Quality Inn Savannah I-95

The breakfast was very basic. I do not think I have ever seen a breakfast display with only white bread, plain bagels, and muffins as the main options. There was also cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juice, which was fine, but nothing memorable. The location was convenient in that it was right next to a Cracker Barrel and close to the highway. One thing to be aware of: after getting off the highway and making the right turn, the turn onto the motel’s road comes up almost immediately on the left. If you miss it, you may end up driving several miles before being able to turn around. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but the initial room smell hurt the experience. Cleanliness seemed okay, and the updates helped, but the A/C and odor issue should really be addressed before guests arrive.

There was a very bad smell in the room, so it was hard to tell if everything was clean. It was very outdated, walls were dirty/rusty. We were so tired that we just got our own blankets and put on top of the beds to sleep since it was only for a few hours to rest to get back on road for travel. Would not stay there again.

In addition, housekeeping forgot to replace our towels on numerous occasions, which became frustrating during our stay. I understand that hotel rooms are not meant for spending all day in, but guests should at least expect a clean and comfortable environment. Based on our experience, cleanliness and attention to detail need significant improvement.

Was fairly nice for a budget motel. Room was clean. Needed a little updating but didn’t have any impact on my stay. Didn’t try the Breakfast so can’t comment on that. WiFi was good and so was the AC. No issues with parking. I would stay there again.

Everything was fine during my stay. The only uncomfortable thing was the bed, which wasn't level; it made sleeping a bit difficult because I had to use several pillows to level out my body.

Says continental breakfast but had nothing but yogurt, plain bread, beagle, or a waffle. After only doing breakfast from 6-9 and we get there at 7 and u say that’s all that left with not replacement food is unacceptable. Also says they have a pool and it’s closed which would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. Besides those 2 things it was a good stay but do better cause those are the biggest parts of a person stay when their listed you have those amities.

The motel was fine in all aspects but when got there we were told Expedia had refused our credit card which was perfectly good and didn’t give us any idea about why. We had to use a different card and I believe pay their fee not what we had agreed upon.

Clean, staff nice. People making a lot of noise outside early in the morning waking me up. The breakfast was not as good as expected - no protein options. It was difficult to find because my GPS gave me incomplete directions necessitating a call to the front desk, which helped immensely.

the price In the first room, the TV didn't work.. When :I (myself) finally got it to work (bad cable/ connection) the close caption would not turn off, so desk clerk put me in another room. The carpet was filthy. It needs to be shampooed. There were homeless people camping in the adjasent parking lot.

This was a great place to stay off 95. Surrounded by hotels and a Cracker Barrel. If you want a quick breakfast and head back on the road, their continental breakfast will fuel you till lunch.

This motel is a nasty, dirty mess. The toilet was not cleaned, the carpet was filthy, the bedding had stains, there were cob webs on the walls, and the paint was peeling off the ceiling. Avoid at all costs.

It was the worst experience since ive been using expedia. The room was dirty, the linen was old and look like dirty dish towels, no hot watee and black spots around toilet rim. Staff was confrontational!

We had been driving for almost 9 hours so all we wanted to do was take a shower and get some rest but instead we walked into a very dirty hotel room. We said something to the front desk and was told somebody will contact us, a couple days went by we heard nothing so we reached out to the hotel. Of course nobody was notified about the incident so we contacted Expedia now we are calling our credit card company

The rooms toilet flooded the room ,and staff didn't help or inform owners.the front desk upon paying for 1st night didn't let me know that there was a deposit,and on my second stay the lady at the desk wouldn't get manager so I could talk to them and ordered me and my family to get out immediately after I paid for the room .

The room smelled damp and musty, and there were small moth-like bugs that flew out of the sink when the water was turned on. The sink water sprayed in every direction. We were not told about breakfast hours and there was no hotel Information in the room.

I stayed at this place in route to Florida just to rest for the night. Scary location, very scary and rude man at the counter. Charged me a deposit he didn’t tell me about. I would never ever stay here again.

All the rooms have carpet. But housekeeping does not have one vacuum cleaner. And they have oatmeal for breakfast but didn’t have a fork-spork or spoon for 5 days.

This hotel was horrible. The room smelled of dog urine. The bedding was filthy the bathroom was absolutely nasty. I was out of that room in less than 1 minute. I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and was denied it! I advise anyone thinking about staying there “DONT “

Not really a fan of hotels advertising as “resorts.” We all know what a resort is and offers. If you’re just a hotel with some same amenities then don’t advertise as a resort. We were looking for that resort atmosphere and this ain’t it

Honestly pretty decent hotel it's a simple place to just stay at if your not looking for nothing to crazy. Especially if your vacationing here and not really going to be there all day anyways. Breakfast isn't anything to crazy so don't expect full course meal.

It is in a great location, the price was very fair, the staff is great, as is the morning breakfast. I have zero complaints, I intend to return there at my next visit to Savannah, GA.

It was just ok. The room was very humid and the carpet was damp. The breakfast was toast, cereal and mini muffins. The bathroom wasn’t clean enough to take a bath but was fine for a shower. Room was in definite need of upgrades but the bed was comfortable. I didn’t and wouldn’t recommend spending an extended period of time in the room, but it was fine for a quick shower and sleeping for the night.

It was an ok hotel. A bit musty smelling when I first walked into the room. I ran the a/c and it worked fine. Bed was clean and comfortable. The toilet kept running on and off. The hairdryer wasn’t working. Overall property was lit well and clean. Front clerk was friendly. There is a $100 fee they charge/hold until you check out. Supposedly that will come back to you after you check out. We shall see! I’d give it 3 stars.

When I checked in, the clerk was yelling at someone on the phone. Never spoke to me. Just demanded things. Room was dirty. Stains on sheets. Room smelled. Large scale deposits on the shower head. Water wreaks and tastes horrible of sulfur. Shampoo and conditioner wasn’t new or full. Horrible experience. Especially horrible experience for a Quality Inn. Will never stay here again. Beware staying here.

The room had a musty odor. The sheets had holes in it and the bathroom was dingy. I called did front desk to let them know I will not be staying and requested a refund.

The property is somewhat outdated but it was comfortable enough for our two day stay.

There was no one at the desk in the morning!My room was lacking foam cups for the coffee maker and there was only one plastic cup for water. The shampoo they provided was opened and half gone.The beverage machine was out of water and other!Checking in the room was wrong. I asked for 2 double beds and got one bed instead! They did change it when I asked. There was trash around the grass at the back door. I found a burn hole in my sheet that had not been replaced.The room was not very well maintained

We stopped at this hotel for one night as we were passing through. The smoke detector was chirping loudly due to a dead battery. I was unable to even call the front desk due to the phone in the room being broken. I decide at this point since was the middle of the night to just disconnect it myself. The room had a strong mildew smell and the carpet looked like something from a horror movie.

An older popcorn ceiling place,rooms dated.Room doorlock difficult to work,had to have office unlock on 2 occasions. Toilet backed up.TV remote difficult to work.With 6 motels in the same area there are better options.

First off the service wasn’t that great we checked in a hour early and got charged $20 for early check in and were not told at all!!! The bed wasn’t comfortable at all, to top it all off we got to hear our upstairs neighbors having a FULL on porno above us, it was truly the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pictures they advertise for the rooms and the Continental breakfast are not what you actually get. The room looks similar but not like the picture. The breakfast was very disappointing there was literally a waffle machine. Don't advertise a hot Continental breakfast when you don't get one. False advertisement!

This facility requires some serious love. Apart from the fact that it looks rundown, the bed was not comfortable, the shower head was leaking from everywhere except where it was supposed to and the breakfast was absolutely pathetic

Property is an older property. The rooms have a musty smell. The lamp shades are dirty and very brittle. The bathroom needs more lighting. And the carpets are worn. We had some kids skateboarding in front of the room and on the balcony over the top. Seems like a lot of work. People were staying there.

All the lighting in the room was dim. I was in an accessible room and the shower system barely worked. Other than that, the room was neither great nor horrible.

At check-in, the staff simply refused to move us to a ground floor unit, saying we were pre-assigned to a 2nd floor unit so we had to stay there. The fridge smelled so gross we couldn’t stay in the room, so she moved us elsewhere on the same level. The so-called hot breakfast only offered a toaster and something resembling waffles for the “hot” component. Breakfast overall was totally unsatisfactory/unacceptable for any reasonable person. The property overall was tired and very poorly maintained. After this trip, we’ll leave Wuality Inns behind. You get what you pay for.

The only reason I didn’t give it a 1 star is because Hindi at check in was very courteous and nice and the rate was under $100, I guess expecting too much. Hotel is run down, carpets are disgusting it shoes the hotel has not seen a dollar for renovations in decades. Wasn’t expecting resort style facilities but even showering creeped me out

The staff member who checked me in was wonderful. The room was mostly clean and comfortable. It’s a motel, not a hotel - which I did not know. Breakfast had no protein options at all. For the price, I hate to complain, but even some boil-in-a-bag eggs would have been great.

The lady registering me was rude and unfriendly. Kept on insisting in chagrin extra $100 for deposit for “incidentals ¨ when there’s nothing there to even consider as an incidental and then to hold my deposit for days even though my stands for just one night nd if I didn’t like it she would cancel my reservation. I should have cancelled it! First and last time.

Convenient location, good price. Website didn't mention $100 refundable deposit if prepaid. Also didn't mention $20 non-refundable pet fee. Room was adequate, but carpet waa still damp from recent shampooing, which also left a musty smell.

Average room, clean

Beds could be a little more confortable. Breakfast was ok. The best was the location easy access to downtown and walkable to dining areas.

The first room we were given smelled like mildew and upon further inspection there was black mold growing on the wall. We were told after hurricane Debby some of the rooms had been leaking and they had not found all the damages yet. We notified the front desk and they gave us a new room that was in good condition.

I booked here because it had a pool which we were looking forward to but the pool was closed the entire time. So pretty disappointing. They also put us on the 2nd floor and we were literally 1 of 5 people there. Not sure why we got put up top when there were plenty of bottom rooms opened. Makes carrying a sleeping child hard.

The pool didn’t work, which was the reason we chose the hotel. The beds were small and uncomfortable. But the staff was friendly and you could tell they were trying to keep it a clean place.

Comfy beds weird smells. Acceptable breakfast. Obvious cosmetic improvements, but still an older hotel that needs serious upgrades.

I’ve stayed in several Quality Inn hotel rooms throughout the Southeast over the years and this one was noticeably shabbier than any of the others. Both rooms were damp, had a strong musty smell, and one had moldy looking spots on the lamp shades. The AC in the second room was so loud and rattling that we bumped the temperature up higher than we liked just so it would cut off more often and not disrupt our sleep. I would have requested another room if one of my kids had not already fallen asleep. Definitely will not stay here again.
