Property was beautiful and clean but our air-conditioning didn't work and we were unable to get someone to come fix it for the three nights we were there despite several calls to the front desk

The property was beautiful inside and outside. Staff was very friendly especially one particular server in the restaurant. I honestly can’t remember her name, but she had short blonde hair and was always so smiley and made sure we were taken care of. The only thing that was disappointing is that we couldn’t get inside the lobby with the globe according to the front desk.. which was a bummer since we wanted to go check it out. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed our balcony. The restaurant served good food. The massages we got at the spa were great. The gym had a good treadmill.

Staff we very friendly and accommodating! Although, upon arrival our room was not entirely clean. There trash bin was full, toilet was dirty, & dirty towels on the floor. We also were missing towels & the blow dryer. After speaking with the front desk those we all taken care of but just seemed weird we were told our room was ready.

The rooms have everything I like in a hotel room - a large dresser to hold your clothes, two end tables with drawers and outlets, a coffee machine that makes good coffee, a large bathroom counter that holds all your stuff, nice large bathrobes, and a large comfortable bed. The lobby is very pretty and they nice provide cold lemon water as you enter. The staff is exceptionally friendly as well. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything.

I can’t believe i haven’t discovered this place until now. I spent my Anniversary here and we had an absolutely Amazing time. The beds are comfortable, the food is delicious, and the spa and Staff are amazing!!!!! Can’t recommend it enough enough. Will absolutely be back. Stop reading, start booking. Great Italian restaurant, clean towels every day, only problem was the coffee maker didn’t work. No, I was too busy while there to bring it to their attention, but when I finally left I reported it. They were very thankful for that.

Would have been nice to have a smart TV, but that is nothing worth complaining about

Great resort. Super friendly 24/7 front desk. All workers were extremely kind and friendly. Everything was super clean. The entire hotel smelled really good. Paid parking was kinda upsetting. My only other gripe (which actually isn’t a gripe because I don’t stay at hotels to go to the gym), is that the gym didn’t have any weights that I could find. Just cardio machines. Other than those 2 things, this was a great stay. I was there for 6 nights.

Love love love this resort! It’s so beautiful and they use an air fragrance throughout the property. Gorgeous. Navigating the area while driving is a little nerve wrecking if you’re not familiar with the area, surrounding freeways etc… but we loved our stay.

I had booked a room with two beds. We got a room with only one bed and it was a handicapped room. We could not hang up dresses.

Stayed for a night. My fiancé and I were attending a concert and booked a room here. The staff were very helpful when checking in. They communicated with me everything that I needed to know. They were very friendly. The room was clean and really nice. It was a very comfortable stay. I would recommend and stay here again next time I’m in San Diego.

The place was nice enough for the price but there was no microwave in our room and the pool was not heated. Everything else was nice enough though. They don’t tell you that there is a 38$ parking fee per night either which is kinda messed up

Location Parking is a hidden fee and exaggerated

We were also surprised by the $38 per day parking fee, though we could somewhat understand the reasoning behind it. The rooms themselves were beautiful, but it was disappointing that the balcony light remained on all night for “security reasons.” We had breakfast at the restaurant one morning, and the food was amazing. However, our waiter seemed very uninterested in interacting with us. We tried to engage in conversation, but he barely responded and only gave uncomfortable smiles, which made the experience awkward. I’m someone who values good customer service and believes in giving the same energy and kindness I receive. In a hotel of this caliber, I truly expected much more in that regard.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower in bathroom needed fine tuning: leaking shower head and very loose shower door handles. (I did inform staff at check out).

The hotel was so convenient and close to stores and other hotels for my conference. Staff were very helpful. The only negative thing was that the advertisement stated that parking was included and I paid $38 per night which it seems to me deceiving. I feel that the savings I had was added to the parking not really a deal.

This is the most comfortable and secure resort I have ever been to. The service is outstanding and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for an accommodation in San Diego just minutes away from from Downtown.

The only complaint I have is having to pay to park overnight.

This was my first time staying at this property, and they have now been added to my personal preferences for options when I am in San Diego. I like that it is slightly off Hotel Cir South and not right on the interstate. The hotel was clean and th staff were helpful.

Also, I really needed half n half ( in the small serving plastics) because there was only dry creamer. These are small things that perhaps feedback will take care of.

Didn’t realize it was a religious location.

The hotel itself is very nice. The room is spacious. Location wise it is surrounded by a lot of other hotels but not close to restaurants/shops. The down side to this hotel is there is a lack of facilities. The restaurant closes at 9pm. And on the saturday when we wanted afternoon food the restaurant was closed for a private event. There is no coffee shop within the hotel. Its a very sterile environment. Cannot fault the rooms but dont come here for an overall "experience".

I loved my stay! The restaurant served beautifully prepared, tasty food, the room was comfortable and all the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional.

Proximity to our family. We were really looking forward to this stay and had saved all year for what we hoped would be a relaxing, luxury resort experience but unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. From the start, there were multiple unexpected add-on charges that were never clearly explained until we got there. It felt like we were constantly being nickel-and-dimed. To make matters worse, basic amenities were lacking - there wasn’t even a microwave in the room, which was incredibly inconvenient. The internet situation was also frustrating. The “free” Wi-Fi barely worked, with terrible reception, and we were expected to pay extra for faster service - which didn’t feel acceptable for a resort of this level. One of the biggest issues was the lack of responsiveness from staff. We informed them early on that our room phone wasn’t working. Despite that, whenever we needed something simple like towels or toilet paper, we were told someone would bring it up - but no one ever came. We repeatedly had to walk all the way down to reception and insist on getting items ourselves. Housekeeping was also extremely disappointing. When our room was “cleaned” it seemed like the only thing done was making the beds. The bathroom and shower were still grimy and full of hair, and there was noticeable dust throughout the room. They even left one of their dirty gloves on top of the nightstand. Service at the front desk was inconsistent. Some staff members were kind and helpful, but others were not very welcoming or accommodating. To top it all off, our last night was awful. The hallway reeked strongly of marijuana, likely from another guest smoking in their room, and it completely ruined what little relaxation we had left. We paid nearly $800 for 4 nights/5 days, and honestly, we would have been better off staying at a cheaper hotel where at least we would have gotten more value out of the room - since we never experienced anything close to a “resort” feel here.

Absolute wonderful stay. The cleanliness of the resort, the staff, the greenery around the property, the pool area, the day pass purchase for the spa, the breakfast & lunch & the lovely Garden of Peace were the highlights of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting San Diego!

We stayed for the long weekend. The staff was kind & gracious. The room was clean & the hotel was very quiet. We only ate at the restaurant for breakfast, but it was always good. We are return guests & will not hesitate to stay here again.

This was a very calm and pleasant stay. The resort was clean and orderly they tended to are request very timely. The room was clean and modern. There is no airport shuttle just an fyi. The TV had modern cable, no streaming options. Which was kind of nice, felt nostalgic. The fitness room can definitely be improved with an added weight set (barbells). Over all a very good stay and modest pricing.

Pool was too cold for my baby to get in and never got the heat turned on for the pool. Also, the poolside bar not being available when it says poolside bar on the website. It’s only for events.

Meh. Little things that were off. The air conditioning was blowing in my face all night but we had to have it on because there were no windows to at least crack open. The water dispenser in the gym was a trickle and the gym had no weights. The room was spacious which was a plus but there was no emphasis on environmental care, so no recycling bins at the very least. The hotel is advertised as a resort and you pay a resort fee, but the amenities don’t really match. The parking was plentiful, but of course, you have to pay extra for that too. Come on this is hotel row, not downtown. The staff were friendly, upon checking in our front desk person took a phone call and had to excuse herself to tell the person calling her that she was at work. Kinda odd. Save your money and stay at a 2 star hotel instead.

Parking was sooo easy no issues. Be aware parkingis $38 per day and self parking. The staff was great even room service. There's a Theresa Steakhouse that provides room service, which I did, and it was great. I definitely loved everything about my stay. They provide coffee, tea, and water for the room. I like that the hand soap was a dispense bottle, and they give a bottle of lotion as well. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was very quiet. No loud traffic or loud guests staying. I stayed on the 5th floor and booked another room since I extended my stay . It was on the 3rd floor, which had a balcony. There were several available channels on the tv. You'll enjoy your stay here! There are only 2 elevators, and they take forever, but I dont think thats anything that can be resolved.

The staff was stellar. It was extremely peaceful and quiet. We greatly appreciated our room. Unfortunately, the hygiene was sorely disappointing. I have a suppressed immune system and heart damage, high-level of hygiene is paramount to avoid infections. 1. On one of the pillows was a long wig hair, possibly the linen was not changed from the previous guests. 2. The carpet was extremely dirty and the smell was equally bad. 3. The AC vent has visible black build up. 4. Strong urine scent in the bathroom, with visible mold growth in the shower. 5. Pillows needed washing. 6. Chair was extremely dirty. I cleaned it. Fortunately, for the odors I ordered an air purifier to help mitigate contracting any airborne illness. Additionally, I purchased bedding to promote safer rest. Overall, the property is lovely, staff are warm and friendly and I will return.

The hotel smelled delightful with a light air freshener being filtered in. We had a lovely room with a balcony facing the pool. The staff recommended a local seafood restaurant that was divine. I will definitely book again!

Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Pool was on west side so if you want to use in morning it’s still chilly (though heated, still in shade). Hot tub makes up for though. Would stay again.

It was a great experience. Went for my birthday weekend and said that, they gave me two complimentary drinks and and a snack from the snack store they have in the front as a small gift. Hotel room was great. Clean. My only complaint is we asked for extra towels and had to call again because they took a while but shortly after the second call, they were brought up. The resort in general was decent especially for hotel circle however housekeeping was horrible. Upon arrival there were greasy fingerprints on my door. I should have known then. Day 2 i ordered breakfast before work. Came back 12 hours later and the room service tray was still there. Only thing done was bed was made. My coffee nor water was replenished. I took tray out to hallway. When i left next AM it was still there. I had to leave notes asking to leave me more coffee and water. Empty coffee cup not thrown out etc. just really sloppy rushed work

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is beautiful & I felt safe. It was convenient to a lot of the things I wanted to do so I was able to take a nap in between activities which was a plus. I will say the walls are thin so if you have really loud neighbors you’re going to hear them & there were a few minor cosmetic imperfections inside the room but nothing major that affected my time there. There are parking fees of $30 a night & incidental fees of $50 per night which is refundable after your stay if nothing is wrong with the room. I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it!

Clean room. Clean atmosphere. The restaurant inside is pretty good and has reasonable prices. Staff are very nice. Pool is nice and deep but the gym has no free weights only cardio equipment and some mats along with some recovery items. The rooms were very nice and felt clean! However, they were hot… a/c will not get below 69 no matter what you set it at. We called the front desk since it was so warm and they sent maintenance. They said you cannot lower the temperature below 66 or it won’t kick in. Not that we needed it that cold but we were really trying to cool off the room so we tried lowering it as much as possible. It only felt nice and fresh in the evening when the sun was going down but during the day it’s stuffy and you want to open the balcony door (if you have one) to let fresh air in so that it can circulate. The daily parking fee was 38$, which adds up quick if you’re staying there for more than a couple of days and for it to not being gated or secure the price seems a bit steep to me.

Clean property and great location

It was 15 mins from the airport. Very convenient to go to Pacific Beach, and La Jolla part of town. The rooms were nice comfortable mattresses and clean. I wish this hotel served coffee in the morning, considering it is a boutique hotel or hot cookies in the evening. I would stay here again.

The outside looks very nice and appealing to the eye. Everything that glitters is not gold. The hotel is over priced for what to get in return. This is not an exclusive resort. It’s just OK. Tub was clogged. Dirty water coming up when taking shower. Burnt pancakes for breakfast. The pictures are from taking a shower not a bath.

The room was not taken care and it smelled like the prior guests perfume or cologne. The shower water pressure is very weak and the hotel has begun to smell like marijuana throughout even though smoking is not allowed in rooms. The jacuzzi was full of people smoking marijuana out in the public and I was not able to use the amenities.

Casey, the receptionist was very helpful. Room was large and bathroom space and storage were nice. Beautiful lobby. Bed was so soft we had to leave for another hotel due to backache.. Pillows were so large the spine got a double whammy. Might be great for convention living, but was far away from everything we wanted to do. Coffee was NOT good. Would hope we could get a ceramic mug, but only had paper cups as well.

The power went out for a while and there elevator went out and we had to use the stairs.

Amenities need to be upgraded. The tv especially needs to be upgraded, no compatibility with smart Apps or Netflix. I will say the customer service at the front desk was helpful and kind. Housekeeping was rude. Telling us to checkout long before our checkout time. I felt let down overall - there are much nicer hotels nearby for less money. Another thing is they locked the pool out of customer key access an hour before the pool actually closed. Just a weird vibe.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were excellent for slumber and comfort. This hotel is centrally located to Old Town San Diego and Balboa Park. The water front and airport are just a couple of miles away. Moreover, there staff is also most excellent. Nick answered all my questions when I called him from Texas. He was also very helpful during our stay in the beautiful City of San Diego. I highly recommend folks consider staying at the Legacy Hotel.

Room was spotless, staff extremely friendly/helpful, especially those I spoke with at the bar/lounge. I wasn't sure what to expect and this hotel surprised me. Definitely got my money's worth and will use this hotel again in the future. The only downside would be that it's not really a walkable location. But it is central and near everything, you just need to grab a ride to any other area. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great quality at a reasonable price.

The rooms were spotless and quiet! We had a beautiful view from our balcony. Kassie was a wonderful hostess when we arrived to the end when we checked out. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Thank you Kassie you were so kind and generous to our family. You are a great young lady!

The room was dirty I mean actual grime in the shower and the sinks. Massive stains on the floor and the carpet was even wrinkled. The sheets were also very dirty. There was a homeless encampment near the parking lot and the service was aweful. I tried to cancel my reservation and get a refund at the front desk and they were so truly unhelpful because o used hotels.com to book the room. I kept trying to work with hotels.com for the refund and the hotel would not answer the customer support to approve the refund. We had been at this hotel when they first opened and had a wonderful experience. After all these years later it was aweful to see how downhill this hotel has gone over the last couple years. Super disappointed to see how bad this place has gotten.

Only there for one night. Very nice hotel. Thought it was great to receive a text about Happy Hour. So I went and was literally turned away saying the bar is closed. If you were having a private party and turning away your guests maybe don’t text for us to come. And to top it off, the guy was abrupt and rude. Every other interaction with staff was friendly.

Loved the service and cleanliness of the hotel. Just there was no microwave and free snacks in the fridge for us to snack on. Overall great experience for a 4 night stay and pretty walkable to a diner by the street.

Also, the a/c temperature regulator was not working properly, at some point it rapidly turned from hot to cold and vice versa so it is impossible to get the temperature you want. Windows cannot be opened. There's a constant noise coming from the room telephone. The person who met and served us at the Theresa's restaurant in the morning did not even greet us! My friend and I were the only ones there in the morning and yet he managed to make a mistake on one of the items and bring something other than what we ordered. I am definitely not coming back here.

We called to check if they used scents in rkoms and were told no. The room was fine but the lobby and hallways had strong artificial scents. Restaurant off lobby but would not eat yjere due to the strong scented air. I loved the hotel. The staff was pite and friendly. I would never stay here again due to the strong scents. I had an amazing time at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant there served delicious food that was a highlight of my stay.

I can’t say this was worth the luxury price tag. The floors of the room were dirty. It didn’t feel like a boutique hotel the way you’d expect. We stayed at a Hilton garden Inn the previous night and definitely felt the difference. The staff was incredibly nice and the best part of the stay. Also keep in mind that the pool area is not really lit up which is odd as the sun sets at 4:30 and is open till 10 PM. The hotel is advertised as a spa but you have to pay to enter it. Parking was 35 a night for an outside lot… The stay was nice but I really think you could find something similar for a much cheaper price. I definitely felt buyers remorse when entering the room.

The balcony and the bathroom lights were amazing facility was clean and beautiful. I felt like I was staying at the Ritz Carlton, but I’ve never actually stayed there. However, it just felt like I was living lavish for a good deal. I recommend everyone stay here.

It was either too hot or too cold in the room and I gave up trying to adjust the air conditioner because it never solved the problem. I was never made aware of the free breakfast, so that's a bummer. All in all, I won't be staying here again.

The rooms are nice. It has a good amount of space. The balcony is a bonus. The view is decent. The hot tub was everything. There is carpet in the room. We had an issue with our first room. Tisha rectified it asap. She went above and beyond to get us situated. Sharon followed up and made sure we were comfortable. Kasey ensured we were satisfied and took care of us at checkout. All of the ladies provided excellent service and made me want to stay there again.

I booked a balcony and did not get it. They were fully booked. The spa was closed on Sunday, which was how I had planned to spend my day at a SPA hotel.

No microwave in room, it's licated at entrance to overpriced restaurant. Awkward! No ice makers. Ice has to be requested and delivered, obe bucket at a time. BS! One counter person working at check in time. Took 20 minutes to simply check in after a long drive. BS!!!

Rooms were exceptionally clean and the only issue I had was the size of the toilet, extremely small and low. It looked like a child's training toilet. The staff were great, very professional and courteous.

The pool area was nice too. The best part was the amazing staff we met at the resort. During our stay my husband tripped and fell in the parking lot . Josee at the front desk took one look at him when he walked into the hotel and called security (Albert) to follow him to his room and check on him. Albert called an ambulance in spite of the fact my husband said he was fine. My huband was not fine. He needed multiple stitches, CT scans and dressings. We are extremely grateful for the caring attention these employees gave him. Over all I can't praise this hotel enough. It is indeed a treasure on Hotel Circle.

A great stay. Big rooms and a nice pool and jacuzzi area. Room maid wasn't great. First day forgot to replenish coffee and tea etc. Then on our second day turned up after 4 PM to clean the room, we'd been out all day and sent her away. Otherwise a nice hotel in a beautiful city.

Our stay for the entire thing was 367 for some reason the woman charged my card 387 when we got there and she kept stating it was the damage deposit 50 a night we stayed two I’m not math wizard but that makes 100.. even if she was adding the parking 35 a day we stayed two. on check out I question all this because I found out from my bank about the charge not from her.. and they guy checking me out wouldn’t answer said it was parking but I’m paying cash for my stay and it was on the list of charges I paid today with cash …. And the chargers were more than the total stay… another woman tried saying it was the taxes .. that still doesn’t add up guys… terrible staff

I got this room because I thought it was Christian based. Turns out this is just another money hungry business. No where in Expedia did it say that you have to pay $35 for parking for one night. The employee checking me in said she could not do anything. Also when I called down for some utensils they said I can come down and get it. Horrible service. Being Christian based is just another way they work for the mighty dollar which they worship

Quick one night stay after a day at San Diego Zoo. Room was comfortable and quiet. Restaurant on site is absolutely delicious. Self parking @ $35 per night was more reasonable than most, and parking was easy. We would absolutely stay again.

My room had a dirty towel in the sink when I checked in, and the next day after being cleaned. The daytime cleaning they did but take away dirty towels and one towel left looked dirty too. Disappointing for a preferred hotel I frequent when in town. Also I got the 2nd floor and I’ve been there several times

I requested late check out thr night before asked to call in the morning. I called early around 7am and was told no there are non available i stated i called the night before was told no. The house keeping was already knocking at 10am with my toddler and sister in the room i was at a conference. I brought it up to the management she acknowledged they should have not been knocking after id already requested to stay late for my toddler and sister while i was at work conference.

There was no concierge service at the hotel or valet parking; for being a resort the Legacy is falling short. A plus to the hotel it's centralized for a convenience to all the attractions.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Room was so clean and quiet. These were the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept on. It is a great location for dining and shopping and just about everything else in San Diego, except the beach. Great experience!

Nicolas was by far my favorite at this resort hotel! He was so sweet, accommodating and pleasant. He made the check in process a breeze. He was also always smiling and welcoming. We liked the location and the Cleanliness of the Hotel.The restaurant in the Hotel had a fantastic breakfast.The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

Everything about this hotel was perfect with the exception of the air conditioning unit that seemed to have a mind of its own. It would blow hot air at random times or cold air at random times VS the setting of the temperature.

This is a strange Hotel. Clean with a big lobby, rooms, gym and restaurant. Gym has no weights in it (they were stolen?), the room's AC doesn't work well, porch light can't be turned off, Pad screen shines all night with no turn off, the layout of the bathroom is bizarre, the list goes on and on. No room cleaning. We were gone for six hours from 12 noon to 6pm and they showed up to clean while we were showering for dinner. Never cleaned it.

The hotel rooms were very accommodating and the grounds were very well kept.

It’s a nice hotel but we had several issues. This was totally a last minute booking. When we got there we were told we needed to pay for parking $35 and $50 for deposit, (I get the deposit is pretty standard) we could not do a contactless payment, so it was kind of awkward trying to figure that out. I don’t think the employee was the nicest also. All my credit cards are on my phone. Anyway by the time we tried to order dinner, it was too late. Would have been nice if that was mentioned when we checked in. The tv just had regular channels which was mostly news, I don’t even remember the last time I watched regular tv. They have a section that says movies, which we tried to access, and couldn’t because you have to enter a PIN. I called the front desk and they told me I have to choose my own pin, which I tried several times and it would just say pin invalid. 30 to 45 mins later I called again to say I’m having trouble with the tv and I was told maintenance was gone for the day, that they would be able to come and look at it tomorrow morning, which was my checkout date. They did offer a $30 inconvenience Credit, to use at their restaurant. The bed was comfortable and nice. In the morning I did notice the wall by the desk had coffee stains and other walls has scratches and marks on them. The whole tv thing ruined it for me because I couldn’t watch anything or connect my phone. (Not a smart tv) you would think contactless payment and a smart TV is pretty standard.

What I really liked was that it was very quiet and peaceful for the size of the place. Good location, close to everything, but not so close as to be overrun. What I didn't like was them closing the pool/hot tub by 9 PM for everyone. It's summer in San Diego. And my experience was this was an adults only hotel (did not see any families with zmall children). Why close it down so early? Got back from working at 6 PM. Dinner done by 7,:30. Q hour to let food sit, and the pool area is closing in 1/2 hour? Still, overall, it was a pretty good stay.

While staying here, there was an especially loud conference being held that could be heard from the opposite end of the property where our room was. Property has lots of religious undertones which we found jarring especially considering there’s no mention of it anywhere on the website or booking, but verses and scripture decorated the grounds. Otherwise, our King Room was well kept.

The staff were as helpful as I hoped for all in all it was really good .. they kept saying if I booked directly through it would be cheaper and they will hook me up .. why would you do that with you partners!?

The property was nice, kind staff, clean. It's difficult to not give the Legacy 5 stars, but I did have a handful of issues that I'd like to mention. 1. The AC is not good. It took about 5 hours for the room to cool down, and it still wasn't cool to the setting that I set it at. They sent up a tech, but that didn't make a difference. 2. The phone never worked. I tried to call the front desk and the phone kept getting an error. They sent up a tech and he just unplugged the phone, and plugged it back in and it still didn't work. On top of that, we had to unplug the phone for the rest of the trip because it was making this humming sound that wouldn't stop. 3. Someone in that building was smoking strong weed, the building reeked of the smell. 4. Although this issue was resolved, I thought it still be important to mention it -- I booked my 2 girls for a spa appointment on Labor day, in which the buy on the phone booked them with no problem, even though it was Labor day. He confirmed the booking. On the Saturday before, I called to confirm that they were set to go on their spa day, and a lady called me back and said they were closed. So I spoke to the hotel manager who was very kind, and was able to get spa people in for labor day. The issue was resolved, however their wouldn't of been an issue if it was scheduled in the first place. Pretty disappointing as it was my girls birthday. We didn't bother going to the restaurant, it's way overpriced. Parking was easy.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The infrastructure was excellent and very well maintained. Location, with a vehicle, was perfect with good connections. Without one, Lyft was cheap. The room was a good size as was the bathroom. The large shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. We ate at the on-site restaurant, Theresa, daily for breakfast, and once for dinner. While not to be considered fone dining, our meals were tasty and the portions quite generous. Prices were fair, and service was very friendly and attentive. The nice outdoor pool was quiet during our visit and there were plenty of loungers and towels available. The nicely equipped fitness room was spacious and cool. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Not so great. This hotel is not a resort. It has a pool and a spa, as many other hotels do. The pool area was dirty. Towels were old and worn out. Food at the restaurant was mediocre and expensive. I will not return to this hotel.

The most amazing fragrance when you enter the lobby. Very chic and modern. It felt quite luxurious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location near major freeway, restaurants and shopping. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food options were good. The room and bathroom was spacious. Our room had a balcony, with a partial view of the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool or gym but it looked very nice and clean. We would definitely return.

Food was great from Teresa's. Should be told that they charge $35 for parking. Also since you can't check in until 3 pm and have to be out at 11 am, you need to stay more than one day to enjoy the spa and pool.

Beautiful place to stay clean rooms

Beautiful hotel. The TV didn’t work in our room and Casey at the front desk found a solution for us efficiently. The rooms are great, the pool was nice and quiet and the breakfast options delicious. You have a repeat customer in myself and the wife.

Food and drinks were amazing. Bartender and waiters were incredibly nice. We had breakfast and got happy hour cocktails and appetizers.

Front desk staff was nice but overall a dirty hotel with super cheap bedding.

Great Hotel. Close to everything. Be prepared to pay for parking. (If it a San Diego thing almost for everything)

Room service was un-responsive and surprise parking charges were way too high! $115.00 for parking on premises for 3 days??? ugghh

modern & clean. spa scent thru entire hotel. beautiful lobby. excellent resturant. nice pool. large rooms on top floor. Negatives are the bathrooms: should have walk in showers (get rid of shower curtains pls), put pocket doors on toliet room and add double sinks & wall to wall mirror over sinks.
