Great owners. Well maintained. Clean and comfortable room. Fast WiFi. A great relief from the debacle at the motel 6 south.

The Staff are nice and helpful, clean room what I like the most is the Bed very Comfy and the Shower is good 😊

Terrible property didn’t end up staying. They had cockroaches, mold and the sheets were full of hairs and stains. Asked for a refund and still waiting for the hotel to respond to Expedia. Not a nice area. Would not recommend.

This place looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS. Very unsafe area. Men will be around the second floor walking back and forth all night. No staff or security overnight. Also, room smelled like cigarettes and was VERY dirty.

Room did not meet basic standard - floor was so dirty it turned our feet black, no flat sheet under the blanket, only one sliding door in the tracks of a 2-door shower enclosure, no latch or screen on window, outlet and light on one side of the bed did not work, fridge leaking water onto the floor, construction trash under the bed, soaps were all brittle and broken in the packages. As for the surrounding area, lots of yelling outside overnight. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked for sheets.

I liked that it was a decent rate in a town where there are not many hotels. A little difficult to communicate with the person at the front desk on the phone due to language barrier. There were many hairs on the bed sheets. The floor could have been cleaner and had many hairs on it as well. The pillows were large and hard, not comfortable. There was much noisy activity going on all through the night outside our window. At one point, there was a prostitute exiting one of the units.

Really clean and big room. Wasn’t aware they had a spa tub which was a huge bonus. Best part of the room hands down. Would HIGHLY recommend and I will be coming back here if I’m ever in the area. Perfect distance getting to the NOS center too which is why I booked it

The location is convenient to downtown, freeway, and groceries. The WiFi worked well. I don't mind some colorful characters, but the cast here was out of film noir (or a porn, not quite sure). The first person I encountered at reception was a woman clad only in thong undies and a bikini top. While seeking assistance from the desk attendant through the plexiglass screen, she was also speaking on the phone with her next john. I got my key and upon walking the short way upstairs to my king suite, I encountered another woman and her pimp in the parking lot. She was attired in a red Negligé that neglected to cover much of anything important. The room has seen some renovations but the contractors should be asked to return to fix a reversed plumbed sink and clean up a very sloppy paint job. The top sheet was not immediately atop the fitted but rather incorrectly sandwiched between a warming blanket and bedspread. Around 2 AM, an older gentleman was outside loudly demanding money back from a woman. She offered to accompany him to the bank to retrieve the refund for services rendered, which she proceeded to describe in great detail. Only a threat to call the police by the night manager brought tranquility back to the Inland Inn and suites. There is no complimentary breakfast.

Pros- -The bed was comfortable -The ac drowns out all other sounds - Good water pressure - It was the cheapest room I found. Cons- Area: Pretty sketchy. There’s a bus stop with security right across the street. The fact that there has to be a security guard there tells you something. Check in: Did not feel welcoming. It seemed like the owner did not want to be there. They scan your id give you a key and goodbye. Room: Not the worst, but does not look like the pictures. It says no smoking but it took an hour for the smoke smell to go away from the room and there were yellow drip stains on the walls that’s probably from smoking and humidity inside. Half the towels I had were stained and they were all thinner than a terry cloth. Bathroom had hairs next to the shower and seemed like no one really cleaned it very well. The sink and shower water was cold on the red and hot on the blue. Dirtiest ironing board I’ve ever seen in my life. WiFi: I don’t even know if there was any WiFi because I wasn’t explained anything when I checked in. Other guests: Streetwalkers.

Bring your own ice. No ice machine!!! Sound proof room. Don't bring sand, there is plenty of it at the beach to say the least. They knock on the door at 10. And then knock every 10 min after to get you out. Close to venue and train. Fridge and microwave plus.free parking.

Pictures made the room and hotel really nice. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was not very clean. I didnt feel comfortable with the area females bringing different men every hour to their rooms. Around 2 or 3 am people were outside being loud. I will never go back

The absolute worst in every way I showed up and the scumbag motel manager right away hits me for a cash deposit, then I get the room and it looks nothing like the ad, complete catfished me, but it did have a jacuzzi that didn't hold water as well as a missing outlet with exposed wires in the jacuzzi area

POOR WIFI- Hardly any WIFI connection at all. Manager seeks occupants to handle his responsibilities & duties when issues occur on his property. My stay here has been a little over a month paying cash daily, there's been 2-3 times that for whatever reason I DNT have full payment but do give half & even with that half given to secure my room manager will literally go to breaker & will turn power off in my room only.

This isn't a review I intended on leaving but enough is enough... The rooms are very comfortable & super clean thanks to the housekeeper. Staff I'm sry to say isn't very professional. They tend to handle situations with the entire family involved. Father uses his teenage children as his security guard & interpreter. My stay here has been well over a month, paying cash daily, no 3rd party (until now). Constantly being asked to leave multiple reviews if not then consequences are to forget "price deal" and pay $10 and if I "can't" afford it I need to check out!?!?

Owners and staff are kind and easily approachable. Area is easily walkable and its about 15-20 minutes to walk just about anywhere down town.

Wonderful stay at a clean, safe humble facility. The owner and staff on site are extremely polite, attentive and respectful. I enjoyed my night so much that I extended eight more days. Clientele are all similar to me in that we are conventional working folks looking for a nice and reasonably priced facility in downtown city center which this definitely is. Easily walkable with plenty of shopping venues co located near the San Bernardino Transit hub. All in all I really enjoyed my time here and didnt brake the bank in the process;) Give it shot when you are in the area.

Property looks good lobby is ugly rooms ok need to be more clean not suitable for kids because this hotel is used for something else one timers if you know what I mean.

After checking in and seeing the room with stains on walls and dirty floors decided to not stay and just left also had a lot of homeless tents on sidewalk outside of hotel

Paid over $900 to stay in a room that was extremely dirty bed sheets were dirty there was dirt an gunk on the floor wasn’t swept or vacuumed or mopped before we got the key for the room, the bathroom has no toilet paper, no towels at all! We had to ask for all that we needed! A the TV stopped working a froze on us in the middle of a show and never got fixed! Definitely don’t recommend this hotel!! Wish I could get a refund on this bc this place was FILTHY!!!!

Most filthy disgusting stay of my life. The AC unit was broken and moldy, there were mysterious pills and trash on the floor. Crumbs in the bed and stains on the sheet. Shouldn’t be more than $100 a night for the conditions I stayed in.

Nothing, absolutely trashed place. Walls were dirty and falling apart. There were roaches everywhere. The floor was sticky and gross. And the smell was horrible.

Friendly and helpful staff. Decent bed. There was a guy who was drunk or on drugs in the lobby asking to stay with me or buy him a room. Credit to the staff for telling him to leave. A lot of my outlets and switches didn't have covers so there were a lot of exposed wires. The people up above me seemed to pace back and forth all night. The neighborhood is terrible, the reason I had to stay here was my car was broken into when parked just down the street and they stole my battery and slashed my roof to get it.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.
