I mean it's the OMNI! Everything was perfect here. The staff, the hotel, the room and view, the stay, the connecting bridge to the Petco Park. The valet was an easy drive up process and the bellhop/porter was extremely kind and helpful, emptied out our luggage from the vehicle. The check in process was simple and quick. The staff was so friendly to my dog and even provided him with a treat. Every time we came down, every staff member gave him compliments. The water bottles were free and provided at anytime of being requested. We stayed two nights and both nights the housekeeping was very pleasant and even though I had my dog, a medium size frenchie, the housekeeper was willing to come in and change our towels and make the bed. She was very kind. The hotel surrounding area felt safe and the noise wasn't an issue being on the 11th floor. The view was gorgeous! Walking the dog around the area and finding a dog walk area was simple, next to the Gaslamp Quarter sign and coffee as well. I didn't try the food at the hotel.

We stayed in a double bed room. Great renovated rooms, I love the new design and style. Room was super clean, smelled nice. Floor to ceiling windows looking out at San Diego. Shower had great water pressure. The pool was great, spent a lot of time there. There was a DJ on Saturday afternoon for some good music. Only downside I can think of is the body wash soap they keep in the showers: it smells nice but it doesn’t lather or rinse off well.
- 4/5
Otherwise the place and staff were very nice
- 5/5
After long days at the conference, the pool was a perfect place to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel’s restaurants, which exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we will definitely choose the Omni San Diego again on future trips.

A bellman grabbed our luggage and headed to our room. The room was clean, smelled fresh and had a great city/ stadium view. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Room came equipped with a fridge and a pod coffee maker, they let us know a microwave could be furnished upon request. The absolute best part of our stay was the convenience of the breezeway to petco park. No line to enter the park even at the busiest times. We were able to attend multiple games and enjoyed the convenience.

We had an Amazing experience at the Omni. Everyone was friendly, and we especially loved the poolside bar and the easy access to the Padres game. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. Valet, room service, housekeeping, and luggage service were all very friendly and amenable. Also can’t beat the easy access from the skybridge to Petco Park.

Love staying at The Omni when we go see the Padres play! The bridge from the hotel to PETCO Park is the best! So convenient. We also ate dinner at the on-site restaurant, Ace Porter and it was wonderful. Great food and staff! Highly recommend The Omni for an all-around amazing downtown San Diego stay!

Bay view room was beautiful to look out of daily. Having the coffee maker and mini fridge was nice. We’ve stayed here twice before , least favorite bed this time but overall a very nice room. Ordered a breakfast and dinner meal room service, high quality food. Had drinks at the poolside bar twice, Drinks were good, nice staff. Will stay again, love the short cut to Petco Park!!

The staff was amazing!
- 5/5
Ryann was very helpful. Hotel was clean, room service was excellent. Only issue I had was no one is controlling guests opening up exit doors for anyone who comes knocking. Major security issue, and the only “security” in the building were the staff.
- 5/5
Love the private walkway into the stadium. Very cool.
- 5/5
Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great property. Yet another amazing Omni experience!
- 5/5
Enjoyed the in-hotel coffee shop with their pastries as an alternative to the hotel’s Buffett breakfast.

My ex mother in law was a resident there for years in one of the penthouses so it was a nice nostalgic visit
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and conveniently located. Staff, pool, fitness center and rooms were excellent. Will definitely plan to be back.

Was disappointed with the check in process, staff was cordial but not real warm. You will want to make sure you stay in the opposite side of the train, If not plan on staying up late if you are not an extremely heavy sleeper. Housing keeping was very prompt and did a great job. Pool service was very slow but nice. Lots of options in that area to stay, probably wouldn’t stay there again.

My family traveled to San Diego for the first time to attend our son's Marine graduation—one of the most important and memorable events of our lives. We chose this hotel based on its location and positive reviews. The room itself was fine, and housekeeping did a decent job. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Our son's graduation ended around 11:30 AM on Friday. We politely asked for a slightly later checkout so we could return, shower, change clothes, and collect our luggage before heading to the airport. The hotel offered only one extra hour—for an additional $50. Since that didn't really help our situation, we were forced to check out at 5:00 AM and drag all of our luggage with us to the graduation ceremony. The front desk staff was unfriendly and, at times, outright rude. This was especially disappointing considering we weren't asking for anything unreasonable. Another surprise was the "included breakfast" that somehow turned into a $35-per-person breakfast charge. The pool was ice cold. The hot tub water was cloudy and looked dirty, and the hot tub itself wasn't even working. When we asked staff about it, we were basically told it wasn't their concern. The food downstairs was overpriced and, frankly, not worth eating. And as the cherry on top, this hotel sells a can of Coca-Cola for $5. A can that costs about 50 cents elsewhere. That's a 900% markup. We left San Diego disappointed .
- 5/5
Perfect to catch up Padre game, the vibe at the pool was awesome and getting coffee in the morning at the café was perfect
- 5/5
Hotel is amazing and the location is fantastic and very convenient especially if you're attending a baseball game literally next door
- 5/5
Location size of rooms facilities staff and bar great meeting place nothing

Valet service too slow , amenities not good , bathroom stuff not good , shower head too strong for the kids , some of the lights are flashing about to out
- 5/5
The people were nice, the property was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. Very fresh. The food from Ace Porter and Fresco’s were very good. The scenery around the area was a good sight. It’s right across the street from the petco stadium. From the 21st floor you can see right inside the stadium it’s really beautiful. The pool was heated. It’s located in the Gaslamp district.
- 3/5
The room was clean and nice bathroom needs a little more upgrade shower is very small. It was a nice hotel but they don’t tell you about the trains you hear all night had a corner suite and we didn’t sleep bc of the train we even left early bc we just wanted a good night sleep but we knew we would t get it there. The bridge to petco is amazing
- 5/5
Perfect location, especially for Padres game
- 2.5/5
The convenience of the ball park and gaslamp district. The balcony was tiny. I thought I pait for a balcony overlooking the bay and ocean. I saw th dirty train yard mostly and Barrio Logan. The parking fee was astronomical. The hotel and tourism committee should consider residents more when we "staycation".

I've stayed at cheaper less prestigious hotels in SD with much better service and quality. We booked this hotel due to the availability of a crib or pack and play for our baby - we even called ahead to make sure we would have one and were told "No problem! We'll have it ready for you" Upon arrival, we were told they didn't have anymore and it was our problem to figure out... No suggestions, no willingness to run down the street and get one for maybe $50 at Target - which for a hotel like the Omni should be chump change also knowing they'll reuse it for many years with other guests. In fact I was told - I can go and get one or I just have to "Figure it out". No concern for the safety of a baby or making guests comfortable that have been traveling all day with 2 kids.... To add we asked for some extra sheets and pillows so we could make a makeshift bed and they took their sweet time while our kids waited to go to bed... Also you could see some really poor caulking and grout job in the bathroom shower that might as well have been done by my toddler... For a hotel as "Prestigious" as the Omni to look like its had the same repair quality as a Days Inn is just sad. Was really looking forward to a comfortable, nice stay at a "Luxury" hotel but was just bummed out and disappointed instead.

This is the perfect property to stay when attending any of that at Petco park! The hotel has a private bridge into the park, thus avoiding the crowds and lines get into Petco Stadium! Location is everything! I can honestly say there was anything I dislike about the property. Staff was helpful, punctual friendly services were exemplary from Vallet parking to check-in, room service, peaceful experience on through check out everything was above and beyond my expectations

They will charge you a destination fee of $39 just to eat there before you even order the food. Also, we found mold on two of our pillows as well as the bed linen. I tried contacting them about all this and they said there was nothing they could do. Piss poor customer service, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else and definitely don’t eat there. Will not stay there again at this or any other Omni hotel.

within walking distance to the Navy's Bridge Run event venue, plus a nice stroll to Seaport Village and right next to the Gas Lamp Quarter. Also next door is Petco Stadium if you're into baseball.

Amazing location, beautiful views, kind welcoming
- 5/5
An outstanding property and truly exceptional stay!
- 4/5
Only negative preventing us from returning is $70 a night parking....exhorbitant on top of $300 + nightly rate
- 5/5
If you want to go to the water front you will have to drive. Valet is a little pricey at $70.00 dollars a day. To cold to use the pool so I could not give an opinion on it.

Hotel located perfectly in downtown San Diego. Its location so close and actually adjoining PetCo park perfect for us baseball fanatics. We always enjoy the Omni

Breakfast menu was good, we ate there twice. The nighttime menu was good we ate there once. The bridge across to stadium for baseball was good
- 5/5
The food, drinks, the sixth floor pool area with food and cocktails was absolutely amazing . absolute comfort! The staff in every area of the omni was amazing as well. The ease to Petco was great as we took in a Chicago cubs/Padres 3 game series

We had the nicest customer service by Matthew at the front desk. We were given a beautiful room, clean and spacious. Linens were nice, bed very comfortable. The gym is top notch with lots of equipment to choose from, all in good working order. We enjoyed the mango margaritas from the bar, excellent!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool. Great to sit poolside and enjoy the music and firepits. Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Great location to walk around the Gaslamp district and go to a ballgame.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
Checking in , fast . Checking in staff , not the greatest . My children got looks of annoyance. Food options , could be more kid friendly . Bellmen , great & friendly . Valet , fast ! Overall decent & convenient if going to a padres game. Game day traffic is the worst in daygo !
- 5/5
Great location in the heart of Gaslamp, friendly staff, and excellent amenities.
- 5/5
Excellent property if you are attending the Padres game!!! The staff made sure you had a great experience and explained everything so well. Close proximity to shops and restaurants as well. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Pros: Prime location next to Petco Park, exceptional customer service, and spacious, clean rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. Food at restaurant is really good. Cons: Valet parking can be very expensive (around $70/night), and at night can be a bit loud for all bars and restaurants around.
- 5/5
Amazing location with its own private entrance to Petco park.
- 4/5
What I didn’t like was the noise. It was really load. Not just from the game but also the street. I also thought $70 valet is really high and I did not know there was a destination fee.
- 5/5
Clean room, perfect for padres games
- 5/5
Jacob & DJ provided TREMENDOUS customer service. A perfect hotel w/ a perfect location!!
- 3/5
Basic hotel room is just that, basic. Beds are ok but pillows are like a deflated bag. Parking is astronomical at $70 per night! Ouch! Tip: park directly across the street for $1 an hour . Wish we’d known. It’s expensive, so be prepared. Not sure if we’d stay here again or not.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our visit
- 5/5
Have a sexy night with your lady? Come to the Omni, get up early to do your business and wake her up to the unimpeded sound of your flatulence. Seriously, you will hear every sound in the bathroom, the sliding, louvered door will do zero to keep the sound down.
- 4/5
Room was perfectly fine and very clean and the view was really nice. The bridge to Petco Park is amazing and really the reason you would stay here unless here for a conference. My only knock in star ratings is really due to the lady at check in who wasn’t friendly. Room wasn’t ready until 4 which is never ideal but fine, I asked if any rooms were ready and she said no, fully sold out and there were no changes allowed. No problem, just thought she was a little rude through the process. Never mentioned parking was $70 per night and The bartender told me I should have gotten 2 drink tickets per night at check in which I never received. Overall, I wouldn’t skip this place, I may have just gotten someone at check-in having a bad day.
- 5/5
Very satisfied!
- 5/5
Super easy to get into the Padres game when you stay here
- 2/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
We had a lovely stay. Staff was very helpful and professional. Hotel was in exceptional condition
- 5/5
I asked for a roll away bed for my son. I was told no because the floor plan I was in didn’t support another bed, yet the reservation was confirmed for 3. They were adamant. I paid $500 for a room and the manager was unwilling to give us a bed. After discussing and with no accommodations offered for us at all, I asked for blankets to stack so he could sleep on the floor. They sent the thinnest blankets that literally offered no support at all. I called again and someone else answered and this time asked for comforters. 5 fluffy and big blankets showed up. This was better but still not what I paid for. My son, who is 14, was frustrated and decided to go and speak with someone and ask for a bed. I knew he may get talked down to since he is young and warned him just in case this happened. I was actually proud of his initiative. He returned and had spoken to someone and they ensured a bed would arrive. 10 minutes later, a bed showed up. In the end, he wasn’t on the floor, but it was a very frustrating and disappointing experience especially when the manager wasn’t willing to send a bed that actually fit in our room and was willing to let a guest sleep on the floor instead of being flexible. Thank goodness for their staff.
- 4/5
The hotel was in a fantastic area. The Gaslamp District was great for walking around and dining options. The pool is nice, but no wait staff to take orders, they did deliver our food and beverages that we ordered at the bar. We reserved an upgraded Bay View room, which was very nice but the view was mostly of a train station and small bay view! The trains run day and night and our room was very noisy. We went to a baseball game and the access to the stadium (which is amazing) was very convenient. It took us three trips to the concierge desk to finally speak to the concierge (who was very helpful) because no one could find him! The front desk staff at check-in had to be reminded of both our Expedia status and status with Omni in order to receive our perks. It is a lovely hotel and we would stay there again, just request a room away from the train system!
- 3/5
The AC wasn’t working good enough was very slow and the room was not getting cold

Everything was great. Room was clean and modern. Staff were friendly. Great location.
- 4/5
Loved everything except the fact that we could hear the conversation in the room next door unless we turned the television on
- 5/5
Hotel access to Petco Park was outstanding and made my game day experiences better than any I’ve had before. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every night and the staff were wonderful. The pool on the sixth floor was a bit shallow and I ended up scraping my knee on the floor, but that’s alright because the staff tended to me very quickly
- 5/5
nice room, good staff, yummy breakfast :o)
- 5/5
The rooms were great, beds super comfortable. The pool was amazing! The concierge was always super helpful answering our questions.
- 5/5
Great location. Great views. Great staff.
- 5/5
Loved that the hotel was connected to Petco Park! Great rooms, staff and pool.
- 5/5
The staff was excellent, however when we checked into our corner room I opened the fridge and there was leftover food in there. It stunk up the fridge. I had to walk it outside and hand it to housekeeping. The fridge smelled and needed to be cleaned. If they missed that then what else don’t they clean? Also, they don’t offer room service meals after 10:30 pm. This is a decently large hotel in a busy area and when you come back to your room after a long day sometimes you get hungry at 1:30 am and need food. There was no room service available, no snacks to buy in the room, or snacks to buy downstairs. They should have a mini store at least. If you suffer from low blood sugar and need a snack for a pick me up or something then you are out of luck unless you leave the hotel in the middle of the night. It’s completely inconvenient. My husband and I went to bed hungry. Other than that the hotel is decent and we enjoyed the sky bridge access to Petco Park for the game. However, they also opened the bridge an hour and a half before the game and not two hours like they had promised.
- 5/5
Hot tub was absolutely amazing !!! And not crowded
- 5/5
Friendly professional staff. Excellent service. We will be back!
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean. Staff was helpful
- 5/5
If you are going to a Padres game, this is the absolute most convenient place to stay. It has its own little bridge and entry in to Petco Park. The hotel itself is everything you expect an Omni to be - everything quality and carefully maintained and thought out. All the baseball decor was a nice touch.
- 5/5
Excellent for great coffee drinks & breakfast!
- 5/5
My family and I had a great stay at OMNI. We were in town for a Savannah Bananas game and being next to PETCO was super convenient as well it's proximity to all the restaurants in the Gaslamp. The kids really loved all the baseball memorabilia around the hotel. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable and the amenities were great.

In the heart of San Diego, adjacent to the ballpark and across from the convention center. It is a short walk to the Harbor Walk, to 5th Ave and the Gaslamp District. Check in and out was smooth, valet parking was affordable. The hotel offered all the amenities you would expect and a nice perk of a free drink.
- 5/5

We had a wonderful stay at the Omni San Diego Hotel at the Ballpark. The room was spotless, the location was perfect, and the overall atmosphere was upscale yet comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service especially Josh. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His positive attitude and willingness to help really made a difference. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I am totally in love with this hotel. It’s located in a historic area of San Diego and is a beautiful property. It has great restaurants and public spaces and the entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. I highly recommend this hotel.

- 5/5
Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The room and amenities were wonderful.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great bar
- 5/5
Clean room and safe surroundings
- 5/5
Only complaint was that our AC didn’t work. We asks front desk to send someone up to check it out after the first night but nothing changed. We requested a fan the second night. Kind of a bummer but the rest was very good.
- 5/5
Great room great location
- 5/5
Great stay. Staff provided answers to our questions and there really isn’t a better place to stay if you are attending an event at Petco Park. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 3/5
I was very disappointed that they would not give me a senior discount. Neither the AAA discount. I was told I had to get the discount when I booked the room. However no discount was offered at that time. When I checked in I was told it was only available at time of need booking. This was a pretty expensive place and I really could have used the discount. So I’m really upset about this. I feel taken advantage of and it pissed me I off!!!!.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Staff is always wonderful. Perfect location
- 5/5
10 out of 10.
- 5/5
Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, and way out of anybody else’s noise pollution! This was very much appreciated. We also had a very wonderful experience in speaking with the doorman outside about the area. He was so enlightening and even managed to point us in the direction of a great restaurant for our last meal in the Gaslamp District. The food at the hotel restaurant, Ace Porter, was exceptional as well. Our first night, we dined there and our meals were superb! I highly recommend the salmon bowl - delish!
- 5/5
It’s always a great stay! I lost my voice at the festival the night before check out and when we were checking out the next day they gave me a voucher for some tea.
- 5/5
I stay here when I have events to go to in sd. The most pleasant hotel with clean rooms and great staff. Easy check in and check out. Perfect location!
- 5/5
Didn’t have breakfast
- 3/5
Room was in okay condition. Bathroom door handle was loose on the inside. Small dents in some of the wall frames. Otherwise was clean and organized.
- 5/5
Very convenient. Located in the heart of gaslamp. In house restaurants and excellent service
- 5/5

It was an amazing stay
- 5/5
Room was clean and very nice. The staff were incredible from check in to check out.
- 5/5
Clean and very nice. Will book next year.
- 5/5
Great service at fres.co Best breakfast ever, very fresh. Getting the elevator from the lobby was confusing (didnt realize at first i needed to use my room key to activate the elevator to come down lol) I loved the view and the fact that i could hear my favorite band (Deftones) doing sound check from my hotel room for Dia De Los Deftones💜 And the area around the hotel was great I do wish i had known when i first planned this trip that omni would store my luggage if i arrived before check in time (i would have came in on an earlier flight, i didnt want to walk around san diego hauling my luggage so i planned my flight close to check in time). I also had confusion about the deposit (expedia told me $90 and my confirmation text from omni said $444. Hotel told me to contact expedia since i booked my trip through them and expedia never gave me an answer before my trip)
- 5/5
BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!
- 5/5
Room was spotless and staff was very attentive.
- 5/5
Great friendly staff
- 3/5
Staff at the desk and house keepers were amazing! However SOME of the valet drivers were rude. We weren’t able to use the ramp that connects to Petco park after the concert we attended to come back to our room. Highly disappointed, would’ve stayed at another hotel for a cheaper price if we would’ve known we weren’t able to use the access back to the hotel
- 5/5
The room was very clean. The room service was great. Went to Deftones at Petco park, just a quick walk! Staying there again!
- 5/5
My husband and I lost our cat in August and I lost my momentum for planning this trip. The concierge was so helpful with everything, including transportation, directions, and restaurant recommendations. Our housekeeper wrote me a note thanking me for her tip and greeted me every morning with a friendly good morning. We had a lot of bags and the bellman was always available to help us with them. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the staff. The area is convenient and we plan to return for a baseball game. We loved our visit to San Diego.
- 5/5
Great staff that was attentive to our needs. The rooms are clean and spacious. Great location with many restaurants to dine. The hotel itself had great options.
- 5/5
This is my boyfriend and I second stay and love the hotel. Beautiful rooms and convenient to a lot of food, bars, etc
- 5/5
very nice hotel
- 5/5
The staff was amazing!
- 5/5
Nice room. Nice area
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Our room was absolutely gorgeous and kept so spotlessly clean! It was also so spacious! And the view of downtown was so cool! My husband was able to workout in the state of the art gym and use the hot tub this morning and said it was the perfect way to start his day. There were some very loud next to us and the front desk staff helped rectify that issue to the best they could, which was so appreciated. Such a nice getaway for 2 parents looking for a nice night away!
- 5/5
If was nice and easy to travel around. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
It was great! The service and the staff were amazing. Will be coming back and recommending to friends and family.
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Stay was amazing
- 5/5
Comfortable stay
- 4/5
Corner room was spacious, modern reno. Parking garage easily accessible directly across the street
- 5/5
Had a blast
- 5/5
Our son goes to SDSU. We have been trying to find a great place to stay for the last three years and the Omni didn't disappoint. The rooms are beautiful! We had a stunning view. The staff was super helpful. The pool was perfect and quiet. We will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Great location next to ballpark
- 2/5
The consierge was rude. I wasn’t done describing my situation and she cut me off. Said, “bye”. I’ve never had that happened before. Also the glass on the outside of the rooms were dirty. Can barely see anything. There was a water outage that was probably scheduled but they figured since is was late at night nobody would notice. Valet parking $65 per night.
- 5/5
Great places to stay if you’re going to a concert at pickle Park
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at the Omni Hotel. The facilities and customer service were great. The highlight to our stay was the access to Gaslamp District area, as well as the convenience and proximity to Petco Park. The pool area was nice and the DJ added a nice touch to the weekend experience. We will definitely stay at the Omni Hotel next time we visit San Diego for a baseball game.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Place was wonderful
- 5/5
The Omni was such a great experience. Before we checked in they reached out to check if i had any questions and helped me decorate my friend room for her bachelorette weekend. The dtaff was so friendly and super helpful. Loved the experience!
- 5/5
Professional staff, great hotel!
- 3/5
Oh, and no airport shuttle. Great location for a Padres game, restaurants.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Accommodating and very happy to help.
- 5/5
Great hotel location in gas lamp. Connects to petco park for easy access. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Super close to petco park, saves the hassle of looking for parking.
- 4/5
The TV in room 1218 does not work, the windows are incredibly dirty
- 4/5
For an upscale hotel, the windows are incredibly dirty, to the point of distraction
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Well taken care of
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was amazing from start to finish! The hospitality was truly great!
- 5/5
Check in process, valet and front desk was flawless. Room very nice with beautiful view of the bay. We went for the SD Padres game and the direct access from hotel was great.
- 5/5
Had a great stay here during labor day weekend! Place is convenient if you want to hang in Gaslamp, so many options to do. Had a great time here in downtown SD!
- 5/5
Love this hotel, wonderful staff and location
- 1/5
Worst experience I’ve ever encountered , coming from sales & hospitality I would not recommend this place to anyone , staff was rude & unprofessional canceled my reservation within 25 min of arriving to the hotel. From the minute i arrived i felt belittled & rushed when trying to find a solution.
- 5/5
Own gate access to petco park.
- 5/5
Staff is very attentive
- 5/5
Stayed at the Omni for a short get a way and to take in a game at Petco Park. Perfect location and just a short drive to the Airport!!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and clean spaces. Very close to a lot of dining.
- 5/5
very nice place
- 5/5
Excellent hotel; my only criticism is that the bar closes early despite it being a Friday night after a game. We came back after a dinner at a nearby restaurant and found it closed at 11pm.
- 5/5
Jacob at the front desk was awesome. He was super friendly, helpful and got us checked in quickly. I don’t know the concierges name but he too was very accommodating and my wife just couldn’t say enough wonderful things about him. Every time we say here, the staff keeps setting the bar higher! Absolutely love this hotel and staff!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. Staff was amazing and accommodating. Great location and food options.
- 5/5
Location and bridge to stadium.
- 5/5
Loved that we had access to Petco Park. Would absolutely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great location, and helpful staff.
- 5/5
The Omni was more than accommodating and the staff is beyond helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early and they even gave us an upgrade. Staff gave great suggestions for things to do around the area prior to the baseball game we were going to. We were more than happy with our stay.
- 5/5
Warm, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Located right by stadium
- 5/5
Absolutely love it
- 5/5
Also, we did have to keep the curtains closed during the day as the room gets quite hot from the sunshine. Unfortunately, the HVAC wasn’t sufficient to keep it cool enough.
- 5/5
Another successful stay at the Omni - my favorite place to book while in San Diego great service, rooms and location A++++
- 4/5
My girlfriend and I really enjoyed staying at the Omni. From the staff, to the cleanliness and amenities. I really liked how we were able to check in early without being charged. It is pricey, in my opinion. If you’re just staying at the hotel most of the day, I recommend staying here.
- 5/5
I’d do it again!!
- 5/5
Everything you would want for a weekend get away to San Diego. Really enjoyed out time
- 5/5
I would like to thank Jules the receptionist who helped to accommodate my stay. Thank you.
- 5/5
Our stay at The Omni was fabulous. Location cannot be beat, especially if going to Petco Park. Our room overlooked Petco on one side and the bay on the other. Love the walking connector bridge directly from the Hotel to the stadium. Great pool and spa...and fitness center. Very cordial, helpful staff.
- 1/5
Rooms were never reserved by Expedia! I had already paid Expedia and had to pay for another room.
- 5/5
Gorgeous property and tremendous service here.
- 5/5
Great roof top pool and bar!
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 1/5
This hotel did not meet expectations. The membership perks were ignored, and the follow-up process was frustrating. I cannot recommend this place.
- 5/5
Balcony
- 5/5
Liked where it is located. Didnt like the noise in the middle of the night due to the trains.
- 5/5
Property was beautiful my only issue is AC wasn’t working very well in my room
- 5/5
Excellent stay when going to PetCo Park for game
- 5/5
Everything about the hotel was amazing. Just note that it is located in downtown area and there are a lot of homeless camps in the surrounding area.
- 3/5
It’s very good hotel I like it the view is beautiful and staff is very friendly
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Loved the rooftop pool, super convenient that there is a restaurant for drinks and food while relaxing and getting a nice tan by the pool.
- 3/5
Bathtub and sink both backed up. Didn’t expect that for $400 per night hotel. Otherwise nice hotel,
- 4/5
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The service was very good. My only ding would be anytime I made a a request for something complimentary (ironing board, housekeeping, etc.) it never came. But room service was good, the room was clean, and I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
Parking was $65 and fees were supposed to be included and wereNot$$50+ After paying on expedia i still paid almost $1k for fees and parking for 4 days...not worth it!!
- 5/5
Had a wonderful time at the Omni! Love the renovations and proximity to Gas Lamp. Super walkable! The service was extraordinary - all the employees were so friendly
- 5/5
So convinient to the Gaslamp, room was nice, easy transportation if needed.
- 1/5
We were disappointed with our stay. There were unexpected hidden fees that left us feeling overcharged, and overall the experience did not meet expectations. We won’t be staying at this hotel again.
- 5/5
So nice and clean! Great location. Staff very friendly
- 5/5
Here for a game. Had our own entrance. Tram one block away. Ocean, little Italy, old town all very accessible.
- 5/5
Loved this hotel! Perfect place for baseball games.
- 5/5
to ballpark
- 5/5
Easy access to and from ballpark. Close to seaport and ferry to coronado
- 5/5
Fantastic place and stay. Hotel staff were professional and friendly.
- 5/5
Connected to stadium
- 5/5
The staff was amazing. Our room had a beautiful view and it was walkable to great food and fun bars.
- 4/5
We like the bed, pillows, shower, how clean it was. We also liked the bar in the lobby, and the Tiki bar by the pool. What we didn't like was the odor of the water in the bathroom and the wash cloth was like sandpaper.
- 5/5
This location has top notch customer service. We loved the new pool area. We alway stay here when we go to a Padres game.
- 5/5
Staff was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
- 5/5
Nice property. Well maintained.
- 4/5
Decent property, but there is alot of room for improvement. We chose the king suite corner with a balcony, and even that room wasn’t great. Loud, chipping paint. Downtown San Diego is not a great place to stay unless you are going to stay downtown.
- 3/5
Bell men were very kind and helpful. Fresh co restaurant was good and staff great
- 5/5
I had two king bay view rooms for a friend and I. Nice spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Valet was easy. Great location very near the Gaslamp.
- 5/5
Nice staff & clean
- 4/5
Overall was a good stay. Only thing we didn’t like was the noise of the train Thursday night. All other nights were good.
- 5/5
Trolly station just outside hotel. Connected breeze way to MLB ballpark. Amazing nightlife in the Gaslamp District. Great way to experience a lot San Diego has to offer.
- 5/5
Best place to watch baseball
- 5/5
Great location! It was nice to be so close to the ballpark. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Next to Petco Park
- 5/5
Great staff Would stay again
- 5/5
Everything was so easy! The bridge to PETCO park amazing.
- 5/5
Walk-way to PETCO Park for Padres game. Excellent!
- 5/5
Breakfast was great.
- 4/5
I loved that we were able to walk to the ballpark. The bar area was great and had yummy food. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the difficulty of reaching the hotel (due to traffic redirection) and parking situation.
- 5/5
Nice hotel adjacent to Padres baseball stadium. Clean, amazingly quiet considering location, fun pool and nice staff too.
- 5/5
I loved the baseball theme throughout with the decor. The was amazing with two pelotons! Rooftop pool was beautiful! Wish they had coffee available to guests in the evening
- 5/5
Clean hotel with great professional staff. No complaints!
- 5/5
Loved the hotel and the cleanliness
- 4/5
Close to the ballpark and to the gas lamp district. Room service was horrible. We placed a breakfast order and it was never delivered. After going back and forth with the front desk and restaurant for over 3 hours, we finally cancelled our order. We would’ve cancelled it sooner but they kept telling us it was “almost ready” and would be delivered “soon.”
- 5/5
Awesome access to Petco park.
- 5/5
Fantástico
