The staff was amazing and welcoming. I felt like king Ron.

They don’t allow pets and their check out time is 11am which means if you’re a tired traveler or moving from one state to another you really can’t rest up. If you decide to sleep in there’s an extra fee for it.

It was great very big rooms and everything was fine When Brandon Sanchez the Person I rented 2 nights with his own room stole from me. It was what ruined the trip not the hotel.

rooms were nice and clean upon arrival; pool was very nice for spending time with the family. Check in was fast and easy and front desk Romeo was friendly and helpful. also, the hotel was being constantly cleaned throughout the day and housekeeping were courteous. there were few choices of breakfast, but we still enjoyed the coffee and waffles. we hope we can have more breakfast options in the future, but overall, we are content with what was provided.

Not much... Had problems with the TV, the desk clerk had to come in to fix it...no coffee pot in the room, breakfast had no fruit, just bread, not having a complete bathroom, the lavatory was outside in the bedroom. I probably will not go back there.

I was told I had to pay to park. When we tried to check in at 150. It would be an extra 10 per hour early. The place was under repair, so there were smoking construction workers every. On every wall there were new rules. ( Ice can only be got on the 1st floor... no food allowed in the rooms. And most concerning, the made a photo copy of my ID and Credit card. When I asked about it I was told it was policy. If I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. We WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

We got there at 9:00 so not much to comment. We did have trouble getting on the WIFI in our room. My husband went down twice to the front desk but eventually were able to put in the password.

Romeo was manning the desk upon our arrival. We were VERY tired after driving 5-6 hours. He put us in a clean, quiet, comfortable room for the night and we were able to get awesome rest. Thank you Romeo. We will be back. Not applicable...

Room was ok despite left over trash in the bins and on the sink was a used car air freshener tells me they did not clean nor did they change the sheets as we seen Orange stains on the sheets I did read a sign on the mirror stating to save energy they wash sheets every three days which is absolutely disgusting to not change between stays

It was about worth the price. The one bed in my room was made but not cleaned, and there were some strange stains on it. The breakfast was included but was low on items, just cereal, muffins, and a waffle machine.

We loved this property. It was clean and convenient. The gym was perfect and the staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast was good! Tasted great and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The beds were very nice. We all slept well in them which is rare for me. Very clean room and facilities.

The room was clean enough, however it was a bit run down. It rained the last night of our stay & I woke up to a loud dripping noise. The window had a significant leak & the water was coming in at the top & dripping on the inside window sill. There were also long cracks in two of the floor tiles in the bathroom. When you stepped on the floor, the tiles would shift & make a cracking sound.

The check in was terrible as they couldn’t find one of the two rooms I had reserved. The front desk man was not friendly, I waited more than 30 minutes in the check in process. When I got to the room, there was two stains in the comforter, the toilet paper on the holder was empty. The continental breakfast not good as there was only cereal, waffles and some bread that they use from previous days. Check out the same unfriendly front desk man couldn’t provide me with a receipt since the printer was out of ink.

Parking was not a big deal. Arrived 10 PM. Room was standard room probably could’ve been cleaned better as there were hairs in the bathroom and residue on the nightstand. But for just needing a place to sleep the night it was not bad.

Very confusing. Had to go buy a pan, fork and knife so that i could cook the food that i had bought on my way to the hotel. Front desk agent at check in was very nice and as helpful as she could be given the situation. Checked out after one night, due to my plans changing last minute, but would have checked out early anyway. Also had issues with early check out as well. Still unclear if my refund has been processed at this point. Will not return to this location.

Terrible! The lady at the front desk had no knowledge of how to handle our requests. There was no phone in the room, no wash rags, you had to use a personal phone or go downstairs to ask for things. The pool was open but it was filthy!!! So dirty we couldn’t use it!! If you’re going to open a pool for use, clean it!! I have extra charges on my card and have to call to get it adjusted!! Not happy!!

It was extremely damp and wasn't in the best condition. The staff did help when I had an issue with being charged extra. But during my stay, the second to last day, my truck was broken in to. Of course it was not the staffs fault BUT they made no attempt to call me to inform me what had happened even after viewing the video footage and seeing what happened. Their reasoning for not calling me was that they didn't know my info which is a lie since they ask for it when you check in. Overall it was ok at best but definitely due to the burglary, it was less than that.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and everyday housekeeping cleaned the room, replaced the towels, etc. everyone was helpful and friendly. It’s in a good location, convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. As a woman alone I always felt safe even when going to the parking lot late at night (smoker). I didn’t have breakfast even though it is included because I had my own muffins and cereal. lol

The staff was always very helpful. The housekeepers were very on point whatever needed to be clean. They would do it right away no questions ask just a little old-fashioned with the room. Nothing you know modern or anything like that it’s just a place to to stay and coffee 24 hours. No big breakfast just like little pastries play of parking very safe every staying a week or a little bit more washer and dryer not accessible super close to the airport I think like 12-15 minutes tops.

The rooms are clean. There is no carpets, so if you have a neighbor upstairs, it will be extremely noisy. No sheer blinds for sun light. You either have complete blackout or you have to be visible to the outside. Breakfast is extremely basic: waffles, toast, mini muffins and coffee. No orange juice

The hotel would be better if it had better menu options such as more protein like boiled eggs and maybe fruit. Also, it was noisy because of the construction.

The gym was not good - I almost fell off the treadmill because it is not in good condition and lurches you forward randomly as you’re trying to walk. The second treadmill wasn’t much better. They should be replaced. The bike was in good shape.

We stayed in this hotel for a night and got it for an excellent price. However our room was pretty bad. There is a bad smell in the room and the bed linens were very dirty. Even the overall condition of this room is bad. Finally there was no hot water in this room since the shower handle was broken and had to take a cold water shower. If you are looking for a budget hotel then this is good but you will have to compromise on your stay!!!

There was mold in the bathtub in the first room they gave me and my daughter. Then in the 2nd room we thought we were mold free but found some a day later. They have a very limited breakfast bar. And my daughter walked in to someone yelling at the staff. I think it might have been the owner? Not sure. Very awkward.

We stayed here twice during a cross country road trip. It is conveniently located off of the bypass around San Antonio. The room was clean and comfy, check-in was quick and easy. No frills, but it was exactly what we wanted.

Was decently clean, room reeked of mildew, bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling. Close to downtown and Sea World. It’s clear the place is on a strict budget. Wasp nest on ac units near swimming area. Definitely get what you pay for :)

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Extremely affordable & super clean hotel. Very nice decor. You can tell the owner and staff care about the hotel's appearance and the guest experience. Luggage carts were available as well. I was a solo traveler and stayed 4 nights. Spent 3 days at the pool, it was great. This is located in a better area of town and I felt safe here.

Re-checked in with four adults, had only three towels to take showers. One roll of toilet paper and they had flying ants in our room. We had a switch rooms. It was horrible.

We stayed in room 225 and I have some pictures to share with potential new customers. Our bathroom was COVERED in BLACK MOLD. My wife has asthma and black mold is huge bio hazard. The owner needs to be held accountable for resolving this issue. I know they're going to just paint over it and call it good. You CANNOT do that! You need to rip out all the infected dry wall and replace it with cement board that cannot harbor black mold. It is clearly evident that the manager is only trying to gain profit and not maintaining the building or creating customer service experience. If you're going to run a business you need to set clear expectations of your employees and go through with a checklist to make sure they're completing it to your standards. We stayed here 4 nights and the pool is also growing bacteria all over the walls. It was never cleaned nor sifted of debris once. They put water into the waffle mix so that it makes hollow waffles. We only "ate" breakfast here once before we made other arrangements. Lastly the owner has signs everywhere throughout stating different machines are unopperational. Again, it cost money to run a business. Charge a few dollars more a night and run a functioning hotel. Customers beware if you value your health. If not, the bed is fine and the tvs work.

The moment I entered the room, I was overwhelmed by a strong sewer odor, and the sight of rust and layers of old, caked-on dust gave an immediate impression of neglect and discomfort.

The room had unusually strong smell of cleaner and was really warm upon entry. There was an odd windowshade pulled all the way down in the room and i knew this faced the pool. All evening i could hear the splashes and conversations as loud as if they took place in my room. Turns out, the window (missing a screen) was all the way open. TV was incapable of accessing any programming on any channel. Rust covered closet door track. Room door had to be forced open as it sticks. Floor was sticky. I was afraid to use bathroom to shower. I left and will not go back.

What I did not like was some part of my room was not clean. I found clothes that belonged to someone who stayed there before us. So this is to say the room was not very clean, or they did a poor job cleaning it, sadly. So to the hotel, I think they need to find people who know how to clean even as simple has the bedside table (because mine was filthy). Maybe they should go in after they clean, just like they went into my room to check it before I got my deposit back.

First of the room wasnt clean as it should have been, the bed and sheets had light stains where you can tell they attempted to wash it but the sheets were still stained! When paying for the room we were told that because we were using a debit card we had to pay an additional $60 that would go as a deposit plus the room fee which was not told to us when we booked the reservation, not is there any signs that state that. Because it was late in the evening I just went ahead and paid and was told once we checked out it would be refunded back to my card. Customer service was horrible. We left earlier than the check out time and i received my receipt via email and to find out I was charged because they said it was vomit on the mattress cover which was a huge lie and had to have been there before my stay. For one if the mattress cover was stained from the vomit then that would mean the sheets would have vomit but of course the sheets were fine and we never got any new sheets so how is the mattress cover stained but not the sheets because it’s all lies then we were charged for 2 dirty towels, at this point they are just making up lies to find a way to keep my $60 deposit. It’s crazy how the charges equal actually up to $60. I will never stay here again when in town visiting. Horrible hotel and horrible management!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! And also refused to honor the military discount!!

The staff was polite and helpful. Had a couple issues I had experienced. There was a weird hair on the top of the toilet reservoir and the entire hotel lobby and hallways were very warm. I offered for them to consider solar energy to save money and turn down the AC a notch!

When I arrived, there was no one at the counter. However the check in process was quick. The room was overall clean and comfortable. The elevator was broken. I don’t mind the stairs however, there was an older lady that couldn’t climb the stairs and instead of giving her a room on the 1st floor they gave her a room on 2nd level. She had to stay in her room while her family went out to eat without her. There was no consideration for the inconvenience.

I felt it was overall good for the price. It's similar to a Motel 6. My bed squeaked but was comfortable. My 3 biggest disappointments were no coffee maker in my room, no full control of TV so was frustrating trying to find something to watch. Remote was really old & didn't use all of TV functions like TV Guide. Towels really thin like a Motel 6. Staff was nice and I thought it was clean.

We needed a place to stay fast. Our trip to San Antonio TX got pushed up. The Days Inn by Wyndham Suites was perfect. The location, price and was very clean and well maintained.
