Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. However, the hotel's location next to a busy street results in noise complaints, and some guests have issues with the internet service. The rooms are described as outdated and in need of updating.

This is a great affordable Inn within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants and only 20 minutes to SFSU!
- 3/5
The room I stayed in felt claustrophobic and dingy. Would not stay there again.
- 5/5
Great value and location. Room was clean (no yucky carpeting), staff friendly and helpful, and easy parking.
- 3/5
Our room was next to the elevator- noisy No carpets deadened the sounds coming through the floor from the rooms above or the rooms next door -noisy. The bedroom balcony was automatically lit at night which shone through the inadequate curtains and the access door did not prevent any traffic noise. Altogether a disappointing stay which was a shame as the staff, location and parking were excellent.

The staff were extremely helpful, there was plenty of parking, and the room was clean and well-kept. The location is excellent, only a 10-15 minute walk from Marina Green and Palace of Fine Arts.

2-star hotel with a clean room, nice and kind staff member, and available to purchase parking.

location was really good, it was close to two bus stops for the big bus tour so thats what we did, it was the least sketch looking motel on the street and the bed was actually comfortable. the phone number u find on google doesnt work so message them directly to get their phone #. Parking 12.50 each night but thats fine cuz all the hotels/motels will charge, we left car there and uber around town. bathroom a bit small but it was fine. the ac was strong and worked fast. there was one wall light and one bulb was broken, and one of the two table lamps was broken, so it was dim but that was the only bad part i didnt care much about. Overall the value was really good compared to the other options around town and the location overall was not scary either. good walking distance to some restaurants too. walking distance to a liquor store too. some of the lighting was not working.

Great stay. Close to deli’s and coffee shops. Almost next door to the Presidio with wonderful views and walking paths.
- 3/5
The staff was very responsive and polite. The coffee maker was putting out dirty water with icky particles in it no matter hoe many pass throughs - suspect never cleaned. For tea just used hot water from tap. Beds are very hard and had to ask for extra blanket and desk lamp.

Bad service and bad hotel rooms
- 1/5
It looked nice Bad service and bad hotel rooms
- 2/5
The photos of this place look completely different. I paid for a king standard thats suppose to be bigger but the staff gave me a smaller room. He claimed that there was some conference going on and thats why he couldn't give me the bigger room that i purchased. Also THERE IS NO FREE PARKING. Kinda felt like a prison. There were also ants. I dont think i will be coming back.
- 3/5
Location was excellent for us, but we were charged for parking, which did Not use to be the case. Their was not a phone in the room for assistance from the front desk....and the television was very complicated to operate.
- 4/5
Very convenient location if going to UCSF, hospital and checking out some tourist spots. If you're not used to city driving making a left turn to the property can cause a congestion or people honking at you. Other than that, it was convenient, perfect place to "crash" but not ideal for a romantic getaway. My AC/Heater & Fridge made a lot of noise.
- 4/5
Tiny dark stall shower. Could use a lighter curtain behind the heavy window curtains to let more light into the room and still maintain privacy. I was surprised by the $150 cleaning deposit at check-in (which the parking fee is deducted from). I hope the remainder is refunded to my card as promised.

They need sheer blinds so you can have light in the room and privacy. Walls are thin but room was clean and straight forward.
- 2/5
But, I could hear other guests walking around late at night (woke me up). The room needed a deep clean and they should start by cleaning the walls in the shower (those were beyond description gross.)

Plenty of hot water and great shower head and they provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. Ample off street parking in front of room for $12.50 per night. Beware, big vehs might have a challenge. Updated place, no frills with typical, noisy in wall heater (ear plugs fixed that!). And (as with any big city) street noise. Building is on Lomard with view of golden gate bridge from street! Walkable to some food, gg bridge and palace of fine arts. Provide Keurig inroom coffee with costco kcups. Checkin and out with staff was unexciting. Good enough for $136.

In the grand scheme, this is a 3 star hotel at most. However, for our needs, it is 4 star +. It is located near our kids' apartments and has free parking. Very clean room and friendly front desk. It is noisy on a busy street, but fine overnight.

Very good.
- 3.5/5
the location was great and the staff accommodated my request for a room at the back, as well as extra blankets. they were not obtrusive. really needs the second curtain for the blackout curtains to work; didn’t feel very private bc there were gaps between curtain and window that anyone could have seen in through.

Parking was easy and secure. It’s a safe area. Bed was sooo firm I thought I was sleeping on a piece of wood. Property was clean but on a budget.
- 4/5
Parking was easy and no ac was necessary. Traffic on street was loud but died down the later it got. Early morning traffic was loud too
- 4/5
Appreciated the parking, great location for families, clean property, and water in lobby. Our room was run down, but clean. The night staff was not helpful at all. We asked for some accommodations due to daughter's allergies when we checked in, but staff was dismissive and lied about not having any other rooms available. We saw a ton of vacant rooms. The morning staff was very kind. Overall nice property, but disappointed with the staff that checked us in.

- 4/5
The staff were friendly, the room was clean. And odor free. Lots of available parking, and in a safe, convenient area. And the beds were SO comfortable! Most comfortable beds I've ever had at a hotel. The AC kept us cool and helped block out the outside traffic noise Yes, there was noise outside from the busy street, and loud neighbors up stairs, but by turning on the room fan we were able to sleep just fine. Wish there was some sort of breakfast... But still very happy with our stay.
- 5/5
I stayed here for about five nights. My room was big and spacious and clean. It does seem a little old but it was right off Lombard Street near a lot of places to eat. This place is definitely good for a quick stay.
- 4/5
Parking was easy.
- 5/5
Very attentive and helpful when I left some belongings behind.
- 3/5
I loved the fact that this Hotel has free Parking. In San Francisco that is a big plus. I did not like the fact that I was given a room right next to Lombard Street. I should have taken ear plugs but I did not. I could only fall to sleep when the traffic subsided. Love the Location. Close to dining and the Marina
- 2/5
cons: very weathered and worn, excessive traffic noise, urine smell outside room and around building, small room summary: i usually get good rooms through hotels.com. not this time. photos (and reviews) seemed deceptively nicer looking. would not stay there again. may also consider using another booking site
- 5/5
Great location with parking onsite. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Coffee machine at the lobby, cold and hot water dispenser. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Safe and cute neighborhood. Really close to the Palace of fine Arts (a beautiful place to visit). We enjoy our stay, and definitely recommend it.

- 1/5
Our room had black mold on the ceiling. This was very disgusting and I feel unhealthy having stayed there with my family. Our belongings were damp in the morning when we woke up. The heater is incredibly loud, the shower felt dirty and industrial. The windows don’t open, and there were random pills on the floor by the bed. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and I wish I could get a refund.
- 4.5/5
The room needed more light. We couldn’t leave the night stand lights on without the room lights on. The beds were VERY firm.
- 2/5
First off - there are two different buildings to this property, the main multi-story that is more renovated and then there is the side building, which resembles a rundown old motel. We were put in a room in the back corner (of the "motel" side) that had an overwhelming mold smell, two rat traps right outside our door, and the "maintenance" room door a foot from our room. After 5 min in the room I got a horrible migraine from the smell. Lucky we were able to switch rooms to the main building, migraine in tow. This room was a bit better, a smell, but not as overwhelming. The curtains don't close all the way, and the bed/pillows are awful. The bathrooms of both rooms resemble a gas station restroom. Ok, onto the benefits - accommodating front desk employee and free parking. If your are in need of parking for your stay, this is an option - only problem is that it is open to the street, and anyone can walk up to guest's cars at any time.

The beds were comfy. The lighting was bad and there were mushrooms growing in our room and the toilet was like a public toilet.
- 5/5
Clean , comfy bed , walking distance to the Palace of fine arts , large tv , rain shower head .
- 5/5
Clean basic room and great customer service. Ask for a room on the back side if you want a quiet sleep experience. Easy to find, parking lot, and walking distance to a lot of cool places to eat and shop in the Marina district.

We may have been in an older room but the pictures did not match the room we had. But it was decent. Bed comfortable and shower water pressure awesome. The staff was very nice. Free parking was a bonus! Made it very affordable. No wifi. It was down the entire time. Ants. Lots of ants. No screen on bathroom window.

Everything was great

Very friendly clean rooms great location for us
- 5/5
The ground floor was very easy to stay in, and we were able to park right in front of our room. Super convenient, especially when carrying luggage. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle free stay.
- 4/5
The room was clean, cozy and fairly quiet. Having the parking was a plus however I’d say the spaces are comically small. If you have a large vehicle like a midsize SUV or larger it will be a very tight squeeze. Still I’d happily return and stay again.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room is very clean.

PARKING WAS SAFE. WE WERE ABLE TO PARK OUR CAR BEFORE WE CHECK IN TO THE HOTEL TO GO ON THE ALCATRAZ TOUR

There was a misunderstanding about breakfast included that stated online. Great place for the area and price.
- 5/5
parking easy, always nice to stay here
- 5/5
Everything was nice, I have no complaints
- 4/5
Rooms were clean/ px was amazing and free parking. However each room we stood in had a bit of an issue. 1sr room we woke to find water on floor with no clear reason for water being on floor. Staff was kind and moved us to a 2nd room. However when we got back that 2nd night found TV did not work. We were too tired to even deal with. But did report on departure.
- 3/5
Room was okay. Bed hard as the floor
- 5/5
The room was very clean and fresh, the staff made us feel very welcome, I was here due to a medical emergency with my husband, and they were so kind and accommodating, they made a horrible situation much more bearable, wonderful people excellent place, highly recommend
- 4/5
Easy check in and check out. Love that it has free parking. They gave us options on what part of the Inn we wanted to stay at. Very close to the Golden Gate Bridge and the Palace of Fine Arts. You basically get what you pay for. Bed is firm, could be softer. Water pressure in the shower was amazing, did not want to get out. Hopefully they do finish remodeling the rooms, it has so much potential. They just have to replace some items with newer ones (computer chair, curtains, curtain rods, towel shelf). I could see myself staying here again if I’m visiting the Bay. Make sure to checkout Chestnut St down the road, it’s a cute little street with little shops and quick bites, there’s also a movie theater and a dog park for those with pets.
- 4/5
Clean room. Friends staff. Nearby dining. Walking distance to shops.
- 4/5
Clean. Lots of space. Friendly staff.
- 5/5

- 3/5
My stay at Luna Hotel was fine, but nothing special. The room was clean enough, but the overall quality didn’t match the high price. For what I paid, I expected better comfort and amenities. It wasn’t terrible, just not great — there are probably better options nearby for the same cost.
- 1/5
Worst bed ever
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!!
- 2/5
Honestly, the only nice things about this place are the location being in a nicer, safer area, and the free parking. Key maker hasn't working the entire stay so every time we came back to our room, we had to get someone at the front desk to unlock our door for us. You can tell it's cheap, and its what you'd expect for the price of it. Bed was big but insanely uncomfy. You could tell paint was chipped everywhere, pretty shabby. You get what you pay for I guess.
- 4/5
Place was clean towels very thin , pleasant people at the front desk, hotel is very well located, plenty parking
- 3/5
Just ok, nothing necessarily bad. Good location. Free parking is a plus in SF
- 5/5
Clean room, easy parking, pretty quiet
- 4/5
Overall condition of property is good and safe,
- 4/5
Staff is very friendly. It was a bit too loud at night for my liking.
- 1/5
The street noise was brutal. Kept me up all night. Lombard street just flows all the time with Golden Gate Bridge traffic. Just awful. Would never stay there again as a result.
- 1/5
Not a hotel
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and courteous. The bed was big and comfortable, the room was clean. Only complaint is the vent in the restroom was so loud and would make this clunking noise after you shut it off. Love that it was so close to Crissy Fields, and event we came to SF for. The short run/walk to view the Golden Gate Bridge was a bonus. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by.
- 5/5
Great stay! Very convenient location, free parking, clean & comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting the area!
- 4/5
Perfecttt location if you’re avoiding downtown / looking for a safe and clean neighborhood. Very cute coffeeshops, stores, workout studios and parks nearby. It’s all about location. Room was fine - dark/lighting isn’t great, AC worked well, very thin walls, good water pressure, felt updated. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet room. Staff very friendly. Not many amenities but was perfect for our stay. Some restaurants near by, no real shopping but close to downtown and walking distance to crooked street.
- 5/5
This place was exactly what I need, large, clean and comfortable and quiet, free on site parking and close to UCSF for a surgery my mother was having. It was safe and within walking distance to most everything. The prices were very reasonable and having a mini fridge in the room and coffee was great. Would recommend and stay here again.
- 5/5
Very friendly stuff. clean rooms and upscale vibe. very close to tourists attractions ss well.

- 5/5
Room was very clean. Great location, walking distance to lots of places to eat. Walking distance to the Palace of fine arts which was extremely convenient for my stay. Free parking. Even got an early check in. Would def stay again.
- 2/5
The location was very convenient for where my business meeting was being held. However, the TV wasn’t working because it’s directly supported by Internet service and the Internet was not working, so I found it difficult to even work without having to use a hotspot. Then when I took a shower, the water in the bathtub would not drain the room smell overly saturated like cleaning agents, specifically bleach. I found the front desk of some of the challenges all this sorry have a great day and didn’t have the energy in me to complaint further and try to get a refund or a discount.

- 5/5
Great place near restaurants and nightclubs
- 5/5
Loved staying at La Luna it was nice and quiet and very clean. Beds were very comfy
- 3/5
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. For a 2-star hotel, it’s a solid choice. The free parking is a major plus—especially in San Francisco, where valet parking at other hotels typically runs between $40 and $85. A few paintings or decorative touches in the room could add a bit more charm, but overall, a pleasant stay!
- 5/5
Best bed ever!!
- 4/5
Great place. Rented 2 rooms. They were fine, perfect for sleeping after a long day of exploring. Staff was outstanding. Helpful and accommodating and very responsive. I would stay here again if I was visiting the Bay Area with my family.
- 3/5
The staff was great. Very welcoming and helpful. However, that was the best part of our experience. The room we stayed in looked nothing like any of the rooms pictured. The rooms pictured look like that of pretty renovated rooms. We got a room that looked somewhat renovated but for the most part it was old and dingy. The bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. The restroom was cramped and old. Walls were thin and we could hear neighbors. The room had a window that we could not close. Parking was tight but thats everywhere in san francisco . Overall we will likely not be staying here ever again.
- 1/5
I didn't enjoy the stay here at all. I stayed in a non-smoking room which reeked of cigarettes. & it wasn't clean. The other guests were extremely noisy. Talking right outside my door & smoking. The main window to the didn't lock which felt dangerous & unsafe because someone can easily climb in the room. And there was a crack under the door so the cold winds kept getting in which meant the smoke smell kept getting in and the door wasn't secure so it moved a lot which felt like someone was trying to open the door. Never again would i stay here.
- 4/5
Great place for the price, free parking was what sold is. Centrally located.
- 5/5
Was fretted by a very friendly employee at the front desk. Super kind and patient. Room was decent for the price. The price was incredible and free parking! Hard to find in the City.
- 4/5
Noisey area
- 2/5
All in all, it was somewhere to sleep for a few nights but not somewhere I would stay at again.
- 5/5
Great Stay Friendly Staff no much food wise in the neighborhood, one of TV's did not work.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, the staff very kind but hotel needs new mattress and have a mirror on the room not only in the bathroom
- 3/5
Definitely not suggested for someone with light sleep.
- 3/5
We checked in late, the was nice and clean, beds were ok. The road was noisy. Bathroom was big but the toilet was small and was a commercial and loud! We would probably not stay again.
- 2/5
La propiedad ws buena pero el cuarto donde estube, la ventana no cerraba ,todo el ruido d la calle se escucha y mi cuarto estaba a lado d la pompa de la agua toda la noche se prende y no deja dormir

First impression of the room… super clean! Loved the location, close to so many eateries and the Golden Gate Bridge.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Great hotel for what we needed to sleep for the weekend
- 5/5
Very nice, good price, friendly staff
- 3/5
The room was a lot darker than I expected, and the bathroom was tiny. However, it was very clean and convenient, we had plenty of coffee and a nice coffee maker in the room. Check in was easy and the guy on the desk was friendly. It it 2 minutes from a bus stop and 5-10 minute walk from a load of restaurants and cafes. I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Room and bed huge. Foookn loved it!! Downside the bathroom compactiness with the door swing, but nothing they can do after it's built. I would recommend take out AC from room and put in corner of room not in its own carved out nook/wasted place otherwise change bathroom door to a slider how ever room exceptional except that one feature
- 4/5
Really Clean and friendly service:)
- 4/5
Great spot for a quick stay. Bathrooms were a little cramped, but the rooms were nice.
- 3/5
I stayed here one night to see a show at the Palace of Fine Arts and it was a very convenient spot for that. I was able to walk to the venue and felt totally safe doing so. The person at the front desk was great, friendly and helpful. There was plenty of free self-parking, though spaces were on the smaller side as is the norm in SF. The room itself had an overwhelming musty chemical smell, like stale cleaning supplies. I had to open both windows immediately to let it air out. It was nice being able to open windows, but I was also a single female-presenting person in a downstairs room with a big window facing the parking lot / street so that didn't help with feeling safe. The neighborhood itself didn't feel unsafe though. People in the hotel and the surrounding area were really loud in the middle of the night. Sounded like a bunch of drunk people came back around last call, slamming doors and laughing, and someone was singing and yelling into a bullhorn at one point. I was up late anyway and put ear plugs in and it was fine, but if you need a quiet night this might not be the best option. I also noticed the shower seemed to be leaking water under the floorboards, so that might have been the source of the musty smell. And the chair at the desk was really gross - covered in stains. I put a towel on it before sitting down. Everything else seemed clean though.
- 4/5
Thanks
- 5/5
Safeb and clean.
- 5/5
Loved the room and the entire town immensely. As a first-time visitor from Chicago, I was delighted by the exceptional hospitality. Everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to stay here again. We will certainly return.

Loved the location and parking. The staff was very friendly I will definetly book here again. Walking distance to food, shops and live events. Room is small but for a couple its works great!!!

Eclectic charm. Older motel but room was very nice, Property is close to the Marina and Presidio Park. Parking on site is a definite plus.

My boyfriend and i stayed here for two nights and its was amazing. We explored the city a lot but also loved relaxing in the room. 10/10

great location, hotel is clean, friendly reception staff

Best value in SF. One block away from the Palace of Fine Arts, and a quick stroll to the GG Bridge.
- 4/5
Really loved the spot next to beach and dinning, my only problem was the tv didn’t work other then that I would go back. Staff friendly no problems
- 4/5
Very nice staff. Clean. Great deal for the rate. Two queen beds, one was comfortable.
- 3/5
It was a fine place to stay for the night.
- 4/5
It was a very good stay for us. We had parking (tough in San Francisco) and it was walkable to other places. The bed was very comfortable. It is your typical motel type hotel. The room was very spare but was clean. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed ( shower no tub). For people with disabilities, they have street level rooms. I would stay there again.

Great shower

Clean updated very comfortable. Staff are super friendly. Would highly recommend for the price and location. Stayed 3 nights.

I was skeptical about a motel on lombard, ive worked in sf alot and most of them looked a little seedy so my expectations were low. Upon check in, there was on site parking with spots actually available. There were two indian guys working the counter, very polite and made check in a breeze. Room smelt like bleach when we walked in, which for me is pleasant in a hotel room. Room was very cold when we arrived, but the heater quickly changed that. Good room for what you pay and location, most definitely have had worse.
- 4/5
It was a good stay. Bed and linen were clean. Will book again next time
- 4/5
The counter staff was very helpful in accommodating by bag to be left there for 2 days before check-in while was travelling to another destination. Delivery package to the premises was well received as well. Good service.
- 5/5
Great service and staff, very accommodating and welcoming.

We found several cockroaches after staying for 1 night.
- 2/5
There was a major convention in the city and all hotels full. In the past this establishment would be called a motel. Parking very convenient. A good motel. They still need to follow the rules. i had to leave a day earlier; they maintained their greediness and took advantage of my paying in advance. Bad business, bad attitude, bad business practice.
- 5/5
Property is great, just a little noisy because it is next to the street.
- 3/5
Check in was easy, and personnel was friendly. No frills or thrills, just a bed for a night. Best part is the free parking.
- 2/5
There was a baby roach in my room!!!
- 3/5
AMAZING photographer, though!
- 5/5
Nice and clean, great location. Great service. Heater was loud when it was turned on, making it hard to hear the TV. Close to the street, therefore can hear some loud cars go by.
- 5/5
Stayed here when my friend visiting from North Carolina. We had the best time walking to palace of fine arts from the hotel. Lots of great restaurants near by too. Great location and love the free included parking.

This hotel was very run down and poorly managed. The room that I got was not expected and cleanliness wasnt there. I had to rebook my stay at another hotel, but this hotel also did not offer any refunds for unused nights. Terrible experience.
- 2/5
On the good side. The staff were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Other than that, this was nothing like it is pictured. The bathroom was barely big enough for an adult to fit in. The shower was very dark as there was no light it and it was tucked in a corner. The first room we got had a broken toilet and the second room they then moved us too reeked of cigarettes. The bathrooms look nothing like the pictures in this add. There are not counter tops on or around the sinks and you can barely sit on the toilet unless you sit side ways as an adult. Also on top of that they deactivated our key card twice during our stay because they accidentally checked us out early, twice.

It may be little noisy since it’s on a major road, but acceptable.

If all you are looking for is a roof over your head, are not picky about cleanliness, and to be close to the Presidio, this property is fine. However, if you are looking for the cute, updated boutique Inn that you think you are booking, this property is NOT it. The rooms have the warmth and comfort of a Red Roof Inn and are the size of a shoe box- do not put more than two people in a room. It did the job for what we needed, and the staff were nice, but I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Not a bad place for a night or two, it was just what we needed to be located in Marina District. No frills whatsoever.
- 3/5
What pulls down this rating? Could hear the TV next door until 2am, and then the TV on the other side came on at 6am. After a very long drive and need for a good sleep, this really marred the stay.
- 5/5
Large old rooms with some updates
- 4/5
Everything went smooth to get in and out of the place with no trouble
- 3/5
I just needed a place to sleep. This place fit my needs. It is as nice as the price suggests. It was clean but no frills in the room.
- 5/5
Perfect location and price point! Would stay here again.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our stay - great location. It is a bit older, but you can not beat it for the price. The staff was attentive and friendly, and we always returned to a clean room with fresh towels every day. Highly recommend!
- 3/5
Beds are good and room is spacious. That is the only thing good perhaps. Entertainment from TV is worse, AC is horrible, had to change because of flush is not working and maintenance guy can't come till tomorrow, room lighting is horrible.. the amenities are very basic
- 5/5
Comfortable stay
- 4/5
This was a great spot for an overnight. I had everything I needed; the staff was friendly and professional, it was clean, and the wifi was strong enough for my remote work. I didn't explore the area much, but there's plenty around if someone needed that. They do not have a breakfast option.
- 5/5
This hotel is the best value for the money in the Bay Area! It’s walkable to great restaurants, and tourist destinations.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice. We were able to check in a little early. Room was spacious and clean. Coffee and a fridge in the room is a plus. Will definitely come back.
- 1/5
The rooms smelled like chlorine and the staff was unfriendly. Too close to the highway and the walls are thin so you can hear the cars and TV through the wall.
- 5/5
The property was clean and the staff was great
- 1/5
The smelled chemical clean but if the moment your bare feet step on the floor you can feel how grimy it is. I did not take my socks off the entire stay. The shower too felt grimy and smelled mouldy. The exhaust fan was much too loud considering it was insanely close to the 2nd bed. My flight was much later and I checked out earlier to go out to explore and when i got back their lobby didn't even have a washroom you could use. The staff at the front desk was not professional. There was a couple that arrived separately and their maintenance staff made a crude comment saying that theres something fishy going on there and ones probably cheating on their spouse. TBH that was so unnecessary to be saying out in the open regardless of what that guest's circumstance was. They clearly did not screen the room and not noticed me in the corner. Keep your comments to yourself sir and just be grateful for the business. Overall, horrible experience and it just felt gross staying there.
- 3/5
The staff was great. Easy to get to, but the room is pretty bare. Nothing but a rolling office chair to sit in and the bed was very uncomfortable. Perhaps the hardest bed I've slept on.
- 5/5
Was a little noisy but that is the nature of being in the city. Overall it worked well for us.
- 5/5
Good price and location. Left wallet and staff was kind enough to call when we checked out
