I was so very impressed with how maintained and clean it was!!! Spent most of the time at the pool!!! Definitely would stay again!!!

This location is close to many of the places we wanted to see. Staff treated us like family. Wonderful and clea. Their breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We had a great 1 night stay. The mandatory valet parking was an inconvenience. The lobby was welcoming with friendly staff. The rooms were nicely cleaned. We enjoyed our time in the pool. Breakfast was great, we would stay again.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast had a number of choices, which contributed to a great start to the day. There is limited on-site parking due to construction nearby, but the Marriott has navigated that situation very effectively.

The parking was an absolute headache. The layout is cramped and frustrating, which is a stressful way to start and end every day. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. I found mold in the breakfast scones, which is completely unacceptable.

Cleaning crew had not done our room. I notified management but it was not until 3 pm that they sent someone to our room. We had to get ready for an event and had to refuse. Management thinks they did no wrong and did not care of their customer

The beds were probably the most comfortable beds my wife and I slept on in a hotel. Everything in the room was up to all standards. The breakfast was also exceptional for a complimentary breakfast! The food was prepared well. Our favorite was the Greek yogurt they had with all the toppings. The coffee was on point. The only drawback we had was that the room didn't seem to have ventilation. My wife and I came back from our day out and it seemed like the room filled up with stale, stuffy air very quickly. Until we turned on the A/C the air felt airy and better.

The staff was awesome! Having to use valet to park and retrieve your car was a little annoying but overall the valet staff was very nice and quick as well!

This felt like a very clean, high-quality and well maintained hotel. Check-in was incredibly quick; the room was spacious, well maintained, modern and clean; the breakfast was standard for this brand and the pool was very nice as well.

Average stay. Breakfast was good, shower floor should be cleaner, and towels were thin for this level property. The front staff were fine, but not overly friendly. During our 3 weeks traveling, most other hotels had really friendly staff that interacted with us every time we came and went. Overall, not bad. The construction around the hotel necessitated all cars be valet parked. I was not aware of this when I booked. We didn't enjoy this, but understood the need. The valets did a good job. We would rather drive and park our car ourselves.

The room was large and attractive. And good location but three big negatives for us. 1. Air conditioner was extremely loud. 2. Bathroom poorly designed with inability for use of toilet and anything else with privacy and bathroom not deep enough. 3. No sign in room that room would be cleaned only if requested to front desk. Small notice of that buried in other matters on paper posted in elevator.

Either way, I was very disappointed as I love the hotel and the fact it was next to the Biltmore mall. If you book here, beware this has happened to me twice now. So annoyed !

This is a really nice hotel. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The free breakfast is great with lots of options. The beds are really comfortable and the property is clean. You can hear everything happening in the hallway. Some guy was yelling and partying in the hallway at 3am.

The bed is too soft. I hope you will consider replacing it with something with more support. The toilet was not flushing well. I let the front desk know and it was fixed when I got back that evening. I wish it was ready when I got the room. However, I appreciate the responsiveness of the staff, they are very helpful.

The photos online made it seem like a pleasant hotel but I thought otherwise after checking in. We were headed into the room just to drop everyone off and immediately I noticed the room didn't even smell clean and there was a stain on the couch. After further inspection I went to the restroom and noticed the shower was very poorly cleaned and had pink gunk around the lining of the shower. The hotel personnel told me that the people who clean had gone for the day but he could show me a few other rooms. He allowed me to see other rooms and only 1 out of the three rooms I saw looked clean. After experiencing what our first room had I just figured if they didn't clean one room well they probably weren't cleaning the other rooms well either so we decided to stay elsewhere. Thankfully we were able to get our refund through expedia with no issues.

As always, the room was pretty clean and the amenities were great. When I initially reserved the room, I specifically asked for a room near the elevator because my husband has pain in his knee. The hotel did respond to my request through email and told me that they will accommodate my request. I think the measage got lost or something because they put us in the last room away from the elevator. My fault in not making sure when we checked in, reception apologized. Would have given an excellent if not for this. 😊

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was plentiful, good variety, a very nice eating area and good. The common area had TV’s which made a nice area to hang out in during the evening. The Valet team was excellent, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended hotel to stay. They handled our soccer team along with a few others graciously and were very welcoming, thank you.

The staff here is excellent. From Khobe and Idris to Garrett at the front desk, they were very helpful and accommodating as were all of the staff. We love Springhill Suites because the rooms are spacious. It will be great when the parking is sorted but the valet crew handled it very well indeed. Good location, too 5stars

Clean spacious quiet safe

I loved the room layout and how big the bathroom was. I also enjoyed doing my makeup in the bathroom because of the mirror and the great lighting. I also appreciated that not only was there a Bible in the side drawer but also the book of Mormon. The breakfast had many healthy options as well as almond milk. This was an added plus for me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was Scottsdale Rd on a Saturday night was very loud because my room faced that way. The traffic noise on Scottsdale Rd was the only negative for me.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Easy check-in & complimentary breakfast was a plus with kids. The room was clean and had the things you would need. A/C was perfect too! The only thing I would recommend to check under A/C unit for food/things. My kids found a few stuff under it… Overall, 9.5/10 for the whole stay!

Overall, the hotel was good. Price was good and staff was friendly and courteous. Our couch was not very clean. Had multiple stains on couch and the ottoman. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Makes you wonder about the rest of the cleaning.

The area wasn't great. I wouldn't want to walk anywhere, with all the "adult entertainment shops" in that area. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was nice. We were given a handicap room for some reason, which was a little odd with its oversized bathroom.

The hotel was awesome! Clean great options for breakfast. The area around it isn’t that great bc of the construction etc but it was 10 mins from everything we were doing so it was perfect. I would highly recommend we were a family of 5 (two toddlers)

The hotel is new about two years now but construction is still pending at the entrance so that is unsightly but overall the staff is accommodating, professional, and courteous. The stay was relaxing and close to our event which was perfect for us.

Only negative is that the parking is Vallet only. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as well

The check in process was smooth. My only two complaints are the parking valet fee because there is construction and not place to park unless you want to be in a dirt lot. Lastly, the pool does not have any sun after 2pm. The building next to it blocks it disappointed because that was the main reason for our stay. Room was clean and staff was helpful.

This hotel is the perfect distance from the airport and all areas of Scottsdale. We were immediately welcomed by staff and checking in was simple. Our room was very clean and had a lot of updated features which I liked! My husband thought the breakfast was good and overall the property was clean and staff were friendly!

The accommodations were amazing. Friendly staff and a comfortable room. This hotel was a surprising gem on Scottsdale road. Walkable distance to several eateries and out of some of the hustle and bustle of old town. Will definitely be returning.

I LOVE Marriot's Bonvoy line. I really want to love the Springhills Suites but this is the second time I've stayed at one and the beds are way too soft. The first time they were brand new but like a taco. Had I been there more than one night I would have left or changed rooms as it really hurt my back. This time, I had 2 beds and still found myself stuffed into the firmest corner of one of the beds, using pillows to keep myself from sinking toward the center of the bed. The beds were new and still had tags on them! They're just too soft if you have any back issues.

Clean perfect for families

Property is gorgeous. Room was perfect. We were driving across country and the car was packed with our Christmas gifts. When we arrived we were told it was only mandatory valet that we had to pay for and that was a bit uncomfy and inconvenient. There should be another option for those who do not want the valet service. Otherwise- great stay.

Our room at Spring Hill Suites Scottsdale was perfect! We are passing through from California back home to Missouri and our room was just what we needed. Breakfast was good, pretty standard complementary breakfast. We’d stay here again.
