The room was very clean, and the staff managed to get us in several hours early. This was greatly appreciated, as we had returned from a cruise in the morning. We were able to grab a bite from their breakfast buffet, and some fresh coffee. Everyone was very helpful, and the shuttle was a great amenity. Never having been to Seattle, I was somewhat worried about getting to the cruise ship, and the airport after returning from Alaska. The staff and service made our lives much easier than expected. Thank you!

This is an up to date property, attractive and clean. The location is very close to SeaTac. The staff was great!! The shuttle service is efficient and excellent, drivers very helpful. They have a small market with snacks, microwaveable meals, and beverages; and there are restaurants which deliver to the hotel. Coffee is always on! For early flights they have grab and go items for breakfast. We were very pleased with the rooms and bedding. We will stay here again!

Comfortable and clean When I arrived at airport, I called the property as instructed and went to the pickup spot. What they did not tell me was that there are TWO Hampton Inns with different shuttles. I got on the first one that arrived only to find out at the property that it was the wrong place. I had to wait another half hour for the shuttle to the correct place. The staff was somewhat dismissive saying that this happens often. There was another couple who also was directed to the wrong property. The person I spoke to on the phone AND the van driver said nothing about this

They went out of their way to get us a shuttle to the airport at 4:30 am and had snacks ready for us that early before leaving. Gave us excellent service to get dinner close by delivered to our room and complimentary shuttle from the ship. We will recommend this again! Hot water was screwy.

I loved how clean this hotel was, the friendly staff, and the breakfast! I am very OCD about germs, because I am a mom of 3 young children who like to touch everything, and I wiped down the room with lysol when we arrived and there was no dirt on the wipes which says a lot. The linen was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was helpful and friendly each time I asked questions or requested something, and the my kids loved the breakfast! Everything was great!

Maria and TT were both excellent at the front desk. They were so helpful giving us information on the free airport shuttle that runs every half hour. Our studio with 2 Queen beds was very spacious and so was the bathroom! Just loved it and their very comfy bed and pillows! 10 out of 10 stars for us!

The facility was outstanding as Hampton Inn and Suites are always good. For a single traveler waiting one night for an airline the next morning, the price was a little high.

When given a mobility accessible room, we found this hotel is not meant for power wheelchair users, especially if they use lifts for transfers. The beds are blocked underneath and their is barely room to move about or park the wheelchair for charging. They need someone who understands the needs of wheelchair users to better design their rooms. In addition, there was not enough room for people to sit and eat breakfast in the morning.

This was such a clean, quiet and comfortable airport hotel. The rooms are large & have two chairs you can sit in! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect, down-like & squishable. This is important because there aren't any markets around this airport area. You can bring foodl

If you advertise an airport shuttle, you need to deliver. Or don't have one. But the fact that you do offer it obligates you to make it reliable. For example, if we rely on an advertized 5:30 am shuttle, you damn well better provide one. If the van is too small, get another one or increase the frequency. Many customers showed up to make that shuttle only to be turned away because the van filled up so quickly. Then it returned and was immediately almost full again but the driver said he was not allowed to depart before 6:00 so a 95 percent van full of people had to wait on the van for nearly 20 minutes.

Was under my husband's name not mine so had to call and have him say it was ok. Need to get this changed thru expedia. Breakfast was not really restocked when I went down at 8:45

All of our needs were met and the shuttle was convenient. The building is very basic which I suppose I can expect from an airport hotel.

Check in was a breeze. Staff was wonderful, enjoyed the free shuttle from the airport, and the limousine service to the cruise port was extremely reasonable.

Nice rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast made our day. Shuttle pick up and drop off was excellent, although no one picked up our call when we rang for the shuttle. Luckily we saw and waved the right shuttle bus down.

There were a number of great features. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the shuttle service was a great benefit. My only complaint is that one of the drivers frequently seemed impatient or frustrated with riders. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

Everything about this stay was first class. From the friendly check in to the comfort of the room. The walk in shower had great pressure, the breakfast was delicious and this is the quietest hotel we have stayed in close to the airport. Oh, and free parking is in an underground garage. This will now be the hotel we stay in when traveling at SeaTac.

What a nice, modern hotel with clean, comfy beds and a spacious layout. My husband’s favorite part was the large shower with great multiple massage settings shower head. The proximity to SeaTac Airport was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again when flying into or out of Seattle.

Rooms are not cleaned every day and when they did come they didn’t replenish everything.

At around 1:30 am there was a power failure. There was apparently backup power for the hallways, but not the rooms. The failure lasted about 3 hours, during which we were unable to sleep without power for medical equipment. In the morning, the desk could not/did not offer any type of credit or compensation because the failure wasn't their fault.

Loved having the airport shuttle and arranging a shuttle to take us to the pier, one of the better breakfasts.

From the moment of check-in, when we received a bottle of water each, the great coffee bar setup, and the shuttle we were able to take to a local restaurant for dinner, the ‘little things’ made our stay special. We had an accessible room, which was ready before check-in time at no additional cost, and served our needs well. The only thing I would add that would have made our stay easier, would be a ‘ speaker ‘ button on the phone, because we had an hour and half wait, ‘on hold’ with our Airline trying to rearrange flights after hours was cancelled back to Canada. The breakfast area was lovely, and well stocked, but with an early flight we were not able to enjoy everything offered, just grabbing a piece of fruit, and a yogurt to go. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stay in Seattle.

This property is amazing! Very clean. Appears to be new furniture, fixtures and flooring. I would say it is an upscale Hampton Inn. All staff are friendly to guests and each other. I would stay here again.

Did not stay for breakfast but it smelled delicious. My room was so comfy, the pillow was great. All and all “perfect” I will see you next time.

Best to have daily housekeeping option. The xhexk in staff told us wrong about parking charges. Not enough hanging bars in the bathroom area. Not enough storage and drawers in the room

Good room. Super comfortable bed. Great shower pressure. Fan on bathroom stayed on (no switch) so a little noisy. Tv channels seem limited. Breakfast was okay. Rotated some items each day. Would’ve liked more pastry options.

First the bad: room was 79 degrees when I entered and wouldn't cool down. I had to call maintenance to fix. Also I don't think I should have to pay for parking ($21 for overnight). There was no way to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and turn on the bathroom light without waking my husband. Switch that controls the toilet/shower area also controls the sink area, and there is no door from the bedroom to the sink area--poor design. And speaking of design, the hallway carpet and room valances are hideous. Hot water urn at breakfast presented lukewarm water. Now the good: great mattress and pillows, spacious room.

Check in was fantastic. The staff was very nice and informative about everything. I left without any question and was able to park in the garage without issue. The room was standard on what you would expect from any other Hampton Inn. Clean and enough room for three of us comfortably. Bed was comfortable and plush pillows. Breakfast had a decent selection of everything even though it was pretty busy. Tables we cleaned almost immediately after other travelers finished eating. Slept well and close enough to a gas station and the airport to scoot out quickly in the morning.

Great stay before flight. Used the extended parking and shuttle to the airport. That worked fine but coming back on shuttle, the driver didn’t get out of his seat and we had to put our luggage in the shuttle ourselves. First time a driver failed to at least ask if we needed help let alone not grab our luggage for us. When we arrived back to hotel we let the front desk know.

It’s good, but the shuttle takes a while after you call, it seems that even if you call they wait until they have the schedule run to actually pick people up.

The Shuttle was great, to and from airport, and to local restaurant for dinner.

Everything was wonderful about our stay here, with one exception: We stayed for two nights, and there was no maid service after the first night. Of course, the hotel is perfectly free to have this as their policy, but they should have told us at check-in, that they would only provide maid service after the first night upon request.

Needed a one night stay to catch a flight. Loved my experience. Had essentials like toothpaste and toothbrush on hand.

Hotel and our room was great. The only negative was that our flight was at 6 AM and they don’t start serving breakfast until 6 AM so we did not get to have breakfast.

The man working the evening we checked in was so rude and unapologetic. He never apologized for the inconvenience of having to call 3 times for the shuttle & waiting 40 minutes for a half mile ride. At check in, he never mentioned that then took my reserved room from me and were giving me a downgrade because then over booked the studio king. Again, unapologetic. My experience with him & not getting the room I paid for has made my stay at Hampton In & Suites Seattle airport unpleasant.

The Hampton is an excellent choice for a no-frills airport stay. It's modern and spotlessly well cleaned and maintained. The bed is comfortable, the room temperature easy to control and our room was perfectly quiet. Breakfast options included hot cereal, sausage and eggs. Importantly, the airport shuttle service operates precisely to the posted schedule.

This facility was highly rated, but in my view is only average. It is clean and in good repair. But the location under the light rail is poor. Overall appointments and decor are are very plain and uncomfortable looking.

The room was spacious and spotless, well stocked with towels and toiletries, coffee and cups. Staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Painless check in and check out. Efficient shuttle service to/from airport.

a literally a breath of fresh air.She’s hospitality in motion,she’s knowledgeable about the area,kind,professional & went above & beyond to make sure our 1st visit into Sea-Tac was a good one.I shared this with (2) other front desk persons (1) was a manager & another was a rep,I also filled out (2) surveys sharing this experience.In this day & age where it’s easier/more popular to complain rather than to compliment it would seem like this type of excellent customer service & hospitality should be celebrated as the standard not overlooked. We enjoyed the Sea-Tac & Seattle area but we adored Cameron.We wish her all the best,she’s a keeper & will go far in life because her attitude is simply amazing.

Nowhere on the description does it state that parking is $15 per night ON TOP OF the room rate. I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years, and parking has always been free for the nights you are a guest. Hotels.com needs to get updated information for this situation.

Shuttle picked me up (runs every 30 minutes) and it was less than 15 to the hotel from the airport. Checked in quickly and had a decent sleep. Breakfast was fine. Shuttle back was on time and reliable.

Hampton Inn Seattle Airport/28th St was accommodating and comfortable for our family college visit. They had an excellent array of breakfast options, cozy beds and quiet hallways. The front desk staff was beyond helpful in helping us with a checkout transaction. We will stay here again!

Great breakfast and nice room, but there was some confusion about the parking. Hotels.com said the parking was free but we were charged $21 per night. Not cool.

The airport shuttle was fine. The directions to it were very clear if you call their contact number. One shuttle comes every 30 minutes. You may have to wait, and if you cannot wait, you can always call an Uber. If you have sensitive skin, I recommend taking your own shampoo and soap because the hotel shampoo and soap were particularly harsh. The shower is lovely though, and the room was clean, updated and tidy. No weird smells, no noisy air units. Good quality room. I felt safe.

We ended our Alaskan cruise at 7 am in Seattle. I had resèved a room at the Hampton inn & Suites because our flight home wasn't until the next day. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am, really tired. We were very fortunate to be able to check in early and rest. It was fantastic. We were so grateful.

We arrived extremely late at this hotel, the receptionist was so helpful with our pickup from the airport. They even guided with how to get to the sea port to board our cruise. Breakfast was 10/10 and cateered to someone like me who does eat pork.

It's ok but won't be staying there again because of the 15 dollar parking and no food

Microwave in rooms too small. We cooked popcorn and the bag got stuck. Would not rotate. So it burned and smelled bad in our room and hallway. They need larger microwaves.

This was a perfect place to stay prior to our cruise. Free transport from the airport and an arranged pay for shuttle to the cruise port. Made it simple and easy. Hotel was clean and maintained.

The room is immaculate very clean spacious. The bed sheets and towels smells clean. The staff are so amazing. Mr Pule was very helpful and asked me if I can not bring down the the luggage pushcart he will do it for me I told him that I was so tired from a long flight so he did. He went beyond of his job. Someone like needs to be recognized.

Worst hotel experience I ever had

I liked our room and cleanliness. One staff member at the front desk gave off the impression that she did not want to be there. When asked a question, she gave a blunt monotone answer.

Excellent hotel — they allowed me to check in early since I had just come off my cruise at 8:15 AM, and they let me check in at 11:00 AM. Excellent location, excellent cleanliness, excellent everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, as it was cold and there wasn’t much variety. But everything else about the hotel was excellent — I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient overnight stay to catch a very early flight. The shuttle was right on time and quickly got us to the airport with plenty of time to check our bags and get through security before heading to our flight. Convenient options for dining and breakfast is served starting at 5 AM! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent customer service, Front Desk staff-Laura and Driver were very helpful. Shuttle available from airport to the hotel on time. Secondly, shuttle took us to nearby restaurant and picked us back to hotel for free. Transportation was arranged to drop us at sea port to embark on our cruise. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay the night after a late arrival or early departure. Not too loud. Very conveniently located. Used to have free overnight parking, but not anymore, so plan your rental car pickup accordingly.
