Great community environment and wonderful staff!! Assad organised group activities catered to my interests and had so many great recommendations for the city. I also met so many lovely people and made heaps of friends! Again, thank you Assad! You were amazing and made my stay perfect!

Everything. One of the best hostels I’ve visited. The kind staff, the community here… a true relief from the fast-paced life in SF! I came here for the 4th time already and will be coming back soon ☺️ /

This is an excellent place, with very adequate infrastructure. People that work there are absolutely amazing, prone to help and open to understand different situations. The place was great. However, in the room I stayed beds were separated by a not so-well fixed curtain. I think that this could be easily improved with small adjustments. Another thing more difficult to change was the number of bathrooms... not many.

This is an amazing Hostel in san francisco, the best in my opinion, the manager is very kind and helpful and organize free optional activities every day such as free bbq or board games. Geographic location is also amazing.

Breakfast was basic but plentiful. Common area was roomy. You need more than one full time staff to clean and run the hostel.

This is a very social hostel, with an extremely nice owner who genuinely cares about you and making your holiday as good as possible rather than wanting to extract as much money out of you as possible like most hostel owners.

Solid Beds, Super welcoming host and quiet place

Stayed for 2 nights and this was my first time staying at a hostel (as a female traveler) but the host was very nice and helpful throughout the stay so I felt very comfortable. It was also very clean, especially the shared bathrooms, it was surprisingly so clean to the point I was in awe. I was placed on the top bunk because the room is full, it took me a hard time to climb up (lol) because I don’t have experience with it but it was very sturdy, you can trust on it. I was on a very tight schedule to a connecting flight so I didn’t get to enjoy the community nights or the shared space but they are decorated very cute and welcoming. Hope to comeback again soon to stay there longer and explore the city more. The location is also top tier, it’s close to everything and also all the different buses and transit are within walking distance plus, so many good food nearby! It also feel safe walking late nearby. Definitely not a quiet neighborhood at night because of the bar and stuff but noice is like the last thing I would care about living at a hostel so I don’t really mind at all. They also offer laundry service for some charges, it makes my life so much easier. I handed my laundry very late at night but got them back the next early morning so I get to pack my stuff up clean and continue to the next stops. This is all I can think about right now. Overall, very nice stay!

First time hostel, great experience. Super helpful staff and property is clean for a hostel. If you are exploring a city or want a cost effective lodging and don't mind losing some privacy that comes with a hostel then you can't go wrong.

Nice place to stay

Quiet and cozy. I found the bed super comfy and they provided two (!!) pillows. I never had to wait to use the restroom and there was room in the fridge for what I needed. They had some space to allow me to store my luggage between checking out and when it was time to go to the airport. Look forward to staying here again.

Very nice people and good environment

Lovely place to stay in San Francisco if you want to meet new people while having a more realistic feel for living in the city (vs. hotel living). Space is quiet and roomy with a lot of different people coming into the hostel. Plus there's activities to do daily and great recommendations of things to try hung up on the walls in the common room.

No high expectations but for the hostel type is great!

I like the diversity of the evening program they offer. And the hospitality of the staff. I also like the concept of making your own breakfast. I think they can do better in terms of cleaning.

It was a super friendly, wonderful place to stay. It added to the experience of the trip in ways I never expected. Will definitely stay here again.

Has just what you need, with a lobby where you'll meet up and hang out with people. It's in Chinatown, so there's a variety of eateries to choose from within just a few minutes walking distance. It's a group hostel but you can feel pretty safe keeping your belongings here.

Great location, really friendly staff!

Service - ITH was wonderful in waiting for me to check in after a long travel day on the plane, provide me a tour and pour me water when I got there. ITH has also been kind to lend me a lock for storage under my bed. I also forgot my suit when I left in the early morning in the dark and they were the ones who messaged me about it and willingly to keep it safe for me until my next return. I'm looking forward to my next stay here and longer. Location - super convenient to all the places in downtown where I had events at all between 3-7 min walk. Just don't miss it - it's definitely a hidden gem.

it was a great stay! the service was impeccable! and even though it was dorm style i felt like everything i had was secure etc.. i would recommend this place. but remember u get what u pay for.

I would stay here again for a quick trip. It has all the basic necessities and a good bang for your buck.

The only things i didn’t like were that some of the shower heads and sink handles weren’t working well, but overall i loved my stay.

Great little hostel near the financial district. This was my first time staying in a hostel, and the staff took extra care to make sure I knew how things worked. Space is plentiful including a full kitchen for shared use. Would stay again!

It was great. It was a warm and welcoming community, which was quite unexpected. It felt like home.

I have never stayed at a Hostel only Hotels so I can only speak for this stay at ITH. My first experience was great. The staff were friendly and everything was organized/self explanatory. I was so nervous prior to arriving but my 2 night stay was nice. Thank you ITH Pacific!

Place is very squished. Atmosphere was good, I bumped interesting people to talk to. Only 1 bathroom per floor. Street noise loud and clear.

Malheureusement la terrasse est accessible uniquement le vendredi apparemment. Dommage que cela ne soit pas précisé, je serais allé ailleurs!
