Cons had odor of a chemical cleaner, burns in carpet, surface rust on refrigerator, tub drain was clogged and shower head sprayed at connection to wall.

Ok for cheap one night stay.

Door to office entrance locked requiring attendant to let you enter signals not a safe location. Inside a man that couldn't pay bill took a long time to resolve before I could check in. If I hadn't reserved and committed to pay, would have left immediately. Room was OK except for no hair dryer.

Stay here frequently over the last several years for appointments at UW medicine. Which by car is only 20 to 25 min drive. You'll find a very professional staff including the manager of the property Jaypee. Love Kelly very much for her pomptness for any concerns or issues.Which are far and few. I'd include the rest of the staff names if could remember as they all are amazing. Room is always clean and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is normal basic continental prepackaged items and fresh, Coffee was fresh and delicious. If expecting more there are plenty of nearby restaurants as well each unit has a micro kitchen with a stove fridge and microwave. The office has cooking utincles and cookware along with plates and silverware. Grocery stores are within 5 min drive. Also the mall is nearby for other shopping convenience. I highly recommend this place for next extended stay needs

It was a bad location. There were holes in the walls that still had blood on them. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The refrigerator had hair in it.

The staff was very nice but there was a police raid while I was in my room and they exploded ordinance inside the hotel. Which just about blew out my goddamn eardrums. And then it didn't seem to give a no dam! It was very un cool. Extremely disrespectful to their guests. Not okay at all
- 3.5/5
The helpful and courteous staff. A lot of things needed fixed. Burners on the stove won't allow you to cook much food, the coffee pot was very small, the toilet seat was broken..
- 5/5
Shredder was very helpful and personable.

The best part about this property is the person named cheddar and I don’t mean the money I mean the cheese she also goes by shredder. She is tiny but mighty a sweetheart, but also knows how to make sure you mind your ps and cues in all situations. I highly recommend going on any day of the week your heart desires because not a single person there is rude or mean or treat you like you’re less than the most important person when you walk into that lobby. The prices are perfect. The beds are comfortable and the TVs are huge 4K televisions that you can also plug a Roku in to make yourself feel more at home. I go here every single week when I’m in Seattle I would not go anywhere else to stay this place feels like home away from home and I cannot think of another place. I’d rather be when I’m working 15 hour days.

The room was clean and nice and the lady that checked me in was really sweet and accommodating. I don't know her name but she was wonderful and the stay there was peaceful. If i needed anything they went above and beyond to help me. that place is definitely my go to; my go
- 5/5
Room was clean, could use coffee in the room
- 2/5
The check in staff was great, but the bathroom needs be repaired, floor shower stall, and sink need caulking on the back. Very noisy room with all the road traffic. And someone played loud music until around 3am. Needless to say we did not get much sleep. Thanks

Great
- 3/5
Dirty surroundings, but love that it is close to all the shopping areas
- 3/5
For $170 a night we were very disappointed. The building is not well taken care of and the area is dirty and not pleasing to look at or stay in. The “free breakfast” was very sad and the coffee was way too hot. I know people staying here longer are getting way cheaper rates but even for one night this was a $70 hotel room at best. Kitchen but nothing stocked unless you ask for it. There was food pieces in our bed when we pulled the covers back. Curtains were peeling and so it let light in during the night. Check in staff took a bit too long over unnecessary stipulations. For $70 it’s somewhere to sleep but for $170 it was a huge waste of our money.
- 3/5
Reasonable priced for a quick layover stay. Just Soap in bathroom no shampoo. wasn't sure if housekeeping forgot or it just doesnt come with.
- 5/5
Staff at the front desk couldn't be better.
- 3/5
It was a little pricey for the quality of the room. Plus there was no key drop off to check out. I had to knock on the door only to be told I should have left my key in the room.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
there is a fly in the room that I can't even get rid off. Everything is super old
- 2/5
I have traveled all over the world and this room had the nastiest carpeting I’ve ever experienced! All the outside walkways were nasty with stains and spills and vomit!!
- 2/5
The electronic key did not work. It took 3 trips back to office and finally the receptionist had to go to the room. Blamed our cell phones.
- 3/5
They were replacing beds and tvs during our stay. After replacing the beds they put dirty bedding back on them instead of replacing it with clean bedding. One room on the first floor smelt so bad of urine, to find out they had dogs in their room, dog food was scattered all over the walkway. This room was right next to the office.
- 1/5
Outside property and inside the room has bad odor. Smell of garbage left unattended, sticky walk way, room smell of marijuana and smoke.
- 5/5
Just here to see the museums, then home again.
- 5/5
Would stay again.
- 1/5
Had a bad experience. The cards weren’t working so I had to go back in forth 3 times .3 floors away. Every time we left the building a needed the receptionist to come and get us in definitely the baddest experience I ever had in the hotel.not coming back

Not a great value

The person next door was playing his music very loud. I called down to the office at 11:30 pm to ask that they contact that person. However, the music was never turned down.
- 4/5
I like it
- 2/5
Door locks were broken. It always took 10-15 times swiping your key to get in. People smoked weed right in between the rooms so the smoke was blowing in our room, mold under the sink. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter.

The agent would not check me in would not then kicked me off the property she wouldn't let me charge my phone and called the police check
- 3/5
The staff were very friendly. Hotel was dated and the room had an odor similar to body odor. The luggage cart had a flat tire. This location was not far off of the highway but there were multiple different street you had to turn on to get to the location.
- 5/5
It was a great room clean and fresh

Convenient location

door lock barely worked leaving me locked out every time i left the room. It took several minutes each time to get the lock to recognize key. The room smelled of old smoke and mildew.

the experience we were looking for, as we wait on our apartment to gets fixed. Services here at the hotel is wonderful they do a great job. The hotel is very clean, but the incident with a crazy guest banging on our door and screaming and police being called out is not the experience you looking for.
- 3/5
Great stay, the walls are thin. Can hear a kid and baby playing and crying in hall way
- 4/5
The staff was excellent. The room was in good condition. But if you want a good night sleep, I wouldn’t recommend this place because the mattress is horrible. Everything else was perfect.
- 4/5
I like the fact the rooms are like studio apartments. You get a large fridge and stove. They also supply you with any cooking equipment or utinsels ect. Definitely will be returning. Cheaper than a motel 6 and 100 times better. Great deal very happy.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, convenient.

Front desk was very helpful
- 5/5
It was perfect for the few days I needed it. The price was very reasonable as well.

It was amazing i am so booking again!

No free wifi as advertised. Costs $2/hr. Mattress had plastic cover on it.
- 1/5
It’s not a good idea to have your kids to be with you if you’re traveling this is not a great choice of place to stay just really busy with traffic if people in and out all hours of the night just really I booked it for 3 nights and only stood 1 still waiting for my refund hopefully they will stick to the promise they made to me that I will get my refund back and only be charged for one
- 1/5
Property stunk around the premises-smelled like cigarettes in the room - had to go get a different hotel - no refund for a 4 hr stay - I tried to stay and muscle it out but couldn’t - very disappointing-
- 4/5
Nice place
- 4/5
The day manager apologized and refunded our pet fee. She was awesome.
- 5/5
Location is good for our conference
- 3/5
Staffing was friendly. Parking is great. Can get pretty noise with traffic and train. Rooms were okay. The carpet did seem a little dirty when we entered our room.
- 4/5
Also the water pressure in the shower was so low it was hard to rinse off the soap on your body. In addition you had to turn the lever all the way to the hot side to get the water lukewarm. The water in the sink was way hotter than the shower. The grab and go breakfast was basically instant oatmeal and muffins. Pretty lame. No fruit, yogurt, or variety of pastry like most grab and go breakfasts I’ve seen.
- 2/5
Very expensive for what it is, an old room that’s not been updated or really maintained in years. I’m sure there are better options but this was available last minute.
- 3/5
The bathroom fan don’t work at all I’m rm 100.

- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and the working kitchen is a nice plus. Also had laundry facility and decent vending machines.
- 5/5
using very vulgar loud language a couple of rooms from me in the middle of the night !!!!!
- 5/5
Furnishings old and carpet was a disaster but it was clean and provided us with a safe place to stay and kitchen equipment to be able to stay for a few days. Staff was very helpful and laundry room was very clean clean
- 5/5
Debbie is amazing. The staff are great, friendly. the rooms are clean and comfortable. Great place to stay
- 2/5
The unit was not very clean. trash in the trash can, floor not very clean. Had a smell of smoke .
- 1/5
I got a call at 8 PM that all outside lights were out and the generator was unable to be turned on. It was the scariest thing to stay at this place. And most of the people that stay at this hotel have been there 1015 years and this is their home.
- 1/5
This was the worst place ive ever stayed in! Never will i ever book in this place. U cant even move on the bed and make yourself comfortable. Junkies on one side and another. Up all night we only got if that 1 hour of sleep. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

This hotel looks much better online. Our room smelled like smoke, was very old, the walls are very thin, and the “breakfast” was just granola bars and muffins. Not even a piece of fruit although there was fruit on the picture of the breakfast right behind it. Very poor. I would not recommend.
- 5/5
My stay went well. Many thanks to Shredder for the easy check-in!
- 4/5
Good upkeep, clean and nice rooms. Pretty secluded area.
- 1/5
I arrived after midnight. The Laundress was unable to find my reservation. I had called ahead to say I would be arriving after midnight. The front desk said that would be fine. But it wasn't. The front desk closed before I arrived. The hotel's information doesn't include front desk hours. I would have made a different reservation had I known I wouldn't be able to check in so late.
- 4/5
clean and off the main road
- 3/5
Would not accommodate a late check out. I checked in at 6 am and needed a rest before work overtime at 2 pm. All the same day, 5 hour rest. A trucker checking in at the same time had the same problem. Need to be mindful of different schedules of working people.
- 2/5
Everything is old and falling a part.
- 4/5
It was easy to find. My check-in was great. I truly enjoyed my stay.
- 5/5
I’ve stayed here many times in the last 5 years. I feel like the hotel has only gotten better over those 5 years. My room is always clean, staff is always kind, helpful, and accommodating. I really feel safe staying here as well. It’s tucked out of the way from everything so it’s somewhat quiet. I will continue to stay here whenever I’m in the area.:) thanks staff! -olive
- 1/5
I've never been treated like that by a hotel staff in my life, nor have I ever heard of demanding identification for a friend/family who is stopping by to say hi to the actual hotel customer who has paid in full So not only that, I can't get a refund for the TWO NIGHTS I paid for because it was after 7pm.
- 4/5
Cons: during an annual? Or bi-annual fire alarm inspection, I was told the fire dept guy did not need to come into my room and just needed to press a button right by my door on the inside. I was surprised when mngmt knocked on the door and the lady was not friendly at all and shrugged me off when I said hello, and the fire dept guy came swooping straight into my room to get to the smoke alarm in the middle of the ceiling. When I said I was told he didn't have to come into the room like this, I was shrugged off again and was completely ignored by the lady from mngmt. After they left I heard her knock on the room next to mine and she greeted the ppl with a very friendly attitude and asked them how they were doing, were they enjoying their stay. I was aghast at the stark contrast between the way I was treated and the way the guests in the next room were treated. If I remember correctly the mngr's name was Debbie, she had long dark hair and long nails. I was made to feel very uncomfortable by mngmt on more than one occasion as well, the 2nd one when I rechecked in. They acted like I had the plague and would not come near me, while other staff was consistently friendly and kind. Shred was by far the nicest and most caring out of everyone there. A model employee. She should be heading up the team there. I stayed there 3 weeks, and I no longer felt welcome there after that.
- 4/5
Comfortable bed, clean room that was slightly outdated but comfortable and functional
- 5/5
Very comfortable, roomy, full fridge, friendly staff. All around excellent accommodation
- 1/5
Property was dirty, lots of people outside loitering and arguing, overall conditions of the property were poor.
- 5/5
Not hard to get to but hidden back the property was clean and maintain
- 4/5
Property was good enough for a pleasant stay. Just a little problem getting my key card to work always took several try’s. The bathroom fan did not work but the room was nice enough.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Although I heard it was a tougher area, I saw no signs of trouble over one week
- 4/5
Nothing special for the price. Expected more but Seattle must think it self special for those rates.
- 5/5
Staff were great, stay was great
- 1/5
Please refund me by depositing whatever Extended Stay charged as they did so illegally because I did not stay at Extended Stay Seattle in Tukwila because they refused to take me because of my not having physical ID. I drove to the Red Lion and stayed there.
- 1/5
We did not stay in try he hotel because after we made the reservation and showed up at that reception the hotel had no vacancy and we had to look elsewhere!!!
- 4/5
The room was very nice, comfortable bed, good shower facilities, unfortunate there was no plug available to have a bath. Also found the kitchen facilities weren't of the highest standards, however they were okay
- 2/5
The room was not properly cleaned, had a drainage problem, the staff was not very helpful. When checking in I informed them that the floor was filthy, they said someone would come mop and no one ever came. The pet fee was very expensive as well and extra $200. My room keys would not work, I had to request a new card 3 times.
- 1/5
This property should not be listed on Expedia as an option . Rude staff , over an hour to check in . Showers leaking . Refrigerator making horrible noise . Hair everywhere on floor and bed and the room smelled really bad like cigarettes.
- 2/5
The staff were friendly, but for how much we spent would not recommend it. Had a weird smell and just was not clean.
- 3/5
One night stay before an Alaska cruise. Great service from the front desk! Room smelled like stale old smoke though, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.
- 1/5
The non smoking room actually smells cigarettes and A/C wasn’t working.
- 2/5
This is NOT the average hotel. The rooms are very small, the "Grab and Go" breakfast was a comlete joke - Old packaged muffins or granola bars from 2005. No ice machine, (gotta make your own in room.) Phone didn't work and when I went to office to report that, she said, "Yes, most don't work." Afer other questions about lack of amenities and services, front desk person said, "It's like camping here." !!!!!
- 1/5
My room wasn't available & I was left with paint $200 more for the only room left in the area
- 1/5
The room i reserve was 2 bed queen and when i checked in the clerk said she only have room with 1 bed. And the first room we got was smoking and smell horable, We were 2 adults and 2 kids and i have to sleep on floor. very disapointment for this room and hotel.
- 1/5
Room is stinky like cigars and cigarette. Clearly should be a non smoking room
- 3/5
It’s good but keys didn’t work. Staffs had to remake keys. Been locked out often.
- 4/5
The room was nice, I stayed for nine days but if you leave one drop of food out or one drop off a sugary liquid ...i.e. coffee, soda... Ants come marching in. The bed was not so good, but the service was friendly.
- 4/5
Easy access, away from traffic, safe. Room was well equipped, comfortable bed, good shower. Reasonable price. Helpful and friendly staff.
- 1/5
After 2 room changes, I had to cut short my stay and book another hotel for next day.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet
- 5/5
The room was none smoking but smelt of smoke. Other than that it was great.
- 2/5
Bath tub didn’t drain well & quickly became a little pool when taking a shower. I called front desk but nobody fixed it.
- 1/5
Booked this hotel on the night i was supposed to fly out of Seattle and they had no rooms available because they were not cleaned
