Price and close to Alamo area. Breakfast was fresh waffle good The room had a smell and lots of long black hair in sink and on towels. Asked for roll of toilet paper told him my room number it never came.

I felt welcomed

Everything! Needed a last minute place to stay, we reserved a room at 23:00 at there was no issue, we checked in briefly before midnight. Parking was included. Room was nice and large and the Texas-shaped waffles from breakfast buffet were amazing! The manager was very nice and came during breakfast to say that they will keep it open as long as the guests need (rather than close at 9am as scheduled), which I find amazing kind. Also the corn man next to this place was a nice food option for the late evening. There was no remote controller in our room.

I liked everything! From the three hotels I booked to spend the night to rest for our trip this one was the best one. I liked that it had free breakfast we just didn't get to eat cause we slept in from how tired we were. What I didn't like was the sofa bed when it was opened it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned like stuffed so we sprayed febreeze and it didn't have covers.

Good place to stay for a good weekend

So everything was great the price,location,amenities however the first thing I see when I walk in is a cockroach walking on the bed. So disgusting. Then in the middle of the night another one crawling on me. So for that I rate them poorly.

Room was clean not all the outlets worked well so it was hard to charge my stuff. Has access to food being delivered. Very pet friendly

Only issue was the bed sheets/pillows have old stains and tears. The bed is the most important thing they just need to get new sheets all together. The room was clean everything else looked decent staff was nice and straightforward. I didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. Id recommend bringing your own pillow/blanket

The room reeked of cigarettes and, to make matters worse, there was no breakfast.

We didn't have breakfast on the property. which is why we didn't rate it. However, we did get an upgrade on our room for no extra charge! Sweet! When there was a problem with the toilet, it was taken care of promptly. When we needed clean towels, we got them immediately. Tina and Israel were so nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We will definitely remember this motel next time we're in San Antonio.

At first it was going well, but when I was leaving I was fined for having a pet, and the staff didn’t tell me that there was a fine for having a service dog with me.

There was a strong urine smell in the room that was very annoying. Wasn’t the cleanest either.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful, you can tell they care about the customer. Very professional too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My only two suggestions are a bigger variety at breakfast and tables on both sides of the bed for guests with CPAP. Will 100 percent return.

Everything was pretty clean including the pool and the room of course breakfast was okay better than nothing very filling and that's all that mattered they have waffles bananas cereal coffee juice and milk very simple and playing but can't complain it's better than nothing and it was good. Everyone in the staff seem very friendly and nice My one complaint overall honestly would be that I asked for a late checkout the day before and the day of they told me to call at 9:00 in the morning to ask again and they told me no and with being a Wyndham's reward member it's clearly states that I get a minimum of a 1 hour checkout all the way up to a 2:00 checkout they couldn't even grant me up to 30 minutes let alone an hour I went to a show the night before and got back late I made sure that my room was in good condition and not a pigsty when I left I can get it's Friday I can get that y'all have people coming but the parking lot on both sides is absolutely dead there was no one in the lobby waiting for a room The lady at the front made it seem like there's lines out the door and people are just waiting to get into my room which was not the case I get it check out to 11:00 but any hotel you go to or at least 99% of them will give you an hour late check out that's standard especially with being a Wyndham's reward member. I just thought it was completely unnecessary and overkill and quite disrespectful to be honest. But other than that area seems safe and enjoyed my stay 👍

Staff was very friendly. We weren’t looking for a 5 star hotel room wanted an affordable stay. Room was clean but not fancy. It met our expectations. The stay included a breakfast bar with waffles and other items.

Well, it is not walking distance to the riverwalk, so if you're searching for it go somewhere else. However, if you have a car, it's a good location! Our toilet cover was disgustingly old, the ironing board cover was also disgusting lol but otherwise for the price I feel it's fair!

The property is good. The rooms are in good condition. The bed is comfortable with plenty of pillows. The table areas for computer work is great. The staff lady during the day os friendly and her dog adds a home feel to the property.

The owners are amazing, pool was nice and cold, beds were comfy, everything worked. Centrally located. Good breakfast. I will go back.

The booking said that this location 9-10 minutes from the Lackland Air Force Base. I check in and got settle and found out it's actually 20 minutes away. Don't stay here if you're looking for somewhere close to the base unless you're willing constantly put gas in your car. I asked for a full refund before I even stayed a night here, but the office kept putting it off even when I pointed out their false advertisement. I gave clerks my contact information to give to the manager, who never got in contact with me but only responded back to the booking site. I was given no choice but to stay here as they kept my money but was telling me to check out if I wanted to move somewhere closer to base.

Others said the breakfast was excellent but it was average. Nothing fancy but waffles and cereal. It was still good for the price. Would stay again.

They treat me like family I travel frequently for work my wife is responsible for booking my rooms I'm a very PICKY person every time I stay in San Antonio I stay here it's clean it's up to date the owners awesome she's just as picky an I mean just as picky so if it's not up to par for her it's not

Overall a good place.

So, a Super 8 at a lonely highway intersection is not going to be a five-star property. The rooms were clean, had faux-hardwood floors, lights and places to plug in your devices. I felt nothing but safe being there. Very quiet nook right on the highway. Not much in walking distance. It’s about a ten minute ride into downtown. If you are hoping to save some money and are willing to sacrifice some luxury for value, don’t pass this place up. The hosts take pride in their city and in their property and will try hard to accommodate whatever weird whim you might have!

TINA!!!! She is the best front desk EVER!! She made everything fast, easy and great. The place itself is safe,nice and very clean.Our room was very nice and big. The bed was so comfortable and restrooms very clean. If anything, go visit Tina, she will for sur put a smile on your face. So, come down to San Antonio and go see my girl Tina and enjoy your stay at one of the best places in the San Antonio area.

As far as motels go this one is better than most but all of the outlets in my room were loose and I couldn’t charge my phone the toilet and shower were not cleaned properly there was hair from the previous person and our sheets weren’t changed the whole time we were there. Besides that it wasn’t bad for a motel but overpriced forsure.

The hotel is close to an interstate, so it’s got some noise. Not too bad. Rooms were clean, bed was nice. Would stay here again if in the area.

Too much noise inside the room stayed downstairs and it was noisy until like 2:00am..this property is not downtown River walk..

Roaches at the first floor, cigarette smell in my room and my bed, mosquitoes over me at bed.

The property area was clean. The swimming pool was very clean and well kept all around the area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed and felt like i was home. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and professional and made sure we were good with everything. Good stay overall.

My 1st room the beds were dirty and stained and the room smelt like stale cigarettes. The 2nd room had disposal aluminum pan under the A/C to catch the water. My 3rd room I was shown was dusty and dirty. I kept having to plunge the toilet every few flushes. The towels I received were stained. My grandson walked on the floor without shoes and his feet were so dirty. The hotel was very dirty and I did not feel safe there due to the clienteles that were showing up. Horrible place to stay.

The place was not bad. Room was nice. Area seemed quiet. Had a nice breakfast set up. I had an issue with items missing and it was not resolved by office. In fact they left me waiting for the cleaning person to deal with it myself.

Overall, it's okay. In my opinion, it was a little underwhelming in cleanliness. Granted, it's a Super 8, however, the towels and pillow sheets had weird stains on them. With all that being said, it wasn't horrible and for the price I think it was reasonable.

Yo the place is your basic two star motel, so you know what you’ll get. However, dude, my bed didn’t have a fitted sheet so I slept raw dogging the mattress. The manager or owner was pretty rude in the morning

Great staff, accommodating, very clean. Breakfast is light, nothing hot except instant outmeal. This seems to be the norm unfortunately since the "c" word in the hotel,motel business. That being said staff kept what they offered stocked, and area clean.

They don't have bilingual front desk personal and they are really rude and unfriendly.

Very loud between rooms. Beds are ok for 1-2 nights but uncomfortable after that. Friendly staff. Large clean rooms.

This Super 8 was great. The staff here was friendly and accommodating. We were close to Downtown area which was great for the activities that we were planning. The room was nice and clean.

The room was clean and well decorated throughout. It appears to have been recently refurbished. Room has everything you need - microwave, fridge, TV and hot water. The knob on the microwave was broken but we still got it to work. No coffee except on the first night.

The service was excellent price was good. No fancies just a place to lay your head

The only negative was there was lots of noise (stomping on the floor) in the room above us every night until about 11 p.m.

Good service from staff. Room was ok but it was a little dirty. It needed a little maintenance also nothing major but little things like shower head was loose, floor by the sink into the bath was sinking.

Breakfast is a joke. There was nothing left of the bread and mini cinnamon rolls so I asked if she could put out more and she said no that was all they had. The place was dated and there was something stuck on the bed spread
