Room was clean and spacious but could use updating. Staff at front desk was rude at times like we were putting them out to do their jobs.

But we’d definitely stay here again.

This was a affordable place to stay in the downtown area of Seattle - only thing I didn’t like was the drive thru to drop off bags and check in was too small and got too overcrowded at departure time

I was checking the mattresses after check-in and the mattress covering lifted completely up and you could see the springs and foam. The popcorn ceiling had collected on the ledge of the bathroom vanity about 1/2 inch thick! The rooms could not have been cleaned. We were in rooms 501 and 512. Isaac from the front desk was rude and couldn’t be bothered with answering any questions. Thank goodness we only spent one night at this hotel!

Overall the staff is very nice and maintaining what is an older hotel in need of a remodel. For the price, we would definitely stay here again. Included breakfast was nice.

This hotel was in a great location and overall pretty clean. The complimentary breakfast was large and full of different options. Unfortunately the room we were given had a broken shower which we didn't learn until the morning. Staff was nice and allowed us to switch rooms, it was just a bit frustrating since that was the second time we had to move rooms during our trip (different hotel).

The beds were comfortable. The parking garage was secure and we were able to keep our vehicle in the lot until 4pm the next day though we checked out by 11am. The only thing that was bothersome was the loud garbage trucks very early in the morning. Our room overlooked the alley where they passed through. Very annoying!

Their computers were down but they took our names and stored our luggage which was great while we explored the area. I stayed only one night and the accommodations were nice. Nothing to complain about or point out.

Might need to rework the setup...was very crowded around microwaves (which was needed for the majority of food items).

Location - location - location! Price was higher than expected.

The location is the highlight here! You can do everything by foot or taking the public transport easily. The hotel structure is good and they store your bags if you need to arrive before your check in or need to leave the luggage there after your check out. The room is big enough. The breakfast could have a bigger variety of items.

We were not told about breakfast at check in. Didn’t know it was offered. Had to ask what the hours were for day two of our stay. Front desk gentleman at check in was storing our bags for us. I asked for a minute to get something out of a bag and he responded with several big sighs. No one was waiting to check in. The night gentleman gave us a few recommendations for a late night snack. When we returned and had gone somewhere he didn’t recommend he was very rude to us. Customer service was definitely lacking. Breakfast was good. Several options. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed for a single night and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was rather unconventional with frozen Jimmy Dean’s meals.Unfortunately I found a lot of pubic hair in the bathroom. Overall about what I expected from a La Quinta.

The room was nice. It was clean. The problem was the breakfast area. There was a person in another room suppose to be keeping it clean. He emptied the trash but the food tables were nasty. The waffle mix was pored all over the cabinet top. Crumbs from other food. Napkins and food on the floor. Somebody needed to be fired. The night clerk would not answer the phone. You had to leave your room and go down to front desk to request clean towels. We stayed two days. No clean towels or bathroom clean up second day. No beds made. Nothing. For the price of rooms these days. I will stay next time somewhere else that takes pride In their hotel.

I was unpleasantly surprised when I arrived and saw what condition the hotel is in. The lobby is SO dark and uninviting. Everything needs some help, tho our room was nice and quiet and we had a good sleep there.

This was a middle of the road stay. The location was very convenient for getting to the cruise terminal. Things were clean, but the room was a little run down.

We found the room to be comfortable could do with updating but very comfortable beds. Everything that we needed was there so I would recommend staying here if on a low budget.

The breakfast bar was exceptionally sad. If I wanted to microwave a sausage and egg biscuit or croissant, I could do that at home. I thought there would be fresh items on the breakfast bar and there were not the utensil caddy was out and the young man running the bar seem to have an attitude when I said they were empty. We stayed here for two nights before our cruise. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean plus there was a microwave and refrigerator which was great. The breakfast was good with lots of choices besides waffles and cereal. The only negative thing was outside traffic sounds, emergency vehicles passing by, and nightly power washing of sidewalks but those aren’t the hotels fault. Location was great and easily to get to pikes market and the waterfront. We would stay again.

Breakfast was good, and the location was great. We walked around the area and felt very safe. The only issue was that the heating in our room was broken, so it got quite cold during the night. Since the hotel was fully booked, they couldn’t move us right away, but they provided extra blankets and transferred us to a new room the next day. Despite that inconvenience, we enjoyed our stay, and if I come back in the future, I would stay there again.

Wonderful staff, awesome breakfast. Super clean, no bs, no frills stay. Clean room, quiet atmosphere (within city limits of course), great area. They provide a shuttle service for cheaper then an Uber if you’re heading to the cruise ports.

Great hotel considering it was built in the very early 1960's. Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was amazing, great attitude, and very helpful. Two thumbs up!!! Best I can say for the hotel, staff and and location is that when I get back to Seattle, this is the hotel I would opt to stay at.

The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Walking from the cruise to walking down the waterfront or even the Space needle. The rooms were nice size. They were very accommodating to for setting up shuttle to get to the airport. Made the process very easy and no worries

Loved the location - the room was spacious and clean. Had a good sleep in a very comfortable bed. Because of our early morning departure, no breakfast was available. Would be great to have a basket of "grab" items like muffins and fruit for those days.

This is an older hotel. It is a great location- and cheapest parking for downtown! The staff was helpful. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast was just cold items, waffle machine and items you had to microwave.

The hotel is in good shape but our room didn't seem super clean and I'm saying that because it smelled like dog pee. At first we kept the window open for a few hours hoping it will go away but it lingered all the time. The rooms aren't well ventilated. Otherwise everything seemed ok, beds were comfortable, fridge worked, bathroom was clean.

We were not to impress with this location. And most of the staff was just kinda standoffish, our room was okay. But we could tell that it wasn't claim to the best of their abilities. There was dust on things in our room. When we got there, there was stuff still on the bathroom floor and through the days that we were there. The stuff that was there when we got there was still on the floor so people are not sweeping when they're cleaning the rooms. If you're looking for a place to stay for just to sleep, then I would do that. But if you're looking for cleansiness and friendly staff, probably not the best place.

I can't say enough how perfect this hotel was. We had an appointment with the consulate on Monday morning and this hotel had the perfect location. The staff was friendly. The amenities were great. It's in walking distance of the space Needle and the pier. It's just perfect. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I really couldn't complain about any single thing.

We were coming in from Vancouver and the staff were very accommodating and let us check in early as they had an available room. They were very friendly and courteous and handled everything professionally. I will stay there again in the future for sure.

Forget the space needle, made us feel safe and protected, recommend great spots to visit, was very interactive and provided information for great local sights, high level of engagement and made us feel super welcome and was very personable! Great value for Downtown Seattle. Friendly staff, check-in was easy. Complimentary parking was a plus! Fresh coffee/juice/tea, bagels, waffles day. The rest were pre-packaged frozen breakfast bowls or sandwich, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and fruits. Parking was $19/night before tax which is very reasonable, though the garage was tight and spaces were first-come first serve. A small laundry room and gym on site. This location is your typical 3-star suite stay but it was a great location and offered an easy lifestyle. The room itself could be more modernized.

Room and service were great. The only thing we noticed was that the mattress, when the sheets pulled up on the corner, had quite a few stains on it.

Very friendly staff. The room was a little run down and my 8 year old daughter could a jar of Vaseline under the bed. But other than that it was great.

Room was a couple of steps above a motel 6. Buffet was good. And hotel allowed us an early check in. However, room with balcony was shared, looked into a building. However, wall plug outlets need to be replaced. They don't hold cords and plug fall out of outlet sockets.

I wanted a room with a view of the space needle which I got but the window was so dirty on the outside you couldn't see anything. The shower tub did not drain well, the light fixtures had rust on them, there was a hole in the ceiling of our room, the fridge was turned off and didn't get cold till morning. I had an unexpected parking fee; the Wi-Fi did not work on the 7th floor and when I brought it up to the front desk he told me it was due to a poor internet service provider and a full hotel. I had to leave my hotel to complete my work. The worst part however came in the morning when we tried to heat up coffee in the microwave, and it stunk up the entire room with a burnt fish smell. This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Room was super nice, parking was tight at the back of the hotel. My living room suite tv did not work, staff stated they would get it fixed, waited an hour and never showed up. Once checking out I had breakfast before and the guy in charge was super rude…. The guy in Charge on 2/8/2026 said to someone, don’t get any other food since I am trying to close and all of you are still here. So all guest just got up and left the breakfast area. Would have earned the 5 stars if it wasn’t for that guy…. Overall it was an easy check in and check out. Made the comment to the front desk and stated it was since he had to take his lunch at 10:30. If that’s the case, give the man an additional 30 min to close or end breakfast hour at 10am…. Don’t be rude about closing an area. There’s ways to say it nicely.

The outside of the hotel is misleading, as it looks older, but inside it is modern, clean and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, beds were very comfortable, pillows soft, and everything was clean. The free breakfast is worth it, as there is quite a variety of breakfast foods. The best part is the location. It is approximately a 15-20 min walk to Pikes Market and the Waterfront, and then 20 min to Seattle Center and the Space Needle. We hardly used the rental car! We traveled with a 3 yr old, and he enjoyed our vacation. I recommend this hotel.. great price, good value!

It was a great day. The hotel was clean and roomie. The hotel is located close to many attractions that were walkable 13 minute walk to Pike market and the Seattle space needle. we really enjoyed our staying we’ll be back.

Used the gym which is decent sized with weights, treadmill and an elliptical machine. They do have laundry on site if required. Well located with multiple options to eat nearby and a knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend booking rooms here!

While the building might be getting a little old, the location is great and the staff is solid and. This represents one of the very best values in downtown Seattle.

The room was nice and clean. It was within decent walking area of some of the hot spots for dinner and near Pikes Market. It wasn’t super close, but definitely doable if you’re okay with a little walking. The parking is interesting. A few places right out the door and then more under the hotel. It has a gated lock entry so we felt safe. The man at the front desk was super helpful to us with finding a place for dinner and giving us some directions!

Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job keeping it clean timely. The person at the reception at the time of check in was very rude. Other staff at the breakfast, housekeeping and at the time of check out were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was standard with a lot of microwave options. There was a waffle bar and a variety of drinks.

Arrived around 1am after a long day of traveling. Room was right next to a back alley where they were dumping garbage out every hour. Heard everything. Awake all night so we asked for another room at around 7am to try and get a couple of hours sleep before we had to leave which they accommodated. Within an hour they started working on a replacing the carpet in the room above. Horrible stay. Would not recommend.

Great value overall

The hotel is in a great location, near lots of restaurants, a Whole Foods, and public transit. The surrounding area feels very safe, and the rooms are spacious. The free breakfast is basically a number of grab-and-go options plus a waffle maker and frozen breakfast burritos/sandwiches. The only downside here was the upstairs renovations starting at an ungodly 7am each morning!

Cody was very helpful. He answered our questions about nearby necessities, provided us a map, and gave us directions. He helped arrange our transport through the towncar back to the airport. He was very kind. The bathroom fan is too loud , and it really bothered me . The bathtub is very old with old stain at the corner

The negative, Rooms are dirty, smelly of mold. Was disappointed for a La Quinta. Very low standards. I wouldn’t recommend. I needed an extra plug, pulled back the night stand. I was disgusted. Mold and thick dust. Very disappointed in the breakfast. No coffee. Had to tell someone that worked there. And still no coffee. There was hot water and dribble of decaf. If it was a low budget that I was looking for, this still doesn’t qualify. Terrible. I won’t recommend 2.5 out of ten. The morning Front desk. Shouldn’t be there. No good morning, no hello. It’s like I shouldn’t be there.

The room was great, the staff was very pleasant and the property overall was nice. The staff member who was working in the Breakfast Room (a male) was not very pleasant to me or my travel companion. He was also rather rude to a Philippino family that was in the room. He was grumbling about wanting to end his day and get out of there.

It's an older hotel in need of upgrades. It was very conveniently located for our stay. The beds were comfortable but the walls are thin. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. The young man in the breakfast room not so much, he was down right rude to a family that got there towards end of service. I understand that service ends at 10:30 but you shouldn't snap at people about it, I think there are nicer ways to let them know.

Upon arrival, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive! Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was nice as well with a good variety. Though we didn't require parking for our stay, the area around was quite walkable and convenient for our Uber drivers. Overall, it was excellent and I recommend 100%!

The location was very close to Belltown and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. The room was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated.

Breakfast had great selection. Strawberry pancakes were my favorite. Parking was good, just have to get out to punch the code(or have a passenger who can do it for you). Over all great stay

With the price of $208 per night, I would expect this hotel is a bit better in quality. The place is in convenient walking distances, parking is safe and good price offer for guests. The stars are all for the staffs who is really friendly, offered me an umbrella when there is raining, the big screen tivi, lots of pillows, and the breakfast decorations is nice and neat and a microwave breakfast options which is a bit surprise since I thought I can eat the regular American hot breakfast style. The room is not as clean, the carpet smells not as pleasant, and furnitures are so out dated. I hope if they can change a bit in the cleanliness, the place can be rated 5 stars.

It's an old American hotel. The best part of the hotel to me is they have a small fish tank. I couldn't have anything from their breakfast because of unhealthy food selections.. I would prob stay there again.

My go to place to stay in Seattle. Great location for walking downtown. Restaurants and shops all around. 45 minute walk to stadium compared to 1 and a half wait for Light Link after games. All around great place.

This is a good option for downtown walkable convenience. The problem with this hotel is the noise level due to downtown construction and traffic. If you can sleep with ear plugs it will work.

The hotel room needs updating. Old dirty looking carpet on the floor. The little balcony off the room was nice, but the view of people smoking crack in the alley below was not. It was close enough to walk to Pike Place Market and the Space Needle, so location is good. But for the price, I'm not sure it was worth it.

Excellent stay. Great value. Hotel is in a good location, walkable to Space Needle and Pike Market. The parking was onsite and reasonable. We were in town for a Seahawks game and walked to Lumen field in 45 minutes. Would stay here again

Walls are thin and the person next foor woke me at 3am talking to his wife and speaking on his phone. The food for breakfast is mostly unhealthy sweet cereal. Pre packaged egg rolls etc that are very unhealthy.

This was a very quaint hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious..We will definitely book again.

The place could use a renovation, but it was good nonetheless.

The only thing fresh was the coffee and apple. Everything is packaged, unhealthy and frozen food. The carpets were old need replacing and not shampooed. There was a hair out of my rolled up towel. The soap was very drying. The room faced the alley next to a building that kept fluorescent lights On all night. we were awakened before 5am by loud booms several times. Could not go back to sleep. I had asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and got the opposite. The best part of the hotel was the underground parking which is gated and only $20 with in and out privileges. And the elevator was broken, only 1 was working and the hotel was sold out.

Parking is in an alley, behind the property. You need to get out of your car to enter the code to open the gate. However, they change the code and don't tell you that. You find out at midnight, in the alley, when the current code doesn't work. All in all, it's a place to sleep, but definitely not what I was hoping for considering the price.

The hotel room was old, but it was clean and large. The bathroom shower didn’t drain very well though, so that’s why I knocked off a star. It was easy to get to everything we wanted from there. The staff was super nice as well!

Cons: upon arrival I found the front desk staff to be rather abrasive. Th room was fine but the heater fell apart and almost took off my finger. In the morning I went down to the lobby for the included breakfast. I was waiting for my Daughter and her friend to come down. While I’m sitting there waiting, the guy at the front desk comes up to me with another staff member behind him and approached me asking if I’m a guest at the hotel. I literally just got off the elevator I’m front of this man. He proceeds to ask for my last name and room number and then asks me to come to the front to verify. This was beyond rude and extremely humiliating. He implied that I came off the street to steal a free breakfast. 1st of all, I do not look unhoused. I paid $300 cad for my room. And the breakfast was disgusting. I wouldn’t have fed that “breakfast” to my dog. I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels and they simply verify your room with a card and room number. To make me get up and leave the lounge while you have this other guy standing behind him like he’s an enforcer was just ridiculous. Upon leaving/checking out, there was no “thank you for your stay” or even asked if we enjoyed our time. Just terrible service.

The room smelled musty upon entering but everything was clean. The bed was comfy and the sheets and towels were nice and white with a clean smell.

Extremely noisy room. Was woken up at midnight with a very loud banging noise that sounded like a lead pipe hitting a dumpster along with roids male voices. After 5 mins of this intermittent banging right outside my 6th floor room, I called front desk to ask what was happening outside and the desk man was completely unconcerned amd dismissive. He tried to convince me it was probably trash pickup! I had a view of dumpsters from my room. No truck and I know the noise during trash pickup. I told him it sounded like ir may be coming from the hotel parking garage and maybe vandals. Anyway after what seemed like an eternity, the banging stopped. THEN at 5am the trash men came! Awake again. Room had 0 soundproofing from outside alley below!! Would NOT stay there again!

The selection at breakfast was great. Front desk was very helpful with storing our luggage, as we arrived around 9 am. Would definitely stay there again.

The first room we are in Was very nice, big spacious everything was great the bed was comfortable it was noisy but we were in the city second room cuz we stayed another night it was a handicap room that wasn't so great it was kind of backwards they had to shower before the toilet but the bed was comfortable and we had a good night sleep and Seattle was gorgeous so we had a good time and that's all that matters so we enjoyed the hotel

Excellent hotel in the heart of Seattle downtown. 12 mins walk to Seattle Convention Center, close to Amazon HQ, and some tourist attractions. Parking is $18 compared to the $40 in most downtown charges.Breakfast options were decent.

The place was great but I was hoping for some hot food with continental breakfast not microwave burritos & sandwiches. How about some meat at least fresh bacon sausage. Otherwise everything was great! Near everything Space Needle, Amazon Sphere good food everywhere. Free shuttles downtown over at the space needle.

I was very disappointed when I arrived to my room and noticed that inside the bedroom there was no A/C, only in the living room area.

Hotel was great shuttle on arrive was awesome and to take us around town during our stay however we went on a cruise and the shuttle driver said he could pick us up and take us to the airport for $65 after yhe cruise which we thought was great he also picked up 2 other people for your hotel since we went to the hotel first he charged us an additional $10 which I felt was totally wrong so we were charge $75 instead of $65☹️

Friendly and great staff

We got a "suite" supposed to accommodate 5 persons. However, their definition of accommodation for 5 is a king size bed for 3 persons and a pull-out couch for the other 2 persons. The couch is lumpy and thin. I guess it would be fine if the other four persons were little children.

We had a great room on the 7th floor with a view of the Space Needle. The room did have faint smell of dampness. The shower was good. Bed linens were good. We had a suite which was nice to have a separate sitting area. Breakfast was typical for an inclusive hotel.

The breakfast was stripped clean by 8:30 and not restocked, beside the fact that the choice of food was poor.

We stayed onsite for a week. The room was cleaned every day. Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was good, quite a solid spread of food. Only 2 negatives would be parking space was a little cramped, and there was no ac in the main room of the suite we stayed in.

Great place to stay for a night especially if you are cruising. Walkable distance to pier and many restaurants. Very American Breakfast do not expect too, much but coffe was good. The lady at the front desk was very nice and she helped us book transportation to pier. The room was clean. I would stay there again.

We booked this hotel because the location was within walking distance to the space needle and the Pike Place market. We also wanted a safe place to park our new car we just picked up. We paid additional for parking to arrive disappointed with compact car parking spaces. Very limited with maybe 10 total spots available. It is a much older hotel and the interior shows it. There is no pool. The breakfast included some muffins, cereal, and a mini fridge with frozen burritos to microwave. Not what we were expecting. We woke up to find a note taped to our windshild calling us an a****** for taking parking that we paid for. Really distasteful. I wouldn't recommend or stay there again.

All was great. Complimentary breakfast was very good and convenient. There is a shuttle to airport for a fee but convenient.

The check in people were very helpful

Guests were charged an extra $19 for parking. The access to the parking lot required the driver to get out of the vehicle in order to punch in the access code. This is most unusual. In most parking lots the keypad is on the drivers side and can be accessed without exiting the vehicle.

Everything was excellent except out timing for arriving at breakfast. It was busy there was no napkins, coffee, bananas or several other items that were brought out later. There was no staff person around for the first 10-15 minutes we were there. Once the staff person came back they spent the next 10-15 minutes restocking everything. The breakfast room had cleared out by then so if we had arrived at this point it would have been great.

Needs to be updated no USB’s available. Too dark, mirror for getting ready had to unplug living room light to see. Bed was comfy, breakfast good.

Entire hotel shows age and neglect. For $350 a night Wyndham should be embarrassed. The breakfast included with our stay was nothing but packaged food with a few fresh fruits in a dark and dingy room.

Good hotel well located in downtown Seattle. Breakfast very much a self service/cooking system. Queues for toasters and microwaves were long on both mornings despite us going at different times. Room was good and clean.

Very noisy because it’s downtown, but I guess I should’ve realized that when I booked it The lighting in the room and the bathroom was quite dim.

The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel was very busy with lots of international travellers, and I observed the staff handling the pressure with grace. My room was bigger than I expected, everything clean and in working order. It's in a great location, close to public transit and a Whole Foods grocery store. I've stayed here twice and will do it again
