Reviews
The hotel is centrally located with clean and quiet rooms, courteous staff, and ample parking. However, the surrounding area is not safe, particularly at night, due to the presence of homeless people and drug dealers. The elevator was frequently out of order, causing inconvenience to guests.

Front desk was helpful and patient. Room was clean and well stocked. Everything worked fine with no issues. I love that this place comes with free parking AND complimentary breakfast! Yes there’s limited parking spaces but it’s still really convenient compared to other hotels. Will definitely be coming back here!

Staff was helpful and friendly, room was clean and spacious, it's located downtown in the heart of everything and it had FREE PARKING inside locked gates! I looked at many places, but the parking sold me on this place, and I'm so glad because it was a great place to stay! Will totally be returning!!!

Clean, easy to check in Old , the door lock to the bathroom was broken
- 1.5/5
Location When booking, it said they offered a parking spot per unit, when we got there they said it was first come first serve, we didn’t find any spot so we had to pay a garage in the city which was $80 dollars for the overnight. Very disappointing since we picked the property basically because of the parking.
- 3.5/5
breakfast was ok. There were 2 types of juice, 2 types of coffee, different teas, 2 types of cereals, oat, milk, bread to make toasts, and 3 types of jam, 5 types of sweet rolls. Free inside parking. No lift , but not a big deal. In the room there was coffee machine, tv, fridge and microwave, so you could do your own lunch or so. WIFI. It present but they set setting to lower your speed after 5-10 minutes of connection to 5kbps, reconnect doesn't help. Restarting phone helps but thats not a solution. Would be nice to have at least cup and plate inside room to be able to use microwave. AC smelled awful, definitely needs deep cleaning. Also no ceiling light, so kinda dark in the room in the evening.

Loved this stay very quiet and calm. I really appreciate the security they have. They do not let anyone enter without a booking. Very high standards are respecting everyone’s peace and privacy during their stay. Staff was friendly and patient while doing a late night check in. Very reasonable price not on the high end side, if you need a quick and safe stay. The room was very clean and had the necessary amenities. Overall very pleased.

The room was very quiet and the secure private free parking was nice . It needs some new carpet looks like carpet from a casino. Also needs to have a fan in the bathroom or a window you can open otherwise they are going to have some serious mold issues , didn’t notice any yet but eventually it will happen .

Cleaning staff had crying kid when cleaning the rooms. Bathroom smelled like mold didn’t want to take a shower. Pillows were lumpy. Loud area. Only thing good was a cafe around the corner in walking distance past the homeless people. Never again. Stayed one two many times.

It had everything we needed a comfortable bed a mini fridge and microwave, it was clean and they had a free breakfast which was bagels, cereal, or pastries w coffee or juice nothing fancy but it was free! Parking is limited and we did come back late one night and it was full but the guy at front desk let us park in the handicap which was awesome so they accommodated us to their full extent and there were food places to eat around us all walking distance Limited parking

Nothing Parking is promised on booking but they dont provide it at the spot. Wifi is not working, you cannot talk to anyone at the front desk. Showers are half-broken. I had a very poor experience
- 4/5
Parking secure albeit a little tight. Staff not overly friendly- business like. Room clean but tub chipped, a couple areas of the floor were very soft. Air conditioning did its job but was loud. Breakfast was spartan and coffee poor as most hotels so we went down the street. Location of hotel very good for us. Good value for the money.
- 5/5
I like the warm hospitality of the lead front desk associate, He always greets me professionally and promptly, welcoming me into an immaculate facility. Often, the aroma of a delicious home cooked meal being prepared lends a delightful ambiance.
- 3/5
The room itself was clean, but decorated with furniture IKEA wouldn’t even sell. The wallpaper in the bathroom had been cut and sloppily glued back together. However, it was clean and everything worked so I would stay there again having adjusted my expectations. I found the staff to be very dismissive, and a couple times slightly rude. I didn’t have housekeeping service the day after check-in. I went down to the front desk and asked for towels because ours were used. The gentleman that I spoke with about the towels was clearly not happy about having to provide towels. His facial expressions, his demeanor and the tone in his voice as he asked me the same questions three times was the antithesis to a hospitality is supposed to be. As a former GM for Marriott with decades of experience, I was offended by the lack of professionalism and their ability to even be nice. All I asked for three towels….

There were signs of mice and I saw one in my room. There needs to be an inspection asap.

Great stay as always.

We went to go see if we could check in early at 2pm for a 3pm check in time - the front desk didn’t even ask me for my name/reservation and immediately said the room wasn’t ready until 3p. When we finally were able to check in, the elevator was broken so we had to carry our large suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Our room had an odor to it, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls and the shower did not get hot even after running it for several minutes. When we expressed our concerns to the front desk and inquired about a refund, it was denied. We were then told to call the manager the next day (who did not answer when called). We booked another hotel instead as we did not feel safe/clean in this hotel room - I would not recommend this hotel.

Location was okay. Front desk people were pleasant, but unaccommodating and gave us bad advice. Please fix the elevator! The breakfast was so unappealing. Did not use. We were refused early check in and even holding my luggage for a few hours. I ended up paying the hotel across the street to keep my suitcases for a few hours. Your desk staff referred me to a storage facility which only rents space by the month. Please don't do that. A wasted uber cost. I use a walker. The stairs were extremely difficult for me. No offers of help appeared.

Housekeeping Fanny awesome, helpful, and professional Great location Reception young guy taking long time to address issues with shower and trying to explain how to solve myself the problem, this writer insisted to go and take a look, and finally decide to go up and noted unhappy. Breakfast time ( coffee and bread ONLY available from 8 AM to 11 AM ) kind early if you take in consideration we are vacationing, during stay, we never able to grab a least a coffee, Check out super early , manager ensuring all leaving before 11 AM , most places out time it’s NOON. Elevator not working for while, and considering we on the second floor and my husband is a handicap person. Lobby can use some air spray to dissipate strong spicy smell ( probably cooking) Never a a person on the front desk unless you keep ringing the bell. Would be nice desk person greeting and welcome customers.

I really like the price, the private secured FREE parking, & the location which was close to just about everything I wanted to see/visit during my stay. It would have been nice to have a working elevator but that’s okay hopefully it’s being repaired for near future.
- 4/5
The parking is very helpful, other options will charge extra for parking. The location can be a bit shady at night but it’s actually a few blocks away from public transit to downtown and walking distance to City Hall.
- 4/5
Reasonably priced. On the fringe of Downtown but easy walk. Older style motel but clean with good amenities. Only issue was the need to use doorbell to enter which felt awkward at times if after hours.
- 1/5
I had an awful stay, I left after 2 hours and killing a roach in my room. The whole hotel smells like mold, roaches in my room, floor feels like you are going to fall thru it, wifi is awful constantly discounting and a broken elevator when you have people staying on the 3rd floor that are disabled and no help offered by the front desk. The hotel feels like a 1/2 way house. Hotel refused to refund even though it was not as described. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
- 2/5
The security is good and room is clean for the most part There was mold in the restroom all over the ceiling and found empty alcohol containers in the restroom tank causing the toilet to constantly run hard to sleep No tv or internet available

I had a great time staying at City Center Inn and Suites. Staff is friendly. Checking in is easy and fast. Free parking in the busy district of San Francisco is a real treat. Room is clean and smell good. I forgot that breakfast is included hence miss it. I would say the value is definitely more than what I pay. None.
- 4/5
I was there for a concert
- 4/5
Good value for money, rooms have aircon/heater, and get cleaned every day (with towel swap), which we didn't need, but our room was missing the do-not-disturb tag, so there was no way to let them know. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room, which is great. Breakfast is very basic, but we didn't really mind as we had our breakfast/coffee out. Only one key provided - which wasn't a big deal. Elevator out of order - again, no bother for us, it's more an FYI. Hot water took a while, but nothing too dramatic.
- 4/5
If the hotel is reading this, please work on those bathrooms
- 2.5/5
Our room smelt like smoke in a non-smoking room. Our bed spread had stains all over it. It was very loud anytime someone walked by. I also woke up to flat tires. Someone let the air out while it was in the locked parking.
- 3/5
Elevator did not work, bath light couldn’t be turned off, the sink had a water leak and breakfast was not refilled quick enough

Clean, quiet, polite staff. Bed was a little hard, but most hotel beds seem hard to me. Be aware that they have a limited amount of parking, and when they run out, they run out. Excellent value for the money!
- 5/5
The hotel was decent. The room was clean, parking lot is big and decent. Personnel was kind, breakfast does the job just fine. This hotel is really good hotel for its price.
- 3/5
Had some parking but could fill up if busy and then you are on your own. Breakfast should be skipped as it is no more than corn flakes or toast.
- 4/5
Close location to the freeway
- 4/5
I stay at this place because it’s cheap and convenient for going out in SOMA and having a place to park. It’s clean enough that you don’t feel gross being in the rooms. The front desk staff are not the most warm/welcoming. The beds are definitely not comfortable. But you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
Felt very unsafe here! Had no idea the condition of the neighbourhood. Would not stay here again. Property was fine and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
I needed a safe, clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay without breaking the bank. I was attending a very busy educational conference. This was the right place for me. I was able to park my car without paying hefty parking fees. The bed was comfortable. I rested very well. Thank you so much!

this is to the man who sent me a message here day before yesterday: were you at the property when your employee discriminated against me? for you to say that my feedback would help your property improve and for you to insuate that your property and staff deserved high marks tells me you are completely out of touch with reality. I had stayed at your property for 3 nights and hadn't spoken to hardly anyone. the day your employee called the police on me and had me forcibly removed I was literally in shock. I returned from a morning away and sat down in the communal breakfast area to do some paperwork. without any provocation the male front desk clerk appeared and told me I had 10 minutes and then I couldn't sit there anymore. I asked why and he told me I just couldn't.. I responded that I didn't see any signs prohibiting my sitting in the otherwise COMPLETELY EMPTY ROOM. In fact just my moments previous to my arrival there had been two couples sitting and laughing at one of the tables I also told the male employee that I didn't have much choice because I been asked to vacate my room because the property had been sold out the night before and that each room needed to be cleaned. strange because the housekeeping staff had never cleaned my room. moments later 3 police cars arrived with 5 informed SFPD officers. one officer told me I could go anywhere else but I wasn't allowed to return to this property. so I was soon walking the streets of SF with both of my bags in tow. I am a

- 4/5
Room was very nice. The faucet dripped. The elevator was broken still. Been here every month since November and still broken. Free parking is awesome, thank you. Coffee tasted of hot plastic - not good. Im talking about the one from the lobby.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff.
- 2/5
The hotel garage fills up quickly, making it difficult to find a spot. If the attendant is not present, guests are required to wait to be let in, which can be inconvenient. Room Conditions We requested a room with two queen size beds, but received full size beds instead. Additionally, the room was not very clean upon arrival. The television provided was very small, making it hard to see, and there were noticeable stains on the bed sheets. Breakfast Offerings The breakfast consisted mainly of cold cereal, with limited options available. There was not much else to choose from, leaving the meal unsatisfactory. Bathroom and Amenities When using the shower, the hot water took a long time to heat up. The internet connection was extremely weak, with barely any signal available. Overall Recommendation Based on these experiences, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms
- 5/5
Check in was pretty easy. Rang doorbell (door was locked) and had worker immediately greet us. Worker was friendly, lobby looked decently clean. Explained everything pretty well.
- 3/5
Parking is included and a nice amenity, vehicles are gated from the street in a private lot.
- 1/5
This place could use a major refresh. There was mold everywhere in my room. Not sure the last time the carpet was replaced, but it desperately needs it. The entire room smelled musty and everything stayed damp. The bed was sunken in and the bath towels were stained. To get in and out of the establishment was inconvenient with constantly needing to wait for the staff to let you in and out. Granted, the area this place is in makes sense for the security. There are not enough parking spots for all the rooms and the motel should consider doing parking reservations instead of advertising they have general free parking. It’s extremely misleading. My tv and remote did not work. The elevator did not work. Which seemed as a typical theme. Nothing working. Staff wasn’t that friendly or accommodating. One of the lights in the bathroom was stuck on for 2 days until I figured out how to get it turned off. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall which made the shower curtain basically useless. The WiFi was not strong or consistent. The only positive was that you barely heard the city noise, due to the enclosure of the access to the rooms. However, once in that area, you could hear everything pretty clearly. But if no one was in the walkway, it was very quiet. The price was cheap and the quality of the establishment reflected why it was so cheap.

Another great stay, always friendly staff and clean rooms
- 4/5
Parking was secure but not easy, are truck was hard to maneuver around the small parking lot.
- 3/5
Rooms smell of heavily scented soap or detergent - some more than others. First room was intolerable, but they switched us to another room, although with a smaller bed.
- 5/5
Comfortable, quite and very good for the price.
- 5/5
Great parking.... Free and secure, staff was accommodating.

I think this was an average stay. It was great to have parking and not worry about where to park. The light breakfast did not offer gluten / oat free items which is okay. It was very limited in variety but grateful to have coffee in the am at the hotel. Staff friendly.
- 2/5
The only elevator available was inoperable!
- 4/5
The rooms were decent, kind of small but suitable for two of us! The property was locked and felt safe and there were people we could get help from at any hour. Would stay again! Area around was not as sketchy as people make it seem. Wouldn’t wander alone but felt safe with another person.

Only stayed for one night. I appreciated that they had secured parking and did not have to worry about a car break in. The inside of the complex was cute. There wasn’t much special about the room, but was not expecting much considering how cheap the reservation was. The only thing I did not like was at checkout when I asked if we could store our two bags with them for the day, the front desk person only replied “our bag area is full” and did not try to offer any kind of solution. I was stressed out the rest of my day in the city because I had to keep my bags in the car.
- 5/5
Free parking and the staff are so nice.
- 4/5
Offer free parking inside the property, very close and convenience to go to Oracle Park. The staff very friendly, good rooms. The only thing was the shower curtain was broken and the shower water was leaking and flooding the bathroom floor.
- 4/5
Staff were quite accommodating and showed wonderful customer service. I never got any breakfast since it was gone by 945 am
- 4/5
Service was friendly. The room was cute, clean and spacious. We were very happy with our stay overall. My only advice is to not book the room because of the advertised free parking. Although it is true that they have secure, free parking, there is not nearly enough spaces for all the guests and it is first come, first serve.

Great value for the price.
- 3/5
Older, a little funky, decent location, free parking. Great customer service. Stairs, cheap.

Der Raum und Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels mäßig. Beim check-in wurden zusätzlich zum bereits bezahlten Buchungspreis ca. 108 € abgezogen.
- 5/5
Clean, safe and inexpensive
- 2/5
Found out at check-in that there were no elevators (There is an elevator but it has an aged sign taped on saying it is out of order). Rooms are very dated. Light bulbs are not replaced when they blow - 4 out in our room. On the positive side, lots of space in our 2 bedroom unit. Fantastic coffee roasters 2 doors down.
- 2/5
My room was clean but the air did not cool the room enough. The room faced the street and was very loud. I waited almost 30min outside ringing the doorbell to get in after my night out. Luckily, someone staying at the hotel opened the door for me.
- 1/5
The worst stay ever. Sirens all night, noisy, hot water problems, 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, There wasn't much of a continental breakfast, the staff was rude and not helpful at all, bed was uncomfortable, flooring was messed up and the door stuck. The bathtub was slippery that I almost fell. Definitely was false advertisement of excellent ratings.

The young man who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Parking- although very limited and tight, was available and felt secure. Room was clean and so comfortable- soooo many pillows!! I feel we got more than our money’s worth. This was not our first visit and definitely won’t be our last. Breakfast isn’t the best- which was fine there are many options within walking distance. Within 12 minutes walking distance of the Warfield where often go for concerts. (Watch your step)

Parking is limited. The rooms are nice. Bed is comfy. Small breakfast to start the day
- 4/5
It was a good room for the price. Not fancy. But gets the job done
- 5/5
Centrally located. Service was great, room was clean, continental breakfast included and best of all, free parking.
- 4/5
I was there for business trip. The place was OK. Quiet for good night sleep. The best part of the stay was that parking was free and it was safe parking!

I chose this hotel for its location and price, and I was satisfied with both. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean. I would recommend this hotel for the traveler on a budget.

When it comes to this property, it’s okay for the value. I stayed there 2 years ago and the elevator was broken, and 2 years later it was still broken. It hurts to walk so many stairs but at least the room was right at the top of the stairs. The room had no wash clothes. The WiFi is horrible. If you are staying just to sleep, it’s good for the value
- 3/5
The hotel elevator was out of order. Breakfast was extremely light.
- 4/5
Easy
- 5/5
Elevator did not work. Everything else was great
- 4/5
Cons: Whilst the room did say it would include a safe, I only found out there wouldn't be one on the day I checked in with my partner. It also said it did laundry, but when I asked the staff member told me of a local a short walk away. Which wasn't bad but I was led to believe it would be in the facility itself.

You get what you laod foe

A lot of stairs. Elevator broken. Rooms were clean. Body wash was patchouli scented. Parking is on bottom floor behind garage door. All rooms 2-3 floor. Breakfast is minimal. Coffee, toast, cereal, pastry.

Might have been the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. Had there been available rooms elsewhere I would have left. If this is the standard for hotels.com then count me out. Never again. Pretty sure that’s mold in the bathroom. Smoke detector? Just wow!
- 5/5
Room was clean. Shower curtain rod was broken, preventing the curtain to close. This forced me to carefully take a shower so water wouldn't spray everywhere outside the shower, but it was comfortable for what it was.
- 4/5
It was hard to find how to get into the property since it is fully gated. The surrounding area appeared a bit sketchy, but once inside, it was decent, felt safe, and it was quiet.

Good hotel for the price

Nice and affordable clean place down the street from a lot of clubs.

Hosts were good and friendly. They really take pride on what they do and it shows.

My first time in San Francisco. Property is within 10 min walk to metro station - BART - Bay Area Rapid Transport. Great system. City Inn is a safely enclosed block of self contained one bedroom apartments. Excellent value. Microwave & fridge etc and lovely large bed, TV etc. Plenty of hit water. Quiet so good nights’ sleeps. The place would need a make over. Tired decoration BUT totally good for a few days’ stay.

I love how, even while in the heart of the hustle and bustle of SOMA, this property is tucked away and super quiet! A definite hidden gem. Almost don’t want to say anything for fear that one day it’ll be always fully booked. (I know I’m being selfish)
- 5/5
It's a clean budget hotel. Quiet and secured. AC/Heater works well. It's accessible to public transportation. Limited parking space in the premises, it was off peak when we visited so we didn't have an issue with parking as there were few guests but on our last day (weekend), it's almost full. I'll def book again on my next trip to SF!
- 5/5
It was a good stay for the weekend

This hotel made me not want to stay in San Francisco anymore staff was rude and inconsiderate customer service was terrible was so uncomfortable left a day early did not stay my whole stay will not be returning definitely ruined my Valentine’s Day weekend
- 4/5
Didn’t like that stay there for three time since June 2021 that the elevator is still not working. As a disabled person with bad knees and pain many flights of stairs were a problem. So fix the bloody elevator!
- 4/5
Staff was nice and friendly, the area is a little sketchy but mostly because of the homeless in the area which is nothing to do with the hotel. I like that they keep the front door locked with a ring camera to see who is coming in, I felt safe as soon as I was inside.
- 5/5
Nice staff and nice location
- 5/5
Hotel was very clean and the room seemed to be up to date. The staff were kind and attentive. Free breakfast was included but we did not partake. This hotel was perfect for our little concert away weekend. Just a 15min walk from the Bill Graham. Loved that parking was included with the stay and had a secure parking lot. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. For the price point too this was a decent find. We will most certainly be back for another stay~ thank you.

I was traveling with my kids for a study at UCSF, and campus was only a mile away, very convenient. Super close to Costco as well, a huge plus when it rained and we needed to buy umbrellas! Breakfast was decent, juice, coffee, tea, prepackaged pastries, toast, and oatmeal. Definitely would stay again.
- 4/5
Love how they have their own parking for us. Love how it is safe and fair. The place is kinda old. We got a broken door knob for the restroom. The location is in the middle of busy street.
- 3/5
The room was small and cozy, perfect for just a night in the city. Lots of restaurants in the area that are walking distance. Unfortunately why I have to score this place so low is because we never got back our deposit and when I call EVERY SINGLE TIME they send the call to voicemail or the call fails. Super unprofessional

Excellent

If you’re looking for a clean, no-frills hotel with parking that’s close to all the action in downtown, this place is perfect. The room was spotless, the mattress protected, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Ideal if you’re planning to spend most of your time exploring the city and just need a reliable spot to recharge! And I was about to forget the front desk people are outstanding while not intrusive. We’re happy ;)

Parking was cumbersome. Large water spot in room. Poor breakfast.
- 4/5
Very quiet, basic hotel. The elevator was not working but they had a smoking area in the garage. Free parking!
- 5/5
The free parking in SOMA makes this a great deal if you need parking while visiting.

Spacious room/Suite. Parking.

Good hotel with free parking in downtown SF.

Great for spending the night

I wouldn't definitely stay there a third time.

Was out on top floor and their elevator wouldn’t work. So got switched rooms to a completely smaller room and wouldn’t cut the price at all. Finally had to talk them into giving me a room with two beds instead of the one.

City Center Inn & Suites was pleasant stay and the atmosphere good.

Great hotel, we pick up a suite, we were in 3 friends, so we had a lot space in our room

Horrible! The receptionist was rude when I got there. When I asked questions, he answered rudely.

Comfortable and quiet. Studio was spacious. Sink was outside of washroom. Glad to have access to parking which is first come first serve. Would stay here again.
- 4/5
It was overall okay it’s budget friendly we got to check in early so that was a plus but we did get the room someone said needed some care 121 it was clean but there was something that looks like mold in the bathroom but I would probably still stay here again
- 5/5
The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. I won’t hesitate to book here again.

I was on a tight budget and needed a cheap place to stay with parking, and this place was amazing for that. Free parking in SF for this price??? And free breakfast, too??? I mean, wow, thank you so much!!! Now onto details... There is a broken lift at this hotel, and I doubt very much that it will ever be fixed. So, basically, no lift. Room cleanliness was acceptable (seen far worse elsewhere many times) and room was comfortable with a good bed, a suitcase rack (they make such a difference in my opinion), a coffee machine, a fridge, a bedside clock - the only place I saw with a clock during my trip, and I actually really appreciated it. Had USB sockets everywhere, which was very handy. Breakfast was basic-ish (packed danishes, microwave porridge, toast, yogurt, coffee and juice) like others said, and you need to get it early or it could run out, but I really appreciated it, made such a huge difference to the start of the day. Coffee was actually pretty good. Staff was very helpful but not overfriendly, which was a good balance to me. I have to say the area is not the best, it is not in the middle of, but adjacent to a rough area with loads of homeless people and junkies, I didn't really want to walk around late at night, but I did walk to and from many places during the day and found the location of this hotel to be very convenient.
- 4/5
The hotel is in a good location to public transport, grocery store and a couple of take away places The room was of fair size for 2 double beds The shower/bath was old however it still worked well Daily housekeeping, however the floor was never vacuumed. But we did get fresh towels and toiletries daily
- 5/5
Always great. Arrive early for easy free parking. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy staying at this property. However I would like to repeat in a review how atrocious the wi-fi is in this hotel. Such poor wi-fi service is unacceptable in a place like silicon valley in 2024. In addition, the lights were not working in the bathroom on the 2nd day. The staff is super friendly, the property and house-keeping is well maintained and I definitely would not mind staying at this hotel again.
- 2/5
Very low water pressure in the bathroom tap; Elevator not working; Lots of yelling all day and night; Bedroom door was super loud and creaky; It wasn't clear when/where/how to enter the front door, but we figured it out; The luggage pre-check felt sketchy, and I wasn't sure if I'd see my luggage again; It didn't help that the desk clerk made a joke that we didn't have any bags, then only two bags (I think it was a joke...); The front door chain was installed backward; The TVs were all set to have the audio-only to Spanish; The alarm clocks were all set to go off three minutes apart, starting at 5:59 AM!!!; Check your rooms and fix your property!
- 5/5
We love staying in the property for its convenience. We can walk everywhere we want to and it includes parking and it’s a decent price, in my option you really can’t beat it.
- 4/5
Property was very central and convenient, sadly the area has gone down with very few convenient restaurants for a decent meal
- 5/5
Very good!

Always enjoy this property when we are in town for Giants game. Very friendly staff and we feel safe and secure, especially for parking.
- 4/5
Great easy location. Easy secure parking. Will definitely return.
- 5/5
Everything was great, I just wish complementary coffee be offered at 6am not 8am
- 3/5
Good: Shower had good pressure. Walking distance to Oracle Park, which was the reason for our trip. Of course, the had to take the bus home due to the area. Coffee in the breakfast room was really good. Close to the Farmers Market on Wed & Sunday. Not so good: This room has clearly experienced water damage in the past and the floor is in need of repair. The flooring was so spongey on the left side of the bed and in front of the sink area. I could bounce! It was noted our room would be renovated but I don't feel that was the case. They need a new subfloor in room 121. The Drapes were very dirty and are in need of cleaning, along with the windows. A better cleaning of the corners, particularly in the bathroom is in needed. The AC gave the room a funny smell too, which is likely from the prior water damage. There was no problems with un-homed at the hotel or that part of 7th but area of town is considered sketchy but you can take a bus to avoid this.

Sure there are homeless around the neighborhood, but its typical city stuff. Would absolutely reccomend
