Nothing Everything. Outdated. Uncomfortable bed. Bushes in front of my room had a used condom in it. WiFi was slow. No outlets next to the bed.

This was a safe and quiet place to stay, staff was super friendly. Easy access to downtown San Jose, and close to the airport.

This was a place that families stayed for a place for living. Very close to the airport. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom not clean.

Location and parking. Staff was really nice. Mostly everything. The room smelled bad: there were coins left in the bathroom floor which lead me to believe it wasn’t even swept/ cleaned correctly. The bed made noise every time I took a breath or moved slightly, It was ridiculously loud. And the best part, ROACHES !! they were coming out of the bathroom mirror and all over the shower. I killed 3 and some were too fast. Also someone had what sounded like 3 Dobermans barking their heads off at 6am and 8am. Also the party of thugs outside in the parking lot at midnight fighting eachother and giving me and my boyfriend looks when we arrived after going out to dinner: Never staying here again.

the shower had mold all though out the tub, sink and toilet looked like they hadnt been cleaned. its fine if you need somewhere cheap to stay the night and you dont plan on being in the room other than to sleep.

The breakfast is NOT breakfast at all!! It is just a couple of granola bars available and water/coffee. That was it. No pancakes or waffles. NOTHING. so dont expect. It is NOT breakfast.

Started off bad. There are weird people hanging around smoking weed and being loud. As soon as we got into our room the floor of the bathroom was flooded. The room itself was not as clean as expected with a weird smell. So they moved us into another room which smelled better. Upstairs was banging on the ground all night. Overall terrible stay and I couldn't wait to check out. At least the water was hot.

Horrible, we checked in and there was a leak in bathroom, towels were stained. Outdated and dirty rooms, saw insects could have possibly been roaches. Would not stay here ever! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also sketchy people, Seems as if some live there.

We checked into our room, found the room, filthy the beds had looks like it had lint and dirt specs from the previous guest. The shower and bath needed to be clean. The staff wasn’t very tentative. We went to the front desk to see if we can get another room and decided to check out with in an hour after checking in. We had to wait 45 minutes for an attendant to assist us. They weren’t very much help request a refund them told us to reach out to Expedia, then the hotels.com rep told us that we had to follow up with the hotel to get a refund.

The staff at this property were all very nice but the property itself is a disaster. The 25 days I stayed I had a cockroach run across my chest while laying in bed watching tv I saw the police there multiple times for domestic violence and other things

The lady working reconized me as I have been there multiple times but this time I didn’t have a valid ID but she said it can be anything with a picture of me and your name on it . So I showed her another ID but then she said it has to be more recent. So I said can I show you a picture of my id on my phone and she said well I have to scan it. But you just said it can be anything with my picture and name. So at that point I knew she just didn’t want me to stay there

The property is in a bad situation, trash outside, carpets bad, batbroom needs remodel no shampoos. No kitchen utensils, no place to make coffee or tea, roaches walking around microwave.

The room smelled of cigarettes although we were in a non smoking room, the room didn’t appear clean or sanitized. The bed was unstable constantly moving, I had just stayed at a Extended Stay in a different city and it was super nice & clean I thought all would be but clearly it depends on the staff and area. The area was sketchy the police where constantly there, the staff were not friendly. Best thing was the free parking but I will definitely never book here again.

The staff was nice the room was nice size I did not like the area , a lot of homeless around it was noisy on first floor , also a lot of stuff did not work in the room most of the lights didn’t work the Toilet seat was broke and the shower had no hot water no coffee pot full kitchen but no coffee pot , small pillows too soft .

Customer service was great! Its the rooms themselves thats the problem. It looked like junkys lived there, then damages were just patched up.

Staff was nice, but the two roaches in the room that I found are the reason why I'm taking off two stars.

Checked in at 6pm and there was no one at the front desk to help me for 45 min, the security guard had to call someone. The hotel description claims free breakfast which is a lie. They had no coffee but gave me directions to the local 7-11. The area is a ghetto, lost of homeless people around and the hotel gets the overflow of homeless at night. Skip this greedy corporate dive!

I am still waiting to get a refund from the property. They said someone would call me and give a credit- we could not even stay 1 night- from the halls to the actually room it was all so filthy and we did not feel safe there.

Bathroom ceiling leaked destroyed my computer and got. Court clothes wet. Went to we socks, no reimbursement nothing done. Claimed it was condensation smh

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, from the General Manager to all of the staff I've interacted with. They are kind, helpful, and very welcoming to everyone. My career is in customer service, and these people are some of the best I've experienced, in any industry.

The room has MOLD! This property should be shut down for health and safety . We stayed at the third floor , I never imagined they would rent this property.

When we arrived, we saw that the gate to the parking lot was broken and wide open. There were three police vehicles with lights on arresting people in the parking lot. Also there were cars parked in the parking lot and people were living out of them. There was a lot of foot traffic in and out of the hotel, possibly it was a temporary housing vendor for low income? Our room and the hotel smelled of smoke. There were several bugs in our room and no shampoo or soap. We also saw someone vaping while at the front desk for check-in. My young daughter and I didn't feel safe or clean at the hotel so we decided to leave instead of stay the night. We were assured we would get a full refund, but they didn't follow through with that. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend.

This is a no-frills hotel chain, so we were prepared for the lack of amenities. We were only there for one night, and it was fine. This was a last minute reservation, and we felt the value for the price was adequate. The location was good for our purposes, easy in and out, not too far from freeway. Despite looking like a hide-a-bed, the bed was actually comfortable. Shower was hot, though the faucet did have a steady drip after shut-off.

First of all it was filthy. Huge stains all over all over the carpeting in the Halls I mean stains everywhere it makes you wonder when the last time was they actually thoroughly cleaned those carpets. The bedding in the room was stained not the sheets but the Duval on the blanket. Drug dealers in the parking lot. Police activity. Absolutely will never go there again I can't believe a comfort in Extended Stay was so awful. Maybe the worst place I've ever been in my life.

I understand its an extended stay, but I did not know that most people there are government assisted drug use in the parking lot. My wife stepped on a syringe while walking out of the hotel lobby seems like an institution not a hotel.

I was put on the first floor right next to the exit or stairs not sure doors slamming all night even when I had the ac fan and the kitchen fan on other then the noise too expensive for the cost

Unsatisfactory visit

The manager and the staff were super nice and accommodating, and the place was very sweet and it was a good location near downtown. It was a good environment and it was a very nice stay!

Convent to Transportation and kitchen made it easy to place snacks.

It was okay for the hotel

Check in and head to the room, we pass a dirty stained matress against the wall next to our room door. Get in the room there's holes in the couch that i was suppose to pull out and sleep on, room was so dark no lighting but one lamp, writing on the walls. I didnt inspect the kitchen or bathroom. At this time the kids were freaked out and i was mad the pictures on the site basically lied. We walk right back out and say we do not want to stay there. Right in front of the manager we get threatened by some kids walking out of the elevator, no one says anything. The traffic in and out while we check out was so heavy, non smoking yet people smoking everywhere, loud yelling/ fighting in the building. We were told that we may not get our money back but wont know for at least a week. I just wanted to leave. It was NOT safe at all in the rooms or outside. It was like housing projects from movies. Obviously had tons pf people living there that had no where else to go. We get back to the car and there's a lady looking under the cars looks clearly on something. Just n

Its section 8 property so we had children and other running about at all hours of the night.

Had to leave after 1 day and management refused to refund 2nd day which was paid. Horrible customer service. Horrible. Was seemingly a magnet hotel for drugs and prostitute population of san jose.

Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I expected. There was a lot of noise inside the hotel, and I was woken up by loud screaming. The cleanliness was also below standard, as the sofa and the room needed more attention. This made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I hope the hotel management improves these aspects to provide a better experience for future guests

The children did not stop playing in the room above ours until 11:30pm. Noise and running until they settled down at 1130pm.

It was not great at all. The shower does not stop completely which made me hard to sleep at night due to water noise. The sink in the bathroom clogged as soon as I used water. Our neighbors were loud at night too. The pictures on the website looked decent so I didn't expect none of these...

The hotel itself was nice, but the noise at night was terrible and did not sleep. People partying in lower level hallway until 1 am. Loud engines reving with music blaring in parking lot way into early morning hours. Called front desk to complain, but problems continued.

Worst place ever. They key card will not work the next day you have to comeback to the lobby and tell them about the cards so they re put the card system for it to work again. I stayed for 7 days i ask the frint desk if someone can clean are room and they said we get a free cleaning every 2 weeks if you stayed less than that they will charge you. Theres like cockroaches in the restroom,,kitchen,bed. If you cancel the room theres a 1 day fee and more charges. Worst stay ever i regret for paying $900 for this 7 days staying there.

Very dirty- hallways smell like urine and other strong smoke of a certain substance Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot doing drugs. Staff were amicable. Quick check in / check out. Room was clean, little musty. Shower needs some TLC. Located in a fairly decent place with access to amenities and stores within few min drive. Plenty of parking in the lot, secured by gate.

Where do I start... The only good thing at this hotel was the front desk stuff. They were super polite and apologetic of the hotel's condition. It seems this hotel caters to homeless population that stays there long-term. Why they also rent out the rooms to guests daily is beyond me. We initially paid for 5 nights as we needed the accommodation in the area but ran away the very next morning. That there was garbage strewn out in the coridors and bad smell in the hallway was, I thought, tolerable. But our room (#146) had foul smell, like garbage, and it did not go away even after airing it out. Shower barely got warm and the noise was intolerable: it continued through the night and there was also something going off at 1am right in front of our room in the hallway. I was terrified. I've rarely had such bad experience. The nail in the coffin was two cockroaches that were roaming in our living room in the morning so we ran away almost screaming vowing never to return. This hotel needs help!

Dogs allowed, close to Reed Street off leash dog park. Close to airport. Friendly staff from managrment to nite time security. I am temporary "living" here and feel at home. They supply all the basic Necessities for your kitchen and living pots pans ect..Jonathan, nite security, very polite. As a sibgle female I feel safe here even coming ho.e late after work.

I did not anticipate the location of the hotel to be as "questionable" as it was. The general appearance is run down, hallway carpets were dirty. Room amenities were sparse and at times non existent (i.e. 2 small bars of soap).

A lot of coming and going all day long. Arguing inside of rooms. Stained towels.

We had to wait 45 minutes after check in room because it was not ready. Instead of 2 queen beds we got 1 king and a sofa bed, which was no comfortable and not enough pillows. Went to get some breakfast at 8am no more coffee all we got was muffins because I asked if they had anything in back.

The parking lot and surrounding area was full of vagrants and suspicious individuals. There were cars overflowing with personal property parked on site and children riding their bikes straight out of the hotel. The rooms were mediocre at best. I checked in, decided I did not feel safe staying as a solo traveler once I saw my room, and immediately checked out. The front desk attendant was kind and apologetic, and did issue a refund, which I was not expecting. This property felt more like a local apartment complex than a hotel.

When you pull in there’s homeless roaming the parking lot. They are drinking and clearly using drugs, the cops even showed up at one point and didn’t even kick them out. It smells like cigarettes and weed in the halls and there is no ice machine. The inside of the room was clean and if you don’t have to leave your room just stay inside. My fault for not checking the area but it’s ghetto to say the least

They put me on the 3rd floor, 3 doors before the emergency exit, an emergency exit that was blocked by a trash mountain.

Very dirty and unkempt. There's really not a breakfast. Just coffee and some wrapped things like granola bars. It's a rough part of town and they have security gates, but one of them was just open the whole time I was there. It seems to attract ... interesting people.

This place is a dive.

The staff was friendly and nice but there was a burner in the room that didn't work,. It is very dated, and just overall a low 2 star hotel.

The location was terrible parking lot was full of homeless people, junk cars were on the parking. When I arrived police was busy to handcuff a man at the parking. There is no free breakfast it is a big lie only coffee with no milk. Roaches were freely walking around the kitchen cabinets. Stay away from this hotel it is not safe.

Terrible stay I will not be back

The room was just like it was shown in the picture. It’s was clean and comfy. Has a studio kitchen, but anything you need for it you have to get from lobby. No ice machines on property, no vending machines. But what was the most important part of our stay was it was clean, and allowed my furbaby. No pups allowed, I will go somewhere else. We’d stay here again. Staff was really nice

Hotel is full of homeless

It is not fun to wake up at 1 a.m. and find roaches all over the area in your room. This place was by far THE WORST HOTEL i have stayed. Right at the entrance i noticed a funny smell to it. Towels are handed out to you at the counter. And even some employees said the area isn't safe at one point THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE ADVISED A CUSTOMER TO GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE NEXT HOTEL. but the worst part is finding out the homeless ppl do break ins. And having the company of unwanted roaches all over the unit. Really bad quality of cabinets and towels were so old. So much that we ended up leaving to another hotel the same night and ask for a refund

This is a very run down property

Hotel is old and wear and tear shows in places. However, it was very clean and the staff was great. I’ll be staying there again in a week or so.

Entire facility was dirty, trash in parking lot. Stains on carpet When I opened the pull out couch it was filled with trash (left over food). Had to dust off the mattress before putting bedding on. Worst experience ever.

This hotel is infested with drug addicts, from the people checking you in to the the people in the parking lot and staying there. The rooms are super dirty, the beds are very old and make nosie everytime you get in and out of them. The bathroom tub has stains all over and the water pressure sucks. Zero hot water. Maybe warm if your lucky. They leave old soap on the counter from that has already been used, zero extra toilet paper. I will Never stay at this hotel again. Do yourself a huge favor and spend the extra $30.00 at a different hotel

Check is was a little strange as there were 4 policemen seemingly working a scene of some kind. The room was overall decent. However the bathroom sink hardly worked at all, I had to use the kitchen sink to brush my teeth and wash my hands etc. The security bolt didn't work as it appeared that the door had been kicked in at some point and the metal door frame was bent as a result. A couple of light bulbs missing. Front desk people we good.

They gave me a handicap room which I didn’t request. They know it’s a reservation for two people but they only gave one towel.

The air conditioner had two setting for cold either Cool or Very Cool which neither got cold. It was more of a small fan on the wall. The room didn't seem to get any cooler, and there was no ice machine to try and use that to cool down. There was only one plastic cup in the room.

We had two rooms. Both rooms had stained sheets, in one room we saw a cockroach in the bathroom, the other room bathroom sink got clogged. One room didn’t have a tv zapper when asked for one never got it. Asked for more pillows, they said they didn’t have anymore. Overall, not a great experience.

As soon as I entered the room and turned on the lights, two bugs were crawling on the counter trying to hide. The room does not look clean. There are mold / spider webs in the corners. I fled out of the room at 12am

Waited 16 minutes for a front desk person to appear for us to check in. When she did arrive she was short and exasperated. I gave her my id and reservation code. After many more minutes on her computer she gave them back and unapologeticly stayed there was no reservation for me and even if there was she had no rooms with 2 beds available. I asked how that can be when I have provided my confirmation email that shows I have a guaranteed reservation for a 2 Queen bed room. She said I shouldn’t have used a third party to try to make it, it must not have come thru their system properly. Best she could do was call their other location town (couple miles away) to see if they had something. She was adamant she couldn’t help us further and that she had a line (3 other people who arrived 10min or later into our wait) so we needed to leave now. Needless to say awful experience. So we left and I ended up driving the 4hrs home and cancelled my husband’s birthday evening show plans. Then to top it all off the next morning the hotel charged me for the room anyways! I called to complain and request a refund. The man who answered said well you would need to call tomorrow because it’s currently Sunday and the department that possibly can make a refund isn’t there. He took all my info and said the right department would call back first thing Monday. No call on Monday. When I contacted them and got transferred to the right department I only received voicemails.
