Reviews
The hotel is highly praised for its prime location next to Pike Place Market, offering easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shops. Guests consistently compliment the friendly, professional, and helpful staff. The rooftop patio with firepits and a beautiful water view is a favorite feature.
- Prime location next to Pike Place Market
- Friendly, professional, and helpful staff
- Noise from surrounding streets and other rooms
- Limited in-room amenities (e.g., no vending machines or ice, table issues in one room)

The staff are super friendly & helpful! Highly commend to travellers to Seattle & great for Pike St Market...

Good location friendly staff really helpful Needs more food options
- 5/5
I thought the place was very pretty the staff was excellent the only slight criticism I have is the ice portions those bags are really hard to get any ice cubes from they're so big and hard I'd suggest you put them in smaller portions to make them easier to use

This was the perfect place to stay the day before our cruise. It is central to everything down at the market. I will definitely come back and stay!

Staying at the Inn at the Market feels like stepping into the most peaceful version of Seattle. Waking up to the soft glow of the market lights and the gentle morning sounds drifting up from below is something I will never forget. The bay view from the storybook windows is unreal. It feels like the city is putting on a private show just for you. The bed deserves its own award. It is unbelievably soft and buttery and somehow manages to erase every ounce of travel stress the moment you sink into it. The room itself is quiet comfortable and beautifully kept in a way that makes you want to slow down and stay in for a while. The hospitality is what truly sets this place apart. The team here is probably the most accommodating and genuinely helpful guest services we have experienced outside of Japan. Every request was met with warmth and real care. Nothing felt transactional. It felt like staying with people who actually want you to love Seattle as much as they do. This was an incredible stay that makes choosing to stay in the heart of Seattle absolutely worth it. A perfect experience from start to finish.

The shower in our room had major drainage and cleanliness issues, with water pooling across the floor and debris coming up from the drain. When I tried calling the front desk early in the morning, no one answered and there was no clear emergency contact available. I eventually had to go downstairs myself, only to feel dismissed and laughed at before being told they could just “throw” me into another room. For the price and reputation of this hotel, I expected much better customer service and cleanliness standards.

Staff was extremely helpful in helping us get around town. Room was great

Great modern hotel with a fantastic location, only thing that is really missing is an on-site restaurant and/or bar.

Excellent location!

My room was clean well appointed, & a large walk in shower. The staff were always helpful. I would go back there.
- 5/5
Definitely the best location in Seattle. Roof deck makes the hotel worthwhile on its own. The rooms are great and the staff is very nice. Lobby is comfortable and actually a nice place to hang out or work in the morning. It seems to always be very reasonably priced for how nice a hotel in such a great location that it is.

In the heart of downtown Seattle.

Our first time in Seattle, chose this hotel based on others experiences. It was everything I read about it and more!! Absolutely beautiful room, clean and comfortable! Staff were so friendly and welcoming! Close to great restaurants and the amazing Pike Place Market!’ Overall I highly recommend this hotel!! Also do not pass on taking time to visit their incredible rooftop terrace!’ You can thank me later! Enjoy!
- 5/5
Lovely mid-size inn, perfect location for city lovers. Literally on top of Market.
- 3/5
There add is misleading, they do not offer shuttle service to the airport unless calling a cab for you is considered shuttle service. One reason I paid extra for the room thinking the offered that service.
- 5/5
Great location, clean spacious rooms and terrific, friendly and helpful staff!

Inn at the Market was an amazing place to stay. I did pay more for a water front view. Our view was of a brick building... Good thing the windows were Bay windows if you pulled the curtains back you could see the water if you stood at the window. And there was a view deck that you could go out on and it was a lovely place to see the water. I would definitely stay there again but get a better room of water view. That was important to me.
- 5/5
Terrace needs more covered space and chairs/tables

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location, with so much being within walking distance. The Inn was very clean, and we were lucky enough to get a room with an absolutely incredible view of the waterfront, the Ferris wheel, and the market. Evenings on the outdoor patio were also quite nice. Fireplaces were lit and we witnessed some beautiful sunsets over the mountains. I will not soon forget this vacation. The entire staff could not have been more welcoming, helpful and responsive, and we really enjoyed evenings on the outdoor patio.I hope to visit again one day. I really can’t say anything negative. One minor recommendation would be a full size mirror in the room, but that would certainly not deter me from returning. We really enjoyed our stay.

My new favorite place in Seattle to stay!
- 5/5
This hotel was all that it advertised itself to be. It was tasteful, comfortable, spotless and offered a spacious room that made it a great retreat after a long day on the interesting streets of Seattle. Staff is on hand to meet every need of guests with genuine willingness and interest! We will return!

Great place to stay. Next to Pike Place Market. Many food options available. Comfortable, modern hotel. . Helpful staff. I was especially pleased how they helped us get our ride to the airport. Saved us money and that was their intention.
- 5/5
Wonderful location very clean and quiet
- 5/5
Great Inn in a great location. Ex-Locals returning for a visit to our old stomping grounds. Have wanted to stay in this Inn since it opened in 1986 -just as great as it was on opening day. Well cared for with a great staff. Exceptionally great stay - will come back when in the area. A gotta stay at least once if you are in Seattle. Thanks to the folks at the Inn that made the stay special.

Great location, beautiful hotel

Clean room and nice lobby. Convenient location, but feel it was over priced for the amenities available.
- 5/5
The location alone is unbeatable — literally right in front of Pike Place Market. You step outside and you’re instantly in the heart of everything, which made the entire trip feel effortless and exciting. We arrived early Friday morning around 11:30 AM, fully expecting to just drop our bags… but to our surprise, our room was already ready. That level of accommodation set the tone for the entire stay. The room itself was beautiful — it honestly felt brand new. Everything was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Housekeeping was incredible throughout our stay — every day we came back to a perfectly refreshed room, with fresh towels, water, and the sweetest touch: two local Seattle chocolates waiting for us. Such a small detail, but it made it feel extra special and personal. What truly elevated the experience was the staff. The front desk team was genuinely kind and accommodating in a way that felt effortless. I bought flowers from Pike Place Market, and they happily let me borrow a vase so I could enjoy them in the room — such a thoughtful gesture. Anytime we needed water, they were quick to provide it, and they were always helpful with anything we asked. They even have umbrellas available to borrow, which is such a perfect (and necessary) Seattle touch. The hotel itself has such a cozy, charming vibe. There’s a cute lobby with a fireplace that made it the perfect spot
- 5/5
A perfect location. Beautiful terrace view of Pike Place Market and Elliott Bay. Room was great. Fully stocked if you wanted anything. Parked in a garage a few blocks away.
- 5/5
Great location, clean hotel and attentive staff!
- 4/5
Nice location near waterfront; 5th floor deck was best part about stay. Shower water was not hot enough and room was slow to heat up. My room had a lot of elevator noise which I wouldn't expect for the price.
- 5/5
One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at Great location beautiful property! The staff was awesome I would definitely recommend.
- 5/5
No breakfast no welcome gift. Water provided had a speck of dirt in it. Couldn’t keep bottle
- 5/5
Everything was excellent. I was not a fan of the pillows, as they lacked support.
- 5/5
Good location. Confortable room
- 5/5
Sandra was very polite, warm, informative and cordial. Even though I arrived earlier than my check in time, she made sure I get the room as soon as possible. Everything about this place was beyond what I expected. Will definitely be booking them again.
- 5/5
The location cannot be beat! Right next to Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

Fantastic location close to everything.

Room was very nice staff super helpful, at first kj da hard to find the place but in a very convenient area very close to so many places to visit in Seattle
- 5/5
This is my second time staying at the Inn and I HIGHLY recommend it! It’s within walking distance of a lot in downtown Seattle and the staff are genuinely friendly and courteous. The Valet service is great and takes of stress out of finding a place to park.

Our favorite hotel in downtown. Very clean, safe and secure. Staff is always accommodating and helpful. They also have their own underground parking garage that is very convenient. Great rooftop with gas firepits and great views. In downtown this is by far worth every dollar!!

Love the hotel. Perfect location for day in Seattle. I stay when car is worked on by University Audi and for shopping fix. La Panier bakery is across the street. Perfect!

View of the bay, lovely quiet room and great location close to the market.
- 5/5
Ame ese lugar todo el personal muy amable y las vistas hermosas , volvería a ir
- 5/5
Our room was spotless, spacious, and quiet. And as a “room with a view” it was beautiful. The location was ideal for really exploring Pike Place and it was a quick walk to the monorail to the Seattle Center.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and great area!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in a perfect location.
- 5/5
The hotel was chic and stylish, the staff was so helpful and nice from curb to check in. Most importantly, the rooms were comfortable and quiet! Room service was the only weak spot but not enough to detract from the overall stay.
- 5/5
Super clean and cozy room. Despite being in a busy area there was no noise in the room. Can’t beat the location right at the market.
- 5/5
Clean room and very helpful staff
- 5/5
Highly recommend for their accomodations and especially location. If Pike Place is your main focus, like ours was, no hesitation needed. Side note: stick to public rail transit to and from airport. I've done research and approx cost difference was about $80 using Lyft, Uber etc. Vs 3$ per person on a light that literally takes you to 2 easy blocks away from Pike Place. And Im NOT usually a person that favors public transit.
- 5/5
Great room, great location
- 5/5
Corner room with views of the city & the bay was amazing. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Gorgeous room w/ comfortable bed, patio had spectacular views, easy walk to food and tourist attractions
- 4/5
Room was very nice. “Bay“ view was limited. Posting said they had a shuttle to the airport, but the charge was quite high.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, room was really nice. They will provide you a microwave if you ask. The view was stunning. We will be staying there every time we go to Seattle.
- 5/5
Great stay! Lovely boutique hotel, perfect for a Seattle stay-cation weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Room and view were beautiful, and staff was professional and helpful. Booked an in-room massage, too - a great add-on option!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, check in was easy, they were amenable to letting us check in early due to room availability vs checking in at 4 pm (we checked in around 10!), lots of places to visit near by.
- 5/5
Wonderful boutique hotel very close to Pike Place Market. Amazing views from water-facing rooms. Attentive staff.
- 2/5
I would have made a different room choice had the pictures of a “partial water view” were more accurate. When I expressed my disappointment, staff was unwilling to help. A fair solution was never offered to me or considered. What would have been helpful is staff with the ability to consider a customers perspective about what they are paying for.
- 5/5
Room was amazing. Staff was even better. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Excellent location and such a comfortable stay. Kind and welcoming staff, as well as valet services. Ate right downstairs at the Pike and walking distance to so many fun things to look at. The stay was family friendly for my toddler and exceptionally clean. Definitely staying here again when visiting Seattle!
- 5/5
Wonderful staff. Fabulous room. Accommodating of reasonable requests. Very positive experience. Unbeatable location.
- 5/5
Everyone was wonderful and so incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed for a very fun staycation.
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff
- 5/5
Absolutely fantastic stay. Very warm and inviting hotel and gives off a local boutique vibe that suites me much more than a corporate hotel no matter how high end. Staff were 100% awesome. I was on the 7th floor facing the city, was expecting a lot of noise but pleasantly, that was not the case. Super clean well appointed room with nice touches and a modern well lit super clean bathroom. 5th floor terrace gives a nice view of the sound and I will be looking forward to enjoying it when I am back in the summer. This place is also super convenient to food and fun, original Starbucks two seconds away for those of us who like that. Great restaurants and bars just a hop away! Don’t miss this place. Public service notice: parking is easy too, but don’t be dissuaded by the “road closed” sign entering the Public Market. Drive in and hotel entrance and valet is just to the right side 10 meters inside the market.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing place to stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the room was great
- 5/5
The room was perfect. I decided on this location versus the Fairmount based on location. Glad I did, you can’t find a better place regarding location.
- 4/5
Ease and atmosphere and the onsite coffee shop!
- 5/5
An excellent hotel in a prime location at the market. Very nice without being pretentious and a more local feel than the big name brands.
- 5/5
This hotel was awesome! Perfect location around the market, shops, attractions. They let us check in early and our room was spotless. Room service was on point and everyone was very nice. The rooftop deck was awesome too! Highly recommend if this is your first visit to Seattle or if you’re a local.
- 5/5
Location was great, very clean, staff was helpful and slept great
- 5/5
Phenomenal experience from the staff. A+ location, comfortable beds, stylish comfy rooms. Highly recommended!
- 5/5
The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and the rooms are spacious, well-lit, and well decorated. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting from out of town or anyone looking for a romantic staycation!
- 5/5
Truly an exceptional stay! The hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing, the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the rooms are sizable and comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet for the location. Topping it off - I have stayed in hotels around the world, and this was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!
- 5/5
Everything about this stay was perfect.

Room and bathroom were large and spotless. Friendly front desk staff: Noah, Juliette and Sandra.

I had a fantastic time. The hotel was clean and lovely. My room had the most amazing view and was quiet overnight. Had a great time in and near the Market. Walked to dinner a few blocks away at El Gaucho.

The staff at Inn at the Market is very helpful and very friendly. The room was very clean and the housekeeping team was always available to provide extra towels when needed.
- 5/5
Excellent staff and room
- 5/5
Very comfortable pre Christmas stay right in the Pike Place Market. Water side incredible view room on 7th floor. Very helpful staff. Let them do the parking. All staff very helpful and courteous. First visit in 40 years and we will be back as soon as we can.
- 5/5
The room was amazing and the staff were top notch!! We will definitely be back again soon!!
- 5/5
Valet parking was fast. Hotel location was wonderful.
- 5/5
Perfect location. Rooftop terrace is magical especially at night.
- 3/5
The location was great, and the room was clean but you could hear everything through the walls. We heard the elevator going up and down the entire time. The room next to us had a maintenance person working on something and you could hear everything they were doing. There was a crying baby down the hall, in a room with a closed door, and it sounded like it was right outside our door. If noise doesn't bother you, then it's a fine place to stay.
- 5/5

Fun spot- right above Post Alley and looking down at Pike Place Market. Lots of unique shopping. Don’t miss Cutters for dinner, mini doughnuts in the market for breakfast and cheese curds at Beechers. It’s in a busy, noisy spot, but feels like a safe oasis. Nicely updated rooms and friendly staff.
- 5/5
What a view, what a location, what a room!!! Beautiful and a wonderful place to stay. We would definitely stay again, it’s worth every penny.

Amazing check in from valey to front desk. Room was ready early! Awesome room, right at the market. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very nice and well kept hotel
- 5/5
The room was very clean! My view was awesome. Had bay window seats with views of the market and water. The manager was very professional as well as the other staff. Have a 5th floor patio area where you get even more views of the market and water. They light up the fire pits during colder seasons so you can hangout too. The hotel is literally steps away from the market. Easy access to train station too. Would highly recommend if you are willing to pay a little more for the location and views.

A perfect spot to be right by the Market! Valet parking was easy, we were a 2 minute walk to the market, the room was clean and comfortable. The 5th floor terrace was also a nice treat to relax and look over the market and water by a fire. We will be coming back the next time we make our way to Seattle!

I absolutely love this property. It’s so close to the market our room number 401 is the one to request. You’ll know when you go in the room spectacular.
- 5/5
Rooms were beautiful. Staff was efficient and friendly. Everything was very clean and the area was gorgeous. One tiny comment is not to use scented products like coconut wipes around the hotel because many people are increasingly sensitive to those sorts of scents. And for those who are not, coming out of the office elevator at 7 AM before coffee and getting hit with a strong smell is rough.:-) thank you for a wonderful stay;I will come back.
- 5/5
Everything
- 5/5
Stayed here for our 2 year wedding anniversary, and the hotel did not disappoint. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location is excellent, with how busy it is outside you cant hear a thing feom your room. Everything was extreamly close and walkable. Will 100% be staying here again.
- 5/5
Excellent attention to detail regarding design elements and space planning.
- 5/5
Perfect Stay!!! Amazing Location, rooms are extremely well decorated and comfortable and the VIEW. 10/10
- 3/5
Lastly, the bathroom!! It was an afterthought with the renovations. For the cost of the room, the layout was not what I expected. The bathroom was very cramped and you had to keep the door open. The rooftop is amazing! No complaints there.
- 5/5
Beautiful view and amazing staff. Room was gorgeous!
- 5/5
Parking was great since it was valet. Fabulous location right at the Marketplace! Tons of shopping, dining, et cetera right outside your door!
- 5/5
I love the service and the room! It was worth the money. It is also close to everything.
- 5/5
The view from our room was awesome! The location was perfect, near so many restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
Ocean View room was awesome! Room was large. Shower was very nice. Turn down service was nice. One of the best experiences we’ve had.

Close to seattle pike place market. Only diwnside is bathroom vanity is too small!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful, only thing I would do differently is to let people know about the parking situation ahead of arrival.
- 5/5
1/2 block from public market. Great location. Upscale rooms, many with view of bay.
- 5/5
Everyone is so nice! I was amazed at the great service. The room was fantastic. It was cool knowing that Kurt Cobain did a photo shoot here while he was staying at the Inn. In the heart of the Market, makes for a very walkable place. Great for foodies or shoppers coming in from out of town. No need for a car. Fantastic job, deserves 10 stars.

Great hotel stay at Inn at the Market. My wife and I stayed 2 nights while finishing up a trip to Olympic Park - Seattle was our final stopping point and this hotel set up perfect for exploring Seattle and specifically Pike Market, Pioneer Square and some of the best restaurants in the country are steps away(including Pink Door , literally a two minute walk from this hotel. ) Hotel staff where all very nice, the facility was perfectly clean, the property is a really nice size.. not so big that it takes forever to get out of the building. We stayed on floor number 3 which was a great location with view of the courtyard and then walk out access to one of the main streets. Dont miss the patio with great views of Elliot Bay.
- 5/5
very nice hotel
- 4/5
Not the cheapest property to stay at but wow what a perfect location. The worst part of Seattle is driving in Seattle and parking in Seattle. The Inn at the Market is the best location out of all options. My only complaint is the valet location is on the street that says road closed. Very confusing but once we figured it out all was good.
- 4/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
Great location by the Market.
- 5/5
Conveniently close to everything Market Place. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the Light Link rail. The hotel is a little hard to find but I made it to the front door after walking around the block. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Seattle. They do not have a bar on property, I’m not sure why they have some in the pictures, but not a deal breaker.
- 5/5
Staff were amazing right from the beginning. Very friendly and always had great recommendations for local spots, even late night dinner ideas and food was great. Locations was the best, everything was walking distance and very safe. Hotel was great, clean and room was amazing. Very comfortable bedding, clean, views were amazing, can’t complain about anything!

Great location, but unimpressed with the hotel for the cost. The bathroom door kept hitting the toilet (seems a bit ridiculous for this kind of hotel). No services. Roof top bar, old furniture, ripped cushions, broken chairs. Would never go back.

Staff went way above and beyond to be accommodating. Great style, super clean, great room floorplan, overall worth the money for that level of facilities and service and to be just 30 steps from the market.

Great location and staff!

We had an amazing stay at the Inn. One f the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The hotel was very clean, the staff were wonderful and our room was very large, bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing! We were in room 606 with a perfect view of the Harbor and Market! Strongly recommend!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was within walking distance to a lot of the attractions like the space needle the Chihuly garden, the museum of pop culture and right next to Pike Place Market. The staff were very friendly. I won’t be staying anywhere else but here when I visit Seattle. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely luxury property. Definitely a treat! We had a corner room overlooking Pike’s Market & the bay beyond. Check in was confusing as the front desk agent kept telling us our room wasn’t ready, yet the bellhops continued to say it was. After asking her to check again it was in fact ready. We were never told where the ice was located, and had to ask. Not sure if the agent was having a bad day or what the issue was, but she wasn’t as welcoming as one would expect for a nearly $700/night room. We had 4 rooms in our group & I am the TA. I felt a little bad. Nothing was said to any of the 4 guests that checked in about ice, we had to ask at a later time. One of the two elevators was not functioning during our stay. The bellhops were excellent & went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

One thing we didn’t know was there was no bar or restaurant in the hotel but there were great restaurants on 3 exits adjacent to the hotel. In Particular “campagne”, a French restaurant steps from the entrance to hotel. Food and bar were great. Was terrific!!

We stayed there about 35 years ago and remembered how much we liked it. We love the terrace with fire pits at night. The room was so spacious and so was the bathroom.
- 4/5
If they had a ironing board and iron, I would have given them the an excellent review.

Close to Public Market

Great location near Pike Place market and the waterfront. Valet parking was very convenient. Staff was personable and helpful, and the property clean. Terrace deck was very enjoyable with the evening fireplaces and views. Highly recommend!

Property location is great access for Pike's Place Market, waterfront, shopping and entertainment. Courtyard is relaxing and a welcome quiet space from the surrounding Pike's Place market hustle, traffic and shopping. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Rooftop seating with views and firepits are a real treat after a long day. Bacco Cafe in the same building has wonderful food. Valet service is great, but a little pricey.
- 5/5
The location in the market is amazing. Check out the outdoor patio with amazing views of the market and water front. Rooms, Beds and bathroom are luxurious. Clean and newly decorated interiors. Staff was friendly and inviting. Super helpful with any questions we had.
- 4/5
Great hotel location and nice rooms right across from a fantastic sushi restaurant. I got there early but they got me a room right away. The only issue was that my room shared a wall with the elevator and all night long it kept me up. Had I been in a different room it would be getting 5 stars.
- 5/5
Had a nice corner suite, was able to see the Market and the beautiful downtown.
- 5/5
Loved the roof access! and the rooms were clean and comfy, everything about this hotel was lovely including all staff! Thank you for having us
- 5/5
Hotel has a great location, right on farmer’s market, our room was very spacious including the bathroom, nice toiletries specifically the body lotion, close to restaurants, hotel is clean and staff was nice and professional, the hotel has a terrace facing the bay with beautiful views of olympic park .

This property is steps from Pike Place Market and has a fabulous roof patio overlooking the bay. The room was wonderful and bed was very comfortable.

Perfectly located next to the Market and Post Alley. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and night life. Check out the rooftop on the 6th floor. Grab a bottle of wine and enjoy the scenery!

Very nice room and view. Staff was very helpful and kind. Beautiful rooftop view of Puget sound with firepits.

Didn't like the woman at the Valet having me questioned whether I belonged there. The correct way to handle that would have been to say welcome to (insert name) ask if I have any luggage or need assistance. Don't start off trying to reject your customers. i.e. Not, this is for hotel guests only... It is implied that I need to pull up to get in the hotel. Even if I was not a customer you should reject people in a dignified way. And if you don't do that to everyone you need to evaluate why you had me singled out. Everyone else was Great!

Amazing property in the most ideal walkable location! Bed was so comfortable and the room was luxurious. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the restaurants on site, but they were jammed! Love this spot.

I was initially disappointed in my stay after being jarred awake at 8:00 am with an ear piercing fire alarm test. I complained to no avail. After writing a negative review, I did get a very gracious and sincere apology from the General Manager. She also gave me a credit on my folio, and offered to discount a future stay. Given the amazing location of this property, I will return for another visit!
- 3/5
We loved the location of this property. But it was pricey so we expected prime. When we walked in there was construction being done. We were never informed of this. Throughout our stay there was more construction going on. Disappointed

What an outstanding place to stay! These guys are amazing and right in the heart of pike place market. Seconds away from everything. Highly recommended!

Good service didn’t like strange people nearby but felt safe with bell boys
- 5/5
This property is perfect if you plan on hitting Pikes market place. Its walkable to all the shops and two blocks from the water.
- 2/5
Cleaning delayed so couldn’t check in until 5 pm. Desk clerk not communicating well to the reason why. Manager finally after about an hour stepped in apologized and offered free breakfast, which I was charged for. No microwave in room, bed was okay, but after waiting for room, floor was dusty, and counters in room not clean.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Fantastic location and great amenities. My only concern is that they should upgrade phone system. Left receiver off base abd couldn't get dial tone to request wakeup call. Also cannot leave a voice mail for another guest.
- 5/5
Our experience was excellent! The service, room, and friendly staff all made our visit successful. The hotel’s location is incredible, a short walking distance or drive to so many desirable destinations.
- 5/5
The newly renovated room was beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable.
- 5/5
Excited to go back when the renovations are done. My favorite hotel!
- 2/5
They brought our luggage, as well as two pieces of someone else's luggage. I pointed it out, so crisis averted. As we relaxed in our room before heading out for some nightlife, we were soothed into a pleasant mood to the sound of the banging, hammering, and clanging of the reno that was underway. As far as the room goes, it was absolutely beautiful, the view stunning, and the bed so comfortable I tried to find the brand name on it so I can buy one for our home! Great pillows, fluffy comforter: I had the best sleep ever. But no fire at rooftop pits, no power we were told (a HUGE draw for us).The valet parking lasted till 5:00pm the following day. We wanted to put our bags in our vehicle to shop; they said it was too much trouble to pull the car around (locker again). Great place, bad experience.
- 5/5
Always a perfect spot when visiting Seattle.
- 4/5
The lobby was closed and under construction, reception was on the 3rd floor and initially hard to find. A little inconvenient but not a big deal. However, the ongoing daily construction noise was VERY annoying. It would have been good business practice to notify incoming guests when they booked their reservation that this construction was going on. Giving us a choice to decide to stay at the Inn or book a reservation elsewhere. Providing a room discount at the time of booking for dealing with this noise and lobby inconvenience would have been appropriate and appreciated. Paying full room rates to hear banging and walls shaking throughout the day was not cool.
- 2/5
The hotel lobby and all but 1 floor of rooms were under construction. Elevators were too slow to use because of construction activity.. I feel like Hotels.com should have disclosed this.
- 4/5
Was disappointed that we didnt get one of the water view rooms with a full view of the water because of renovations but otherwise the room was nice and staff was nice. Fun area!
- 5/5
You could not have a more convenient or more quietly stylish property by pike place market.
- 5/5
Steps to Pikes Place Market! Such a convenient location
- 5/5
They let us have an hour later check out and had a place for us to leave our luggage since our train wasn’t till later in the day. That was a major plus!! Also in a great spot since everything is walking distances away!
- 5/5
The staff was so nice and told us about the rooftop patio that was an amazing view. Highly recommend checking it out in the morning and at night if you stay there.
- 4/5
Next morning we were awakened by workers drilling and banging - which continued until we left. Clerk's response to the comment - yes - manager knows about it - everyone is complaining. Really?????
