The location of the property was close to the airport. One thing unique about the hotel is they would shuttle you to restaurants because they are not as close as on other properties. The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly.

Check-in time is 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. Told my room wasn't ready and they would call me when it is. I waited for about 90 minutes. No call. I went back to front desk and got checked in as a room was available. It's bad that the room wasn't available on-time. It's worse that they told me they would call me when a room is available but then did not. Breakfast was meh.

The breakfast was OK and equivalent to others. The shuttle had some mechanical difficulties, but they had a substitute. Staff was very helpful in setting up a shuttle service to the docks for our cruise. I understand not being able to check in early, but when alternatives are available, they should be offered. After waiting several hours and missing the projected time I asked again and another clerk said we do not have any kings available, but we do have queens. That was fine. I just wish that was offered many hours earlier.

Arrived late around 1:30 am and staff was great beginning with airport shuttle and front desk.

The staff was extremely helpful. No one had stocked Diet Coke and one the receptionists made not one but two trips across the street- I had an attack of food poisoning and the housekeeping staff was wonderful and understanding- yes I would come back agaib

Mixed reviews: PROS close to airport, large quiet rooms. CONS: (1)the bathroom toilet is very low to the floor almost like stooping to a hole in the ground; (2) the beds are extremely soft like the mattresses are worn out; pillows arent much better (3) the room has minimal furnishings. The only placees to ait was the office chair or the very soft bed, (4) the breakfast each morning was minimal with only a few offerings. We ended up going out. (5) we booked the shuttle to the cruise port, disorganized and uncomfortable. (6) parking is advertised as $15/day, but $20/day after tax. If we cruise from Seattle again we would look for a different hotel. We paid a premium price and didnt have a premium experience

The shuttle, desk and cleaning staff were excellent. Since I can't eat eggs or wheat breakfast was limited, but looked fine. The room however had a very musty smell, and a very industrial loud bathroom fine. The bed was decent, though.

Breakfast is wonderful. Shuttle is 8 minutes quick and drivers are friendly. This has become our go-to Hotel. We have stayed in "all of 'em" passing through Sea-Tac for 23 years to go visit friends. Nice linens, beds, staff, and its really clean. Steve and Patsy K. Northern Michigan.

Excellent clean and easy

Late night arrival and an early morning connecting flight meant not much time in the hotel itself. Check in was friendly and efficient, which was appreciated at 3am in the morning. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We appreciated the hooks on the wall for hanging coats. The bathroom/toilet layout was awkward with how the door was placed. We’d return for another airport layover.

Hotel is dated but clean. Breakfast wasn’t great no fruit not many options. The light in the bathroom was on the wrong side of the door. So when you open go in you have to close the door to turn on the light. Was suppose to be handicapped accessible. Not sure how one with limited mobility can climb into a bathtub to take a shower. The real issue was with the shuttle driver. I was told that the shuttle driver can drop us off at American Airlines terminal. My travel companion has limited mobility and uses a walker. Well at first he refused. Then he did bring us to the terminal. But made us get out at the terminal furthest away from American. Thankfully some nice traveller found someone to get us a wheelchair to the AA counter. I couldn’t leave my companion alone to get help and she couldn’t walk that far. It was unacceptable.

This hotel experience was average. It was an inexpensive option with no frills. The room and gym were very clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. No frills, but perfectly good for an airport hotel. Also, shuttle staff were very nice.

Want to give a shout out to Kelsea at the front desk. Very friendly, professional, helpful. She communicates a perfect first & lasting impression. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Driver for the ride to the airport- very cordial & helpful. This was our second stay and will be our constant choice each time we are at Sea-TAC which will be increasingly more often due to our son moving to Seattle.

We had an amazing stay here. We had a hiccup with the wrong airport shuttle taking us to a different Marriott, but hotel staff were understanding and made it right. The room was clean, stocked, and the free breakfast was delicious. We looked forward to it every morning. The airport shuttle service was super convenient, and everything worked out smoothly. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and about the staff. Definitely reccommend to anyone!

Beds were very comfy. Clean linen/towels daily. Good continental breakfast that changed menus during our stay. Very helpful and courteous staff. It’s next door to a SeaTac runway but the walls were so good, I never heard a plane from inside. Plenty of parking for $15/day. Bathroom was cleaned spotless daily. Hot water was plentiful. Lots of restaurants close by. I’d go back, for sure.

Despite arriving & leaving by their airport shuttle, I was charged over $20 for parking for 1 night's stay. When I received a receipt by email after I had left, I called to request a refund. They said it would be refunded. I haven't seen the refund on my account yet. I think they charge customers for parking automatically but I wasn't told when I checked in or when I returned my key.

The bed was terrible with a butt pit at the head. Needed more than 1.5 pillows per person. Did not sleep well. Room on whole was to cramped and dark.

The guy at the front desk was super kind. I think his name was Luke. He was only working there for about a month or so, but he was very knowledgeable and friendly as for the hotel the breakfast was phenomenal and above normal standard. They even had pumpkin waffles, Ham, and egg, croissants, oatmeal, with all the toppings, quiche, and much more the room was very clean the view wasn’t that great though. The shower was huge and made of glass, the toilet area was very tiny though. I would stay here again and have already recommended it to a couple people on the airplane.

Airport shuttle was easy to find, first come first served basis. $20 shuttle to cruise port was convenient. I was able to check in early, but it was a room next to the fire exit door, fitness center, & crew breakroom. It was incredibly disruptive. That room shouldn't be given to anyone.

Although the staff member who answered the phone was not helpful when it came to shuttle information from the airport to the hotel, the staff member I met (after arriving at the wrong hotel and getting an Uber to the correct hotel,) Adam made the trip worthwhile with his friendliness and professionalism.

We had an issue with our room and the gal at the front desk was very polite and helpful. She made all the difference for us.

The property/ Room was clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast! Free Shuttle to / from the airport and you could also get the shuttle to a couple of the restaurants and they would pick you up. Area is located on a very busy street, a bit dirty, and limited dining, however I would recommend this one over other's in the same price range (as we stayed a somewhere else on our way back). Not really a complaint, but I was charged for parking (but didn't have a car). Called this morning, and they are handling it. I also suggest the Hotel Advertise that you have shuttles that take guests to / from (?) the Port. We were there for a cruise and this wasn't advertised, so I made other arrangements.

Staff greeted me with pleasant smile and was very cordial and had great time checking in and out. Shuttle to the Hotel was a bit confusing to find but shuttle to airport was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I had very good sleep. The breakfast was very tasty and gracious. I really enjoyed a night here. In fact, that's why I re-booked a night for my return trip.

Beds were comfortable and shower good. Front desk staff good. The breakfast was not the best. 3 out of 4 of our party are vegan and options were limited. No plant based milk was out though when I asked they did find some. There was no plant based butter or margarine however. No ingredient lists for cereals or breads were listed so hard to know what was began. No cooked breakfast options were vegan. It would be so good if for example vegan sausage was available or cooked tomatoes and mushrooms. Finally all the cutlery and crockery were disposable. Surely reusable could be available which are so much better for the planet.

The one shuttle bus service from airport caused a very bad experience. We booked this hotel because of the service. Even though the front desk and shuttle driver were caring and tried their best to get us to the hotel we had a rough over an hour wait in the cold with very full bladders. Most hotels around airport had multiple buses but not Fairfield Marriott.

Transport system was good

Front desk was low staffed - had to waited 20 min before able to check in late evening. Breakfast sausage was overcooked to point of unable to saw through with plastic knife and egg “soufflé” was so dense and dry, that it is the exactly opposite of what a soufflé should be. Neither was edible…saddest breakfast I’ve had in a long while.

We arrived late on a much delayed flight and Taviya at night and Tiffany next day took friendly professional care of us as we were exhausted since it was 3:30 AM our time and we slept much of the next day

This is near the Airport hence very convenient to go to airport as they have shuttle service. Nice restaurants near the hotel and they have shuttle service for that too. The rooms are okay, mostly clean. Breakfast is okay limited variety but workable. There is gym in the hotel. Drive to Seattle tourist places was easy around 20 minutes. Room had 2 queen bed. Odd was sink was outside the bathroom so it has pros and cons.

The heat/cool unit was difficult to get working which required having maintenance come to get it to work. Wall unit dysfunctional. No GF items for breakfast except eggs and yogurt

Hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Very close to the transit line to ride the train into downtown Seattle. Some of the areas near the hotel could be a little sketchy after dark. But overall the area seemed safe and my car was safe in the parking lot. Would stay again.

Key was ready when I arrived, very quick and efficient check in and out.

We both ate the oatmeal. The wooden extra condiment containers for the oatmeal should be replaced. Every single person's fingers touch every single lid and set it down and pick it back up, and replace it onto each condiment. THINK !!
