Reviews
The hotel is in a prime location with friendly and helpful staff, but there are issues with the rooms and amenities. Some guests have reported problems with the air conditioning, bathroom doors, and cleanliness of the rooms. The parking is also expensive and not included in the room rate.

Clean hotel, nice rooms, friendly staff

Staff was nice and very helpful
- 4/5
Decent location, safe and walkable. Still under renovation during my trip.
- 5/5
Great hotel with great and polite staff!
- 5/5
It would have been helpful to know the lobby was under construction, having to walk thru it to get to the elevators every time was a bit weird but other then that i absolutely love this hotel and the staff! I stay here often, its my number 1 choice for downtown Seattle! Best hotel for walking to everything too!
- 4/5
I had an issue with a clean bathroom this stay. I have stayed here before and never had a cleaning issue before.

- 5/5
Great hotel, clean friendly and good breakfast. Lobby was being remodeled but it did not interfere with our stay.
- 3/5
Fortunately, the hotel had a restaurant that served a decent breakfast for a decent price, and my room was reasonably quiet. The hotel was also among the lowest price options I saw in this area of Seattle, so I at least didn’t feel ripped off. Three star hotel in my book.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable and room a good size, would stay again for future cruisers Only negative was lifts where quite slow
- 3/5
Ongoing construction in the lobby and some common areas. 1 elevator was down so the wait got to be a bit longer during busy times (Saturday) - Secret tip is to use the parkade elevator to get down to the street quicker. Room cleanliness was okay overall, some beard/shaving hairs in the sink that weren't washed away and what looked like spilled creamer/sugar on the handle area of the fridge but not too bad otherwise.
- 5/5
Helpful staff. Made stay easy
- 5/5
There's construction in the lobby but the room was great and so was the location. Plus the lobby construction didn't affect me at all.
- 2/5
A small gripe, but the elevator is not very well thought-out. If anyone with a key card gets into the elevator with you while you're trying to get to the lobby or ground floor, their key card takes priority. I spent nearly 10 minutes in the elevator trying to get to the ground level while people with key cards continued to get in and derailed by journey over and over. Very annoying. One good part was the breakfast but it was incredibly expensive. Almost 60 dollars for two basic meals.
- 2/5
Tried to extend my trip one day but staff couldn't do it because original reservation was from third party. Rebooked online and had to reregister and get new keys. However they never gave me a new parking parking pass and I couldn't get out of the garage. Finally said I lost ticket and paid separately but missed ferry. Don't even know if I was double billed.

Shampoo dispenser and body wash in small and sticky bottles hard to used, small fridge cannot close.
- 5/5
No microwave
- 5/5
I enjoyed my 4 nights staying here. My room was clean and I had a nice view of the city at night. Conveniently located within walking distance to the waterfront. Would stay here again when I return.
- 4/5
Came to Seattle for a wedding. I saw the rate and surrounding area and took a chance and made reservations since I wasnt familar with Seattle. Right on the corner and within walking to shopping and some food locales. The hotel itself is mature... it's kept well however during our stay the lobby was being repaired so there was construction. The rooms are charming but again it's a mature hotel..if you rent a car there is a nightly fee with in and out privileges. There was were no issues with parking during my stay. Overall I would stay here again.
- 4/5
I genuinely appreciate the cleanliness of the place, but unfortunately, the outlets weren’t functioning properly. As a result, we had to rely on our portable chargers.

Great location and nice rooms Construction, but we understand it’s temporary and necessary so no harm no foul
- 4/5
Room was clean and quiet. Location was great just far enough away from noisey tourist streets. Close enough to get to any downtown tourist area an the light link rail (subway) was straight down the street from hotel you could go anywhere in seattle also bus lines were close. Lobby area was under construction.
- 4.5/5
They should warned us about the construction in site before arrival.
- 4/5
Otherwise all good

Look forward to staying again, hopefully with reno completed!

Staff was very helpful!
- 3/5
The staff were ALL super helpful and friendly. That is the absolute saving factor for this property. Major renovations in the lobby day and night with dust everywhere and kind of unsafe with cealing work going on and customers walking in it. Property over all appeared to be just left as is pending a possible future major renovation. Tun down and slightly dirty vibe. Executive club was small and run down, room floor looked like no vacuuming in corners, japanese style toule didnt work, no toilet paper, ice machine on floor wasn't working, bedding looked dirty, no microwave in rooms. Location pretty convenient. Not worth the price.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
Everything was comfortable and well maintained about the hotel; my only concern was that the lobby is currently under renovation (through June 12th) and it affected the elevators timing.
- 3/5
Location easy to get to from SEA airport and attractions. Hotel is under construction! No noise but a little congested when you exit the lobby. Room was clean & comfortable. Good drink & snack selection in the Lobby, water fill station is great. The restaurant is incredibly slow. In fact, no one greeted us and I waited with my Son for over 10 minutes at our table. No one even gave us menus or offered beverages. The 3 servers were working the bar and the floor and bussing tables. I approached the Bar and asked how we could order some breakfast. I was told, “someone will be there”. No one ever came. It was our last day & was hoping ro have a convenient breakfast. We left after a 15+ minute wait. We found a fantastic Cafe down the block! Highly recommend Freya Bakery Cafe!!! It’s a close walk from the Hotel.
- 5/5
Easy access to the stadiums

loved everything will be back We didn't have trash bags in the trashcan so we couldn't use them
- 4.5/5

- 4/5
Active construction going on including a guy skimming the walls wit dust flying all over the place, including onto the guests. Unacceptable.
- 5/5
We were able to walk to Pikes Market, the Needle, parks, there are several good restaurants, stores close by, and the fitness center has a good variety of equipment. I felt safe whenever I was in there by myself. I love that you get sturdy house slippers versus the terry cloth type (or nothing at all). The hotel never felt overly crowded.I would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The hotel was not bad overall. It was a bit challenging navigating the hotel lobby and construction aspect as well as when the elevator to the parking garage was temporarily down. The mattress was a bit firm. My husband and I had our very first bidet experience which was interesting to say the least. Location wise is in a good spot downtown. I wish the bed was a bit more comfortable than it was.
- 4/5
Clean Nothing
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Room was very clean, well maintained, and had great amenities. The hotel lobby was being remodeled while we were there. My only suggestion is to have better signage during construction of the lobby location as it is confusing when you step off the elevator and step out into the middle of an area that is under construction with no directions on how to find the check in desk. Also please post signage on the location of the garage elevator which includes street level access. Once construction is complete it should be great
- 4/5
Staff were extremely helpful and professional and the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Parking was convenient beside the hotel but expensive.
- 5/5
Nice hotel ! Lobby was under construction but didn't cause any issues.

Very nice hotel, just a short 5 min walk from a Light Rail stop. About a 10-12 min walk to Pike's Place Market. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They answered my questions and helped with my itinerary before I even arrived. Would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
Coast Hotel was very nice & currently undergoing some renovations. The room was perfect, comfy bed, & blackout shades which were much appreciated considering I flew in from the East Coast & needed a little extra sleep in the morning. The bar/restaurant was good, had the fish & chips. Can't beat the location, within walking distance of the waterfront. Would definitely stay again if business brings me back to the area.
- 5/5
Absolutely adore that the bathroom had a bidet. Staff were awesome and courteous. Room was consistently clean. :)
- 1/5
The breakfast was quite basic and not very generous, especially considering the room price. What was most disappointing was the lack of extra drinking water. When we called the front desk to ask for two bottles of water, we were told that the hotel only provides complimentary drinking water on the first day, and none on the second day. We were then told that the tap water is safe to drink. Overall, I do not think this hotel provided good service.

I usually don’t want to leave bad reviews.. the room I stayed for one night was very filthy. there were long hairs everywhere on the bathroom floor, and i’m a guy who has short hair. just showed me they didn’t even vacuum…

喜欢地理位置,不喜欢半夜到达酒店紧闭大门无人应门。叫醒服务被遗忘
- 5/5
Loved my stay here. Will definitely be back!
- 5/5
They had a bidet.
- 1.5/5
The room is spacious and hotel very close to the Pike Place Market (but is on a steep hill so going is easy but coming back is a work out). The hotel was in a middle of renovation, so the pathway to the lobby was a messy, the water pressure was very weak and very difficult to take a shower especially in the morning (the water time to time suddenly stops, too). In the morning, the cleaning staff will use metal key to knock the door (door bells not working yet) to check if the guest is still in the room or vacant; however, you can hear the high-pitch sound across the hall so it was very annoying. Lastly, when checking out (after all this), the lobby staff does not greet, does not look at you, minimum response, which makes you feel unwelcomed and not wanted to stay.
- 5/5
En general muy buen hotel , relacionado al costo
- 4/5
Good location, but construction in lobby.

Great location. Clean. Loved the in room coffee and complimentary water. Also the bidet was pretty nice.

Receptionist on check out not welcoming or friendly.

Overall had a great time. If you are parking speak to the desk staff about making sure you get the right rate.

Ground level entrance has no visible sign to the lobby.

A hotel provides 2 things a bed & a shower on the day of check out I FINALLY had a hot shower. The lobby attendant really didn't care at all. Not a sincere apology ..nothing to compensate for only getting a luke warm shower for 2 day. The location was good, but lots of other hotels in the downtown. ***In follow up..NO compensation was ever given to me for this experience. I paid the full rate. I am disappointed there was no follow through by Coast. I also heard people walking above me. With I didn't expect hearing in this hotel.
- 5/5
Amazing location!
- 4/5
We were told the room has continental breakfast be when we went to breakfast we were told we had to upgrade the room for breakfast. We were told the shuttle to the cruise ship was $15 a head then we were informed it was $25 a head after we boarded
- 3/5
Low water pressure. Toilet needed to be flushed multiple times. Lobby under construction so what was the Front Door was closed with an unmarked elevator in n the parking garage as the only entrance.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Nice and clean, staff polite and helpful
- 5/5
Other than one of the front desk staff who was arrogant, rude and curt (the other front desk staff and restaurant staff were outstanding), it was a great experience. I will stay there again and highly recommend to others.
- 5/5
This hotel was very nice, though under going renovation's. It is within walking distance of the waterfront and downtown and easy to get around. Also the Link was within walking distance (3 blocks) that can take you anywhere, including the airport for $3.00.
- 5/5
Definitely recommend thos hotel it lived up to description and good locality
- 5/5
One elevator was out of service the entire stay. Also lobby under construction.
- 4/5
Little birthday gift. The staff was nice and the room was clean.
- 5/5
Great location , it was in remodeling but everything was ok
- 5/5
Nice. Room is spacious and clean
- 5/5
It was clean, it’s walking distance from some of the main attractions and staff was very respectful and nice
- 5/5
Wonderful place in the heart of downtown Seattle! 💕
- 5/5
Great hotel, clean and quiet and excellent location. There is some construction in the lobby but didn’t affect the stay.
- 5/5
The breakfast continental buffet was a good mix of hot and cold items. Nice city views from higher floor.
- 5/5
There was construction going on by the check in lobby, but did not interfere with operations. The restaurant was great and the staff were very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was very nice but the bathroom was very small unlike other rooms since we were given a corner room. The location was great but the lobby was not on ground level and there was renovation at the elevators which made it quite confusing. Parking was in the building and separate elevators. There is a restaurant in the lobby and there is a coffee maker in your room. That is it. It was in a very safe location and walkable to the Public Market and waterfront.
- 5/5
This is an amazing hotel. Every staff member was super helpful and kind. The room was great. The bathroom was very modern and spacious for a downtown hotel. It's a short walk downhill to Pike Market Place. Of course, it is uphill on the way back, but you can always take a taxi like we did! Restaurant and Starbucks without going outside. The bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Really enjoyed our stay. Chris in the restaurant was awesome!
- 5/5
Nothing extreme but it's nice to have expectations met
- 4/5
Lots of construction going on as of May 2026. Took the elevator down to the lobby and people were working right outside the doors (super dusty)
- 4/5
I didn’t eat breakfast, you have to pay for breakfast but it seemed like the prices were reasonable on the menu,I was just drinking coffee
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly. The garage was in safe place with easy access to the hotel from inside. Enjoyed the friendly reception , room service and restaurant bar.
- 4/5
This hotel lobby is not located on the ground level but several levels up and there is construction going on so the signage is very confusing. We arrived early and our assigned room was not ready? So we were given a corner room with a VERY small bathroom that was difficult to move around in. There were no other KING bedrooms with a normal size bathroom available? We found this out when we saw a door open to a cleaned bedroom! Once you understand the hotel set up, it is fine. The bellhop, Sam, was wonderful!
- 4/5
I didn’t try the breakfast or bar. The room was clean and the location was convenient. I

For the first time on a two week trip across six U.S. towns/hotels my room was cleaned without having to request it! And I enjoyed the bar and chatting to staff there. Breakfast was fine but not included and there was no pool, so a slightly lower score there, but otherwise would definitely recommend and come back.

- 4/5
We liked the breakfast
- 5/5
While the lobby is being renovated it is on a temporary location. The room was great, fantastic condition, spotless, quiet, great bed/ linens, nice spacious bath with bidet. Exceeded expectations.
- 5/5
Would absolutely stay again.
- 3/5
Lobby was under construction and an elevator was down causing long waits to get to the lobby or your room. They also never mentioned parking being an additional charge until I arrived mind you I had to park in there parking garage. The room was cleanly and nice but definitely had some downsides during our stay.
- 4/5
My daughter and I arrived at midnight and the front doors to hotel were locked. We had to use an elevator in a parking garage to get to a door into the hotel that was locked. We had to call a toll free number to have someone come open the door so we could check in. This was time consuming and a bit scary being in a parking garage elevator late at night. The signage was very poor trying to figure out a way to check in. Once in the hotel our stay was great. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were excellent and the bidet was wonderful in the bathroom. A big negative of the bathroom was the barn door style entry. It was heavy and didn't close properly. There was at least a inch gap to the hotel room.
- 5/5
The Coast Hotel Downtown was ideally located for us. It was a very comfortable stay, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Great locations for access to tourist sites
- 5/5
Friendly staff. We got a room at 9am, that made me positively biased. Great hotel, fantastic value
- 5/5
Awesome staff, clean room, good food and nice environment
- 3/5
Was under construction. Elevator not working at times. Very confusing trying to get in and out. Staff not helpful.
- 5/5
Convenient an excellent value. Loved room service breakfast!
- 5/5
Excellent location, clean, friendly staff
- 4/5
They had great pillows.
- 2/5
Shower curtain needs to be laundered, I could smell it from the room.
- 5/5
Cool. Could offer better parking discount
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel itself was nice and a quick walk to local attractions.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Awesome location
- 3/5
Old hotel that desperately needs an update. Stayed at a Coast in Vancouver and was hoping it’d have the same amazing rooms but didn’t. They have started Reno’s in certain areas which is nice. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were amazing. Has potential and will stay again once updated.
- 5/5
Great location! Very convenient.
- 3/5
If booking at this present time, be aware that there are significant maintenance/updates works needed carried out in and around the reception area. As such, some facilities are affected. It’s a tad disappointing to be confronted by lots of plastic sheeting and tarpaulins when you exit the lift at the Lobby. The staff were great however.
- 5/5
Bed was very comfortable. Large room and bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was delicious and a lot of food
- 5/5
Breakfast was not included in our package but the breakfast in the restaurant was great everything from oatmeal to eggs Benedict. Rooms were clean and within walking distance of pike creek and the pastport office
- 5/5
Great all around
- 5/5
Housekeeping was a little sassy, but not something to harp over. The only caution I'd recommend is to order within an hour of the kitchen closing. Once 9PM hits, don't order. There are plenty of budget-friendly options around the neighborhood.
- 5/5
Really nice spot. Great location. Great staff. Very clean and tidy. Good bed, view, and bathroom. Overall one of the better Seattle hotels. I’ll be honest the glowing reviews and pictures told a different story than the incredibly affordable price point. I was expecting it to be a bit of a dice roll, not the case at all! They’re currently doing some kind of renovations to the Lobby floor, made almost zero impact on our stay. Highly recommend and look forward to checking this place out again in the future.
- 4/5
Good location and close a lot of visiting places.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and great staff

- 5/5
The continental breakfast was good. Hotel is a handy location. Staff generally helpful. Building being renovated so noisy lobby and gym unavailable.
- 5/5
The continental breakfast is worthwhile - even better if you get the lounge access and breakfast deal included with your room booking. The hotel was well located for us, near a station and easy access to main attractions. Hotel undergoing renovations during our stay so noisy in the lobby and the gym was not accessible. Will be lovely when completed. Staff were hit and miss - and some were very loud talkers with their colleagues when we were relaxing in front of the fire.
- 5/5
The room was nice and quiet (for being in downtown Seattle). There was some construction going on in the lobby but it didn’t impact my stay in any way. It was overall a good experience, especially for the cost.
- 4/5
When we were there, the hotel was doing some remodeling. So that impacted our stay. Based on the operation of the hotel other than the remodeling, I would think it would be a 5-star experience under normal circumstances.
- 4/5
Very convenient and good location.
- 5/5
Close to everything.
- 4/5
The only thing was the phones weren’t working due to construction. Wanted to order room service for food.
- 5/5
It was located in a great part of town. The view of the space needle made our room amazing! Comfortable bed and beautiful furnishings. Breakfast was great!
- 5/5
good place
- 5/5
We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. We were pleased with everything the Hotel has to offer and its downtown location so clise to everything. The food was good and the staff was great! We will absolutely be returning.
- 5/5
Central location Room with king bed very nicely sized Toto toilet with heated seat & bedet a plus Downside: construction / remodel in process so a little confusing on how to get to lobby, but staff assist great. No noise impact though so that was good Of note, if you are driving and need to park, your car, the adjacent parking is $56 which was the major downside.
- 5/5
Great rooms and amenities. The breakfast bar was amazing.
- 1/5
Tiny rooms - very old
- 4/5
The breakfast was good, the room was cleaned to perfection daily, I did not try the bar. The staff was courteous and had a happy mien throughout. And the view was everything.
- 4/5
The room was clean, everything was stocked
- 3/5
Ok place to stay.
- 4/5
Wonderful stay
- 4/5
The breakfast was really nice and appreciated. My favorite part was the bidet on the room. There was no microwave. Also, some renovations happening which made things tricky. Very nice place overall, though and great location
- 5/5
The construction is under going. The lunge dose not function.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and competent and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent.
- 2/5
We arrived at the property and it was under construction which was fine the check in staff was not friendly then we get to the room and the bathroom was not clean had rust and moldy looking spots in the tub and the carpet was coming up and there was a nail sticking up and we stepped on it multiple times
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had many upgraded features that made the stay so special
- 5/5
Our room was clean pleasant.
- 4/5
Staff was nice. Hotel was close to several places and link train.

Check in staff very friendly and efficient. Elevators a bit slow. Japanese toilets a real treat.
- 4/5
Breakfast was great, staff was friendly and helpful, room view was beautiful
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed it
- 3/5
Good food and views. Clean property. Staff on the whole was dismissive but there were a few who were nice.
- 3/5
Hotel was okay for what we needed it for. The towels and bed sheets were dirty so we switched them out with a housekeeping cart we found in the hallway. Our room specifically wasn’t as updated as others- perhaps we got this room because we booked through a third party site.
- 5/5
Easy to get to from SeaTac by taking the Link. They also offer luggage hold until the time of your checkin. Made it perfect for us to drop off and explore. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
- 4/5
Front desk ladies were not very friendly and also not very helpful. Elevators took a long time to reach the floor. When taking the only working one, it broke down and I was stuck for multiple minutes with no staff answering.
- 5/5
Good AMAZING
- 4/5
The only issue I had was with the shower water pressure wasn’t very strong, and there were a few times when the hot water would go out. Other than that, everything was good.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff and good restaurant. Location is excellent, walking distance to many good restaurants.
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean, it felt like home. The staff were very nice and very helpful. I didn’t order breakfast and I didn’t go to the bar but it’s all good, I went somewhere else.
- 5/5
Love the breakfast
- 4/5
Breakfast wasn’t really worth it but the hotel was great!
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
The room was clean. Staff was helpful. City view was great. The room was not in best conditions (tears and cracks viewable). Some odd small stains on walls and door. But the overall service and cleanliness were good.
- 3/5
Our stay here was average, staff was constantly preoccupied with other matters when you needed assistance, wanted to charge $40 for early check-in called 2 separate times and was only told about the fee once. Butlers were unpleasant. One single elevator worked the entirety of our stay, 15+ minute wait times for elevator on the 16th floor. When you finally did get an elevator you were either packed in like sardines or had to completely wait for it again once it unloaded.
- 4/5
Everything was great except there were 3 elevators with only one working. Other than that little frustration, property was lovely and staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Huge room with a desk, fridge and real coffee, friendly staff... whats not to like?
- 5/5
Staff was stellar! Really impressed my the staff's flexibility and kindness. Room was nicer than expected. A very nice stay.
- 5/5
Great location, clean, modern. I don’t love the barn door bathroom, but I guess that’s what’s cool.
- 5/5
Love the tips before arriving! Took the light rail from airport to hotel and saved money.
- 5/5
Good!
- 5/5
It's a great place!
- 5/5
The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the Japanese-inspired amenities—like the TOTO Washlets and high-quality robes—added a unique, comfortable touch that you don't usually find in standard downtown hotels. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in and out process. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a seamless, well-maintained stay in the heart of the city.
- 5/5
Check in and check out process was smooth. The rooms were as pictured.
- 5/5
I really liked this hotel. The location is really convenient, close to bus stop, subway and attractions like Pike Place and the Ferry. The only downside was two of the elevators weren't working, which left only one in service. Other than that, I had a great stay overall. My room was comfortable and had a nice view. I didn’t try the restaurant or any ammenities.
- 5/5
Very nice clean room, great restaurant and very friendly staff
- 4/5
Clean room, WiFi great
- 5/5
I enjoyed the location and there were always a parking space available in the garage!! Staff was helpful and friendly!
- 3/5
I will say the housekeeping and doormen downstairs were very nice. The area outside the hotel is clean and walkable, about 10-15 minutes from the waterfront. As a woman I felt safe walking by myself in the area.
- 5/5
this hotel is perfect for a trip to seattle! location is right in the middle of everything. so many location coffee shops and it’s a quick walk to pike place market. space needle and the museums are also a quick tram ride there. staff is also great, all i had to do was send a text with any questions i had and how to get around and they would reply immediately. would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Parking was good.
- 4/5
Great location
- 5/5
Very welcoming staff. Lounge breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. It’s a nice location for tourists in Seattle
- 5/5
Great downtown location. The room was very nice. Clean with lots of amenities. They even provide an umbrella and slippers! The only negative was the shower water pressure was next to zero. It was passable but could be improved. We used SpotHero to find much cheaper parking around the corner. Great location to walk everywhere in the downtown area.
- 4/5
The service was excellent, and it's very close to the scenic area, saving time and parking fees. The room is small but sufficient. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower.
- 3/5

The fridge is too cold and my drinks were frozen.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Love the room.
- 5/5
In the center of the city. Everything is walkable. The facility is clean and updated
- 5/5
Big, Clean rooms. Bidet with heated seat. Great location. Friendly staff
- 5/5
Staff was beyond helpful and kind
- 5/5
I loved the stay no problems but don't ask them to recommend you places to eat they have a list and you could tell they get paid for it
- 5/5
Great location, spacious room.
- 1/5
The hotel sent a link for parking connected to room. My car window was broken by someone trying to steal from it while parked there. I told front desk who got help to clean the broken glass from the backseat where me 2 kids (9 and 5) would have to sit. No refund was offered for parking(which was $56) and nothing was offered by the hotel as far as a room discount/refund/comp, when I left a message no one replied. No manager apologized or spoke to me. Nothing has been done to make things right by hotel or parking lot(I have left messages on both of their voicemails). The gentleman who cleaned the car of glass was fantastic. I had to drive 2 hours home in winter weather with no back window and 2 children. If you do not want responsibility for parking do not send a link to customers. The least you could do as management is respond to a customer’s call.
- 5/5
Clean room, great view, higher floors, located within walking distance or short link ride to everything!! Would stay here 1000x again!!
- 5/5
Muy buenas condiciones y muy buena ubicación del hotel
- 5/5
I was very pleased with my stay here. Yhis is a very walkable location not far from the Orca Train route. My city view was amazing I was supper happy with the location, vale for my. Dollar and excellent customer service.
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
I was in Seattle to present at a conference and finding a shattered window before heading to the convention center was less than ideal for a good mindset for presenting to a huge crowd. Oh, and just to be clear, I wasn't dumb and didn't leave anything in my car to make me a target, I parked right by the camera and hotel elevator - that should be the safest spot!
- 5/5
Facilities are clean. Staff was very professional helpful was able to answer all my questions. The building is old and needs a little work. The bathtub stopper in my room didn’t work, but that’s not the end of the world room was extremely clean and well stocked. Food in the restaurant was good cocktails were made extremely well. There was a young girl from Ohio working as a bartender did an excellent job serving us shaving brought room services up to our room once while he drinks. Lady that works all night with her extremely professional and helpful and able to answer any of our questions. The other gentleman that we encountered on our first night there believe his name was Dave was extremely professional. I was able to answer all of our questions about the menu. I would highly recommend this facility in one I want to Seattle.
- 5/5
Room was clean and just what I needed.
- 5/5
Customer service, room was clean and better than expected.
- 5/5
room was spotless, view was beautiful
- 5/5
Alexis I believe that’s her name was sooo helpful very nice. Greeted me and my family Everytime she seen us. Hotel was very clean
- 1/5
The lady, Seema who check us in was extremely rude and not friendly at all. She made us feel very uncomfortable. We will not stay at this hotel again. I will also give my friends and family a heads up of how our stay was there and not to stay at this hotel,
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is great. Wi-Fi is a little slow, as are the elevators. It's a great value for downtown and close to everything.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay. Not fancy but everything was clean and comfortable. The staff is wonderful and the location is excellent!
- 4/5
Restaurant staff was much more gracious and friendly and I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Doorman was very friendly and informative. The room was spacious and a very comfortable bed .
- 5/5
Room was great & the staff was friendly. Will definitely be returning here in the future!
- 3/5
I arrived at noon, and the room was ready. The hotel's location was excellent, just a quick ride from the Union train station, and it was close to Pike Place. I picked this hotel mainly due to its location. The room was fine, but the mattress was very soft. That made my lower back issue much more serious so I didn't have good sleep. The soundproof wasn't good. It was very noisy at night as the street noise could be heard very clearly. Remember to pack a pair of earplugs! During the last day of my stay, the heater broke, and it took 1.5 hrs to service. It worked for a while and stopped working again.
- 3/5
The view was amazing. Everything was just okay. Toilet had a puddle under it from a small leak. Dirt hand prints on the back of the bathroom door. Maintenance said that housekeeping forgot. Wasent really a big deal to me. Front desk staff a bit snappy but Dottie and Jimmy were extremely nice. Expensive snacks and food there. It was a nice stay for the 24 hrs that I was there but nothing special and I wouldn't mind staying there again but I'm definitely going to look around for other hotels as well. Short walks to everything. That was nice .
- 5/5
This place was great. It was clean had great service and amazing staff.
- 4/5
Quick and easy check in, friendly staff and room was spacious
- 5/5
Great location, cleanliness, amenities. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Bathroom even has a bidet. Check-in and checkout was quick and smooth.
- 1/5
Smell bad
- 5/5
Beautiful room, comfortable bed, bidet in bathroom, no microwave in basic room though.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Thank you for making my stay most enjoyable!
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We also really appreciated the daily housekeeping and water. The location is central to everything. We walked to pikes every day. Thanks!
- 5/5
Staff was excellent! View , service and hospitality was fabulous
- 4/5
Room was very clean
- 5/5
The hotel was awesome. It was a perfect place for our stay while in Seattle. We will be back many times for sure!
- 5/5
The food was delicious and the staff service was great!
- 5/5
Room was better than expected and staff were super polite !
- 4/5
Thank you!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 4/5
My room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the room's heater kept turning on to high temperature which I had not set, and the motorized blinds only partially worked.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing, definitely a bang for your buck
- 5/5
From the second we booked this hotel, to checkout our experience was absolutely amazing!!! First off the staff is amazing!!! They allowed us early check in since rooms were available. My husband called before we arrived and informed them that it was my birthday, so they upgraded our room to give us executive lounge access with free breakfast and beverages and snakcs available throughout the day! Our room was on the highest floor and we had the MOST incredible view of the entire city with Mt. Ranier to the left and the cascades to the right! The view of the space needle was beautiful from here as well! The bathrooms were top notch and the toilet even had the japanese style bidets with heated seats and dryers! Staying at this hotel was a top experience for us in Seattle and without a doubt I will always return here when I come back to Seattle!!! Highly highly recommend! I would even say this could go as far as one of my most favorite hotel stays ever!
- 5/5
Great location.
- 5/5
No complaints. I loved it.
- 5/5
Location, customer service and amenities all top notch
- 5/5
Staff were super sweet and helpful! Such a welcoming hotel! I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Over all amazing
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice staff. Great location.
- 5/5
Had an amazing experience at Coast Hotel. Great service and great views from our corner suite with a very comfortable bed. Had a terrific nights stay. And Meryl at the front desk was more than accommodating to our needs during our stay.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Convenient location. Quiet. Clean. Only complaint was the bed was not the most comfortable and the parking is very expensive.
- 3/5
The staff was very friendly. Checking in and out was quick & easy. Location & parking is great! The room was clean & tidy. However as soon as we stepped inside there was an overwhelming "farty" smell (later it also smelled like wet dirty laundry). We didn't have time to change rooms & figured it would fade but it persisted through the night. It seems to be the A/C unit, needing a filter replacement. ? Otherwise, it would hsve been 5 starts for us.
- 5/5
Service was excellent
- 5/5
Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet with very comfortable beds and even a bidet.
- 5/5
Beautiful
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable! Everyone there was super nice and the doorman remembered every detail about what we had talked to him about. Very friendly service! Would definitely recommend!
- 5/5
This was an excellent experience. The staff was helpful and attentive. The room was spotless and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Definitely would recommend for a Seattle stay.
- 4/5
The staff was very kind and supportive. They texted along the way to give advice and suggestions. Also, the location was great. The cleanliness could improve a bit but it wasn't so dirty you couldn't sleep there. Overall a good place with a great location.
- 5/5
Courteous staff. Parking cost $57 per day. Excellent hotel. Clean rooms. Love the location
- 4/5
The staff is very nice. The room was clean, but the bathroom door doesn't have a lock on it. Great bonus: the toilet had an electric bidet seat. They also include complimentary rubber slippers.
- 5/5
The room was amazing! The staff was also extremely welcoming. Shoutout to Kumiko for making this THE hotel for us to go to. Even through just emails Kumiko was extremely attentive and helpful with questions I had which made the whole process 10000 times smoother and enjoyable.
- 5/5
Suprisingly good. The room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable bed. And the location is amazing. Parking is outrageous so we took the lightrail which worked beautifully.
- 5/5
room and staff was great
- 5/5
The room and bathroom was very clean, with big windows to see the city. This hotel had a great location, within walking distance to downtown/Pike Place. All the staff was very friendly as well.
- 5/5
convenient, location
- 2/5
The hotel itself offers almost no amenities, which was disappointing for the price and location. On top of that, the hallways had a strange, unpleasant smell throughout our stay, which really took away from the experience. Overall, this place might be fine if you just need somewhere to sleep, but for the cost and being in such a prime area, it did not meet expectations at all. I wouldn’t stay here again unless there were major improvements
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in a great spot
- 5/5
The room was cozy and the view was wonderful. Close to the Seattle Convention Centre and not too far from pike’s Place Market either.
- 5/5
Great service

Room was amazing! Very clean comdortable be and pillows. The bidet in the bathroom was phphenphenominal! .
- 5/5
Rooms were amazing and bidet was pleasantly unexpected
- 5/5
awesome stay!!
- 1/5
Dirty room after checking in, tv broken, hair dryer broken, and the staff told me they could give me a discount or move us rooms and never did.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, housekeeping came everyday. Overall easy to get to, location was perfect for walking everywhere.
- 4/5
Very convenient location
- 3/5
It was an unpleasant surprise
- 5/5
Great location!
- 3/5
Yes
- 4/5
The only reason for 4 stars is the overnight parking is very pricey but I paid it and was not worried about my rental at all.
- 5/5
Jerrick at the front desk was extremely courteous and made my experience so enjoyable! I will be back! Thank you!
- 5/5
Staff are great! Everyone was very friendly & very helpful. Room is clean and worked out perfectly for us. Great view from our room. Will definitely return when back in the area.
- 5/5
First time and will definitely be back. Perfect for a quick business trip, near light rail and everything downtown had to offer. Room was clean and staff was super friendly. Upgraded to the top floor which was appreciated and the view was beautiful.
- 2/5
The bartender Mima was amazing and friendly! She helped a long week away from home feel less burdensome. Front desk rarely acknowledged I even existed from the time I checked in, until I checked out. The woman who checked me in wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I asked to be charged for the entire stay up front, in addition to the 200 incidental fee. They put a hold instead of doing so, and then the woman who checked me out, charged me again but told me it would take “at least a week” for it to charge me. As someone who previously worked in the hotel industry for a major corporation, I knew this was inaccurate. I’ve been checked out almost a week and still haven’t seen the refundable fee credited back to my account and the other charges fully taken out. The only individual that greeted me, other than Mima the bartender, was the man who was sitting at the podium when I got back from work. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel, which is a bummer because I really enjoyed the bartender.

Ever
- 5/5
Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, great pillows, bidet, great shampoo/coditioner/lotion. Excellent location and very conveinent locaton.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Room was very clean, had a bidet, staff was very helpful and I was allowed to store my luggage after checking out.
- 5/5
Really good Hotel, easy check in and clean
- 5/5
First time at the hotel, very happy with the professionalism, the cleanliness and the easy In-N-Out
- 5/5
My stay at Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA was wonderful. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, which made a great first impression. The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.
- 4/5
this place was good and had good amenities
- 5/5
Room was wonderful. The executive lounge was good however there was never coffee available. I absolutely do not recommend eating at the restaurant in the hotel. The service was terrible.
- 5/5
clean and amazing experience and views, cant wait to be back again next year
- 5/5
Clean quiet room. Comfy bed. Helpful staff.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.
- 5/5
Breakfast was not included with our stay, but was good and offered a variety of dietary options. The hotel is convenient to most of the popular tourist attractions and shopping district.
- 5/5
everything was great
- 3/5
It was a great hotel with friendly staff and a great location in the city. The rooms were clean, a great view, it was nice. However, the hotel room was so dry. Perhaps it was the heater but when my wife and I woke up every morning our throat was incredibly dry, it impacted my health when it came to my sinuses. Other than the dry quality in the air, it was good.
- 2/5
Felt run down, not too clean, loud
- 5/5
Everything , clean, up to date , close parking, staff , comfy, cool view. All great 👍
- 5/5
I stayed an extra two nights staff was very accommodating. Great location. Great food service
- 5/5
Such a beautiful place really loved it just a customer service was a bit rude
- 5/5
Welcoming staff. Lovey upgrade and small gift for our anniversary. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Club lounge meant free breakfast (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, toast, cereal and a selection of snacks in the evening as well as water and soft drink all day until 8pm. Great location.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy. Friendly staff
- 4/5
The location was perfect, the room was clean and had a nice view! Somehow we didn't sleep well with the bed mattress and the heater was slightly loud.
- 4/5
We came to town for a show on New Year’s Eve. It’s a great location we took the monorail to Seattle center and Ubered back. The staff were delightful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Even though we were on the 28th floor the road noise was really loud so I suggest bringing earplugs. I think this will be my go to hotel from now on. It’s a great place for the price.
- 5/5
I really enjoy my stay at the hotel I like my room view and a lot of activities within area that I walk for visit
- 5/5
The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge access, includes complimentary breakfast, which made the stay feel extra relaxing since we can sleep a bit longer. Everything felt well thought out, and we truly enjoyed the overall experience. Overall, it was a memorable and restful stay, and we would happily return.
- 5/5
Clean room and an amazing view!
- 5/5
I didn’t order anything so I can’t say
- 5/5
Our only inconvenience was that the hotel couldn’t offer parking pass for the parking area next to the hotel. Be careful that they charge $56 for 10 hours up! But you can park on the street, we were hoping we knew about this fee before parking in that building. But other than that, staying here is very recommended!
- 5/5
It was clean and quiet
- 5/5
The room was spacious, had a magnificent view and was spotless clean. The location was central and excellent for exploring Seattle. I truly enjoyed my stay and will certainly return when I'm in Seattle again.
- 5/5
Great if quick stay with helpful front desk staff
- 5/5
Spotless room + great view, robes coffee added a personal touch
- 5/5
Fantastic hotel
- 3/5
The room is very clean and peaceful
- 5/5
Amazing state great service. They were able to hold our bags after we checked out. Will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Great location, Clean Room, and an excellent breakfast
- 5/5
Staff was great, hotel was incredible, super clean and great amenities. Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms.
- 5/5
They even provided nice and comfortable slippers for use while staying there. Would stay there again if my stay required to be downtown Seattle, as it was walking distance to a lot of things. Staff was very friendly, especially the bellstand.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and the staff was helpful. The location is well situated in the heart of downtown Seattle at a good price. We will prioritize staying at Coast in the future.
- 5/5
Very good service
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
Best place in town
- 5/5
Best hotel in area for the month
- 5/5
Would stay again. Close to both hockey arena and football stadium for walking distances.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was friendly and helpful, close enough to walk to Pike market and Lumen.
- 5/5
Front staff was excellent
- 4/5
Great staff, extremely helpful
- 5/5
Very nice stay convenient location and friendly staff
- 1/5
Next couple days had over $185 worth of unauthorized charges from the hotel. Staff did not catch it .. I had to bring it up they said it was an error and thxs for catching that .. they said they would release it ,called in the next morning manager states it was not released. Just weird and quite frankly horrible customer service.
- 2/5
Expedia did not mention that parking is absolutely outrageous in Seattle. For 3 days i spent 150.00. The hotel needs to do better with public parking. Mention first of all that its not free! Absolutely ridiculous
- 5/5
They upgraded our room for us and was able to do an early check in when we arrived that morning. Fantastic staff, super soft bed and heated toilet! We are beyond satisfied 😌
- 4/5
Clean and spacious. Modern. Friendly helpful staff. Good signage in the elevator. Nice restaurant & bar area. Convenient to nearby hospitals for visitors. Better prices than other nearby hotels. Except Parking adds $56/day, similar to others.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, quiet, wonderful staff and stay. Will stay here next time I'm in Seattle.
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
The hotel was nice and conveniently located, but it seemed high priced and didn’t seem to offer some services that others in the area offered.
- 5/5
This hotel is very considerate of customers. It offers a pair of slippers and a smart toilet ring which are not found in other hotels. Location is excellent, close to many restaurants. The room and bed are comfortable. The AC is relatively quiet. The fitness room has the good facilities. The only trouble I had was at the beginning when I could not find the registration desk. If the hotel can put a sign on the first floor, it will solve this problem.
- 5/5
Fantastic place!! Staff goes the extra mile and it’s perfect - THANK YOU!
- 5/5
Very comfortable rooms.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly, and welcoming as soon as we got there. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all of them were friendly. There was a day where the hot water didn’t work, but the staff was very apologetic and gave us a free upgrade to checkout later than our original time. The restaurant next to the lobby had a pretty tasty breakfast. Overall was a pleasant experience and when we return to Seattle, we will definitely use this hotel again.
- 5/5
🙂
- 5/5
Great hotel!! Good service and the daily breakfast was wonderful. I felt very safe and comfortable here.
- 4/5
Clean room, excellent customer service, awesome bidet and hot and fresh breakfast. Enjoyed the bartender and the drinks.
- 2/5
Advertised view was blocked and the entire floor had no hot water for an entire day. They did not tell us about the water issue until we discovered it ourselves and they had already moved people or filled the working rooms by then so we were left without shower access with just a tiny discount.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, clean, spacious room.
- 5/5
Love how I slept so comfortable.
- 5/5
It was super clean and comfy, the staff were soooooo nice. My only complaint is I would get sooooooooo hot in the middle of the night I had a hard time sleeping. I opened the windows turned off the ac/heat unit. And I would wake up a couple hours into the night drenched in sweat.
- 4/5
Good staff, good location, nice bathroom. Rooms were a little outdated and in need of some renovation.
- 5/5
Clean room & accommodating staff. Being able to check in was a huge help! Hotel is in a great location for staying on foot or using public transport.
- 5/5
Great location close to light rail station and downtown.Shuttle service to cruise port available through the hotel.Lots of good restaurants nearby and a nice lounge and restaurant in the hotel itself.Staff was friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, great view of the city, very accommodating to our late check out due to flight delay, watched our bags for us just overall a great stay
- 5/5
Hotel was clean. Customer service was friendly, and the area was very walkable.
- 5/5
Wonderful stay. Staff was attentive and quick
- 2/5
My room had duct tape on the floor trim and the bathroom tap wouldn’t stop dripping. The staff were friendly upon check in. The executive lounge staff could use some customer service training. They were not the friendliest people.
- 5/5
Right off the bat upon my arrival the staff was really friendly. The rooms were also clean and didn't notice anything unusual. Great place to stay in
- 5/5
Great location. Walking distance to Pike Place market.
- 5/5
All was good. We would stay there again.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and had plenty of space for a couple. We opted for a room that included access to their lounge which was a nice amenity. There were hot and cold foods along with fruit and yogurt for breakfast. During the day there were snacks available with a happy hour that started at 5 and went until 8. If traveling to Seattle and need a place in downtown with a great location give them a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
- 5/5
Staff and rooms were great
- 5/5
Good location, good service, not flashy but overall nice and comfortable stay
- 4/5
Spacious and clean room. The Parking is excessively expensive.
- 5/5
Lovely
- 5/5
Good location. Updated, clean rooms. Great food in the restaurant. Overall great place to stay.
- 5/5
Amazing stay and staff was very attentive and welcoming!
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 5/5
We have stayed at many hotels in the Settle Downtown area I like this hotel its close to everything and the bidet toilet was a bonus
- 5/5
Clean room and amenities!
- 4/5
Our room was clean and staff were friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the surrounding attractions.
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent customer service!! The breakfast buffet was delicious!
- 3/5
The majority of the staff was not friendly at all, did not smile, one in particular didn’t even look at me when I was checking in. Only three staff members were nice and friendly. The waiter at the restaurant acted like he hated his life, as did most of your front desk girls. If you’re going to work with the public, at least pretend to want to be there. On the upside, the hotel was very clean, which I appreciate.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was attentive, wish I added breakfast to my room
- 5/5
We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. We tried to ask if we can check in. They allowed us, without additional fee, and that was 10am! The receptionist was so nice and the staff were all accommodating
- 5/5
Amazing experience
- 5/5
Good staff clean rooms and at the restaurant the food was excellent
- 5/5
Loved the location, price, and staff. Quick check-in, clean room. I would stay here again!
- 5/5
Friendly efficient staff
- 5/5
The room is great and clean! And have bidet! That’s a plus! Walkable distance to many places. Recommend
- 5/5
My only concern is the elevator doesn’t work. We need to use the service elevator.
- 5/5
This is the 2nd time we stayed at this Coast Hotel and it was fabulous. The check in host was very welcoming and we received a free upgrade as "the guest of the day" to the top floor with lounge access! The elevators up to the rooms are very fast and require you to scan your key card to go up, so there are no random people wandering the halls. The rooms are beautiful, modern and very clean. The free breakfast in the lounge was very good and upscale. The staff is in attendance waiting to help with anything and take plates when you're done. . The price was great also. Everything nearby like 5th Ave Theater, Pike Place Market, Westlake Center and wonderful bars and restaurants are withing a few blocks & very walkable. I love, love this hotel! I would absolutely recommend this hotel
- 4/5
Rooms were consistently cleaned. Staff was helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was excellent
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Overall our stay was great! Housekeeping helped with special requests. We requested a microwave and cot.The restaurant onsite was pleasant to visit and eat there. Front desk and consciere were helpful and considerate. Our view of the city was entertaining and appreciated. Yes, we would stay here again.
- 5/5
Nice hotel with helpful staff. The location is central downtown near the Convention Center and the arts venues.
- 5/5
Kind staff and great location
- 5/5
This hotel was fantastic! Front desk was so welcoming and polite! All smiles upon checking in. The rest of the employees were great as well, the Redtrees restaurant in the hotel was delicious. The cleaning crew also stood out with how kind and accommodating they were! I will definitely be staying here again. Loved the people, the comfortable beds, and how beautiful my room was!
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Lots to choose from. Staff were friendly and kept everything replenished and the area spotless.
- 5/5
One of my favorite hotels !! Very clean & well kept
- 5/5
Everything was great! Highlights were the staff surprising me with a free room upgrade to the top floor of the hotel, and the breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant. I would go back if/when I go to Seattle again!
- 1/5
Bad customer service No microwave
- 5/5
Great place
- 4/5
The room view from the 28th floor was great, and so was the mattress and bedding, the bathroom and other appointments. The room air conditioner was loud and kicked in all night long, and our traveling companion said the same about her room. We dint have breakfast, but the dining area looked welcoming and comfortable
- 5/5
Great price. Perfect space and convenient to downtown sights.
- 5/5
N
- 5/5
We booked the hotel because of the price and proximity to downtown. We were happy with everything except for the parking fees $56 per night is a little bit too much.
- 5/5
Room was decorated for our anniversary and staff made sure to take care of us!
- 4/5
The room was clean and quiet
- 4/5
Staff was extremely courteous. Check in was easy and our room was comfortable. Besides the duvets having stains on them, and the TV remote not functioning properly, we had no complaints. The beds were comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, and the fridge kept our essentials cold. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay again.
- 5/5
Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice location, good customer service
- 5/5
Everything was good!
- 5/5
Very clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
everything!
- 4/5
Room was wonderful, really enjoyed having the bidet on the toilet. Thankful for bottles of water, as not all hotels do that anymore. 2 out of 3 elevators were down for part of our stay and that was inconvenient.
- 5/5
Great hotel in a good location. Only downside is the price to park overnight.
- 3/5
Check in was quick however, at check in there was information about the lounge access even though I had opted for that option when I booked. I went back to the desk to ask about where the lounge was and hours. When I got to the lounge, my key didn’t give me access to the executive lounge so had to go back and reprogram our keys. We headed down to the lobby about 9:30am, we waited 5 minutes for an elevator. We were on the 26th floor. When the elevator arrived, we managed to squeeze into a packed elevator. The elevator then stopped on nearly every floor, as people were all waiting but no room. When we got to the lobby, we saw that two of the three elevators had a “routine maintenance, out of order” sign. When we checked out, the person at the desk said, I guess we should have our signs on every floor. But then proceeded to do nothing. Overall, the hotel was clean and ok for one night, but there are some major opportunity for improvement. I would not stay here again.

Amazing stay! Loved the executive lounge-great breakfast and happy hour spread. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was pricey but everything else was perfect. You really feel taken care of here!

Hotel was very nice. Very friendly staff in morning dining! Rooms were quiet, had everything one would need. I would stay there again without doubt!

- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable
- 5/5
Staff and room and the entire hotel was 5 stars
- 3/5
Rooms need there windows replaced could hear street traffic all night and smoke alarm flashes a light in the room all night long
- 5/5
All aspects of the hotel were excellent with the exception of the parking situation: We paid for on site garage parking however the coded pass provided NEVER worked despite repeated visits to the admission desk.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, the staff was kind and extremely helpful and the entire stay made me feel right at home.
- 3/5
Have a greeter at the ground level to tell guests where to park to unload without getting a parking citation on the street. And inspect each room before turning over to the guest because our room had a missing handle on the window and we cannot close it. Plus the toilet was leaking and we had to use a towel to prevent it from spilling everywhere.
- 5/5
The room was ready for us an hour early (we were just going to drop our bags off to hold and come back). Also, I wasn't expecting a free breakfast and it was good. Thick bacon. Oatmeal and toppings. Lots of options.
- 5/5
Great! I'd stay here again.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Good price, central location
- 5/5
amenities in the hotel were great. excellent bathroom with a nice bidet
- 5/5
Easy check-in process and the room was clean. Great location for what I needed to do! Parking was slightly confusing and the front desk gave me conflicting information but it eventually worked itself out. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Cons: Windows in working order, but one was drafty and there was garbage outside of our window on ledge. Pillows were terribly uncomfortable, offered no support. Climate control was inconsistent so sometimes room was too hot.
- 5/5
Clean room , great service
- 5/5
I had a great time!
- 5/5
We didn't order food at this hotel. Room was clean. Staff were all super friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Excellent property with modern rooms in a great central location. Near public transportation and a very walkable neighborhood. Front desk associates were friendly and attentive, the property was clean, and it felt safe. The only downsides were the water pressure and temperature in the shower, as they fluctuated while in use (one second you have good pressure and warm water, the next second there's barely are water and it is lukewarm at best). The iron that was in my room also did not work properly, as it never warmed up and was unusable. The bathroom was equiped with a bidet too!
- 5/5
Great room setup, great executive club breakfast and evening snack and drink. Front desk staff was awesome and Jimmie at concierge /greeter desk was outstanding. Only negative is the bathroom door is a barn slider door that leaves a gap to see into the bathroom, which many hotels have now.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful and amazing place to stay
- 5/5
Everything was great. Excellent location, and great staff
- 5/5
This was a beautiful hotel. You have to park before checking in but once we understood that it was pretty easy to park, get to the elevators and get to the lobby. Check in was so FAST. The elevators operate with your key cars so i felt safe. Room was very clean and the bathroom even had a bidet on the toilet! Great view of the city, they had blackout curtains, the windows open for fresh air. We didnt hear anyone else and check out time was very convenient at 12pm. I love the hotel is connected to the garage. The staff was helpful friendly even the guy saw us looking lost and turned us back in the right direction. Great location for events and walkable or a short uber ride. Loved it.

Great location, clean rooms and good breakfast
- 5/5
Nice staff clean room
- 4/5
Great location, clean, but it would be nicer to have stronger water pressure in the washroom. Windows don’t have good sound insulation.
- 5/5
Great staff, friendly, great rooms
- 5/5
Clean room, breakfast package and happy hour were great
- 4/5
We didn’t know breakfast was free. Only one elevator worked for a Saturday afternoon/evening - actually had to leave for our event extra early to account for the 15 minute wait! Location was great - easy walk to light rail, Pike Place Market, restaurants.
- 5/5
Never stayed at this property before... IT was excellent.. From the location, staff, room..It was superb... Would stay again, 100%
- 5/5
Room is clean, breakfast is okay, could be more variety of food or salad choices.
- 5/5
Good stay, nice touch with the breakfast.
- 5/5
Super convenient location with an easy walk to all the sites in downtown Seattle
- 5/5
There was a lounge happy hour with free snacks and pay-per-drink alcohol. The lounge breakfast was pleasant, with eggs, bacon, sausage links, blintzes, oatmeal with topping choices, yogurt, toast options, fresh fruit, cereal, and a selection of juices and coffee. We didn't bring any umbrellas for the trip, and when it started to rain as we left for our concert, we were able to get loaner umbrellas from the front desk; so convenient!
- 5/5
Clean room and nice location very convenient if you want yo stroll around the city without a car. All the staff are nice except one girl at the front desk she's quite a snob and doesn't even look at me when I came in and check out she was "yeah you're all good" she's the one who sits on the left side facing the elevator last and Tuesday morning. It's kinda disappointing beacuse everyone is very friendly except her.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast from the executive lounge had a fairly small selection of options but we found this tasty and more than adequate. Fitness centre was good and accessible 24 hours. The hotel is in a great location a short walk to pike place market. Would highly recommend a stay here.
- 5/5
We stayed here the day before our alaskan cruise. Things that we love about this place is its conveniently located in the center, close to shops, walking distance to pike place, train stations. We ddnt try the breakfast or other amenities since we only stayed one day but hotel looks very nice and private.
- 5/5
Hotel is comfortable, staff is pleasant, food was well prepared. Overall experience was enjoyable.
- 5/5
Very clean, breakfast included with our stay, early check-in.
- 4/5
Terrible bar
- 5/5
I would recommend this Hotel.
- 4/5
Overall good stay, no issues. Very convenient and safe area
- 5/5
You take the elevator after entering the hotel to the lobby
- 5/5
Honestly the best hotel experience I’ve had in a long time! Walkable and safe, kind and professional staff, clean rooms and everything looks new. Now I know where to book again the next time I visit Seattle.
- 5/5
Very kind to offer an early check in.
- 4/5
Also, while the staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the restaurant was painfully slow. 25 min to take our order with only 3 tables full and another 25 minutes to get our food! With so many fabulous restaurants within walking distance, don't bother with the hotel restaurant.
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was A+. Heated toilet seat was amazing. The breakfast was great. Easy check in. Right in the middle of downtown. Quick walk to anywhere you wamt to go.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
I had a city view room on the 26th floor that was very clean and spacious, and the view was gorgeous. I upgraded for use of the Executive Lounge which was for the breakfast and the nightly happy hour, as well as specially priced wine and beer and free water and soda. It was worth the cost. Staff were very Helpful and friendly, the elevators always worked well and the restaurant options were good. Food was always served quickly and hot. The workout room was well equipped with cardio machines, dumb bells, benches, and a multi-purpose weight machine was well maintained and clean. There is no pool or sauna for anyone wanting that option. I will stay here again when visiting Seattle and recommend it to others.

Wonderful stay
- 4/5
I loved everything about this stay! I would say my only semi complaint was not having access to some of the channels/ no signal. Other than that it was very walking distance to shopping and the pike place market?!
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
I like this hotel, it's very clean and close to many attractions.
- 5/5
Excellent experience!
- 4/5
Bed and pillow were a little soft for me other than that room was great. Love the provided umbrella since it rains a lot in Seattle. Complete amenities! Coffee maker in the room is great. Love the included breakfast and evening snacks at the lounge. Unlimited bottled water supply!
- 4/5
Super-friendly staff; fantastic food in the hotel restaurant; clean room with soft king-sized bed… and the bidet is a surprising perk.
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze, staff was very friendly and quick to help with suggestions for transportation, including assistance with navigating public transportation. Parking is so convenient, keep in mind you do have to pay for parking. I recommend paying for parking in advance with the hotel and saving almost $10, the hotel will also coordinate your parking times as well, and adjust for check in- check out times. They have a bar and restaurant available on site, which was convenient. Clean facilities and we felt safe for our quick one night stay. Would recommend, and would stay again!

Had a great stay! Close to everything!
