Great stay for family visiting from out of town. Rooms are spaces and beds are comfortable! Location is a huge plus, there are stores and restaurants nearby too! Staff was amazing and breakfast was yummy!

Arrival went good however the floor of the room was dirty. Lots of pet hair and dirt. I had taken my shoes off and my sock were gross after walking around the room. We arrived late so I had to wait until morning after 9am when housekeeping was onsite to use a broom and sweep the floor. Other than that the stay was fine.

This is a great place to stay. The kitchenette was wonderful. Very clean. The outdoor fire pits were so nice. Breakfast was good but often the hot items were cold. It took a while for the bathroom sink to get hot water. Finally, you will need to pay for parking. The location is great. Would stay again.

In regards to friendly staff and cleanliness, the hotel is a great place to stay. No complaints there. Now breakfast was not up to my standards. Very simple and not very desirable. Parking is not part of your stay. You do have to pay for parking and just did not make sense to me. Never been to a hotel who charges for parking.

When I asked for a manager, the front deck agent, Jared, refused, claiming the manager was cleaning the rooms. LOL! I mentioned being a Golden member - he replied that two Diamond members were ahead of me and no one has any benefits. We got no apologies and nothing was offered to fix the situation. It's totally impossible to imagine that the hotel would accept bookings without having ready rooms. For a famous hotel chain like Hilton to treat their guests this way is completely unacceptable! I'm very disappointed with such disgusting service and next time time I will most likely choose another option rather than Home2 Suites By Hilton.

Was a perfect location for us to spend the night after a concert at Yamaava Theatre. Having a breakfast included was a nice touch.

Breakfast was good. There were no muffins or plain eggs the first day. The seond day they had mini omletes. Our room was out of condioner and lotion. One of the bottles in the shower fell off.

The room I stayed in with my 80 year old disabled Mom was absolutely perfect as far as the size of the room and bathroom along with a microwave and large refrigerator. My first real issue started with the king size bed only holding 3 pillows so I went to the front desk and requested an addt’l pillow but I was told the addt’l pillow was in a bag with a sheet and blanket under the tv. I went back to the room and took out the pillow but did not pay full attention to the condition of the pillow and later the night as I was preparing to sleep, I noticed a small round yellow stain on the pillowcase. It unnerved me but it was so late at night I decided to just use it. When the morning came after my 1st night I had set the pillow to the side so I can inform housekeeping of the pillowcase stain but as I went to the front desk to ask about when housekeeping (here comes the 2nd but biggest issue)) was coming in, only to be told housekeeping would not be coming in as they only clean the rooms every other day and since that day was gonna be my 2nd and last night stay, my room basically missed the chance for housekeeping which I found OUTRAGEOUS! Other issues involved but I’m running out of characters to type my review.

20 dollars to park seemed a little bit much. The floors above me are very thin!

Beautiful and new, clean and plenty of space in a quiet area. Nothing.

Shower Hot water problem

This hotel was a breath of fresh air after a long road trip from Washington State. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the nights were quiet and relaxing. 10/10 — highly recommend staying here!

Pleasant stay.

The staff were perfect when it comes to customer service Hilton couldn’t have asked for a better team!! The hotel itself was immaculate and the pool for my 3 boys was pretty impressive it was so blue and clean and HUGE we loved it. The breakfast every morning was by far the best no other hotel can compare in my opinion ; )

Now the cons: The mattress was indented on my wife’s side. The people above us must have had kids some all we heard was footsteps and jumping. Instead of high ceilings, I think an extra foot of sound insulation would have been nice. The water pressure in the shower was “ok.”

The place is very pretty and everything is new but the room and bathroom were not so clean and the conditioner was empty i asked the maid for help with it and i got told that she already had cleaned it more than what i asked before... because i asked before and give me a bottle to put it myself.And because of her attitud i wasn't comfortable with her in my room with my personal stuff and with my kids stuff. And no i am not the kind of person that complains but the toilet had hairs and my kids were traveling with me.

Room was ice cold with ac set at 60 upon arrival. Had to turn heater on and come back just to be able to be in room. Staff friendly and fire pits nice on patio. Didn’t like the hot foods in breakfast were luke warm.

Pool unusable - GREEN water !!!

Clean, nice staff. Didn't like the light sensors that turned off the lights every 10 minutes. I had to unplug the lamps and place them in a non energy efficient plug.

Clean, comfortable, very spacious rooms. We had a room right off the lobby (actually facing convenience shop) and it was very loud. All night long you could hear loud groups coming and going in the lobby.

This a newer property that includes a kitchenette in rooms and is kid and pet friendly. It is clean and well maintained. However, the hotel lacks the warmth and hospitality that I experienced at other Hilton properties. Parking in an unmonitored lot was $20 a day although the hotel is surrounded by easy street parking. As a cost saving measure lights in the room and bathroom go off automatically unless there is constant motion. In addition, bright lights came on in the bathroom whenever you entered, even the middle of the night. This was inconvienent and distracting. Lights went off while showering for example. Prices were high in the automated store and bar--e.g. bottled water was $5. Although there is a pool, there were no umbrellas in the area. I was told there was a hospitality hour but in my five nights there never saw one. The hotel is in a civic industrial park near box stores and chain restaurants and is not walkable. Best for a night or two if you have kids and pets and need extra space and cooking facilities.

The hotel is ok but I was not able to sleep good bec of other guest on the top floor keep running upstairs . The hotel staff is nice. Hmm the shower it’s ok I just hope they change there shampoo shoeer gel and conditioner it was not a good one makes ur hair so hard dry. Their shampoo bottle in my room is not attach on the wall it’s on the side I guess it got loose on the sticker thing but it’s no problem . Food is not good for breakfast but I love the hotel and staff

I really enjoyed my stay. We were able to be accommodated with adjoining rooms with family and it made it so convenient and fun. Rooms were very clean and had everything we can need during our weekend. I just wish the shower had a little more water pressure.

Everything was perfect everything was clean restocked and quite 10/10 would stay again for next festival!

It was a bit disappointing, I was on the 3rd floor and the people above were very loud all night, did not get any sleep and even with reporting it to management via text and said they would look into it still have not had a reply, would definitely not be going back as it wasn’t even worth the money.

Amazing hotel! Rooms are huge! Cleanliness was amazing! Staff are friendly, no problem changing to a late check out when my meetings ran longer than expected. My 12 year old said she wants to live there lol 😂 I’ll be back to this hotel, couldn’t have been better.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and had good amenities and a high sense of safety. The breakfast set up was delicious with something for everyone. I would definitely stay there again.

I was completely tricked all the way around I was supposed to stay til the 4th so whow the hotel switched up my days charged me a late check out of 100 my trip w my autistic kids was ruined and it cost me over 990 at hotel . I will be seeking legal counsel if I am not reimbursed immediately . This was a nightmare

This was a nice propoerty for being San Bernardino. My only complaint would be the 4th of July party where there was no pool accessibility and parking. You must pay the 15 dollar parking. Unless it looked like you were at a party in the front free. I have stayed at these quite often and at this location the digital.key only works for the front door and room. Not any other side door nor the pool.

We arrived after attending a family funeral and driving from Vegas early morning. Exhausting morning to say. I had called to check in earlier than 3 pm and that was great. I had asked for extra towels for the four of us so we could shower before bed and those never arrived. To my surprise the hand soap dispenser ran out after 3 washes, hair strands were found on 2 clean towels, hair strands were stuck on shower walls, shower head needed cleaning so the water sprayed correctly, water pressure in shower was very low and clear cups for water were empty in lobby from 8pm till the time we left the next day at 12 noon. The paying for parking was a fee we didn’t know about as well.

We stayed here so getting to the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel to see Foreigner was easier than driving two hours each way in one day.

It was very clean and quiet. Most things seemed clean and well maintained. The waffle maker was not working properly but it was manageable. The morning desk staff was very nice and helpful.

My bed pillow smelled of sweat. Like the pillows aren't ever washed! So gross I could not use it. For the cost of a night's rental I truly expected much better. I took my daughter out for her Birthday weekend

We have to move to another room because the lights where not working then it seem that I dwn graded because the room didn’t have the same living room the dishes was what ever there was water puddles on the floor the kitchen wasn’t stocked up .the TV has issues didn’t work. ..

This property is very quiet and clean. It’s a couple of blocks off the freeway so you don’t have that heavy freeway noise that you have a lot of other properties. I can’t tell you about breakfast because I had to leave early every morning to go to work. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It’s in like new condition overall and it’s in a very good neighborhood.

I booked for a Suite with 2 beds and staff put me in the wrong room. It was such an inconvenience I did not get a message or phone call. That was going to happen. I need a refund or some type of compensation for the inconvenience.

HVAC was very loud turning on and off all night even after shutting off. So loud that earplugs didnt help much and I only got a few hours of sleep before a big presentation.

Couldn’t get room temperature right .. woke up at 2 am our room was way too hot !! Toilet cover was broken and everything broke in the shower!! Nightmare! Complain to the front desk and they offered me a nine dollar credit so ridiculous

Day 1 main curtain for front facing window electronics dis not work so left open. Day 3 repair consisted of removing curtain. They instructed us to use sofa cushions to clock window for privacy. Day 1 no heat. Day 2 no heat Day 3 heat fixed. Day 3 evening , all day 4 not fixed --- toilet blocked. Asked for plunger. Tried to use and no use. Toilet was not fixed even up to day 5 checkout. Mentioned to front desk again and they said they would note for housekeeper. In 30 years I have never heard of such lazy followup service. Vacation or standby help not following through with important issues. Hilton Home2.

We had a quick trip to CA. This was a stop on the way back to the airport. Very nice comfortable stay. Breakfast was very good and with a good variety.

It’s amazing what a difference a lack of hot water an an ac that switches off at night and refuses to function can make in a stay. Every other area was 5 star worthy, but my goodness we were boiling hot every night and could only take tepid showers.

Hotel was great. Large clean rooms. Breakfast was done well and a great option. Location is in a business park which is safe and clean, just a car ride to get to any options.

RIP OFF

Room was excellent. Was spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and bathroom modern. Felt front desk needs improvement. Took a long time for person to check us in and was not given information regardind several amenities. At checkout, waited several minutes but no one was at front desk. Overall hotel was very nice.

The tile floors in the room were dirty. My bare feet picked up the dirt.
