Walls/floors paper thin - could hear everything including elephant herd upstairs who kept walking around their room at 12-2 a.m.

Great option for the night before our flight home. Close to the airport and free parking. Staff on reception were very helpful and went above and beyond when I couldn’t find the hairdryer in my room! (Tip: it is hiding behind the ironing board in the closet). The room was quiet and a great size. The breakfast was ok but wasn’t worth getting up for in our opinion. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was excellent, property was clean. We arrived kind of late after flying in from VA. The shuttle picked us up in no time and got us there. We had 5 rooms booked for our group of 15 and it took a bit of rearranging as their elevators were down and we had 4 elders traveling with us that couldn’t do stairs. They managed to get it worked out so those two rooms were on the first floor, but the rest of us had to haul giant suitcases (cruising for a week) up to the 3rd floor. An offer to help with luggage or even a little discount would’ve been great but it was after 9 at night so there may have not been too much staff on hand. The lady at the desk was phenomenal though and had a great personality.

My only criticism is a small one but I feel it would have been improved by having a safe in the room.

The staff is very nice.

Friendly staff, pool area, fitness area, rooms were really nice. Location was okay, on a busy street. Very close to airport and convenient free shuttle. Only negative was a very loud get together in the dining area. 20-30 people could be heard down the hall in room 120 and 128. I just turned up the fan noise to drown it out. Otherwise I would have notified the front desk. Overall, We would definately stay there again. Thanks!

Ants all over our room. Didn’t say anything to staff since we were only there two nights. Didn’t want to have to move rooms since the elevator wasn’t working and not wanting an exterminator coming in spraying bug killer everywhere. Maid never knocked and just walked in our room one day. Exhaust in bathroom didn’t work and the room smelled like a smokers room.

The staff were nice, the room was very clean and comfortable and with the location being so close to the airport it made our flight out the next day super easy. Would stay here again!

Breakfast was excellent, but my room was too noisy. I was in room 103 across from the pool and kitchen, near the lobby. For a single senior woman, it was not restful. I waited for the shuttle for an hour. The first one drove past me and then I had to wait for another to return. It was cold and miserable!

The 24/7 shuttle service was excellent and prompt, and the drivers were friendly. The hotel staff was friendly. This is a busy hotel during cruise season! The rooms show a little wear but are clean. There is a small market with snacks available and there is an option for pizza delivery. Breakfast was busy! There were pancakes, waffles, eggs, potatoes, hot and cold cereal, muffins, toast and pastries, juice and coffee. It was convenient and efficient.

We are a frequent guest at this hotel and they never disappoint. Clean, well-maintained with a great little exercise room.

Premium king room was nice and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Noise from hallway heard very clearly inside the room. Breakfast was basic but appreciated. Eggs, sausage, breads, yogurt, congee, coffee and milk.

Pick this hotel out as last due to not looking on time and didn’t disappoint. Everyone was nice and cordial. Amenities on point and rooms super comfortable. 10/10

It was perfect for a quick stayover and the airport shuttle was great (once we found it at the airport!) Breakfast was a fairly typical American affair; a decent variety, nothing amazing but plenty to fill you up.

The Staff that served us on the property. Claudia at the front desk and many more! I wish I could name each one of them. I remember Karl who helped with storing our luggage safely until our rooms were ready. He made many restaurant recommendations. Benjamin the server and helper with breakfast clean up and preparation of the coffee, teas, and cookies. They really know how to treat their guests. They were busy. We’re talking about waiting room of at least 30+ guest at any given time. Coming in, checking out! While others Finished a wonderful breakfast with 24 hour service of coffee decaf, regular and excellent hot teas! Very comfortable sitting for groups. Smaller families, and for two. Everyone smiling happy, tired and just trying to enjoy life! The special thing about the service, there were never long wait times. They had as many as 4-5 beautiful agents assisting all guests! They are professional on the property. They represent Country Inn and Suites with Quality of professional services! I can’t think of one thing!

It was clean. The elevators were out!!!! Had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. A Huge inconvenience! I had 4 luggages, a 1 year old and my elderly mother that has difficulty climbing stairs. They still did not compensate for the inconvenience nor did they notify me about the issue beforehand. I woke up that evening and found out on my own. When asked about the repairs, the staff wasn’t sure when the issue would have been resolved.

I was told about a shuttle that would take me to the airport which turned out to a very helpful option. Staff was very nice and used to working with cruise passengers. all the people :) limited access to nearby food availability

Nice pool. I used it next morning. Uber to one of my fave restaurants at SeaTac our 1st night…tired from long flights…Palermo-London, London-Seattle. Copperleaf…hidden away, but superb! Walked to Angle Lake Park in morning before we checked out. Decent hotel with typical but ok brekkie.

At the desk they explained because I used Expedia that my King room would be upgraded to a King suite. The room was awesome. Huge! Breakfast was great and FREE. This is my Seattle hotel from now on.

Location was convenient for an overnight in the airport area. Bed comfortable, cleanliness good but not pristine. However, an hour after I checked in and went to my room, the front desk staff booked a later guest into the same room and gave him a working key. I was mortified when getting ready for bed and a strange man unlocked my door and walked right in on me. The front desk called to verify my name but did not offer a convincing apology or otherwise offer to compensate for that mistake. This should not happen in a professionally run hotel.

The staff was excellent and went above and beyond. The bagged breakfast was fair. The elevator didn’t work. The hotel seemed worn.

Though this hotel has had major cosmetic upgrades, the rooms still have the feel of the Super 8 it used to be. The walls are thin and our hallway and the adjacent rooms were quite noisy. The breakfast bar appeared to have good options, but all were out or near out when we arrived to have breakfast.

The hotel is close to the airport about a 10 min ride door to door. The rooms are spacious. I would only ask that complimentary water be given in the rooms. Breakfast is complimentary after 6 am. For early morning flights they do offer a snack bag to go. I have stayed here a few times. There was a maintenance issue o the elevator so had to walk up with luggage. But overall I would stay again. The staff is friendly.

Even at a midnight checkin due to my flight, Front Desk staff were friendly and genuinely helpful. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast area was crazy busy, but the staff did a great job trying to keep items stocked while staying out of the way, all with smiles.

Great hotel for the family. Clean and the prices are good. Only thing is that the gym closes early I like to workout when everyone is sleep or super early in the morning. Overall everything and everyone was amazing.

I was surprised with check in @10pm , they gave me 2 bags with potatoes chips , 2 sparkling water and some very good chocolate. At 10pm that was helpful Very clean rooms , microwave and small freezer is a plus Free Shutter to airport .

After our cruise to Alaska, my wife and I stayed at the Country Inn, and were glad we did. It’s a short ride, provided by the Inn, to the airport. Plenty of restaurants a short walk away, and a decent breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable. We were glad that there was a pool, although the temp was a little cool for me, but my wife enjoyed it.

This property was very nice and right by the airport. Shuttles were easily obtained. The hotel also runs shuttles to the cruise pier during the season, otherwise Seattle Express also does. Room was well appointed and we had plenty of space. Shower area in the bathroom was spa like and just what you needed after traveling. The breakfast was the typical fare- waffles, fruit, pancakes, bagels, coffee and juice. The girl at the front desk was very cheery and gave us help for restaurants as well as Alaska tips! Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I’d like a nicer and better maintained property but at the same time, it was not very expensive. Staff very nice and helpful, breakfast very good. I would recommend to anybody, or just pay more if you want something nicer. It’s reasonable for the money.

We were only at the hotel for less than 12 hours but the room was very nice, the staff very helpful and friendly (including the shuttle driver) and I loved the welcome bag with goodies. Too bad we weren't there longer and could have enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

This was a great stay! Unfortunately my family got stuck in their elevator, and were not compensated at all.

The so called complimentary breakfast was very poor and shamefully wasteful (unnecessary single use plastic everywhere, would make any eco-conscious person literally cry,), with very little choices of hardly any nutritional value, oh and it finished at 9.30 but the staff started to take everything away like the apocalypse was upon us already by 9.25. Besides one very young looking lady at the desk front, who was lovely and helpful everyone else was rude af for the most part. Our bathroom's towel hangers, hooks and other hardware was literally coming off the walls, where is the maintenance? Hence why management is the issue here. It is poorly run. It could be a nice place that offered value for money but they choose to run it like this. A Shame.

Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpfuland professional. When we arrived, the lobby was bustling with guests checking in, checking out, catching shuttles and asking questions, yet everything flowed like a well-oiled machine. It was impressive to watch the staff work together so seamlessly while still making each guest feel welcomed and valued. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-maintained, and the customer service truly stood out. No matter how busy things were, the staff remained patient, efficient and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a positive experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seattle! 🌟🏨

The shuttle bus driver took 40 minutes to get us to the hotel. He bypassed the hotel several times to help other passengers find a hotel room. That was very unprofessional. If there’s a next time I would insist on being dropped off to hotel first

Clean room; good location for the airport

Pool was great. Motion sensor light does not trigger if your in the pool. Breakfast is alright. Love the two different flavour for waffle. The congee was unique and special. Several food laces nearby. Our family loved the Taco Bell that is literally on the same block. We’re Canadian. If you’re a Plane enthusiast. Lots of plane landing and taking off nearby.

This hotel was great, clean, quiet, pool was great, fire pit outside was nice.

We picked the hotel because it was close to airport and had free transportation from the airport. The hotel is older in decor but was clean. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The front desk helped us arrange transportation to the port for our cruise which was very helpful. Our one complaint was, with check out at noon and many many people taking a 12:30 shuttle, having the large seating area of the dining room roped off so Noone could sit there seemed rude.

10/10 it serve the purpose of my trip

The staff couldn't make the phone go trough to do a call asking for food, I call by my cell phone, then I left a swimsuit in the room when I check out and when I called 2 hrs later to ask for it they said that if they find it they will called me back and that never happened. Is it that the personal is not honest there? And nobody knows about a simple swimsuit.

The hotel is close to the airport and their shuttle service was also so helpful! The atmosphere at the hotel is alive and exciting with many guests arriving for cruises. And the amazing breakfasts were just icing on the cake of a great hotel experience

Staff needs training/ practice how to use the system, customer service & soft skills… Checking in and out clients. They still young and eventually they will get. There’s no wine/ spirits to purchase. There was a barking dog most of the night. It was impossible to rest. Won’t be staying again for sure.

Every thing was great!

We only stayed for one night before a cruise. Clean, comfortable. Free airport shuttle, and $25/pp to get to the cruise port the following morning. You just need to set it up with the front desk. Included breakfast was great, staff was helpful. We walked to Sharps Roaster and Ale House for dinner and would definitely recommend it.

I booked two rooms for my family for a week. The location was wonderful. The airport shuttle was very convenient, even when one family member needed to be at the airport at 4:00 am. The breakfast was great. There were many choices every day and they closed the breakfast later than any other hotel I've stayed in.

My room was on the first floor and it was insanely loud. I woke up 3 or 4 times through out the night due to action in the lobby when I had to be up at 5am. Also the breakfast was not great at all. But the coffee was good and ready by 5am

The staff was very helpful with scheduling an early shuttle to the airport. The property was a little run down as to be expected being so close to the airport. The rooms/bathrooms were not very clean, dust on the carpet under furniture, hair that was not mine on the bathroom wall, the toilet moved when you sat down. I was expecting a little more overall with it having such good reviews, I was definitely disappointed, but it served it's purpose.

The room was quiet and comfortable despite the hotel being located very close to a major airport and on a major city thoroughfare. The decor was elegant and quite beautiful. Nice place.

Two buildings with 2 SEPARATE INDIVIDUAL elevators. This time of year there are lots of families traveling with children. Some kids were unsupervised, jumped inside the elevator and put it out of service. This means that you'd have to go down the stairs with your luggage. It happens too often. Even though I really like this hotel and it's location, I won't stay there during the summer months.

Amenities limited and hair driyer

The rooms needs to be clean the chairs full of dust and bathroom had stains from before I checked in. My first visit several days prior to this visit was remarkable only suggestion was rooms needs to have bottle water at least one complimentary

This was a couple days stay, and my 1st time in Seattle WA so I was satisfied with my stay. The room was nice & clean & the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The entire facility was very clean. The breakfast options were plentiful. Laundry room on site was very useful after days of hiking. The only downside was the elevator was unavailable on the last day of our stay and it was difficult getting our luggage down the stairs from the third floor.

This hotel is in nice condition. Offer a small fridge and microwave in the rooms which is convenient and nice. Staff is always helpful with easy Check-in, checkout. Basic breakfast but I wish they’d offer almond milk for us lactose intolerant guests and some gluten free options and occasional bacon or real sausage links. Otherwise it’s great with pool AND laundry facilities. You get your money’s worth.

The staff here is exceptional. Always very helpful and pleasant. Miguel in the breakfast room was a standout. I would have liked to see some rotating breakfast options as we were offered scrambled eggs and sausage every day for a week. Also the cable weight machine was broken in a highly used gym, so it could get crowded.

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our 5 day stay in Seattle- this was the best! Room was nice size, bed was comfortable and amenities great. The front desk was very kind and helpful. We used the fitness room, which was clean. The breakfast was a typical free breakfast, however they did go above and beyond in that we had to take the shuttle at 4:30am to the airport and they provided a snack bag! Great customer service!

The place was clean, staff was helpful. We were scheduled to have an ADA room with a roll in shower, at first we were given a different room. Which they quickly corrected and although the correct room was farther back on the property it was very nice. We had an early flight so we didn't get to sample breakfast, but they did have a travelers breakfast available. Airport shuttle we used twice as we returned our rental car a day early so we didn't have to do that in the early morning. Then again in the morning, both drivers were very helpful. Overall we would stay there again. Thank you.

Appreciated the shuttle and the snack pack at 5 am. I drive a scooter, and the driver was very accommodating. He helped to break it down and load it twice.

​ ​Since we had a very early departure, we weren't able to sit down for a full meal, but we were pleasantly surprised that a grab-and-go breakfast was provided. It made our morning much easier and was a thoughtful touch for guests on a tight schedule. ​ ​The room was clean and well-maintained for the most part. We did notice that the tub drained a bit slowly during our showers; however, since we were only there for one night, it wasn't a major issue for us. We made sure to let the front desk staff know upon our departure so that maintenance could address it for the next guest, and they were very appreciative of the heads-up. ​ ​Overall, our stay was good for a quick visit. The convenience of the breakfast and the professional response from the staff made it well worth it. We would definitely stay here again for a short trip!

Clean, nice new room. Comfortable bedding. Lobby is comfortable with lots of seating, pool table and lots of food options & late night bar. Definitely a good idea for no kids in pool 9-11pm. Hot tub was cold though. Only downside is this midtown location has high homeless/drug activity. Elevator requires room key which is nice for security. I also kept car locked and parked under outdoor camera.

Stayed overnight between flights. Very convenient with airport shuttle service and the morning breakfast hit the spot. The room was clean and comfortable. Happy customer!

The bedsing hadn't been changed in our room (my wife found crumbs in the bed before we had even touched the bed. She also found some fecal matter on and around the toilet. Our fridge looks like it was rusting. There were several spots where drinks had spilled and were not cleaned for the 3 days we were staying there. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, except that the eggs were super watery/wet. It was nice to have laundry facilities. They were painting down our hallway on the day we were leaving and the fumes gave me a headache. Overall, you get what you pay for.

The rooms were clean, but a lot of the surfaces still had dust on them and there were crumbs under the tv so I don't think they dust or vacuum as often as needed. The shower still had some hair and soap running down to the drain as well

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. Scuff marks all over and chunks of food under furniture. Not worth the $ to stay there

Best hotel/motel that i have stayed at in a long time

It was a nice room in excellent condition but hair was found on the bed. The sink didn’t drain real well in the bathroom. Staff was great when I arrived but when checking out the woman seemed kinda distracted.

I scheduled to have the airport shuttle to take me to the airport at 9 AM on Monday April 20, 2026. I showed up at the front desk at exactly 9:01 AM (1 minute late) and the front staff said the shuttle has gone at 9 AM. When I made my airport shuttle reservation, the front staff didn't inform me that the shuttle will be leaving exactly at 9:00 AM. Again, I was at the front desk at exactly 9:01 AM, and the front desk staff showed me the clock at 9:01 and told me that I was 1 minute late. Very disappointed about this.

Very clean and staff were extremely helpful.

I stayed here just as an overnight because I had a 15 hour layover. Everything was amazing. The energy in the room is set to motion so I kept thinking the power was going off when I slept which it was not and I had to clarify that. It was really, no big deal. I’m all about conserving energy. It just freaked me out for a minute. My stay was very nice and I enjoyed it.

It's remodeled and great. MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THAT I CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD THAT I WAS GETTING A PARK AND FLY PACKAGE FROM EXPEDIA. WE DID NOT. Our choices were to cancel our Expedia reservation and reserve with the hotel for the park and fly package, or Park our car at a lot. We opted to do the latter. We did have to walk a couple blocks to go back and forth from the hotel to the car, and we use the hotel shuttle to the airport and for pickup.

The only drawback for us was - there were no restaurants very close to the property… but it was clean… out shuttle driver was early and ready to go when we needed to go to the airport. We did not get breakfast because of our flight time was earlier than breakfast….

The airport shuttle was prompt at picking us up. The hotel texted us a link with the driver name as well as visual of where the driver was relative to our position and his course to pick us up. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The room on the third floor was easy to get to and the hallway was well lit with carpeting that was easy to roll out bags over. The room was spacious with a comfortable Serta mattress and comfortable pillows. All in all a very restful stay!

This place was very nice. When we were checking in, the lady at the front desk was kind enough to give us a complimentary upgrade so that our rooms were close together. We had a party of 8 (kids included), so this was very helpful and appreciated. They also had a shuttle to the airport, which we reserved with no trouble. The rooms were very nice, clean, and it overall had a good atmosphere. The breakfast was okay. Their coffee cup lids did not fit the cups, but everything else was fine. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. There was also plenty of parking.

The room was ok a bit tight with 2 queen beds but definitely served its purpose of a place to sleep! The shuttle staff were absolutely amazing! So courteous and helpful even drove us across the street to a gas station in the middle of the night! They were very knowledgeable and help give advise on where to eat and how to get to places once thwy dropped us off at the shuttle drop spots and we never waited more than 10min which was perfect for a momma traveling in the city with two young kiddos. Would definitely stay here again!

Although the bed appeared clean, that's where the cleanliness ended. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet, the sink and mirror had toothpaste on it and it was clear that nothing had been wiped down properly. Very disappointing.

The first impression was it was clean and quiet. Quick check-in since I prepaid first. Our room was on the first floor. It was quiet since it was near the main road and airport area. Granted it was about 2 miles from the airport. The room is perfect for anyone just in and out of Seattle. The bed was not as comfortable as it looked and I was not loving the pillows at all: small and flat. The bathroom is not bad at all: it was a decent size. It was clean. The shower was weird. There was a small glass pane and as we showered, the water went outside by the toilet. I had to use towels to soak up the water so that our bathmat is dry when we came out of the shower. For some reason, if someone was taking a shower, the hot water turned off if someone was using the sink. Hmmm. I recommend this place for layovers or one night stays and if you don’t mind all that I’ve listed.

I almost always book here first if I need an overnight before a flight. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the continental breakfast is good. Only (minor) complaint would be that there are no vending machines, and that the lobby "convenience store" is pretty limited.

The reception person who assigned the room seemed distracted from what she was doing. The room she assigned was at the end of the hall, but it had excessive noise in the hallway that disrupted sleep. Otherthan that everything else was okay. I wouldn't book this again or recommend it to anyone.

I really wanted to like staying here because of the convenience of the hotel being so close to the airport and recently being completely remodeled but even though I was told I was upgraded in my room, it didn't feel like it. I was on a ground floor which I liked but the area was so noisy. I was woken up by someone's preset alarm, doors slamming, people constantly walking by, hearing the weights from the gym, hearing the breakfasts area and a maid knocking on my door when I didn't need anything. The shower was nice but its a half glass with no closure and I ended up getting water everywhere on the bathroom foor. I will give this hotel another try but ask for a quieter area.

I could not recommend this hotel enough. It was in close proximity to the airport so whether you’re staying for a quick overnight or longer, it’s perfect! Check in was a breeze & the staff were very sweet & accommodating! Parking was plentiful and right in front of the property. I had a King room and I got some of the best sleep! The bed and pillows were super comfortable! The bathroom was roomy & I loved the rain shower walk in! The room was so clean & smelled great! The breakfast was fantastic! Pancakes, waffles, eggs, toast, yogurt, cereal & much more! I was hoping to snag a standby seat on an overnight flight and the staff made sure I knew I could come back to stay the remaining of the night if it didn’t work out! They also have an airport shuttle that ran anytime someone needed it, but I had a rental car. This will be my go to place to stay each time I’m in Seattle. It was in a great location and was super clean, safe, and comfortable! Thank you for the best long weekend!

The room was great and very clean. The ice machine did not work on the two floors I checked and were a bit of a safety hazard. The area around the hotel wasn’t too bad but there did not seem to be anything within walking distance and I would not have felt 100% safe walking anywhere. The breakfast was ok and would be great for someone that did not have allergies so to me there was a limited selection.

I arrived at midnight after being delayed for 8 hours. The clerk was so kind and friendly. My room was great and very comfortable. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was the eggs at breakfast. It was the frozen hockey puck kind. Holiday Inn serves omelets or scrambled eggs on their buffet. That is the only improvement that I saw. I just chose to skip breakfast and had coffee.

I called at 12:22 AM for the shuttle and was told to walk to a specific pickup area and call again because the shuttle “can’t wait.” I did exactly that. When I asked if I could wait at 3B instead of 3A because it was freezing cold, I was bluntly told no. I stood outside after midnight in the freezing wind watching shuttles from other hotels come and go, while this hotel’s shuttle never showed up. When I called again just to confirm it was actually dispatched, the front desk rudely told me to stop calling because I was “confusing” her. I finally got on the shuttle at 12:52 AM—30 minutes later. Ironically, the driver even stopped at 3B and asked if anyone was waiting there. The front desk attitude at check-in was just as rude.(I think is the same person who picked up my call) There was a group of people speaking very loudly near the window, and the noise carried easily into the room, which affected my rest. In addition, the bathroom door cannot be pushed all the way closed. The charging outlet by the bed is also loose and does not work properly. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Not fancy, but quiet and met our needs for a 1 night stay. Shuttle to SEATAC in the early morning hours to catch our flight is appreciated. A sack breakfast provided for those leaving before the breakfast area opens is a nice touch. We’ve stayed here many times, and have found it comfortable overnight.

Felt safe here and appreciate the staff's friendliness and professionalism. (Especially when I had to request a room change after my first night due to noisy kids in the room above me. Not the hotel's fault but happy they moved me to a quiet area right away). I would be happy to return.

The pool was chilly. It was set at 80F, but still felt chilly to us. We still got to play a bit, but not all in.

The swimming pool was excellent, and the gym was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very, very good with plenty of options. A few small downsides: the sheets, blankets, and towels had a very strong bleach smell, which was uncomfortable. The hand soap in the room was not good quality. Also, there was no bottled water provided in the room to make coffee. Despite these minor issues, it was a pleasant stay and we would consider coming back.

Hotel is clean and room is big and clean as well. Comfy bed but terrible pillows. Couldn’t sleep all night. Such a large king size bed with small tiny and not comfortable pillows. Another thing is the staff at check in, Shar specifically was absolutely wonderful. But the check out staff a manager and another male were not so great. The hotel never had hot water for the tea and the decaf coffee was also warm. They were always lukewarm for both days. At check out, I told them I was not going to pay for my concession items due to the fact we had to order our own hot coffee and tea which actually arrived hot, but the guy acted clueless when I asked and then once he asked the manager she did accommodate. She told us she just had hot water which was piping hot. So we went over to get our tea and once again, the water was WARM. I was also sick and we drink tea and coffee all day, it was unfortunate that something that is included in what we pay for wasn’t actually at service. She had to come over and go to the actual hot water dispenser and get the hot water which didn’t work the day before as the last front desk agent couldn’t get any hot water to come out. I ended up walking into the back myself the previous day and dispensing hot water myself but it was still warm. They need to upgrade their appliances and the drink holders so liquids actually stay hot and not lukewarm.

The stay was great and so was the morning breakfast. Excellent staff and over all great experience. I would be good to offer the guest a bottle of water and the option to get food delivered to the room. Just adds to the inconvenience, particularly for guests flying in later in the day.

Breakfast was good with options that you always see and some that I didn't expect but were pleasantly surprised by. They had biscuits & gravy, congee, and in addition to regular waffles they had a pumpkin spice batter. The laundry room on our floor was fully functional but small and stuffy. The room was nice but the blackout curtains are fixed on the sides and only the sheer curtains close fully, which made us feel unsafe as you could literally look into anyone's room. The staff were kind and helpful no matter the time, every employee I encountered was genuinely nice and seemed like they don't hate their job. The outside patio was delightful to enjoy my breakfast under even with the planes going by often.

Staff were nice. Room was clean. A little loud from the planes taking off. Pool was clean. Bummed they didn’t have a hot tub. The day we were leaving we planned to go swimming before checkout. A bulb broke in the pool so pool was closed. They had no urgency to get the pool fix and had no idea when it would be done.

Super friendly and great staff

Location was very convenient for our trip. Easy access to highway. Service was quick and friendly!

For the price we expected a less quality property but this was worth twice the price. It was very modern and staff excellent. We won’t stay anywhere else whenever we need to fly out of SeaTac or that area. Excellent

Everything was nice. Check-in was fast and easy. Had difficulty with the tv remote. It took a few phone call to the front desk. Someone finally came down to fix it. It was a strange fix, took a code. Plenty of pillows and towels. Had a grab and go breakfast due to an early flight. Could have been more substantial than a nutri-grain bar and tiny trail mix.

My stay was perfect. The breakfast was incredible especially on Thanksgiving day. Pricing was perfect too. Incredible staff from front desk to cleaners. The only reason I could have given a 4 star is because the bathroom is small and the glass door entrance is just half way closed. Besides that, I recommend and would be visiting again and again.

The room was clean and staff was friendly. I had an issue with water on the floor but they switched rooms no problem

The staff is very understanding of people coming in going knowing you're near the hotel in the airport the food was indeed so par is very undercooked the eggs were sitting in a puddle of water weird but other than that it was a great time

The shuttle driver went out of his way to bring my phone back to me in a timely manner to not miss my flight. I am so thankful

The hotel upgraded our room, room was clean , very comfortable and close to the airport.
