The property was okay. Staff were super nice. I am rating it only 3 starts because my room was non smoking but definitely smelled like cigarette smoke in there. I also saw a few German roaches which tells me they have a roach problem.

The room was very clean. The front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Outdoor pool was well taken care of, felt safe. Would return again!

Exceptional stay with one minor Drawback. Everything about this hotel was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast, which had limited choices. Aside from that, it was a perfect stay!

Our room was not in the best state. The toilet was incredibly loud when it was flushed and inside the bowl were dark water stains. Cleanliness in the room reminded us of when the minimum is done. AC split unit had layer of dirt or dust. And the unit struggled to keep our room cool. The phone in our room was unplugged on entry and then we discovered because it was broken and would emit a loud noise if plugged in. It appeared that a lack a maintenance was showing for the property. The location was on the north side of town that we needed to be for the weekend but I wouldn't recommend to others, even if the price is right.

There are no comforters or bedspreads on either queen sized bed. The photos on the website are very outdated. The refrigerator does not get cold. There is a water damage bubble on the bathroom ceiling. It hangs down and is starting to peel. The bathroom door did not close correctly because the frame is damaged. Breakfast is from 7-9 am. The juice machine only had one option, though four are displayed. There is no non dairy option for milk. The eggs are powered and the sausage was under cooked.

We chose this hotel to spend our Memorial Day weekend because they had exactly what we were looking for. We wanted a pool with a location to go ahead and eat outside with tables and chairs and a beautiful scenery. This location was very clean and everyone was very helpful when needed. Our rooms were clean and my family could not have had a better time. I recommend this place for others they just want to enjoy a good weekend at a hotel. There was other things we could have done at the hotel like use their gym but our hours were very short. Plus the location you have all the stores around you from nice restaurants to your local grocery store. Will be back again and don't hesitate to give this hotel a try. PS it was very affordable. Thank you for everything you did for my family to enjoy the weekend.

floor was sticky and dirty, no light bulb in restroom so we had to be in the dark the whole day we were there to use the restroom, the shampoos on the wall were broken off so it left this black mold to be visible on the bathroom wall, the tub was slimey and felt dirty, the door to lock totally looks like its been busted a few times, since the lock was extremely loose and did not feel very sturdy. very disappointed with the amount of complaints i had for this room, and how dirty it was

We got a wheelchair accesible room. The beds were a bit high for someone to transfer from the wheelchair to the bed safely, the bathroom door was broken and hard to shut or open, and the shower chair was broken. Luckily we found that out before my daughter tried to transfer for a shower, or it would have caused an injury.

We stayed two nights. First night was fine no problems. The second night about 4am my husband woke up sweating all over didn't know why. When he went to go to the rest room he caught a glimpse of himself in the mirror and there were welps all over his back and chest... He assumed a mosquito had gotten in and got ahold of him since he slept with no covers. The next morning he woke me up by saying a mosquito had bitten him all over in the middle of the night... Immediately I rose from the bed and checked him out and I got quite upset because I knew it was NO MOSQUITO... A BED BUG somewhere somehow had bitten him all over leaving a clear trail of where he had traveled and over 24 bites. I went to front desk tried to express my concern with out being too harsh. The front desk keeper asked what room I stayed room 105. My husband came over after he finished his breakfast and we even showed the botes.He made the comment that he didn't know how that was possible considering EVERY ROOM, EVERY BED had bed bug mattress protectors on them... I told him if a customer was to rent the room and had an infant and this had happened to a small child he would be dealing with a very highly irate parent and needed to definitely address the issue... I l

They took a coffee maker out of my room and never returned it, but they had fresh coffee in the morning on the breakfast bar, which had plenty of food and it was clean, scrambled eggs and sausage. They did have a waffle maker everything wasclean and nice. I recommend this

The building was in disrepair. Looked nothing like the photos. The pool was dirty. The washing machine leaks, the front of the building was boarded up with plywood. Staff indicated it had been that way for months. Inside the rooms, the carpet was stained, smelled bad, leaky fridge, and damaged office chair. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

The room was amazing for the price. Looks to be recently renovated the King room I had was very spacious. The check in was a little strange the guy told me to like put the card in the reader and both were denied. I then suggested I use the tap because mine usually work that way.

The headboard was with so much dust, around the lamp, the phone was not working and on the mattresses..they had some dust/dirt where it seemed that they don’t clean thoroughly, and also there was so much mold on the bath shower handrail. Well never ever go back..!!!

Food went to waste after finding out the refrigerator didn't work. Very limited choices for breakfast, room smelled like mold/mildew. The desk chair was tore. up the leather cover was shredded and the fabric under the pieces off leather that was still therec, the toilet wouldn’t flush right, the toilet paper kept coming back up, we stayed one night and that’s it. I took a shower and I could see where the housekeeping only mopped part of the bathroom floor because it was still dirty underneath the sink. Disappointing stay for a Best Westerm

This place is not 8 out of 10 on a review. Be lucky if it was a 5 out of 10. Management gave me my first room with the door just wide open when i got there with windows wide open and broken lights. First sign of some was wrong with this place second room was ok, but then the next night a random person starts banging on my door and walks into my room uninvited and said he was looking for someone. Very very shaddy. This place doesn't value safety or represent what their online reviews say. I expect better from a Best Western brand and not a road side motel. Property promised they would do something for me but yet to provide and refund or resolution.

I booked this location in a hurry not realizing what exactly I had booked. Unfortunately, it was non-refundable so I decided to check in. The staff was so friendly and decided to stay. BIG MISTAKE. Upon inspecting the room, it was awful. Hairs on the bed, stains on the wall. Broken knob on the door. Dusty. I checked out within 30 minutes. Never again.

Had a horrible experience and ended up having to go through 4 hotel rooms because of the awful rooms from broken toilets to strong mold smells in rooms to really dirty rooms. The agent with hotel named Chris even went to each room with me and said omg these rare bad. Chris the agent even said that. I want a full refund please.

The pillows were all stained and one ofnthe pillows had a blood stain. Terrible biohazard situation. I left the same night. I want my money back.

Overall hotel was a good place to lay your head. Room clean some areas need touch up but not horrible, bed comfy, bathroom clean but not toilet. Quiet area, however, good breakfast options but sausage and eggs were cold. Clean pool area very friendly staff.

Great stay. Close to many restaurants and options. Also HEB by for getting supplies fro refrigerator and microwave you have in the room. Easy access to many visiting sites. Free breakfast and good looking and maintain pool.

The only flaw was the breakfast spread. Add more options and fresher ones too. Also for the rooms, please include yellow sweetener.

At breakfast on Saturday, I alerted the front desk that the yogurt was expired by over one full month. They said that’s all they had and did not give any indication of caring at all or removing the expired product. The vent in the bathroom made a crazy noise every time I turned it on so I just did not use it. One of the lights was flickering & I guess the bulb was about to burn out in my room. There was heavy rust on the door hinges & stains in the toilet bowl. I tried to be environmentally friendly and leave my towels on the hook as indicated on the display in the bathroom. It said that only towels on the floor would be replaced, but they replaced all my towels, so that was not helpful to the environment. It was good location & accessible to everything I needed to do downtown & at nearby shopping centers.

Front desk was wonderful. Grounds were clean. Room had the musty odor of AC not running consistently in Texas. I turned it on full blast and left for dinner. When I got back, the smell was faint. Bed was clean and comfy. The shower head looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time with rust stains or hard water stains or whatever. Looked down to see if a bath was a better option and the drain plug was worse. You could see where the water had been dripping and caused rust on the tub. I showered quickly. Check out was via a text message. Only complaint is that shower.

The pool was marvelous and the rooms were great. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub water took forever to go down. Other than that it was great.

Although this was close to the theme park we were visiting, it is not something I will go back to. The bathroom was very dirty from the toilet to the mold in the bathtub and on the walls. We did not use it at all! The blinds by the door were broke which means people could look into our room. Also the gate was down which we were unable to park in front of our room. The breakfast was just okay. Basic stuff.

It was a good overnight stay. And in check-in the night clerk took into consideration that because of elder guest, he assigned us a ground floor room with easy access from parking lot.

Pleasant stay, breakfast was ok with sausage links, scrambled eggs, waffle. Receptionist "Ayu" was outstanding customer service. Only negative were 1.The room door deadbolt did not lock properly. 2. Maid room service was poor, she barely took the trash out and picked up the dirty towels, she did not replenish with new clean towels. I addressed the issues to the receptionist to inform maintenance of the room problem issues.

Breakfast didn’t have a great variety, pool wasn’t very clear however, they did come to clean the room every day.

All I can say is please save yourself... this place is absolutely awful. The only good thing I can say is that my car wasn't broken into like others have reported. Otherwise there is nothing else positive about this place it's extremely old, worn down, TV did not work, phone in the room did not work, toilet was loud and running, and worst of all there was zero hot water. Then they have the nerve to charge a $100 deposit for staying there. This place is an absolute joke. Go at your own risk but you have definitely been warned.

The hotel staff was very acommodating. We needed a room for a physically challenged family member and the room and bathroom was well thought out. The bedding, curtains, flooring, bathroom were all clean. Very quiet, breakfast was avaiable. Highly recommend them.

The coffee cups did not have lids that fit. It took me two lids to figure that out.

They don’t answer their phone-it rang for a full 6 minutes. The staff were civil, but helpful they were not. It is apparent they are running it “on the cheap”. I can’t imagine any reason to stay there again.

Run down DIRTY. 1st room had pubic hair in bed and FECES/POOP smeared on the outside bowl of toilet. Got another room but only improvement was no poop. I think. Lol. No pool maintenance, lots of bugs and leaves etc. Very dirty elevator. Even gave me a used and dirty sleeve for my key cards at check in...DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Its a 50$ per night motel experience that I paid double for on a Discount site.

There was sticky spots on the carpet, the tv wasn’t working on and off. There wasn’t any conditioner in the dispenser for the shower.

The towels provided were terrible—thin, old, and honestly worse than wash rags. They didn’t feel clean at all, which was really disappointing. For the price, we expected a much higher standard. Hopefully, they take this feedback seriously and make improvements.

The “Continental Breakfast is a joke! Sausage and eggs cold, cereal stale, yogurt didn’t taste good, coffee cups but they have no lids for the cups.

I didn't realize this was a Motel. It's been a very long time since I stated in a motel. Location is 5 stars, Close to utsa. I got the 2 bedroom suite, so it was spacious for my family of 6. But there was tobacco smell everywhere. Breakfast was not good, even coffee was watered down.

This is a comfort place you would not know your in a motel. I like that the room entryway is from the courtyard and not the parking lot which makes you feel safer. Rooms were clean and had a fridge and microwave that worked and also clean. The prices are reasonable and didn’t break the bank.

This property was advertised at a rate that was unworthy of the motel itself. The door on the room didnt lock. The ac/heat was broken. The lamp shade was broken. The room was old and outdated. The bath linens had hair on them and were stained. Exposed wiring on light fixture in the bathroom. I wish I could add pictures to show you. I feel I should have received a discount.

The A/C and Heater unit did not supply us with any heat all night. We had it set on heat with a temperature of 80 degrees. The telephone also did not work (no dial tone!). I couldn't enter a wakeup call request.

For the price you cant beat it. Its a good motel.

Adi and Chethan were friendly and took care of our room. They served decent breakfast.

Room was too dirty. Had a urine smell too it. Staff wasn’t too friendly.
