Convenient to the airport and places to eat. Had a family suite and one of the rooms was so hot, a/c didn’t work at all and stayed about 76 degrees. They sent up a mechanic and he worked on it and “fixed” it but the air never started working. Thankfully they had a fan when I called and asked. Paid way too much for one night to not have working A/C.

Location and shuttle service Tub got stopped up
- 3/5
The morning restaurant staff could of been more hospitable, not helping with buffet price versus the alacart prices (2eggs potatoes $30 buffet $35) and took 30min for 2 eggs to arrive
- 3/5
The pillows were flat, you could literally balled them up like paper. No head support. Also I was walking out the bathroom and an unknown man was walking into my room. When I called the front desk they try to make me sound like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I would like corporate to contact me
- 3/5
Location good for airport
- 3/5
The buildings and rooms were so old and worn down.
- 2.5/5
The person checking me in wasn't friendly or very helpful. There were 2 children and 4 adults in my party, and his tone was condescending when he said, "I assume you want 6 cookies." He indicated the family rooms were at the far end of the property. The directions were unclear, and he sent us the longest possible route to get there. Didn't explain where we needed to park. We finally met up with a cleaning staff member, and she asked if we needed help and escorted us to our room.

High cost for a mediocre...

Room was clean but never seemed to cool off sufficiently. Pretty pool area. Property is very spread out so be prepared to walk.
- 3/5
Only one elevator working. Checking in was not good. Shuttle from airport poor. We will probably not stay here again.
- 3/5
Shower water wasn’t hot enough. Breakfast buffet was a way over priced.
- 1.5/5
DoubleTree is an airport hotel - so far, so good. However, it feels like a scam: you think you're getting a good price and decent service, but breakfast is not included. My room was next to the parking lot, where buses were running their engines from 6:00 AM, while staff were having loud conversations nearby. After reluctantly paying for the overpriced breakfast, I discovered that their IT systems are so outdated they can barely handle EU credit cards or tap-to-pay functions.
- 5/5
Seemed like an older property but well maintained. Free shuttle to mall and airport, oh, and the cookies are the best!
- 1/5
Would not recommend. We paid for 1 night stay and was charged for parking which we never knew about and the parking was a nightmare. Had to go thru multiple gates and the key card didn't work. The hitel

Husband and I booked this room before a very early flight. Clean room and free 24/7 shuttle to airport. No complaints here! Would stay again in the future.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay here. The front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The pool and hot tub were great and a perfect way to relax. Perfect stay near the airport. Highly recommend!

Conveniently close to airport
- 4/5
The Hotel was generally okay. I want to point out that the 24 hour shuttle service is excellent for guest who do business or have Seattle as an embarkation port for a cruise to Alaska. One thing I need to point out is that the hotel needs a makeover specially the old carpet floors. No amount of cleaning will remove the old musky smell. The rest of the hotel is generally okay.
- 5/5
Extremely clean. Nice people
- 3/5
Decent stay for the price but you do have to pay $30 per night to park. Room was clean, linens were clean. Just dated property, smelled a bit musty but it was clean. Also only 1 elevator working but it was ok for a 1 night stay close to the airport

My hubby and I found this Hotel out of Sheer Luck.. I call it, Seattles Secret Shangri-La, It’s Very Picturesque, Clean, I feel like a Celebrity when we come here, Shuttle picks you up at airport, Less than 2 minutes away from Hotel, They pull up to the front door, Hand you your luggage. And greet you with a smile and a warm cookie. My honey always eats my cookie and his , But I would Stay here Once a month if I lived in Seattle, Oh yah and could afford it, Realistically the prices fluctuate during the month, But are reasonable,

Didn’t know about the omelets cause there was no one that I could see making them. There was no station at the buffet line At check in is what I didn’t like. There was no common courtesy what so ever. Was kinda embarrassing at check in! My check in was humiliating because I didn’t use there reservation on line. I was told I get no special rates caused I used a third part. So I didn’t get any points caused I used a third party in booking! At first she wasn’t going to let us have free breakfast caused I used a third party in booking reservation! Really!,, Guess where she put the breakfast vouchers? Inside the room key envelope. Without telling me. I almost didn’t see them! Also went in little shop to buy milk and told the cashier we would be right back wanted to go outside for some fresh air, when we returned the shop was closed! She didn’t tell us she would be closing.
- 5/5
The balconies could use a good broom & sweep! Can’t complain the bed was completely comfy. Catching the shuttle to the airport was easy Thx
- 4/5
The bathroom had some patching repair work done that looked terrible, the carpets needed to be cleaned in certain areas. The beds were comfortable, rooms are divided into certain wings which is difficult for anyone who has trouble walking distances.
- 5/5
Very clean.
- 3/5
The property was convenient to the airport however, they charged $40.00 a night to park a vehicle, even if you have a room. That's way to much
- 3/5
We came in for 1 night for a vacation trip leaving next morning. The location was great near the airport and shuttle service to the cruise ship ports. The property is older and needs an little TLC. For the proce i would hope a little nicer property.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3.5/5
We've stayed at this hotel on several occasions before catching flights. This time the power went out at 3:30 am. The shuttle runs on time, and it's a quick trip to SeaTac Airport.
- 2/5
Long wait for airport shuttle
- 5/5
Great view
- 5/5
Staff (Zach) double charged me told me I would get a discount of parking due to his mistake and I see they charge me full price definitely will not stay again
- 2/5
Since when does that matter? She also told me I needed to move my car from the front parking lot, which was empty, to another location asap. i told her that I am only changing and leave right away, she rolled her eyes. This will be my last DT stay for a while. Its interesting how one person can ruin it for the brand.
- 5/5
This is my favorite hotel near Sea-Tac. The rooms are large and the restaurant is excellent.
- 1/5
The property looked very tired. The airport shuttle busses had terrible suspension & made some horrible scraping sounds when going round corners. But the worst was the checkin process where we had to stand for 1 and a half hours because there were so few staff. We finally got into our room at 1.15am!
- 4/5
It’s very large with several wings to the property so if you have a walking disability expect to make arrangements. Breakfast is $30 but very good and parking is around $40 with tax, not so good. Finding a parking spot is difficult due to the amount of people on this property. Rooms were standard imo. Nice amenities, pool, gym, I didn’t see a spa.
- 4/5
Clean rooms and friendly staff
- 5/5
i6t had a flat. There was no one to help us and we are in our 80's and I am confined to a wheelchair. another guest finally pointed to another luggage carrier (we were just off a cruise and had 9 suitcases) that was around a corner from the lobby. The desk clerk was VERY overwhelmed. She had a line of people checking in at the same time and couldn't take care of everyone at the same time.
- 3/5
Stayed for one night. Front desk was going to offer me a deal for another room. I was already paying $334 for one night. No thanks. Room was big but with dark carpets throughout it looks dirty. Bed comfortable. Basic amenities in the room. Elevator in the tower dirty. Don’t like the adjoining room door-single woman travelling alone. Shuttle to the airport good.
- 2/5
Our hot water didn’t work in the shower when we asked for maintenance help it took about 30 minutes for them to get to the room and they ended up fixing it with their own tools. They looked at it and said they fixed it. Which was strange. The next morning the faucet didn’t work again. We tried to get a new room, but they were understaffed at the front desk so we didn’t really have an opportunity to just do that. The parking was nice because it was in a closed off area. The front looks really nice however, the rooms themselves smell like they were potentially smoking rooms in the past they weren’t very updated. Bed was overall comfortable , However, the sheets were pretty scratchy. There was no complementary breakfast from what we could see. It was only paid breakfast for $170 you think you’d get just a little more.
- 3/5
Love this hotel but I did not enjoy waiting nearly 20 minutes to check in. They need to hire more staff.
- 1/5
The carpet felt damp and the shower was gross. The place is a disaster and we will not stay there again.
- 3/5
Our main frustration happened when we checked in at midnight. We were hoping to quickly grab some refreshments, but unfortunately, the ice machines and vending machines on our floor were not working, making it very difficult to feed my family before putting everyone to bed. Overall, it's a comfortable and highly convenient location, but if you are arriving late, I'd highly recommend grabbing a few snacks and drinks at the airport before you head to the hotel!
- 4/5
Property is showing its age. Dark carpets in the room. Appears dingy. Gym facilities lacking decent equipment. The parking system with all the gates in and out confusing. Breakfast buffet good.
- 3/5
There was a line of about 20 people trying to check in and only one attendant, it's truly just sad for the employee and to have to wait over an hour to check in while you've already digitally checked in really sucks, we called for extra pillows and they never came such a beautiful hotel with comfy bed really needs staff
- 4/5
We were not given prior information about where to get the airport shuttle so we had to call and wait quite some time. That leg of the journey was frustrating. About fifteen parties arrived to check in and the staff stepped up with extra help. Checking in I was offered a closer room for $30 extra but I declined. The property is huge with hallways expanding out in several directions. I had no idea how far I had to walk for the room I was given and it was difficult with suitcases and mobility challenges. It almost seemed like punishment for not accepting the upgrade. Despite the inconvenience, the room was clean, large and quiet. After returning home I found a $2 charge on my credit card for "Tourism Assessment Fee". IDC about $2 but annoyed at the fact that I was not told about this. There are a few places to eat within walking distance and a liquor store to purchase wine to carry on our cruise. All in all, it was a nice place and I would stay there again.
- 5/5
good location
- 2/5
The pillow was terrible. It was not a pillow. It was a pillowcase and property is pretty old devices are very old and very loud noise every time the neighbor took a shower or we took a shower or use the toilet sound like horrible through the walls. sleeping was very bad.
- 5/5
All round pleasant stay made all the more enjoyable by the helpful staff.
- 3/5
This seems to be a common thread nowadays with Expedia.
- 3/5
The staff was not helpful rude.. the rooms were old and heavy fragrance in the room we all had sinus issues after staying
- 4/5
I like the breakfast at the Coffee Garden.
- 3/5
I had to pay a fee for parking and we had no fridge in the room 😒
- 4/5
Excellent staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, good location for airport travel
- 4/5
Favorite amenities were the bathtubs still available at this property. Restaurant on site and helpful staff
- 5/5
Makes for a nice stay on layover
- 5/5
This hotel was convenient to the airport, the bed was comfortable, and check in was quick and easy. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Will definitely come back.
- 4/5
Close to Seattle airport and provide free shuttle.
- 4/5
All good. Staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Convenient for the airport with transfer bus provided.
- 4/5
Out side tables seemed to always be dirty every time I passed by.
- 4/5
The location is excellent, very close to the airport. The only complaint we had was the logistics of the parking. To exit after checkout, it was required to scan our room key on the way out. We had left the keys in the room as we normally do. We needed to address that while we were trying to get to the airport. Just a note for future travelers.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, the gym was awesome, very quiet at night. Will definitely stay again
- 5/5
Had an early flight, so didn’t get to enjoy the property besides sleep
- 5/5
Close to airport along with shuttle running frequently
- 5/5
It was to cold to enjoy the pool but we enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed… there will be return visits!
- 5/5
Really beautiful property.
- 5/5
Great place for night before your flight. A little dated, but highest quality in beds and linens. Food options are wonderful- no room service but you can order online and pick up. Very quiet.
- 1/5
The 6 PM shuttle driver was also rude when I asked for information regarding airport guidance. In addition, he ripped the handle off my carry-on bag and did not acknowledge what happened or offer any apology. Overall, the customer service experience was disappointing.
- 4/5
This property was a surprise. As a low-cost hotel chosen for its proximity to the airport, it out-performed at every turn. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious and quite nice and there was a prompt shuttle to the airport. I recommend this property.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
This place is huge and per staff always busy. Be prepared to wait a minute to check in. It is walkable to south terminal SEA TAC.
- 4/5
Clean room. Convenient (10 min walk!) to airport and the Kent area. Solid local pub across the street with a great Salmon burger. Rooms clean and well kept. Not the most modern hotel, but solid and a unique layout.
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The hotel is aging and not updating. Popcorn ceiling in room was visibly dirty with dust balls hanging from it.
- 1/5
Furniture is old and badly scratched, pillows are stained, sheets are old, bed was very uncomfortable. Hotel needs major refurbishment asap.
- 3/5
Rooms were out dated ( dark and gloomy) . Pricey breakfast. Staff great with reliable shuttle service.
- 5/5
hot tub ok but not very hot....did not sample breakfast...staff agood
- 5/5
The rooms were huge. Getting to the airport early the next morning only took 5 minutes. Great amenities for the price
- 5/5
Easy airport access. Walkable to restaurants.
- 3/5
No complimentary breakfast, food that was available was extremely expensive! Cheeseburger was overly done and burnt, asked for medium cooked. Service was slow
- 4/5
The facility was clean, and the staff was informative
- 1/5
Transfer to another room changed me for both
- 3/5
Room Clean, restaurant clean. overall condition is very outdated. Only 1 out of 4 elevators working - waiting over 30 minutes to get to my room because the hotel was packed.
- 5/5
Was a great place to stay and close to everything
- 4/5
Staff was very kind and professional. The shuttle was very confusing and hard to get to. The rooms while clean was dingy and very out of the way. Not the worst experience but can be improved.
- 5/5
All swell
- 3/5
Hotel room was nice and clean. Hot water had issues and maintenance just ignored the problem. They seem to have no intention of trying to diagnose and fix it
- 3/5
Breakfast was not included and very pricey
- 3/5
The most worn Doubletree I have ever stayed in. Great shuttle and close to the airport, but not the standard I'm used to from this brand.
- 2/5
We booked a room at the Doubletree expecting a wonderful experience. However, we were very disappointed in not only the room but the parking situation & the way we were treated. First, we were not informed there would be a Cryptocom convention going on which took up all the parking and causing the driveways to be blocked off. We ended up having to park near the valet parking & walk all the way to the rear of the property (section 5B) carrying all of our luggage. Three members of our party are senior citizens & it was very difficult to manage. There were no signs to indicate the main lobby so we drove around & around trying to find a way to get in to register. When we got to our room there were so many non-working/broken things in the room we couldn't believe it. We made a long list of the items and then reported them to the office. They told us to just write to you without anything being cleared up. When we asked for a porter the next day because we could not carry our luggage back through the parking lot, we were told that the parking lot had been unblocked & we could walk back & bring our van closer. Thank goodness for that. They said they would send a porter up to bring our luggage down, then called back later to say he had been sent on an errand & couldn't help us. We began bringing our luggage down, got another phone call saying that they found someone who would help us. He showed up on our second trip with the luggage & just pushed a cart at us, but didn't help at all.
- 1/5
The first room I got was filthy and wasn't safe as the safety latch was pulled away and the door handle was loose. The toilet shrieked for a minute after flushing. The corners of the floors, the grout, the doorjambs and more were filthy and gross. The refrigerator looked as if it was dropped out of a window. In no way was it what I expected from the Hilton family of hotels. It felt like a seedy motel. I did ask for a new room and at least it was cleaner but they wanted me to pay to be in a different section of the hotel called the tower. I have no idea if the tower is more on brand but I already paid enough money so I wasn't paying more. The elevators were in horrible shape and even dirtier. Water stains on ceilings and walls, dirt caked, stainless steel marked up and beat up. In the second room the bed was comfortable and sheets/towels were clean but sheets are scratchy. Shower had an old tub and was very slippery with no grab bars. The bar/lounge/restaurant had horrible wait staff where waiting was what you did. Food was good though. I will give Hilton another chance but not this chain as I had issues in another state but only noise related.
- 2/5
Fire alarm went off 3 times in one night, and both restaurants had bad food and service. The desk staff seemed like they didnt care about the fire alarm, we had no idea if the building was on fire or not. And the final time was at 5 am so we just checked out and left. The Crypticon crew was absolutely wonderful, the Hotel not so much. We had much better meals at the jack in the box.
- 4/5
There was oil of some type on the desk chair, I sat on it.
- 4/5
Good location for airport with shuttle Can walk to Link stop to get into Seattle downtown Rooms can be a far walk from entrance
- 5/5
Too Cold for the pool.....
- 2/5
I didn’t get the room I booked and the room wasn’t cleaned properly, it was loud because of the balcony area. And our keys stopped working when we went out into the hallway to get water.
- 2/5
Shower only had cold water, older looking rooms in need of an update, not enough pillows and pillows were small. Toilet roll fixture was broken. Was charged extra once we arri ed at the hotel to stay in the main wing of the hotel (this extra charge wasn't advertised on Expedia anywhere, so it was surprisingly when the front desk informed us that would be the case.
- 3/5
Great pool; check-in a little slow. Property was dated but kept clean. Long waits for elevators in the Tower.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, friendly and helpful UI l staff. Breakfast was awesome! Shuttle to airport, clean and on time
- 3/5
Check in desk was severely understaffed as there was one lady working and a line with about 40 people in it. Hotel is a little outdated but the bed was very comfortable.
- 5/5
Staff at checkout were very friendly. You may have to pay vehicle parking per night.
- 3/5
Very difficult to find your way through the property.
- 4/5
Helpful staff
- 1/5
We called ahead to ask about late check-in, the person who answered seemed uninterested and offered little help. We arrived and the only room that matched our booking was on the 3rd floor with no elevator, she did offer us something else, and then gave us instructions on how to get there. The parking was $35 which wasn't listed. The power went out for 3.5 hours overnight.
- 3/5
We had our maintenance fix the TV!
- 1/5
The lobby was packed with people trying check. There was no one to tell me what line was what I spent 30 in the wrong line. After checking in I was told the elevator was broken. I was given confusing direction on the location of my room. I went back 2 Times trying to get help. The staff responded with figure it out your self attitude. After almost 30 min we found the room. We occasionally bumped with other people with the same problem.
- 4/5
They offer breakfast for an added fee. The restaurant is expensive. There is no room service. The rooms were okay. The line for check in and out was always a wait. Day or night.
- 3/5
Nice stay close to airport
- 3/5
Understaffed, long waits for check in, room had a bad smell
- 3/5
Building of disrepair, rooms remodeled, and clean.
- 2/5
Buffet was great. Good service, good food.
- 5/5
Amazing rooms, staff, and location. Loved the spacious room and awesome breakfast.
- 2/5
A/C wasn't working. Room kept getting pushed back to being ready. Elevators kept getting stuck and breaking down. Some of the front desk staff were just rude
- 4/5
Great staff, easy check in and check out, great shuttle service
- 2/5
Rooms are old and need updating, understanding that is a busy place because of traffic from airport
- 3/5
- There was NO hot water at 5:00AM for a shower - The toilet paper holder is literally falling off of the wall
- 5/5
Amazing stay
- 2/5
Bed was horrible. No amenities in the room.
- 5/5
Jacuzzi/hot tub was not functioning, but the rest of the hotel was excellent including the restaurant.
- 5/5
Very nice view and room for the price! I recommend
- 3/5
It's not bad, but it's not great. Smells like an old hotel in places. Staff was nice. Had to pay $35 for parking, so more expensive than other options that don't blindside you with fees. Hot tub was also closed... i really wanted a soak.
- 2/5
There's also carpet everywhere that's terrible for suitcase wheels, multiple elevators closed and narrow hallways
- 5/5
Convenient location - hotel is older but very clean and welcoming. A bit of a maze to find your room but the staff are friendly and helpful. Was grateful for the complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste since luggage was delayed :-)
- 4/5
You can walk to the hotel from the Airport - approx. 2/3's of a mile. So you can skip the shuttle if light baggage. Clean rooms, dining options are great and quiet for such a busy hotel. I only had one issue - the bathroom door did not close in the door jam - did they have an earthquake that knocked it out of alignment? It would stay up against the jam but there was no way it will ever close in its current position. Not a problem for a loan travel, but a couple of travelers would prefer it close all the way in the jam. Breakfast off the menu was great and greatly served! I had the calamari appetizer for dinner - very well done and tasty!
- 5/5
Many memories of staying with the family at this expansive and iconic mid-century resort style hotel. Just opposite the airport. Excellent again, this weekend, for a short layover.
- 5/5
Clean room. Comfortable staff. Great dining choices in the hotel.
- 4/5
It’s easy to find, has a restaurant, & an easy airport shuttle every 20 mins. On the other hand it’s a bit past its prime & difficult to get around in.
- 4/5
Only one concern in the room was a loud HVAC fan
- 2/5
It's getting pretty run down. Staff were great. Bar/restaurant way overpriced
- 3/5
We had luke warm water in shower. Took about 1 hour to fix problem. Watter temp was still below normal.
- 5/5
Outstanding room and value. Very impressed.
- 5/5
Clean room. Staff went above and beyond in providing distilled water for cpap.
- 1/5
Parking is horrible. Bathroom not properly cleaned. Not knowing that a security person would go to the room to reset key card was odd because it seemed like someone was trying to get in the room. Front desk should have mentioned that before we got to our room.
- 4/5
Convenient easy shuttle
- 5/5
Quiet, rooms are clean, spacious. They have onsite eating and a bar/restaurant. Pool, we never used--
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast service was fast so that I could get out and start my day.
- 5/5
Convenient location to airport, nice place to stay.
- 5/5
Beautiful large double bed room. Extremely clean. Definitely will book here again. 😊
- 4/5
No fridge or microwave in room
- 2/5
having a packed hotel during an event and only 2 elevators operating is not ideal conditions. seemed like the staff was aware but it a $$$$ issue to not deal with
- 3/5
Driver passed us as we chased and waived at him at the airport. Had to wait another 1/2 hour.
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff
- 2/5
We stayed here because it was close the airport. However this complex is massive and the rooms are very worn. We came in late at night and there was a long line to just check into the rooms with only one person at the counter. Once we got our room, we had to walk what felt like a half mile through a confusing hallway system to a different wing. Family of 4 Rolling suitcases on carpet, getting lost in a hotel, late at night was no joke. Couldn't really just get up and go to breakfast in the morning because it was such a long walk back and forth to rooms. Really! Rooms felt really old and everything had massive wear on it from the walls, carpet & furniture. It was a place to rest our heads but not more.
- 5/5
It a very nice place the only thing I’ve just spent so much money. He still have to pay for parking there and it gets back fast.
- 5/5
Friendly & accommodating desk staff. Very clean & comfortable room. Lots of great space to explore & hang out in about the hotel. Nearby lake walk.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable facility. I’ve stayed here many times before
- 2/5
Very old and poorly maintained property. Our room was dirty with dust and spider webs and we saw mold on multiple surfaces. Would not recommend
- 3/5
Staff is nice. Breakfast is an idio.
- 4/5
We stay due to location by airport and nice accessible rooms. Overall the hotel property is nice, if a bit dated. But the people service are.top notch!
- 1/5
Run down and dated.
- 2/5
This place is a peeling and outdated mess. From smoky lights and stains on lamps and water damaged doors- I can't believe that DoubleTree allows such a rundown property to carry their brand. I stay at DoubleTrees often and this place is so close to the airport and always full- yet has not had the owners making investments to keep it modern or comfortable. Rooms are outdated and lack basic modern conveniences that many less expensive places have. No refrigerators, no USB outlets, peeling doors, stained lamps, worse pillows I have ever had. Truly dissappointed in how bad this stay was for it being a DoubleTree that is always packed. This is a property that is a cautionary tale for brands that let their hotels decay and become outdated and don't care about guest experiences. The location can't be beat, but look elsewhere if you want a good stay- or go back in time and re-live the best of 1998- because that what it felt like at this hotel.

Got a good deal for weekly airport parking. No hot water. Good areas in general. Did not eat breakfast or lunch. Free airport pickup and droop off, fairly quick.
- 5/5
Room was very nice
- 2/5
The room booked through Expedia by the time we got to the hotel didn’t exist. They had oversold everything we didn’t get the room we had been promised and paid for. We were told that there’s no refund possible.
- 4/5
Clean and quiet rooms
- 4/5
Room was clean.
- 2/5
Cannot get a hold of anyone who can help me correct the recurring error. Restaurant over priced.
- 5/5
Most relaxing over night stay after a 23hour flight.
- 3/5
My particular room was very dated and disappointing. The desk light didn’t work and the exit door outside my room kept slamming.
- 3/5
Staff doesn’t tell you about the stairs up and down if you’re located in a wing room.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
No
- 2/5
Not enough parking. Overall very old and uncomfortable beds.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Great stay. I ended up having to extend my stay and the friendly staff was very accommodating.
- 5/5
Great stay ! Friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable room, plus I was close to the airport. I took the hotel’s 4 am airport shuttle at was sitting at my departure gate before 4:30 am after checking in with my luggage.
- 5/5
When getting here staff is super helpful. I loved the free shuttle to & from the airport that is provided.
- 5/5
Great stsy
- 3/5
We have enjoyed this hotel previously. This time was a disappointment. We intentionally booked because of the 24 hour shuttle as we knew we would be arriving very late. When I called from the airport for a shuttle, a recording said the shuttle only operated from 4 am to 1 am. It cost me $25 in taxi fare. The desk clerk said the shuttle was 24 hours! No offer to lessen the pain of an unnecessary $25. fare.
- 4/5
Our room was the furthest away from the lobby you can get. Difficult to find and very dated
- 3/5
No microwave the cleanliness of the room is not really good
- 5/5
Clean room, comfy beds
- 3/5
I was disappointed there was no power in the lobby for two days so I had to go off property to eat. It was inconvenient.
- 2/5
Old hotel, raccoons took stuff off our balcony, they charge $42 for parking overnight with a booked room, close to the airport but not worth the price.
- 3/5
This is the 5th year we have stayed at the Double tree. Room was clean, comfortable bed. First time we have ate at the downstairs restaurant and it was good, but maybe a little pricey. Staff at the restaurant and check in were nice and service oriented. The hotel could use some updating, very hard to roll your suitcase on the carpet to your rooms and the hotel is spread out...so you could be walking a long ways to your room. The nightmare is the parking...we used Way which we have in the past, which is long term parking. Double Tree has no regular parking and we parked and ended leaving to drop off my daughter with her husband, who is a pilot and in training at a different hotel, and we were charged 22.00 for 1 hour! Then when we went to pick her up the next morning, to fly out to Mexico on vacation, we were charged another $41.00, even though I had added a day on the Way app at 55.00! We paid close to $275.00 for parking 8 days! When I went to have the ticket validated at the front desk, which is what I was told to do when I checked in, found out you cant leave once you park! I received mixed information at the check in desk, no one really knows what is going on. If your going to fly in and use the shuttle, its a nice overnight only stay. If you're a tourist with a car and planning on seeing stuff in Seattle and the area and then flying out...I would look elsewhere for a hotel. We will be looking for new accommodations next year and in the future.
- 5/5
everything was great except the parking situations. they have a very big parking lot but at the same time the hotel also busy, so once you can't get a parking that close to your room building you have to parked at the reserved parking (which the receptionist will give you ticket so it can be free) but you have to walk a bit far.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Rundown hotel , needs overhaul or gut upgrades !
- 1/5
The room sucked staff wasn't friendly
- 4/5
I love this hotel for the proximity to the airport and the ability to leave my car for an extended time. With the onsite restaurant there is no need to go anywhere. The free airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes making it very easy to connect to a flight.
- 5/5
Very convenient for pre/post air flights. Great staff and cookies 🍪.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable room
- 4/5
Room was good. Elevators are pretty dirty though.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Staff was amazing the room was great
- 3/5
The room had lots of dog hair everywhere! I had to ask housekeeping to vacuum more. It still was fog hair apparent. I think of you have dogs, the rooms should be without carpet or there should be a better contraption used to get the hair up. Also, it was so cold that my thermostat wouldn't warm my room. I had to ask for another blanket. I was on the 7th wing, there were no microwaves available but I did find a microwave on the 5th Wing in the laundry room just an FYI. If they have many fridge in the room a microwave should be not too far away but this wasn't the case
- 5/5
friendly staff and the cookies!
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
The room was very spacious and clean. I will stay again.
- 3/5
Requested a higher up room facing airport. I was placed in a first floor room overlooking a swamp that was full of trash. Parked a rental car there for 2 nights but charged for 3.
- 5/5
Yes it was great.
- 3/5
Good for a quick overnight stay. Power was out in half the complex so restaurants were closed and front desk operating under back up power and lanterns. Decent room and clean. Very dated but if you need a quick, convenient stay in transit for air travel it works well.
- 3/5
The condition of the room was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattresses where not broken down and comfortable. Make sure that you hang your do not disturb sign or you will have cleaning staff knocking on the door long before check out. None of the vending machines worked. They do not accept cash but the credit card will say cash only. Most of my complaints are petty Im sure but Ive stayed in several Hotels that I was sad to leave. This one, however,
- 2/5
Room felt old. Went to eat breakfast and power kept go in out in that area of the building. And it was only in their hotel to the point where you couldn't get food service anywhere. Hospitality, however, was wonderful everybody was so nice and welcoming.
- 2/5
Staff support lacking when people were yelling in hall from 12pm until 3 am. Security came once. It continued. I noticed the desk in the morning and was told that they were glad I liked the room anyway. Seems negligent
- 5/5
Ues
- 3/5
We stayed less than 12 hours and to park our car cost $41, but if you want to park your car there while away it is only $20. So not only did we pay stay a half a night to park your car was charged more than one just flying out. I would never stay here again.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean room and customer service during a powe outage at front desk.
- 4/5
Nice staff, quiet.
- 2/5
Handicapped room involved a huge walk and 2 elevators. I was. Told I could have ADA drop off and then deposited across the street where I could not get to check in area.
- 5/5
Great stay before flight the next morning with shuttle to airport
- 1/5
There was an explosion heard and the lights went out. There was no safety or security protocol for guests that were left in the dark. The hotel allowed guests to switch rooms, but for me, they gave me a fuss. When they finally made the switch, they sent me and my family to the farthest building that was empty. That building was old and smelled bad. We felt completely discriminated seeing that the rest of the group I was with changed their rooms in t minutes or less, no ID, and all in the same building close to the lobby, while they asked for my ID, took 15 minutes to wait, and then sent me far away. They said that they were sending all guests to that building, when in reality, that building was completely dark, and no one was in the parking lot.
- 3/5
The room was too hot and could not be adjusted. The parking fees were steep. While I usually enjoy Hilton lodging, this one was not my favorite.
- 5/5
All good
- 1/5
All the power went off an there was throw up out9sde my room door
- 2/5
So two elderly disabled people walk in and were give a room at the far reaches of the hotel, hard to believe no one asked if we needed a closer room, the room was ok but lacking tea bags, one teabag only, how cheap can you get.?The light would not turn off on the table lamp, and no place for breakfast, all other hotels we have stayed in offer at least a coffe and bagel, will never stay there again...
- 1/5
Front desk staff not pleasant. It says breakfast included but was not. Old hotel.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and convenient
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
The room and staff recommended
- 3/5
The heat adjustment didn't work , and the room smelled musty . Not exactly a great welcome !
- 3/5
We had hoped for a room with a view and/or a balcony. We were assigned a room with no view and no balcony.
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable. When I needed something repaired the staff took care of the issue quickly
- 3/5
Pillows horribly uncomfortable Towels rock hard
- 5/5
The room was very nice very clean no complaints even got to see a family of raccoons out on the balcony
- 1/5
Old hotel that had trash in hallway and stairway.
- 5/5
Friendly front staff. Clean room
- 5/5
Spacious , free shuttle to airport to Catch train to city and loved a balcony lake view room.
- 4/5
Nice staff and quiet rooms.
- 5/5
Great staff, delicious cookies and clean rooms!
- 4/5
Should tell us it cashless before we check in
- 2/5
Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Pillows are a sad story, worse than a cheap motel. Best part of the stay was the warm cookie! Hilton chain has gone down the tubes.
- 1/5
Checking into this place is a total nightmare. No where to park at the front door. The shuttle drivers are not very welcoming. The front desk person was not very pleasant. The room we got assigned was not nice at all. The place smelled like urine in the hallway that we had to walk through. The place is not worth the money in anyway. Save your self time money and frustration and just stay at the Quality inn. Parking is half the cost, rooms are just as nice and breakfast is included. I will not be staying at this location ever again.
- 5/5
It’s a big place , little out dates but still comfortable .
- 1/5
When I checked in I asked the gentleman to put me on a bottom floor and to be close to the entrance. I am waiting for a knee replacement and every step hurts. He put me on the third floor and almost at the end of one of the wings. It was hell getting too besides how far it was. This hotel is confusing. Then in the room, there was something gross on the wall and the bathroom floor was sticky. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful
- 4/5
Convenient location, airport transportation
- 3/5
Staff was nice. Minimal amenities, cramped room and parking was tough
- 5/5
If I can put 10 star 🌟 I would. Also that have free shuttle to SEA. Thank you for my enjoyable stay.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel is outdated. I did enjoy working out in the gym alone. The cookies are always a treat.
- 5/5
They let us check in before 3pm we were very tired so I really appreciated.
- 5/5
Rumors comfortable! Clean comfortable smell good comfortable everything in place comfortable bed was awesome!
- 5/5
Room was clean, sanitize, fresh, very comfortable. Unfortunately, I left two of my night lights plugged into sockets in the room. Please put into a lost and found with my name on it, I will pick up next time in town. I stay at Doubletree, average one weekend per month.
- 5/5
Spotless and the bed is so cozy!
- 5/5
Very helpful staff
- 3/5
Room had outdated decor, smelled a bit musty. OK for layover stay. Toilet was stopped up. Did not complain. Will not choose again for longer stay.
- 3/5
The heating was ineffective in the room and the room was cold despite adjusting the temperature higher on the thermostat.
- 5/5
Every thing was top notch
- 3/5
Kind of run down old hotel
- 5/5
I really enjoyed it the cookies were amazing and the food was good too.
- 5/5
Helpful and informative staff, nice clean room, perfect location for my stay
- 1/5
Didn’t get room I booked and no compensation for a down graded room. Room was at the most farthest side of motel and right off the bat key to doors to get into wing of motel wouldn’t work had to call and wait for someone to let me in. Not great for someone with disabilities and can’t walk far.
- 2/5
SLOW shuttle from airport - poor service at reception. Very expensive food & Drink. Got lost 3 times trying to find room. Huge Older place needs an uplift VERY NICE BED- Never again
- 5/5
Great service at checkin
- 5/5
Convenient and comfortable
- 5/5
Friendly staff clean room good food at the restaurant, nice area
- 5/5
Nice place and all the employees are very nice and always given a very good service.
- 5/5
clean room, beautiful hotel.
- 4/5
Nothing fantastic, everything was as expected and fine.
- 5/5
Friendly, responsive, helpful staff.
- 1/5
I was just given the keys to room, but there is someone already living in it. This is a major safety and privacy issue. Also I booked a king size bed but I was told all room is sold out and gave me a two twin bed. Complained but front desk person attitude was either to take or leave.
- 5/5
Was great as always! It’s where we stay!! Thanks
- 5/5
Our room was spacious and clean! Check in was very easy and the warm cookies were a bonus. The bar/lounge had great food and excellent margaritas!
- 4/5
Easy check-in, clear directions on where to park, and of course the signature warm cookie!
- 5/5
The staff are always nice. I forgot the name of the person who checked us in on Tuesday 6 of January, but she went above and beyond. Helped us a lot and made sure that our stay would be the best for me and my daughter. Thank you again.
- 5/5
Room was great. Staff is always excellent friendly kind courteous! That’s why we always stay here!!!
- 5/5
Check in, check out process was easy. The staff was very helpful

- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
All of the above. Really enjoyed it. Will be back.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff. Warm cookies. Nice parking.
- 5/5
Sweet staff and a clean room
- 3/5
Room was exceptionally clean and fresh.
- 5/5
Easy check in, clean, central location
- 5/5
It was a wonderful and positive experience
- 5/5
Super close to airport, even walkable when the weather is nice.
- 2/5
Well, I was a little upset that the hot tub wasn't available. It was being serviced, the second thing was, there was no parking, and I still had to pay. Really good customer service
- 5/5
Only complaint is they still serve warm cookies with nuts in them! They should consider inclusions for nut allergies. Great hotel convenient location.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Front desk very polite.. Room was quick and painless to get and check out was a breeze.
- 5/5
Yes indeed and staff were awesomely warm and helpful!
- 5/5
It was a nice place
- 4/5
Restaurant on site. Close to airport. Shuttle Service to Airport
- 4/5
Limited and expensive onsite parking. Shuttle to the airport runs every 20 minutes, which is very nice. Very limited menu in restaurant and very over priced.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Just fine.
- 5/5
The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and accomodating.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
It's not what I expected
- 2/5
Housekeeping knocked on our door every morning waking us up, ignoring the do not disturb sign. Parking is awful although they charge $33/ night for a spot. Room was smelly and corners of the room needed to be vacuumed. Overpriced.
- 4/5
I was told the shuttle left at 20 and 40 on the hour. I needed to catch the 2:20am for an early flight. The shuttle was 15 minutes late.
- 5/5
This is our go-to when we have an early flight. It’s a HUGE facility, but they will accommodate you if you have a disability. I don’t like having to pay $30 for parking though.
- 4/5
👍
- 1/5
Room was okay but check in was horrible! One clerk on duty, line to the front doors. Took forever....
- 5/5
Courteous staff, excellent amenities, clean room and smoke free.
- 5/5
Shuttle was on time, efficient and made the stay very convenient.
- 1/5
Appealing. Good price. But you get what you pay for. Poor service, poor security, poor customer service. Stayed here and parked our car during our trip, our car got broken in to and the hotel has since ghosted us and failed to assist us in any way. Save your money and stay somewhere more safe and accommodating.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the view from the balcony and airport shuttling.
- 3/5
Room was decent and pressumably clean, however the bathroom could have used some more cleaning. The bathroom fan doesnt work. It could have been cleaner and the details polished up a little better. (TIP: Clean up high too, taller people can see the top shelf) I also got a room that happened to be on the side with the main street so it was quite noisey. I recommend staying out of wing 3 for that reason. Overall it was decent, but could have been better.
- 5/5
Cleanliness
- 5/5
We love this hotel staff always helpful and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and stay.
- 5/5
Prompt shuttle, quick and friendly check-in!
- 5/5
I didn't know anything about a breakfast with the reservation. It may be an option for folks, but I didn't get any breakfast there. None the less it is a Great place to stay with clean quiet surroundings and no breakfast but some wonderful hot cookies! Loved it.
- 4/5
Staff were all happy and good
- 2/5
The hotel is dirty, smelled like weed. The parking situation is SOOOOO bad like whatever you think x10. Last minute fees added or they put you in an outdated room that looks like the Motel 6. I wouldn’t stay here again. The cookies were the highlight of my stay and the only reason they received 2 stars from me!
- 4/5
Room was clean. Breakfast menu was limited. Parking charge was high.
- 5/5
The staff was super nice and respectful to us and the room was so nice and clean would recommend staying there again
- 2/5
No fridge, microwave, stained sheets. Very down dated and more money then what it was worth
- 4/5
Very nice. Very clean.
- 5/5
I made this reservation after I missed my connection. There was a line a mile long to check in and only one person working. Jay,
- 4/5
Room clean and bed comfortable. And the very convenient airport shuttle
- 5/5
Clean room friendly and helpful staff
- 3/5
Room was otherwise cleaned very well.
- 4/5
Clean latge hotel, Ive stayed in several in the area, this one is the best
- 4/5
I can't answer. Just got here
- 5/5
:-)
- 3/5
More water pressure for the showers also everything is a bit worn out and dated. The carpets need replacing . The staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Ease of check-in.
- 5/5
Absolutely outstanding staff. Joyful and kind! Way to go Doubletree- you found good people. Consider paying them to match their value as humans
- 3/5
Told me at check-in that parking fee was waived. I got charged anyway. Called later and they reversed the charges after a short conversation.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and the room was perfect
- 3/5
Rooms could use a little updating, but otherwise convenient for parking and close to airport when we fly out.
- 3/5
Room was fine. Management needs to better support its staff. Took almost an hour to check in. Lots of grumpy customers.
- 4/5
The lobby and restaurant are well kept. Hotel was clean and quiet. Great location to the airport.
- 4/5
Close to airport and provides shuttle
- 2/5
The bathroom need a deep cleaning, the bathtub’s terrible dirty, and the carpet never vacuum, but service of the shuttle is excellent and very convenient
- 5/5
This is a great hotel for a great price. We've stayed here many times over the past number of years.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay
- 4/5
It was convenient
- 2/5
Get to the room, no mini fridge, the ventilation for the bathroom doesn’t work. No included breakfast and the hotel restaurant charges an arm and a leg for a meal that is probably sub-par. One tiny hot tub on site for their 800+ guests and the jets don’t even work. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is not worth the price whatsoever. Would have probably had a better stay at the crack hotel down the street for half the price.
- 5/5
Parking is
- 5/5
MJ's demeanor and his way of interacting with guests are not something you can teach. It is natural charisma and an innate desire to serve. I wish I were hiring right now because I would definitely try and poach him for my sales team. Thank you, MJ, for making our stay at this already excellent hotel memorable. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Seattle.
- 5/5
The room was clean, well stocked with hygiene products, and the staff was very courteous.
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent service at check in, warm, chocolate chip cookies!
- 3/5
Well, it was in the 70s in the room when we came in and we turned it down to 68 and in the middle of the night we turned it down to 66 and it still didn’t work. Very long night in a hot room.
- 2/5
From the room to the parking lot The hotel is dirty It will take 20 to 30 minutes to find a parking that cost $30 a day
- 5/5
The airport shuttle was very convenient
- 5/5
Staff was first rate
- 1/5
They give us the ass room and space is so small
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
We’ll come back again next March for a repeat.
- 5/5
Easy to find transportation to airport. I didn’t eat breakfast.
- 4/5
Room was clean and the two sinks (one inside the bathroom and one outside) made it really easy for two people to get ready for our flight at he same time. The shuttle to the airport was easy . Great restaurants across the street that you could walk to. Rooms are basic but clean and perfect for needing to stay by the airport.
- 2/5
Once settled into the room, took a shower and the water was at best like warm. Sink water was the same. It was late, do I went to bed. Again in the morning checked the water and again it was not hot. Very frustrating way to begin my vacation.
- 5/5
Best view of the pond.
- 4/5
Too big, only one employee to check in w a very very long line
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable. Fair price. Expensive parking.
- 5/5
Hotel was great and had a lot to offer, but there was only one working elevator.
- 5/5
Staff was most courteous and everything was very clean
- 2/5
The room needed updating. It was musty and not really clean
- 3/5
Staff were excellent but the hotel is old and need updating. There is limited availability of lifts.
- 5/5
It was a great room, clean, very nice sheets....a welcomed stay after a long plane ride.
- 4/5
Clean room; a bit dated
- 5/5
A true gentleman, very professional. We will be back to this hotel just for him next time
- 5/5
very good
- 5/5
Very wonderful stay great dinner great service. I will be back again.!
- 3/5
Not disclosed that parking is a fee.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly
- 3/5
Parking is ridiculous that it is not included in your stay
- 2/5
The hotel is like lipstick on a pig. You walk in it’s nice obviously renovated in the front. You walk to your room and things look eh. You walk in your room and the bathroom is so dirty I didn’t feel comfortable taking off my shoes. The shower handle was slimy. The bedside tables were obviously not wiped down with sticky rings from the last persons stay. All of this to by hyped by cookies that felt like biting into styrofoam. Honestly wouldn’t recommend.
- 5/5
Easy access to airport
- 3/5
Room was clean, but AC wasn’t working correctly. Restaurant food was horrible. Fish and chips was burnt and wife’s chicken was worse than microwave food. Order out if you stay here.
- 5/5
The airport shuttle was very easy. I like that it ran every 20 minutes.
- 3/5
On check in was informed it is $33.00 per day to park. Wow really
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Our room was clean and the maid came the next day and changed our sheets and gave us more towels. No issues with the room. Getting out of the parking in the back was a pain in the a$$ because our room card should have allowed to exit without having to pay and every time we had to call for help and ask them to open the gate for us to leave!!
- 5/5
We love the Doubletree. And keep baking those cookies.
- 5/5
Easy check in and out, excellent service.
- 5/5
Good room

- 5/5
Great staff at check in, love the warm cookies. Very clean and comfortable room. Extremely close to the airport but without too much noise. I had a very restful night.
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
We got to the hotel after our flight back into the country that had kids climbing literally over the seats and were greeted by the friendly staff who for offered a room upgrade for barely any money. We got to be in the tower and have a great view watching planes take off and land with quiet privacy. The bed and room made for a relaxing night and the breakfast the next morning hit the spot while satisfying us for hours. I definitely felt my choice to stay there before and after our trip while storing my pickup for the trip was the right decision. Oh and I must say the cookies are excellent
- 2/5

- 5/5
Fantastic restaurant and very spacious rooms
- 5/5
Pleasant
- 5/5
Decent price for the stay
- 4/5
Staff
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Staff was great, shuttle service worked perfectly. Hilton needs to give this place a facelift, but if all you need is a one-nighter and easy transportation to Sea-Tac, the Doubletree is a good option.
- 4/5
No real breakfast options that I could find
- 2/5
The rooms are old and run down. The first room I was in the balcony door wouldn’t close all the way so they moved me to a room where the ac didn’t work. Even after a maintenance tech came and “fixed” it the air was only slightly cooler. Parking is expensive and at times there are not even spots available after you have paid for it. Very poor experience and would not recommend at all.
- 5/5
yes
- 4/5
Parking
- 5/5
Another wonderful stay! Check in went very well. The employee checked me in was very kind, courteous, jovial professional and polite. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable as usual. housekeeping greeted me as I walked along the hallway. What somewhat confusing to find the room. There is a sign to indicate Wing number one but not a sign or I didn't see a sign to indicate winning number three nor four. Other than that, another very pleasant stay.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The Doubletree is my go to at SEATAC. A little worn but still comfortable with good amenities
- 2/5
The room felt like it had not been cleaned in awhile. There were dust bunnies on the ceiling, there was a screw almost out on the tub handle that we had to screw back in for safety, bathroom fan did not work and the toliet continued to run. The staff was lovely at check in and also in the restaurant.
- 4/5
Cool
- 5/5
They did let me check in 3 hours earlier. It was great after long flight.
- 3/5
The shuttle was on time and convenient. The room was large and beds were comfortable but the room was really dated smelled musty like stale smoke upon entry and the radiator made a loud ticking sound that made it hard to sleep. Our base price didn’t include the breakfast. Would probably shell out more money to stay somewhere updated
- 3/5
It started off rough due to bed bugs and treatment from a staff member when reported.
- 1/5
This property is extremely old and out of 5 elevators they only have 1 working.
- 4/5
Nice room, though the hotel is huge!
- 3/5
Needs renovating. There’s a big problem with the lifts. Food at restaurant very ordinary & expensive. Staff were as helpful as they could be under the circumstances
- 5/5
Love that they have airport parking, shuttle to the airport, and restaurants on site.
- 4/5
Decent hotel, getting dated. Only one elevator running.
- 3/5
Parking should be taken accountable for all rooms, every night we were struggling to find parking and had to park pretty far, parking was charged so that’s not okay for unavailable accessibility Very dimmed streets light around parking area Hotel room room key system did not work the whole stay, we either had to ring the bell to get out the parking or stand in front of our and trying to get it open for 5/10 minutes
- 5/5
Parking was easy and close. I’ll return there.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 1/5
Tried canceling due to having Covid and they wouldn’t even respond to me! Horrible customer service. Will never try and stay there again.
- 5/5
The float in the toilet had to be fixed after every flush. Surprised no one had reported it and it hadnt been fixed. It was a flimsy mickey mouse trap
- 2/5
The Airport shuttle was efficient. The hotel is nice in communal areas but my bedroom was dreadful. The ice and drinks machines were right opposite my bedroom door and the noise kept me awake, really loud. The furniture in the bedroom has seen better days, old and scratched. Staff were not especially interested in my feedback when I left. Poor for the money, there are much nicer airport hotels.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly!!
- 4/5
Everything was excellent, but I was disappointed that there was no coffee tea etc. offered for free in the lobby. They did have hot apple cider, but every time I went to get some, the pot was empty.
- 5/5
Great experience
- 1/5
Room was badly worn … in great need of attention
- 5/5
Front desk was very helpful
- 4/5
Shuttle was convenient and punctual. Room was small but the bed was very nice.
- 5/5
The property was nice and quiet yet very convenient.
- 5/5
We were really surprised how much we liked this hotel since it was so close to the airport. It was actually helpful because they have a shuttle to and from the airport. They also have a restaurant/bar and breakfast in the morning. Everyone was really nice!
- 5/5
Didn’t know there was free breakfast. Place was very nice. Beautiful
- 5/5
Loved it!!
- 1/5
Shuttle was on time and good, but the service at the hotel was terrible
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 3/5
The towels felt like sandpaper and you were only given one towel for a two bed room. The tvs are not smart tv’s and watching tv after a long day wasn’t fun trying to battle directv. The food in the bar and for breakfast was incredibly expensive. And the breakfast was only from 6-9. This hotel is really good for if you’re staying a night or two, long stays I wouldn’t advise. Parking was craziness, and you had to really fight for it or you were walking from the opposite side of the parking lot
- 4/5
Airport shuttle was convenient pool decent
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Individual room was small but the property is awesome, feels almost like a resort- not at all what you’d expect for an airport hotel but we’ll probably stay here every time we need to be by the airport now
- 5/5
Nice rooms
- 4/5
Everything was good!
- 3/5
Long walk to room and key didn’t open door
- 3/5
Our shower was old and had some mildew. A/C was poor and struggled to cool down. Overall, the room was average. The most disappointing experience was having to pay an additional $35.00 fee to use the parking lot, which was not disclosed up front when we made our reservation. The parking lot was packed and very difficult to find a spot. 2 out of 5 stars!!
- 3/5
Biggest plus was convenient and easy to navigate airport shuttle. The guest rooms need a serious remodel. From the furniture to the bathroom plaster everything looks like it’s the same from the early 2000’s. Furniture was clearly broken and torn. I flew in late at night from the East Coast and only needed a bed to sleep in for the night and it was that. Also I can’t remember the last time I checked into a hotel that didn’t even provide a single water bottle. Overall unimpressive. I did travel in early autumn and as stated before had a very short stay so I can not speak to other amenities. Staff was overall friendly but I quite literally got lost on my way to my room and found the staff’s instructions to be unhelpful.
- 5/5
Great to have airport shuttle
- 5/5
Great hotel … friendly staff , loved having a balcony ! All good . 👍
- 2/5
Yes easy to find
- 5/5
They have airport shuttle for 24h. It’s very convenient
- 3/5
Overall is good, but today, there’s electric shut down for hours, nothing works in the room, can’t use the lift
- 5/5
Airport shuttle easy understandable instructions & quick pick up to/from airport.
- 3/5
No chairs on balcony, jacuzzi needs to re surfaced, only one elevator operating on the tower and last delivered mail system needs improvement, otherwise great stay
- 3/5
Room was clean. Very outdated. Felt like we were in a old apartment.
- 3/5
The halls and the room itself smelled very musty and mildewy. The room itself was very clean despite the odor. The bathroom had been updated and the bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The set up of this hotel is strange in that it’s divided into wings which results in a lot of walking which is OK unless you’re trying to drag two suitcases on carpeted surfaces. I stayed here at the tail end of a park and fly deal which worked out very well.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
I had a wonderful time. Everything was great would definitely stay again
- 4/5
Great cookies. Good exercise room.
- 1/5
Very dirty dirty
- 3/5
Close to airport, older hotel, clean though
- 4/5
Great location, comfy beds and pillows! Delicious cookies!
- 5/5
Very high priced dinner. $200 for 2 burgers and a couple of appetizers and a couple of drinks
- 3/5
One out of four guest elevators working in the tower wing. Ridiculous wait times and kinda unsafe. Another guest I met said it’s been like that for months
- 4/5
The property was clean. The staff were helpful and efficient. I stayed there becausbelbecause I
- 5/5
All was clean, friendly staff. Shuttle was a great benefit.
- 5/5
I stay several times a year at Doubletree Seatac Airport as I travel for pleasure quite a bit. Maybe 12 times a year. The staff is great, clean rooms, good food and wonderful shuttle service.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, family room about 1 mile walking distance to check-in, no lie. Beautiful big hotel but check your room. We had some issues with the toilet that were addressed immediately from staff. Every though hotel is big, we had service immediately.
- 1/5
Reception staff who checked us in was sick. They wore a mask but were coughing and sniffling to the point of not being able to understand them. Then they ran my card twice for incidentals after I told them it worked the first time.
- 4/5
It’s an airport hotel. The property is dated but the staff are great. The bar and restaurant are a little tired but both times I’ve been, it’s been vibrant and lively. The food is pretty good. It’s a quick shuttle ride to SeaTac. I would stay again.
- 4/5
Cleaning staff & shuttle drivers were awesome
- 3/5
Room was clean and comfortable enough, but falling into disrepair. The room door wouldnt close and latch on its own, you had to pull it closed, the latch for the back entrance door was damn near falling off and wouldnt open over half the time, and the toilet was mounted crooked.
- 4/5
Mold in bathroom ceiling, broken shower tiles around faucet. Coffee baristas we're unsmiling and not pleasant.
- 1/5
I requested a room with a refrigerator as I told staff I was traveling with Insulin.3 different times. Upon finally checking in she placed us in a room with no refrigerator then when
- 4/5
Only one working elevator in the tower. Too long a wait with kids!!!
- 2/5
Sheets were torn from over use. Bathroom ceiling coming down. Room was filthy. Reserved and paid for a “Mountain View”. Was told the that kind of information from Expedia does not get passed through to the hotel. Hotel just needs an overhaul. Everything appears old, dilapidated, and void of routine maintenance. Should have stayed at a Hyatt.
- 4/5
Very large hotel, staff stepped up since there were about 20 of us that were checking in coming from the airport
- 5/5
Easy shuttle ride from airport. Clean and quiet. Property is huge and a bit difficult to navigate at first... pay attention to the direction when you check in.
- 3/5
Room smells like smoke, it was a “smoke free room”balcony lock had issues
- 5/5
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Shuttle bus driver (asian guy) was very nice too.
- 3/5
The temperature in the room should be worked on. There is no reason why we feel cold one minute and then the next hot. If there is a temperature set in the room it should be that at all times.
- 5/5
Restaurant inside hotel was pricey.
- 3/5
The hotel is a maze to get to a room. The little map they provide is not helpful at all. Once you reach a wing (concourse), the hallways are long - I would be concerned about security for someone traveling alone. BTW there is a $31.00 charge for parking. I understand controlling parking near the airport but this is simply robbery. The room was old and not maintained to the highest standards, but it was clean enough. The bed was very comfortable and there was a mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel is convenient to the airport.
- 5/5
Checking in staff did not charge for my parking it was inconvenient to call for assistance..then check out I was told to place my luggage by the holding area, when I went to retrieve it I was supposed to have a ticket I explained to the employee Kyla that there was no one here and the front desk said to place it there, she then gave me a look like well I just have to wait as I want to board the bus with flight attendants toll giving attitude because I said I need to get my bags to leave..I was about to make a scene but had no time for attitude from Kyla nor flight attendants..I asked for the manager and the front desk pointed to the gentleman who was busy but did not call for him so I can state my the situation. I was never treated or talked to that way and looked at by flight attendants who I also made a complaint about. Staff should be more nicer and not speak to guests anyway please because it’s not her place to be..next time have someone there who works there..
- 4/5
The first room we had smelled a little moldy so we decided to upgrade to the tower for $30 more and it was a vast improvement. It's directly next to the airport so airplane noise. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Loved the 24 hour shuttle. No hair dryer, not enough regular coffee. Lamp shade needed to be replaced. Carpet filthy, needed to be cleaned.
- 3/5
Dated and in need of repair
- 5/5
Dinner at Seaports by the lobby was great: food was delicious, served hot and fairly quickly, and server/bartender Stephenson gave exceptional service while he also efficiently managed a very busy dining room and bar.
- 5/5
The room was lovely but what made me so happy with hotel was our waitress Delsey in the Seaport Grill. We were a group of 20 but she handled all our needs expertly and kept us informed at every step of the process. Food was delicious!
- 1/5
I stayed at this hotel for 5 hours and I woke up and my neck was bitten by bed bug. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
- 5/5
Great place to stay prior to cruise with yummy warm cookies. People at the front desk wasn’t too friendly but guess we all have our bad days .
- 5/5
Wonderful check in experience. Clean comfy room. Only downside to this is the excessive price for parking
- 3/5
Personel was great. The physical condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. There was only ONE working elevator out of four. The toilet paper holder couldn't hold the paper, and it was difficult flushing the toilet.
- 4/5
The view was nice, limited parking availability.
- 4/5
Parking is bad. Very high priced.
- 4/5
Those being said I had a medical emergency and they were right on it. Helped get EMS to me quickly and out even faster. Much appreciated. Staff was great! Building not so much.
- 2/5
Mold in shower. Old style AC/Heater that comes on and off and is noisy. $40 parking fee per night and had to park in a back lot far from entrance to our building. Old property that needs updated. Desk chair seat had spring poking through it. Musty smell
- 4/5
Bathrooms need an upgrade
- 5/5
Nice property and pool area. Restaurant bar and gift shop convenient to the airport and shuttles. Shuttle to the pier for anyone going on a cruise you have to book ahead of time. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend.
