Amazing, also parking is not free. It is $65 without tax every night with unlimited in and out. And there is no free parking around the hotel. But it is very nice and there are bars, restaurants, and stores within walking distance. The view is pretty and the hotel was very luxurious with many amenities.

Sustainability focus, in room filtered water tap in particular! Room service but upon check out this was rectified. Shower door placement in bathroom was awkward but otherwise no problems!

You get free use of Dryp yoga studio across the street from the hotel, and it’s a great yoga studio. There is a mani / pedi nail salon nearby, and whole foods is right below. So very convenient.

I love 1hotel for their aesthetics. It’s hard to find anything similar. The location is perfect, and there is Whole Foods on the lower level. Management was super helpful, and I appreciate all accommodations that they’ve made for me. However, in terms of service, there is definitely a room for improvement. I couldn’t say that anything spoiled my stay, but if I’ll compare to other 5 star hotels, I would say that I did not like extra daily surcharges for amenities. If I can’t opt out anyway, it should be included in the room price

In terms of the actual hotel its a breath of fresh air (literally), very green and eco conscious and the room was large and airy, with a fantastic bath to ease the strain of a long holiday. Fantastic stay, if only for a night.

This was the nicest hotel I have stayed in for a long time. I loved the room decor, 2 free drink coupons, free yoga option and more! I will definitely stay here again!

During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

10/10 everything was amazing from the very start. Will def stay here again! Beautiful property

One area of comment - we checked in when the adjoining bar DJ was playing very loud music. It felt like I was checking into a nightclub! I couldn't hear the receptionist very well which was a bit of a negative experience.

This is my new go to hotel in Seattle. Flawless. A+++

I had a charge on my bill from the restaurant. I told them I paid for my dinner but yet they said they watched video of me and my daughter and I never paid cash or card but signed off on my order to charge to my room. I basically was told I was lying to them. Terrible!

Excellent Hotel that we will return to. Special features like a car available for very short one way trips to drop off are appealing benefits. We wish there was a hot water dispenser or warmer in the room for tea because the Nespresso machine is wonderful but will not heat water. Great Hotel

The staff were wonderful from the valets to the doorman David along with Gene and the front desk staff, also our housekeeping staff daily kept our room in tip top shape daily. First time staying at a 1 hotel and now definitely not our last time. The hotel lobby is beautiful with warm tones and greenery all around to make one at ease & relaxed. The location is great as well just minutes to all the places one wants to see when visiting Seattle.

Wow wow wow! I travel a lot around the world and have experienced many amazing hotels but this hotel really stood out. The detail of luxury and calmness really made a difference. From toiletries to bedding and lighting and bathroom fittings - the list goes on, I simply could not find fault. I felt spoilt, calm and pampered and actually did not want to check out. Well done 1 Hotel you really have nailed it. I cannot wait to return

Decor was very fresh and modern, staff did everything they could for us and more during our stay. Gym was surprisingly big, don't think the photos online did it justice. Room was very comfortable, both my wife and I slept very well the 2 nights we stayed at 1 Hotel.

Room was very clean however, there were no waters in the room yet, when I received my bill I was charged for bottles of water??

You MUST book a stay here. It gives the warm hug you need in your Seattle travels. This is by far the best hotel ever. The doorpersons greeting, all the friendly staff and restaurant server(Heidi) all rer winners!!! Really nice and engaging. Very knowledgeable staff in restaurant for certain. Mark the driver of the Audi car with complementary local drop off was above and beyond. Professional and very personable. This location puts you in a walkable safe area. My room is as super clean and the ascetic was uber vibey. Slept like a baby. I will most def be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My stay at 1 Hotel was exceptional. I was in Seattle for a work conference and it was such a treat to have a place to go each evening that was so calming and rejuvenating. This was a wonderful place to stay and I will absolutely return.

I would expect from a hotel like this that it had better daily cleaning (example: didn't remove used coffee cups from one day to another). They also charged me for the breakfast on the final day, even though I had paid extra for a breakfast voucher.

The room/hotel was clean and in a great location! The shuttle service was very helpful for drop-offs in a 2 mile vicinity. The staff was warm and welcoming every single time we entered the hotel and made me happy to stay there. I definitely will come back in the future! The aesthetic is beautiful. ;) Thank you for a positive environment!

Went down to ask for room service, took me to restaurant handed menu and walked away. The waiter was very helpful and got it down. TV remote didn’t work, casting didn’t work even after It and mechanics came twice to fix which interrupted a meeting. Although staff in both hotel and restaurant were nice and the hotel itself was nice we just didn’t have a good stay.

We stayed at the Hillside 2 Queens room. We checked in on Dec 25, 2025 and checked out on the 26th. Upon checking in into our room I noticed a bag of chip from the mini bar was opened. I immediately notified the front end staff and they made a note in their system. On Dec 27th I received a bill of $199.77 USD charged to my credit card stating it was from the mini bar. So, on the 28th I called the hotel and they said they will reverse the charge and they couldn't provide an explanation for the $199.77 USD. My guess was house keeping didn't update the mini bar from the previous guest and when they finally updated the mini bar after we checked out, everything missing was charged to me. My advice to everyone is to double check your bill after you check out.

The staff at the front desk seemed to be friendly, the concierge at the doors were a hit and miss. I didn’t visit the restaurants or bars in the hotel but I did get room service one morning. It was your average meal, but the staff was kind. The room is absolutely beautiful and super comfortable and clean. I loved it!

1Hotel Seattle was a great stay if you're looking for an elevated and more aesthetic/modern experience. It is pricier than the average luxury hotel, but it is worth it for a special occasion. We had the 1 king bed 355sq ft, and it was nice. Mini bar options is plentiful, plenty of storage space, big tub + standing shower, great sink with filtered water faucet (personally wouldn't drink but nice to have). Downsides to the hotel, some parts of the floors near our bed felt like we were gonna break into the ground and had loud creaking noises. The TV is EXTREMELY slow and lags significantly. I wouldn't deal with live TV unless its for background noise. The navigation menu is difficult due to slow response time and screen casting does not work. Air conditioning didn't work for one time, but maintenance was able to reset and fix. They do not have affordable overnight parking, but there are street parking spots nearby and affordable lots not too far to walk. The gym is super nice. And you do have the option to have the hotel to drive you up to 2 miles and even borrowing the car once you fill out paperwork for it. Overall, a good stay if you are willing to pay the premium!

As soon as my boyfriend and I stepped foot on the property, we were immediately welcomed. Everyone is so kind there and answered any questions we had. The room was wonderful and we loved the bathtub. We will definitely stay at 1 Hotel again. High recommend!

Wonderful property.

The property itself was very well kept and smelled quite unique with their signature scent. I enjoyed the view, the staff, and the unique option that they had for us to use their (rideshare) service if that is what you call it? It just seemed to be rarely available, but the one time we did use it- it was lovely. The hotel overall gave us a lovely stay and I'd love to see other locations in other cities.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The decor was also top notch! Loved having the shuttle to take us into Pike Place. There was only one elevator working when we stayed, no turndown service and room service food was just alright. It’s a great place to stay but if you are looking for a true 5 star experience I’d say this just misses the mark for those reasons.

The service was, well, not good. The night manager was sleepy and rambling. I felt ignored when I reached the desk as I had been told to wait while he wrote something down. Usually fine, but felt like a secondary priority while he was preoccupied with something else. (It was very quiet, no other guests) Even when he did attend to me his interaction was seemed uninterested and walking through canned questions he was told he needed to ask. He may not have been reading from a script, however it felt like that. Valet was no where to be seen even when the night desk clerk called them on the radio twice. There were TWO valets nowhere to be seen until he called them. Absurd for a hotel at the cost this place charged. I had just stayed at The Inn at the Marketplace a few days before and was blown away by their exceptional hospitality. This was a far cry.

I was very disappointed with my stay at 1 Hotel Seattle. The elevators were out of service, and we had to use the service elevator. The room was not properly clean, with visible spots and hairs. For the price, I expected much better. I checked out within an hour, and while the staff did issue a refund, the overall experience did not meet the standard of this hotel.

Room not ready left and got back for checkin at 4 Returned at 4 room not ready was offered 100$ for the hour delay. 5:10 no call or notice about the room being ready asked front desk she apologized saying she forgot and it was ready. 5:16 got to room keys did not work 5:18 got to room opened door and fire alarm went off, said fire on our floor evacuate now. 5:20 just went down 8 flights of stairs with my family 5:25 elevator down made them aware I had the wrong room. Booked two separate nights months in advanced for space needle view. Was told they upgraded my room to a terrace suite. Not what I wanted or ordered, tried to offer 200$ to compensate. Told them I really wanted a space needle view. I was told they had nothing with a space needle view…. 5:30 back to the room we didt order. Found garbage on the balcony and old food. 6:00 canceled dinner at metro grill, ordered a bed turn down at 6:10 (will be soon we were told) 7:30 knock on the door (expected bed turn down so we could go get some dinner) instead it was a man telling us he needed to inspect our mini bar right away. He came in and counted objects inside our fridge (never in my life have I had this) 8:30 still no one to turn down bed. Talk to Shay both times he apologized and said he would text them right away. 10:00 called for bed turn down again, was a new attendant had them up in 10 minutes

Everything was very comfortable and felt very nice! The area was very nice, and very convenient for a lot of sight seeing. I think my biggest complaint was I spent a lot of money for a corner suite with a city view and then had a room on the lowest floor we could, with a view that looked like a parking structure. The room it’s self was very nice but I wish it wasn’t advertised as a city view with photos that are stunning.

A Fantastic Hotel...The La Loba Restaurant deserves a Michelin Award. The service was wonderful. Try the $85 per person Sampler. An equisite journey into tasty samplings of the Chefs unique creations. The downside was the breakfast. The service was terrible. I had to get up twice to get ketchup ordered, the eggs were salty and uneatable, never received second coffee. $50 for yougurt and eggs (not eaten), and $65 for valet parking I thought to be little much.

I have never experienced anyplace or thing like it. I stayed at the 1 hotel in Seattle and fell in love with it and the person I was able to become there. The staff at least in my experience were so friendly, respectful, polite, and genuinely kind + caring. Every staff members top priority and concern I encountered at least or was around/spoke to always was about how they could help guests with any and everything they could if they were not already doing so. Such as making sure guests were informed about events around town happening, local business deals available to you if you had booked through the hotel or other deals the daily open-close hours for the 2 in house restaurants that are available same level as the lobby.

Beautiful brand new hotel right in the perfect location!!!! And conveniently next to a wonderful Whole Foods market too!! We could walk right down to Pikes Place market and even to the Space Needle. Beautiful view of that from our room too. Spacious room, delicious restaurant, and excellent service. Thank you!

Disorganized hotel, rooms weren’t ready. Staff tried to make it right. Hidden fees, ran out of cribs, bags didn’t make it to the room. Total mess for hotel of this price

Key issues: Poor Check-in: Unacceptable wait time and lack of preparation, especially for a pre-booked room. Misleading "Pet-Friendly" Policy: The hotel is pet-friendly in name only. There is no convenient or designated green space nearby for pets to relieve themselves. Cramped & Cluttered Room: The room was small, and the limited counter space on the vanity and nightstands was cluttered with unnecessary items. Extreme Late-Night Noise: We were subjected to loud jackhammering from road construction directly outside our window at 10:30 PM, making sleep impossible. Exorbitant Fees: Be prepared for a $70/night valet fee on top of a $30 "amenities fee," which felt completely unjustified given the poor experience. Overall, we felt exhausted, overcharged, and completely let down. We would not recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel a little after 4pm to check in and was told our room was not ready and they were waiting for a final inspection. Was told to wait in the lobby for 10 mins and our room would be ready. After 10 minutes, room was still not ready and then was told it would be another 10 minutes. MANY others were also waiting for their rooms. This is simply unacceptable to arrive after the check in time and rooms are not ready. Clearly there’s a service problem. There’s no way to get ice without asking the front desk. Called and requested ice from customer service/front desk. Waited and waited and finally just went to the lobby to get ice myself. Once again, service is lacking and there’s clearly no sense of urgency with any of the staff. One of the elevators didn’t seem to be working and it took FOREVER to use the only operable elevator. It took so long we finally took the stairs down and ended up having to go through the kitchen to exit the building. NOT AT ALL the experience I was expecting from this class of hotel. Do better 1 hotel.

Mattress cover had a hole on it. Toilet has the precious customer’s hair remains. Small bugs were flying in the room. Coffee mugs were not cleaned. Valet is very slow.

Our entire stay felt like a luxurious tropical escape! We booked a staycation, but it truly felt like we were transported to a five-star resort abroad. The service was impeccable, and every detail in the room was thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. A perfect blend of relaxation and indulgence—we can’t wait to return!
