The bathroom is terrible. Rusted bathtub. The room looks like is under repair. The towels absolutely disgusting. The hairdryer plate came off the wall. I don't recommend it and I will not stay there again.

One bath towel for two adults; TOAST for breakfast … no fruit or proteins! No milk for dry cereal! Room floors filthy.

For what you pay you don’t get much. Pay for parking. Pay for breakfast. Pay for coffee. You can find girls for less then half in the area they give you all this for free.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet and the other guests were nice. They are in the midst of renovations so it's a little disjointed. Large tv with very good channel selections. There was a good selection for breakfast and the coffee was excellent. For my needs, this hotel offers a great value and I felt safe and comfortable. No dresser and no closet or hanging rod. Needs a better option for hanging up and putting away clothes. Towels were small and thin but ok.

The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. The room had some updates, but the outside of the refrigerator was dirty. There was rust on the lamps between the beds. The door frame in the bathroom was rusty, and the bathroom door would not close. One of mattress had a tear on the side of it. The room was clean and had a pleasant smell.

First room they put me in on first floor was gross. It smelled so bad. But 2nd floor room they moved me to was like a totally different hotel. Clean smelled good. Towels are rough and limited.

I will never stay there again. The room floor had some dirt on it, the TV is about to go out, for breakfast they only had cereal, the towels were so cheap it hurt to dry myself after a shower, the water pressure in the shower was low, the toilet seat was very loose, the stand between beds would rock back and forth. The elevator did not work, the a/c unit was noisey. Over all not a place i will recommend to anyone

I booked a two night stay at this hotel. I checked in, brought luggage in, everything was fine. The room didnt have an odor, besides a slight smell in the bathroom that was tolerable. I turned on the ac unit to cool down the room and I immediately left to get to an event. I was gone for about 4 hours. I came back with my family, and the room smelled sickening. We could not breathe from the smell of mold/mildew that came from the ac after running it for a while. This wasnt a smell that we could just "deal with". We would get sick if we slept in this overnight, let alone two nights. I informed the staff and they tried to get me to another room. The smell was worse in there without the ac on. It was the only room they had left, so I was offered a refund but I had to call Expedia first. After processing this cancelation, I was told it was only one night refund and the GM would have to approve the second night. Needless to say, after having to find a new hotel at 10pm with two kids and an elderly mother, the GM did not grant the second night refund, given the fact they couldn't accommodate me in a room we wont get sick in. If the GM would have allowed my full refund, everything would have been ok. We ended up at a Quality Inn 25 min away that was so much better. GM of this property - do better. I understand cancelation policies, and I was very polite to your staff, but this wasn't a situation where I changed my mind. This was a health risk. Ethically you should have understood.

Didn't stay for Breakfast. When we saw the deplorable condition of the hotel and staff, we immediately checked out. One set of towels, dirty wash cloth, smelly room. No elevator, rusty luggae carts, rusty handles on dresser, and I could go on.

The room had a smell that was hard to handle, $250 for a room that would go for $50 at most anywhere else. Pretty much a dump, I'll learn from my mistakes!

Was not what i had expected. Room was dark and drab, elevator was not working, furniture was missing paint, chair was very worn, rust on sprinkler area, rusty suitecase stand, and rust in clothes rack.

Place was not clean. Someone’s loofa was hanging in the shower. Had to wear shoes in the room/from the shower as I was getting stuff all over my socks, mostly people’s hair. I woke the second morning to find a bug crawling on me that I killed before identifying it. I pulled back the sheets and had another bug crawling in the bed that I filmed and took a pic of.

Just toast, pancakes, stale cereal and coffee. No meat, no eggs.

As a diamond member I have traveled the world with Wyndham. I must say this was the worse experience of any hotel I have ever been. My room was filthy, I had to clean it to even be some what comfortable in it at all. I turned 2 rags black from wiping thing down just absolute filth. My floor was filthy as well, and the fridge appeared to have had a fire in it. My tv was broken, the screen was so damaged I didn't even watch it. Five big white dots and lines down the right side of screen. The furniture should be in a dumpster. My sheets were stained and yellow in color, there was hair in my bed. The lampshades have mold and mildew which I have several allergies to and I'm asthmatic. I did not sleep a single night here, just a horrible experience! I would never come back and the fact Wyndham even had this hotel surprised me because it is far from your standard!

This hotel is in horrible and hazardous condition. While rooms are pretty spacious, they are covered in mold. Especially bathroom is a disaster- holes in walls, rust and mold everywhere. Shower is not working. Shower curtain is moldy and had tears in it. Blanket has burn holes in it. All bedding is dump and towels are overused. I would not recommend this to anyone.

It’s not horrible but the cleaners did not come one day and the toilet is sitting on top of brick so if you move left it lifts up. Staff was super nice! Not a bad place if you want save money I personally would not stay at this location again. But the bed,floors and bathrooms was clean.

We stayed to go to some racing events. The room was clean and convenient, Staff very nice and helpful when needed. Would stay here again.

The room was just OK, nothing special. We were there overnight for an early flight from Sarasota airport. The room was good enough for that. I probably would not spend any longer of a stay than that.

The room was not clean. There was dirt along the baseboards and in the corners. There was also dust hanging from the ceiling in the corner of the room. The furniture was old. The drapes were coming off the hooks, and the sheer curtain had gray paint all over it. The bedspread was old and faded. The towels were thin, and stained. I will definitely not stay there again, nor will I recommend it to others.

The property was good for the 1 night I stayed there. The room was very old, there were bugs and it wasn't that clean. There were multiple people outside my door at 6am talking. I wouldn't recommend for my future stays.

The shower head in our room wasn't installed properly. Water spewed everywhere. The toilet wasn't installed properly. It wobbled, whomever installed it did a bad job with the caulking and the breakfast was bad too.

Small rooms, no picking up garbage, I had to remove it and 2 days after trash was still in hallway where I left it, no clean room neither do beds, when i came back very late by the way, room was same as I left it in the morning. I had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels. When I ask the housekeeper she replied " if I'm not busy I'll do it. Not variety in breakfast. Found two roaches. pool was clean though

The hotel looks great from the outside. It looks freshly painted, nice clean lobby that looked like it was recently renovated. Once you get to the for of your room, you can see that it hasn't been touched in the last 20 years. Open the door to your room and you'll find matching furniture. Old, very weathered furniture that hasn't been changed or fixed in the last 30 years. Everything looked like it matched that same era, even the bed cover. The dresser had deep scratches on the front that would make you question where, how, why did this happen. The stove top was missing pieces. The whole experience will make you cringe & throw up.

There were a few issues in the room that are worth noting: when we arrived there were no towels, so we had to call for some to be brought up, and the refrigerator wasn’t working. The room also shows some wear and could use some updating. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and the flooring didn’t feel as clean as we would’ve liked and making the room feel less cozy and colder. We did notice some guests smoking pot outside and a crowd that wasn’t what we expected, but we still felt safe. Not a luxury stay, but it worked for our trip and felt like fair value overall.

The room was old. Paint on walls were peeling off. TV had channels that weren’t available but displayed as available. Bathroom was nasty. Only / towels for the entire room, wall falling apart, rust and grime. The tub wasn’t very nice and there wasn’t even a bath mat from the dollar tree in there to Avoid slipping. “Free Breakfast” consisted of: toast, bagel, English muffin, small blueberry muffins. Butter and fake cream cheese that crumbled like cottage cheese. Mini pancake maker that made pancakes very mini. Coffee. That’s it. Room service never came for 2 days and had to go to the front desk and get towels. I understand the saying, “get what you pay for” Most of the hotels few miles away, are at minimum, several $100’s more. But cmon.

Beds firm too. Other then that it was good and clean enough. Their painting outside now to make it nice. Parking lot is clean and it was quite there. Slow weekend though because of the holiday. So probably guite for that reason. They had no juices for breakfast either. First time I seen that at a hotel. Probably because their cheap dot heads. That's usually the reason. Most of motels by dot heads have issues.

Property needs updated, and by someone who cares, paint outside was slapped on walls and ground, loaf pans for ash trays lining the railings, rust on things, etc. inside my room was dirty, splatter marks on art, rust on fixtures, ancient hair dryer and iron with burnt wiring, sticky microwave and fridge, caulking mess on shower wall, lumpy mattress, the list goes on. When I checked in at the front counter it was dark and the attendant wasnt very cheery. Another attendant rode a scooter from outside and went between me and the front counter into the back room without saying a word. I tried to enter the lobby at 9pm the following night and the doors were locked. This is the only hotel i have ever been to that stops breakfast at 0900 hours I never made it to breakfast, everywhere else keeps breakfast going until 1000 hours. Other guests could be heard bickering outside my room at odd hours. The building was pressure washed while I was trying to nap with a do not disturb sign. My door was knocked on while I had the do not disturb sign up at least twice. My towels were not replaced for 3 days though I left them in a pile on the floor by the door each morning. Overall a disappointing visit. I will be choosing a different site for my next venture.

the place was dirty, poor housekeeping, broken door lock, furniture looked like it was from the thrift store up the block, breakfast was minimal, cereal dispenser was almost empty, the entire place needs updating, dining tables were dirty, poor attention to details, looked like a family-owned business .... no uniforms, no name tags, very unprofessional, NOT what was advertised, if I had time I would have cancelled on the spot & found something else.

Issues from the start. Told me my card was declined when I prepaid for my reservation. Then it was $30 per night extra for my 4lb dog. The room was dirty, black socks after 3 hours in room. The duvet cover was filthy when I ran a white washcloth over it (always test your toppings). Next, NO wifi. I mean, non existant, I could not even use my phone hot spot kind of non existant, I have T-mobile and there was basically no signal inside the room or lobby, so no work was done that's for sure. Next, was the roaches. 3 german cockroaches crawling all over the A/C unit. I prayed one did not blow out of the vent and land in my eye, or worse, my big mouth. Gross. Small scratchy towels and the strong smell of some, what I can only perceive, as the good stuff. You know, greenage, foilage, marriage awana. I do not partake in that kind of smokey filled joy of life however, the smell was not so happy. Next, the cigarettes...everywhere. You could not walk 5 feet without the strong smell of cigarette smoke, all over the place. So after all that, I was awakened at 5 am with lovely loud voice of my neighbor standing outside our doors signing a beautiful latin song. Love their music, hate 5 am. So, if you love smokey areas of any kind, live roaches and neighbors performing for you, this is your place. If you have any business or work to be done, or just want to sleep peacefully in a clean place, look on fellow workers and sleepers. Oh, there is coffee and day old muffins for BF. God Speed.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I had three different rooms because the first two rooms. The TV did not work in so I had to be moved, but the staff promptly helped me with that in a nice friendly manner. It could’ve been better kept clean wise and I felt a little unsafe staying there myself with just me and my dog because of the people that were outside but other than that, it wasn’t a bad experience.

I was asked to precheck in and spent 10 minutes filling out the questionnaire on line only to have to fill it out again when I got here. Very frustrating and inconvenient!! The room smells like bug spray price is okay but will not stay here again

It wasn’t worth the price you pay plus dog deposit. We walked into our room smelling like bleach and dog poop. We moved some furniture around and found old dog poop behind the chair beside the bed. For $170 plus another $100 for pet deposit it definitely wasn’t worth it.

Never come here, its dirty and nasty filled with roaches everywhere. Dont expect to get a refund. Not safe at all very noisy and drug dealers and prostitutes staying there partying in front of your room all night. So if you are expecting sleep or a clean place to stay well this wouldnt be it

The property location was great for what we needed. They are apparently doing renovations, which was not disclosed to us when we called the hotel directly to verify a late check in before proceeding with online booking. We arrived around 1:00am ready for a quick shower before bed only to be told at check in that there was no hot water. Maybe by Saturday. It was late, we were tired and traveling with a pet. So trying to find another pet friendly hotel at that hour just wasn't something I felt like dealing with. The clerk was nice but difficult to understand (language barrier). He didn't seem to be to concerned with our lack of amenities. He did offer to charge us for one night pet fee $30 (more than site stated) as a gesture. The next morning we inquired about the hot water and the lady at the desk said no hot water and wasn't sure when it would be on. She told my BF the pool was warm, what kind of response is that? Like we can take soap/shampoo to the pool and bathe. The room and furniture was out dated. The floor however was new. Bed was sorta comfy but the pillows were not. The phone didn't even have a cord attached so calling the front desk or 911 in an emergency was not an option. I'm not one who complains or posts negative content, but in this case I felt for the price we paid and lack of hot water and no true concern it was warrented. We will definitely be back in that area, but will not stay at this hotel. Oh, and as i type this, my credit card is pending two pet fees

La experiencia no fue mala , pero no era lo que esperaba. Para el precio no estaba mal. Pero el building estaba en remodelación, ya hoy que fue el último día todo el piso cerca del aire acondicionado estaba todo mojado cuando desperté. El staff muy amable, el desayuno todo era bien simple. Bagels,pan,English muffins,pancakes,cereal y cafe. Todo era harina y nada de bacon,huevos o sausage. Pero quedaba cerca de todo que al final no estaba tan mal

If all you need is a place to lay your head down and bathroom access this Days Inn suffices. We booked this room for the location but were disappointed with the lack of breakfast options and lack of cleanliness.

I stayed here for 5 days and it was pleasant. My only issue was finding roaches by the sink area.

First of all the beach got closed, bad weather we didn’t even stay. They still charged me would not cancel my room second the motel was disgusting. I wouldn’t have stayed there anyway anyways nasty run by not racist but Indians.

The first room was totally unacceptable with ac not even cool, heavy smoke smell, and a small roach. Second room was much better. Food at breakfast was good. Computers at check- in and checkout were down also.

The great problem was that the hotel is going through a major renovation and the reservation never told you about it, so the room maybe was just ok but everything else around it was a construction site, very dirty, elevator was not working...the breakfast options were very limited, with no fruit or fruit juice. For the price of a 3 star hotel, I was expecting a lot more.

Absolutely disgusting we first arrive and I’m not allowed to check in for myself so my husband had too.then we go to park all parking was blocked because they were repainting the hotel and taking things down.once we found parking we started heading to the room found beer cans from workers all over the place as well as thousands of cigarettes on the floor.we then enter the room we noticed we couldn’t see out the window due to them covering the window because of the painting going on.we noticed over the bed there had been a leak that they covered with paint.there were holes in the blanket.the paint in the shower was tearing badly.mold was found all over the base boards.i assume there were holes in the wall because they did a horrible patch job right above the bed.the tv kept turning on and off.the lady at the desk when we went to check out was horrifying rude and nearly didn’t give me my deposit until I told her I need my money from the deposit back she gave me an ugly face and finally handed me my money.i would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

2.Workers start construction at 7am right outside your Door with Blowers paint sprayer and pressure washing also stucco’ dust everywhere on vehicle in room and the paint and chemicals smell and you can’t mask it at all we were stuck there in the room 3 days because we booked on Expedia The owners the whole family own and run the hotel they did not care about the inconvenience with the construction and noise and paint and dust everywhere at all they came and knocked on the door for payment while holding our deposit and the rate went up everyday. Terrible experience and customer service. I travel a lot for work and this experience was my worst by far 7am-7pm construction and machine noisy was terrible!!!

The elevator didn't work, the facility was under construction, the weathrstripping on front door was so rotted thst sunlight and air came through on all but the hinge side, the towels were very old, the floor was grimy, there was mold in the bathroom, many bugs crawling around on the floor. We were scheduled to stayfor 2 nights, but had to leave immediately after the first night to find sonewhere clean to shower.

The pictures that I saw did not describe the place very well the room was quiet but the ceiling above the shower and the bed had some bulges in it and some paint chipping off I think they were working on the rooms we saw a large dumpster outside. Would not stay there again

Hotel needs to be updated. Rusty light fixtures. Horrible shower. Only had 2 towels in the room. No wash clothes or hand towels.

Recently took a trip to Sarasota and stayed here. Upon entering our room i noticed the sink handle was missing. The shower tile was chipped and the toliet was not functioning properly. Also was a blood smear on the wall next to the sink. Upon checking out and being about 2 hours away on our way back home they charged my card an additional fee and claimed i had pet in my room which I didn't. When i tried to call them and dispute the charge they wouldn't do anything about it and handled the situation extremely poorly. Will not stay here again and would never recommend it.

The breakfast was awful. The tv didn’t work. We called the desk and no one came the desk said they would send maintenance which never came. We ran out of tissues which were never replaced there were no towels at the pool. We went to a show at the van Wezel and it was convenient but the price of $142 a night was not worth it. Unfortunately our usual hotel was way too expensive.

Upon entry to lobby, a table in the eating area had a liquid puddle on it. Mentioned to desk staff and she said it was from a milk bottle. Made no effort to wipe it off. Phone did not work. Dresser had handle missing.

This is my first day at a Days Inn in years. I did not know what to expect. The facility is quite worn, and the amenities are spare.

Never stayed. Was given a room and there was someone already in that room. I was given another room and it was filthy. I went back to the desk and she offered another room. She seemed disinterested in my concerns. So I decided to call it quits and not stay. The hotel is run down and no upkeep seems to have been done. Even the sheets were see through and paper-thin. Yuck. What a dump.

This property was way over priced for the condition. There was some construction going on which woke us up before 7am. The building is in need of a lot of upgrading. The shower had no water pressure at all. Upon check in the woman was on the phone speaking to someone through an ear piece, laughing and talking throughout the whole process. For that reason alone I would not stay at this property again. I understand it may be an older building but the rudeness at the front desk is certainly avoidable.

Dirty, old, smelly

Our room at this hotel was not in great shape. While the outside of the hotel looked good and the lobby was ok, the room was tired, dirty and in need of a complete overhaul. My guess is every room at this particular hotel was not in great shape.

There was nothing close by to get something to eat

This room was supposed to be wheelchair accessible it was not. There was no bar by the toilet the bathroom was too small to move the wheelchair around and I couldn’t get my mom in the shower because of the ledge blocking it. Everything else was ok but those things were not acceptable

We booked this property for the last night of our vacation because of proximity to airport and promise of heated pool for my son. Unfortunately, the pool was not warm enough (even though it had been 86F that day) to use. The pool itself looked nice. The room itself had newer furniture, flooring, and shower surround. But the place was just not one I'd book again, especially paying what we did (over $250 for a weekend night) because the bathroom was not very clean, there was blood spots on one pillowcase and a black (?) stain on our fitted sheet, towels were very worn, and many buttons on the remote for the TV didn't work. No washcloths provided. Thankfully, it was relatively quiet the night we were there, even though we were on the first floor and this is off a very busy road. AC worked well. We left before breakfast began so can't comment on that. Overall, will do the job for a place to stay, but I wouldn't book again.

Very old and questionable property and area.

Tv, clock radio and phone didn't work. Roaches, loud people outside our room from 2am to 4am even after 3 calls to the front desk which i had to call from my cellphone after looking up the number. Terrible. I want a full refund

I feel this hotel is way over rated and cost is too much for what you get. It isn’t well kept up. Needs painting, needs new furniture. Antiquated. Room also had a musty smell and the lobby was way too either smoky or moldy smell. Carpets should be roped out in lobby.

One of our beds has stains on the fitted sheet meaning sheets were probably not changed. Property looks run down, mirror had black marks on it. Husband killed cockroach on the wall, the bottom of the room door let’s sunlight in so for sure creepy crawlers can get inside so matter how well you clean the room.

Property needs to be renovated immediately

This place was absolutely disgusting. Bug crawling everywhere in the unit. Dirty. Holes in wall. Sticky floors, etc. Have bed bug bites on my feet!!! This place should be CONDEMNED!!!! AND MY MONEY SHOULD BE REFUNDED!!!!

The staff in office was nice,The only thing i didn't like was i never received room service i had to go to lobby and asked but the lady said the woman checked as if she went to the room and cleaned and delivered towels ect,but she didn't i had to stop her outside after repeatedly walking past my room for over 2 hours just to get new towels the day before we left

Cleanliness good. Decor, lighting, etc. not so good, bare minimum. Dark depressing room; needs updating; comparable to a Red Roof Inn or Motel 6. Way overpriced.

The sheets were definitely not cleaned. There was a hair on the pillow and the sheets smelled. There were NO towels, the floor turned my feet black, there was TRASH left on the floor, the blanket was too thin, and there were no extra blankets. The TV worked. The bed was comfortable enough. But any motel should at least have clean sheets and some clean towels.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We requested an early check-in but did not receive a confirmation or denial. We took a chance and arrived early, only to find that check-in was not possible. The property was under some repairs, likely due to recent storms. The room was clean, although the towels were quite small and there was a slight mold issue at the bottom of the beds, possibly from water damage. The breakfast provided a sufficient variety for a quick start to the day, including bagels, cereal, pancakes, yogurt, and hard-boiled eggs. The coffee was hot and flavorful.

No ice machine?!?! How can a Florida hotel have no ice???

The rooms smelt of mold and mildew. I am an asthmatic and I had to leave the hotel within an hour. I explained the situation concerning my health. Expedia and the hotel refused to give me a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

Lobby restroom… Feces all over the toilet and trash in the sink. Showed up 60 minutes late, our room still was not ready. We were told we could get a room with one bed instead of two beds… Which we had previously booked, and already paid for. She told me one bed would be the same price, no discount… I don’t think she looked. Very unhelpful, not friendly, and yelling at people on the phone on speaker… Trying to communicate with people about rooms/cleaning, etc. We go into the room and there are two massive Air filtration systems, tubing wrapped around the sink and draining into it. Cleaning staff next-door laughed when I asked about it. Front Desk said those are in every room… Two massive filters taller than my knee, right in front of the bathroom sink?? No other options at this point, everything down the street would’ve been $400. I had to stay, they gave no discount for all of this garbage… There’s got to be a major mold problem. Absolutely do not recommend.

The hotel is terrible the room wasn’t clean the toilet was in clean

After checking in I immediately checked out this hotel and its entire look was disgusting. They gave me a room that was never cleaned. Horrible odor. Garbage odor throughout. They gave me someone else’s checkout receipt

The only good thing is the location. This is the dirtiest place I have ever seen. Stained towels and sheets. I complained at the front desk and no compensation or apologies were offered to me. The front desk agent just told me I should talk to a manager. I do not recommend this place at all

I really didn’t like this properly , super dirty even the towel , we stay for emergency one night and I have to use my own beach towel and sheets because the room was super dirty and stain in the sofa bed

We decided not to stay because the facilities smelled unpleasant and were not clean. Another customer also reported bed bugs in their room.

For this being a Wyndham property we were very disappointed. Shared the room with roaches, we had to clean the tub before use, 1 towel was provided- 2 people staying in the room. No hand towels, wash cloths. We had to use the ice bucket to fill with ice and put in the fridge to keep my medicine cold. Drink machine on our floor was out of order

We liked. The mattress is very comfortable, this is very important for me.

Pool and staff

The breakfast is ok the olny hot food is pancake machine, no meat. I like bacon! Pool area nice, but the need to change the trash outside more often and powerwash the outside by the doors of the rooms. Just that would make a major difference.
