Great hotel and I’d def stay again, the only drawback is the way the noise. Could be the way the noise carries through the hallways. Also the foot steps from the room above us were easy to hear. But the area is wonderful and it’s a great value for SF. I’d stay again.
- 4/5
Good location . Parking garage around the corner decent price . King bed was comfortable . Because it’s open on two ends to lower levels you can hear lots of street noise and people talking in the lower levels . First day I was very tired and didn’t notice . Second day very noticeable .

Great property in a very convenient part of the city. Would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms good value, I just wish they were better soundproofed.

Great option in an awesome location; close to so many things! Despite being in a busy location, hotel and rooms are very quiet.
- 4/5
Nice rooftop outdoor area for hanging. Did get noisey because it had open atrium and the sound carried up. Off site parking was not a problem but maybe if it was a busy season, could be an issue? Otherwise nice area to stay in.

Erik at the front desk was great!

Location and style The windows in the rooms all faced into the walkways so you have to keep blinded closed. The outdoor rooftop patios close too early.

Didn't realize the gym was just a small Peleton room; some rooms do not have much light or a view at all
- 3/5
No parking, rooms very small and everyone could look in our room.

Staff was absolutely exceptional

Eric was able to get us checked in early a little more street noise than I expected

The location was perfect. The property was clean, well designed and had everything we needed for an overnight stay in SF. The front desk staff were very friendly. Cozy fire place outside, refillable water station, coffee shop, and great walking location to many places. We traveled with two kids under 7.

The rooms completely lack privacy. Windows open onto the hallways. People see you as they walk by. The general manager is only on site for 3 hours a day and will not respond to any escalated concerns. Could not recommend this place to anyone.
- 5/5
What you pay what you get , its great for the price and clean room
- 3/5
Excellent, welcoming staff persons. Very large bathroom. Hotel was adequate. Room was extremely small; window looked out onto the wall 3 feet away; bare-bones room. Noise of doors and people in hall was unpleasant. Parking situation very difficult: the nearest SECURE public lot was a 10-minute walk away.

The staff is warm and welcoming. The hotel is very well appointed with great attention to detail such as a chest of drawers, a large well lit bathroom with a counter, a highly functional and comfortable bedroom. And a perfect location for dining and shopping.

Superb

The location and hotel are beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. The amenities were nice as well with the roof top terraces, Pelaton lounge, and onsite coffee shop. The walls/ceiling were thin and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors, but earplugs were provided for sleep.

Quiet small hotel in a neighborhood with good coffee and food options. The staff is very friendly.
- 5/5
Everyone so friendly, place is so clean and great accommodations 💗
- 4/5
Great room and location! Rooms were so loud though.
- 5/5
Great hotel!
- 0.5/5
The room was small and cramped with no privacy. The windows look out on a a public deck or on the hallway, so the only way to get privacy is to close the shades all the time, making the room seem even darker and more cramped. This hotel tried to maximize rooms at the expense of comfort. Don’t stay here.

What a cute little hotel, everything from the zen garden, to the cozy room! What a delight to be near the golden gate and amongst great eateries!

Great location
- 5/5
Staff was really nice, rooms spacious and clean
- 5/5
If you aren’t a Hilton rewards member, they do charge for water bottles. Check in/out process was simple. They had my room ready early which was also nice. Parking is limited with a small garage across the street that is shared among all the business near by.
- 5/5
No parking needed
- 3/5
It was okay- the street noise is
- 2/5
The room doesn’t have daylight and all the windows face the corridor, like in a train. The carpet was stained and not really clean.
- 5/5
Great hotel staff and location
- 4/5
Lot's of shops / restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Marina Green and Palace of Fine Arts.
- 3/5
It was very clean and modern. It is odd to have no windows to the outside (only the hallway) abd that seem to make it louder than a typical hotel.
- 3/5
Room was small and dark. Shower leaked. Little place to put things.
- 5/5
Simply amazing

Nice convenient spot and friendly staff

Stay here once a year, great area with lots of dining options.
- 4/5
Very close to many restaurants and the marina area
- 4/5
Front desk staff were excellent except di not inform us that we needed to ask for clean up service daily - room - very low light for ladies make up = we are 80 = need more bars in the shower and instructions on how to operate - a matt on the tub would be beneficial - a note there are no glasses but use paper cups - no tea option in the unit - only coffee - TV options are very limited - expand -
- 5/5
small cozy hotel in a great location, quiet, cozy, very friendly staff.
- 5/5
This is a very nice hotel, right in the heart of the Marina District. It's close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The staff took care of all of our needs, and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. As a bonus, there are two nice rooftop decks with great views.
- 5/5
In a very convenient location. Plenty of food options are available both in the hotel and nearby. The Big Bus Tour stops right by one of the hotel entrances.Beds and pillows were comfy.
- 5/5
Location is great. Lots of dinning options. Bed is comfortable. No onsite parking. Uber and Lyft plentiful and cheap.
- 5/5
No exterior rooms
- 4/5
Everything was clean in room except carpet! Needs to be replaced! I ended up with athlete's foot.Rm 312 Smelled like bad feet.bad
- 5/5
Very convenient
- 5/5
Was amazing! Staff was so friendly! Loved the location
- 5/5
Super accommodating staff and room met all my expectations.
- 5/5
Great option if you want to stay in the Cow Hollow/ Marina Bay Area. There is a separate sandwich shop adjacent to and connected to the hotel that was very convenient.
- 5/5
Excellent location and amenities!
- 5/5
I really love where the hotel is located. I wish they had parking. Unfortunately, we had to pay extra at a contracted garage. The hallways can be loud, the room we were in is very close to the elevator so the sound of it running is a bit annoying but no biggie. We loved our stay. Eric and the other staff were courteous and quick to provide service.
- 5/5
Staff is friendly, location is centralized and the cafe is perfect. Second stay at Infinity SF.
- 5/5
Está bien ubicada
- 5/5
Great friendly service. Super location.
- 3/5
The hotel is ok, easy access and affordable.
- 4/5
All was good, except the malfunction of shower heads. Staff did they best to solve, including changing the room.
- 5/5
The hotel was convenient and provided the overnight stay we were seeking. Plenty of restaurants near and a short walk to the Marina was a plus!
- 4/5
The proximity to the Presidio was perfect for my morning runs
- 5/5
Great staff. Room was comfortable and cooly decorated. Just keep in mind no onsite parking. Available parking garage is a stone throw away however it is unattended so remove all valuables. Great shopping and resties cool vibe!
- 3/5
A short walk to Palace of Fine Arts & East Beach which has wonderful views. Great places to dine around the property.
- 5/5
We will absolutely stay here again! Good service, restaurants and sights nearby, lobby lounge and rooftop lounge were clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Only complaint would be the thinness of the walls and perhaps front door? We were by the elevator, so that never helps, though ear plugs were provided :) Sometimes things like that can't be helped! I managed to sleep alright in my comfortable bed, so what more could you ask for :D
- 5/5
Close to Presidio and the Palace of Fine Arts.
- 4/5
Hi! This hotel had very kind front desk staff that was available when needed. We had a rental car and they let us park it out front while we unloaded and freshened up to head back out. You would need an uber to get to the Pier and there are just random things around like a Verizon store, a burger shop, etc. It’s not in the middle of things. I do suggest if you take a left when you walk out and go straight it’s a bit more scenic, restaurants and stores. We had a 3rd floor room and it was a little noisy as you can hear people from the patio. The room offers earplugs which came in handy! There is also no dining room service. There is a cafe downstairs though. There is no travel hairdryer in the bathroom. If you want something with room service and lots of amenities this wouldn’t be it. This hotel is clean and the shower had great water pressure. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend.
- 5/5
Very clean very nice Staff

Checked myself in, very nice and accommodating staff. Had issues with the shower engaging…but eventually a trickle emerged.

- 5/5
Very nice staff and great location
- 5/5
Clean and convenient. Will need to use the provided ear plugs.
- 2/5
So many good things about this hotel. The check in staff was so nice, the room was well appointed and very clean. Good walkable neighborhood, easy parking. The list goes on. But.. the walls and floors are paper thin, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. I’m not a light sleeper, I’ll add that. At 4 am, the person above us was walking around in high heels packing to leave, and it sounded like she was in our room. Every room door shutting (within the neighboring 10-15 doors) sounds like it’s your door shutting. If it weren’t for the thin walls and floors we’d be back every time we stay in the city, but sadly this will keep us from coming back.
- 5/5
Nice facility. Staff was very accommodating.
- 5/5
Great place to stay to enjoy what San Francisco. Located in the Marina, it's a very nice, safe, and walkable area. Lots to see nearby and the hotel was very accomodating.
- 4/5
Location is amazing, lots of restaurants & cafes in the surrounding area. It's an easy walk down to the marina where you can get close up to the bridge and walk around the POFA. We will definitely return.
- 4/5
Great staff, was very helpful with recommendations for the local scene and ordering us a ride to the airport
- 5/5
Room was small,but well configured.
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 5/5
Great spot! Staff at the front desk and cafe were all fantastic. The room was SPOTLESS. I’d happily stay there again!
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was nice, a little small. I am not a fan of carpet in hotels, so that is the only thing I didn’t like. Overall, great location, clean, no complaints.
- 5/5
The reception team were great. Friendly but yet not fake. Nowadays I really appreciate that.
- 5/5
It was small, easy to get in and out of, convenient
- 1/5
The noice of the AC and refrigerator at night was horrible - I can’t believe they charge $300 per night when it makes the sounds of a jet engine. No wonder they had earplugs in the room… I will not be coming back.
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay, great location, nice little coffee shop, clean, etc. There is a bit of traffic sound but it calms down later in the evening. Also some no noise from other rooms and the terrace, one night until 3 a.m.
- 5/5
We would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Conveniently located near Chestnut Street where there are lots of restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
It was a great hotel with lots of amenities. The rooftop lounge area was very nice. Rooms were beautiful and very well thought out.
- 4/5
Great location
- 1/5
There was mold in the steamer. Would not recommend
- 4/5
Property was clean and convenient for us. Friday night was a nightmare with noise and music going until 5:30 am. Management did not address. Saturday night was quite.
- 5/5
Jenny and Eric who work at the front desk are great!
- 3/5
Cute hotel, convenient location. Front desk staff are great, nice view from the terrace. The downside: the rooms with two double beds jammed into them means that the air conditioner is about 6 inches away from the side of one of the beds and blasts the poor occupants of that bed all night long with frigid air. Sounds kinda nice if you’re a hot sleeper, but the novelty wears off after thirty seconds. When the air conditioning isn’t running the beds are really hot. And it’s noisy - can hear everything happening in the hallway and when people are walking in the room above. Also, the parking garage around the corner is handy but if you read the google reviews for it you’ll read that it’s a regular spot for breakins.
- 4/5
Overall our stay was enjoyable and restful. The only suggestion I would have is the terrace areas are beautiful and a nice place to relax however they close at 9pm. Since there is not a large lobby area it would be nice for the guests to have time on the terrace until 10:00 or 11:00 p.m.
- 3/5
Tiny room and no windows. Not a good value for price paid
- 5/5
Very accomodating with late arrival. Nice coffee shop connected to hotel.
- 5/5
Thank you ! I like all👍
- 5/5
Lovely hotel, great location, very clean.
- 5/5
Clean, well appointed. And excellent shower. Staff was very helpful in directing us on bus routes and transportation. Very friendly
- 5/5
We really appreciated that we were able to check in early
- 5/5

- 4/5
Lovely little hotel with small but well equipped room and a GREAT shower. But so noisy!! We literally listened to the woman next door’s phone call at 6:15 am, as well as everyone in the hallway. They have a cute rooftop we watched fireworks from and a nice cafe. Would give it a 10 except for the paper thin walls.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful visit to San Francisco & we’d stay at this Hilton property again!
- 5/5
Love
- 5/5
Really like the room.
- 5/5
This is a low key hotel in a great location for walking. It is incredibly clean and well kept. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Minimalist in the best possible way.
- 2/5
Awful experience. Dirty room, alarm clock went off in the middle of the night, gym only had bikes, and the coffee maker exploded grinds all over. Really not worth the price.
- 4/5
It's a moderately priced hotel and so expectations were set accordingly. And expectations were met. Nothing great. Nothing terrible.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and friendly staff with clean rooms and great views from both rooftop deck locations.
- 5/5
The property is clean . But very noisy and directions not clear.
- 5/5
Very pleasant stay. Staff was courteous and prompt. Room was clean as well as the entire property. Good location in the Marina area. Will stay again.
- 3/5
overpriced, very small rooms , noisy - can hear doored banging and neighbours walkking and talking
- 3/5
Room was small but super clean. Nice bathroom
- 4/5
AC was only thing that made me not be able to have a good nights.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was convenient to get to our concert event. Hotel staff was friendly and hotel was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again for any future events in SF.
- 5/5
Eric that works at the front desk is always so nice!
- 4/5
This is my go-to when visiting SF on business. Been staying for a couple years, now. They keep everything pristine. It's like they just oprened.
- 4/5
Shower door do not seal properly so we had wet floor every time we took a shower
- 4/5
Great location close to restaurants and Marina. What I didn’t like what the noise coming from outside and heaters were loud . Rooms too close to each other . Otherwise staff was very nice .
- 3/5
The primary negative was how noisy the room was. The entrance to the rooms are from an outside corridor where sounds from rolling carts, suitcases are quite loud. The architecture is odd in that most rooms don’t have outside windows so you are looking out at the corridors. Also there is this open air space in the middle of the room configuration where you can look down to the patio. Our room was near a corridor that looked down to the patio and the noises traveled up from below. Other issues were Expedia indicated there was a free breakfast buffet but there isn’t any restaurant associated with the hotel, there is a coffee shop next door.
- 4/5
Kind of an overhauled motor court. Good black out shades, honestly did not know if it was 8:01 vs 1:08! Hated the BR (low flow everything) so no noise masking and your room mate 3 feet away, so be in-love with your guest! Very walkable and good food close by!
- 5/5
The location of the hotel was perfect for my trip. Everything I needed or wanted was within walking distance. I stayed in a deluxe king room. It was spacious, clean, and had nice amenities. The bathroom included a shower in the oversized sauna - a relaxing perk! Overall my stay was great. I'd happily stay here again.
- 5/5
Very nice little boutique hotel. Enjoyed staying here while on business trip. Convenient. A lot of things are within walking distance.
- 5/5
Most of the rooms are interior with no outside facing windows.
- 5/5
Great.
- 3/5
.
- 3/5
Greatly over-priced at $500/night, minimal to no amenities, no exterior window, small, noisy, only elevator not functioning
- 3/5
We stayed 2-nights in San Francisco for an event. The hotel is in walking distance of the Palace of Fine Arts, which is great. However, upon check-in we were met with an out-of-service elevator and a room booked on the 4th floor. Having to use the stairs all weekend was annoying but whatever. The bathroom amenities and bed are pretty bougie. Worth a stay, as long as the evelvator is working.
- 5/5
We will definitely stay here again. We loved the location being near Chestnut Street with its restaurants, bars and shops. Our welcome by the front desk was friendly and very informative. The gathering spaces for guests makes it unique with rooftop terraces, outdoor fire pit, lobby conversation area, attached cafe. Our room was well appointed and very clean. Each room seems to vary in size and has a slightly different layout. It is a relativity quiet hotel between rooms, only door sounds.
- 5/5
The rooms are very clean and modern
- 3/5
The beds were comfortable but the hotel is so loud that we were awakened at 6am every day by other guests, staff, or street traffic. It was non-stop noise in the morning. One of the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful, the other two we interacted with were very nice. I would not recommend staying here.
- 5/5
I’ll be back for sure ☺️
- 5/5
Staff was extremely friendly.. The hotel was very clean and safe .. I will definitely be back ..
