Reviews

Nice Price Point for a clean, quiet, well maintained facility & attentive staff. Keep up the great work 🙂👍.

Absolute poor experience

Rooms were clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, it was quiet and not overpriced
- 4/5
Great for the price. Hot tub has fantastic jets 10/10. The room was dated and had a weird smell and the property is not being properly maintained.
- 0.5/5
Not as pictured. Strange people wandering around the property. Dark. Lobby divided by odd potted plants. No elevator
- 4/5
Very good

The room was old and not properly maintained, plus it smelled stinky. And get this, the hotel charged me for a stain on the sheets?! I only stayed one night to catch an early flight, so that stain had to be there already. The funny thing is they charged me without even saying what happened or why, and I had to contact them to find out. Overpriced and dishonest, in a nutshell.
- 5/5
Comfy and couldn't hear the airport even though it was close by Directions to the entrance were slightly confusing on Google maps

Nice pool area and quite Cold pool! For a upscale hotel like this one it should be heated! No breakfast! :-(

The park was a cool addition. As an avid traveler, it’s very unfortunate that I have to make this review. I’ve never had an experience like this at a stay before. The staff were not very friendly or understanding. I had several complaints that needed to be addressed, there were never any follow ups regarding the continued issues. I was beginning to feel as if I was “bugging” the staff. The only friendly person was the IT tech, but we kept having issues on our TV. The man who brought the extension cord to our room- due to only 2 outlets working; he was very rude and just handed over the cord aggressively and in a rush. He did not say a word to us, even after we thanked him. The sink stayed clogged, we had to pull the stopper out in order for it to drain. When we attempted to leave the property and requested money back for the day we didn’t stay. We were not contacted back for hours, and at that point we just stayed. Never did a staff member come check on us or even call. All in all, I would never stay here again or recommend to any other families. I’ll stick to the well known hotels.

Garden was nice , pool was nice I was charged $25 from my $200 deposit with out being told why

Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast was decent. It was pretty loud at night, could hear a lot from other guests, even heard the room next doors phone ringing and their entire conversation. Sound just really seemed heightened at night.

They are a little strict on early check in. Every time I went to front desk , they were on the phone. Hang up and pay attention, get your head phones out of your ear, and phone off speaker. Both people.

- 5/5
The price and was very clean
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helped me out
- 4/5
Loved the bar!
- 2/5
The other guests were noisy well into the am. I had to return my key toʻ have it rescaned four out of my five day stay.
- 1/5
Arrived as scheduled and was told that the there was a mix up between the resort and Hotels.com; the room we had reserved was not actually available at the rate we had booked (they said the rate was more than twice what we paid) and the reservation had been cancelled.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay, the area was quiet, we loved all the greenery and the squirrels! The hot tub and pool area were nice and relaxing. The rooms were clean and spacious we slept well. I would recommend
- 5/5
This is a great hotel. It has beautiful grounds, a lot of parking, a restaurant/bar on site. The location is very convenient to the surrounding areas, such as Santa Clara. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rate is incredible for what you get. I come down to work in Santa Clara and I highly recommend this hotel!
- 1/5
Do not stay here. I found live bed bugs and woke up covered in bites during my stay on 5/15-5/20. When I brought this to front desk, they were unhelpful and did not seem to take the health hazard seriously. This is a severe safety and hygiene issue. Check your mattress immediately if you are already booked here, or look elsewhere.
- 5/5
Convenient location
- 3/5
Staff was nice. Pool and hot tub dirty. Asked for towels at 930 am and didn’t get them until the afternoon.
- 5/5
Parking
- 5/5
So pretty
- 4/5
This hotel has a great location, the building is older and the staff make up for the fact that this hotel is in need of a remodel. 5-star staff all the way, the hotel itself is in need of a major renovation.
- 5/5
A green place to stay with great facilities. I live in the area and will come back.
- 3/5
FYI I checked it was a Non Smoking room
- 5/5
Excellent price with excellent and very helpful staff..
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was very nice. Enjoyed it there. Very quiet. Delicious food at the restaurant.
- 5/5
I like how I can add breakfast on my hotel stay for my + 1 as well. I also appreciate how welcoming the staff was at the lobby and the breakfast lounge! We were always greeted and cared for, our hotel was always cleaned and a big plus was the blankets were always a different design so it felt very “home” in a way with something unique for us. I would stay here again, another thing we like was parking was free.
- 4/5
Maid service never got to my room and I had the sign out pretty much all day
- 5/5
Very cool retro. Felt like I stepped back into the 50's (though I wasn't alive then). Tiki style bar. Old school motel-restaurant. With s tropical vibe. Breakfast was good and a good price. Great staff.
- 3/5
The hotel clearly has a great foundation and spirit, but it’s not being maintained properly, which is affecting the overall experience.
- 4/5
Clean room I get what they’re trying to do seemed a little cold, but somebody put a lot of effort into that place and it was enjoyable. I would stay there again.
- 3/5
Left room feeling itchy. Got home and cant stop scratching my arms.
- 4/5
It’s a gorgeous setting around the pool and jacuzzi. A paradise with the palms and flowers. It’s a tiny bit run down. Needs new chairs at pool. The staff is amazing- room service, so helpful in many ways! Nice to have a restaurant on site! Price is great. Felt very safe as a single woman. Always stay there when I’m in town.
- 5/5
We had a great time
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Room was clean, facilities are, however, worn. Abundant parking spaces. Staff was friendly. Note that the advertised shuttle to the airport comes with additional cost!
- 5/5
I was satisfied with the rooms and the bed that was comfortable. Very clean towels and bed sheets
- 4/5
Close to the airport.
- 2/5
Once I step into my room it smelled so bad. I got into my room at 10:45pm. I wanted to get into bed and got hot. The AC didn’t work. I didn’t want to call hector was late. I will not stay there again
- 4/5
Very close to off-airport parking. Has a large pool. Just what I was looking for.
- 4/5
Easy to find, staff friendly and very helpful. It was nice and quiet. Only real issue- ice machine was located in main lobby. No others on property
- 5/5
Extremely good value. Very nice landscaping and maintenance, clean room, helpful staff. Plus best rates we could find near the airport. Highly recommend
- 5/5
The staff is excellent and the restaurant has the best fish and chips I ever had ,Manuel is the fish and chips king
- 3/5
Clean the pool , fix the pool lights, there’s no golf clubs for mini golf
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
Staff was great, room was a little dingy. This hotel is still making a comeback and has a little way to go. I would not book here again unless it was an emergency.
- 1/5
Very old school furniture and fixtures
- 3/5
Update the pool area. Clean the furniture. Throw away the broken chairs. Fix the rugs in your rooms.
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
The rooms were old. The rug was fraying. The pool area and furniture was falling apart and dirty. The staff was very friendly
- 5/5
Clean room. Bath looked new bed felt firm and great. Slept like a baby.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and staff friendly.
- 4/5
The outside rooms facing the parking lot seemed a bit sketchy and unsafe especially on the first floor. We moved to a courtyard room which was much better. The hotel could use some updating but the staff were awesome. Nice restaurant and bar recently opened in the hotel which were both acceptable.
- 2/5
Weird hotel, weird vibes & energy, weird part of town, just over all weird, weird deposit also.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Price was good.
- 1/5
When we first got there the man that helped us check in was very rude. We were traveling as a family and he refused to check if there were any rooms near each other. We understood and moved on. He then gave us a key for a room to which we didn’t go in asap because we had reservations somewhere and had to be there in time. Later in the night when we arrived to the room the room had one pillow on the bed and the bed sheets looked used. The lamps had no bulbs in them and the toilet had no seat or cover. There was absolutely no toiletries including toilet paper and towels. There was also a stench in the room as soon as we opened the door. I called the front desk and the woman that answered seemed confused when I told her the room number. She then proceeded to say we weren’t in the correct room and asked us to go to the front office. She stated that the room we were assigned wasn’t even on the books to be rented out. In their system they also had that we were checked into a different room which seemed very sketchy. The new room we got was clean but there were men in the room above us drinking outside and smoking. Mind you it’s supposed to be a “no smoke hotel”. Also isn’t drinking in public ILLEGAL?? My husband also woke up with a rash on his arms and legs. The couple we were traveling with had an infant and the people next to them were smoking marijuana. Again wasn’t this supposed to be a smoke free hotel? There was so much more as well
- 5/5
Yes, the room was spotless. The service was outstanding. The Staff at the hotel check in were very nice and remembered my name and the room I stayed in on Friday when I came back on Sunday. I definitely will be returning for another stay.
- 4/5
Clean comfortable room. Nice floor space
- 5/5
Quiet location
- 4/5
The room was clean when we came in, it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do. It would be five but there were minor issues. The cleaning people came in when we had the “do not disturb” on the door which is appreciated that they came in but we didn’t need it, also the mechanism to open the doors were super outdated, the keys lost the magnetization so I couldn’t open my door like twice. However I would stay again due to the convenience of being close to good places.
- 4/5
Room okay Pool area lovely but didn’t use
- 1/5
Not as expected
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Quick and easy check in. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great staff and rooms were super clean. also a great hot tub
- 1/5
Room smells, people are literally smoking marijuana by my room. So loud! Didn’t feel safe at all!
- 5/5
Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Staff was nice and lobby was nice
- 2/5
The corridor going to my room had broken glass and was very dirty. The door to the lobby (from the rooms) wasn't opening and staff had to let me in repeatedly. Eventually, they told me the door was just broken and I had to redirect to the alternate one but the least that could be done is to put up a sign informing guests that the door is broken so they don't waste their time. The shower curtain in my room was very worn and had some mild tearing at the rungs, there was also some mildew on the shower grout. Otherwise, the room itself was clean and the staff were very nice but I think the hotel needs an update and the corridor needs regular cleaning.
- 5/5
Fast service - friendly staff - clean room
- 5/5
Waited a long time for staff to appear and check me in ..
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
The room was very clean, beds comfortable and very quiet. I like the oasis in the courtyard with the pool. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Such a cute hotel!
- 4/5
Overall stay ok safe area
- 4/5
The staff was professional and friendly and the room was just what a solo overnight traveler needs.
- 4/5
Affordable, clean, look good.
- 1/5
The staff was friendly, but spend a little more and stay somewhere else.
- 1/5
The Hotel seemed it bit sketchy when we first arrived but gave it a chance anyway and this morning woke to a roach crawling on our stuff
- 1/5
There was a rave in town and many guests were coming through and staying here, and they were not being respectful of others trying to sleep. The hotel has a security guard, but he spent his time on the phone instead of managing the situation. On our way out to the airport, our car was blocked by the security guard’s vehicle. We waited, not knowing if he planned to move. Instead, he told us to go around and then verbally berated us. When I said he did not have to be rude, he replied that it was not his job to be nice. You could not pay me to stay here again. The marketing photos make this place look much nicer than it is in reality. The only positive was the front desk person, who was kind and tried to help. Overall, this was a nightmare stay, especially for a parent traveling with children.
- 4/5
Good staff, clean room
- 5/5
I was very happy with the room as it was very clean and had everything I needed. I accidentally left my eye medicine in the refrigerator in the room and they saved it for me which saved me a lot of problems. I would recommend this hotel and the staff and I will go back as soon as I'm able to.
- 5/5
Nice place! And Priscila from desk very help thanks
- 2/5
Room was soo stuffy and you can’t open the window to let fresh air inside
- 5/5
Great friendly staff
- 4/5
Clean, good amenities, easy parking
- 5/5
Room was spotless. Quick check in. Lots of privacy
- 5/5
Solid rooms. Very modern. Nice bathrooms. Rooms seem quiet like a vault.
- 1/5
If I can give this 0 starts I would. This is so not a 3 star hotel/inn. Very outdated; lamps are loose. Bolts coming out of walls. Needs major upgrade. I had rented it for my friend who is handicapped and left a day early because I asked to be moved and they wanted another $30 to move him from that crappy room they gave him. We asked for towels and garbage bags because they forgot to bring them when they cleaned. I took my friend out of there and left day/night early and rented ES Suites Sonesta AND that was a 3 star inn. It was renovated and nice and big. Will never ever stay here again.
- 1/5
Room was super outdated but expected it for price point. Amenities very very limited and some homeless crackhead was bangin on doors and windows all night and morning
- 4/5
There weren’t enough open outlets to charge all of our devices and I had to put my phone on the desk across the room cuz there wasn’t an open outlet close enough to the night stand Also, there was no shampoo in the bathroom. There was soap and conditioner and lotion, but no shampoo.
- 5/5
The room was wonderful along with all linen and pillows were comfortable and very clean . I highly recommend this hotel . I was here on business just overnight . Marcella
- 4/5
Yes
- 1/5
Did not stay, and won't.
- 2/5
Not great for the price
- 2/5
Entire place is old. Rooms were okay. Homeless camp in park connected to parking lot. Sketch area.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful. The first room was unacceptable because of noise in the parking lot so I was moved to an interior room. That was much better.
- 5/5
Good place
- 3/5
The staff were courteous. The room was okay. The bed was decent and comfortable. While the room looked nice at first glance (like the pictures online), upon a closer look, it definitely needs some deep cleaning of walls, blinds, shades, etc. Some of the furniture was chipped, and in rough condition. Fortunately, the sheets and bedding smelled clean & fresh and the room didn't have any noxious odors either. Windows don't open, so I had to use AC for airflow all night. It was very quiet. No elevator, so I got a ground floor room. It was a basic okay room.
- 1/5
The staff was apologetic at check-out, and I understand that the night staff may not have been able to safely deal with a large group. I don't know how often people use the Oasis for a cheap place to hold a party, but if is when you are there, you will not be sleeping, and the people throwing the party know that nobody is going to stop them.
- 2/5
The person behind the front desk didn't care, and the "security" they say they have wasn't around. These were kids, high-school loudly underage drinking and didn't even appear to have a room at the motel. It's just a hang out spot.
- 4/5
Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and simple, great for a one night stay. I stayed before an early morning flight from San Jose Airport. Shuttle was prompt..Parking lot was not well lit.
- 3/5
No laundry room. Also update listing; restaurant is closed
- 4/5
Mattress was so uncomfortable and old, one side would sink in, had to change rooms. Stayed for 3 days and 2 cars were broken in to into different days.
- 1/5
Right now it is 3 AM and there is party of about 15 people in the parking lot. Very noisy. Very unhappy. Not able to sleep. Will not stay here again
- 5/5
The service from the staff members was always and absolutely helpful in assisting me and my wife in getting what we needed. Transportation, directions, locations etc. etc. They were so friendly and professional.
- 5/5
very nice staff, clean room, Airport shuttle
- 4/5
The rooms were decent - the area isn't the greatest - it is gated which is ok. But lots of smokers (cigarettes and weed) which is not really the hotels responsibility but that was my experience.
- 5/5
Very Good
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Yes staff was great. Clean room.the uber was on time.
- 4/5
Would use again, need toundersyand Maid Service time.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
And bath. Shower faucet didn't work so well. But rest was good.
- 5/5
Stayed the night for an appointment near location.
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
La chica de recepción
- 5/5
Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
Convenient, nearby park, great staff, recommend even numbered rooms for best experience
- 1/5
Arrived to the Hotels very late and was tired and sleepy after a long drive, I was checked in and given the vehicle pass. I accidentally parked on a handicap spot due to poor lighting and signs being partially covers by a small tree, floor handicap sign was very faded and hard to see at night and. During checkout time I realized that my car had been towed away. Staff called a tow truck instead of giving me a courtesy call to move my car. Car was registered to the room I was staying. It cost me $510 dollars to take my car out of the tow yard. I will never stay at this hotel again, I will rather spend the extra $50 dollars and stay at a safer Hotel.
- 5/5
Great price for a one night stay, convenient to the airport and easy parking
- 5/5
Everything was great, but my first night there was people being really loud during the night and early morning. And nothing was done about it. And also breakfast availability options would of been nice.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and placed.
- 5/5
Clean pool and spa very nice and helpful staff.
- 5/5
Nice helpful staff! Too bad park next door had a homeless set up
- 5/5
There wasn't a bar, so poor drink options. Wi-Fi seemed to be good though.
- 2/5
Overall, I’d rate it a 4/10. The bed was comfortable, which was the best part. However, the room didn’t feel very clean, and the floor, bathroom and tub were dirty. There was also a homeless people camping in the park right outside our door, which was unsettling. It might be fine for the price, but I’d recommend spending a little more to stay somewhere else.
- 1/5
I would like a refund. We found bedbugs in the room. When we went to tell the lady at the counter we told her there were bugs in the room. And first thing she said was it the bedbugs? She said they were aware.
- 5/5
Everything good
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
The weather was a bit cool to use the pool, but it was a very quiet peaceful part of the property.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
- 3/5
It should be cheaper. For a little bit more you get a lot better hotel with breakfast included. Btw front desk laughed at be when I ask about time for breakfast
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Good! Friendly Staff
- 2/5
Our stay was decent but the pictures online are very misleading. It looks like they are working on the property unfinished areas, hanging wires, and broken doors. In the room the bed frame was half broken and leaning along with phone in the room didn’t work to call the front desk. The cleaning staff are really nice but when they put the paper in the key slot it deactivates the hotel so we would have to go get it reset at the front desk.
- 4/5
Good clean just machines in gym room weren’t all functioning
- 4/5
Was ok
- 5/5
Great Hotel for great prices! 👍
- 5/5
Nice staff
- 5/5
Excellent place. A truly hidden gem and the front desk lady, Priscilla is absolutely wonderful and ready to help anytime!
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet hitel. Affordable
- 5/5
It wad cool. There was a spider. No big deal.
- 5/5
Chose this location as assumed it would well placed for going to Levis Stadium and SAP center. Getting to both via the Light Railway was so convenient. Would definitely consider staying here again if I was back in this area again.
- 4/5
Property was clean pool was very enjoyable and peaceful. I do recommend to ask for a room facing pool. Had a great time by the pool.
- 4/5
i like it was an easy Parking i just think the room are too small .
- 2/5
Just have to remember this is a depressing place and not to go back . I spend about 200 nights a year in hotels . I left a day early cause I could not spend 5 more minutes there . That’s a fist for me .
- 2/5
Priscilla was the highlight of my stay. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made my birthday visit feel special. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in serious need of an overhaul. The parking lot felt unsafe, with many homeless walking around. Inside, the room design was concerning: a metal “wall” by the front door and window left part of the window exposed, creating a major privacy issue, anyone could peak in. I had to avoid standing in that corner of the room. On top of that, the bathroom was disappointing—the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, and the tub was clogged.
- 5/5
It’s just cheap…you get what you pay for
- 2/5
The place needs a massive renovation.y room was musty. The bed was springy, thin. The desk staff was fine. The pool area was lovely. But I checked out a day early because of the musty room.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again, even though there is a playground used by homeless people right next to the parking lot (but there is a fence).
- 3/5
The false advertising about having an airport shuttle is unacceptable. Also, Rebecca at the front desk was incredibly rude.
- 5/5
This trip had all the ingredients of pending doom. Lost ID so none to check in with, frozen credit cards etc. I would like to say that Priscilla at the front desk saved me from homelessness in San Jose. On top of it all there was a mistake in my booking dates and working with Expedia was like getting a root canal. However Priscilla made a few calls, going well beyond the scope of her responsibilities to ensure i had a roof over my head and worked around a number of cancelled credit cards. Highly recommended for the staff. recently updatd and great overall value. Piece of strong advice - stay way from booking via a 3rd party like Expedia where you are juat a number. Call them direct and book so you can sleep at night which was the whole point.
- 4/5
room was clean and welcoming.
- 3/5
We stayed for only one night and that was good enough. Definitely would not stay more than that. The rooms were just okay. Nothing special. The pictures are definitely not what you see when you get there. They definitely need to be updated
- 5/5
Great place to stay and clean bedding
- 4/5
The pool area does look like an oasis.
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
I asked for an extra 30 minutes after checkout to finish a video meeting in my room, and learned they have a hardline policy of charging $25/hour after checkout, even if you're only using 30 minutes. I decided to leave between meetings (which was massively inconvenient) and leave a $20 tip for housekeeping instead. The room itself was fine -- clean, quiet, and comfortable. But some of the lights are motion-sensitive, including the overhead light in the bathroom, which is not ideal in the middle of the night. The desk lamp was also motion-sensitive and was set to turn itself off after -- no exaggeration -- about 90 seconds. Between that and the worn-out, half-broken desk chair, I got very little done.
- 3/5
It was okay. I can see if you were mainly needing a night to stay before going to the airport. But we were in town for a soccer game. It was just fine, definitely old and run down. But a hotel under $100 now a days with a clean bed is hard to come by. I stayed in room 213. I would recommend adding a better curtain situation since they keep the exterior lights on all night and the light came through the entire night and I had to sleep facing the other way.
- 1/5
Not what I expected
- 5/5
I came in late, left early. It was quiet, ac worked, shower worked, what more do I need?
- 4/5
The room was clean and nice. TV dud not work, called front desk 3 times, no answer. When checking out in the morning front desk was very polite, friendly and apologetic. Overall I would stay here again.
- 1/5
Room itself was ok, nothing great but as expected for a cheap motel. But cliental was the problem. Didn’t feel safe. A woman next door was demented and was screaming profanity all night. Doors are paper thin so you heard every word clearly. Front desk did nothing about it.
- 5/5
Great pools & and hot tubs
- 5/5
Great value for price I paid.

Rottung and rust all over top of shower drain. Gnats flying bugs all over room I was bit everyday. 2 days i ended up having to stay at a co workers couch the gnats infestation was soo bad at the hotel... I would NEVER recommend this stay. Absolutely smells rotten and unsanitary

It was a great place for the price.

Arrived to check-in and enter the room shelled awful and restroom door kept on sticking. Room keys continue to deactivate and front desk had horrible attitude because she had to reactivate keys. Front desk connected to have attitude with my son and myself when having to requested reaction of room keys, and when asking for reactivate of my room keys another couple in line was asking to have thier keys reactivated. I will never go back to this hotel nor what i recommend anyone to attend until to revamping in front desk

I checked out early and left at 5:15am. I called hotels.com/ Expedia later at about 4 pm to make sure everything was good. They told them that i hadn't returned a plastic key card, which i not only gave back 1 but 2 of them. I was the only one in the room. What the hell could you possibly use one of these cards for after a new key is programmed. I was furious. I called the hotel back and said they processed the refund anyway... what do you mean anyway??? I was on cameras in the lobby with 2 key cards that are basically worthless. The windows are from the 70s... my dresser wasn't leveled so all the drawers fell out forward in the middle of the night when i didn't even put anything in them. I did hit my leg on them in the middle of night on my way to the restroom. Bed was comfortable the tv provider and the remote sucked. There was restaurants that used to be on site. Looks like this used to be a nice place in the 70's. It was a decent stay but it seems the owner and the employees don't care about whether or not you come or go. Decent stay not good, not bad

Couples we're fighting outside. Housekeeping was knocking on my door every hour 7am- on and they wanted to charge extra for late check out. Wasn't able to get good sleep with Housekeeping. Card stopped all the time and we had to go to the front. Staff was young and had friends hanging out in the lobby.

Easy to find a parking space, quiet, clean, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Didn’t experience too many of the amenities. Was in town for work, and booked a night so didn’t have to drive back the same day. Staff that I met Priscilla that checked me in, and the lady working after her were really friendly. Since last minute forgot my phone charger, and the other gal (didn’t catch her name) gave me directions to closest gas station to buy one. Wish there was a sundry to purchase one. Decided to walk, and went wrong direction to sketchy area with closed down businesses used for other purposes, but not a biggy and didn’t reflect the property at all.

Ugly looks,, poor cleanest, old beds, confusing rooms numbers to find
- 5/5
Just a good, comfortable, clean place to stay. Yes, it's an older building but that's all I need. Clean, comfortable, air-conditioning that works, relatively quiet, eating establishments close by
- 4/5
This facility was chosen because of its close proximity to San Jose Airport, shuttle service and long term parking.

Property good for the price. Pool area is amazing!

Free parking was great but the only downside is the closed down restaurant in the same building, makes it look very run down.

You have to put a deposit to stay there...

Booked for 5 nights a month before our stay. Got a welcome email the morning of check in that even offered for us to check in which we did around 5 p.m. We’re traveling at night. At around 9:30 p.m. we get a call telling us they overbooked and can’t house us for that night and the next which left us scrambling to find a new place. The ONLY decency they had was refunding us for the 5 nights upon our request. What an absolute joke of a place and would not recommend.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. The restaurants, gas stations and shopping center are convenient. The staffs are respectful and helpful. I would totally recommend this hotel.

My biggest complaint over. Check in was half great half not. You have the option to check in on line but the website is terrible. The front desk was great. After our first night in our room we switched rooms. The first room was tiny and in the outside. Since we it took us 3 hours to get there it was late. So we got a room on the outside perimeter *eek* we were greeted will loud giggity sounds. Rushed to turn the tv on. There were signs that this room was not one of their best. Second room was great! On the inside of the large courtyard. It’s lovey. Pool was great. Hot tube amazing. Other guest were delightful. People were playing the putter area and kids were splashing. I had a new bathing suit from Amazon. I’ve washed it twice but it’s still leaving residue. They charged us $70+ for damaging the towels. In my experience with this it comes out after one washing. Which my husband explained but they didn’t care.

Looking forward to a nice hot bath, but the hot water only got warm. That sucked.

I come back every week for work. Great pool and jacuzzi. They actually clean the room daily and staff is amazing.

A great stay for a weekend trip. Check in was smooth and so was check out, definitely take advantage of the airport shuttle that they provide. There’s not much to do walking distance around the hotel but definitely go around the city!

They gave my room that I booked 4 months in advanced to someone else; after driving for 13 hours; I try to check in and they tell me that they decided to give my room to someone else cause there was a country concert. Like that was my problem, I had 2 children with me and I had to look for a hotel in the middle of the night; couldn’t get one until 2 am
- 2/5
my check in was at 3 pm and i arrived at 3:30. i had to wait in line for an hour, even though I checked in online, just to talk to the front desk and then they told me it would be another hour until my room would be ready. i didn’t get the keys to my room until 6:30. I don’t know why everything took so long but if check in is at 3 then the room should be ready by 3.

Booked this hotel based on the 8.5 rating it had. The building from the outside looked nice. Has lots of plants which is cool. The bedroom was dirty and very outdated. Nasty dirty walls and wall paper. There were chips under the bed and a wet contact lens on the ground in the bathroom. Floors definitely weren’t clean. The place just felt dirty and dingy. The parking spots were all so close i actually couldnt open my rear door to put my baby in the car. I wouldnt stay here again based off of how dirty the room was. Sheets smelled and looked clean thankfully.

Amazing hotel, staff was awesome and very helpful. Very clean and beautiful swimming pool. A bit pricey but well worth it if your traveling with kids.
- 3/5
The property itself was okay. the interior of the rooms wasn't bad. They had an AMAZING pool area, I just wasn't able to use it with my schedule. There was a BAD odor in the room, like the room was saturated in bad body odor. It was pretty bad.
- 5/5
Place was cl an, quiet, beautiful pool, and great service. Great stay for my budget

I didn’t get shampoo and other amenities replaced after room service and had to walk 3 miles from my room with wet hair to get some….for a 3 star hotel this is unacceptable.
- 1/5
Room was not clean. Hairs on the bed and even found a bug on one of the beds. Was also charged a portion of my deposit because of damages to the room (my son accidentally spilled chocolate milk on a towel and a blanket, which we rinsed off), such a bad experience here. Manager is also no help.

Excellent service, easy excess to room

I went to this place for Offkai Expo. It was nice hotel!

I was searching for a decently priced hotel near SCU for new student orientation so I booked a room for us at this location. The address was incredibly difficult to find because you have to type in the previous name of the hotel, which means you have to have that knowledge beforehand (I didn’t as it’s not mentioned online). The TV provided only had a few channels on it, and the remote had about 5 buttons that actually worked. If you want to use it as a monitor, it won’t work, I asked. The photos of the hotel is NOT a true description. It’s also helpful to know that there is only one ice machine and is located at the front desk. Don’t trust the signs, I walked in circles for a while. The gem of the hotel is definitely the pool, jacuzzi, and hotel staff.

Location is great near SJC, and Price is good, under $100. But its basically a Motel, should be around $50 a night. It does have a pool, dirty but its a pool.
- 3/5
The property is very close to SJC. It has not been updated. If you need a place for one night and don't have high expectations, it is fine.
- 1/5
The room was not clean, found pills on the floor, pieces of food. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and the floor is coming apart. If our flight wasn’t very late leading to nearly midnight check-in, we would’ve left immediately. Informed the front desk staff, showed her pictures and she took screenshots of my photos. Was told I would receive a call from management, a week later and no call or communication. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
Was a run down place nothing like the pictures They posted of the plce

My family and I stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. We would definitely plan on staying here again.

I thought the property was shut down when I arrived I was very shocked that it was open. I stayed with my daughter and her lil cousin. We ate pizza, played with my make up. Went to bed,. I had 2 lil girls and was charged a $25 fee for gods knows what. There was no damage nothing stained. I can’t even call because there is no direct phone number online whatsoever. Checked the email there is no bill or itemized breakdown just a statement saying to go to hotel for bill?!?! What age in time
