Breakfast was great - good selection of items that included an oatmeal bar, waffle station, cereal, a few hot selections, apples, bananas, and yogurt. Our room was ok, but had several odd issues that needed fixing. Shower curtain rod was broken making it difficult to use, window curtain had a hole in it, and outlets in the lamp between the bed did not work.

After traveling all day, we had to change rooms because TV did not work. In 2nd room, the toilet paper roll was almost empty & there was no extra roll.

The Staff was great and courteous! Everything else was as expected for Marriott.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room. Staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
Great staff, excellent location!
- 2/5
Stayed one night, no water pressure in the morning! No shower, could not even flush the toilet, gross! Checking out I heard other people complaining about the thing so it wasn’t just my room that had an issue. Will not stay here again.
- 2/5
Breakfast didn’t open until 7:00. Reason given - It was the weekend ( HELLO! This is when people are traveling most!). Luggage cart was so old and noisy that I was embarrassed to use it earl in the morning literally for fear of awakening other guests who were still sleeping. This hotel was absolutely NOT up to Marriott standards—even on the lower end of your spectrum of the chain’s offerings
- 5/5
I really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and Hoyle was clean and that’s always a plus.
- 4/5
Bed was great furniture very new looking clean room but no TV due to construction in the lobby area so I was told…
- 2/5
Extensive renovations in progress
- 5/5
Checkin was performed professionally and quickly by Michelle, who was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasure even though I didn't eat a lot (mostly wanted coffee). Very clean hotel and room accommodations - water pressure was a little low but not a major issue. Probably need to de-calcify the shower head in Rm 312 to provide more efficient spray pattern. Otherwise a very pleasant and uneventful stay.
- 5/5
Nice stay. Would recommend.
- 5/5
Although an older facility, it clean and fresh. The continental breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was fantastic and kind. Only downside was that the tub was peeling and flaking.
- 3/5
While our stay was mostly good. The carpets were stinking, sticky and extremely dirty. The staff was kind and helpful. But didn't like the location and area so much.
- 5/5
Very family friendly. The kids loved the pool!!!
- 4/5
All good
- 2/5
Sketchy guy in parking lot looming around. Hotel in desperate need of facelift inside and out. Funny smell in general area of lobby.
- 1/5
tons of homeless people everywhere. Was told we couldnt check in any earlier at all, even tho we arrived at 1030am. I understand maybe not then, but one room at least. I had very small children and wanted to relax after a long night of driving.
- 2/5
Breakfast was great but the room was dirty. Especially the bathroom.
- 1/5
Left hotel and didn’t end up staying after front desk associate gave us keys for the wrong room. We walked into someone else’s room. Then laughed when I told them about the situation. Hotel dirty and poorly run.
- 1/5
My reservation was cancelled due to overbooking on the day I was due to arrive. notified by email which I cannot read while driving. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that they start cancelling the online travel service reservations before their Marriott customers. Expedia has been trying to process my refund. The property has not responded to inquiries made by Expedia. It's been a week and no refund. I would not recommend this property, You have been warned.
- 3/5
Great location. Right off I 95. Room was very clean but highly scented of cleaning products or deodorizer.
- 5/5
Superior service
- 2/5
Breakfast was adequate and room was pretty clean.
- 5/5
Access to several good restaurants
- 3/5
While the beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is hospitable, the breakfast is not the greatest.
- 2/5
Check in was slowed down tremendously by customers ahead of me that were given rooms that weren't clean. they had to switch rooms with small children and it took way too long. Front desk associate stayed calm but had no one to call for help and was going through a "process" that shouldn't have taken so long.
- 5/5
Nice property - comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, courteous staff. Conveniently located to a number of restaurants.
- 1/5
The air conditioner in the room did not blow cold air. The shower was broke and very little water would come out the shower head. The sheetsvwere old and rough.
- 3/5
The property is very dated. As well as the linen and terries. The location is central to Savannah & Pooler which made getting around a breeze during my stay. The king suite is spacious, but there no door separating the space tho. No privacy if you're traveling with children. The room appeared clean. I did not see anything to make me think otherwise or feel unclean. The hotel is staff 24 hours. Everyone was kind, courteous and ready to help. Check in & check out was easy.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay

I have stayed here numerous times in the past, traveling both on motorcycle, as well as, motir vehicle. The reception, attention and service have always been great!

Ok stay. Property is old and room carpet was dirty. Needs major renovation asap
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly but the bathroom in the room was dirty. I would not shower there.
- 4/5
needs to be clean
- 4/5
This was a standard Fairfield Inn
- 4/5
Our shower ran onto floor and didn't drain. I advised staff about this on exit. Have always preferred your hotels but this may be a room oversight
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and check-in was easy.
- 5/5
Check-in was easy and effortless. Room was updated and clean. Toiletries were awesome! Only negative was indoor pool was ice cold. That is shocking mid June. This was one of the main features in why we booked this hotel. So it is misleading to advertise an indoor pool when it is useless.
- 4/5
Room needs more lighting, better water pressure in the shower, USB ports for charging phones, a TV that doesn’t have a damaged picture. Perks of the room are the fridge and microwave. We did like how close it was to the interstate for easy access and the many restaurants nearby and some within walking distance.
- 3/5
Overall just okay. Ran out of food for breakfast which was a bummer.
- 3/5
2. Plug outlets prong openings were all too wide so could only find 1 outlet in room that charger would stay in and not fall out. 3. Tub was very slow to drain.
- 5/5
Shout out to Helen, she was amazing getting us checked in and then later checking on us to make sure the room was good. It was a great experience from start to finish, finally some awesome customer service! Thank you Helen!!!
- 3/5
The bathroom needs a complete make over the tub was terrible
- 1/5
Shower curtain was too short, shower head was broken, pool was freezing and dark… staff was very kind and welcoming.
- 5/5
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, it felt good. A friendly greeting at reception, a great room, hot coffee available for 24 hours a day, an excellent buffet breakfast. And at a sensible room rate. The only down side was that the indoor pool was quite cold and the room it was in was not ‘inviting’. But otherwise a great hotel, and excellent value for money.
- 4/5
We could not enter the side door where our room was because it was kept locked for security reasons which was inconvenient. Would stay here again.
- 2/5
The breakfast was very poor. At 8 was nothing left. They said the truck didn't coming. The price is overpriced for this hotel. Floor in the bathroom was very dirty. Towels smell like chlorine. I will never stay there again
- 3/5
The one thing we liked the most about the hotel was the size of the room and comfort of the beds. The whole visit which was one night we only saw one employee the whole time. He was the front desk person and also appeared to be the maintenance and also the cook. We arrived to the complementary breakfast to find a room filled will people and no there was no plates for anyone and also barely any food. The only food that was available was not edible. We checked out the indoor pool and it looked cloudy and smelt like it was stingy so we skipped out on it. The hotel is near gas stations and a crackle barrel and another restaurant. We visited both but the food is not fresh at either one of those restaurants.
- 3/5
room was average, bedding was not overly comfortable but good deal for the price
- 5/5
Quick, overnight stay. Staff was efficient and friendly. Liked being able to walk across the parking lot to the Houlihans restaurant. Didn't like that the side door entry wasn't working.
- 2/5
2 hours late for check in. 4 people in our room and only 2 face cloths. Requested 2 more and were given hands towel 😖
- 5/5
Ebonie that worked the front desk was absolutely AMAZING!! She was welcoming, friendly and offered us so much info on the best local spots. She is a gem!!
- 5/5
easy access to I-95
- 5/5
Convenience to where we were visiting and wonderful staff.
- 5/5
Hotel was surrounded by good eating places and great access to highway..You could not beat this hotel for excellent staff and customer service.
- 1/5
This was the second time at the hotel. First visit was great during summer of 2023. This visit the heat did not work, curtain was hanging off rod, tub was dirty, TV was small, bed was hard, outside the door there was a dirt pile as if someone missed the can while emptying a vacuum bag. We left at 4 am just to be in the car to get warm. I stayed the previous night at another location in VA and it was perfect.
- 4/5
The beds were horribly uncomfortable and one was stained.
- 5/5
Quick and easy check-in, check-out. Breakfast included.
- 4/5
Good, stay older hotel not much of a breakfast. The front desk guy worked his butt off running that breakfast and the front desk after working all night hard worker kudos to him not kudos to Marriott.
- 4/5
it is a older hotel, but good in the area. front desk guy works his but off from check in and running the brekfest all by him self.
- 3/5
The room was small, but had everything you needed.
- 5/5
Overall great experience
- 3/5
This hotel is decidedly average. The service and greeting was very friendly, but it all went downhill from there. The room was rather musty and had some cleanliness issues (there was a Michelob ultra bottlecap on the framed art in the bathroom, for example). The body wash dispenser in the shower didn’t work, so I had to resort to using the bar soap provided for washing hands. Also, while not the fault of the hotel, the guests across the hall were playing loud music and laughing late into the night. If you’re looking for a place to sleep, this hotel meets the bare minimum, but you’re better off probably going elsewhere.
- 4/5
Nice service
- 5/5
good
- 2/5
The front desk staff was awesome and very friendly, but that was really the only good thing about our stay. Our room smelled incredibly musty/moldy (I think because it was located above the pool), the glazing in the tub was peeling up in several places, and the carpets seemed filthy. Breakfast was okay and the lobby seemed fine.
- 5/5
Very friendly people always helpful
- 4/5
Not setting sofa
- 5/5
Excellent service and facilities.
- 5/5
I stayed here for my Milsap Family reunion. The staff was very helpful whenever we needed it. Always with a smile and a greeting. If I come back to Savannah I would stay with you again!!!!
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice. Breakfast offered many options. The hotel itself, overall, was just nice. It’s located by a few food places and is convenient to the main highway. The room was a little dusty-the nightstands, by the television. But everything else was clean-the bathroom, bed linen. I like that Showtime was free, so I was able to catch up on a few shows. I’d stay here, again.
- 4/5
At check-in the front desk clerk was very energetic and engaging. He was very helpful with dinner suggestion and even very personable. The breakfast leaves a little to be desired. Everything was neat and clean but the selection of eggs seem to be of the frozen microwave type. They gave me flash backs of Naval basic training ( not a good memory as it relates to meals). The front desk clerk for the morning was completely different from the night clerk. She was very short with conversations and when I ask about possibly reserving a room for my trip back from Disney she was very slow about verifying whether was an availability. So I chose not to return. I am in customer service as well and regardless of any situations we have to always put on our approachable hat.
- 1/5
When we arrived to check in, I was told that because I booked through a 3rd party ( Travelocity) that my room had been given away, as they were overbooked. They failed to notify me via email or a simple phone call prior to me arriving that my reservation had been cancelled. Ridiculous!!
- 3/5
Apart from its location close to 95, this hotel is not worth staying at. Everything is old including towels. We stayed here for one night with kids. Breakfast options were decent. Hot water not working in the bathroom. They offered to switch the room but kids were too tired at that point and we chose not to, the front desk offered $10 off the rate but never took it off the bill. We won’t be staying here again.
- 5/5
It was very clean and the staff was amazing ! Would definitely book again.
- 5/5
Lots to see and do. Breakfast was ok
- 5/5
Everything about the check-in process was excellent.
- 4/5
The breakfast eggs left alot to be desired
- 5/5
Very quiet and comfortable
- 5/5
Easy access from I-81 just South of Savannah with plenty of dining and shopping nearby
- 5/5
Polite staff and clean property.
- 2/5
when we inquired about that we were told they overbooked and we were “downgraded”. booked this room 3 weeks before arrival … not happy.. will go somewhere else..
- 4/5
Heated swimming pool was not heated which was a real disappointment.
- 4/5
Joe, who was at the front desk when we checked in was extremely helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
This property was very nice and clean. Close to shopping and depending on traffic only 30 minutes or so from beautiful historical sites. Within walking distance of restaurants. The only con was that we couldn't get a steamy hot shower, but it was warm enough to be comfortable. It would also be nice to have some non-pork meat options for breakfast. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
- 4/5
Hot water not working and was told at check inn we should hve got an email about this earlier before check in
- 5/5
Very convenient to interstate 95. Clean, with friendly staff.
- 5/5
It was a nice stay
- 5/5
Elevator broken and outside rear entrance card reader broken. Minor inconvenience. Rooms and lobby clean.
- 2/5
This property was not like other Fairfield Inn properties. Room was very dull, dingy. Beds were not comfortable and shower had no water pressure. Overall run down condition. Front desk was very friendly.
- 5/5
Clean and well appointed
- 3/5
Although the facility is nice, it's a little tired. The room we were in had furniture that looked aged. The chrome on the sink was water stained and peeling. This happens, I know, but at the price we paid for this room, this shouldn't be the case.
- 1/5
My recent stay at the Fairfield Inn and Suite Savannah I-95 south has got to be the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I booked my room earlier this week and did the precheck -in Saturday afternoon. I arrived at the hotel a little after 9:00pm and had to still check-in at the front desk where I was informed that i needed to supply the hotel with a credit card even though I had paid for the room in advance. When I questioned this The desk clerk told me that they needed a credit card for the damage to the room that I "would" incur after i checked out. After a few words I asked if we could inspect the room and note any damage that was there prior to me giving him my card, which he agreed to. Once in the room I started pointing out the heavy deep scratches in the entertainment center where the television was, the toilet seat was broken, it was about 80 degrees in the room, and asked if the hair drier and iron was in working order. At this point I asked if he was going to document these items and he told me I could make any list I wanted but it wouldn't matter. He then left the room as when we were outside he started pacing franticly up and down the hall, in front of other patrons to the hotel, and telling me he thought at some point in my life I had something happen to me that made me broken and delusional that I was tring to get over. He did this in front of other guests in the hallway.
- 4/5
The window drapes really need to be washed and our bathroom door does not close.
- 4/5
The pillows were very uncomfortable and too small.
- 3/5
Hotel room not clean- there were used plastic cutlery in the chairs and bed when i arrived.
- 3/5
No eggs and sausage for breakfast. Big disappointment
- 5/5
I love Marriott properties. They are consistently a great experience. I forgot a toothbrush and they gave me one. Everything is great quality.
- 5/5
Really love the property enjoy the stay , the only complaint that I had was the sofa had stains, unknown other than that enjoyed the stay we'll do it again:: 😎👍
- 5/5
Joseph at front desk was excellent
- 5/5
Easy to find and well maintained
- 3/5
The ceiling above the window above the air conditioner has a big stain of some kind of an older leak. But over all clean.
- 4/5
One night stay on our way to Florida. Hotel was clean and staff friendly.
- 5/5
My wife forgot and left her purse they called us and we got her purse. Thanks to the cleaner that found the purse.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean, bed and pillows made sleeping very easy. Loved the dark coffee, noticed many places no longer offer that brew. I also like that the hotel is right off 95 and there is a good restaurant, Houlihans, within walking distance.
- 3/5
The property was very nice, but I was disappointed that i did not get the room I paid for, nor did I get a refund
- 2/5
We’ve been going to this hotel for the last 5 years, several times per year. Staff lied to us about accommodations. What we purchased was not the room we received and the staff lied to us when they said that was what was ordered. We had the receipt for the proper room. The next day a different staff member said there was water damage in the proper room so they moved us. So which is true? Also, found leftover food on floor and sticky stuff on table.
