Great location, parking included and wonderful breakfast!

This is an absolutely fabulous property. The room was awesome, spa like bath, awesome breakfast and evening snacks, and our room came with private parking. Couldn’t ask for better location and stay. Abigail, the host, was super good and supported us in everything we needed. WE WILL USE THIS LOCATION AS OUR GO TO SPOT IN SAVANNAH!!
- 5/5
Our stay was fantastic. The Inn was in the perfect area. Abigail was fantastic and very nice. She upgraded our room to a King Bedroom and it was one of the best rooms i've ever stayed in. The breakfast provided was wonderful and this Inn 10/10. One of the best B&B you can find. would highly recommend to anyone staying in Savannah. We will be back.
- 5/5
Beautiful Inn in a great location. The parking is tricky. There are only two spaces behind the house in the alley way. It’s first come…so you need to get lucky when finding a parking spot.
- 5/5
From entering the home we were greeted by our wonderful hostess Abigail, we found her to be friendly, polite and very accommodating with answering questions and providing information about the area. We would love to return and highly recommend for the price, location and service. Thank you
- 5/5
We stayed in the Bob Vivant room and it was beautiful. It is one of two rooms with a parking space. The huge wet room shower-tub was fantastic. The manager, Abigail, was very helpful with local knowledge and restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Justine Inn was wonderful! Great location just steps from Forsyth Park and on a beautiful residential street. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Abigail was warm and inviting and took great care of us!
- 5/5
Beautiful Inn , comfortable bed and amazing shower with high water pressure. Parking was relatively easy. Abigail was a great hostess! Great location on a quiet street!
- 5/5
Everything was awesome! Abigail did an outstanding job of making us feel right at home. The food was excellent. Very quiet and private with lots of elegance and historical charm. Absolutely amazing! Thank you. We will be back.

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the many personal touches! From flowers to chocolates, cheese and crackers, bottled water. Tasty breakfast 🍳. And Abigail and staff were fabulous 😊

Lovely Inn. Stayed during our granddaughter’s wedding weekend. Staff is amazing and breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to staying here again.
- 5/5
Parking on street right around corner for free. Near everything. Staff, Absgsil, was most helpful.
- 4/5
Staff were great. Very nice house. Not the best sleeping conditions.
- 5/5
Wonderful historic space! Enjoyed our stay very much.
- 5/5
Downside would be for older guests with mobility issues could struggle up stairs etc.

Amazing property
- 4/5
Clean, well appointed with very helpful and friendly staff Our room was on the bottom floor and had no windows
- 5/5
Very clean and such a pleasant experience. Abigail was amazing and a joy to get to know. 5⭐️'s. Our first time staying at this location. Parking was a little issue but we made it work!
- 5/5
There was nothing we did not like!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty of amenities (coffee, water, etc.) were available. My only minor complaint was the bed was a bit “creaky” but otherwise very comfortable.

Beautiful room, great location! Would highly recommend and plan on staying again. Abigail was a fantastic hostess.
- 5/5
Excellent stay at the Justine Inn! The place is well kept, historic, and charming. The innkeeper, Abigail, is a pleasure and helped add that personal touch you aim to receive with a bed and breakfast. HIGHLY recommend staying here!
- 5/5
House is lovely. We stayed in a room in the first floor with a gas fireplace. Bed was comfy. Hosted/chef/concierge was very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Lovely B&B.
- 4.5/5
Happy hour, nice staff, location., beautiful dining and living room. Our first bed and breakfast! I would have preferred a room with a window. I didn't get to choose a room (Booking.com maybe?) The first girl that cooked breakfast for us asked my boyfriend if he'd like eggs also. He loved that addition but didn't get asked that again. The breakfasts were perfect for me. He's just a big eater-ha. Our room was cozy but sad the fireplace didn't work, although the temperature was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Our room was nothing short of AMAZING!! Very clean, and all of the historical details were perfect. We loved all the little thoughtful details throughout the inn—they really set the experience apart. We will definitely be coming back! Abigail was the absolute most hospitable inn keeper. Her attention did not go unnoticed.
- 5/5
Mary Jane is a awesome host. Made us feel totally at home. Thank you for a great happy hour experience at the
- 5/5
Amazing boutique hotel, really a true gem! Our room was so classy and luxurious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Whatever the rate for the Bon Vivant room is on a given day, it’s a steal!
- 5/5
The room so much more than what we expected! The bathroom, wow! Abigail was amazing and funny, you have a real keeper with her. The inn is beautiful and a unique getaway. I was pleasantly surprised it was so affordable. Honestly, it's why I booked there rather than a hotel, which is what I looked for originally. Would certainly recommend! Relaxing, clean, and nearby everything you would want to see in Savannah.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. The river walk was amazing. They recommended an italian place around the corner....5 stars. Pirate house was to die for. Did a walling historical ghost tour. It truely is the city of the dead. All in all....diffiantly do it again
- 5/5
Beautiful place to stay. Pet friendly in nice area. Would definitely like to return again soon.
- 5/5
What a peace and lovely place. Abigail was such a sweetheart. She definitely made ne feel so welcomed and at home. I will definitely re-book again! Merry Christmas!
- 5/5
Everything was lovely!! Our room was perfect! There was free street parking. Abigail was super welcoming and Terry made the best breakfast and made an effort to get to know us during our stay. Hoping to visit again.
- 5/5
Wonderful place to stay. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I loved staying here and plan to come back!
- 5/5
Our room was beautiful, old Savannah charm. The entire inn was beautifully appointed and decked out for Christmas. The outdoor garden area and exterior are appointed with exquisite ironwork and streets are all lined with those dreamy Moss trees that Savannah’s known for. We didn’t want to leave.
- 5/5
All I can say is that I had a LOVELY 3 night stay at the Justine Inn. I was in the Provence room with my 2 dogs. The room was very convienient to the courtyard which made it very easy to get out of the Inn with 2 leashed dogs. I enjoyed the keypad entry to the Inn as well as my room….not having to fumble around for a key made for an easy entry. I felt safe in this establishment and it was well within walking distance to Forsyth park and historic downtown Savannah. I would 10/10 recommend this inn for any occasion in Savannah! Abigail, the caretaker, was awesome and made my stay more personable. Mrs Terri was also a wonderful host during my breakfast. She was very attentive to all her guests. I cannot wait to return to this lovely place for my next adventure in Savannah!
- 5/5
Breakfast served by Abigail and Terri was outstanding!! They are both amazing.. so warm and helpful!
- 4.5/5
Very nice looking hotel, inside and out. The hotel manager, Abigail, was very helpful and the breakfast she prepared for us was delicious. Wish we could have stayed there longer. The ONLY THING I can think of is the fact that the gas fireplace in our room was not working and we couldn’t enjoy the ambiance of that feature.
- 5/5
Great stay. So good actually we booked again for next year. Abigail was AMAZING
- 5/5
It definitely felt like our home away from home!
- 5/5
Room was spotless, excellent service, wonderful breakfast every morning. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
- 3/5
Shower curtain was moldy, cold air blowing on you at night, thermostat shared with another room. Breakfasts were average.
- 5/5
It’s a very nice property and our innkeepers, Abigail and Mary Jane, were wonderful! Our room was spacious and the bathroom humongous. We were given lots of great ideas and the other guests were also delightful. I do wish the parking was a bit more convenient and a few more breakfast options. The Happy Hour, along with available sherry and chocolates, were also great.
- 5/5
Check in was easy. There was wonderful breakfast with a different menu each day. They always asked newcomers if they had food allergies. Abigail was fantastic. We had to leave early the last morning, so she had muffins for us the afternoon before at the happy hour. Wine, cheese and crackers every day during happy hour. The house and neighborhood are amazing!

- 5/5
Such a beautiful place. The innkeeper was so nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
We loved our stay at Justine Inn! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a fresh cooked breakfast each morning and simply let them know what time we preferred between 8 and 10. Coffee was ready each morning by 7 and every afternoon there was a social hour between 4-5 with wine and cheese. We got to meet several other occupants during this time. We were able to park behind the inn but only 1-2 spaces there. There is parking available on the street also. We were only a couple of blocks away from the free bus transportation that took you down by the river and back with several stops! Would definitely stay here again but would try to get a room on the lower level as we are in our 70’s and there is no elevator to the second floor. We stayed in the renaissance room. It was beautiful and the king bed was very comfortable!
- 5/5
Location, staff outstanding. Rooms are very nice.
- 5/5
Abigail, the innkeeper, was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We called ahead & she gave us spot-on directions, including where to park late at night and even where to move the car in the morning to avoid any issues. Her thoughtful guidance made everything easier. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable, with soft, supportive pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. Every detail in the room, from the antique furnishings to the carefully chosen decor, reflected a clear sense of care and style. Justine’s is wonderful. The Inn is restful, beautiful, and hosted by someone who clearly loves what they do. We highly recommend it.
- 5/5
amazing staff! gave us amazing recommendations and catered to every need! would definitely stay again when in town!
- 5/5
Large, beautiful, clean rooms with wonderful and welcoming staff. We enjoyed getting to talk to the innkeepers and other guests at daily happy hour with wine and snacks and delicious breakfast. Great location that was within walking distance of everything but in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. Lots of steps for getting luggage in\out but that didn’t bother us and to be expected in an old home.
- 5/5
A+
- 3/5
Inn keeper seemed very frazzled and breakfast was not generous all - nothing at all like the earliest reviews/website. No eggs. Just some meat, pastry, and fruit.
- 5/5
The inn is in the perfect area; convenient to all things Savannah. It is very clean and inviting. The inn keeper, Abigail, is

I didn’t like anything… I LOVED EVERYTHING! It’s a lovely home and the inn keeper, Abigail, treated my best friend and I like family. We were met with instant care and respect. The breakfast was delicious and she truly pays attention to detail to ensure that her guests are satisfied. We were even given a map of the town and she sat with us to assist us with our itinerary and made suggestions for fun as well as safety! I am looking forward to returning in the future. Fantastically wonderful! Will be back!! Lovely..everything was!! We’re so so happy with our experience.

Beautiful Bed & Breakfast. The inn keepers was an amazing woman, friendly, attentive. We loved our stay
- 5/5
Great host
- 3.5/5
Food. Also, coffee was very strong.
- 5/5
I just wish the coffee was better. It was a bit weak for our taste.
- 5/5
Abigail and her staff were wonderful! Everyone was very nice. The property is beautiful and our room was perfect for us. The breakfasts were delicious. The parking was not great - there is no parking lot and it is all street parking. However, it’s no different than the rest of historic Savannah because it’s all pretty much street parking.
- 5/5
Good breakfast: different each morning. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location for a relaxed visit to Savannah.

- 5/5
Abigail was our hostess. she was friendly, helpful, and kind! nothing
- 4.5/5
THe innkeeper, Abigail is fabulous. It was in a lovely area and beautifully appointed inn. There was no housekeeping of the room each day.
- 5/5
We enjoy staying in 150-+ year old houses with all their stories. Staff was grea. our room
- 5/5
Staff was very welcoming Loved the room
- 5/5
Loved the location! Very friendly & fun manager! Great coffee, breakfast, happy hour, back porch & beautiful neighborhood to walk in.
- 5/5
It was perfectly located in a beautiful part of the historic district right next to an incredible park. Within walking distance to the free bus that takes you to different parts of town. Absolutely nothing. It was perfectly located.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, friendly staff, free parking. Breakfast included, sit down in the formal dining room. We met great people and had a chance to get to know people
- 5/5
The front desk person, Abigail, was just the person I needed for my half marathon race weekend. My flight was delayed by hours and had to check in after hours. She left a bagel for me so I wouldn’t run on an empty stomach and was leaving the Inn at 6:30 am. I didn’t get back until 11:30 am and she messaged me asked me how the race went and shared space with me on everything. Even though it was after breakfast hours she offered me iced coffee and a scone. I couldn’t have asked for a better hostess.
- 4/5
Would say the only negative was parking. Luckily we were able to use the space at the back of the property
- 5/5
Breakfast each morning was great. Evening happy hour was fun and we got to meet some other the other guests. Convenient location close to Forsyth Park and walking distance to many great restaurants and other sites. Definitely would stay here again when visiting Savannah.
- 5/5
We loved our stay!
- 5/5
J. and B. Walker
- 5/5
Terri in the mornings is what will bring us back to the Justine Inn! She is the sweetest lady and amazing cook, but she also remembers everyone and the details of their stay and personal preferences that were shared the previous day. The building is also gorgeous, quiet, safe, comfortable, and a quick walk to everything we wanted to do & see in Savannah. The showers were hot, the toilet newer… but if I had one suggestion it would be to update the shower head, shower tile grout and bathroom ceiling fan. But a minor issue for us for sure, especially in a beautiful vintage home. We loved our stay!
- 5/5
Service! Location! Ambiance! It’s lovely and a gem of a spot. We loved it!!
- 5/5
It was charming.
- 5/5
The parking is not a dedicated parking lot; available for 1 guest only behind inn. We were on the 2nd floor. To access we had to climb many steps, of course in keeping with the age of the historical inn. I would recommend a night light to use in the evening.
- 5/5
Amazing room and entire inn. Chandeliers in most every room including bathroom. Very nice place in the historic district of Savannah
- 5/5
The bathtub is challenging to get in and out if your mobility is not great.
- 3/5
We stay on average 3 B&Bs a year and have to be honest we were disappointed with this one. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there is happy hour from 4-5. We arrived at 5:30 and had to let ourselves in. No one greeting us. It also should be flagged that at least 3 rooms are underground. Our room, the Bellevue got cold at night. No thermostat or blanket. Bed not plush but VERY extra firm. After reading previous reviews on how great breakfast was I was supremely disappointed that we only were served fried eggs and toast along with over ripened fruit that was gross. Even though they were told 2x we were gluten free my husband still was served gravy and biscuits. The only positive was location, but we wont return here.
- 3/5
That was robbery !!!
- 4/5
What a sweet place. The staff was very kind, breakfasts were delicious. However, for the cost of our room, we were surprised at how incredibly uncomfortable our mattress was. My husband and I resolved to sticking to Hotels after this stay.
- 5/5
We wii return to Justine Inn soon!
- 5/5
There were dust. Bunnies under the bed and some areA that need better cleaning or painting. But it was beautiful otherwise and I loved it.
- 5/5
Clean quiet and comfortable beautiful decor and a nice friendly staff.. located in the historic district walking distance to Restaurants and entertainment will be back!
- 5/5
Justine Inn was exactly what you would expect in historic Savannah Georgia. It was wonderful to meet other guests. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were great and it was it within walking distance to all major attractions.

- 5/5
Very cozy, comfortable Inn located right next to Forsyth Park. Breakfast is exceptional.
- 5/5
Very quaint. Serves a very nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Wonderful breakfast, staff very accommodating. wine and cheese for happy hour.
- 5/5
Great location. Just want you want for your stay in Savannah. Old century charm and comfort. Friendly and welcoming staff
- 5/5
This is a beautiful B&B on a tree lined street just a block from the Forsythe park. I stayed in the Provence room and I felt like I was in France for the night. It was spacious with a large built in shower and separate bathroom. Cozy robes and bottles of water/cookies were provided. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyed in the ambiance of the bar area upstairs. Highly recommend and I would have loved to have stayed longer!
- 5/5
Wonderful inn near Forsythe Park. Quite location within walking distance to the historic district. Very helpful staff. Will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Its on one or the beautifulest streets in all of Savannah, from the room to happy hour to breakfast, ive never been more pleasantly surprised. Definitely will come back if I get another chance.

Very nice hotel and very close to every thing!

Though it took a little time to get ahold of staff, they were incredibly kind and accomodating. The breakfast was to die for!!! Sad we only had 1 night, but will be back and WILL be staying here again... worth every penny!!
- 5/5
Monica and John were amazing! The stay was amazing and we loved the ensemble of the room. Perfect location from Forsyth Park and my wife and I enjoyed the Jazz Festival!
- 5/5
Fantastic
- 5/5
Lovely stay. We were downstairs so no window but very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and informative. Breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
The innkeeper was very accommodating and friendly!
- 4/5
Nice historic property.
- 5/5
Located close to Forsyth Park and surrounded by beautiful historical homes. A long but doable walk to River St and the primary tourist area. Be aware there is just one car space on site (first come first serve), otherwise its street parking in the surrounding streets which can be very challenging to get. All staff are gone by 7pm, so late checkins would be a problem, but otherwise you have free reign of the beautiful house, which is nice. We found the air conditioning way too cold in our bedroom, with no way of adjusting temp or direction of air vents. Quite a few steps to negotiate from street level to rooms. All up, a lovely stay in a lovely house.
- 5/5
Lovely property with excellent service and fantastic breakfast.
- 5/5
👍
- 5/5
Wonderful inn and experience. Dane was so helpful and inviting at check-in, and made us feel at home. The inn is so charming, and conveniently located. Was a five minute Uber to the Lucas Theater. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Beautiful place. Great location. Bellevue room was down a long, steep stairway. Room was small.
- 5/5
Highly recommended
- 5/5
Beautiful room, great location and food. Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Wonderful breakfast and very pleasant servers!
- 5/5
What a beautiful inn. The staff was warm and welcoming. I enjoyed being away from the touristy river area of Savannah. I took several walks in the quiet Victorian neighborhood where the Inn is located. I was worried about parking but found a spot on a side street pretty easily. All kinds of lovely touches made this stay unique. The most delicious cookies in my room, happy hour and a gourmet breakfast that carried me to dinner! I will be back for a longer stay for sure!
- 5/5
Beautiful historical Inn. Excellent staff and accommodations. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Great place to unwind. Cuteness in the middle of history.

Sara was excellent. Lack of parking a problem. No instructions for tv and couldn't figure it out, so instructions would have been nice. Also no info on area as scan square not working and nothing in print.

Thoughtful amenities and staff. Sara and Tony were helpful and accommodating. Loved the whole atmosphere of Juntine Inn. ❤️

Beautiful period bed and breakfast in "Gone with the Wind" era. Great food. Great location!

Excellent staff. Dane was very cheerful and upbeat. Great assistance
- 5/5
Their breakfast was incredibly good and well made at site. Their evening wine hour was also a good event to meet other guests. All in all, a good, safe place for bed & breakfast.

Great location just down the block from Forsyth Park. The beautiful and quiet neighborhood is an easy 10 minute walk from the bustling River Street with all its restaurants and shops. Very good breakfast and 5-6 happy hour! We had no problem finding nearby street parking.
- 5/5
We were greeted by a lovely hostess who made sure that we were well taken care of. She offered great suggestions for dinner and was spot on with the recommendations. My husband and I cannot wait to visit again!
- 5/5

It was great, Sarah was a great host. She accommodated my diet. I have to have gluten-free because I have celiac, it was not a problem for her. It was a nice stay . We were only passing through traveling to Florida to visit family.

Lovely heritage property. A lot of steps up to the front door for the physicality challenged but worth the effort.
- 5/5
It was very relaxing, beautiful rooms, great breakfast, but more than anything friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay memorable.
- 5/5

The property is beautiful with A LOT of history. Happy hour food of wine, drinks, cookies, cheese, crackers etc. was excellent. This place is a great gift for couples too.
- 5/5
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Justine Inn. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was fantastic both days we stayed in the inn. We really enjoyed the nightly social activity. We meet some of the other guest and has some nice conversations. We will definitely stay at the Justine Inn the next time we are in Savanna.
- 5/5
We love staying in Justinne Inn, an amazing experience, staff was kind and caring.
