Wonderful

One of the closest hotels to SEA and there’s a great restaurant next door!

Room was a little tired, particularly the bathroom, but clean and perfectly adequate for a one-night preflight stay. The breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast room buffet but kept topped up and cleaned relentlessly by the staffer. Cheerful efficient shuttle, which was the whole point. Eat at Sharp's in the parking lot next door -- it was good!

The entire hotel staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The only note I would have is that the rooms themselves are a little dated (the carpeting and lighting), but they were very clean and comfortable. It didn't bother us, but was something we noticed. If you're looking for the most up-to-date stay, this may not be it - if you don't care, then it's amazing.

Varied and quality breakfast with delightful staff member keeping the area extremely clean and tidy constantly. Overall very pleased with good quality beds, very happy and helpful staff group and good quality breakfast in clean surroundings.

We had to leave to early to participate in breakfast but the room was nice and the shuttle was very efficient.

I had a 1980's style alarm in the room go off at midnight on me. Why are those in there?! Literally everything about the room feels 80's/90's and not in a good way. The people were lovely, the shuttle convenient, but for the price, omg...never again. Do not recommend. LOTS of better options in the area.

Everyone was pleasant. It was nice to have a restaurant and lounge right there. It was nice to have a continental breakfast and a shuttle to and from the airport.

The only thing I didn't like was there was no door on the sink area. Everything else was very good.

This is my choice when going on a cruise. Very close to airport and restaurants. No matter how early I arrive they always seem to have a room available, even before the 3 o'clock check in time. The staff are so courteous. I really really like this hotel.

I felt that the hotel was outdated and not great for being considered a 3 star hotel. Did not find the bed comfy, ended up just leaving in the middle of the night.

Close to airport, rooms very comfortable. Loved that we were allowed to store our luggage during the day before check in. It's not the hotels fault, but some guest let her dog poo in the elevator. We rode after her and reported it.

I like they are a very close walk to SeaTac. Rooms are a bit dated, the shower has a door that I always seem to stub my foot on.

Overall a good transit no-frills hotel that’s cheap and reliable. The rooms and bathrooms were a little dated, but it was fine bc we were just there to sleep.

We stay here pretty much every time we fly out of SeaTac

They offered a free shuttle to the airport that you could arrange in advance, which was great since we were heading out at 4:30 am.

The price for this hotel stay was very reasonable! It is extremely close to SEATAC airport, and the complimentary shuttle service runs 24 hours a day. This was so convenient. The continental breakfast was adequate, but it wasn't as tasty as other places I have stayed.

This place is everything. I’d recommend it over and over again. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Location is walkable and near the airport which has transportation via the light rail system that will take you pretty much anywhere you need to go.

Clean room, and the receptionist was kind enough to give me tips on how and where to go. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location close to the airport and transit train for getting into Seattle. Rooms are a little tired and no bar / cafe in the hotel. Sharps Steakhouse is next door for dinner which was great.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and it is always clean and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. We have continued to return to stay because of this and because it is amazingly quiet considering how close to the airport it is. I would recommend it one hundred percent!

Friendly and very helpful staff. Quick check in and gotme onto my room before noon. Nice breakfast and treadmills that worked in the fitness room. Close to the airport with a very quick turnaround with their complimentary airport shuttle.

Shuttle was nice. I used to get back and forth to Light Line into Seattle.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to checkin as soon as rooms were available which was before checkin time. Free shuttle was a blessing.

One of the things we really appreciated about this hotel was the convenient airport shuttle service. The hotel picked us up from the airport for check-in, and when we wanted to explore downtown Seattle, they took us back to the airport so we could easily catch the train into the city. After enjoying downtown, we simply took the train back to the airport, and the hotel shuttle picked us up and brought us back. It made sightseeing in Seattle easy, convenient, and stress-free. We really liked that the hotel made themselves available in a way that helped us enjoy more of the city during our stay.

We have stayed here many times. The staff are amazingly helpful, it is extremely clean, convenient, and quiet. We highly recommend this hotel if you are coming or going to the airport.

We have stayed at this property 3 times now. It is so convenient for causing. They will pick you up at airport and transfer you to hotel at no charge.(we tip the driver) once there check in is a snap. The rooms are nice and clean and the price can't be beat. Upon check in they are able to set up transfer and pick up fom cruise line. (Carnival is who we use. I'm not sure about other cruise lines but I bet they do ) The cost is around 100.00 for pick up both ways. They can transfer you back to hotel, car rental or airport. There are also several restaurants near the hotel. There is one literally in the hotel parking lot, a Subway nearby and several more within walking distance. There is also transfer to the mall I noticed but we have not used this service. I highly recommend to all cruisers. We will continue to stay here when in Seattle

The continental breakfast was good. The morning staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, a night staff was very unfriendly. Not even a smile or a hello when we checked in. The rooms are very small and outdated.

I loved everything about this property. The proximity to the airport made my travels so easy and the staff was so knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to make my travels as a solo Traveler comfortable and safe. The hotel itself is impeccable and in a safe area and very clean I can't say that enough.

Asked for late check out and was told on arrival to ask front desk foe a fee. I was informed it was not available even tough I was willing to pay extra te next day. Otherwise front desk tried otherwise to be helpful in the morning.

Great location next to the airport. Great dining options within a couple minutes walk. Very quiet. Could not hear airplanes at all even tho you can see them coming in to land.

We chose this because of it's location by the airport. The parking is VERY tight and a space may be hard to get. This is partly because Sharps Roasthouse shares the same parking lot. This hotel is nice but walking across the parking lot to Sharps makes this the best location in town.

I liked that it was close to airport and had shuttle bus to airport. Having luggage scales was very helpful. Had a nice breakfast.

This was just a really great place to stay near SeaTac. I just needed to be close to the airport for an early flight, and it was convenient and well maintained. It is an older building but you can tell it has been taken care of. I have seen some brand new hotels that just don’t get cleaned or maintained. Staff was great, shuttle service is awesome. They give you a discount to the restaurant that shares the parking lot, great place. I just appreciated something clean, convenient and affordable.

Breakfast was good. Not great but they have yogurt, hard boiled eggs, regular eggs, sausage & waffles. Rooms were good. Bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was very limited (waffles, sausage, bulk eggs, cereal, some baked goods) and quality was ok but not great. The air conditioner in my room was very loud all night with a ticking noise from the fan. Hotel decor feels a bit outdated but it’s ok for the price. It was clean and the staff were all great. An easy walk from the airport.

We got a bag breakfast due to an early flight. It was fine.

Clean budget friendly rooms, standard breakfast buffet kept warm and clean, hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport. During our first stay the shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive at the airport. Traffic was bad but I had a feeling the evening driver delayed leaving the hotel due to shift change and the driver wanted our pickup to be his last. Our second shuttle pickup was 10 minutes from our call— and a 4 minute drive to the hotel. Outbound shuttle was easy to schedule and had plenty of room. I would stay again if you’re catching an early flight or a late arrival!

It was okay, the room was very humid and the toilet kept running all night. Then we had a fire alarm go off at 7am with no explanation from the staff or apologies.

It’s hard to find a hotel (especially in the Seattle area) with pricing under $200. I was impressed that I wasn’t charged hidden fees like extra for parking. A pleasant surprise! They also really catered to airport travelers and has a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. It conveniently has a restaurant in the parking lot that was open until midnight, which was delicious (and the hotel gave us a $10 off coupon to use). Our room seemed really clean. My only critique was it didn’t have the most comfortable beds, and one bed frame had a piece that stuck far out which scraped my son‘s heel, but when I brought it up to the staff, he put in a work order for maintenance. So I don’t hold that against them at all. I am already booked for another stay later this week at the same hotel. Highly recommend.

What really stood out was the staff. Since I had to leave before breakfast started, they handed me a breakfast bag and let me grab a free cup of tea without hesitation. The shuttle driver was just as wonderful, courteous and full of energy at an ungodly hour, helped with my heavy luggage and pointed me in the right direction. Small gestures, big impression. Awesome check in service by the morning lady . Rooms and elevators need improvements . Shuttle to the airport very convenient and great service . I don't think charging guests for bottle water its cool . Specially since their water its not potable at all . Great experience overall .

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, the air temperature control, the fridge and microwave and hotwater/coffee maker in the room, good wifi, the quality of the complementary breakfast. Re the breakfast - loved that they had whole fruit : apples, bananas, oranges, unsweetened oatmeal, and hardboiled eggs. Would have liked to see plain yogurt (they offer two flavors of heavily sweetened) - and would have preferred it if the hb eggs were in their shells...would have felt a little less germ prone. That said, still better than average complementary breakfast options.

The perfect place for travelers arriving late or departing early from SeaTac Airport. Convenient, comfortable, and affordable.

Everything was great! The only downside was the TV was a little glitchy and the Wi-Fi basically did not work, but I’m sure most of the time it does.

Their soundproof windows were great though!

The only issue I found was the parking. We had to use a parking garage about a block away because the hotel parking lot was filled with cars for the restaurant next door.

We just stayed over one night to catch an early flight the next day but we thought it was a very well maintained hotel they even gave a $10.00 coupon to use at the restaurant door. We booked a shuttle at 4:00am to the airport and the driver was there waiting for us ready to go. We would definitely stay here again.

We love the SeaTac Coast. For early morning flights, we have very little to worry about. Just get up, jump in the van and your travel day starts without stress. And, a meal at the Roast House is a very pleasant meal the evening before you fly.

The front staff was very helpful with exception that we were woke up over a noise complaint. We were both sleeping and didn’t hear anything especially not from us. We had 6 am flight so the call woke us up. I would think that “noise” would be investigated instead of calling random rooms.

I like staying at this hotel when I fly out of SeaTac airport. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I can walk to the Hawaiian L&L restaurant, ( my favorite). The hotel is clean and the shuttle service is excellent.

So close to the airport you can see the planes. Shuttle service effective. Clean room and generous breakfast. Night shift reception grumpy and morning shift friendly. Hot water dispenser in breakfast room horribly designed—a guest must be six feet+ to use it safely.

Great location for quick access to/from the airport, easy walk. Very good restaurant across from hotel. The beds are very comfortable but we stayed twice and found one roomnice and quirt but the frontvside room had loud noises from the plumbing and A/C

Disappointed with this hotel. It looked a lot nicer on the photos and for over $200 per night I expected a lot more. It wasn’t very clean - the bathroom in particular (the floor below the shower is straight up dirty), the carpet could also use a clean. I was surprised that there was no conditioner - all hotels offer it now. The air conditioning is super loud, and you can hear the cars from the road outside the hotel constantly. Lastly, I was surprised to receive a pack n play as the baby crib instead of an actual crib; it’s hard to clean these and there was a stain on the mesh. Only positive is how close it is to the airport but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was good but they have a problem keeping the sausage and eggs warm let alone hot. The room was very clean, check-in was a breeze. There is limited on-site parking but most guests don't drive there so it isn't a problem.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is cordial, wide ranging breakfast and best of all is a ten dollar credit at Sharp's restaurant directly across from the hotel. Used the gym equipment for the first time, it makes for a nice little break.

I have always liked this hotel. Parking lot is a little small. But you get to watch the planes take off and land at SeaTac. Kinda cool if you like that sort of thing.

Check in was discouraging. There was no on-site parking as verbally assured to us by management prior to our booking thru Expedia. So we had to pay an additional $275 at the desk for off site parking. Hot water was not available. Told it would be up and running soon. The next morning at 3:30am there was still no hot water. We stayed here one night both before and after an international trip from SeaTac. The shuttle drivers were quick to pick us up or drop us back at the nearby airport. Despite its closeness to the airport, our room was quiet with no aircraft noise. The included breakfast near the lobby was good with waffles, juice, eggs, sausage, breads and yogurt available beginning at 6 am. The shower in the room was surprisingly larger than it appeared at first and had both shampoo and soap dispensers. The pillows were a bit lumpy.

The shuttle bus was convenient and ran on time, although I only used it from he hotel to the airport. There are three good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel; Sharps, Mango Thai and 13 Coins. The hotel provided a $10 discount for Sharps when I checked in. Only complaint is that it took 10 minutes at 7AM to get hot water in the shower. I will stay here again if I have to spend the night in Seattle near the airport.

Has an airport shuttle, a Pizzeria Uno connected to the hotel, and a free hot breakfast buffet. What's not to like? Room was comfortable, it had two televisions, an extra large refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Price was reasonable, if I'm ever around O'Hare Airport this is the only place I would choose.

Perfect for the price!

The hotel is clean and it was quiet. The facilities need to be updated. The shower and toilet area are too small and separated by a pocket door from the sink. There is not a separate light for sink area and no way to close it off from the main room creating issues at night.

Rooms are SPOTLESS and front desk is really efficient and helpful. Walls are a bit thin but otherwise great stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The bathroom smelled a little musty. (I know I'm more sensitive to smells than most average guests, so it's probably not a big deal for most guests.) The restaurant next door is excellent!

The staff at the check-in counter was overly kind and gracious. I traveled from overseas and forgot to bring a universal adaptor plug. The staff lent me one AND let me check in early, very early, for free.

Room was good - took a long time for any hot water - parking is a challenge - front desk grumpy - I didn’t know I had a 10 dollar coupon for dinner - no one said anything

The shuttle to the hotel from the airport was essential. It was quiet even though at the airport. The breakfast was better and with more variety than I expected. It was a good experience.

Although we arrived pretty late, the room type we reserved was ready for us. It was clean and (given the proximity of the hotel to the airport area) mostly quiet. The breakfast was always nice.

Perfect place to lay over in Seattle on way back to Anchorage after long flight from east coast. Spotless, quiet, great staff, great restaurant on site, liquor store one block away, Subway and smaller restaurants one block away, 24 hour shuttle every 20 minutes to airport. Fantastic breakfast! Our new favorite! Have stayed here 4 times past year and always felt safe and pampered. Well done, Coast!

This room was immaculate. Window ledges, curtains, flooring, baseboards, light fixtures, bed and furniture, all clean, neat, well groomed and presentable. The statement it made was, welcome, rest, peaceful.

Very convenient location to SeaTac! We walked back from the airport south terminal after dropping off our car, and it took less than ten minutes. Comfortable, clean hotel with a good breakfast.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially after having travel issues. The shuttle driver immediately picked us up at the airport and we were conveniently scheduled for our shuttle ride back to the airport the next morning. Our driver was very friendly as well. This will be my go to hotel every time I travel.

A little older but is an easy option with 24 hour shuttle right next to the airport. Slept well liked the to go breakfast and the restaurant next door for a bite the night before.

The "to go" breakfast was great. The free shuttle was also extremely convenient for getting to the airport with no extra cost.

We were hungry after a long train journey, and there's a great restaurant literally in their parking lot! The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and our stay was very comfortable.

We stay here every time we are in or out of SEA on flights. Great proximity to the airport; extremely helpful gals behind the reception desk; several good restaurants within a few minutes walking; every 20 minutes convenient airport shuttle bus; and clean and comfortable rooms (never a question there). The free breakfast is good and meets the need.

Super clean and quiet. Quiet was impressive given the hotel is next to the airport. Staff was awesome. We had to leave early and they gave us a to-go bag breakfast that was full of yummy things. The restaurant across the parking lot was delicious. New favorite hotel for airport layovers.

Was walking to restaurant next door ( shared parking lot) at about 7 pm...very dark as there is no outdoor lighting. I tripped on the curb that extends beyond the last car in front of the restaurant and landed face down on the asphalt.

We won’t be staying there anymore.

What stood out the most, however, was the staff—every single person I encountered was kind, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. The hotel also provides a generous voucher for the restaurant next door. I only wish it had been clearer that the discount applies to entrées only. Overall, it was a great short stay, and I would absolutely return.

Seemed like the walls were thinner than in previous visits but it was probably just because my neighbours were noisier. When they were taking a shower, it sounded like they were in the same room as me.
