    It was affordable and close to the airport The door appeared damaged, and there were visible gaps that allowed light to shine through from outside, which raised concerns about the room’s security and safety. Additionally, although the reservation was made for four guests, only two towels were provided upon arrival.

    Staff were friendly. And free airport shuttle Place is old, outdated, shower didn't work, electrics faulty. Unclean drains smelt awful. Cost 92 dollars a night to stay. Needs a revamp. Won't stay here again. Staff were friendly though. No breakfast they stopped doing it.

    There is no breakfast as advertised, there is no pool as advertised. The pool was empty and my kids were disappointed they could not swim. The door security lock was broken; the window had a stick to lock it. The room was fitly. The TV did not work the entire stay. No pool as advertised, very rude unacceptable customer service. The advertisement is false. This hotel does not pass the OSHA General Industry standards. When I brought this to the manager (Dameon) at the hotel attention, he was rude, raised his voice in front of other customers and all the hotel guests began to tell me about their terrible experience they were going through as well. Guest was getting shuffled to other rooms late at night because rooms were not safe, no TV etc.

    The room did not have any wash cloths and the two bath towels were very small. The room did not have any Kleenex tissue. The TV in the room only received one station (getting a different remote did not solve the problem). The noise in the room from a nearby freeway was very loud. There was no water in the swimming pool. The door to the bathroom was in poor condition (water damaged) and needs to be replaced.

    I like that it was quiet parking was great and the location was okay I didn't like the fact that the advertisement pictures that they have up on this is all false they do not look like that the hotel did not have a pool I didn't see a pool and there was no breakfast as it says it is It was not clean It was smelly the room had a old nasty smell to it like a bunch of old body odors there was ants everywhere in the hotel crawling on the floor small refrigerator microwave this walls are dirty the floors were dirty it was disgusting I had to clean when I got there and wipe things down to disinfect The outside is just the banisters the stairs just all disgustingly dirty the windows did not have a screen on it The door look like it had been kicked in before and just another lock placed on top of it you can see a big crack in the outside of the room was really hot and stuffy I mean it was just a lot of things about that hotel I mean price I don't think the price should have been that price that I was charged because of all of the things that they said that was in the booking was not there when we got there so yeah it's very disappointing I was very disappointed I asked the staff where were all the things that were required when we came to the hotel as we booked and what we were supposed to get as to stay there and she was like oh it's not there the boss was going to put it back but she didn't put it back in you know it's not our fault but we're sorry what do you mean we're sorry can we like get some money back and we get like some of that money knocked off The gentleman that checked us in on the first night he was really awesome he was really kind and he did his job well I appreciate him and the lady staff the day of her departure she was nice also other than that and they need more work on the hotel to make it really look like the pictures that they're advertising on their app

    Location is good There is no swimming pool as it is shown and rooms are in bad condition as taps are not working and staff is rude at check-in, not good to stay with family. Booking.com should verify such properties pictures every year so it is publish with present condition.

    The airport shuttle has been down for about a week before I checked in and no warning about until you called. The front desk clerk was really helpful since I had arrived early (9am) from my cruise and she was able to find me a room available. The hotel is an old Days Inn and you could tell that they reused what was left behind. The bedding and towels were washed but stains were present and the room had quite a bit of minor maintenance required as in a partial damage in the bathroom door and wall trim peeling off the wall at the corners. The AC worked excellently well for the warmer weather.

    Walking into the room was the final straw. Water damage on ceiling. Bed was not level and the comforter had stains. Layers of dust on chair legs and along walls. The smell of mildew was overwhelming. The pictures on Expedia are very misleading. We immediately went back to the desk to check out. Management refused us credit. Expedia did help us out, found another hotel.

    Good, friendly staff, they tried their best. NO elevator when they placed us on 2nd floor. NO functional ice machines. Place is a dump, broken door locks, holes in walls, non working lamps, didn’t even risk taking a shower. One side of the property is an overnight lot with no cameras or lighting. Best room in the whole place is the lobby.

    Giving the place a one star in generous. When I got into my room there where no towels. The floor had gaps in it. The shower was so hard to turn on I had to stand in the tub and pull. The laundry room is on the 2nd floor (I have knee replacements and just got off a 26 day cruise) plus they use a app that I had to put $25 in and spent $5. Probably never see the balance. Had to ask for an ice bucket and where the machine was. Desk staff were good people, but it doesn't make up for the lack of maintenance. Also the first night the toilet ran every couple of minutes until I turned the valve off. Would NOT recommend this place!!

    It toik 90 mins for shuttle to pick us up. They couldn't find their driver. Smoke detector in room non existent. Dirty towels ask in morning was told housekeeping not in til 9am. Very gross place to stay and see.

    We had a late check in since our flight was delayed when we arrived they didn’t have a room for us even though I booked this 2 months ago,they ended up just giving us a random room that you could stay with pets. The room was nasty, door didn’t lock, the smell was horrible, about 20 contact lens stuck to the ceiling, hole in the bathroom floor, nasty stuff all over the walls. We had no other option but to stay since it was 1:30am when we got in.DONT STAY HERE the only positive is they didn’t have any bed bugs.

    Room 124 was in poor condition. Doors stick. Stained walls. Stained bathroom door. Toilet kept running. Tub faucet hard to pull out and temp control is difficult. Laminate flooring near the bathroom had up to 1/2" gaps. Room needs a renovation badly. On the plus side, the airport shuttle and driver were good.

    My only complaint was that, when I arrived, they could not find my reservation, which I made through Expedia. It took nearly an hour and a half for them to sort out the problem, but they eventually resolved the issue and let me in. Since I showed them my confirmation number, it would have been better customer service if they had simply given me the room and sorted out the Expedia problem on their own time.

    The photographer deserves a medal for the impressive boost they gave on the reality. The entire property from the flooded parking lot to the malfunctioning door lock that appeared to have been broken down in the past to the poorly repaired drywall issues showed that it was a shadow of its former self. On the positive side the bed and bathroom were clean and it was the cheapest hotel in the area. You get what you pay for - if you need a few hours of sleep before you get back on the road and aren't looking for anything, this might be an OK option.

    The website said the shuttle ran 24 hours, but when we got there, they said it only ran from 7-11 pm. Moreover, they said they offered breakfast, but they did not provide this service either. The rooms were not the cleanest. The first room we had did not have a working shower and the second room had cigarette burns in the bedsheets and dead bugs on the floor. The staff were friendly though and accommodating.

    This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed. The room walls were filthy with stains, writing in the walls and I don't know what else could have been on the walls. The outlets, door handles, controllers, phones, desk and night stand and lamps had dust and dirty marks. The toilet seat had poop stains. The bed sheets seemed clean but the comforter on top did smell horrible

    Had a hard time closing the door, gaps under door let in heat and noise, right by the freeway. TV was fuzzy. Fridge froze everything. No toiletries, no cups, no Kleenex. Bathroom door very stained. Shower curtain torn. Comforter was ripped; bed sheets were stained and had holes in it. Lampshade kept falling off, the holder was missing. I was afraid to turn on the heating/AC. Ice machine was not working. I paid to stay two nights but ended up only staying one, I could not stay there another night. Pass this one up if you can.

    Fair Bridge appropriate name. The stay was a bridge in our travel with overal stay was fair. On arrival in Seattle airport the Hotel transport took aabout 1 hr 20 Min at 830pm. After 3 phone calls to the front desk the shuttle did arrive.The driver had been on from 3pm and was astounded that he promptly picked us up within 15 min of being notified. I Believe front desk did not effectively communicate our arrival. THe breakfaast was the poorest We have ever encountered. Bread cereal and coffee one day. Yogurt and coffee the other. Ourshuttle to the airport was a 4 am. The lobby desk was staffed but the area was locked. Hence waiting for shuttle was standing outside . Nothing appeared to be customer service oriented. It was Fair service to briidge our stay. Dissapointed.

    This option of hotel is only for the desperate. Yes, it’s cheap. The first room I was given was for handicapped. Fine. But so gross. Rusted handi chair over toilet. A screw driven into window as a lock. I changed rooms. Dirty switch plates. They moved me. Thankfully. And also a dump. Vinyl floors peeling. Shower curtain rail falling apart. Walls with holes. Old polyester sheets. Coffee maker. No pot. Time to overhaul the entire place.

    Went to our room and it had clothes in the closet, food on the table and the bed was not made. Got to another room and shower handle was broken, one wash cloth and only decaf coffee. Bathroom door had been punched in and blue tape over it. The trash cans were still sitting by the front door. No cable tv. We were there a total of 5 hours. Asked before if there was a shuttle to the airport and was told on the phone it was hourly. When we got there we were told after midnight it was every 2 hours. We told both people we talked we had a 5:15 am flight and needed to leave by 3:15 at the latest. So disappointed in this Days Inn experience. Won't ever stay there again.

    I stayed in room #174....PLEASE HERE ME....DO NOT STAY HERE! I would never have stayed here based on reviews, but we needed a last minute room and due to everything under the sun happening the next day in Seattle including Morgan Wallen in concert, everything was sold out except this place. I paid $175 for a room that was the worst lodging ever, including staying in 3rd world countries....it was DISGUSTING! Out of 4 lampshades, 2 were torn and hanging off the lamps. Out of 2 light fixtures in the ceiling, one did not work and the one in the bathroom was missing the guts and was just a lightbulb. The toilet would not flush because the mechanism in the tank had been replaced with a unit too small. So, I had to take the ice bucket and put two buckets in the tank in order to get it to flush. The door would not deadbolt and the chain could have been popped in a heartbeat. I'm quite sure there were people living (not staying temporarily) in other units and the one next to us had a hasp and padlock on the door with light on inside...probably a grow operation. The walls and ceilings had all kinds of disgusting and questionable stuff on them. I'm not gonna speculate what it might have been, but you can imagine. The coffee maker....absolutely laughable!!! What a joke. No blow drier, no tissues. Just enough toilet paper to get by. The bed looked clean, but when we pulled the bed skirt up, the boxspring was DISGUSTING. Stains, mildew, you name it.     Room door didn’t seal properly so room smelled like smoke. Couldn’t get a warm shower. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Gave 2 bar towels as bath towels. Cobwebs in every corner. Bathroom floor so dirty my socks were black. We felt our car was unsafe due to the amount of people just hanging around that parking lot. I don’t recommend this place

    2. No enough plate, bowl for the breakfast. Breakfast started at 7:30 am, when I went to there at 8:00 am, no honey, butter, or jam there. Staff said she put a 9 plates and 14 bowls, only 1 bowl there. Later she took out a few bowl, but never put out plate.

    When we arrived in our room all of our towels were on the floor (folded). The listing for the room had pictures of a nice hot tub and pool. When we arrived we were told there was not hot tub (it's all closed up permanently) and we were told the pool was out of commission. The room did the job, but it was dingy.

    I would totally stay here again. The reviews I seen scared me a bit but once I got into the room, it smelt very clean and looked very clean. The only bad thing I can talk about is how one night I left to go to the store and came back to no parking. But it was also right after a concert so I guess it was predictable that it would be sold out.

    The location was great. The price was what I was allowed as my business paid for this trip. Breakfast was basically bread and juice(unless you like fruit loops). There is not much nearby other than two convenience stores and a jack in the box. The floor was dirty and the room was old. I received a small shampoo the first day, then was told there was no more. My room had no hot water in the shower - I ran it for about a half hour and it became less than icy, but never warm. Towels were small and except the first day(of a four-day stay) no one came to my room even though the maid walked by many times, so when I left my garbage was stacked and my towels were used every day. The TV worked but had terrible reception and if you turned the bathroom light on, the TV basically was unsee-able. The pool was OK, but the hot tub is out of service. The bus stop is a short walk, but be aware even a small trip in an Uber in Seattle will be 40-60 dollars at a minimum. There were some kind of sketchy individuals in the lobby a couple of times, but never bothered me - one morning I was one minute early to breakfast and the clerk just stood and stared at me when I tried the door - I apologized but she basically blew me off. Overall - it is an OK place for me, I am sure those with higher expectations would be very disappointed. The first clerk I met was very nice, the rest seemed as if I was a bother. The ice machine is broken so if you need ice, you have to go to one of the stores.

    A great hotel for a QUICK stay and are on a budget. I’m not too picky when it comes to hotels if I’m going to the area for an event. The good first: When I arrived to the hotel, I was greeted very kindly by the staff. They have extremely nice staff. They also offer breakfast in the morning which I was not expecting, but pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, but not spotless. They didn’t smell or have leftover trash. The towels were clean and even gave us new ones throughout our stay. Now the bad: The photos in the listing showed clean simple room but when I got to my room, it was very rundown. The room door was dirty, the bathroom door had a hole as if someone punched it. The shower tub was stained. The mirror had scratches on it. The floor tiles were even broken. The clothing rack was rusted. The power outlet near the hairdryer did not work at all so the hairdryer was useless. The furniture had a lot of wear and tear, but i don’t really come to hotels for furniture. The bed was comfy but was on wheels? so it was very easily pushed. With all that being said, the hotel is an okay stay, it’s not perfect but I’ve stayed in way worse. It’s a place to sleep at night while you’re in the area. I’d recommend it to anyone who is on a budget and not too picky where they stay at. This place would be 10/10 if they gave it some TLC

    The grounds smelled like urine, and there was obvious drug paraphernalia around the parking lot and walkways. Room was stained, dirty and dingy. There were burns in the curtains, the floor was sticky, and there were suspicious stains on the toilet. The shower seemed fine. I inspected the sheets, covers and pillows and saw now obvious signs, but I woke up the next morning with bites on my arms, back and head. Presumably bed bugs, but could be fleas as I saw many stray cats in the area and heard several dogs as well. Service was terrible, it took 25 minutes to check in because the clerk stopped mid check in and counted the till, made a couple phone calls, and looked to be scrolling instagram for a bit. When I pulled in, there were 5 police squad cars with their lights on in the main entrance. I would highly recommend you use this place as the final of final resorts. I would have been better off staying in my car or driving 3 hours home at midnight when I checked in.

    So gross. The floor was so dirty, there was called dirt and cobwebs in the corner. There were exposed wires in the bathroom light unit. Random patches all over the walls. Broken bathroom counter and room phone. Coffee pot but no coffee. We got tickets for breakfast but the first morning was told they were to busy to put anything out and the 2nd morning it was bread and cheerios. The hot tub was covered with piles of stuff. The pool was nasty, filled with bugs and peeling.

    I have nothing negative to say about the staff Alicia is a great manager everything runs smooth when she's there, cherelle is a wonderful woman and very helpful, Damien is helpful Dez has always been good to me i don't remember the newer guy's name but he's a very good person, however the owner Tammy is very rude and self centered, she has a blatant disregard for her customers and their property be careful she orders people's cars towed then lies about why, i had a pass in my windshield and the car on paper and have photos before and after to prove my claim, she talked very disrespectful to me for using my right to a review so I left and I'll never do business there again furthermore the rooms are infested with spiders and have roaches things are falling apart and its because Tammy is too cheap to get things repaired, I'll be taking her to court to get reimbursed for the tow fee as well as pain and suffering, THERES ALWAYS COPS AND DRUG ACTIVITIES VERY BAD PLACE I DON'T RECOMMEND PROCEED WITH CAUTION

    The biggest disappointment was the complimentary shuttle. I called the hotel when we arrived to the airport to be picked up. Didn’t wait long but found out the shuttle was there to pick someone else up. Our name was never called to the driver to pick us up. What’s even worse, I put in a request to be picked up at 10am to go back to the airport. By 10:10a no shuttle. Went inside to ask front desk agent who was not very friendly. She supposedly called someone and said they just left motel 6 and should be here in 5 minutes. By 10:20a still no shuttle. I had to order an Uber to get back to the airport which cost me $20. I got to the airport just in time to get my transfer to the cruise. A few minutes later I would’ve missed my transfer. I booked this hotel specifically for the complimentary shuttle which was non-existent. Very disappointing experience. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

    The beds were comfy and we didn’t have noisy neighbors so that was plus. But the highway noise was pretty bad. It was close to a community center with a splash pad that kind of worked. They were just filling up the pool so we didn’t get to use. You get what you pay for, but the room definitely could have been a little cleaner.

    The staff is really awesome and helpful. They made check in really easy. The property itself needs some serious TLC the room we stayed in had lamps in it with lots of stains and they tried to fix one of the table lamps with tinfoil and it actually looked like a fire hazard. We didn’t even try to turn it on we were scared! The doors to the rooms looked like the locks had been broken into and in the parking lot lots of scetchy people walking around and not a ton of light. It could be a really great place just needs a little effort and love

    I called the day before about early check in and was told I could check in as early as 9am because they weren't that busy. That it was no extra charge to do so and just tell the front desk that Shirelle said it was fine. When I got there at 9:45am I was told it was $45 to check in before 10am. When I tried to explain I was told there was no extra charge, I was interrupted by the front desk woman by her yelling, "I'm the manager, it's $45 before 10am!" She kept yelling that until I told her I'd wait the now 8 minutes until 10am, where she then proceed to yell at me that it was $25 after 10am for early check in. I was like ok that's fine then. And paid the $25 to drop off my bags before going into downtown Seattle. I was not trying to get my friends mom's car broken into. The room was full of holes in the walls from televisions being ripped from the walls, and needed deep scrubbing but the bed was bug free so we stayed. The walls need cleaning, repairs and paint, the bathroom had mold starting to grow on the ceiling of the shower, the shower curtain had holes and do did the bathroom door. The door looked like someone drilled random holes in it. The ice machine and soda machine were outside by the disgusting non working fountain pond feature. The water was stagnant and had trash in it, and had like a film on top. The rest of the staff were nice.

    The room needs to have instructions on how to use the TV! It was a "Smart TV" with many confusing options. We thought we needed to input the wifi password but it didn't work. The night person knew nothing. The day guy the next day said select the antennae option, but that didn't work either, then he came to check and found the connector wasn't plugged into the back of the TV! A pretty big Oops. Wifi was awful at 1:00 a.m. When the TV didn't work I connected my laptop but couldn't play YouTube. I managed to stream a radio station. Night clerk said maybe it was slow because too many people were using the wifi! On the second night we followed directions but all we got on the tv screen was an endless circle. We gave up and used my laptop and were at least able to get YouTube. The shower was great, but it was really hard to turn on the water in the sink. Highway noise was continuous, should have brought earplugs. Had to request coffee pods, sugar and stirrer for coffee maker, they weren't in the room. A seam was starting to come apart on the comforter/bedspread. We didn't expect luxury for the price, but the wifi issues were a real problem. If you say you have free wifi, it should work 24 hours per day!

    This place is terrible, sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot, our door didn't close, booked a non smoking room but the whole place reeks of cigarettes, stains on the blankets and sheets.     Well where to start...they WAY overcharged! Room was supposed to be 75$ ended up paying 100 plus a deposit! Got to room and our door dont lock, slept what little we could with chair against door.     Door had huge gaps of light coming through, did not latch other that the top bar. Door and walls we dirty, needed to be scrubbed, looked like mud or chocolate. The room smelled strange, very misty and pungent. There was food left in the freezer from previous occupant. Did not get my deposit back because they said there was MJ wrappers in the trash and that the room reeked of MJ. I do not do smoke,I never have. They actually went through the garbage in the room upon my checking out. That's crazy.

    Wonderful staff but they are flipping the property, it is not fully functional. The door was so bad we got stuck in the room and were thinking of crawling out the window to get assistance. Toilet would not flush the next day, just lots not working. They have rooms that were in another building that looked more complete. Not a corporate flip so this may take some time.

    The sink had a huge rust hole, the door would open at times, the hotel/motel is very aged. It’s not in a good area and i had a homeless guy follow to my room insisting I give him money for a room.

    We really enjoyed our stay here except when they tried to tell us we were no able to extend our stay. It felt very homophobic and the reason seemed trumped up to force us to leave.

    The phone in the room did not work to call the front desk, the toilet only flushed with the use of a plunger, ticket was needed for breakfast which was cold cereal, bread, jelly, or coffee. Traffic was heard from the room. Overall room served its purpose of a good night's rest

    Love the beds, by far the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Outside needs a little work, but it was so comfy on the inside. I’ll stay again for that reason. Loves the sheets and fluffy pillows.

    Property is run-down, and no money is being spent to replace broken doors, toilets, sinks, etc. The worst part about staying here is the traffic noise from the freeway that is right next to the property. Staff is friendly, and doing the best they can working for owners who are obviously neglecting upkeep. I would not stay here again.

    From the start this was a terrible experience. I was not informed that the property required a separate 100$ deposit upon check in. I did not have that. When i began to panic because i was being told i might have to sleep outside i was laughed at by the woman running the front desk. When i went to make a phone call to try and get the money for the deposit the employee WENT INTO MY BELONGINGS TOOK OUT MY WALLET OPENED IT AND REMOVED THE KEYS SHE HAD MADE FOR THE ROOM! She did not wait for me to return she did not ask for me to return the keys she took it upon herself to go into my belongings becasue she asuumed i would try to force my way into the room. The bed was too soft and rolled across the floor. The side tables had been previously used in a smoking room and were filthy and stank of smoke. I didnt feel safe i didnt feel welcome and our door was knocked on several times they told us it was time to check out and we still had a whole day left. I left feeling stressed and irritated after my stay

    Room 233 on the other hand didn't have any problems and the room was clean. When it came to checking out I had to go search in the back room for an employee because no one was at the desk or to be found. It was the lady cleaning the very minimal poor quality food bar who told me to just wonder around back until you find someone. The good.... well the bed we're comfortable and the pillows were very fluffy

    nothing worked (shower, television), front doors in very poor condition. Wouldn't walk on floors without shoes. Bed was comfortable but very loud and creaky. We got what we paid for because it was cheap, but expected a bit more care.

    I got back to my room at 1a.m to fully register that the room wasn't even cleaned. The floors were not swept or mopped. The fridge wasn't wiped down. There was food and drink trash from the last tenant. The room smelled of heavily of bleach that we had to open the window all the way before leaving, to air out because it was nauseating and only in the bathroom was cleaned with cleaning supplies,except for the door. There was other people's hair on 2 pillows, bathroom door and shower, the phone was dusty, and there are dead fruit like flies around the hotel room on the ground.Coffee machine was not clean either

    We stayed for one night. Our room was quite noisy as it was the closest room near the interstate. The TV reception was terrible. However, the staff was very friendly and transportation from the airport was provided.

    About 5-6 minutes walk from a bus stop, there is a bus straight to the city and a bus (one transfer) to the airport both of which are very convenient. Staff was lovely, room was perfectly acceptable though the keycards stopped working several times (easily remedied by taking keys to staff). Someone was always at the counter so can leave at any time, lovely breakfast. Perfectly nice hotel.

    Nothing about this hotel is good. It's old and run-down. The shower head sprays water everywhere. The shower faucet is very difficult to pull out to start water flow. Toilet flushed very slow, sometimes not completely. Toilet water ran most of the time even after jiggling the handle. Bathroom counter had burn marks from cigarettes or something. TV remote was missing the back cover and didn't work until someone came in to rescan the channels. Furniture is old, stained, and broken. Room was about 50 yards from I-5 so very noisy. I do think the room was fairly clean and linen was clean smelling. I requested a different room but was told no others were available and heard another guest also requesting another room. I staff did act like they were trying to resolve some of the issues, but in the end it's just a dump. But there were no other rooms available in any surrounding hotels that I could find so it was better than nothing.

    We had stayed here years back, not a bad place, off the beaten path. Rooms could use a little upgrade on electrical issues and wall repairs, but I was comfortable. Convenience stores, food and coffee just a walk away.

    This was a very good value for the money spent. The place was a bit dated and not top of the line. But I was comfortable and the rates were very reasonable. You will want to bring earplugs to sleep because of the noise from the nearby highway. The continental breakfast was a plus, though it would be nice to include some fresh fruit with it.

    We loved this hotel. The woman at the front desk was really nice. Checked us in promptly, and was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I honestly don’t understand the negative feedback. It’s a little dated, but this is a decent hotel especially for the price.

    Very dirty rooms, everything is scraped up, missing pieces of the floor, there was stains on my beddings. Asked to have them changed and they didn’t come. Tv as about to fall down and the microwave started burning when I tried to make my cup of noodles. Staff was friendly but the rooms were not worth the money

    The room we had to wait for to be cleaned had a slug on the wall in the bathroom, holes in the walls, the TV had either been ripped off the wall or fell and cracked the frame and was just sitting on the dresser, someone else's tshirt hanging in the bathroom I could go on, but I won't. The only bright spot was the wonderful staff member who apologized to us and got 1/2 our money back. Don't stay here!

    It was convenient and the staff was nice, however the condition of the rooms is not good. Shower curtain rod broken, doors are hard to open / close, walls are smudged and beat up, and the tv worked sometimes and then no others.

    Trying to check out took entirely too long. There were two people working that just didn't seem to give a damn about checking people out and they kept wandering away leaving everyone standing in line, no communication. The only positive thing I can say.. there were no bed bugs. Or bugs of any kind, actually. The microwave didn't work. Half of the outlets don't work. I found two outlets that worked. I walked down to sunny teriyaki for dinner and was harassed by a homeless woman all up and down the street. I wouldn't say I felt unsafe with her following me yelling nonsense, but it was annoying. Never again. I would never again stay here.

    Terrible hotel, room smelled musty, first red flag, should have left then but we were tired and had a ball game to get to. Outside door did not seal, toilet paper on floor behind main door, floors were dirty, sheets had hair and were inside out, 2 out of 3 lights didnt work, tv was broken and balancing on dirty dresser. The bathroom had no doorknob, water seeping in under toilet and under wall to sink area which had mold and wall peeling away. Booked at another hotel at midnight later first night and left first thing in the morning! What more can i say, i am not a hotel snob, no problem with older buildings, but this place was beyond!

    I was waiting a long time to check in because there was no one in the lobby. Then the guy said there was an issue with my check in so he had to help the other customers first so I had to wait another 30 minutes before I got a room. I was so tired and I just wanted to rest but this is what I got from them. Also the hair dryer in my room doesn't work. I told the front desk. The guy said he was gonna tell the cleaning people to give a hair dryer but I never got it
