The front desk agent was rude and don’t speak English very well I ask for a early check in I waited 3 hours before she let bc she had a very bad attitude she said there hotel don’t offer early check in but they advertised it online and I was sent an email that said they offer early check in. There was black mold in the bathroom

A mayor inconvenience is not to be able to take a hot shower in the morning...notbeven at 10am. It happened to me on both days in which Instayed there. There was not even a mention of a credit fir next time or a rebate for that inconvenience.

The floors were dirty, you could hear the adjoining room neighbors so clearly, and the hotel was in a sketchy area It looks like it’s attached to an abandoned building

I asked for a romantic rose petals covered bed and they did it for me, no questions asked, they even folded up 2 cute towel swans! The girl running the front was super personable as well. I accidentally left my car door open when I went somewhere and the staff called to tell me, and closed my door for me since I was far away lol. I kinda wish I knew ahead of time there wasn't hot Water, but for the price point and the already hot location (Bible belt, by the coast) it wasn't a big deal.

NOTHING. The girl at the desk has a nasty attitude. The property had no hot water to shower, door was moldy, rusted doors and the WiFi is nonexistent. They are AWARE of these issues and will still allow you to check in w/o mentioning it. Also charged me a $100 “security deposit” for a room with no hot water, you couldn’t even get ice if you wanted because the machine was broke. Went to ask about the hot water because I had my 1 yr old with me and the girl just brushed it off like it was nothing good thing I’m from there and had family I could go to shower. As I walked in the lobby there were 2 ladies complaining about the water & WiFi as well. You cannot get extra towels unless you stay “7 days”. When I visited 2yrs ago it was clean, hot water & good WiFi figured it was a good stay but after this I will NEVER book at this property again and I suggest others not to as well. Hopefully I get the security deposit back and that wasn’t a scam ?

Nothing about this place was good. The location was terrible. The staff was nowhere to be found. Went to check in and no staff could be found anywhere. Chains on the front door which was very suspicious. Called the desk and nobody answered.

Easy to find and cheap. No night staff. No wifi in the evenings. No free breakfast even though it is advertised. Sign on door said office would reopen at 7 am but staff didn’t show up till 820 am. Saw a couple of roaches.

No ventilation at all. No air vents. The room was clammy and wet all four walls the ceiling and the floor even had drops of water on the ceiling and all over the walls from the condensation. The mold was smelly and air quality was just terrible. The staff refused to exchange towels. They refused to dry the top the floor after you’re there in the hotel they tell you if you called to extend this day they are very nasty to say you can’t stay more than seven days. No one there on staff or in housekeeping speaks English, which is unbelievable to say the least and they’re just very rude and obnoxious due to the fact that they do not know English they dismiss you For everything or they answer something totally different from what you’re asking rehearsed responses that don’t coincide with the questioning, it is awful what the hotel industry has lowered itself to. Everything!

Everything was dirty and with a lot of insects! My bed was full of fleas! And also not hot water.

We had Buggs in the room and nobody picked up the trash and couldn’t get 1 extra towel. Paid for a pool and the pool was out of service. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend

My ac didn’t work. I had to unplug it to get it to stop running. And my blanket was like a sheet of paper.…very thin

The front desk attendant was nice. There were roaches. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that was stuffed with tissue. No hot water in the shower. Cable box to the TV had no power cord, so you couldn't actually watch the TV.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. We had many things wrong with our room. Some of these things being a broken tv, broken bathroom door, a bar of soap left in the shower from previous guests, smelly room, overall not very clean, and were only given two towels for four people. When we asked the front desk for two more towels, we were told that they were low on laundry and that we would have to share. The shower was also cold and would not get warm.

The bed was good When it came time for check out, no staff were on-site to process that. The room had multiple roaches scoory across. The site says pool and breakfast nope ?‍♂️ none. Left a sign up saying open back up at 7 and weren't till 830

They gave me a filthy room and they had to change it to a different one. The second room started blowing hot air around 10-11 pm. It was 80 degrees summer night. The AC wouldn’t even stop heating the room. Went to the front desk, there was a sign saying they’ll be back at 7 AM. Had to leave the hotel around 1 AM and booked a different hotel. Now they are refusing to refund me. I’m hiring a lawyer to sue them. It’s not about the money, it’s about fairness and that they shouldn’t be in business.

Check was the longest I have ever experienced! They will not let you check in before 4pm and then it takes an age!! They will take $100 dollars deposit on your card and we have still not received ours back!! The room was ok. However when we went for coffee to reception the next morning there were 2 homeless people sleeping on the outdoor sitting area!! We checked out a day early as we did not feel safe. We would appreciate our money back please!!! Do not stay here!!!

Room was clean and nice people that work there

Property is maintained fairly. Room and bed was clean. However, obvious black mold on wall. Room was quiet. Breakfast consisted of breakfast bars and muffins. For the pice paid it was a good value and really can not complain.

A group of 6 or 8 guests on the 2nd floor and 2 doors toward the office were outside on the walkway drinking beer and partying loudly. I asked them twice to turn it down, which worked for about 5 minutes each time. Called the desk # on the pamphlet we had received on check in, but no answer. As it was a mobile phone, I tried texting twice also, no response. Finally walked back to the office and asked the clerk to speak to the noisemakers. She did, and that stopped it.

If I could give this property 0 stars I would! They love to play with your money!

Quick overnight stay. Bed was comfy. Room walls were stained, missing the 2nd half of the shower door, huge gap at doorway so you could hear everything outside. Was an okay stay for just sleep

The hotel is VERY close to Interstate 95 and there was no getting away from constant road noise if you are on that side of the building as I was. This is the major reason for the 3-star review. There was also no sign and I had a challenging time finding the hotel even when I was right next to it. The price was good and there are multiple restaurants close by, including a Perkins accessed through the hotel lobby. There is no in-room coffee but the lobby had 24-hr Keurig.

Within the first hour of being in our room, we killed 3 cockroaches. And they were the little ones that infest a place. We also saw plenty of huge ones around the property. Sooooo many cockroaches! There were stains on the bedding. Pill bugs around the room. I asked for a refund so we could take our leave which they denied but moved us to a different room in hopes there wouldn't be cockroaches. The second room was better but only for that reason, I didn't see another cockroach. It was clear the bath tubs had been painted and the paint was chipping off and plugging the drain. The toilet was running very loudly all night. The neighbors were blasting their music all night and morning. We got very little sleep. The free "Breakfast" consisted of coffee (tho there were no cups to drink your coffee out of, they said they ran out), pop-tarts, granola bars and oatmeal packets. Safe to say, I wish we had made a different choice!

Pool was more like a swamp with things growing and floating on the surface, breakfast set up was missing milk most of the time, no bread for the toaster, microwave available but nothing could be cooked in it, the room was very basic, bathtub would not drain, drywall needed extreme replacement and/or repair, bed frame sticks out and is an extreme trip hazard or shin buster. I will not be returning to this property and do not recommend any one stay here.

Pay the extra and book somewhere else. In all the hotels I have visited I have NEVER EVER had to prove there was no washcloth left in my room. I was told extra towels was 20 dollars, Early check in is 20 dollars..If you want a free buzz just walk to your car in the parking lot. It is party central out there. Just spend the extra unless you feel in the mood to haggle with the child at the front desk for 20 dollars.

Very rude and not very smart staff. Left us waiting for the good confirming a reservation even though we had the confirmation email. Very abrasive and disrespectful. Hotel would be great with a new staff.

Reservations were not received from Expedia according to the confused clerk . Finally got the rooms. No working tv, no help from front desk, barely warm weather. Pathetic packages for breakfast. This was my fourth and final stay here.Finding the entrance is alo a challenge

They are undergoing some great renovations however and I don't know if it is due to this, the TVs don't work at all. Like none of them in the hotel other than the ones in the office. I wish I would have known all of this before booking. I know that once the the renovations are complete it will look and feel different.

I did not stay there, I called and cancelled my reservation on the spot. I felt so afraid the whole time I was in lobby waiting for cab.

The experience was a bit mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was ok but the toaster had a sign that it would trigger the fire alarm if used - that was a bit concerning. So they didn’t have any bread. But they had a variety of cold cereals, fruits, and wrapped pastries. You could also make yourself some hot cocoa or oatmeal if you wanted something warm. The room was clean but there was some mold outside the tub. Please be advised that the hotel will charge extra if you want room service. Even though it seems like the hotel was reconditioned fairly recently, it had old beds. One of the beds had literally a hole in the middle. Also, the ice machine didn’t work. The TV in the room didn’t have any channels either. Overall it was a fair stay. The place has potential to become a simple yet nice place for an overnight stay in a road trip.

Staff was not helpful at all. Environment was not really safe. Room was not cleaned. Bathtub did not drain. No coffee pot in the room limited space to plug-in electronics.

2 lamps didn't work. The location was difficult to find. No signage like other motels had. There was dog poop on the sidewalk and urine (dog?) as well as spilled milk.

NO HOT WATER

This is honestly the worse place I have ever stayed at. We got locked out of our room at 11 pm and they did not have staff or security working. I had to call the police and the manager refused to come and help. The Policed said they couldn't leave us there in good conscience because how dangerous it was. Now the refuse to reimburse or Money. Complete scam.

They are trying, but this place needs more than an IKEA makeover.

I booked a room here for 2 nights. I was very careful about where I booked since it was just me and my underage daughter. We pulled up and saw that all the rooms were only accessible via the parking lot that faces interstate 95. NONE of the pictures provide a view of the whole building showing the room doors being outside. When I spoke with the desk associate I advised him that I did not feel safe staying at their property (not to mention that there is no front desk staff after 11pm). I advised that I would feel a little better if they could put me on the 2nd level so there isn't ground level.access to my room. They said they had me on a room on the bottom floor and they couldn't move me. When I asked if I could cancel or change my reservation to one night (I would rather be out the cost for 1 night instead of 2) they told me i had to contact Expedia, so i did. When i called Expedia they informed me that they needed to contact the hotel to get sn exception to refund me my money. The hotel refused even knowing my concerns. The cancelation policy is 24 hours in advance which it would have been to cancel my second night. The desk associate still refused to refund any of the charges. I told them that i was still not going to stay there due to my concern for our safety. So not only was i out 200.00 i had to find another hotel and doent an additional 500.00.

Decent place to stay, although a bit noisy with highway traffic; bring earplugs. Other than that it was good. There is a Perkins restaurant in the same building so that was convenient.

Based on the pics and being "pet-friendly" I booked a night here. I booked a king room, but when I arrived I was told the only room that allowed pets was a double. No big deal but the room smelled really bad. My guess is they only have a couple of rooms that they allow pets in, so those rooms stink, so not what I would call a "pet friendly" facility, they just had a few rooms they allowed pets in. I wouldn't stay here again.

Cheap price for a very cheap property.. Right off the interstate, so very noisy..

It’s right by the highway and had a hard time sleeping with all the noise.

So our room was newly renovated. That was nice. It was in the back of the building there was a green unuseable pool. A strange address in the back of Perkins restaurant. There was no one at the deck when we tried to check in then we were told we had to give an extra 50 bucks for a deposit that we would get back in the morning. In the morning we were told we would not receive our money for a week. Not acceptable very rude. No manger. I would rather pay more for better service and honesty. If we don't receive our money I will take this matter farther. Live and learn.

If you are into staying in the middle of drug transaction haven, this is the place! Terrible front desk service. Plenty of drug transactions to witness outside of my room window. Nice new bedding though....

Clientele including homeless people sitting around smoking marinuana in the vestibule and outside lobby, only one or two staff for hotel, no signage to tell you where the hotel was, which was a motel anyway! People talking outside your window all night, trucks, truckers, cars, horns, etc.. Shower very difficult, water damage, precious smokers, mildew..

There was no information online about needing to check in by a certain time, however when we arrived at 11:30 the front office was locked and empty and there was no one available by phone either. We ended up having to find another hotel at midnight.

We’ve stayed three times, no hot water. Grab and go breakfast is 7-10 am. The girl doesn’t even start setting up until 7:25 , we had to go next door to Perkins pancake house to buy breakfast for the second time. It’s a shame, the location is very convenient. We’re done.

The room was surprisingly decent. Cars and trucks full of people hung out in the parking lot till at least 3 am drinking and listening to loud music. Had to go out to check on my car because people were doing donuts/ spinning tires in the parking lot. Had to check to see if they hit my car. Couldn’t go to the front desk they locked the doors and put chains on them. Not sure if people were pounding on our door or the neighbors door at 3am. But when i open the door a drunk guy was walking away. In the morning Waited 10-15 minutes to checkout of room/ gave up and left my room keys at desk

The location is terrible! The rooms are outside entry facing the I95 exit ramp which is literally less than 50 yards away. All night semi trucks using their exhaust brakes exited the freeway. The room was not very clean. Someone had wiped a large feces on the back of the bathroom door that the cleaning staff had missed. Be warned. The place is only accessible through Hardee's parking lot and their sign has been blown down.

Showers don’t have hot water. We checked in at 9:00 showers were cold that night and that morning. Smoke detectors kept going off (only when we turned the central heat on) so we removed it. Other than that an ok stay

Came to Savannah to tour SCAD. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Room was very clean and located near lots of restaurants. Downfall it is hard to find at night due to lack of signs and lights. Located next to the interstate so it's a little loud.

The property wasn’t easily findable due to lack of signage. room was decent.. There was no hot water!!! So we were not able to take showers. The people next to us had a dog that barked all night so we weren’t able to get a good night sleep either.

I love how friendly and helpful the staff is here. Everyone is so kind and treat you nicely. The rooms are big and very comfortable, location is great for food just a lot of traffic. Didn’t like how congested the area is with traffic.

I liked that it’s close to the interstate and lots of restaurants, I liked the friendly staff one gentleman in particular Catt I believe that’s his name was so nice and welcoming his customer service was a 10 across the board. He made me feel very invited and like he really appreciated my business. I was a little bit skeptical about staying here because of all of the poor rating but I took a chance and I’m glad I did. My room was clean , the bed was comfortable and new with the plastic still on it the room was recently upgraded and it was a large room with bathtub. I’ll admit the place doesn’t look too desirable when you pull up to the property but don’t be fooled the rooms are nice and the people running out are too. The property could use some curb appeal, other than that no complaints.
