The tv and remote control was hard to figure out without any instructions The bathroom was semi clean but did have dead bugs in the tub So probably not staying there anymore

I was pleasing surprise with the hotel. I was not expecting the hotel to be that nice. Family friendly and the cleaness of the parking lot. I will definitely stay there again.

The appearance as driving into property was impressive and nice. Staff wasn’t the friendliest but they aren’t rude they just get the job done with no emotion. The rooms are hot when entering the room because they don’t run AC and could be cleaned a little better. I booked 2 rooms and in 1 room there was blood in pillow cases and stains on wall art and comforter, the other room had hair in drain that could be easily removed by pulling it out (ALL PROBLEMS CONCERNING ROOMS WERE ADDRESSED AND TAKEN CARE OF TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITIES). The breakfast consisted of waffles and 3 different cereal brands. I can honestly say that even with the problems I listed this place is not perfect but is tolerable and served its purpose of giving my family a place to sleep for a couple of hours.

The hotel room was extremely small. For two adults checking in, we had 3 small pillows on a king bed. There were two small towels that didn’t wrap around either of us and we are not large people. There’s no closet, instead there’s some ridiculous hanging rack basically inside the window. There were ants all over the inside of the window sill. The water was slimy. The bed had stains and hair on it. The bathroom sink had small hairs on it. The air conditioner was so loud and rattled the entire tiny room. Neither of us slept. It also smelled musty and gross like they were trying to cover stench. Another red flag is NO ONE else was there. The staff were all on their phones in the lobby. Not friendly. Just existing. I ended up leaving after one night and booking somewhere else for the remainder of my trip.

It was good and fairly priced. Only issue was the room smelled like cat. I got in late and needed sleep and the price was right. Great location 10min or less to airport

Thought the room’s AC was busted because the light behind “cool” was out so I had it on “fan” for the first 2 hours and was burning up. Can’t really pin that on them though, once I figured that out it was fine. My only complaint would be one of the neighboring rooms had either a small dog or a puppy with them that was yapping throughout the night, & which kept my dog up which kept me up because I had to calm her to keep her from barking and disturbing people. Because of that despite sleeping for around 8 hours it wasn’t the most relaxing sleep I’ve had; which is great when you have to drive almost 400 miles the next day. That’s not really the facilities fault though. But yeah, other the carpet in a few areas (which judging by the feel of it, it could’ve just been concentrated soap that didn’t get diluted and suctioned up during a cleaning) and noisy neighbors, the hotel great

A good stay for the price! The breakfast left a lot to be desired but the rooms were clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and the staff was very accommodating! This was a last minute booking and they were ready when we arrived.

You will definitely hear people next door or down the hall. Had to listen to a baby screaming while I was trying to study.

It was great! Only thing is, the cleaning staff didn’t clean out the fridge which is fine, there was an ice cream bar and a piece of cake lol..but overall it was a great stay

No one was at the desk when I needed to check in. Room was clean, but old. The shower handle was stuck, so I was unable to shower. The breakfast was pathetic.

I had no complaints. Just needed a bed and shower and back to work.

Noisy air-conditioner

Thier mobility shower was supposed to have a bench. Bench was not available. The room was okay they didnt have the ac on before we checked in so it was blazing hot in there.

Property well taken care of. While I didn't use (other than to swing for a bit), I loved the bbq pit area. Everyone I ran into seemed genuinely friendly. Lobby recently updated and smelled great. Rooms still slightly dated. Bedding clearly in need of help. I spilled water and used a bath towel to clean up and the dirt that came up with it from the carpet was unreal. My stay was otherwise pleasant. Definitely dog friendly. No problem with service animals... several dogs present the night I stayed.

I was very disappointed to be given the wrong address to the hotel that I booked. I was sent to San Antonio's downtown hotel that woman sent me to one on Roland street. Which was incorrect. Huge waste of time & gas

The hotel when you walk in smelled amazing and looked spotless clean, rooms were clean no issues at all! Breakfast was waffles and toast with fruit, coffee, and juice and cereal. Wish breakfast had a better options but besides that it is an amazing place and I will be back.!! oh and out front!!! They had a patio with barbecue pits that you can use and swings outside. It was great.

The property was good seems it was been renovated. Just when we arrived when we got to our room it smelled bad in the hallway throughout the night in the morning also had that weird smell. When we checked in the staff can be more friendly smile more or just to make guest more welcomed.

I liked everything and what I thought was unique was that the bathroom mirror had a light where you could turn on and off.

Let’s just say I’m thankful I had a place to stay a for the price. But my experience was horrible, cockroaches everywhere. Restroom didn’t close. Front door struggled to open a close, I did not feel safe in this area. An there’s was a horrible smell in the room.

Repeat stay, highly recommend. Save yourself the searching and just stay here.

We were a little leery of staying at a Super 8, I usually stay at 3 star or more hotels. I can tell you, I was pleasantly surprised! This has been recently updated, probably within the last year. The sheets were very comfortable, beds were too. They do a very nice job with the landscaping, everything is very clean and tidy. It is clear they are proud of their hotel. We stayed two nights in a row and left to go north. When we came back south for our final night we decided not to look for a new hotel and just stay here again because we knew what to expect. Here are the only cons: Breakfast was slim. I love the waffle, but some bread and cereal and a few pieces of fruit are the only other offerings. There was no milk left with 45 minutes left of breakfast and the desk clerk made it clear they were not going to get more. It was uncomfortable having to watch each guest get the cereal to realize there was no milk to go with it and then get mad after asking again and again. I think just a simple solution there would have been to get milk or make a sign apologizing that you were out would be helpful. Also, if you could offer splenda for the people that can't have sugar in their coffee, that would be good as well. Really small issues considering how great the hotel is for the price but simple fixes to make the hotel amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

We hadn’t planned on stayin in San Antonio so it was so last minute and we were a little skeptical but the price was within our budget. We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our stay. The comfort of bed and pillows was amazing. Slept so well. Will book again on our next trip.
