Excelente servicio del personal y muy buena ubicacion del hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel. It's in a great location, close to the Waterfront and Pike's Place Market. The Space Needle is within walking distance. We arrived too early for checkin but were able to drop off our luggage so we could go exploring. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The view from our window was not good but we would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Wish the room had atleast a small fridge and a small microwave.
- 3/5
The road noise was very loud! And the parking situation was difficult and confusing.
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Wonderful, staff was amazing. Property was being updated, area was close and felt very safe. Would definitely recommend.
- 3/5
But if the room is facing the Alaskan way S, it is most likely to suffer from the traffic noise, you can't sleep all night, because the window is not double-layered, so make sure to get the earplugs before check-in

Superb
- 4/5
Great continental breakfast. Walking distance from train station. Asked and was given fresh milk for a cup of tea. Able to make hot drink in room. Nothing

Excellent staff, great location for easy access to the waterfront.
- 5/5
We had a great stay here at the Best Western Plus Pioneer Square. Got an early check-in, which was very helpful. Found the room very comfortable and the location was right near the water, close to all the downtown attractions. Convenient to the light rail too, which took us to the airport the next day. The free breakfast was very good as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

Lovely redone old brick building. Very accommodating staff. Not a thing not to like.
- 5/5
Location was good. Breakfast was a joke we didn’t even bother to try. The room was okay but the bedding was terrible. Mattress was bad.
- 5/5
The perfect location with very kind staff. My stay was quiet and cozy. I can’t wait to come back and explore the area more. Thank you so much!
- 4/5
Location is great, staff super friendly, and 24 hr coffee! A little pricey, but it’s Seattle!

Customer service is excellent
- 5/5
The hotel and room was beautiful. The best moment was the time Rebecca at the desk was awesome. She provided us with the history of the area which makes us want to come back and spend more time.
- 5/5
Great and convient location to waterfront and ferry terminal. Excellent and well stocked breakfast buffet. Water bottles available very helpful for days out. Dated but clean. Elevator slow and able to hear talking in next room only drawbacks.

Friendly team, good located Rooms are not so clean, dust and dirty corners, for this room charge very bad breakfast…
- 5/5
Very friendly
- 5/5
Check in was super easy and even got an upgrade to a bigger room. Hotel is conveniently located right by the pier and only a short walk to the sports areas and music theatre. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was well stocked and an easy way to grab something in the morning. Had a coffee machine in the lobby which was also great! Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great location if you are in transit from ferry to Amtrak kings Station. Interesting area historical down town Seattle . Close to the water front, with lots of local reasonable eateries.
- 5/5
Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was amazing!
- 5/5
The staff were so accommodating! From early check in, to a wonderful continental breakfast attendant, and they even held our bags after check out so we could walk around Seattle without them.
- 4/5
Room was clean and updated, staff was nice, parking was easy and safe.
- 5/5
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for its location. Our room didn’t have much of a view, but we weren’t there for the view anyway! The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The room layout felt more spacious than it actually was. The only downside was that our room did not have a microwave. When we asked the front desk if there was anywhere to heat up some food, they let us utilize the microwave in the breakfast room. The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We asked numerous staff for recommendations about dining and shopping. They did not disappoint. The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast hours were great. We didn’t need to get up super early to eat. The variety was good. Everything found something they wanted to eat. We would definitely stay here again in the future. It’s not somewhere we would be able to afford to stay every time we travel, but this splurge was well worth the price.
- 5/5
Staff was so helpful, answering questions and giving us complimentary early check in. Will definitely recommend.
- 4/5
Everything was good. Great to have the parking secured. Loved having the accessibility to walk to the stadiums and attractions we wanted to visit.
- 5/5
Overall everything was good. Will stay here again.
- 4/5
Decent room n staff. Some parts of the neighbourhood are a bit challenging.
- 5/5
Th room was clean and the pillows are fluffier than usual
- 5/5
I wasn't sure what to expect because I was told after i had already booked that this hotel was in a "sketchy" part of town but if you've ever been to Seattle most parts are sketchy when you consider the amount of homeless. But if you like history, this is a great place to go.
- 3/5
Clean room, nice staff. A lot of homeless in the area, we didn’t get any sleep because they kept screaming outside the hotel for the whole night.
- 4/5
Great location of walking Seattle downtown
- 3/5
In a very good location for the water front etc
- 5/5
We arrived past midnight and the overnight staff was super friendly. They have free bottles of water and a water refill station too. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the baseball a football stadium AND 15 minutes (in the opposite direction) to the famous Pike Place market. Plenty of places to eat and get a drink too. There is a Bread of Life nearby which provides resources to those less fortunate. The crowd may look different than expected at times but we did not have any issues at all.
- 4/5
Perfect spot from which to explore Seattle downtown. But i wish window panes were more sound insulated.
- 5/5
Good price nice and clean
- 5/5
Late check in,but Kaitlyn was wonderful. Only complaint room was hot and staff couldn't tell me how to work it. However as night got cooler it was okay. Breakfast was great, generous selection of baked goods, fruit, and a delicious made on spot waffle. Coffee delicious. Trapp, morning desk clerk was also nice and very helpful.
- 3/5
Biggest complaint is that the bedding was good for summer, but it is spring. No comforter, no extra blankets…had to put on extra clothes. It was a wet and stormy day&night as well. No thermostat in the room. Took a hot shower in the morning and felt much better.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
I found this hotel to be perfectly situated for my short visit to Seattle. Easy 3 minute walk from the Link station, Ferry terminal, Smith Tower, Pioneer Square, Waterfall garden and more. Staff were great especially Rebeccah who took time to answer questions and make recommendations. Comfortable upgraded room.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, Personel was fabulous. I love it. I will saty again the next time I visit Seattle.
- 5/5
Everything was just perfect. The front desk daytime people were phenomenal.
- 5/5
Great staff!
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very quaint and quite comfortable

G R E A T!!
- 4/5
We loved the old architecture in the building and while in a busy neighborhood the hotel was quiet.
- 5/5
Historic hotel in very good condition in great location at great price. Good breakfast included. Hint: rooms on main street get party and traffic noise on weekends.
- 5/5
Quiet hotel stay in a great location
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. Comfortable bed. Great location.
- 4/5
A bit noisy, being next to the waterfront on St Patrick's day. Room good, but not excellent. (we didn't expect excellent for the price).
- 5/5
I always enjoy the citrus scented shampoo, conditioner and body wash is along with the lotion and bar soaps, and their Continental breakfast is nicer than others which includes yogurts packaged cheeses and pre-made breakfast sandwiches, not just pastries and toast. I would also say location, location, location is the main reason why I like to stay here. They are very close to the main touristy places like Pike place, and thanks to Seattle's great public transportation. A quick bus or train ride to any location you need to go to. I do wish they had a microwave along with the refrigerator, but the refrigerator is still nice to have. I will definitely be staying here again!
- 5/5
Good location
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly and helpful! The price was fair and the hotel is in a cool area!
- 5/5
We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating; the ordered gluten free bread for breakfast for my mother, held our bags until our flight, and answered all of our questions. The breakfast bar had great lactose free options as well, and Maria was such a thoughtful breakfast attendant! The room and bathroom was spotless and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also ideal, an easy walk both to the train station and Pike Place market. 10/10 would stay again!!
- 5/5
Great place to stay, conveniently located for everything, the room is clean. The bed was great. The pillows were great. The only thing I would say is if you’re a LIGHT sleeper, you probably don’t want to stay on the street side that has all the traffic and a room with a balcony because the noise is a bit much and keeps you awake if you don’t wear earplugs, and I can’t stand wearing earplugs, other than that it’s a great place to stay!
- 5/5
Small cozy old school room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Very clean! Great location and staff! Good price!
- 5/5
Early check-in wad very much appreciated.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Staff very pleasant and professional
- 3/5
The lady that checked us in was very friendly and courteous. She gave us an upgrade to a king bedroom. We had reserved a different room that said it had a city view. When we got to our room, the view was a wall. We called down to the desk and they said none of the rooms have a city view. I believe that is false advertising. The breakfast was very nice and the service was very good. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was clean and the maid service was very friendly.
- 5/5
Clean room and very nice staff. Also very good location for what we wanted and not a steep of price compared to the other larger hotels nearby
- 5/5
Good stay, good continental breakfast great service
- 5/5
This place is perfect and clean
- 4/5
The staff was very courteous and helpful
- 5/5

Awesome location for Super Bowl jubilee - right outside the front door. Large clean rooms. Great breakfast area and decent offerings.
- 5/5
Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms were cozy and clean. Location was prime to walking to downtown sites. The hotel itself was also charming in an old building. Would stay at this location again. Thank you!

Instead It makes me appreciate my life as compared to how some others are forced to live In Canada The best westerns are clean and nice This is a dump
- 5/5
The staff is awesome. Breakfast is a vibe. Enjoy it when I stay here!
- 4/5
Really nice hotel - great rooms, clean and super nice staff. Mattress felt flat and springy which wasn't comfortable to us. Breakfast was good, it had milk alternative options as well which we were happy to find.
- 5/5
Great staff and location
- 5/5
People friendly. Room was OK. Not sure how busy the hotel was but was dissappointed that I couldn't get a later checkout considering I checked in at 8 pm Tuesdy and had to check out 12 noon Thurs. Flight wasn't till 7 pm but we couldn't really use that time wisely as I hurt my foot and it was difficult to walk.
- 5/5
All of the above
- 5/5
Yes, it was. Staffs were very friendly
- 5/5
Amazing and attentive staff!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. An older hotel with a lot of architectural character. High ceilings & lots of original woodwork, but contemporary decor. Staff was very courteous. Room was great. Thanks!
- 5/5
It is an older hotel but that did not effect our stay. The room was very clean and all the staff were pleasant and accommodating.
- 5/5
Spotless from start to finish. Parking garage was a huge plus.
- 5/5
Can’t go wrong with waffles for breakfast! The staff were all very friendly, and very helpful when I asked for local restaurant recommendations.
- 4/5
Super nice staff,
- 4/5
Great staff! Thank you!
- 5/5
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and the location was easy to find. Definitely would recommend this place.
- 5/5
Older 89s decor, but still charming, clean, quiet, very convenient to Pike’s Market.
- 4/5
Hotel is a bit old but the staff was really nice, location is great, room is not pretty but clean and while the breakfast is basic it had a few good option to take on the go
- 5/5
Gave me a complimentary early check inn. Staff were great and very helpful.

The room was clean and spacious and the hotel was quiet.
- 5/5
breakfast served was okay. your basic continental fair. i was a bit confused by it, there may have been scrambled eggs involved somewhere but it was too difficult for me to figure that out, i just woke up. so I took a muffin and a danish back to my room with some orange juice. hotel was very easily walkable from the amtrak station, and it was walking distance to washington hall, which is why i was in seattle... to see a show. at washington hall. the room was small, but very clean and well appointed. expedia is asking about parking but i took the train so i have no idea
- 5/5
Very beautiful hotel with a charm to it. In a great location if you want to walk to Pike Place, Downtown or Pioneer Square. The staff was truly the highlight of this hotel. Every staff member was extremely friendly and always happy to help. We

Cozy hotel
- 5/5
Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is very well kept and clean. I enjoyed the quality for the price and location. Definitely would stay again.
- 5/5
Great place and great price for the location!! Also, protected parking.
- 5/5
The front desk staff (everyone we met) was very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the Nescafe, which had a great selection of coffee and beverages.
- 5/5
Room had all the ammenities needed for a very comfortable stay - keurig style coffee maker w/coffee and tea choices; iron and ironing board; mini frig, and safe for personal items; clean room w/comfortable bed and pillows; large bathroom with soft towels ample toiletries and a hair dryer. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Being there in November wasn't a problem with heat. Our room was kept comfortably warm by a combo air conditioner/heater when the temp dipped into the 40's at night. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay there again.
- 5/5
AC worked great, bed was wonderful. Spotlessly clean and nice staff. Loved that they kept the aesthetics of the old place, but modernized it.
- 5/5
The room was pleasant, the staff were exceptionally friendly. The best part was the location for site seeing in Seattle.
- 5/5
Everything is good.
- 5/5
My stay was enjoyable.
- 5/5
Lovely historic hotel and great location.
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice. Great staff. Rude on night shift was very helpful and pleasant!!!
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and I was able to get into my room early.
- 4/5
Well maintained historical building with modern upgrades. Enjoyed our stay so much that we booked another night for our return trip to Seattle.
- 5/5
We were very pleased with this hotel. The location was perfect for our trip. The hotel has a nice charm and the room size was fantastic...much bigger than a standard hotel room. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Room was perfect, loved the location and the staff was very helpful and friendly
- 3/5
Love pioneer square, location was perfect, parking worked well. Staff were very kind. Rooms kind of small, but worked for us.
- 5/5

- 5/5
It was fun!!
- 5/5
Nice fully updated antique Hotel in a very convenient walking area in Seattle. Like most downtown hotels parking is off site but just a block away.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service at check in. Cool building. Has some character. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
- 5/5
My room was compact (but not too small), with all amenities. I did suggest to the front desk person that a grab bar in shower would be good idea and he cheerfully took the suggestion. But if that was the only idea I had for improvement (I used to run a bed and breakfast), we're in great shape. All three staff I encountered were cheerful, responsive, and helpful. The continental breakfast was fine and the lady in charge was welcoming and bustling around helping at 6:30 AM. I have this hotel in my list now as great place for repeat visits to Seattle.
- 4/5
Great location to the ferry terminal and Pioneer Square station. Property is old but been maintained well. Small room and slow elevator. Staff is very friendly.
- 2/5
Have to pay for parking. They’ve chosen has certain hours where you cannot get your car out of the garage.
- 5/5
Clean room, walking distance from Amtrak. This is my go to for quick overnights while working in Seattle.
- 3/5
Our room was very small. Only a desk chair to sit on. We had to pay $30.00 to park and walk 3 blocks with our luggage when we left. We would not stay there again.
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet, walkable to attractions by waterfront, including Pike's Market Place, easy walk from Link Light Rail to hotel (steep downhill walk), shuttle to cruise ports available.
- 3/5
Breakfast was trash. Everything else was great.
- 5/5
Older, historic hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room had everything that we needed. Good, central location is easily walkable all around downtown Seattle.
- 4/5
Overall, an excellent value. The continental breakfast was a bonus with a nice section of items, excellent coffee and served in a bright, sunny room. I will definitely go back. 🌝🌞⭐⭐⭐⭐
- 5/5
We were treated with great courtesy at every encounter. They really, really should put grab bars in the showers, though!
- 5/5
Older hotel but was very clean and updated.
- 4/5
Clean hotel with a friendly staff.
- 5/5
This was a very nice property. The one improvement they could make would be for them to make clear that the garage they have guests use, does not open until 6am. We could have missed our plane.
- 3/5
clean room, nice staff. convenient to pikes market and the pier. we had a small room. very small. hard to move around. the fridge was in the wardrobe and was hard to open due to a drip pan under it. the view was of garbage cans that were emptied at 5am. the AC unit would not stay on and turned off and on all night. very unsafe neighborhood. we were looking for food and walked by several homeless encampments
- 5/5
Primera vez en Seattle y la ubicacion del Hotel fue lo mejor muy segura el area, tranquilo, limpio.
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you’re going to a game, checking out the waterfront and going to Pike Place. Easy to walk to them all. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
The only thing lacking in the gorgeous, well maintained hotel, is entry seating. Another few chairs would be advantageous for guests waiting for transportation. LOVED the hotel, staff and decor!!
- 5/5
We would stay here again without hesitation.
- 5/5
Really solid customer service. The front desk gave me some good resources for exploring the area/Seattle. Also, they held my bags after I checked out while I explored the city before catching my flight.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel. The staff was great. Let us check in early and didn't charge extra. Its in a convenient location. Only problem is something the hotel cant control and thats the homeless problem in seattle.
- 5/5
The staff was very welcoming they allowed us an early check in and were great for our entire stay
- 5/5
Great location! Property was really close to the Pier by the water taxis, Pier 50? Staff was super nice by letting me check in early and even upgraded us from a queen bed to a king bed! We had a room close to the road though so I could hear traffic at night but I just popped my ear plugs in and slept soundly. The howl is older but kept up well and was clean. The bonus part was there was a free shuttle the hotel staff told me about when asking how to get to the space needle without a car. The shuttle started back up again this year from May to September and it ran often. One of the stops was right outside the hotel. One of the stops was the train station which was awesome because that’s how we got here from Portland. The train station is very close to Chinatown. The shuttle also took us to many spots along the pier. Light rail was easy to use. We took that to visit University of Washington.
- 5/5
Great location in Pioneer
- 5/5
In-room air conditioning was great. Staff were super helpful.
- 5/5
Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
It's a perfect location, and the hotel is charming and cozy. I could easily walk to the waterfront and some museums. There are several nice restaurants and coffee shops in the area as well. The staff are very nice and helpful. I loved the continental breakfast, which was included in the price.
- 5/5
Staff we are so friendly. Location is perfect to walk the city!
- 4/5
Location
- 2/5
We were very disappointed given the price that we paid for a night. I like older hotels, but the room was truly tiny- no place to open our suitcases. Our room looked onto walls in one direction and an alley overflowing with trash in the other. We were told that none of the rooms had views. Maybe there was once a pleasant lobby, but no longer. This was apparently once a budget hotel- it should still be inexpensive.
- 2/5
No parking
- 5/5
Nice location, friendly and accommodating staff. Small room, hotel a bit outdated but clean and well located for Seattle visit.
- 5/5
Very professional staff, room was clean and nice dining options in walking distance.
- 4/5
When I was looking for a place to stay on Expedia I specified “free parking” as a requirement. There was no free parking at this hotel. I’m extremely disappointed that Expedia didn’t filter out this property because parking was a $30 extra charge on top of a fairly expensive room. Please correct your filters so that doesn’t happen again.
- 5/5
Excellent stay! Hotel was clean/quiet with secure parking option. Staff was professional and friendly. Very close to Link station with free shuttle stops in front of hotel. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
Great location and nice staff... close to ballparks and fun bars and restaurants
- 5/5
This Best Western was in a great location. It’s a beautiful brick building that was clean and spacious.
- 3/5
To noisy the air conditioning equipment
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room was overall clean. However, the bathroom had a strong urine smell that was even stronger after it was cleaned. It appears that they use a product that has a smell that resembles urine. The king size bed room was a bit tight.
- 4/5
Excellent location we were walking distance from all the main areas we wanted to visit. Complimentary breakfast was great and the staff were very kind. We will most definitely stay again our next trip to Seattle.
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet
- 5/5
All the staff were so friendly. Location was perfect to walk around the city and the event we were in town to see. Building was clean and well kept. Quiet room, never heard hall traffic or neighbors.
- 5/5
Conveniently located to the waterfront piers, the free waterfront shuttle, ferries, stadiums and the light rail. Complimentary breakfast in the morning had a good variety of choices and was filling. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and the was hotel quiet.
- 5/5
clean, quaint, charming
- 3/5
I went to a concert at Lumen field, which was in walking distance, so that was the reason for my stay. The parking garage is quite a ways away and the area has a lot of homeless/drugs, but so do most cities downtowns. I felt safe walking after the concert because there were thousands walking, but I don't know about anytime else. The hotel room for one night was almost $700, I understand supply and demand, but the hotel was very old, has an old smell to it, and you get a "free breakfast" but it's continental and had very little to offer. If I am paying that much a night, some eggs would be nice.
- 4/5
Rooms were comfortable but the price is really high. Their complimentary breakfast was a joke. They need to have a better breakfast options.
- 4/5
Liked location and walkable
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Easy Access to the lite rail. Easy walk to all the action on Alaska Way
- 5/5
The breakfast was very good and I loved how they kept the charm of the older building while updating it.
- 2/5
Misinformation, on parking
- 5/5
I loved being so close to the stadium and waterfront. It felt safe and staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice for how old it is
- 1/5
It was a nice enough place if it werent for the fact that they left an ozone generator on in our room (we had never seen one so we didnt know what it was) and we had breathing problems the entire night with residual symptoms continuing into a day later. Staff were slow and ill informed of what to do in this situation and the manager insisted she "investigate" our room— total breach of privacy as we still were in there at the time. Eventually they did offer a refund, though Im not entirely sure if itll be enough to cover my friend with asthma's medical expenses. In a nutshell, these people poisoned us on accident. If you stay here and see a blue box, unplug it! It could kill you!
- 5/5
Excellent! We stayed here for two nights prior to an Alaskan Cruise. Super accommodating for an early arrival. Walkable to all of the tourist sites. Would stay here again for sure.
- 5/5
Great Location
- 5/5
Very clean. Close to all things
- 5/5
Easy walk to the harbour and attractions.
- 5/5
Love the building. Walking distance restaurant, waterfront, Mariners and Seahawks stadium and shopping stores. Staff is very helpful and nice.
- 5/5
The stuff at front desk were very nice, especially Jennie (I may remembered her name wrong) who had walked us a block to direct us to the bus station. We greatly appreciate her help! Thank you!
- 4/5
It was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The ladies at the continental breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us. I highly recommend.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have a problem with the heaters, but the staff got us taken care of quickly and to our satisfaction. Good job.
- 1/5
Worst check in to a motel I’ve ever had

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and many attractions including Space Needle, Mariners Stadium, Public Market and King Street Train Station. Took Lite Rail from Seattle Tacoma airport to Pioneer Square for $3.00 and walked to hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful answering questions regarding the area. Breakfast was very nice with great options. We would stay there again.

It has parking which is a plus in Seattle

Kevin at the front desk greeted me in a bad mood and told me that normally reservations through Hotels.com don’t immediately go through. Although he logged in and saw my reservation right away. He was rude. Terrible hospitality skills for a hospitality business.

Great helpful staf and location

Great place. No sleep timer on the television is the only issue I had. More on the manufacturer than the hotel. Close to everything. Great coffee on the same block. Wonderful breakfast provided.

Great location! We easily walked to/from the waterfront and the WAMU theatre. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Seattle for an event close to Pioneer Square!

All perfect

Excellent location! 10 minutes to Lumen Field, 10 minutes to Pike market. Beautiful historic hotel, clean room with no hotel smell. Great staff too! Restaurants around, with every cuisine imaginable. Highly recommend.

Close to water

Great location. Good breakfast selection. Friendly staff. Could use some updating. Beds okay. Just a stones throw from the ferry and lots of restaurants

The only thing we did not like was there was no onsite parking and the closest was a 10 minute walk. A thing to keep in mind is the parking garage opens at 8am on Saturdays and closes at midnight so just be aware.

Everything was lovely. For an older hotel, they take really good care of her 😊

Beautiful heritage building, very clean rooms and area throughout the hotel, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Front end staff were helpful & informative. Great location for restaurants all around, alley and across the street felt a bit unsafe after dark.

Easy

Old city vibes, awesome breakfast, and we can walk to games from here. They also have parking!!!

The hotel is beautiful, so much character. The location is perfect, close to light rail, buses, next to the pier, a short walk from downtown. The breakfast is good. Above Kaitlin at the front desk is an angel. She personifies kindness. She is an absolute gem. Check in/out was quick, everything was perfect. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in town

We needed to park our car and no hotels downtown offer parking. This hotel did and it was great! Secured and attached to building. The rate was great and the location of hotel was wonderful! Best breakfast in a longtime and coffee machine in lobby. Best decision in Seattle hands down!!!

First time visiting Seattle and the staff helped make this a great experience for me and my friend! Free breakfast, kind people, and they even upgraded us free of charge! Parking was only 30 a night, in a secured closed garage that requires a key card to get in, and we where able to come and go as we pleased! Also a 10 minute walk to the monorail station. It was also really nice to be so close to the water. Overall, staff made this a pleasant experience and we are very happy with our 2 night stay :) thank you!

What a nice surprise this was - beautiful historical building and within walking distance of Seattle Art Museum, Pike Place Mkt etc. perfect location. I arrived by Amtrak and walked in only 8 minutes to hotel from King St. Station.

The lady at the front desk, Nalyiah(sp) was absolutely fantastic. Helped us get around town. Found great restaurants. Always with a smile. Definitely an asset fo BW. Breakfast had a wonderful selection and Marie was great at keeping the area clean and well stocked

Needs refurbished. $30 a night parking in a garage 2 blocks away seems extreme.

Very clean. Comfy bed and walkable to shopping and food

Clean, quiet, very close to the city centre, friendly staff, good breakfast.

However, for us the value and level of service were outstanding. The staff were polite and helpful, providing assistance and supplying forgotten toiletries. Breakfast was well supplied with variety and good quality. The location is right on the water, with close proximity to all the Pioneer Square attractions and other downtown attractions. All of those things combined with an extremely reasonable price would lead me to stay here again. The only downside is the cost of parking. I would prefer to have that cost included with the initial booking to better evaluate total cost of staying. That being said, the parking was on the property and both secure and private.

Historic gem of a hotel near the Seattle waterfront & ferries. Plenty of restaurants nearby and good walking. Helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast selections.
