It was Memorial Day so the restaurant was closed. That was a disappointing as we had read there was a restaurant and we were happy not to have to go out. A compensation is warranted when this occurs as they advertise a restaurant.

The staff at the desk are very welcoming and the property is very clean. It is my family’s choice of hotel to stay at when we come visit.

Very nice hotel. Was surprised how nice it was with the price we were charged. Staff was extremely helpful, there was a $12 charge for parking we did not expect, but they just started that a couple of weeks before we were there. Was more than willing to pay as the room price was much below what we expected. Clean, quiet, very comfortable.

Location and lots of restaurants Smoke alarm went off around 5:30 am and after calling the front desk, security came up and gave me cards to a new room next door. Although I was able to move my things next door, I thought they could have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience of having to move to another room at that time of morning.

Bathroom clean. Ice machine conveniently located by elevators. Long check in time Hot tub was warm and foamy. Room floor dirty. Room able to hear lots of sounds. No breakfast or bagged breakfast to go. No welcome complimentary coffee/tea, which is essential for travelers. I a Always grab a hot tea, but this location offered none. Price is very high for wha tv is offered.

Really nice staff upon entry and exit of the hotel, warm and friendly. Lovely big comfy bed and we enjoyed the bar downstairs before going out. Would stay here again.

We were in amd out pretty quickly, just overnight. The airconditioner was really noisy amd they charged us $12 to park. In sam bernardino! Outrageous!

Best thing about the stay was seeing this is the first hotel chain that allows and encouraged guests to connect a device to the tv by wifi and any types of cable connection. If I knew this prior I'd have brought my PS5.

I thought breakfast was included but it wasn’t (to my surprise).. Lower the parking cost or get rid of it altogether.

The person in the bar was eager to help. Unfortunately, he didn’t listen carefully to the drink order. It wasn’t the item I ordered, but I think he was off duty by the time the drink was delivered.

They booked my wrong date. They were over booked. They wouldn’t even let me in the hotel said they didn’t have a room for me. I end up having to drive ours home. Extremely tired and dangerous.

I realized until I got there that I had to pay a $200 deposit on top of my payment. For the room. The air conditioning was broke. You have to pay for TV and internet or sign up for their club to get it free or something like that. The beds are hard and lumpy could not sleep disabled and have very bad pain. Severe pain so I couldn't sleep well. Cuz the bed and the covers and the sheet was very uncomfortable. The chair in the room is worn down. Thank goodness, all you need it to stay one night and I will not return again.

Quiet and comfortable. A good stay close to two major freeways. Very convenient. The daily parking was a surprise. I didn't appreciate the front desk attendant making it sound like it was just going to be "covered" by the $200 deposit, like wasn't paying anything. I did get to see security checking parking vouchers. So there is something the $12 a day is paying for.

The people working the front desk were excellent ! The room and the shower ect bed were excellent. Very cozy and we slept well

They have the worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. It was stale, old and cold. Even the fruit was at least 3 days old. The tater tots and sausages were old and cold. Plus they charged us $25 extra no reason. I still can’t get why from them. Overall terrible, will never book with this hotel or brand again. Terrible.

You’re still gonna leave a 200 deposit to get the room. Ac was working when I shower all the water was falling down the side. To much money for what it is

My visit to this property was excellent. I was in town to officiate a loved ones celebration of life service. Upon arriving I was greeted by Sheri, her hospitality, personality, and professionalism was top notch. The staff were pleasant, especially those I encountered in housekeeping.

The property was very nice and clean and the staff was excellent. But someone in the hotel pulled the fire alarm 5 times and nobody was stopping him/her. So that was my concern.

BEWARE OF PARKING SCAM. Some people I guess just need to make another $12 a day. Parking fees was not properly disclosed at several levels. I contacted them to let them know and was refused a credit. Figure that $12 in to your total cost.

Our stay was pretty good. We had dinner in the lobby and it was wonderful service. Food was great. Service great. We also had breakfast buffet the next morning. The service and food was awesome. During our stay we used the swimming pool and spa. Thumbs up

We needed a stay quick that could take my handicapped husband and our 2 dogs. We able to book this quickly and with all the amenities we were looking for. Handicapped rooms came with a doorbell which I thought was pretty cool. Staff was super helpful and friendly! We will definitely return!

My room 336 smelled like a water leakage and the carpet damp smell. The whole room smelled awful the smell attached to my belongings including clothes .. sadly i won't be staying there again ..in the past I've stayed there because of my son's soccer tournaments

We loved our stay. The hot tub in the room went to good use and the bed was super comfortable. We decided we want to come back once a year just for the hotel room.

It was a bit isolated but overall very close to friends home and services like gas station and access to highway. Made a Thanksgiving stay very nice.

We booked the hotel because we saw that breakfast was included. When we got there, we found out breakfast would be $15 a person. When we pick a hotel having breakfast included as a big deal for us so we are very disappointed to find out that it wasn’t. I have a screenshot of the page we looked at that said breakfast is included. Very disappointed.

Everything was great until I was being intimate with my significant other and one of the ladies that cleans the rooms happen to open my door didn't even say housekeeping I specially put the sign on the door to not disturb and I am very embarrassed that she seen my privates I didn't want to rate them at all it was a very bad experience and I think I should be compensated for this!

This is my favorite place to go. I call it my home away from home. It's always my default location when I need to place to stay, no matter what city I'm it's Hilton Garden Inn. I feel very comfortable with this particular hotel in the staff overall is very nice to me. I wish, however, they would use some type of pesticide on the outside of the perimeter of the property. There too many very large spiders that are around and very close to the walkways, too close. This could cause a problem if someone were to be bitten.

Easy to get to, close to the freeways. Always very clean and in repair. Staff is very polite and professional. Customer service is very important to me, more than the price. And it's what determines where I stay. The Hilton Garden Inn, San Bernardino, always gives me to that great service.

Overall okay. A few drawbacks: Not a lot to check out nearby. There was a weird smell in the room and the noise of the AC is terribly loud.
