Airport shuttle. Thats all I have to say if you get my drift….
- 1/5
Elevator was broken room had hair mopped into corners everywhere staff was absent for 15 minutes when trying to check in could not find where they were lobby reeked of weed shall I go on avoid This property
- 4/5
The room was quiet. The elevator was broken so I had to carry my suitcase up and down the stairs. Nothing very healthy offered at breakfast.
- 1/5
Flight cancelled, never made it would not refund me even though it was out of my control
- 3/5
Elevator didn’t work. Old rooms
- 3/5
Staff are helpful.
- 4/5
Danna was very helpful with storing our luggage snd travel tips for Seattle. The bus pickup from the airport and to light rail was amazing. Breakfast was marginal. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
I never stayed couldn't tell u
- 5/5
Just love my stay! I felt very comfortable and house keeper were the best at maintaining the room!
- 3/5
Airport shuttle runs every half hour; you need to call for pickup. Shuttle drops you off/picks you up in the garage, which requires more walking than I was comfortable with (about 2 blocks).
- 1/5
The only pro is that the location is near an airport. The bathrooms are very small and do not have good ventilation, so black mold is present but painted over. The elevator was broken so lugging luggage was a task. My concern was the elderly patrons really had the most issues. There was issues with our cards for door entry for every day of the 5 days we stayed. So every time we get to our door we had to climb back down to get them fixed. Noise is loud. You hear every movement in the floor above.
- 3/5
They allowed me to store my bags to sight see today. When I returned the lobby was just full with people. Your hotel is in desperate need of a new elevator and a remodel, and today an employee had to cover into second shift after working all night...she was still there when I left the luggage. These shuttle drivers are not adequate help for the front desk. A customer in front of me checking in was angry because she request 2 beds and got one, asked for a rollaway. Front desk asked this same shuttle driver to bring the roll away bag, and he banged it going down all the stairs. These people need to be set up for success, and based on all of these issues, you are lucky to have any employees working at this ran down mediocre hotel. Other than that. We appreciated holding out luggage.
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was great. Room was okay, met basic expectation. No restaurants near by. No area to walk to. Didn’t appear safe. All the local restaurants should build up the spaces between them.
- 4/5
Staff members are friendly
- 3/5
Desk agent was obviously new and did not provide the correct number to airport shuttle. Elevator was broken so had to carry bags up the stairs. Otherwise it was okay for a place to rest before and early morning departure from SEA.
- 5/5
Liked the fact that I could control how warm or cool the room was. Comfortable bed
- 2/5
Generally disappointing.
- 1/5
I would give a 0 star if I could, there were black bugs in my room so I complained and they said it was sugar ants which I didn't believe, so the guy at the front changed my room but while giving me the key he asked me if we can stay in touch , I said why he said be special friends I said I'm married I literally just checked in with my husband
- 4/5
The personal was so helpful and amazingly kind!! Thank you!
- 5/5
Front desk was amazing and helpful we had a great experience.
- 5/5
Very clean. Stored out luggage as we toured Seattle after a cruise. Shuttle took us at 3 am to the airport.
- 5/5
The shuttle service was great. Not only did they take and pickup from airport, they also transported us to and from a restaurant
- 1/5
The hotel room smelled terrible and the overall hotel had a creep vibe. We didn’t end up staying and got another room somewhere else. Don’t recommend.
- 2/5
Very poor breakfast. Aged facilities.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay here. The newly refurbished rooms look great and feel super fresh. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent, and a free 24-hour airport shuttle was a massive bonus.
- 2/5
The location was convenient for rest before a long flight. The shuttle service to the airport was convenient. The shuttle driver was not friendly I’d go as far as to say that he was rude. When I said hello he just looked at me. He never said a word. He just dropped us off without offering any information about the airport. Having never been to SeaTac it felt overwhelming. The room had an odd smell. It wasn’t offensive but uncomfortable.
- 1.5/5
The only positive is that it it very close to the airport. I called the hotel when I got to the shuttle stop at the airport, they said the shuttle was on the way and I should wait around 10 minutes. I had to call two more times and wait for almost 40 minutes. On the way back to the airport, the shuttle driver was very rude. Huge check in line with only one clerk. Only one elevator and small, there was a line waiting, I had to wait for three trips before I could get it. Breakfast barely had anything and there were no sitting available. Smell in the room was pretty strong.
- 3.5/5
I liked the quietness, the coffee maker and small fridge in the room. It was clean and neat. The lighting was too dark, especially the vanity mirror as it wasn't very bright. I used my own small compact mirror and used the bathroom lighting to apply my makeup.
- 4/5
The staff was very kind.
- 4/5
Could use a little TLC. Fixtures are dated but all worked well. Threshold between bathroom and room was loose (needed a few more screws to hold it down)
- 4.5/5
Excellent Very good
- 1.5/5
Free pick up service to airport They have not provided Body wash.
- 3/5
Water in the shower, could’ve been warmer. It was slightly warm, not hot and this was at four in the morning.
- 4/5
good
- 3.5/5
Ants in the room
- 3/5
Location to airport. Beds were comfortable & clean. Experience with onsite shuttle driver was so poor. Driver did not load luggage. Drove too fast around off ramp that guest in front of us slide off her seat.
- 0.5/5
Very bad front desk personnel. Unprofessional and ride behavior. During check in the front desk person looks like drunk. He swiped my credit card twice. Charged two times. System had one room number but gave gave for different room number keys. I stayed for two nights. On second mid night without calling on phone some one was trying to enter room and asking to vacate room. Luckily I had latched. I was about to call 911 for protection. But restrained. In the morning when I asked front desk the lady said that I was not in their system and didn't know what to do. Veery very bad behavior and un trained. Never ever stay in this property anymore. Front desk personnel.
- 2/5
No towels or pillow cases in the room
- 5/5
Nice
- 2.5/5
The front desk was amazing went above and beyond. The breakfast was adequate. My problem is with the airport shuttle, i have mobility issues and asked to be dropped at the westjet gate - he said i had to get out at Alaska - and i missed my flight because i had so much trouble navigating the airport - i needed a wgeel chair but no one would provide one since i had to ask at westjet gaye - so because he would not drop me whete i needed to be i missed my flight and incuurred extra expenses. This is why i would never recommend your property. The shuttle driiver see above
- 3.5/5
Not enough breakfast options. Parking was a little sketchy.
- 0.5/5
Shuttle service was good Poor staffing, and timely room readiness, noise level of location
- 3/5
1st front desk person was eager to finish day so she seemed very unwilling to help but everyone else was nice. There was a cracked window which not a big deal for me since it was obvious it'd been there awhile but doesn't give the best first impression. Everything else was fine. Had to leave too early to take advantage of breakfast but a 3am shuttle was definitely helpful.
- 3/5
When we arrived at the hotel, Brogan seemed very off, like he was high; he forgot to give the driver’s license to the guest ahead of us and we needed to keep reminding him him to give us our credit card and the paperwork we needed to sign. Other than that, the hotel was ok for a night, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
Bed bugs after the night stay
- 3.5/5
Fine. Expected. Open longer. Maybe breakfast sandwiches. Something with protein.
- 3.5/5
Easy airport access Asked for extra towels and the front desk lady said she would send up the shuttle driver with them and I never got my towels! Rude, lazy employee!
- 5/5
Appreciated being able to take the hotel’s shuttle at 3:30 am to SeaTac for my 5:30 am flight.
- 4.5/5
No comment
- 5/5
Excellent in communication before we arrived
- 1.5/5
Location is good Not clean found blood stain on the bedsheet, facilities too old scary elevation, nothing for breakfast only beard and cereal
- 2/5
Outdated facilities. It was one of the worst Days Inn hotels that I've stayed in
- 1/5
Friendly front desk clerk Cleanliness, needs updating, free shuttle took an hour, free breakfast consisted of toast, oatmeal, oranges, yogurt and tiny mini muffins.
- 4/5
Staff are courteous
- 5/5
Friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable beds Older property, but very clean. Breakfast options limited.
- 4/5
It was good for me.
- 3/5
Unfortunately, although somewhat clean, it was outdated, and our room had a huge gap around the door frame so big you could actually see the hallway outside. I did not mention it to staff since it was a 1 night stay for a cruise, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. The "continental breakfast" was the worst I've seen. Cereal, oatmeal packages to prepare, oranges, small mini muffins, and coffee. We walked to the nearby Denny's. We will not be staying here again, although the staff were very kind.
- 1/5
The room is little bit old and smelly.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
I was being cheap in selecting this hotel. This hotel needs to be updated. The sink by the door didn’t work. Next time I’ll pay a little more for a better hotel.
- 4/5
Staff are very nice and professional. They were pleasant to deal with. The free shuttle was free convenient and readily available. The room seemed clean and the bedding was fresh. The downsides, the heater/ac was not working. The I was checking in, the police were there on a call. As I approached my room I was checking into, the police were there in front of my door. Apparently, the room across from me had the door open and more cops inside the room. I could hear a woman crying and the cops asking questions. I just quickly bolted into my room. Overall, for the price I was good with it. The WiFi was only free if you registered for there rewards program and the “free breakfast” was just bread/toast, yogurt, 2 types of cereal, coffee or juice, and oranges. It was enough to keep the morning hunger pangs away but hardly what I call breakfast.
- 4/5
We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
- 4/5
Convenient to airport
- 4/5
Very loud around the hotel, only complaint
- 4/5
Free breakfasts food was not good
- 5/5
Room was amazing, clean and quiet
- 4/5
clean room and bathroom. breakfast was just okayish
- 4/5
Yes. Just had a problem with noise so they switched our room.
- 5/5
The room was clean and nicely decorated. Parking was handy. We'd stay again.
- 5/5
Excellent Services
- 3/5
The bathrooms could be updated

Clean room, bathroom, and linens. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Pleasant and responsive staff. 24/7 shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes which makes travel easy; the shuttle drivers help with luggage and drive safely.
- 4/5
Very Good
- 4/5
Clean and safe
- 2/5
The walls are too thin. We could hear noises from other rooms
- 2/5
Ok stay. Horrible continental breakfast.
- 3/5
If you want to catch early filghts and need a value-for-money sleep stay, this will be a choice. There is a 7-11 store nearby.
- 3/5
Not much amenities, basic room and facilities
- 5/5
The place is very close to the airport, and it’s nice and clean. They have a shuttle every 30 minutes going to the airport, which is very convenient. Just don’t expect too much from the free breakfast.
- 3/5
The breakfast wasn't really breakfast. Toast and coffee, yogurt and oranges
- 3/5
*
- 3/5
Pros: The clerks were nice. The room was cheap. I only stayed for one night and it's within a mile of the rental car return at SEA/TAC.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Just ok for an overnight stay.
- 5/5
Very cool
- 5/5
We just stayed overnight to be closer to the airport but it was a decent place to stay especially for the price. It is an older building but was kept clean and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Clean. Good location.
- 3/5
Yes
- 4/5
Very close to the airport
- 4/5
Great stop
- 5/5
The shuttle was very easy to use to and from the airport.
- 5/5
Good experience nice and clean looking
- 5/5
Clean room with good AC. Perfect place to nap on a layover
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 3/5
Very disappointed with my stay at Day’s Inn near Seattle Airport. After a long trip from India–Doha–Seattle, I checked into Room 412 and found the microwave full of ants. Completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The front desk moved me to Room 223, but this should never happen in any hotel. Poor cleanliness and bad experience overall.
- 2/5
We got in late and were too tired to ask for a different room, so we just stayed. It wasn’t the most comfortable experience, but manageable for a short stay. Also, be careful with parking. The stalls are very small and tight — our car ended up getting scratched, which was really disappointing. Overall, it’s fine if you’re not expecting much, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
- 5/5
Amazing, will stay again!
- 3/5
Very good
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
I took this Rom for one night it was not a good experience at all
- 2/5
I stayed here for one night to catch a flight at SeaTac in the morning. I arrived late, about 11:30 pm. Staff got the job done, but nothing special. The common areas were a bit rundown. I was not expecting the Four Seasons. My room was decent, and seemed to be clean, BUT IT SMELLED HORRIBLE, like a caustic cleaner. Or a meth lab (not that I know what one smells like, but I could imagine it would small like this). I was so tired I put a covid mask on over my nose/mouth and set my alarm for 6:00. At 4:00 my throat was raw. I decided to just get up and go. I spent the entire day sneezing, as though I needed to rid my body of whatever it had breathed in while I was there. I know you get what you pay for, but in this instance I didn't even get that.
- 5/5
Air conditioning is great.
- 5/5
Every thing was perfect efficient clean the staff was fantastic & helpful
- 4/5
Good for a 1 night stay close to airport.
- 3/5
A decent place to stay if you missed/rescheduled your flight.
- 5/5
Everything was as described.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
good internet
- 4/5
This was a fine stay for a budget hotel near the airport. Nothing fancy, but there's a free airport shuttle, and they have the basics. I wish the soundproofing was slightly better (sound from the airport leaks through), but nothing a pair of earplugs won't solve.
- 2/5
Room was dirty and small
- 5/5
Clean room. Looks just like the advertised pictures. All amenities are functional in the room. Staff are nice. Able to place tip digitally which is perfect because I don’t have enough cash. Breakfast is ok but there’s room for improvement. Definitely rest here again when I need to be by SEA-TAC airport
- 3/5
Staff is the real star here!! Elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. Staff offered to help carry luggage up and down. Staff was also very friendly and helpful over the phone regarding check-in and check-out. Parking spots were too narrow for our minivan (and many of the cars parked were upto/over the lines). Clean and close to airport.
- 5/5
Internet worked well. No extra charge for parking.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
It was wonderful and easy stay
- 2/5
inadequate breakfast
- 5/5
Great staff, good room for a short stay to fly out.
- 2/5
Staff was nice. Bathroom tub had a lot of hair init, that wasn’t mine!
- 3/5
The toilet was broken the air conditioner was broken
- 4/5
Room was ok
- 3/5
We were shocked upon entering room #101, that there was no dresser. Just two (2) pegs on the wall with four (4) hangers. We were not made aware in any type of communication that this was a "bare bones" room. The insulation on the entry door side wall: It sounded to us that their was NO insulation in that wall. We could CLEARLY hear normal to low toned conversations from guests, staff in the hallway. And if children were in the hallway with their parents - oh my gosh, it was if they were actually in our room screaming their heads off! We NEVER heard either of our neighbors or their TVs. The bathroom: Their was dirt where the baseboards meet the walls. The bottom of the bathroom door was torn up as if someone had peeled the veneer off. Their is a leak above the shower head and to left where the wall meets the ceiling - that corner is bubbling off the wall. The desk staff were quite nice.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed.
- 5/5
Outstanding
- 5/5
Your room was really nice and clean. The maids were a little noisy, but they did a good job.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was nice, but shuttle was slow and breakfast could be better.
- 4/5
While the hotel was old, everything seemed clean just a little run down. The front desk staff were kind.
- 5/5
Basic breakfast/ good location/ free shuttle service
- 4/5
The staff was friendly. The room was clean with a microwave & fridge. Beds & pillows were comfortable. Location was spot on for getting to the airport on the free shuttle. And the price was right!
- 3/5
I had not seen in reviews or I just didn’t pay attention but seen a large cockroach in our room, did not know this facility had that problem
- 5/5
Clean room and nice price
- 1/5
Out television didn’t work. We called twice and both times they said they were coming up to fix it. They didnt. Black mold and mildew in bathroom
- 3/5
The property has signs of heavy use, some doors look like they have been smashed in, as well as walls punched. Carpet smells and the bathroom feels old and humid, fan is loud. The room has a lot of amenities boasting a larger than averge fridge and microwave, however they also look old and the plastic has turned yellow with age. I imagine it was a great stay when it was new, now it feels downright depressing considering there is a Hampton Inn right beside looking in stellar condition.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best.
- 4/5
This is a budget friendly hotel, so if you're expecting a Marriot or boutique hotel, this isn't it. But my experiences were great! The staff were courteous and helpful, and the shuttle service was quick reliable. The property was well maintained, and it was obvious they were making upgrades and worked at upkeep, cleanliness, etc.... If you were leaving a car here during travel, the parking rate was reasonable, and if you didn't want to leave your car here there is a park and ride directly across the street. The parking is free on the nights you stay (as it should be) which makes this hotel stand out because a number of the other nearby hotels charge you regardless. If I had any suggestions for improvement it would be offer a slightly better breakfast. It's free, but it's really bare bones. Overall I would recommend staying here if you're flying in and out of SeaTac and you're just looking for a clean comfortable and affordable place to stay with transportation to/from the airport.
- 5/5
The room is clean. The shuttle bus service is very convenient.
- 1/5
Hotel staff were very rude. Our first room was so dirty they switched us to another. Hotel stayed we could park our car there and when we were leaving to go to the airport , they all of a sudden had no parking for us which meant we almost missed our flight due to trying to park our car at 6am in the morning.
- 5/5
Best bed ever
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 5/5
Great staff. Perfect place to stay before my early flight. Indoor corridors. I’ll stay again!
- 5/5
Cleaniness
- 5/5
Nice place to stay near the airport, breakfast was fine, what you would expect for the price, free airport shuttle, easy to arrange, just follow the signs to the hotel pick up area and then call them from the free phones there, wait around 10mins for it arrive. Would stay again
- 3/5
A very basic hotel only suitable for one night pre flight. Good location for restaurants just down the road.
- 2/5
Decent place. Breakfast was mediocre.
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 5/5
smelled a little funny in our room, a little humid and moldy like but bed was comfortable and was perfect for our long layover
- 4/5
Very friendly staff
- 4/5
I had to take cab $24 I paid , told recep at lobby also.
- 3/5
Shuttle was on time and clean. Rooms were fine. Area is kind of dirty.
- 5/5
Xyzabc
- 5/5
Airport shuttle was easy to find but was confusing when we called as to when he was going to show up.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice. Hotel in slightly rough condition but clean.
- 5/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable
- 4/5
The accommodations need some help. For example, the only place to plug in the coffee pot was near the bathroom vanity sink. Few plug-in outlets in general. The service, from the receptionist to the shuttle drivers were outstanding! I’d visit again simply because of their kindness and commitment to serving.
- 5/5
Staff was was friendly and helpful. Walking distance from places to eat. Easy check in and free shuttle to and from the airport. Very convenient. Thank you.
- 5/5
The new staff was excellent she went out of her way to rechearch something I asked her about went way above my expectations
- 4/5
Clean room and fast airport shuttle.
- 4/5
The room was very clean. The bed was firm and perfect. Overall a nice room.
- 1/5
Horrible staff, horrible customer service. Front desk was a liar, she was rude and was not interested in doing her job. Great job days inn.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and hard-working. Room was very nice. Location was easily accessible.
- 2/5
Room felt dirty, sheets had hair on them, grave staff was annoyed we asked him for extra towels and than we never got them, breakfast was stale or expired, hallways smelled like cigarettes
- 4/5
Wry good
- 4/5
Very easy and quick
- 5/5
I needed a hotel for an early morning departure, and Days Inn was the best-reviewed budget hotel on the Blvd. The room was clean, I used the iron on the mattress, no bed bugs, and the staff was nice. The shuttle took me to the airport at 3:30 a.m.! Very pleased with this efficient single queen room. I’ll stay here again. Thank you!
- 3/5
Ok for an inexpensive hotel.
- 3/5
The room was in very poor condition but the staff was great
- 3/5
Only problem was that shower was only lukewarm at night. It was hot by morning, but that’s not when I generally take my shower.
- 4/5
It’s fine.
- 4/5
The hotel is great, but getting a pick up at the airport is next to impossible. I ended up walking to the hotel. I was passed around from operator to operator and ended up talking to someone who said she was offshore. It was one of those nightmare scenarios where they want to know your name and they say they found your reservation and then they want your itinerary number and they say they found your reservation and then they want to know what date you’ll be staying and finally I said that’s enough! Send the van to pick me up. She said I have to verify that it’s you before I can send the van. I just felt like she was stalling for some reason and I just wanted to go rest one star out of 10 for the pick up service.
- 5/5
At the time I commented on making this property my property of choice any time I am in Seattle. Great job Day's Inn keep up the good work.
- 3/5
Fitness room equipment was broken and limited menu for breakfast. Price was right but you get what you pay for.
- 5/5
Not even eggs
- 3/5
The gym equipment was poorly maintained. The treadmill was broken and the seat to the exercise bike was loose. Fortunately, the ellyptical machine was functional. Also, there were no cleaning wipes or towels in the fitness room. As for breakfast, it was very limited. I wish there were more\better food options. Finally, the parking was very limited and the parking spaces were tight. I was afraid I would get dings on my rental car doors.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast and great location!
- 4/5
" Breakfast" was a joke
- 3/5
People in the room above us were stomping around in their room till 2 am. Made it very hard to sleep.
- 1/5
The shuttle service is offered when you book and this morning I had to take an uber because the shuttle service was not available and basically needed to wait 1 hour
- 5/5
During my three-day trip, I stayed at three different hotels in the area, and this was clearly the best. The hotel was clean, had no unpleasant odors, and felt welcoming and quiet. Parking was easy and free, making my stay even more enjoyable.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The airport shuttle driver was very friendly. The person at the front desk was less friendly but did perform their job.
- 4/5
**Being an accessible room they really need to have safety bars in the bathroom especially next to the tub. People with limited mobility cannot use it without that. May I suggest that you add those handles. **The shower head in the room might need a deep cleaning or replacement. Only a decent amount of water came out of half of it **I'm a little concerned about how hot the water gets it. I understand that parents are supposed to watch their own child but if they happen to turn on the water and the parents don't notice it's scalding hot. Even for me. And it's difficult to adjust the faucet in the sink. The beds were absolutely amazing. I slept better than I have in weeks. Definitely will be back even though I live close by.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Super convenient to airport
- 5/5
Close to the airport. Juffy parking. Older hotel. Needs updating. But excellent for a short stay
- 3/5
Room was too dark even with window curtains open. No coffee pot in room. Minimal to no amenities in bathroom. Should provide sanitizer for jetted tub use. Did like the microwave and fridge provided.
- 5/5
Everything is what we expected. Very clean and the stuff it’s very nice to us. Facilities are equipped. I like this hotel!
- 2/5
Punctual shuttle and pleasant desk person. The rest was not good. Had to go out for breakfast, as space was overcrowded and selection was poor. Noisy structure, room not properly cleaned.
- 4/5
Airport shuttle seemed slow by contrast with other similar properties. Checkin was quick. Room was clean, but strong (unwelcome) overtone of some scent. Minor maintenance issues: dispenser for hair conditioner, but no dispenser for shampoo (nor small bottle of shampoo). Breakfast was seriously disappointing. No protein, already cooked pancakes - wouldn’t make me want to stay multiple days
- 5/5
Very very small room… otherwise everything else was good.
- 5/5
Room was fine
- 4/5
The hotel is located in a nice area, room was clean, I stayed in the suit which gave me the opportunity to turn on the heater in one room to keep me cozy while my boys stayed in the other room and they stayed cool. Everything as fine with the exception of during check in I asked the front desk reception if I could please get extra blanket, she told me to go to the room and call to request blanket. I did as Inwas told, when I called she answered the phone, lol I requested the extra blanket and she said ok but never was the extra blanket delivered. I would have been ok with honesty upfront and had her say we don’t provide extra blanket but to make me call and wait I thought was a bit uncalled for. But never the less it was a good stay, room was spacious and I stayed in room with the pull out bed and it was comfy. Overall I would stay there again if needed.

Airport shuttle. Front desk staff.
- 5/5
I made a mistake in picking up the airport shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I wasn't sure I was going to the right place, thru my own fault, but the driver was very helpful and we eventually sorted it out.
- 1/5
Terrible. Terrible. Would never stay here again.
- 4/5
Convenient to airport with shuttle
- 2/5
Night clerk was rude with attitude. We waited for the airport shuttle for 40 minutes. We called three times and she said “he drove past you three times. I’ll send him again. I don’t know HOW you missed him!” When the driver finally showed up he said he hadn’t gone by once during that time. We knew someone was not truthful. He was to us … not sure about her. Very uncomfortable.
- 2/5
very outdated hotel.... the breakfast was terrible
- 4/5
Great driver!
- 5/5
Clean room and the desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly, gave us restaurant suggestions and went above & beyond to retrieve a phone charger & necklace I had left after checking out, called me back within minutes to let me know they were there and brought them to the front desk so I could retrieve them easily. Excellent service!!
- 2/5
All staff were not helpful. Except the one gal in the evening that had dyed red hair, she was helpful.
- 1/5
the airport shuttle never showed up. we kept calling the hotel see get an eta the person at the desk kept hanging up on me. i had to pay for a taxi or sleep at the air port. i should get a total refund. someone opened the windows all the way i was on the third floor. i looked outside the next morning to see the windows where all opened thats why the it was loud in our room. i wish i slept at the airport.
- 3/5
Bed comfy, airport shuttle
- 4/5
Not much of a breakfast. Really friendly staff.
- 3/5
good
- 3/5
Easy airport access for 1 -2 night stay.
- 5/5
Internet is good
- 1/5
Paint peeling walls. Broken microwave. Small inconvenient fridge. Dirty sinks. Terrible terrible facilities!
- 5/5
My room had flooring peeled up on the path from toilet to sink that was difficult to navigate. I actually sliced my toe on it. It should really be glued down. My ironing board was also broken, as was the clip on the only pant hanger in the room. The other amenities were comfortable and fine.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful.
- 3/5
A good basic room for a good price. Breakfast at no cost, but very limited. Leaf blowers (2) in a business parking lot next door started before 8:00 AM.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed help with charging my phone
- 3/5
Reception desk woman on Friday night was awesome. She saved my reservation even though my charge card was declined while I was flying in (I had the bank charge the number a few weeks back and didn’t even think about my reservation). I was on a long flight and didn’t arrive until late so I could have had a real issue here. Thanks for saving me. The place overall is older but very clean and has been remodeled. It served my purposes perfectly for a quick overnight stay with an early checkout for my next flight. My wife would have hated it though. The halls and room reeked of stale weed smell. Not a freshly lit one; an old, stale and impregnated stink. I was over it pretty quick but it would have been a deal breaker for the Mrs. Continental breakfast pretty much sucked but found some yogurt that was edible. Weed smell and breakfast takes this to 2.5 to 3 stars but if one can get over the oder of old stale weed and eats elsewhere, could really be a 4 star.
- 1/5
This was a wild experience. The room itself was ok emphasis on just ok being on a low scale here. But the shuttle took forever. It was super late at night and our young kids only was going to get a few hours of sleep before the next flight. But we had called for the shuttle so the front desk guy knew we were coming. We walk in and the lobby reeks of smoke. Is dirty. But the only guy at the desk is sitting down with head phones on. We say “hello” no response. We say HELLO. Nothing. We start nocking on the counter and waving to get his attention. Finally do. He admits he was expecting us too. Seriously wild. He also asked if I was offended which is also wild. I wasn’t offended. Just comical at that point how little he cared about his job or customer service. I’ll never stay there again.
- 4/5
Stayed only one night so limited experience with amenities. Internet was fine.
- 2/5
We only spent a few hours here but the check in clerk was rude and the morning person was worse. The room had clean sheets but it was a very very poor job of trying to update. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. I will not book here again.
- 2/5
Room was next to the street and noisy. Bathroom shower curtain was falling down. Rooms were in need of updates from this century.
- 5/5
Room was clean. The staff was always accommodating, and the location was near to everything.
- 3/5
only stayed one night so for the price it was ok... breakfast was bare bones. room was dated and needs a refresh. beds were clean, wasn't too noisy. For one night it was ok.
- 5/5
the hotel itself is great! clean, AC, has airport shuttle, and staff are friendly, it was just noisy from people loitering in the neighboring parking lot hard to sleep at first
- 4/5
Most of the plug-ins need to be replaced in this room. Cords fell out of sockets because they’re old and loose. The shower curtain is about a foot too long
- 4/5
Breakfast was very simple. The airport shuttle was good.
- 5/5
The Front Desk Staff at this location was amazing. We got there early but she got our rooms ready and was very helpful. She told us about the free shuttle to the mall for restaurant options and she also told us about the free shuttle to the airport the next morning and what time we needed to be in the lobby to catch the shuttle
- 5/5
The internet was down for several hours. But overall, my stay was great!
- 4/5
The staff was very nice. The shuttle was a mess. I called as soon as I got off the plane. They told me where to go and to call when I got there. I did as requested. I was told the shuttle should be there in 10-20 min. After waiting 30 min I called back. They said they would send the driver. The driver got to my location 20 min later. I asked the driver what happened and he showed me the text that he received only after I called the second time.
- 5/5
close to airport and everywhere we needed to be, super convenient and overall nice stay
- 3/5
The check in person was very helpful and pleasant. There was alot of outside noise in this area which made it difficult to sleep.
- 5/5
no comment
- 3/5
Airport shuttle was fine. Staff attitude was alright
- 4/5
Water temp was cold
- 4/5
Close to airport you can walk to catch the link to downtown Seattle which is the best amenity of this hotel. Its very easy to walk there from the hotel.Get off at the Westlake station and you are there. The shuttle was great and there is a shuttle courtesy phone in the parking garage to call. Breakfast was continental as such.
- 3/5
The toilet was like only 6 inches from the floor. The bath tub was just as short. The plus was that it was close to the airport
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Easy access to shopping area and downtown park. It also suites my need of free parking and walk distance to family gatherings.
- 1/5
Wi-Fi is slow, room was clean, for laundry, add a machine that converts dollar bills into quarters
- 5/5
It was a very good night before the cruise stay and their transportation was good
- 3/5
Room and bed were nice enough. I had ants in my room the second time I stayed there, heading back home. Staff was kind enough to hold my water bottle for me since I forgot it there when I stayed at the beginning of my vacation.
- 5/5
10 out of 10
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
Clean room. Excellent tv and programs. But kind of noisy, Overall I would stay again Good price
- 4/5
The earlier shutter was on time. Appreciated the early morning wake up call.
- 1/5
staff rude never come back
- 2/5
If you’re just looking for a quick stay close to airport this will suffice. It’s pretty dated and grungy and staff is kind of condescending when speaking to you but I guess I got what I paid for.
- 5/5
Nice room.
- 1/5
I didnt like the fact you charge a 150.00 deposit. I didnt like the fact that you made us leave early when I wanted the deposit back. I didnt like the fact ww had no shower curtain.
- 1/5
They made us leave early in order to get the deposit back. It was around 7am. How cqn they do thos to people. I will NEVER stay there again.
- 5/5
Convenient and close to airport, 20min walk. Clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Great front desk Staff!! Very Clean
- 3/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
young lady at front desk was very nice.
- 1/5
The room smelled and there wasn’t any hot water
- 1/5
They canceled our reservation
- 5/5
Check-in was fast and easy ; Brant was very efficient, professional while still courteous and friendly. My stay couldn’t have been more pleasant! The room was immaculate, and very comfortable.
- 4/5
Over all, it worked as expected.
- 4/5
Good service and dining recommendations
- 1/5
Afterwards, they charged the $150 USD security deposit (which they said would be released the next day), but they never provided any proof that it was actually released.
- 4/5
The property is near a high traffic woman for hire area, be cautious.
- 3/5
Airport shuttle was convenient, but the hotel itself was fairly run-down and outdated. Wouldn’t stay again.
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 3/5
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable for an over nighter. Huge problem, was when I arrived at the aiport and ask for a shuttle to pick me up. There is a lot of noise at the airport, and the receptionist I was speaking to had a very strong foreign accent. I couldn't understand hardly any words she stated on the phone. She had a very strong accent, and spoke way to fast to understand.
- 5/5
We stayed there for a cruise out of Seattle. Love the transportation to and from the airport. There also is affordable companies offering service to the cruise port as other services can be quite pricey.
- 5/5
There are fast food and restraunts within walking distance. The airport is just down the street literally. The hotel needs a closet and perhaps a dresser. The staff at the front desk are very professional ,curious, friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel itself is pretty dated and in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. It is pretty bare bones, but clean. I chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was enormous - you could easily seat two in it. The tub was in the bathroom but had doors which opened into the bedroom, if one wanted to do that for some reason. No special amenities and no eco-friendly soaps, just standard bars.
- 2/5
Shouldn't even have the "breakfast".
- 4/5
Nice comfortable beds, spacious room (1 BR suit). Worked perfectly for one night stay near airport
- 3/5
TV didnt work; weird room set up, smelled of smoke. Windows were open when i finally checked in about midnight and free breakfast was pitiful. Good bed for sleeping...biggest plus.
- 4/5
Good place to stay for a night or two.
- 2/5
Dingy
- 5/5
Very convenient to the airport and in walking distance to multiple food options. Property needs updating. It's age is showing. Staff are professional and accommodating.
- 4/5
location was good, had places to eat in walking distance, bus was available for transportation. Overall for the price it was good
- 5/5
Dated hotel but everything was clean.
- 5/5
Helpful front desk
- 2/5
Place is falling apart. Heavy chemical smell of Fabuloso.
- 1/5
The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. She stated that my reservation was cancelled, but I had confirmation from Expedia and their help desk that it was not cancelled. She was rude at the check in prodded and argued with us. If it wasn’t 1am and had just traveled to Seattle from Philly all evening, we would have left and gone somewhere else. Never will stay at a Days Inn again.
- 1/5
They don’t have my reservation and the front desk guys is very mind
- 5/5
Mid town hotel on main street. Ok for overnight stay
- 1/5
Dirty and unkept. Holes in the drapes and dirty floors
- 3/5
Below average facilities and cleanliness.
- 4/5
The staff was not very kind
- 4/5
Could use hotter water for showers
- 4/5
I like the room was clean and there is airport shuttle the front desk at night when we check in is not friendly not approachable not even know how to smile on there guest ….but the morning front desk she is nice
- 3/5
Front desk lady was thoroughly not interested in being there and made it very clear people checking out or asking for their cash deposit back were annoying her.
- 1/5
As usual - if you go thru Orbitz, the hotel gives the worst rooms. Ants everywhere. Out dated and poor. Have at least some class. Plave is in desperate repair - not close for what i was charged. And if you advertise breakfast - how about something other than bread and yogurt.
- 4/5
Hotel is older and it shows. Room was clean and functional. Slept good and all was quiet. Breakfast isn't all that. Cereal, yogurt, oranges, and instant oatmeal. Price I paid is what I expected in hotel. Only needed room for one night close to the airport and wasn't looking to spend an arm and a leg.
- 5/5
good one
- 2/5
Old carpeting, dingy entrance and parking.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean, check-in very easy, breakfast acceptable. We used hotel as stop over before getting on a criise. Has airport pickup about every half hour
- 4/5
.The facility is spartan. Not a lot to do around.
- 5/5
A lot of garbage along the road outside the hotel. No restaurants within walking distance.
- 2/5
Needs updating. Very old. Disinfectant odor in the halls and room. Very limited dinning tables and also breakfast. It is okay for 1 night if you are in a hurry
- 1/5
Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Hotel is in a bad area and is old and outdated. Walking into our room our shoes were sticking to the floor and the shower is one you will want to wear your flip-flops in. The breakfast was a joke. No cups for coffee, no decaf, powdered creamer (yuck), and limited breakfast options.
- 4/5
The location is great cos it is near the airport but the area around it is dark and sketchy. If you just need to stay for a night and just need a bed, then go for it. Def basic
- 4/5
Breakfast left much to be desired. Staff was pleasant and accommodating from start to finish. We'd stay again
- 5/5
I was there for 6 hours . I got excellent sleep comfy bed clean room perfect for the price . Will stay again .
- 4/5
Airport shuttle runs every 1/2 hour.
- 5/5
Appreciate the 24 hour airport shuttle.
- 3/5
All the staff were helpful and friendly. The property is very close to the airport but the area is a little sleazy. Very good for an overnight layover (flight transit) not the best for few days sightseeing
- 5/5
This was a great location close to the airport. Clean and felt safe. Early flight out so don’t know about breakfast. The young girl that checked us in was so friendly.
- 4/5
The breakfast was horrible . They had 2 kinds of cereal, coffee, orange juice, instant oatmeal and yogurt and toast with no butter. Would not recommend
- 1/5
No hot water while traveling is a not acceptable accommodation
- 5/5
Close to Airport and Light Railway. Front desk service friendly!
- 3/5
Older hotel and very limited breakfast selections
- 5/5
Nice, very clean room, and a very welcome, comfortable bed after a long day. Slept really well.
