    During my 2 night stay, I had no access to heating or cooling for the room, no hot water, and there was an off meal in the fridge left by a previous customer (unsure when?) I heard many, many people complain of Sinaloa things throughout my stay. The only positives to the stay were 1. Comfy bed, 2. Location. 3. The breakfast was really nice :) originally I was put into a dirty room that had x2 positive covid tests still in full view which was a little unnerving. I did email the assistant manager to let her know of my concerns but never received a response. No hot water to shower in, no heating or cooling in the room

    Nothing This hotel had a strong smell to it. The staff did not clean the room and I stayed there for 4 nights. I did not get clean towels, neither was the trash cans emptied. The water was cold for bathes. I will never stay to this hotel again.

    Keep it short and sweet room had black mold and ants, didn’t have hot water or A/C—save your money and choose one of the many hotels nearby instead of this dump. Bring it to the attention of stafftake pictures let your bank handle it way easier than trying to get anything out of them.

    Very clean and friendly. We didn’t have a freezer in our room which we needed for ice packs, and the staff was very accommodating by letting us put them in their freezer each evening. They also offered my kiddo a free treat since we were there for their birthday. Breakfast was hot and offered lots of choices. We booked a room with a balcony and our room did not have one. They were apologetic and did explain that booking has more rooms on their site than what they do that have balconies. We did wish we had one though.

    The room was not worth $700 for 3 days. The free breakfast was trash, the egg was fake egg, the breakfast meats was trash and the so call pancake taste like wet paint. The room smell like wet. All the bathroom fixtures was calcified and old and the toilet seat was broken. Half the time the staff was not at the front desk.

    NO AC in the lobby where it was like a sauna, smelly, and very tired, worn looking. ROOM HAD NO HOT WATER!!! Furniture was old and worn, tiles were cracked in the bathroom, sink was stained, and smelled of mildew. Bed was comfortable. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR RETURN

    Staff were friendly. Room was clean. A/C was out in the lobby and eating area. We stayed before our trip and 10 days later back from our trip and the A/C was still not working. Breakfast was uncomfortable. 5th floor hall carpet was soaking wet on the trip back.

    The mattress padding on my bed was for a queen instead of a king and it kept coming off the mattress. There was an issue with the hot water in my room and the A/C in the front lobby wasn't working, but they managed to correct the hot water issue. The convenience to the airport.

    The location was great! The hot water only worked off and on. The hot tub, never worked. The a/c in the lobby area didn't work, so it was very hot. We used the pool and found condoms on the bottom of the pool. Overflowing trash cans. My key card had to be refreshed every single day. I would say it is on par with maybe a Super 8.

    For guess lady was nice Nothing it’s was not clean I checked in and there was 3 spots on my bed I asked for it to be clean and they said house keeping had left for the day . So I left the hotel and booked another. I was not given a full refund even though I did not stay there. (Don’t ever stay here)!!!!!

    The room was very clean, beds were soft and comfortable. The only issues we had was the key cards that were given to us did not work after the second time we had to get a 3rd set.     The employees were very nice except the assistant manager she never did come and talk to me the building the room was horrible a computer chair almost made me fall twice the bed was dirty the refrigerator was broken and it didn't work everything in my room was nasty even the door locked out on me he locked me out it was horrible on the scale the wanted a zero anymore it's horrible and I need someone to call me talk to me cuz I paid all that money for really nothing. The girl that worked the front desk was nice and kind but the assistant manager avoided me she didn't talk to me.

    I liked the location, it was quiet and very close to several restaurants. We checked in on Friday afternoon and we needed to take a shower for a birthday celebration. Well the water was cold but we endured it. I called front desk and that evening the water was hot. I had to call the front desk the whole stay because the water went cold and it was reset somehow so we could shower.

    Breakfast was ok We had a problem with are bathroom sink backing up on our first night, the next morning I went to the front desk and made them aware of the problem. When we returned after being out all day, I saw that they never fix the sink. So, I went back to the front desk, and they replied sorry you will have to wait until tomorrow there's no one here that can fix it. So, I ask for the phone number to Corp office spoke to a lady that this was not acceptable and I wanted another room. She called the front desk at the hotel and put me on hold, then she told me the manager had to approve a room change, after that the girl from the front desk knocked on my door and said here's your room cards for your new room. At no time did I ever get an apology from the hotel manager at all. This is really sad and unprofessional

    The room was nice and the property was nice. AC worked great. The bathroom however left MUCH to be desired. 1. It’s not deep cleaned properly and it’s evident. 2. The sink faucet was installed too far back and the water drips onto the counter and leaves a huge puddle that soaks anything you’ve left on that side of the sink. 3. The shower head isn’t cleaned regularly - hard water buildup left water going in 79 directions rather than 1 which greatly lowers the pressure coming from the shower head and makes it impossible to get your hair clean.

    I looked on line and it looked amazing. But when my family arrived the first thing that hit you in the face is the lobby AC was not working. Those poor people working I felt so bad for them. Now let me be clear our room AC was great. But you couldn’t hardly stand going through the lobby dinning room. Now listen we all know that a couch with a bed isn’t the most comfortable but that bed had springs sticking out of it. I asked the front desk if they might have something I could put over the bed and was told no. We went out and bought 2 egg crates and we had brought some blankets for our grandchildren we had to use them to help keep the bed from sinking to the floor. Went to the front desk to ask for some wash cloths and was told they were out. I ask for towels and the towel were wet where she got them out of a cabinet behind her. I had to tell the lady at the front they were wet and she did go down to the laundry room to get me some dry ones. The breakfast was terrible the hot tub didn’t work. The place didn’t look anything like they advertised. Very run down. I’ll never stay at a Wyndham again. I do want to give credit where credit is due. The front desk attendants was all very kind and apologized for all that was not working. It definitely wasn’t thier faults. Shame on the owners for making those employees work in that kind of d of heat. As owners they need to take more pride in your facility

    The property was great and excellent location, however, the only issue I had was with the main lobby's A/C problem, it was really stuffy and uncomfortable. Given that it rained there the night before, it was very humid which made it more uncomfortable having breakfast. I'm happy that parking and breakfast were complimentary, but the lack of air condition affected the rating.

    When we arrived we were put down on the first floor in what they called the overflow area because they were packed even though I booked a few months before hand. It was so hot in the building and when we got to the room, it was hot, smelled like mold and musky. Turn on the lights and half the lights work properly. Very old carpet and furniture. Bathroom wall had mold on it and cleaning was not very good. We had bugs crawling around as well. During the week no housekeeping other than 2 days when I asked for someone to come by, all they did was replace the towels that day. Trash collected outside for days and the gym was so hot it was hard to exercise. Equipment was nice in the gym. They never had washcloths to give to rooms and their laundry area was broke for travelers. They do zero daily housekeeping. Many times there was no hot water and our cards to the door had to be reprogram as well. Great location, beds were very comfortable and staff was friendly. Otherwise very disappointed in everything else.

    Staff was great, the room was okay simply based on the restroom. The shower knob that regulates the temp didn’t work , I had to take cold showers. The toilet bowl needed to be cleaned. It was gross. I was really disappointed with my stay because I’ve stayed at this location before and have had such great experiences, hence why I keep coming back.     The faucet in the sink did not extend far enough into the sink bowl to properly wash your hands. Water would consistently get all over the counter and onto the floor. The water pressure coming out of the shower head was horrible. The limescale buildup probably made it worse. Breakfast was a joke. Not a good selection and most items were cold. Rooms were “cleaned up” daily. However, there was make up products on the window ledge that was there when we checked in. The pool was nice. But consistently out of towels. And the hot tub was not hot. But the beds were comfy.

    It was a nice stay. We liked our balcony room even though it was pretty loud near the highway. The bed was comfortable and staff was very nice. There were a couple of maintenance items ( outside light didn’t work and the bedside lamp kept going off) but they sent someone right away to fix them. The breakfast was good but offered very little items for people who try to eat healthy. There wasn’t a lot I could eat. No fruit or gluten free items. I would suggest that, but it’s ok. Just be sure to go early because they won’t replenish anything with only 15 minutes left.. It was really great that they have a soda machine available all the time! That’s a wonderful amenity. We don’t drink a lot of soda but it was so nice to have when you need a little “treat”. And water and ice available was great too! The location to the airport is so perfect. We come often to see family and the easy airport access and location to family keeps us coming back. I would recommend this hotel.

    Do not stay here! I was appalled at how poor their customer service was at this hotel. I had no hot water which turns out the property has known about for a while yet they don’t disclose this to you at checkin then they lie about how it is going to be fixed. Check other reviews about these same issues I wish I had before I booked. Stained sheets, outlets don’t work right in bathroom, smells like cigarettes and weed in hallways, lobby, and rooms, dog hair in the coffee cups, expired food at the buffet, window shades broken, and zero room amenities. Staff do not care to fix issues. They have pre-printed stickers with the managers contact info on it to give you to send your complaints to so I assume complaints are a very common occurrence. The apology from the customer relations person after I left a zero rating was pathetic to say the least. Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere. The Holiday Inn Express across the street was amazing!

    Looks nothing like the pictures. The rooms are very old and not well kept. There was a huge stain on the carpet and the bathrooms sink had what seems very very old water marks as well as the toilet. We got there at around 2:00am and the front desk guy was absolutely rude and to top it off he gave us a dirty room (beds were undone and it smelled horrible). When we went back to tell him he said didn’t even apologize, just gave us a different room. We had initially gotten the room for 4 nights, we left first thing in the morning and were only able to get our money back for the last two nights. I am not sure where all the other good reviews are coming from because this hotel is horrible.

    You get what you pay for. Pretty outdated and the room is bare with old wooden furniture. Shower head has a weird control and warm water took a second. Cleaniness needs improvements (hairs on the bathroom floors). Front desk was almost impossible to get a hold of. The shuttle is an unmarked white van with a washed out 8.5x11 in the window. We never got picked up or contacted waiting for 30min and then taking a cab. I had to call Expedia to get a direct line to the front desk to finally get a hold of someone.

    Surprisingly the price was so affordable and the hotel was well maintained, very clean staff friendly! The rooms were bigger than expected, and the beds were comfortable! Very pleased would stay here again! Definitely give this a five star rating! I was traveling with my family two small children, a teenager and my husband. We brought a blowup mattress for the teenager, and we all fit comfortably in the room. Location was convenient, restaurants and other amenities nearby. Definitely recommend

    We stayed one night and while checking in the hotel lobby it was hot, like the air conditioner wasn't functioning. It worried me about our stay but thankfully the rest of the hotel had working air conditioning. The room seemed clean but the shower look like it had some mold or holes on the ceiling. The hotel has spots that need updates and/or paint. I was glad that the outside noise didn't come through, even though we were next to the loop.

    Then we got transferred to room 518, but when we got there, all the sheets and bedding were completely off the bed and the room still wasn’t ready. After going back downstairs again, the receptionist gave us towels and moved us to room 306. That room was okay at first, but it didn’t have any wash rags, so I had to go back downstairs to get one. The shower was also messed up, the toilet was a little dirty, and the bathroom floor was dirty enough that we actually went across to Walmart and bought shower shoes just so we wouldn’t have to walk barefoot on the floor. That was basically our experience during the stay.

    The room was clean, cold and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was hot fresh and a great selection of items to choose from. Pool was relaxing, the hot tub didn't get hot, but we had a great night by the pool. Checking in was quick and checking out was even faster. Overall me and my two kids had an amazing stay for the weekend and was one of the best places we've stayed at in San Antonio in a while. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed at all!

    Breakfast could of been better like I would given it a 3 star. That pancake machine produce eh pancakes, they could of changed the food a bit. Bathrooms in the room was a bit outdated, water pressure was ok could of been better. They do provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner like big size bottles. The first floor had a smoking (like someone smoking in the hall smell). Not too sure if I would stay there again maybe another Wyndham hotel.     We have been staying at this location for the past four years when it was a Drury Inn and had been very happy while my daughter was in college. The management always looked and dressed professional. The lobby was clean and cool the happy hour, and the breakfast was really nice now that the Wyndham is taken over. I stayed there two weeks ago and then graduation weekend this weekend in the air-conditioning in the lobby was still out no happy hour. They were just now putting up signs for the hotel and the breakfast was abysmal. You can do much better should’ve stayed the Drury Inn.

    sanitary and if I stayed longer, I’m sure I was gonna catch something on a scale of one to 10 it should be a -10. The one girl at the front desk was his long hair, big fake lips. She was so rude and her only Reply was. What can I do about it? There’s nothing I can do about it. That says it all.

    Love love love the no smoke policy and i didn't run into any second hand smoke or third hand smoke. The bathroom needs more cleaning Calcium build up, thru out the Establishment. The Pool was nice but the Hot tub wasn't working, it was cold. Also they have a small business area one computer and a 24 hour gym.

    Reservation had trouble being located. Room was clean but had a musty smell in it. Had to spray it down. The sink kept clogging. The hot water was hit or miss, mostly miss. The hot tub was broken and pretty dirty. The shuttle bus was broken, but was told it was working by one person, then the morning of my departure to the Airport i was told it was broken. The breakfast was good, actually the only good thing really this hotel had going for it was the decent breakfast. I would not go back though due to the issues it is having.

    We enjoyed the terrace, although it was quite warm by mid-morning. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice, the air conditioning worked GREAT. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and will do so again.

    Wonderful stay, delicious breakfast. Important to get there early for breakfast, we came down 30 minutes prior to breakfast buffet ending, and some of the options were running out & didnt get refreshed. Everything was so tasty, we will set an alarm next time!

    The hotel doors were open when we walked in. As we walked through the hotel hall, we noticed an odor. Our room smelled the worst. Only one mirror and outlet in the bathroom. The bathroom outlet failed. I would not recommend staying here.

    My sink faucet leaked so there was always water on the counter. I had sugar ants on the credenza which was, most likely, caused by the dirty carpet. I even had a picture fall off the wall on my 1st day. Lobby was always dark and a bit depressing. I've stayed here before and was mildly satisfied but, after just 3 nights, I checked out and went to a different hotel. The whole hotel just seemed neglected.

    Well worn, this hotel is not aging gracefully. Public areas are dark and poorly designed. Our room was outdated. In the morning I discovered there was no bar soap or soap in the dispenser in the shower. Towels only work to defoliate the skin. For the money better choices are nearby.

    Our stay wasn’t terrible but wasn’t great. The room itself is fine, but the air conditioning in the gym didn’t work and it was way too hot. The 1st floor A/C was out in the hall as well, and the pool was closed due to issues. Walls are pretty thin, but overall the hotel wasn’t too loud. It was thankfully fairly cheap, but hopefully they figure out keeping things cool before summer hits.

    Staff was very nice & helpful. Hotel had recently been purchased by Wyndham several months ago according to the lady at the check in desk, however it definitely is in need of some updating and attention. AC clearly was not working in the lobby area so it was very warm. Room was nice but bathroom was outdated and needed updating. No water or cleaning wipes in the gym to clean equipment. It was overall not a bad stay but until they give this place some TLC and a little facelift, I probably won’t stay again. Good location though! Has lots of potential!

    The room itself was clean but the bathroom was horrible. I don’t know if it just got missed but it looked like months of neglect and mold starting to grow. Also the Wi-Fi almost never worked, and from the number of hotspots I saw, it wasn’t just me. The beds were soft, breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful!

    Very sad to say that we’ve been staying at this hotel when it was the Drury Inn for the last four years and everything was great including the managers the staff the happy hour breakfast now that it’s been taken over by Wyndham, the hotel looks rundown. There is no sign on the hotel, it looks really shady. The rooms are not kept up. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby. . There’s a constant dripping sound in our bathroom and the doors were all beat up. You can do better.

    Lobby no air conditioning, hallways the same everything smelled of humidity. The pool the entire week I was there was “out of service”. Hotel served same cheap breakfast every day very misleading. Almost at the end of my stay of 7days I requested one day prior for housekeeping to change bed sheets and clean the bathroom when I returned to my room housekeeping had only changed the trash cans. Hotel looks run down. Nothing good about this place

    This hotel was noticeably very dated, cracked tiles, hard water stains on plumbing, etc. For the most part, surfaces were clean but clearly only in traffic pattern areas. Our room had multiple acrylic fingernails on the floor and one on the air conditioning unit. Also, the pool was very much out of function, I think they said something about using the pool next door if you wanted to but we didn't get that far. The communication was great, but the shuttle was also out of commission on the day that we arrived.

    Stayed there when I came into the city and then again when I left at the end of the week. It is very close to airport which was a huge bonus because I got in late and left very early. Convenient for travel with its’ location right by the freeways. Clean comfortable rooms-not too noisy, despite location. Breakfast was great. Staff was cheerful and super helpful. If you’re looking for a good airport hotel—not fancy—this was a good one.

    Although this seemed to be an older property, it has been very well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the room was nicely clean. There were six of us in the party using three rooms so we were pleased to see all the nice seating areas where we could congregate comfortably. Breakfast was quite extensive for a hotel although the breakfast room was far too warm to sit there and enjoy. Another drawback to the hotel was their pool and hot tub were closed. Staff referred us to a neighboring hotel’s pool, which we were allowed to use but alas no hot tub, which is the only thing we were interested in. The traffic noise from the busy road was problematic for some but I solved it by using a white noise machine I travel with. Altogether the stay was quite a nice experience and a bargain for the money. I would definitely stay there again.

    Hotel lobby and breakfast area were extremely hot. When we arrived, other people were complaining about their AC unit however ours was working properly. After our first night stay, 3 cars (F150) had their tail lights stolen. I would not stay at this hotel again.

    This is an older property that badly needs a renovation. The front sign is missing. I booked through Expedia for three nights. We decided to check out a day early. I gave 24 hours notice and got approval from Expedia and from the hotel. However, after a week of not receiving the one night refund, I called to inquire. The hotel refused the refund, fortunately Expedia stepped up and honored the refund on their own.

    Clean, comfortable room and good location. However, it advertises that it has a bar and restaurant, which it did not. They served a good buffet breakfast but I chose this place partly because we like to have a cocktail at the hotel bar before we go out or when we return. The response of the receptionist was “we used to have one”. So it doesn’t sound like a temporary situation. They need to change the description of their amenties.

    I was there for five days nobody ever came to my room to dump the trash give me clean towels or clean the bed or make the bed. I went down to the front desk six different times she said that they were gonna send somebody up. They never sent nobody up. The pool was closed never opened back up. The staff was unbelievably rude. I will never stay at this place ever again.

    Our room was not very clean. I walked into the bathroom and the tile floor was not clean, including what looked like a drop of blood. I wiped it up, extending some grace. Then I went to put my luggage up and there was a dirty sock on the floor. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. She was hesitant as they were nearly sold out and there was only one other with two queens. We were eventually given a new room. We went into the new room and while it was better, there were things on the floor that should have been caught by a vacuum. After brushing my teeth, I realized the sink was very slow draining (took 3+min to drain.) asked front desk for maintenance/draino and was told no one could be there til tomorrow. Shower drain stopper wasn't functioning and we had to prop it up with a tube of toothpaste to get the tub to drain. At checkout we mentioned it to staff. They seemed unphased but said they'd make a note. Hallways also hadn't been vacuumed as there was stuff down the halls on both floors we were on. Staff said it was because they let guests put trash in hall to be taken out. It wasn't that kind of trash. It was small things that needed to be vacuumed. I never leave reviews, and typically just let staff make things right. While we were given a new room, the second one also had blemishes that should be caught with routine housekeeping and maintenance. We won't be staying here again.

    We stayed at this hotel for a few days and everything was great. The room was clean and the staff was beyond excellent and helpful. A very special shout out to Erica at the front desk who was extremely helpful during a stressful time trying to get to our daughter's graduation. I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a affordable hotel within reasonable distance to many attractions. I only wished the pool was opened we wanted a quick dip but couldn't. Other wise great hotel stay.

    It was fine especially given the cheap price but I was expecting something a bit better given the brand of hotel. As other reviews commented, Wyndham really just did take over this other brand hotel and put their name on it. It was not up to Wyndham standard- more like Hampton inn level. Breakfast was pretty basic, the hot tub area was not cleaned and had disposable coffee cups sitting there all day at pool area, the freeway was right outside so even on the quiet side of hotel, you could still hear it all night. It was one super quick bus ride to get downtown and I appreciated the free airport shuttle. For the price, it was fine-$70/night- but not Wyndham brand quality.

    Hotel is in bad shape. Looks recently bought from Drury. Plumbing backs up. Hot water takes 5-10 mins to show up. Rust, mildew in the bathrooms. Elevators temporarily stuck. A/c was out in the lobby. Breakfast was beige and limited to unhealthy options with plastic ware. Would not recommend.

    The floor in my room and throughout the property was unkempt. The air conditioner in the main check in area and dining area did not work, they had to leave doors open to ventilate. The room upon check in was not ready, I was checking in an hour and a half after 3pm check-in. I had to request towels as the ones in my room were dingy and looked to be re-folded and not replaced from the previous occupants.

    The property is very dated and needs renovation. The current images online are misleading. We got to the room, it smelled & looked like a run-down retirement home. Drain flies in the bathroom, run-down and the mattress stained brown. Needless to say, we did not stay. We left shortly after checking in. I was really surprised and disappointed and would not recommend until renovations are done to this place. On a positive note, the one staff that I did finally interact with was very friendly and helpful and the lobby was inviting.

    Th management of this hotel is terrible. We had no hot water in the last day of our stay (we stayed 2 nights). I tried three different rooms to take a shower in the morning (they gave me new keycards to the other rooms) but there was no hot water. I was late for my appointment while trying to find a room with hot water. In the end, l couldn’t even take a shower, which was very inconvenient. The receptionists couldn’t reach the technician to fix the problem. I requested some sort of compensation but they rejected. Never going back there. Other guests, be careful because you might not have the basic amenities working in this hotel. Don’t be fooled by their good reviews. I didn’t think these reviews reflected reality. The breakfast was very basic. They didn’t even have a waffle machine (which every hotel has nowadays) and their one pancake machine wasn’t working either.

    Everything was great except one thing. I got in after midnight and was needing to sleep in. However, previous guest set the alarm clock for 5:00 AM. So much for a good night’s sleep. You would think house keeping would check that. Would have been five stars if not for that.

    I attended a concert in Austin with my partner, and we loved our stay here! The pre-check in was very nice, and offered a room upgrade at a very low price. I took advantage of that and LOVED the room! The breakfast in the mornings was amazing as well. Overall a very good stay.

    Room was great beds were very nice. Restroom was great and spacious look very nice with the nuce tile on wall and floor. Breakfast wasn't very good eggs were very bland no flavor gravy was bland no flavor that is because my husband likes just about anything he said no flavor he did not eat them. There has to be a better way to cook them .

    The people there are fantastic. I will just give you one example: I left my work iPad in the room, then realized it at the airport on our way back home. I called them, they said they found it, I sent them a FedEx envelope, and within a couple of days, I had my iPad back. Every time I called them, they were very courteous and understanding, especially Tamiah at the front desk

    Despite difficulties with the shuttle service from the airport, the front desk service was amazing. Check-in was easy and was coupled with a clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Location was great for ordering in and having Cheddar's at a walking distance made for a great date night. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely come stay here again if I am in the area!

    During my stay 12/31/25 - 1/4/26, room was only serviced (cleaned) once. In addition, I noticed a serious issue in the room: ants were crawling from behind the headboard along the corner wall toward the patio. This was very concerning and significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. Also, paint was peeling off in the shower ceiling.

    The hotel location was ok, the hotel was difficult to find due to lack of signs. There's only a paper sign on the interstate side, it was gated off so it was difficult to the 1 entrance. This is the only reason for not receiving 5 stars.

    Overall, the hotel was good. However, we booked a king suite with a separate room with a door, as was posted in the main picture of the room. The room we were given did not have a door separating the room. They didn't have any other rooms, so we had no other option but to stay in the room that was given to us. Will not book here again.

    Check in was really easy. The room was clean. Parking is nice, it’s free and there are cameras. This place is very close to the airport and they have free shuttle service! I needed the shuttle very early and they were already waiting down stairs for me. I can appreciate that. I didn’t have to leave a deposit but it could be different for each person I’m not sure how they determine deposits. The free breakfast was nice! It’s from 7am to 10am. It was clean, stocked and I really liked the pancake maker, that was cute! Check out was very easy, it’s at 11am. I am making this my official hotel when I need to go to the airport.

    Communication needs to be improved. If you have special requests like bassinets, it’s difficult to get help. Or even if you were told there is a bassinet for you upon arrival, you may not have it because they gave it to someone else. I can’t say l enjoyed my stay there although the hotel seemed nice. The breakfast was very basic.

    The bathroom did have toilet paper on the floor that appeared as they had been just mopping over without a sweeping. The front lobby staff Ashley and Tamia were so welcoming and accommodating when one of the hangers were found broken during my check in. Each encounter with them was friendly when exiting and entering over the weekend.

    I thought I was taking advantage of the pre-check in but I believe that and our late arrival gave the hotel opportunity to give me a neglected room. We were given an "accessible" room which was dusty, dirty, and in need of updates. Due to our very late arrival and due to only needing a place to sleep and get ready, we chose not to complain and ask for another room. I did take photos in case I changed my mind but we will not book here again. We were satisfied with the location of the hotel, size and location of the room given, and the gym.

    I have a very difficult time finding one negative thing to say about my stay. The parking was free. The hot breakfast was included. The room was clean. Safe parking. Clean sheets. Clean room. Clean bathroom. I have no complaints. To people who are reading the reviews in an effort to determine weather to stay here or not - there will be some people that leave negative reviews; to those people... may I suggest you go spend upwards of $300.00 per night for a hotel that pampers to your every delicate whim. Go look for a hotel with an additional $30 per night parking. Go look for a hotel where there is no breakfast and you will go spend $30.00 per person on whatever brunch and mimosas make you happy. As for me - I will gladly return to this hotel.

    There’s no local number for this hotel. The instructions at check-in say just call and the van will pick you up at the airport. I called three times and kept getting the national Wyndham number which had no idea how to connect me to this hotel. So I finally took an Uber here. By then it was 1120 at night. I have been traveling since 1 o’clock in the afternoon. The hotel is worn out and corporate needs to come down here and have a little visit. The people are sweet and work hard. These things are not in their control. But I will never stay here again.

    Said they had shuttle from airport. Called reservation 4 times asking where shuttle was. Waited almost 4 hours before I was told by reservation the shuttle was out of service. Had to get a cab. Mold all over the toilet bowl ring. Room 515. Shower was only 4 foot high and I’m 6’-5”. So it was quite inconvenient. No tablets, pens in room. No juice at breakfast bar. Just a at best an ok stay. Way over priced for what I got.

    Starting from Josh checking us in on Saturday night and having assured us on the telephone beforehand that our room was actually ready at 10 AM and we could check in anytime thereafter, it was a terrific stay. It ended up with us not arriving until 2 PM, but it was very nice to know we had the option of arriving earlier. Every moment of this day and every moment of customer experience was perfect.All the way through Bianca giving us the opportunity to stay until 3 PM, as a checkout. Kudos to Drury Inn and Suites Corporation for hiring such wonderful staff. This has always been and will continue to be my go to hotel.... YAY DRURY!!! 😀

    It was a great stay for our family. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. Lobby area was very nice, they actually had a lot of cozy and nice sitting areas. Complimentary drinks was a nice add on. Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants and our favorite mall. Overall we had an amazing weekend and will definately be staying again

    Quick check-in and the staff was nice enough to let me check in a bit early! Appreciated! Clean and comfortable. Shuttle bus was there super fast. Check out Applebees across the street for a quick bite to eat and/or drink.

    Amazing staff. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast and afternoon food along with complimentary drinks. Free shuttle if needed. This was my first time staying here and it will be the only hotel I stay at in San Antonio going forward! Everything about it was perfect for us.

    The hotel is great, beds are comfy, very clean as well. The check in time says it ends at 10pm on hotels.com but it doesn't, the lobby doors are closed but receptionist opens up when you are at the main entrance.

    My stay was great up until check out when I discovered someone had broken into my vehicle. I called the police and filed a report. Dennis, the manager, was very accomodating and helped me throughout the process. He had someone vacuum my vehicle, tape a piece of cardboard over the damaged area and offered to comp my room. I've stayed here before and never had an issue. The hotel did what they could. I called one of my contacts and had the window replaced within 3 hours of the incident.

    I stayed here when I visited San Antonio the past 2 years and I must say my experience has been awesome!!! From a quick check in and great staff, to a buffet breakfast with several choices! They serve free dinner also with many choices and complimentary popcorn in the lobby. Our room was large and clean with a separate living area that had a fold out couch and separate tv. The hotel was only about 10-11 minutes from the downtown River Walk area. I will definitely stay here again if I have to come back to San Antonio!

    This is a good hotel if you have other activities in the surrounding area to do, for instance, like going to SeaWorld. The staff is friendly. The hotel itself is a little older, but it worked for us being that we had activities to do that week. They do have free drinks and appetizers so that did help for us being that we were on the go every day.

    The great benefit of this hotel was that I was able to leave my car there while while we flew out of the SA Airport for our vacation. The shuttle service dropped us off right at our airlines and we did not have to hassle with or pay for long term parking at the airport.

    The staff was all amazing, the rooms were clean and well-appointed. The breakfast and dinner (yes, dinner!) was fantastic with lots of options and thoughtfully prepared/arranged. The drinks were great and the popcorn and soft drinks were a welcome sight for us. The staff were pleasant and accommodating and always had a smile and pleasant demeanor. The pool area was well kept and they even had plastic cups for you to pour your drink in so you didn't take glass into the pool area. I'll always stay at a Drury but this one was just wonderful!

    The hotel is updated and super clean. 2 people were working the front which was convenient. Our room never seem to get cold, it was like the temperature was set a certain temp and every time we would adjust it to be lower it would somehow be at a higher temp.

    This hotel was always my go to for staying in San Antonio.. however after this time I'm not sure I'll go back.. the amount of water damage in all the rooms we used. Also one room we received hadn't been cleaned however they made it right no problem.. the fire sprinkler system is rusted and will fail any day now .. no fan in the bathroom makes it impossible to have a relaxing shower . One room the ceiling in the bathroom was 7ft hi the other 9ft lol they need to rebuild this one .

    When my husband and I were looking to book a hotel in San Antonio, we noted that this hotel was rated “Exceptional.” It met all expectations and more— offering complimentary food and beverages 5:30-7:00 and a buffet breakfast the following morning. Our room was clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful. In addition, the fitness center had seemingly new equipment. Should we return to the area, we will surely stay at this hotel!
