Their rooms were very cute and neat. I love how it has a kitchen and everything that I need to use if I decide to prepare food in my room. I look at this room in property a 10 out of 10.

Stayed here while picking up my daughter from school. The place is great and I will stay here everytime i come down to visit. The rooms are great and the property is close to a lot of amenities. Also had the pleasure of conversating with the bartender one night, he was very friendly and made a great old fashion.

I was charged for the room, $50 incidental hold, $14 for parking and a random $84 charge that they have no clue why and haven't refunded it.

The staff was friendly, gracious and efficient. The hotel was lovely and perfect for an emergency weekend getaway while I had unplanned construction going on at my house. The hotel was kid and pet friendly -- I had my grandchildren and golden retriever puppy in tow.

Staff were very nice. Brian at the front desk was very friendly, Trenton at the bar was professional, and had made great drinks. The lady at the kitchen making breakfast was efficient and food was delicious. VERY dog friendly. Brian even gave her treats and a doggy bed for our stay.

Very nice accommodations for the price. The hotel was modern and clean, and the breakfast was an upgrade from the typical “breakfast included” hotels, also the fitness room was higher grade. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had also stayed at Element in Iowa City, it was very similar and I had a positive experience there as well. I’ll look to stay at Element hotels in the future.

The made to order breakfast was a great option; although it was super busy every morning, sometimes hard to find a seat. The other breakfast options were pretty standard (bagels, oatmeal etc). Overall hotel was clean and modern.

Love it here. My family had a great time and their customer service was up to par to our satisfaction. We had 2 rooms and a e got the best customer service overall.

The room was good, but since they don't accept "tap to pay" anymore, I couldn't use my card to check in (I hadn't brought the physical card). Then, they charged me $40 more than what the invoice from hotels.com said, and after calling five different times to understand why (and not getting a person on the phone or a call back), I ended up having to dispute the charge with the credit card company instead.

Booked a king and they have me two queens. The check in guy was rude about it and didn’t care. The room was clean but certainly nothing special. Plastic shower walls instead of tile and cheap furniture. It feels a lot like a holiday in express.

Please provide a trolley for hanging clothes. Our room was a VERY long way from the elevators and we had to make several trips to get all of our items to our room. Most nice hotels provide a trolley for hanging clothing so I was surprised to find there was none!

Everything was great! Our studio suite was perfect for our family of 3. Everything was close by. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice.

We really liked the layout of the room and it fit 5 of us comfortably. Unfortunately it had a smell like a veterinary clinic. Woke up in the middle of one night to a horrible smell that lingered in the outside hallway through the next morning and have no idea what it was. Also, when we checked in and asked if we could have a pet free room due to allergies, we were told that they don’t know which rooms have had pets in them and that it doesn’t really matter because they are deep cleaned after each use. Overall it was a good stay, breakfast was pretty good, and staff was friendly but, we most likely will not be staying there again.

Employees were very kind and helpful, the hotel was very nice , clean , they offer complementary tea , the breakfast was great, healthy options available fresh fruit ,Greek yogurt, omelettes , fruit juice , the pool was nice and open heated, the gym was big , the room was clean and the fridge, coffee maker , microwave and sink were a lot of help on the stay . Overall a very good experience staying there

Our stay here was great! The hotel is very clean, new and modern. The location is close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping, and a botanical garden. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really liked the complementary breakfast, tea and coffee bar. The extra sink and microwave was a nice extra.

during Christmas holidays, the breakfast was too crowded--everyone needs to wait in line for omelets done by one cooking lady.

The check in was awesome and the staff friendly. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that a number of outlets did not work. The front desk came up to reset the breaker which fixed it until we tried to plug our phones to charge and it tripped them again.

Clean room

Loved the location and surrounding restaurants. We stayed there because of its proximity to Zoolights. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was very strong. We really liked the filtered water in the rooms, microwave and refrigerator for leftovers and keeping drinks cold. We ate at Shio Ramen and the dinner was surprisingly inexpensive and both dishes we had were amazing. Complimentary breakfast bar was amazing at the hotel. We were placed on the third floor and there were blowers in the first hallway trying to dry out the carpets. Our room had a very strange odor, like some kind of cleaning solvent. We noticed it every time we walked into the room but our senses adjusted quickly. I'm not sure what that smell was, assumed it was some kind of cleaning solvent. It seems that we should have been told about whatever was going on with the floor.

Terrible customer service. No response.

The bdding line and towels are worn-out. It is a time to change.

The staff are really nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was pretty good. The gym and pool is really nice and the hotel is in a pretty good location.

We chose this hotel paying a little higher price specifically because of its really good ratings and seemed like it would offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and nicely laid out. The beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast was good. But the staff were a little misleading and not too helpful. We had problems with our television and were woken up by it for a couple nights in a row before we finally realized it needed to be unplugged and replaced. Our sleep was disturbed several times because it would turn on by itself at 3am. We’d turn it off and it’d come back on several times before it would stop. That was frustrating. When we asked for help from the front desk initially we were curtly told that we’d have to wait until the hotel’s electrical staff came in. They sent someone in the morning of last day of our stay. We had somewhere to be when the repairman came in. He promised he would have the TV replaced that day. When we came back that evening hoping to be able to watch a little TV before sleeping we found our TV was on and repeating the same hotel commercial over and over and we could not turn it off. We finally just unplugged the TV and slept. We left early the next morning. We called the management when we returned home and they kindly offered us a generous discount for our stay.

We really enjoyed the environmental awarenesses that the building supported - building materials, water filter, lighting, etc.. I enjoyed a delicious fresh omellette, selection of fresh breads and breakfast treats, hot coffee and teas, juices and more.

Very courteous staff, clean and comfortable room. Love the little kitchen we were able to cook nice meals. The only issue, which wasn't huge, is they do allow dogs and we were woken up a couple mornings by barking. Not a huge issue it was a muffled bark and we needed to get up. Plus the dog was cute.

The hotel was great. Only small issue is we had three guests, needing the use of the sofa bed and the room had no extra linen/blankets. I called the Front Desk but there was no answer, my husband had to go down to ask and dealt with the front desk staff who had a bit of an attitude and was well aware that we had tried calling and didn’t answer the call. Other than that we really liked location, room set up was great.

It rained while I was there.

Booked a double queen as i was staying with a girl friend on the trip and they gave us a single king. The first set of keys didnt work so we had to go get a second set. Waited for a second set because the guy wasnt at the front desk when we went down to get them and by the time we realized it was only one bed we were just too exhaused to switch rooms. It was just frustrating.

Centrally located, clean, bright, modern building, gym, pool No coffee shops around or espresso available at hotel. We were told that breakfast ended at 10 am but this was for the weekend and then my daughter ended up missing breakfast on Monday morning. Plenty of drip coffee in the lobby though!

Everything was great at the property. My card had a fraud charge against it and it was only used at the property. I had my card shut down because and ended up costing me money. No attempt to make things right for the inconvenience.

Clean room,friendly staff, and I was upgraded to a bigger room for some reason. If you want a suite it’s super nice with many amenities. Staff was very helpful when our car didn’t start and we had to wait for roadside. Will be back soon if I’m back in the area

Didn’t like that there was no breakfast on Sunday at 7am. The king room had the head of the bed near the door entrance so it was noisy while sleeping. The breakfast itself was amazing

First thing they do when you walk in they'll ask if you want a complementary parking pass. You're like oh thank you. I appreciate that then you see your bill and you got charged $14 for their complementary parking pass. There was also some $82 bogus Internet charge on our bill The positive about the places it's really clean. The staff is nice. They did address the issues but I did not get refunded for the parking only for the bogus charge in addition.

The room was spacious and well lit. I was very impressed by how quickly staffing got me checked in. Breakfast was just as good with different breakfast varieties such as oatmeal, toast, bagels , etc. I look forward to biking with them again.

Everything was so clean, bright and green (as in eco)! Everything in the room was luxurious and perfect. Staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast was modest, but of high quality. The offering of evening, wind-down herbal tea was a nice touch. I didn't have a chance to use the salt water pool which looked inviting. Location is good for business groups and a base for other activities around town.

Nice hotel located in the middle of a corporate park, which makes it convenient for business travelers. However, the area has limited dining options and very few places to unwind or explore after work. Most nearby restaurants offer food that’s below average in quality and overpriced for what you get. Beds are comfortable, room.is clean, and the staff is very friendly. You also getngood coffee in the morning and average breakfast.

Wonderful modern property. Stay here each time we are in the Phoenix area.

I only stayed for one night before leaving Phoenix but the location was perfect for me. Only 10 miles from the airport, clean, new and a couple restaurants right next to the hotel. Glad I ignored a couple negative reviews about the location. It was perfect for what I needed and I was very comfortable at the hotel and walking next door to restaurants.

My family and I spent a long weekend at the Element Scottsdale and the stay was great. Rooms are clean and spacious, plenty of parking spaces, breakfast is fresh and delicious but not a lot of options. The kids loved the pool, it's clean and feels private but smaller than it looks in the pictures. Overall it was great and we'd go there again.

The only down side, is the loud and busy street it is on. My room is on the corner with 2 large windows. It sounds like a drag strip/race track is outside of my windows. Does everyone in Scottsdale own a hot rod? From the sounds of it, I would say yes. Unreal. If you stay here asl for a room that does not face the street, maybe that will help??

I slept well, it was quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast ends at 9:30 we didn't make it down in time. But there is coffee and tea available in the lobby. This was the second over sight. The hot water dispenser was empty. But it was a holiday so understand and I'd book here a again.

Hotel was very clean and staff was hospitable. We asked for a quiet room and they worked hard to make it happen for us. The king suite room had a very useable layout, and the bedroom had a thick barn door to close which further muffled any hallway noise. The surrounding Skysong development was enjoyable to walk around, and the Fate Brewing Company across the street had great good!

Nice environment overall, but my bathroom sink was a bit clogged.

Great place to stay, very convenient area, a lot of business travelers and families. Very clean, modern decor, comfortable rooms, this hotel is our go to when visiting family in the area. We had trouble finding front desk staff for both check-in and check-out, but we were there on a holiday, and the bar & breakfast were still open. Added parking costs are a bit of a bummer, but there a few free spaces and some street parking if you luck into it.

The check in was less than stellar. The gentleman who checked me in was distracted. The greeting was minimal with minimal introduction and review of my stay. He charged me a second time for my prepaid stay. Thank you to Daniel who remedied the concern very quickly once I realized what had happened.

I had a wonderful stay at this Elements Scottsdale at SkySong! The property is beautiful, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight, however, was the breakfast—absolutely amazing! A great variety of delicious options to start the day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Scottsdale. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

South Scottsdale. I didn't feel confident walking in the area. Local dining was limited. No room service.

Weeks later another charge was attempted without notifying me. Luckily, the card had just expired. I received an alert from my bank that a purchase was attempted but declined. I got a “sorry about that, have a nice day.” I digressed

Property was very clean and seemed safe. My only complaint is the parking. Didn’t know where I could or couldn’t park.

The property looked great inside and out. The hotel was experiencing phone issues on that same day, but it was the whole property, from what I was told. I thought the sofa did have a pull-out, but it didn't. One of my guest decided to sleep on the floor due to that...and tried asking for extra blankets but was given the pre-packed bag of sheets. I did ask for a pull-out coct but the hotel said it did not carry any.
