Lots of places to eat around Hotel and not a far drive to Historic Savannah.

Breakfast was a 2 out of ten . Didn’t have much to offer The hotel looks nice on the inside but location looks poor.

Extremely rude staff at the front desk. We had reserved 3 rooms and requested one to be handicap accessible. We reserved these rooms 4 MONTHS in advance and called 3 days in advance to make sure the accessible room was available. We were told yes yet when we got there it wasn’t and was basically told I was lying!!! Then people in the room across from us were smoking pot. Our minor children were being exposed to second hand smoke from ILLEGAL DRUGS. Management’s solution was to spray air freshener!!! Keep in mind this is a no smoking hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are a drug addict. Carpets were filthy too. Breakfast was adequate and the beds were very comfortable.

When we arrived, the bathroom still has a hang towel on it (called front desk to make sure nobody’s occupying it). And I ask if they can send towels, we’re ask to come down to get it. It should be them delivering it upstairs to our room right? And the tub drain, is not draining well. It took time. The following morning, there’s still water on the tub ; it’s disgusting. We didn’t have time to complain coz we’re all tired.

Free parking on site. Free breakfast. Excellent price. Clean and comfortable.

I spent two nights there and they did not clean my room between nights came back no clean towels breakfast not very good. Didn’t have anything really hot.

Everything was amazing

The room was clean and comfortable, but the inside of the hotel was older than I expected based on the exterior of the hotel. The staff was friendly and there was a lot of shopping close to the hotel. The breakfast buffet had minimal options. It was a convenient drive to Grayson Stadium for the baseball game that we were seeing.

Pool is on site but accessible for anyone. We heard the doors being slammed all night long one of the worst stays I have had

We stayed with a dog and staff and place were great. Also very close to restaurants and convenience stores.

I check in at or around 7:00pm, did the necessary paperwork and received my keys to the room. we put our items in the room and drove to TYBEE ISLAND where we enjoyed the beach and bought souvenirs. after that we had dinner. we returned to the hotel and decided to take a bath and shower. we could not get the hot water to work in the shower, so I call the desk, I spoke to the gentleman that was on duty and explained the problem we was having. He said you have to pull the handle out and then you will get hot water, I stated to him that is what I did and there no hot water coming out. he stated it again that you have to pull the handle out and then choose what you want, I stated to him that I will try it again and call him back. tried it again and it was the same problem I call the desk back and explain the same to him, that there was no hot water coming out of the spout. He stated that you will have to call tomorrow morning because there was no one on duty, I ask the clerk why I have to wait until the tomorrow when we want to clean ourselves now. This rep. hung up on me while I was talking, very disrespecting. I call the desk again and he didn't I have never visited an establishment, where there were no one to handle an emergency at this. We had to use the lavatory to wash off. I paid for service and feel as if they did' provide it. I ask the clerk for the manager number and name, his response was you didn't book this stay with so uou will have to make your complaint with the

The breakfast was nasty and had no selections. No meat or pancakes.

This property did not live up to.the Hilton standard that is associated with the name.

This is an older facility not in top condition. Recently acquired by Hilton. Not the quality I expected.

Very impressed with this hotel. Staff was professional and friendly. Pool and breakfast area were clean and well organized. Housekeeping does an amazing job.

VERY BAD CLEAN ROOM

Rooms need more hooks for hanging clothing and towels. Also would be nice to have luggage racks.

Front desk was very unprofessional, unempathetic and ruined our trip. The room was dirty and run down. We found trash behind the nightstands and the shower didn’t work. Highly do not recommend.

The pillows need to be replaced. Too worn. No fluffiness

bed was comfortable, pillows were flimsy. I am ok with pets. I just do not want to Stay in a room where pets were. I did not know pets were allowed until I seen one staying at the hotel.

The place is old! The reface is not much help. I always bring my own shampoo, good thing the body wash, shampoo, lotion were all empty. Not refilled or checked on the third day. Stains on blankets, or they were dirty. If you are looking for a budget, this room should be $100 a night. If the price is more, I’d keep looking.

Spark was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room and the lobby area was easy to use. It's a busy area with shops and restaurants.

Toilet need a new flapper

The breakfast wasnt great. There were only bagels, muffins, some fruit, oatmeal and yogurt. When I got down there there was no yogurt left in the machine, there was no fruit in the dish and there was one hard boiled egg. Its a little bit frustrating when free breakfast is advertised but its not specified what it is. The breakfast offered.

Room was not cleaned during our stay. Pillows were flat

The staff were not inhospitable but definitely not inviting. Deadpan straightforward!

Clean with comfortable beds, delightful swimming pool and the exercise room was great. Also, breakfast yummy, Nothing, Everything worked well.

People were, in general, efficient and accommodating, very nice and polite. The brekfast was a bit too simple; and no hot pouched eggs, fried eggs or omlette for breakfast? There were only cold boiled eggs. And when something was finished the replacement /refilling went rather too slow.

The staff was very helpful. They switched me to a more convenient room, as soon as they saw me walking with a cane. The location was the best of all, straight into the city with a great view.

The bathroom was run down looked like mold and the molding was cracked almost off and behind that looked like mold don’t know how they got such a good rating I would not recommend this place. It’s not the stander of a hotel that part of Hilton franchise

I liked the room. Clean and comfy bed. The tv welcoming me was really nice. The bathroom. There was not any air flow so it would get hot and humid without the shower being on. The bathroom door was slightly broken on the top corner so the door was really hard to open and close.

Location was not bad. Breakfast was decent Housekeeping never made our beds or brought new cleam towels

The tub didn’t drain properly and there was no one at the front desk when I was attempting to check out.

The price was very good. Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Property advertises as non smoking but on both of our nights people were smoking weed right outside the main entrance. So the lobby and entrance area reeked of marijuana as you entered the property.

We loved the breakfast and how spacious and clean was our room. The beds were super comfortable and soft. And the parking was free. The pool was completely off the hotel, not clean and the spot was uncomfortable because facing the road, so we didn’t enjoy it. Also, our bathroom was missing shampoo and shower gel.

Reserved and advance paid for a king room. At check in nothing was said but the room given was two doubles. One of the beds looked as though someone had been sitting on it.

Place was clean and lots of parking but you can tell they just painted and redecorated an old crappy motel. Our ac unit was old and rusty and the toilet wasnt flushing properly.

Room good close to lots restaurants

Hotel was clean You could tell it was an older hotel that was remodeled. Rooms were decent. Breakfast was ok. Family trip. We just stayed home be night drinking down to Tampa.

The room was on the 3rd floor but it the traffic noise was very disturbing.

Convenient place to stay in savannah.

The property is nice but the community microwave does not work for me.

Loud all night a lot of weed being smoked inside and outside. No water pressure. Lowest Hilton I have been in throughout the US.

I just need to get your attention. I booked this online the end of March. It was supposed to be for April 1. I did not. Get a refund if it didn’t work out. When I booked the room I got an email that it was for April 13. I needed it April 1. I spoke to a man at Expedia that same day. He said he couldn’t get a hold of anyone at your hotel and someone would email me in 24 to 78 hours and I never heard from anyone about this. I lost $100 because you changed the date of my arrival and I will never ever use you again or recommend you to anyone.

Fruit and cold cereal

Shower faucet was very loose. Hard to get steady temp. I let front desk know.

Breakfast was not exciting. Parking was good.

Having to go to the lobby to use the microwave is inconvenient but overall a nice place

stepped on a screw dropped my glass of diet coke all over the floor. told him what happened couldn't have cared less. Yet he asked my husband if his coffee was ok? Not sure i will stay in a spark hotel again

DON'T STAY HERE!!! We booked this hotel for 2 nights as the photos looked very nice. But, when we arrived the area was ugly and looked run down and definitely not a place we would want to be outside at night. The pool was in a corner of the ugly parking lot and the water was brown and filled with dirt. We went inside, and there was no one there. No staff, no one. We could walk right in, enter areas of the hotel and no one was in sight. Definitely not safe! We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to go to another hotel. We tried to get a refund due to severe misrepresentation of the hotel, but they declined. I would absolutely recommend everyone to STAY AWAY from this hotel!!!

Room was clean, Staff was great! Only thing is they need to revisit their breakfast choices. No hot breakfast, no meat or hot breakfast. But other then that my stay was pleasant!

The room was clean, staff was nice, noise was minimal, the only issue we had was our room key card or our door was finicky because it would take us swiping it multiple times before we could get the door to our room open. Other than that we had a great stay.

Apartment had a stale smell and there were cockroaches in the room. Would not stay here again.

Everything is very good！

Rooms were small, shower had dirt in the bottom of it. The comforter was very rough. Was given a number to text if we needed anything during our stay the next morning we asked for more towels because we were only given three. It took over an hour for them to finally bring the towels. The continental breakfast was a bagel muffin box cereal and boiled eggs. Definitely not impressed with that. And it was often quite noisy. You could hear people of you running around all night doors opening and closing all hours of the night.

Location is great as there is a lot in the area such as the mall. Cleanliness could’ve been better. The room was extremely dusty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in certain areas in quite some time but overall it was worth what we paid.

Floor was not cleaned

The only issue I had was my room was right next to the laundry/housekeeping area so I got woken up earlier than my alarm with not just the running of the machines but people standing outside my door and talking. Other than that, the hotel itself was great. The room was great. It was nice and clean and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, the hotel is very old and run down. Old ACs in the rooms make for a very loud experience. Showers are the same. We didn't like it at all and won't be back.

I broke out in hives either from the laundry soap or from the sheets being not washed right. The elevator made a noise everytime we used it. And the ac barely worked. Had it set at 60 at night and it felt like it was 70.

The room was very clean. Best hotel bed I have ever slept in. My only grip is the narrow selection for breakfast.

There is no coffee make or microwave in the room. The mini fridge was very loud. The breakfast is only bagels, cereal, and yogurt; Plus coffee. That caused us to have to go out to eat to get a decent breakfast.

This is an old hotel in desperate need of an update. It spelled like vomit in the hallway for two days. I did not see any sign of housekeeping. The breakfast is really a joke, bagels (limited choices), two types of small unrecognizable muffins, and cereal. The coffee was not hot. It trends seedy with a notice in the elevator to report if you are a victim of sex trafficking. Yikes!

However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. The selection was very limited, the boiled eggs were cold and overcooked (the green ring around the yolk indicates this), and there were no hot breakfast options. The coffee was not good, and improving the quality of coffee would not be very costly. Guests are paying for their stay, so more care should be given to breakfast quality. Additionally, the breakfast attendant kept the kitchen door half open and watched guests closely while they were serving themselves, which was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Please avoid doing this. Other than the breakfast experience, it was a nice, quiet, and clean hotel.

The rooms and the hotel overall were clean. However, the breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, and it gets overcrowded. If you’re traveling with family, I recommend going early so you can find space at one of the only two larger tables.

No hot food for breakfast. No egg, no sausage, no bacon, no pancake. Not coming back for this hotel.

The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the room. There were wrappers, dust bunnies, dirt under the bed, under the tables and nightstands. It was just cleaned superficially like the surfaces. The plastic cups for water in the room had been touched with soapy hands or had some cleaner on them. They foamed up as soon as I filled water in them. There were tiny little bugs around the sink. Staff was courteous and friendly

Everything is good for me. The good thing is that you can walk to the shops, restaurants and to the mall. The only thing I don't like about our bed is that it looks like the bedsheets weren't freshly washed because they smell like perfume left by the previous guest in the room. But everything is good close to my daughter soccer field for her game.We stay here 2 nights for her soccer tournament! My daughter want to stay here again!

It was an excellent stay! My only suggestion is to add scrambled eggs, sausage kinks or patties or vacon to breakfast.

Pros: Easy free parking. Clean enough and secure. Breakfast provided. The front desk and housekeeping staff are efficient and friendly. In room fridge. Elevator. Good a/c and plenty of towels and hot water. Cons: No coffee maker in room. Breakfast coffee downstairs is very weak and flavorless (all 5 mornings I was there). No hot food or fresh fruit except bananas for breakfast. Older property and it shows. Location could be any highway adjacent strip mall area in the nation. If you are here to take in historic Savannah sights, this is the wrong place unless you drive a considerable distance. Room furnishings are bare essentials of the IKEA type. This place will shelter you during your vacation but will not create any fond memories. Not sure this is worthy of the Hilton name.

Recently painted and carpted. But it is an old motel . You can put lipstick on a pig, but it is still a pig. Not up to Hilton brand.

Nice clean room with a good compact size refrigerator. Neat and well layout dining area for breakfast in a small area. 24/7 staffs is always available.

The upgrades to this property is nice; however I said in room 227, and the A/C unit was so loud that I barely got any sleep, it was awful. I did report it to the front desk employee, who informed me that the maintenance person was not there.

Checked in super late after leaving a different hotel and this spot was a huge relief. So clean and nice! Well lit parking, coffee area, nice breakfast, super kind staff, and easy to get to!

We loved everything

Property was clean and well priced. Breakfast was cereal, yogurt, bagels, boiled eggs, blueberry muffins, orange juice, fruit and coffee. Hilton has done a good job with a lower priced hotel option.

I felt safe. I had used another hotel and stayed 1 night. I did not feel safe at that hotel. I remembered that we had stayed at Spark before and decided to change hotels. I'm so thankful for the staff at Spark. This was our second time staying and we felt secure in our choice. Also, my father passed during my visit and the staff were very caring and compassionate. Thank you to them all. I would highly recommend this hotel. They offer breakfast which is a plus as well as the rooms are very clean and the parking is awesome!

The staff member than grew increasingly hostile, refused to move us to a secure room and then left. Later, he came back to our room, yelled at me and my husband that we were “making” him fix the door. He then replaced part of the door jam and again left without saying anything. We then packed our things and immediately left the hotel. Some advice for anyone interested in staying at this property: don’t.

I did have to call 9 times just to get a person on the day of check in, though.

The air on the room #206 was not functioning properly. We went downstairs to the desk and was told there was no other rooms available and no one to check it. We had to stay and sweated all night.

AC did not work properly. I spoke to person at desk the following morning prior to leaving for the day. No better when returned, but the gentleman at front desk that evening checked it out and ended up we had to move. Also when the cleaned room, never made or straightened out the bed. Also noisy from road traffic. Doubt would go back.

This place is a dump. It's a very old La Quinta that was renovated if you can call it that. I can't believe this is Hilton lol

Everything was very clean and neat.The staff was friendly and nice. Everyone was very attentive. Jessica, the lady who served the breakfast was super nice as well. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only thing I'd would "complain" about is that they serve the same thing for breakfast Everyday. Other than that 10/10.

Hotel was nice, will probably stay there again. Decent coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Only recommendation for the hotel would be for a more comfortable room chair.

Amid the commotion, I could hear a small barking dog. It’s worth noting that the hotel is pet-friendly, allowing guests to choose whether they want to stay on the same floor as pets. Personally, I would have preferred not to be on the same floor as animals. Unfortunately, management at the Spark dismissed my concerns, stating that my reservation was made through a third-party booking site and that the full payment for my stay was handled by them directly. Any billing issues or additional charges would need to be addressed with the third-party platform, as the hotel does not have access to those transactions. This lack of action reflects poorly on how the hotel is managed and their overall performance. Some form of refund is in order.

Just overall okay. It was loud in the rooms. There were not many people staying there, but yet the person they checked in before me at 10pm, assigned them to the room right next door to us with an adjoing door. I'm sure for sound we could have been put next to noone on either side of us die to low bookings that night.

I didn’t complete my stay at this hotel because once I went to check in I was told there would be a 50 incidental fee which I told the front desk clerk I was not told that when I booked the room and I asked them ti cancel my reservation.

Amazing place to stay.

Our room faced a busy street and you could hear cars passing by really loud. The windows and walls did little to muffle the sounds. Also that bathroom door had chips and probably should be replaced. Overall, I expected more from anything with the Hilton name on it.

The room I was in lacked hot water. Had a hair dryer that did not work. And tv that wouldn’t cut off unless you disconnected the power to the unit. Would not recommend this hotel.
