    The bed was amazing. Breakfast was not what I thought it would be. They only served eggs and sausage. Cereal was hard to dispense and not much of an option. Apple juice was great but no waffles or fruit. The place is clean but the fridge was loud. My card key had to be fixed everyday. But an upside, there was renovation happening so hope they are getting upgraded.

    Good for price and near airport Receptionist went to knock to my door for about 5 minutes until I opened, just a few minutes after I had checked in. Just to tell me basic stuff he had already said. Felt a bit weird maybe because I was traveling alone. Aside from that, everything else was good and would stay here again.

    You get blindsided with a $100 deposit. There is no indication on a deposit and then you check in and have to pay the deposit. You get it back but it's an inconvenience when you aren't prepared for it.

    I thought the location was ideal for me to travel to and from work easily while me and my guest were visiting. The bedding was comfortable however the seating in the room was filthy. The restroom was good and the shower/tub I thought was very good. We stayed there just a total of 2 days without a microwave and the female staff didn't do anything to accommodate us for not having a microwave to be able to warm up any food to eat. The fridge was broken leaked and wouldn't close all the way. The female staff new the room didn't have a microwave and still gave it to us knowing that and we stayed the entire time without anyway of heating up our food she didn't try to move us into a different room claiming everything was fully booked and even if it wasn't we couldn't switch rooms anyway because I had already taken a shower. I thought that was just low down right inconsiderate and awful to tell a paying guest something like that when it wasn't in any way our fault but she definitely made it out problem. I'm sure I will never visit this particular property again.

    Worse experience! The room smelled, room furniture missing paint, guest chair had large butt stain imprint, bathroom was missing the flush handle. I requested a refund and was informed they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for over an hour, several hangups from the representative, he send at least 8 or more verification codes. He finally informed me he could only reimburse a partial refund. He then booked me at a different hotel and charged me another fee. I arrived at the other location and informed the staff Expedia reserved a room and gave them my reservation number. I asked the staff if I could see the room prior to checking in, she said yes. I walked into the room, there were roaches crawling all over the place, I took pictures and informed the staff that I couldn’t stay there and requested a refund because they had a roach problem. Once again, told I had to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told they much check will the property manager to see if they are willing to agree to a refund. I was charged 3 times for room I didn’t stay in due to no fault of my own and no refunds. I will never use or recommend Expedia to again!

    The price was great and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The room smelled as soon as you walked in. The restroom was worse. The room was not clean. Didn't look like it was swept and the restroom smelled like roaches and moldy. We saw a small roach going into a space at the shower head. The tub would clog up when we showered. No ironing board in the room.

    Na Once we got to the hotel, I was not given a queen room with 2 beds I was given 1 king bed and the couch was stained with red blood. The walls had blood spattered all over them. They did not have an elevator so I had to use the stairs with my luggage’s.

    No shampoo in the rooms. No tissues either. (had to change rooms because the bed frame made very loud noises when getting into the bed or accidently kicking. It is a very cheap tin frame) Breakfast was a big disappointment. Half a loaf of white bread and brown. No pastry either. I could tell the scrambled eggs were bought in bags and then cooked. (not freshly cracked) Several things ran out as we ate so we had to find manager to replace. Do not believe photo of breakfast area.

    When arrived the lobby was extremely hot, the room itself had a hard time trying to keep cool. The cleanness itself was very doubtful. The restroom was still dirty the sheets and pillowcases had stains and a little smell, was super dusty. The front trash can was always full so bring your own trash bags and throw them out yourself. Will all that said the only good thing was that there were no bugs. What we did like was that we were just 15-20 minutes from everything.

    The property was in a nice location. When we checked in, it smelled horrible. Smelled like smoke and weed. The thing is that the cleanliness was terrible. The hallways up the stairs was super dusty. The room had trash on the floor. On top of the shower there was a used bar of soap that they didn’t pick up. And we had to pay a deposit of an extra $100, which thank God we had, before we stayed. I will never stay at this property again. Yes, they were friendly here.

    The room had bed bugs. I tried calling the manager for a week straight every single day for a refund and he was either never in or avoiding me. I will continue to try. I only stayed over night and checked in late about 8pm just to sleep and check out the next day. I have pictures of me and my husbands legs with full of bites

    The bed sheets were clean but that's where the good ends. The rooms was dirty. The fridge was load, so loud it was hard to sleep. The staff were there. There was no breakfast. I came down at 745 am and there was nothing. I do not recomm nd this place.

    Loved this place, quiet, clean, safe, polite, and comfortable beds. The only thing that was disappointing was that when we went for breakfast we were 20 min till they closed down and they were already putting everything up so we didn't even eat breakfast cuz they had thrown out away.

    Staff was awesome and check-in was smoother than butter on a hot biscuit. Unfortunately, that’s where the magic ended. The room itself… not so magical. The bathroom had some bonus “features” like mold around the tub (not exactly the spa treatment I was hoping for). The whole room carried a mystery smell that I still can’t identify, but I’m 90% sure Febreze would tap out if it tried. And the pillows? I don’t know who decided to swap normal pillows with decorative couch squares, but trying to sleep on those was like trying to nap on a throw pillow at your grandma’s house. Being right next to the airport, I expected jet engines to tuck me in at night, but surprisingly it wasn’t loud at all.

    Terrible customer service. Crappy breakfast. Paid for a night and they would correct the dates for me to stay another night they ended up charging me twice for the same night even though I already had a room. It was supposed to be for next night and they charged me for 2 rooms foe the same night. They admitted to me and hotels.com that it was their fault and that they (the hotel themselves) did in fact collect my $50. They refused to let me stay for the night I paid for simply because they put it as a no show. I was already there in a room so why would I check into another? They realized the mistake yet still denied any responsibility or reconciliation. Just a bunch of crooked. Do not waste your time here.

    AC didn’t blow good. I turned it down to 66 and room was still warmish. There was a crack in the tub, so when you showered whatever debris was in the crack would surface. The bathroom floor had water coming up from the linoleum.

    I honestly did not like the stay at all. To start off they asked for a 100$ deposit which was not worth at all due to a lot things not working right. Our first night we had trouble with the ac not cooling. Floor was really dirty and restroom door did not close at all. When I turned on the tv I noticed that it wasn’t working all you saw was half the tv pitch black. I let front desk know about it and they said “we’ll look into it” and nothing was done. My wife and I wanted to jump into the pool but noticed pool was dirty the first day and it stayed that way all until the last day we stayed. Terrible service and terrible room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

    When we finally got to our room, the air conditioning was off, and it took a long time to cool down — not ideal when you're checking in during warm weather. You'd expect a cool room to welcome you, but instead we walked into a sauna. Breakfast was a huge letdown — very limited options with almost nothing fresh or appealing. Definitely not worth waking up for. Lastly, the pool was dirty and uninviting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Overall, the hotel lacked basic comforts and proper maintenance. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    We were 3 families, only my family was booked via hotels.com and thats precisely why I was given worst room on the property despite the knowledge of the front desk that the room was not guest worthy and the hotel was fully booked. The room's bathroom tub was cracked and leaking and not draining. Property manager helped by allowing us to use bathroom of another room. But overall, I will suggest everyone to avoid this hotel and moreover bookings through hotels.com since the guests who use hotels.com to book the property are treated as second class and priority is always given to those who book directly with the hotel property. this is the ultimate truth, weather you want to believe or not.

    Stained & filthy: lampshades, curtains, chair, towels, bathroom door, toilet seat, tub. Dents: every wall in the room. Unclean: toilet bowl, tub, desk, bathroom mirror. Damaged: cigarette holes in chair, blanket, & sheets (in a nonsmoking room); the chair also looked like a cat had scratched at it; the TV had a cracked screen with display damage, like it had fallen off of the dresser at some point. Misc: bathroom mirror was loose; paint missing near the sink; frame of painting broken. The breakfast was below average: your typical bread for toast, some cereal & milk, yogurt, eggs & sausage that were probably made from packets, & juice that was bitter. I wasn’t expecting much, though. The two guys I had spoken to at the front desk during my stay were both polite & helpful. But that’s all that was really decent about the whole stay.

    Thanks to the final four I was able to pay $380.00 to stay in this cozy little gem. My hair is much shorter than the ones in the sink so I am positive they are not mine. Thankfully the bathroom light didn’t work, I didn’t really want to see what was going on in there if the rest of the room was a splatter covered as it seemed to be. It’s not even close to the worst room I’ve stayed in BUT from a dollar to dirt ratio it’s in the number one seat. :)

    The property charged my card twice &&& didn’t give me my $50 refund.when I called abt the refund the “manager on duty” didn’t want to get back on the phone & I was told to call back.I wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to check uupur bank statements & call just to get the run around

    The room was hot most of the time the refrigerator did not work. The bed was uncomfortable. The place was not maintain well. The worst thing was that lady required $100 deposit when I was already paying $100 for the room which was an excusable, and she just did not understand much but don’t positive it was somewhere to stay, but it was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel

    Room was clean and looked professional. Strong water pressure. No allergens. Had fridge, hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner, alarm clock, TV (thought didn't turn on), ice machine nearby, free fresh continental breakfast 7am to 9am, no crackheads or thieves in or around; highways across the street; quiet; clean bedding; strong AC; clean pool; felt safe. 5m from airport. 15m from Sam Houston Army Base. About 25m from downtown & 18 public prestine pickleball courts. About 5m from LifeTime 281 gym. A lot of places to eat nearby. 24/7 attendant so don't know why expedia reporting no late check-ins. Great value! Would def stay here again!

    It's a cheap place to stay, nothing really to write home about, there was not much close to do, you definately need a car, but in saying that, the staff are great and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

    Granted, this is a cheap hotel, and a chain at that - but the degree of corner cutting I witnessed has ensured I never return. Staff did not seem to understand the check in process. Woke me up AFTER I had already gone to my room and laid down to rest after a 12 hour flight to try and tell me my card was declined… when I had paid in advance a week prior through Expedia! When I asked what they wanted me to do, not even they knew. And that was just the beginning. Was lovely to turn on the light in my room to see a cockroach sitting by my feet. The towels were coarse and rough to the touch. Was the management too cheap for fabric softener? The fridge didn’t work. The breakfast served each day is always identical - scrambled eggs and sausage patties - when it is served at all. On one instance I came out at 6 am, and asked about the hot food, to be told it would be out in an hour. I came back at 7, different staff member, who just shrugged and said they must be out of it. Would it really kill the owners budget to offer a little variety? Some cheap pancakes, waffles or bacon, just to break up the monotony? The orange and cranberry juice tasted watered down. The milk had a strange aftertaste I can’t quite explain, but may have been on the verge of souring. There were loud parties going on at the building across the way that lasted until past two in the morning, and a constant tapping sound in the room. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

    Upon my initial room inspection I realized that my microwave was missing, which the hotel staff promptly brought not long after my arrival. I found a variety of stains on the walls, upholstery, linens etc. Heavy marijuana smoke from my neighbors room kept seeping into my "non-smoking" room. I found two cockroaches running around the toilet when I went to use the bathroom. The hotel is located in an industrial area not far from the airport. Within driving distance of area shops and restaurants. Limited breakfast selection. Desk staff and cleaning staff were helpful and polite. Be sure to check the windows, I was located on the first floor. Mine was unlocked and open with the window screen missing. Occasionally you'll hear a plane fly overhead.

    We arrived from our delayed flight around 2:30am. The gentelman manning the front desk was extremely slow and answered a phone call in the middle of helping us get to our room so we could get some much needed rest. Also, the pictures of this hotel are extremely outdated. We were informed they haven't had a waffle maker in years, they don't offer anything besides apples for fruit and the day we were there they just happened to not get their shipment of eggs so our only choice was frosted flakes (the milk was missing)- oh wait, the frosted was crossed out so we just got flakes.

    Room was very dirty, and when I asked the housekeeper to sweep and mop my room she stated it was not her section. I had to go downstairs to see who was in charge of my room sections. Same girl I asked to help sweep my room was the same girl they sent to do it.

    Our stay was not great what hotel with 2 floors does not have an elevator 😐. I was so noisy, kids crying at 3am everytime we moved in our bed it popped loud like metal bending. Oh and when got to the hotel we saw a guy and a girl grinding on each other outside the pool. I could not tell if they where a couple or she was a hooker. 😡 we stayed due to a crying tired toddler and even he couldnt sleep. Oh breakfast was none existent it was 8 am and only cereal and oatmeal was available with no milk. Never again don't waist your money.

    It was horrible. The hotel lost my reservation. I called Hotels.com and showed the front desk manager my email with confirmation number, but somehow they said I didn't have a reservation. I'll never attempt to stay there again.

    Property was not at all good, it is the worst property I have ever stayed at. The property management after a conflict with double booking yelled at us and cussed us out. Pee stains on sheets and room reeked of mariuna after they had gotten on us about not refunding our deposit if we smoked room. After incident at 1 am which took two hours to get anywhere, it was promised manger would be downstairs at 9 am. When they were not there I asked to speak to manger because the front attended said they cannot resolve issue without manager and we would just have to check out and leave. I was not leaving without some resolve. Manager was then called and was in bed upstairs sleeping she said and was upset and yelling and cussing and did not want to help. They later said to bad there is nothing we can do.
