The location was great, easy walking access to most things in Savannah. Valet parking. Room was okay, nothing spectacular, definitely a one time stay. Hotel room door was extremely hard to open and close, mechanical issue. Not all riverview rooms have opening window/doors as in pics, call and request. Noise travels well, could hear everything all night.

The room was nice and the valet staff was awesome. Unfortunately they charged us $200 extra for something, never explained it. Better communication would have been nice explaining the extra charge.

On top of that at approximately 2:30 in the morning, a couple in a nearby room started arguing (after coming home from the bars I imagine) and continued to slam doors repeatedly and arguing until finally 3:52 AM I called security. After that things did quiet down. I realize that’s not the hotel’s fault, but it was just one more problem with the experience. I will never pay that kind of money for a hotel room in that area again. I’ve got that part figured out.

Housekeeping services were inconsistent. Some days- no coffee in the room or no cups to drink the coffee. One day we had no service at all. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Very good location room is a little small, really upset about the destination fee and all the other little packs you guys are charging ,you're premium hotel that charges premium prices for a premium location to have us have to accept a destination fee charge and what I consider excessive parking charges is ridiculous. Not a fan.

This hotel is in a great spot right next to the river in historic Savannah which I’m assuming is what justifies the price of the rooms, which are seriously average. Walking in to the room, it has the feel of a very cheap hotel with harsh spotlights and cheap tiles. The bathrooms need upgrading desperately and the room felt dark and cramped. There was a bottle of wine plus two bottles of water on arrival. I’d have gladly opened the wine, but there was no corkscrew in the room! The whole trip felt quite strange. Aside from check in (which was after midnight due to a flight delay), literally no one spoke to us at all. Not the restaurant staff as we were browsing the menu, not the people in reception… no one. At check out, we were standing around for ages while the slowest transaction ever took place in front of us with one lone employee. Finally a doorman came over to help us. I’ll stay elsewhere next time.

The room was a bit rough around the edges, eg, torn upholstery and drapes, broken and missing drape handles, dirty tile grout. The bathroom was dirty in the corners and wasn’t cleaned during our stay even though they changed the towels and made the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. However I did have some trouble getting text messages from the valet although another valet fixed that later.

Great location with view of river and walkable to all the sights you’d want to see in Savannah. The rooms were amazingly decorated with beautiful fabrics and materials. Staff were wonderful! And great rooftop bar to finish the night!

The hotel and the rooms were wonderful. The staff was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the rooftop bar. It had a great location with many restaurants and shops close by.

A nice hotel, but not quite worth the price. Rooms felt dark and dusty. Our first room had a door that did not shut all the way. Second room had two safes - neither worked. Bathrooms had areas that weren’t super clean. Entire hotel covered in a scaffolding. Would say for the price, probably makes sense to stay outside of the tourist area and avoid loud noises at night.

The stay was amazing. The staff was phenomenal. The manager decorated my room for my daughter's birthday, it was so nice and very special to my daughter. Vergelle and Cedric were absolutely amazing.

The room was beautiful, the service was great, very convenient and very close to everything you want to do in downtown. I would highly recommend, 5 out of 5.

Great hotel, right in the center of everything! Great restaurants and the hotel rooftop bar is the best in Savannah. Housekeeping was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable, staff was warm and welcoming

The room was comfortable however there was constant activity and noise in the corridor. Most times the corridor seemed to be used to store the housekeeping supplies which wasn’t favorable to us as guests. The bathroom door did not have a lock which wasn’t ideal, and the shower and restroom doors though frosted were quite transparent and the restroom door did not have a lock either. The downstairs restaurant seemed to have a wonderful menu but had a long wait time and couldn’t accommodate our family. And finally the location wouldn’t be ideal for anyone looking for a quiet evening given the loud vehicles constantly parading around outside.

Property was nice but pretty odd. The shower was very unpleasant (water pooling in the bottom, can’t turn on without getting cold water sprayed on you) but the hotel itself was nice. Area was fantastic, but probably won’t stay again. Felt like staying in a sultry pirate ship. The extremely dusty oyster chandelier above the bed will continue to haunt me.

Valet, Front Desk and all staff were extremely friendly and available.

Prescription meds were stolen from my room. I indicated I would file a police report. The hotel staff was dismissive from the beginning. They are still “looking into it.” Keep your Xanax locked up at this hotel.

Great vibe and setting right on the river, pay a little extra to have a riverfront room. Rooftop bar is excellent. Staff are very helpful.

Staff were very nice. We apppreciated nearby and walkable restaurants and shops, and the bed was comfortable.

A repeat trip everyone very professional

We knew the hotel is on the Riverfront where there is a lot of tourism, so we knew it might be loud. Fortunately, it wasn't too bad for noise. However, we did have quite a few problems with our room. The hotel room phone only worked sometimes. We found out on the last day that it only works if you have the light between the beds switched on, which is not something people would really think of. We ordered room service twice and both times there were issues. We ordered eggs and bacon which was served on a tray with NO cutlery, no condiments, no salt & pepper. We didn't want to wait another while to have that brought up, so we just ate with our hands (not ideal for eggs). We ordered diet coke with a glass of ice, but the glass of ice was not delivered. The door handle on the balcony door was loose and broke off when we went out on the balcony, meaning we couldn't secure our room. The staff were friendly, but I feel like there needs to be a little more attention to details. Also, the QR code for the room service menu did not work neither where it was listed on the hotel newsletter we picked up in the lobby NOR on the tv. We notified the hotel as it meant NO ONE could look up the room service menu, which in theory is losing the hotel food/bev sale business. It's located in a great spot, but don't think we would stay there again, though we always stay at Bohemians when we travel.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, the room was large. The light fixture above the bed was odd and interfered. The valet service was extremely slow.

The Bohemian is so tranquil and relaxing. The decor is stunning. The lobby is inviting and staff greet you with a smile. The staff are so knowledgeable and jovial. The rooms are so clean and fresh. I slept like a baby. The rooms are spacious.

A great place to stay in the center of action

This time we had a gruff and cold check-in experience. We felt as if we interrupted the staff member. I told her my story of last check in and told me We checked in on the only day that does not have a champagne welcome. The roof top bar has a great view but they are not experienced with making cocktails - which did not align with the price we were charged. The room, location and overall experience was good. Just not the service we hoped for.

Parking is difficult. Valet Parking was expensive

But this hotel does not have a peaceful atmosphere. Unfortunately, We were on the 7th floor, two below the rooftop bar, on a Saturday night. The DJ kept us up with the loud noises from the bar. We had tried to get some small bites from the rooftop restaurant and the food price just was not worth what you were getting. The food was bland and subpar. Rick and Skylar were great at the Coastal 15 bar. We recommend the bar downstairs, as the facilities are incredibly designed. The hotel scent is also excellent. Unfortunately, we will not return to this hotel. It was too noisy, and the food was not up to the advertised prices. In the future, we will return to The Thompson, which we had an outstanding experience before on Riverstreet.

Location awesome; overpriced though at over $550 for a so-so room. I thought the staff could have been more empathetic to our time-crunch situation. We had requested an earlier check in due to having to meet a social event off-site by 5:30...while the junior staff tried their best at the lobby check in, they were clearly overwhelmed by multiple guests checking in about the same time.

Beautiful property in a historic building. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Super easy to walk everywhere in tourist part of Savannah. Didn’t have the room we booked & the check in process was slow. It’s noisy so have a white noise app for the night. Would stay here again.

I liked everything about it. It’s got a great vibe and the staff are the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone was so amazing that it was a great experience. And it start when you arrive and are greeted by Cedric. He is a special person who went so far out of his way to make our stay what it was. We did have to switch rooms due to a problem with the door. No problem there .. very accommodating. It did not have a fridge but that was ok. We did have to ask for maid service and they came but did not replenish a few things … but I would not hesitate to go back or recommend this hotel .

It didn't come with a bathtub like the pictures for the room showed, this is the only hotel I've ever been at where we didn't have a mini fridge, there was dust on the bathroom lights, was charged an additional $80 after paying for the room, parking fee is expected but a $30 destination fee that I only get a voucher to use within the hotel isn't very cool when the room is already $450. I've went to Casa Monica a couple times, and for being $200 cheaper it definitely is a much better hotel, their AC also goes colder and it doesn't stop randomly in the middle of the night. Hotel room also doesn't have a ceiling fan like Casa Monica

The restaurant was terribly expensive. A steak was $43 a la carte. I got fries and a drink and the total was $75.

The property is uniquely decorated and is centrally located in the River area. The staff is what makes this hotel more than just another hotel. The pay attention to the details and are there to make your experience a great one.

Courteous staff and unique atmosphere

The hotel has some of the ugliest decor I have ever seen. Dark hallways with creepy art and bad lighting. Rooms looked like a cross between Boogie Nights and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Perfect location

If you choose to stay this hotel look at your billing closely before you leave. You'll get no customer service if you have issue with the billing after the fact. I looked at my billing after returning from the trip and there was an over billing situation. I tried calling and using the website contact messaging for the hotel several times. No help to resolve this from them at all. After I filled a grievance with my credit card company, the hotel actually charged my credit card several hundred more. That charge was reversed several days later. Stay at your own risk!

I can see how this would be a great place, but it is a bit dated. We were moved from one room when we first checked in Due to an issue with the room, the second room was nicer, but the bathtub did not work. Overall, the stay was great, but the establishment needs some work. The staff was fantastic and very attentive.

Beautiful rooms and the view of the river from our balcony was incredible. Clean rooms. My only recommendation is to have a little bigger refrigerator the room.

Hotel is in a great area of Savannah; safe and lots to do in walking distance right outside the hotel.

First time staying there. Great! Only concern is that the the music in the roof top bar was so LOUD that we turned around and got back on the elevator. Of course, we are both 74.😊

However, room service only showed up once during our stay and we were also surprised that despite being told it was a $50 valet fee, that it also included $30 'destination fee'. So just a heads up, $80 per day for parking--and that's if you don't tip! Would we stay here again? No. Can I recommend it? Maybe if you are a nightlife person that enjoys that seen. For us, it was a mediocre, expensive experience.

Our stay at the Bohemian was exceptional! Our room was gorgeous and very quiet. All of the sites in the Historic District were within walking distance. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful! The Bohemian provided outstanding service and hospitality!

Area around the hotel is a bit dirty. Rooms are very small and dated. We arrived at 6:00 pm and our room wasn’t ready. The staff was apologetic and accommodating. The service at the restaurant was very slow and poor service.

Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was great - offering champagne at check-in, holding doors for us, and suggesting places to visit. We used them to book our trolley tour. Also our hotel concierge told us to check out the market on Saturday morning and that was a perfect thing to do! We also loved their rooftop bar, as it was higher than most others and had a beautiful view of the Savannah River. We enjoyed watching the huge cargo ships come in from our table by the outside wall. We also had fun watching them from our room, which had a river view. Our main bartender got to know us because we had a drink up there most nights and when we ran into her at another place on our last full day, she came up to us and introduced her mom, who was with her! We want to come back to Savannah and will stay here again. We definitely recommend it!

This was out second stay at the Bohemian. The staff there is incredible! The location is perfect - right on the riverfront in the historic district. The restaurant and rooftop lounge were both great. The room was a bit small, but very comfortable with everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when we go to Savannah.

Was a nice hotel, great location with excellent customer service. But when you are paying extra for a River view you shouldn’t be paying the same price on the second floor with a roof and trucks coming in and taking away from the view as your friends who had higher floors with no obstructions.

This was an amazing experience. Everyone was customer service focused. From the champagne when we arrived, to the turndown service with chocolates and wine in the room. Hotel restaurants were top shelf. Everyone we met was friendly and focused on making our stay memorable and it was! Would absolutely stay here again!

First trip to Savannah was amazing because of this incredible team! George, Avery, and the entire valet staff made us feel welcomed at first entry. We arrived early and without hesitation they accomadated us and the room was amazing as was the hotel. Cleanliness was spot on and the surroundings were beautiful. Great location..We walked everywhere.

Overall excellent… But the doors to the balcony would not lock shut. Service at Rocks on the River inside was excellent. Service at Top of the Rock was slow and few non alcoholic options. Service outside of Rocks on the River in the evening was very slow.
