    We stayed here for one night due to my daughter was graduating and the convention center. The room was very clean and my mother enjoyed the bar. Only downfall was we didn’t have any info about restaurants around that would deliver after 10. Otherwise this was a enjoyable hotel to stay in and if ever In Savannah again will reserve again.

    The rooms are very dated and worn. We had to ask the staff to change rooms due to how dirty it was. We looked at 3 rooms before agreeing to stay and had them clean it again before we unpacked. I didn’t feel comfortable staying here with my 3 month old. Location was great though!

    I left my face wash and a necklace. I called to ask if the cleaning person turned it in. They said there was nothing tuned in. I called back and they said they would check with those working and I never heard back from them. I called back again and they said they couldn’t find anything. I will be contacting management.

    Upon arrival, staff was very unfriendly. We were told that there will be zero breakfast but to help ourselves to five dollars off towards a bar beverage. The lobby was odd and uncomfortable, as were the rooms....odd decor and odd set up. Zero ammenities...horrible valet service as well. And to make matters worse? They put mysterious charges on my credit card.

    the room could have been cleaned better. Carpet needed shampooing. Coffee pot was not working. Parking was awful and no place to unload luggage without paying 30.00 valet parking. Very difficult for a 72 year old woman to get access. This needs to be fixed immediately. The staff were accommodating and friendly but getting to them who were hard to find. I have bad knees and chasing around trying find someone was difficult.

    The location was great. Lots within walking distance! Our room wasn’t very clean. The floor was dirty and sticky. There was garbage behind the bed. The towels were also dirty and we had to call to get new ones multiple times. The staff also wasn’t very attentive and friendly.

    In general, a lot of lower class young people stayed there, felt unsafe at times. Staff were barely above average helpful. the door man and security were not professional. Air conditioner leaking water, I put a bucket underneath so it won't flood the floor. bed was good and comfortable, bathroom clean and updated

    To be honest, the room delivered the absolute minimum. If the general manager were visiting all the rooms once a month once every other month, they would notice how loud the air conditioner is. The mildew on the ceiling. The broken toilet paper holder and shower grip. It was reasonably clean and safe and a decent location.

    The location and the staff were PERFECT! However, it would've been nice if there was an update on construction/remodeling of the property. At least give people an "option" if they still want to stay there or not during that process. Also, update information regarding having a restaurant inside the hotel. There wasn't one in there anymore. Room was clean..just felt a little rushed thru. Also, there wasnt a microwave in the room and the refrigerator barely got cold.

Stayed here to be in walking distance to downtown. Since you have to pay for parking to stay here, next time I will stay at a newer/updated property further out and drive into one of the parking garages. Cheaper and get more amenities.

    We did not have an enjoyable stay. Our door didn't latch properly. We could push it open without using our key card so we were worried about our belongings the whole stay. The door to the laundry, does not allow residents to access (key cards didn't work) and we had the door close and lock on us. We had to stuff around trying to get someone to let us in so we could access our clothes. The toilet was very noisy, keeping the other one up at night each time it refilled after flushing and the most awful part is the bed was so soft, we both had sore backs and terrible sleep. Would not recommend.

    The air conditioner worked but the electrical was exposed, like the casing was missing. The wall had water damage that appeared to be painted over. The room itself was clean, but you could see damage to the walls and some poor repair work (caulking all over the door stop). It looks like they were doing alot of construction in the main lobby, it did not bother us much. The person working the front desk was friendly, but from a business standpoint I do not think she was the right choice. Several times she was sitting in the lobby on her phone. Valet was also very friendly, but sometimes nowhere to be found. It just did not seem like a professional environment. This is was my first time at this location, but second time booking Wyndham as a hotel. The experience was the same. I most likely will not book a Wyndham again.

    Room was filthy! There was an air freshener because the room smelled like rotten eggs randomly. Had to switch rooms at 2a, didn’t fall asleep until 4, construction started at 7a sharp. Wash cloths thick with bleach and tub was dirty. Do not stay here only one elevator worked and overnight staff Ebony was the only saving grace helpful and knowledgeable. Manager is not available to speak to and being at this hotel was a nightmare. Do not stay here unless you like the bare minimum.

    They’re in the middle of a remodel or something that I was unaware of when booking. I was unaware at the time of booking that they didn’t serve breakfast. They had me pre check in online to save time but still had to check in. I took my keys to the guy at the door to let him park my car and he told me the way it worked was that we can park our own if we were going to walk because it was cheaper… I’m aware of that but I didn’t want to be bothered with that when it’s a service offered that I was more than willing to pay. I will not be staying there again.

    This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is conveniently located to many places in Savannah to walk to. It’s a nice property. Staff is friendly and attentive. The beds however, need to be updated. They are not very comfortable at all. Pillows are nice but mattress are hard and creaky.

It was at best 3 stars. Location is good. Does not include self parking, although plenty of nearby street parking some of which are paid during daytime.

    Here for a quick getaway. Location OK...a little walking required to get to some touristy sites. Don't pay for parking..other options available. Unfortunately we had the pleasure of staying on the 5th floor with college kids in for the weekend. Not much sleep Saturday nite and when addressed to the staff...not much we can do about it...we tell them to be quiet. Next time will consider a boutique inn or bed and breakfast.

    Very average hotel in my opinion. There was a nice coffee shop a few blocks away and a parking garage next door and we were close to downtown. It was one of the least expensive hotels in the area of downtown. Check-in took way too long. Restrooms on main level by check-in were tapped off and closed. Valet parking was unorganized and a pain. You can park next door in the same parking garage for less money ($5 less). Took too long to get our car when we wanted to leave. In the morning when I was getting cleaned up, the light in the bathroom stopped working and I had to get ready in the dark. A repair was summoned but the issue was not repairable right away. Never had this happen to me and I was not very pleased. Very unacceptable, in my opinion. Not sure I can recommend this hotel with a clear mind for what we were charged.

    The location was on the edge of Old Savannah, but within walking distance to everything it had to offer. The area felt safe and there were no major issues. There was a $30 per day valet option and a parking garage across the street. We parker on the street and was ticketed once for Wrong Side parking on Thursday. The first floor bathrooms were under construction and there was no food service option being offered. There are two elevators for the whole hotel. The staff transfer their supplies and equipment on these elevators, thus creating a longer wait.

    There was a woman from Kenya, who was very nice and helpful behind the counter. On the other hand, there was an Indian woman who was apparently a manager who I found to be horrible. She would not allow us to cancel one of the nights and would not accommodate moving us away from a room that was occupied by people that were being overly loud all night.

    Be prepared to save some bucks and deal with a musty room care of the musty curtains part of which may or may not be partly off the track. You might also only have one working elevator accompanied by waits of anywhere from a a minute to who knows. Be sure to wear slippers in the room if you don’t want black feet soles in bed. If the sink or tub aren’t draining they may or may not be able to fix it. Otherwise, the bed is comfy, though possibly squeaky, and the sheets are lovely. Enjoy.

    Coffee maker didn’t work. TV remote control didn’t work. Staff has been notified but no replacement. Abbony said she would notify higher staff member. That was respond. She was giving gift bag with water to the customer she thought they deserved. She would spend time with some customer, when the other waited in line to ask simple question, more than 40 min. She wasn’t enough educated about amenities in Savana to help us to visit places. Bottles with lotion and conditioner in bathroom were stiff, couldn’t squeeze out. Otherwise the rest of our stay was good.

    it should be expected that a mid-price hotel would be lacking things like restaurant, a fitness/exercise area. But the general condition of the rooms shouldn't be poor; our bathroom had a toilet handle that was dangling, there was no stopper for the bathroom sink, and as a result even without one, the water easily backed up. the bathtub/shower enclosure seems to have been recaulked in areas by a 6 year old. Additionally, parking is via valet only, at $30/night. The room itself was acceptable and clean.

    Charged me for $30 dollars for valet parking when I didn’t even have a car during my stay. I called multiple times and was told the refund was processed. 2 weeks went by and it still wasnt processed so I called again and finally after that the date of the refund was today. They emailed me two weeks before my trip that the restaurant would be closed from the 16 of March on but when I got there they said we haven’t had breakfast for a year. They only had one kind of tea.     Over all this is a clean, friendly, quiet place to stay. Vallet is convenient but make sure you allow 20 minutes or more to retrieve your vehicle if you need it. Savannah is very walkable so I recommend that. The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. More details need to be taken around the baseboards, behind the bathroom door, floor by the sink etc. and the Keurig was kind of nasty. The fresh coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby was a nice touch. I'd like better tea than Lipton but that's just me. It's disappointing there is no longer breakfast offered but I knew this before booking and the staff makes it clear which is fantastic.so many great places nearby are great so go there for breakfast.

    The hotel is in a great location, but it's showing its age; don't expect anything fancy. One of the elevators was clearly not working correctly and caused a lot of anxiety among guests. Mentioned this to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the people at the front desk were not unpleasant, but they rarely acknowledged me when I walked through the lobby. In fact, many times they seemed to actively avoid eye contact.

    housekeeping need more training , They knocked on the door from 8 am sunday morning and did so three times. We had arrived at 2 am. The reception staff was very friendly. The location and parking in front were excellent. The cleaning was poor; I spilled some juice and even on the second day the same stain was still on the floor. They didn't change or add more soap and shampoo.

    The room was dirty and not maintained. The bulb in the lamp was broken and hanging on by wires, the towel hooks in the bathroom had fallen off. One was taped over with black electrical tape and the other left loosely propped, only to fall again. The room needed a good clean. The tile floor had spills that had never been mopped up and the headboard had stains right where a head would come to. The overall appearance of the hotel was unkept from the lobby, elevators, halls and rooms .

The room was updated and clean but we didn't have hot water any of the three mornings we stayed, many of the outlets didn't work, there were zero hooks in the bathroom for towels, and we could VERY clearly hear the guests in the adjoining room watching TV and snoring.     This is a beautiful hotel. I room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a great time here all the staff was super nice. The bar was a nice addition and the bartender made the best drinks. Our valet attendant Cleveland was the best. Very nice and friendly made us feel at home as soon as we pulled up. He acknowledged us whenever he seen us through out our stay. He even offered recommendations for places on the area to eat. You can’t beat him. We rode the downtowner this is a city funded uber so it’s free and met Melissa she was nice as well.     We were put in Room 415. The door would not lock, and the Elevator #1 would not let us access the 4th floor. Elevate #2 was fine. I had to go to 3rd floor and use the stairs. I couldn't let my 94 year old mother do the same- so I asked to get another room, which she did....but was not in the least bit apologetic. There was no food-- no restaurant, which is advertised as being open. Again, no apologies. The hotel itself is lovely-- needs some TLC. I would not stay here again, because it feels like no one really cares.

    The hotel does not have onsite parking however, we found a parking garage across the street. The price was great we paid 39 total for 4days. Check-in was very smooth no issues. On the day off arrival I used the bathroom toilet got clogged I picked up the phone to dial the front desk, the phone was not working. I used my cell phone and made the call the front desk agent came up and provided a plunger wow. The first morning I thought that I can make a cup of coffee opened the Keurig machine, did not close reported to the front desk that they would change, never happened. The hotel does not have regular cleaning of rooms. The did knock on my door and I asked for clean towels. Bathroom shower curtain was torn on the top, needs updating. If you get a room on the busy side you do hear cars. The hotel is a 3star, so I could not ask for much I do have to say location was good.

    Room was in ok shape. My issue was with the front desk. For whatever reason my debit card didnt work with the credit card machine. The front desk person wasn't any help. So I had to call my bank to see the issue. I was told there is no issue with my card or my account that it must be the machine at the hotel. The front desk person didn't buy that and didn't want to try to take my card information manually. After they finally agreed to it, they found my card worked just fine and they kind of gave me attitude for needing to type it in, instead of using the card machine. Not sure id go back.

    The hotel is convenient to the shuttle to the arena. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. It's about a 15-minute walk to the river or $6 Lyft ride. The room had a Keurig coffee maker with Folgers pods, and a fridge. The curtains were a little old and had bare spots and in general, the room could use a good thorough cleaning. However, the bed was clean. The front desk and housekeeping staff were nice and accommodating. For the price, the room should be cleaner and nicer.

    An average stay especially for the cost. Rooms need some maintenance and better cleaning. We found alot of random hairs and false lashes in the room. Simple swaps like new faucets and drains would help. Staff was nice but gave a little fuss about us not wanting to be on the ground floor with giants windows right along the sidewalk. I’ve stayed here before and feel like some upgrades may be due.

    Nice, friendly staff. The hotel is nice overall compared to others. The valet crew is remarkable especially Mr. Ricardo. The room was overall very nice and comfortable but the maintenance staff needs to be retrained or fired. We left our room at 8:30am and returned to freshen up at 3:30 before returning to tour. Although the towels were replaced and beds made it was obvious no one cleaned the bathroom floor or room floor. There was still visible debris on the floors (I have photos). I went to the desk to complain before we left and when we returned after dinner the room still had not been cleaned. This took some pleasure away from an enjoyable stay.

    Nice hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. Check-in was fast and easy. The hotel charges $30 for Valet parking but there is a public parking garage right across the alley for about half the price. The hotel location is outstanding and you can walk to all historical sites in the historical district easily. About a 4 minute walk is the tourist information center to start your journey. The room was modern and included a fridge, microwave and Keurig. I would stay here again.

    The room was dirty. The lamp next to the bed had brown burn marks on the lamp shade. There was black hair on the wall of the shower and one of the towels had black hair on it. Came back to our room after it had been cleaned for the day and found the bed not made, the sheets and cover were pulled up to the pillows, trash was emptied but bathroom trash can left in bathroom doorway. I would never stay here again.

    The bed is great, but thats about it. The shower drain was slow, leaving scum to accumulate every day, the shower was luke warm, and mold/mildew lined the tub and ceiling. Also suspicious spots on the wall. The A/C also made the room smell like a basement. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.     We chose this hotel for the price point and in the hopes it would be quieter as it is not on Bay St or River St. Unfortunately it was noisy every night we were there. It was also extremely dirty. The floors especially were disgusting. There was hair on the bathroom floor, my baby had black knees and feet after crawling around, etc. It was gross. Service left a lot to be desired. I was left waitong at the front desk and treated as an after thought instead of as a guest. The only parking is valet parking. They may or may not have enough parking spaces to accommodate you. You are required to send a text to request your car and if you did not receive an initial text, they will argue with you about retrieving your car. Honestly, I would stay somewhere a little bit more expensive or even outside the historic district and drive in and use public parking. The one and only plus about our stay was one of the valet employees. I don't recall his name, but he was wonderful.

    Although clearly updated there were a number of little things that were off. A/C in the first room cooled but was missing parts so was quite noisy. Second room smelled badly of mold. Third room was good. Bed was comfy and room was spacious. Some floor tiles in the lobby were cracked and missing small pieces which stood out. Staff was quick and willing to address issues and move us. Location was very good for the price. At the edge of the historic district. Quick walk to dining and shopping.

    I got 2 king size rooms. One room had a microwave and the other had no microwave. When asked about another microwave being put in the other me and my guest were told that king rooms don’t have microwaves only the rooms with 2 Queen beds and that I shouldn’t have a microwave and someone would be up to take it out of the room but I refused for it to be removed during my staff. The staff is very unprofessional and I will never go back. I also didn’t like the fact that my rooms were not cleaned properly.

    Comfort: great to have a Keurig, and thank you for replenishing the stock each morning but we needed stirrers. Also, bath towels were small. Larger body towels would have added a higher level of comfort. When towels were replaced, we did not receive a new floor towel. I noticed this only because I was bathing a toddler. Funny smell of “old” in the room. Likely just bc of climate and old building, but it was off-putting at first. We got used to it and it caused no allergy issues. It was not something that would keep us from returning.

    On the negative side, the coffee in the lobby was really weak (not that big of a deal but other guests we were in the elevator with had the same response). My biggest issue was the mattresses being very uncomfortable. It felt like either the mattress was very old or hadn’t been flipped in quite some time. I did not sleep well either night.

    Good location, but wasn't impressed by the offering or room. Had smart TV, but none of it was connected to internet, so I was not able to use the features or even cast to the TV which is common in almost all hotels I use. No water in the room, and AC unit on the wall was not active, only able to be controlled from the window unit. Sink did not drain either. Overall, not a bad stay but will be looking elsewhere for my next trip.

    The hotel is nice and clean, the staff were friendly. It is convenient and walkable to Riverstreet. There is a parking garage next door if you don’t want to valet your vehicle. Only complaint is the air conditioner in the room was obnoxiously loud and kept waking me up. Front desk lady said all the units are loud. She did get someone to check it but no success with making it quieter and they could not change my room because they were full. So I did not sleep well.

    The hotel needs a lot maintenance. Air not working, bathroom toilet running, need maintenance tub not draining, mold in the shower. All area's need a deep clean. No breakfast service.

    We booked this hotel due to uses needing to place our daughter at GSU and other were booked. There was black spots on the ceiling and in the bathroom what appears to be mold. Woke up in the morning and the refrigerator was leaking water. The beds were comfortable. We parked ourselves and paid $6 buckets instead of paying someone $30 to park our car.

    The property was clean and convenient to everything in the historic district. The room was pretty and spacious. We walked to a number of restaurants and all of our sightseeing tours. The only thing about Savannah was there was no free parking but right across the street was a parking garage that was very reasonable.

    Location was great. Found that it could have been a little cleaner. Lobby bathrooms were poorly lit and needed a good scrubbing. Reception waiting room was untidy aknd not kept up. There were noticible uncollected/undiposed of paper coffee cups on end tables and take our food containers on others. This could easily have been the on duty valet parking attendants lunch container too. Just wasnt an inviting or welcoming look for a weary travelers first impression. Outside of this, my room was well appointed and comfortable.

    There was some mold growth on the ceiling in our room. The ceiling was leaking. The bathroom need to be updated. You could tell it needs a good deep cleaning.

    The room service was awful. They “fixed” the beds where the sheets and comforter were hanging on the floor and pillows thrown any which way, mostly between the wall and the bed. On average, our room wasn’t serviced until nearly 5pm. It was a far from cozy/peaceful stay with kids terrorizing our room all night body slamming into our door and “ding dong ditching” during the later hours of the evening. I was very dissatisfied with our stay here, and would never stay at another Wyndham in Savannah again, nor do I recommend anyone stayed there either.

    I give it 4 out of 5 stars. The staff was very friendly!!! The cleanliness of the hotel room was below average. Eyelashes on the bathroom floor, mold in the tub, rusting on the bed features, dirty stained carpets, dirt along the floor boards. Besides that, it's the perfect location downtown Savannah.

    Check in with 3 PM however I had to wait for housekeeping. The noise was off the chart. There was a lot of clutter and garbage in the hallway area leading up to the room. They also advertise continental breakfast which they do not provide.

    Get there early afternoon and they actually already had a room for me which was very nice. I put my things away the lady at the front desk very very nice. Gave me a quick scenario of the trolley tours, the bike tours and to walk around and I chose the bus trolley car. And thanks to her. I got to see a lot more than I thought I would.

    Wonderful check in with ebony . Terrible experience with management. I checked in then left for dinner. When I returned my key didn’t work, it took over an hour while I waited in the lobby for a manager to come and let me in the room. When I asked for compensation they offered 29 dollars in water. I had driven 10 bites and was sick and his apology was weak. They told me I had to contact Expedia for compensation but Expedia wouldn’t send me to a representative. The toilet in the bathroom was dirty and the door was damaged. Other than ebony I had a bad experience

    This property was very convenient and walkable to many places in historic Savannah. The parking garage was right next door and much less expensive to park than valet. One thing that I did not like was the shower head had mold and mildew on it. You all really need to get those changed out. Other than that the staff was friendly and the stay was nice.

    We had such a great experience at this product! It’s close to everything downtown and we were able to hope right onto a trolley right around the block. The employees were super helpful and always friendly, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again!

    Excellent location with easy interstate and downtown access. Hotel is decently maintained. Front desk staff was polite and efficient. The "valet" service was so bad that I will pass on future stays here. It is a valet service that appears to be contracted by the hotel. My personal space was invaded repeatedly on multiple occasions to include touching me after I stepped back to put space between me and the attendant. If there was an on site parking option I would have chosen that but they only offer valet.

    I chose this hotel based on price and location. It was a bit of a walk to the touristy North Historic District but it’s doable. The hotel could use some updates and the beds were not great. If you can see past that then it’s worth saving some money to stay these couple extra blocks from downtown.

    Clean and fairly quiet. Some noise from hallway, but about the same as other hotels. Our double queen room had a kcup machine, which I did not see mentioned anywhere on the website. Room was clean. No carpet. Shower doesn't get very warm, but just warm enough. It was a tub-shower combo, which would be good for families with small children.Exhaust fan did not work at all, so the moisture had to dissipate once the door was open. My only complaint is that valet access to your vehicle is not 24hr. If you didn't bring another set of keys, and need something from your car after 11pm, you cannot access your car at all. The hotel staff do not have access to your keys. Requesting your car during regular hours is easy, and can be done remotely before coming down to the lobby. Was informed that tipping on app at checkout for car does not go to valet though, but goes to management who does not forward to valet, so ended up having to tip valet service twice, because that is just wrong to keep the tips.

    We have stayed here before and it was much better. Staff unfriendly except the parking guy he was great! Room wasn’t as clean as usual, sink and tub didn’t drain well at all. Fridge quite getting cold even though it ran and ruined things we had in it staff didn’t care we had things go bad. Just not what it was even last summer.
