The room cooled off quite quickly. There was also a unique couch there. The staff was unfriendly.

Someone went through our luggage and stole a few things. It was more like a drug and sex house than a place to rest. And the information about the hotel was miss leading about location

They were super nice and switched me rooms because the first one smelt very strongly of smoke. Bed was comfy. Definitely not the cleanest and could use some maintenance but for $40 I didn’t expect much. Good for price!

Polite staff and very easy check in and out process.

Nothing in the room worked. The lamps next to the bed or the outlets worked. The shower had no curtain or door on it. The faucet for the shower was broken and hanging. Literally impossible to shower. The microwave also did not work. Roaches climbing out of places in bathroom. If it wasnt so late 10/10 would have went somewhere else.

Parking was safe......the smell of Marijuana was overwhelming ...we had headaches. Shower had black mold....so we couldn't shower. Room Phone was not working / hooked up. It was like a prop.

I did not like that the bathtub was dirty The property also needs more lighting.Honestly, I think the picture on the Expeida advertisement is outdated. The inside of the reception area did not look at all the same.

Staff was rude andi checked out sunday and still got charged for 3 days room smelled so bad i bought my own cleaning supplies and serviced my room.

Had to ask for clean sheets for one bed, no working ice machines or vending machine for drinks available, broken window on second night stay, fire alarm went off in middle of the night, people pounding on my door twice, just before and after 3:00 AM, initially no remote for the TV, absolutely no maid service the second day and lastly, only one large towel for two adult guests. This hotel was only $97 for two nights and now I know why. Krish, the evening manager really tried to be helpful, but I would think twice before staying here again.

The staff was excellent as was the room.

If you're not from the area you should know the motel is not worth the stay. In short the bathroom was disgusting to the point I refused to shower in it. I saw at least two roaches and the constant water running in the bathtub made these moldy stains around the drain. The sound of the water from the tub was loud and continuous so that was fun to get used to. The TV was a Roku TV (which wasn't the problem, I've actually seen this exact TV in several other nicer hotels. It was connected to the Internet but nothing worked except live TV. And you had to reconnect after every time you turned off the TV. There was old food left in the fridge which led me to believe they didn't clean the room at all. They were nice enough to offer to switch me time. But to make matters worse there were people outside the building all night talking loudly. This was every night. First they charge me 40 bucks of chicken early. Second thing is they kicked me out they said the steam from the shower set up the fire alarm and we asked me why I didn’t shower with the door closed to the bathroom. If you do don’t go to this motel

Staff was mostly hostile to deal with. Chair in room had broken leg and almost cause injury. Roaches in room. Heater was not working properly. Room was in disrepair. Deposit was charge to my account even after they sent a zero receipt the day after we left. Illegal. Promises breakfast but there was none at all. Told they would have granola and even through we were early there was not even that. The person on the phone hung up on me after being dificult and rude. Failed to shut up and listen. Cups were collapsing while trying to use.

Cig smell and hella bugs

I arrived at 6:30 PM and had to check in through a night window. The clerk was emotionless. Someone hung his clothing on a banister.

The room was really dirty

I like this hotel because they clean the room every day and also change the towels daily. The price is reasonable, and it’s close to a grocery store. It’s also next to a gas station with a 7-Eleven, which makes it very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The bed sheets were stained and there was hair on the bed. The couch had a huge stain on it. I woke up in the morning to find a roach on the bed and another one on the floor. So when I went to complain the guy at the desk said he couldn’t refund anything since I had already paid. I told him I didn’t realize it had cockaroaches and showed him the video. He said best he COULD HAVE done was give a 10-20% off before I booked but I booked online before hand. I would of never went there in the first place. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Terrible hotel and terrible customer service I’ve never had such a visibly dirty hotel room!!!

Well, this place is exactly what you’d expect for $50 night hotel on an interstate highway. The first time they put me in was really awful. The desk chair and the other chair in the room were broken and the bathtub was disgusting. See the photo below

Room was not really clean, there was mold in the bathroom and it smelled like urine

Room was not clean. We stopped down all surfaces and in every drawer. There was dirt on all. Stains on wall and baseboards. Wall behind bed covered in 6 months of dust and grime. We killed at least 10 cockroaches. Cracks in door along baseboards were obvious bug highwayd.

The motel was surprisingly quiet, which was nice. The front office people will probably try to negotiate a "cash deposit." Nothing is set in stone so just show you are willing to walk away, the deposit number will drop quickly.

We were initially given a room with used towels laying on the beds and counters. Beds were made but obviously used. We were given a new room but pillows had hair on them and bedding looked dirty. Breakfast was listed; however there was only coffee available.

A quiet and nice place.

Floor was filthy, room was roach infested. I went through half a can of roach spray in 3 days. I had to keep using disinfecting wipes through out the room. Tub was disgusting, major leak where the faucet never turned off. The office chair was good, but the lounge chair in the room had multiple stains on it. Blow dryer looked it would catch on fire if used. Microwave smelled burnt. Can’t even say if the bed was comfortable or not as I barely slept. Lobby was not open when I checked in, I had to use a side window. After spending one night I tried to cancel my reservation, but that was not possible.

Pictures don’t match reality. Room was extremely dirty. Walls not painted, not sure if it was molded or not but it looked like it might be. Definitely water damaged though. Wasn’t comfortable taking a shower due to the condition of the bathroom. We decided to leave after discovering 3 bugs in our beds.

Didn't feel welcomed and Clark seemed very short with me.

There was very limited breakfast offerings. A pancake machine was the only hot option and broken. I asked and the staff said it was to be fixed. The swimming pool has trash in it and the staff said the cleaning people were busy. We are day 3 and still not clean. I doubt there any chemicals in it either. Our room had different paint across the walls. My daughter said it looked like a cow. The best part was the water pressure. It’s fairly cheap and safe to me. Close to local attractions and restaurants. If you just want to sleep it would satisfy your needs if you want a cheap room with no amenities it’s for you. The beds are too soft to me as well.

If you want an "experience", this is not the place. This is a quiet place to stay, rest, has all that you might need, and it is close to the highway. I think that the cleaning personnel might need training, and the place would benefit from a deep cleaning every now and then. To be fair I paid for the cheapest room. Everything in there was working. However, there is no coffee machine and the bed spread had a hole on it. The hotel's breakfast is just granola, coffee and juice. Coffee, juice and granola are good, and you can sit to drink your coffee in the clean and quiet breakfast area. The check in and check out was very easy. The lobby was clean and nice, and the lobby attendant was very polite and kind. I felt safe. About the homeless people comments that I've read, well: there are a handful of homeless persons outside the property sometimes, just there hanging. I din't identify any danger or threats. Just cross the parking lot and go to the QT to have an amazing grilled cheese.

There are roaches clean, mediocre at best

The sleeping area was good nothing wrong there. No roaches or bugs in site. My only problem was that the restroom was super dirty and so was the tub. The towels had black markings on them so I’m not sure if it was just a stain or if the towel was actually dirty, I didn’t use it. Other than that if you don’t mind any of those things and your just there to sleep this is the place to be.

When we asked about a veteran or senior discount he rudely told us that they don’t do that. We had originally reserved for 2 nights but were greatly disappointed in the hotel so asked to cancel the second night and he would not even discuss it just said he wouldn’t do that

If I can give negative stars, I might. Roaches were found in the fridge, microwave, floor and restroom. Mold was found in the restroom. Room was filled with dust. Dust was found on headboard, table and air conditioner. A/C filters were dirty. Bathtub was dirty with broken overfill cover, which caused some smell when showering. Area was shady, with unsafe feeling. No real breakfast was served, but only cereal bars and coffee. $100 a night!!! I would recommend: do NOT to stay at this place.

Peaceful, no issues

This place was disgusting! It was very dirty! Roaches!! And it smelled soooo bad that we didn’t even cover ourselves with the blankets. We hardly slept due to the smell and the unsettling feeling of the roaches around everywhere. Front desk didn’t really understand English. This place used to be nice a few years back but looks like different management has taken over and it is gross and disgusting. Never again will I ever stay there and no one else should either.

Low price option but don’t expect more than its value. The upside was a clean bed, towels, and new-ish bedspread. The downside is mold, doors with spaces under them to the outside, palmetto bugs/roaches, dirty exterior environment, and “breakfast” of coffee, juice, and granola bars.

Roaches, no one came for housekeeping so I had to go to the front desk for clean towels and trash bags, the area it’s in isn’t the greatest, and the floors weren’t clean.

The room was not clean, the toilet was running and leaving puddles in the floor. Roaches. No pool. No restaurant. No breakfast (even though it stares free breakfast included) they moved me to a different room which was moderately better, but for a Wyndham property it was HORRIBLE!

At night the property wasn’t well lit, it was dark and dreary and didn’t feel safe On the first level stair case was people clothing hanging on the railing like people live there as permanent residents

Disgusting, just dont book it. We had roaches in our room which was bad enough but i get that you sometimes get them. What really did it was waking up in the morning covered in bites and itching like mad. Left immediately getting a refund for the remainder of our planned stay, but no apology after telling them how disgusing it was and that i was covered in bites and no compensation. Lost the last full day of our holiday because of this

Terrible experience. The guests next door were drinking, getting stupid, and blasting music on the sidewalk from 7pm till midnight. I felt like I was at a night club, instead of in my hotel room trying to get sleep. Not a family or comfortable environment at all.

Not well maintained

Even for economy pricing, this was bad. The area was sketchy and I was constantly concerned about my vehicle. The entire place appeared to have poor maintenance and upkeep. The linens all looked soiled even if they had been laundered.

On a site they offer a breakfast, but in reality they gave cereal, juice and poor quality coffee.

At first the room seemed a little run down, but not too terrible. At first glance the worst thing about it was the tub, which was pretty gross. Then I noticed how dirty the rest of the room was. Once we found roaches, we left and didn’t stay the second night and cancelled our return stay. When I asked at the front desk to cancel our stay and told him about the roaches, he told me “you can cancel it on your end.” No apologies, no we will take care of it, nothing. They refused to refund us. This place is filthy, roach infested, and they absolutely know it and don’t care. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The first room had roaches which was down stairs. We notified them and they did get us to a top floor room. There were none in there. But I had to clean the tub. I’m finding that every motel I stay at they don’t clean anymore.

I asked for new towels and was only given two and one was stained also.

The managers stood outside while we were packing things up, giving us no privacy. We were rushing because we were unaware of the check out time, but they did not care we were trying to leave as fast as we could they just stood and watched. Very rude…

We stayed here 3 nights and every night we came back to the hotel the key was deactivated. Very frustrating especially on the night that it was raining hard and it was cold outside

The area surrounding the motel wasn’t great but we had no issues and the parking lot was well lit and there was a perimeter fence. We were looking for a reasonably priced and clean room for one night, and this fit the profile well. We would stay here again.

The staff was very willing to be helpful. When we requested a first floor room they were honest with us that the only room was not up to standards due to a tub crack. We appreciated the honesty and accepted the room. Everything else was perfectly fine like he stated. The room was clean and well maintained.

Service was awful, room service never came to the room. Highway noise was unbearable and I was denied request to switch rooms. Bugs found in the room as well. Furniture was in poor condition and to top it off, toilet was running the entire night.

Staff did not even know i was staying for 3 days, they came and told me i had to checkout, staff was very rude about it, then the said they did not know from the office i was staying for 3 days, they said sorry, first room they gave me was horrible bathutub drain was glogged there was stained sheets. Holes in the bathroom bathtub surround, room smelled funny, they mived me to another and while power washing the outside a huge amout of water went into. My room my clothes got wet, and felt unsafe because the water was reaching the back of the tv area where there was wires. I asked if i could get a refund and leave and not stay the 3rd night. Really disappointed per Wyndham trade name, expected clean. Motel was really run down. Bathroom door needed painted, bed cover had several holes. Hair dryer did not work, but service good when I had to go the front to replace it.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told verbally that there’s no smoking in the room which I do not smoke at all but when I got to the room it smelled like marijuana inside of the room so I called to let the front desk guy know and his response was let me come see. He came in the room and began to spray the whole can of glade air freshener without even checking to see if I had any respiratory problems. She had an extreme attitude and the next room that he put me in did not even have cups and I asked him if he could bring some cups because that was supposed to come with the room because there was a call for Mika. He told me that it’s not his job .

It’s nice and clean

Room was absolutely filthy. Bathroom floor had dried urine on it. We called front desk and were told that they didn’t have staff to clean the rooms. We couldn’t wait to leave.

Cover sheets were dirty, bath tub was very old and moldy, also the vents were full of dust. We won’t be staying here again.

The blanks were dirty i stripped the bed down to the liner showing my stains.

My experience in this hotel for being my first time in this city was absolutely horrible. There was dust every where. White stains on the sheets, hairs under the covers, no towels , tv stands and lamp stands full of dust, along with coffee pot , and blow dryer. Our room was not equipped with at least the basics promise. I originally had chosen this place because of its reviews, but I was definitely mega wrong ! Never again will I stay in this hotel. Costumer service was horrible. When we got there after midnight - they had us waiting in the cold - forever to check us in, word of advice don’t trust all of the reviews. Here was my most sincere review!

Everything worked and appeared to be clean, but the white baseboards, trim, and shower door were all filthy dirty brown because the place needs a renovation or at least a repaint. Looking at these discolored areas made me cringe every time.

This hotel was so filthy. Trash was everywhere and my room smelled like marijuana so I asked to switch rooms. My next room had a dead roach on the bed so I left and didn’t get my money back. It was disgusting.

The property outside the hotel is not well maintained. It leaves one a bit uncomfortable pulling into such a seedy-looking place. The comforters on the beds were dirty, with burn holes in them. On one hand, you get what you pay for. On the other hand, you're left wondering whether you are even getting what you paid for.

Old property, rooms supposed to be non smoking and found a pack of cigarettes on top of the drawer, with a note in the door of a $500 fine if you were found smoking in the room🤔. The continental breakfast, it was to laugh at, only coffe. No ice machine with ,106 f temperature, would not stay there ever.

TERRIBLE

Wanted to save the money since we were only crashing for one night, but spend the extra $20 and go up the road. Next to a gas station that is not the safest. Wouldn’t spend more then one night here if it was a last resort. Late person who checked us in was nice but it took 20 minutes when I already paid online.

Dirty bedsheets, dirty toilet, inhumanely dirty carpets, soiled sheets, fungus ridden A/C, fungus ridden Coffee Maker, fecal spots on bath tubs, adventurous environment around the hotel, our mistake to book under hundred $ hotel I guess in these times, but nothing excuses this terrible hotel.

Everyone was nice, but this joint was sketchy. They make a copy of your ID. The staff tried to be accommodating. HOTELS.COM was UNSUCCESSFUL in negotiating a refund. The rooms in dire need of major cleaning and upgrading. The window unit never did get the small room cold (while wasting time trying to talk to Hotels.com). There tiny bed was unkempt and maybe as long as a twin-sized bed. The office chair looked more like a cat scratching post on wheels than a place to sit. Words cannot adaquitley discribe the bathroom or the (lack of) 1-ply toilet paper. Thank you, but never again.

The property vs the photos they have on the Expedia app are noght and day. This place was old, dirty, and not well kept. Staff seemed more interested in his movie than the gueats.

The property was right by highway. However there was a man asking my husband for money outside our room and then the next morning he was sleeping outside on stairs. The bathtub was so dirty I would not take a shower in it at all. Just not clean.
