Part of the facility appears to be newly renevated, perhaps new, the other area, and lobby, could stand improvement...,but the staff are great and are doing their best to grow the property and their reputation That being said, ..when booking, i strongly DO reccommend accepting the upgrade(s) they suggest. Doing so will probably put you in the new area , where you should find extremely clean comfortable beds, fridge, microwave, spacious shower, desk, and infasruture to support your stay. I also reccommend NOT walking here iafter 9pm.(Bus was ok)

Overall, it was good for a brief overnight stay. Oh we were there for a spurs win too, so, the roads were full of horns and we didn't hear them in our room. We would stay again for a short trip.
- 3/5
there is no buffer style breakfast and there was no staff, just a guy behind bullet proof glass. He had to be called on the phone to come and assist us when we arrived.

This is hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I just moved my family from Florida to San Antonio, and our 6-day stay with my 4 children was an absolute nightmare. Housekeeping only came once (while I was at work). The bathroom was never cleaned, the floors were never swept, and the shower curtain was filthy. We were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 days, and the shampoo was never refilled. I had to buy my own toilet paper and cleaning supplies, walk to the front office just to exchange towels, and drive my own trash to the dumpster every day. To make matters worse, the shower water leaves a slimy residue on your skin, the Wi-Fi is terribly slow and constantly cuts off, and there is a large graveyard less than 2 minutes right next to the hotel. The worst part was check-out day. Despite knowing I have 4 children to pack up, reception kept aggressively knocking on the door to force us out early. This caused complete chaos—I actually had to leave my new job for 2 hours to rush back and pick up my kids, scramble to Walmart to get the money order for our new apartment, and then race back to work to finish my shift. The lack of service and empathy for a transitioning family is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!

Nothing When I originally booked this place many months before travel I mistakenly booked for two nights instead of one. I immediately contacted 'Booking' to request a change, nothing was heard from the Booking or the hotel. Upon arrival the clerk said he would check with the manager regarding refunding the extra day and was assured there would be no problem. I was also informed breakfast would be provided contrary to the advice sheet at 6.30. The next morning we were leaving early and I had to rouse the 'manager' who said no breakfast is provided and that the clerk had not spoken to him about a refund and they would contact me because he was not authorized to make the decision. Nearly two months have gone by and I have not received any refund. Additionally, on our way back from the city our Uber driver (African American) wondered why we were staying in this particular area of San Antonio. I forgot about the parking, plenty of space and yet there was a charge for parking. three minute drive from the river walk but non existent parking or very expensive. Not recommended

Front desk staff was a super friendly gentleman quick to help, respectful and in a good mood. The only downside was I booked a non-smoking room and the room sign said no smoking but as soon as we walked in the room it smelled so much of cigarette smoke but there was nothing could be done except some air purifier in the room that was dirty and smelly itself. Few roaches in room. Overall not that bad for a cheap price

The rooms and the hotel itself was not bad the room was good the ac worked the shower had a little mold and I did find women's underwear under the top of the bed. But management they were the worst people I have come across yet. Rick first off checking in you don't even see him he talks thru a ring camera really professional, second he picks the price nothing is set. The first two days I paid $310 then I decided to stay a full week that price was $350 I had to stay again 2 extra days and decided to go thru third party and that's when it went from ok to what the heck. I had spoken to night attendant and he told me everything was fine he would take care of it in the morning, that morning I get a phone call from Rick telling me I have to check out by 11 and back in after 3 OR I could cancel third party rebook thru them so that way they wouldn't have to pay the third party commission. Now after a heated discussion he finally said if I don't want to cancel third party or check out and let housekeeping clean room I could pay $30 extra dollars. Now remind you I hAd already had one instance where we booked again after 2 for a week and was put back in the same room not cleaned no fresh linen no clean towels nothing. Ok yea let's pay this get over with so I go down to office to pay $30 and right before I scan card to pay I see there is a $89 charge on their and when I asked what this was he got very upset and told me he was cancelling my reservation and I need to be out by 11am.

The room is amazing, I stayed in room 105 and it was plenty large and spacious. The room itself is nice and the bed is comfy and the tv is everything I could’ve asked for, the air conditioning was perfect no notes on that. The bed however did have some decorative pillows the were stained/dirty so I didn’t end up sleeping on them. The restroom is good. It could’ve been cleaner, behind the toilet was dusty and stained of urine from previous guests. The shower was clean enough to wash myself although I did find it unpleasant that the shower curtain was orange from bacteria build up. The shower also didn’t have any conditioner as for the shower does have shampoo and body soap. Other than that the restroom is good the vanity is very nice. My overall stay was very good, location is very nice as it’s location is closer to the downtown area and the event I needed to attend to.

I paid $300 which is overpriced for a room like I had. 2 towels, 1 open toilet paper, not a luxury motel. Please rent a luxury hotel. Was charged extra for parking & for credit card and $ 50 deposit fee on top of the $300

The staff was rude and the room was bad! It didn’t even have toilet paper! Who does that?
- 3/5
Shower soap ran out - pretty normal. used the hand soap Mini fridge wasn't in good shape. Really needed defrosting. Defrosted it by mistake, mopped up the spilled water with towels. I told the front desk man to organize the cords better for the mini fridge & microwave & tv by drilling holes in the back of the cabinet for a big improvement.

This is mine and my wife’s favorite spot. We like that it has rooms for pets and the conviene of being close to downtown. We love going to the Riverwalk as well as going to a boba spot close by.
- 1/5
The property is located next to a cemetery. When we entered the room, the air conditioning unit smelled bad and had mold. There were strong odors throughout the unit. The bathroom toilet was dirty and clogged. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I had to go to the front desk and cancel my reservation. I was charged for the first night, but the remaining nights were refunded, including the deposit.

Very good
- 3/5
Everything was great except cleanliness. There was hair all over the floor in the room, the bathroom, the shower and on the bed.
- 5/5
It is good based on the price. Great location, very close to downtown.
- 4/5
Close to downtown San Antonio but not walkable.....at least not alone. The rooms with windows on Commerce could use a blackout curtain in addition to the decorative one; the room was filled with street and other business lights all night. A blackout curtain would fix that. Very comfortable bed and pillows. No hair dryer in the room; maybe available upon request. $50 deposit due on check-in, even if you already paid for your room online. $5 parking lot fee. If you do not have a US-based streaming service for watching television, don't bother turning on the tv. It is only for apps. And even if you have an app service, be sure to delete your email/password from the log on, so the next person does not see them. For your security, don't turn on the tv. I hate this hotel trend.
- 2/5
Bad breakfast
- 5/5
Room was nice, quiet area, easy drive to most places. Great water pressure, beds were comfortable, A/C worked really well
- 3/5
The hotel isn't great. I wasn't impressed by the management. But the bus stop is right outside so it is convenient to get places.
- 2/5
It has paper-thin walls and floors. With la ow occupancy, they put everyone in adjoining rooms, kids screaming after midnight, elephants walking overhead. Should spread people out.
- 2/5
First room smelled of cigarette smoke. Were given a better room, but internet didn't work. Was fixed after an hour or so. Key card stopped working at 6am in the morning. Facility good value otherwise and desk guy helpful.
- 4/5
The manager was really kind to us especially when we had to check in late due to flight delays and the hotel itself felt like a really welcoming place
- 1/5
Door man walked into the room using his key and proceeds to stair at me and my girlfriend for an extremely uncomfortable amount of time, while we were both undressed and very much in shock of this. We talked to the worker and got into contact with his manager who then blocked my number and my girlfriends when she called to complain as well. We were told we would receive a discount and received nothing besides blocked phone numbers. Very unprofessional and disgusting hotel
- 2/5
There was very limited parking spaces plus they should advise you about the $50 dollar deposit they ask for before booking
- 4/5
A little away from the river walk area and from interesting restaurant
- 5/5
It was amazing hotel would 100% come back
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Not good
- 4/5
The place was good for last minute reservations that weren’t outrageously expensive. Two things that need improvement are the shower since the water pools in the bathroom everytime you take a shower no matter how you close the curtain, and the options for breakfast.
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 2/5
The room was too hot and had old ac unit. It was recently remodeled but not cleaned very well because there was still dust from the remodeling. The bathroom had no ac so it was way too hot and the water was not well regulated.
- 1/5
Camas sucias, baño sucio, no habían toallas en el baño, no había jabón de baño. Y el precio era mucho para lo que ofrecieron
- 3/5
This was a last minute stay reservation. It was fine for a night since we were traveling, but the area around it was rough and the pictures should be updated to better reflect the property. It was an OK stay.
- 2/5
I booked for two nights, checked out a day early cause we had an emergency and had to leave town. The manager Rick was no help and rude, and still charged me for 2 nights. The pictures are deceiving online, this is a motel that tries to pass off as a hotel, was not a 3 min walk to Riverwalk, bad side of town, wasn’t even downtown. The bed linens and covers were dirty look like poop, had a bad smell on them, the tv and wifi didn’t even work properly. The shower was moldy and so was the shower curtains, no, blow dryer in room, no phone in room, had to text a phone number to get a hold of staff.
- 5/5
Quiet, private and clean. Very close to downtown and easy to find.
- 5/5
Its newly renovated.. nice id definitely come back!!
- 3/5
Our stay was Ok. The room needed more cleanliness including the building it self, floors were dirty and lights were off inside building durinf day time mind you it was cloudy and they turned on at night. I am guessing the reason lights were off was to save energy but towards our room it looked very suspicious especially if it was just one person I'd be skeptical to stay. Breakfast is very watered down as in the drink portion, it includes some cereal, orange juice and coffee and a waffle. Our room seemed like it was in construction prior to staying bathroom was a bit dusty, toilet paper from previous guess was still hanging and kleenex box it literally glued down with some regular bounty paper towels folded in the box. Soap in bathroom had residue around the bottle it self. Lamp in the bedroom was dusty. Our room had double TV's one behind the other and our mirror was had many smudges from the "cleaning". I mean other than that it served it's purpose stayed and slept and went home. Ty!
- 5/5
Overall stay was nice. We had someone either bang on our door or window before 7AM on checkout day. Also heard a lot of furniture being moved around on the floor above our room that morning as well. Would have been nice to have been able to sleep in. Over cleanliness of the room and bathroom was great though.
- 3/5
Never cleaned the room asked several times for clean towel and never got them and not to mention there was a horrible crime close to hotel and also was no pool

My son and I traveled to San Antonio for a concert. The hotel was close to the venue in a quiet area of town. The manager was very welcoming, as well as the other gentleman that checked us in. The building we stayed in was new, clean and very comfortable. There was plenty of room, the AC worked great and even on the bottom floor, it was quiet. We will definitely be staying here again.
- 5/5
I’ve booked here a few times and it’s always really nice
- 5/5
The area was extremely quiet and peaceful. Parking was available just outside my room which made it very convenient after a long day of exploring San Antonio's food, shopping, zoo, and a concert at the Alamodome. Perfect for a couple night's stay and will definitely return when needing a rest stop when visiting San Antonio.
- 5/5
Third time staying here for concerts. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Will be staying here again when the next concert comes around.
- 4/5
Location seemed off but once you see rooms it changes perception. It's literally don't judge a book by its cover kind of hotel only because of where is located. Clean and no trouble
- 1/5
They offered a breakfast and they didn’t serve it.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Called to initially ask about a late arrival check in - the person who answered didnt even indicate the name of the business - just said "hello?" When i asked if the namevof the business, they got an attitude. Room itself was ABSOLUTELY DIRTY. Toilet and shower floor looked like it hadnt been scrubbed down ever. Spots and stains every where. Room was ice cold and 50 degrees outside. Only two sheets on the bed, no comforter. Its like they NEVER cleaned the room. They also charge a $5 fee to park. Like why? Its a motel? In the outskirts of downtown. We forced ourselves to try and sleep for 3 hrs and just couldnt stand it and left. For the amount they charged, i'd say just sleep in your car!
- 3/5
We were told when we checked in the the bathroom ceiling had a small hole leaking water and It was leaking in the shower. Well there was a leak but it was also coming out of the bathroom light and the vent. Going all over the bathroom floor. Went to the office to let them know that is was worse than what they let on and they didn’t really seem to care. We really only needed a bed to sleep for 1 night in for the NCAA tournament or we would have left. Room was way overpriced for what they offered.
- 5/5
Recently upgraded. Good property for the value

To start, I was charged for parking at the last minute, which wasn't stated when booking or on the initial call where the attendee asked when I was coming and how many beds I wanted after I had already booked and paid for a 2 bed room. When we arrived, I gave the attendee my name and ID he asked if it was me and for my name several times while I was standing infront of him. When we finally went into the room, the sheets (there were no comforters on the beds!) were visibly used/ dirty, had stains, hair, and chip crumbs. When we pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs (because it looked that bad walking in), things got much worse! There were huge brown, orange, and yellow stains on the bottom sheets, toppers, and mattress and brown "droppings" down both our bedframes! The shower and counters were also not clean. The microwave was dirty, too. I walked over to the office immediately (maybe 5 mins after check-in and asked the attendee if someone could clean our room because it was dirty and his exact words were "What happened to it?" Again, we had just checked in. He grabbed ONE set of sheets (both beds were dirty) and came to the room to look at what I mentioned. I showed him the huge stains and drippings and he just said "Oh, yeah! Not too bad" and rubbed the stains with his bare hands! Then he handed the sheets to me. No help at all. It was awful!
- 1/5
Checked in and immediately let the person at the front desk know our toilet did not work also gave us 1 bed instead of the double bed i booked a month in advance. Did not want to fix the toilet because it was raining outside. Also said it would be fixed the next day and we could get a new room with the double beds i requested. Which none of it ever happened so I spent the two days with the lid off the tank manually flushing the toilet.

There were roaches in the room , specifically the microwave. The building also was not the new more modern one used in the photos on Expedia, but a much older building next door.

Great place nice clean and quiet
- 3/5
This hotel is fine if you are OK with something that's very basic and clean with no real amenities. The continental breakfast consisted of a waffle machine, two kinds of sugary cereals, white bread, and terrible coffee. After I complained about the selection the first day, there were bananas and apples available for the rest of my stay, which I appreciated. There was no coffee maker in the room. I had a cold shower the first day, but it was fixed by the next day after I reported it.
- 2/5
To access parking a $5 fee
- 2/5
This property is not part of the Riverwalk. The area does not seem safe to walk around. The area was a bit trashy. You have to drive everywhere. I didn't feel safe. Walls are thin so you can hear street traffic and other rooms. The hotel charges a parking fee and their lot is the only place you can park. I thiught that deceptive. Rooms were clean.
- 4/5
Everything was great. I got a quiet nights sleep. The room was awesome. When I look for a hotel I always look for a coffee pot, fridge, and microwave. My rooms had all three. I am a huge coffee drinker and hate to go to the lobby to get coffee. Either the coffee is too cold, non at all, or very old.
- 4/5
It was a good stay, room was clean and modern
