We arrived on time so we wouldn't have to pay the extra money for being early and our rooms weren't ready. Said 30 minutes but was like 1hr and half. Had to screaming kids due to heat. They did give us our bracelets and told us after 45 minutes to go change and hang out at the pool which helped cool us down. The property itself is great. We have a great time otherwise.

Enjoyed the location as well as the size of the room. The elevator was tore up during some of our stay.

Clean room and property. Friendly and helpful staff. Little outdated but looks like they’re working on updating the property and water park which is a big plus for the future. Water slides were not operational it seems most of the time we stayed there which was a bummer but not a deal breaker because we did other things in the area while there.

I honestly can't think of anything negative. The room was super clean and the bathrooms as well. We got a two bedroom and two bath. It was perfect. The pool areas and playgrounds where spotless. They had life jackets and towels at the indoor and outdoor pools. Honestly amazed because I can't imagine with how busy it was how hard it was to keep it all so clean. I also went places in the resort by myself with small kids and never felt unsafe I was impressed with how kind all the staff was. We went with very small kids and there was so much they could do! Its a great place for every age kid. They had quite time starting at 11pm so every night was quite.

The rooms were spacious and very accomodating with the exception of i couldnt find oven mitts for the oven. Everything was clean and the property activities were laid out nicely. All staff was friendly. Lifeguards were great and looked like they actually liked their jobs. I will come back. Very family oriented.

We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool, the outdoor firepit to make smores, and activities for the kids around the resort. Didn't have a problem with anything.

That everything was in one place. My grandchildren loved the pools. The beds were not comfortable, they were hard. There was very little water pressure. The clothes dryer took forever to dry clothes. I wish there was an option for food on site.

This resort was great for our vacation. The resort was clean and close to everthing, the condo was spacious, and the water park was the perfect size to monitor both kiddos. I also really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The noise level outside was a little much for me after busy days. We had a pool view balcony, which was noisy most of them time. I think a condo with a balcony facing the tree line, or even the parking lot, would have been quieter. The furniture in the living room was also very uncomfortable.

Only complaint I have was the air conditioning in the room could be a little bit better. Had to keep the curtains closed to keep the heat out or the AC felt like it wasn’t working.

The Resort at Governors Crossing is conveniently located close to everything. The staff were all kind, friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed. Our room overlooked the pool area but we also had a beautiful view of the mountains. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great place with a family. I did goof by purchasing the adventure package not understanding what it was. It needs to be explained better. I got it for the family and only needed it for the kids. It was for build a buddy only. I thought it was to get into the water park.

Loved the resort, everything was clean and nice! Will definitely be back in the near future with our family! Our kids loved the indoor and outdoor water park.

It was definitely an older feel, like it was made in the 80's or 90's, but everything was clean and it was a fun mountain vibe. That said, the noise of children stomping down the hallway at 6 in the morning could not only be heard, but felt as well. That is mainly why we are choosing 4 stars instead of 5. Location-wise it was in a great spot, and it was also walking distance to a winery and other restaurants. Fun trip overall!

Overall we had a great stay! The workout room was unusable because of non working equipment, but overall it was a great time. The water park area was clean and a lot of fun for the kids!

Kid friendly happy place resort. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, we had ants in our room that we discovered the first night after unpacking. The resort offered to spray our room which we declined because we didn’t want to be exposed to the spray. They also offered to find us a similar room, but with 6 people that already unpacked, we decided to stay where we were. We felt that there were a lot of crumbs left from the prior guests which probably contributed to the ants. Aside from the ants, we had a good time.

We enjoyed our stay. The resort is very nice and clean. Great place to stay especially with kids. However it would have been nice if there were double elevators instead of one single. The line to get in the elevator was a lil lengthy at times. Several times we got tired of waiting and opted to take the stairs which wouldn’t have been an issue had we not been on the fifth floor. Lol

The water park is half the size of the wilderness. The mattresses were not up to standard for $225 a night. First day could not get a float for the lazy river, and we paid the same rate on Sunday as we did for Saturday and couldn't check in until 3.The sheets were scratchy and the blankets were Motel 6 horrible! The pull out bed had a paper thin "pad" which allowed all the metal to poke you. I had booked a poolside view but didn't receive that. Paying 450 for 2 nights these amenities should have been luxurious. We will go back to The Wilderness next time as they did have them including down blankets for less cost! Also most activities require a pass that is $30 per child so tack on an additional $120. Very disappointed.

We loved our stay here! Everything was great, the staff was attentive & the pools/waterpark area was great for our 8 year old. They have daily activities and plenty of things to keep your family busy. Close to shopping, eating & activities.

First time visiting for a weekend stay, the resort exceeded our expectations. It was literally a home away from home and the city had soooooooo much to do. Our only regret was not staying longer, we will be back over and over until we’ve explored it all, and this will be our home while visiting.

All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. My 8 year old absolutely loved the slides outside while my 3 year old loved the splash pad area.

Other than AI making the property look more updated with the water park we still had a good time. Kids really enjoyed playing in the water. We stayed 4 nights and had to ask front desk for fresh towels. Housekeeping never cleaned the room. We did have a problem with our bill but front desk quickly took care of it. Overall we would recommend the property to other ppl and also stay again. We were there for a family gathering and they were all jealous of where we stayed.

Rooms are clean and very roomy and comfortable

We've stayed here several times it's one of our favorites for our family of four. It really has everything you could need on vacation. Nice hot tubs, pools, waterslides, mini arcades, and two playgrounds, Also lots of activities. There are spacious rooms and there's a trampoline park across the street walmart down the road, applesbees and Texas roadhouse close by. I really like the apartment style rooms at this place. And the road doesn't seem super busy that it sits on but conveniently close to everything. Pools stay open until 11 too.

If you read all the reviews, they’re all true and vary depending on the room you stayed in, your priorities and perception. If your check-in isn’t smooth, don’t expect any special treatment. It’s not their problem, only yours. I agree a rug where a dining table is, is not ideal. The shower with barely a lip and water gets all over the floor and then you’re using up towels just to soak up the water is not ideal. Fruit flies from I don’t know where should be figured out. Bunk beds by the entrance door, not smart. But the place is worth the price if you have children. A water park doors from your reach for a wide range of ages, multiple additional playing areas. The indoor pool area is suffocating, unless you’re okay with that much chlorine smell. Park picnic tables to eat and grill outside. Walmart near by and many other attractions near by and not in your face, love it.

First time taking my grandbaby and we had an amazing time. Can’t wait for our trip back. Thank you guys for excellent hospitality

Great location! Lots to do for kids/ families! The condo size, plus the full kitchen and washer/dryer, were perfect for our family of 4! Would definitely stay again!

The worst part of our stay was when my 1-year-old fell in the indoor pool area and stopped breathing. During one of the scariest moments of my life, there was no help from staff, no urgency, and no support. Not one lifeguard assisted us, and when I spoke to the front desk afterward, I was basically told there was nothing they could do about the incident. There is also no restaurant on-site, which is another reason this place does not feel like a resort experience at all. If you are a parent with children ages 3 and under thinking your kids will have a fun and safe experience here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

It was great having both a kitchen and laundry! Didn't have to go home with any dirty clothes! Enjoyed relaxing on the Lazy River

This property is perfect to relax and get away from all the chaos of town.

The only thing that I found very odd was that though we had a kitchen, and the place provided pots and pans, they did not provide utensils. We were only there for a couple of days for a volleyball tournament so we were okay, but if we were there on family vacation, we would have needed to go to Walmart and buy utensils.

Resort at Governors Crossing was very clean. Check-in and out was quick and easy. We experienced little noise in our room. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The indoor waterpark and pool area stay open late, which is a big plus for our family as we are not early risers.

We LOVED our stay here! I’m a single mom that travels with my 4 year old and I really appreciated the security via wristbands, that not anyone could get in, and there was no risk of losing my key, it was on my wrist! Very clean, friendly staff that was constantly cleaning everything! (They continued to skim the pool all day!) and even lifeguards on duty during peak hours. We will be staying here again, wonderful resort!

We stayed three nights, two different times. Two different nights. Our totally got cloaked up. It had poor drainage when we had arrived. It took a while for them to even come so we had to find other places to use the bathroom. This was very inconvenient, especially for the grandkids. Other than that, this day wasn't too bad

They made my Family including Autistic daughter feel welcome:) We have been here 3 times this year. A lot of the front desk, pool attendants, and activity staff remember us and call my daughter by name :) She loves it here! Will be going back again and again!

This is a beautiful property with so many activities and amenities. It is located in a great spot close to many different restaurants, places to shop, etc. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and soundproof. Kudos to the staff on doing an amazing job at keeping this place very nice and being so accommodating for guests. I would definitely stay here again...over and over!

The room was dirty. The sheets for the sofa bed had stains on it, no extra blankets for the sofa bed. Towels were stained and not enough for a family of five. The staff wouldn’t help my 17 year old grandson when the vending machines took his money (I was at Dollywood when this occurred). The safe didn’t work, coffee pot didn’t work. We checked from Friday to Sunday and nobody offered to fix anything. Will never stay there again.

Family style stays. Having a full size fridge is great. The washer and dryer are life savers when you have children on vacation. The kids had fun in the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. The only complaint s I had was the pull out couch. It was not comfortable. We did need to ask for extra blankets and pillows. The remote control for our televisions were not working, they either needed new batteries, programming or operator's. Third time I have stayed at Govners Crossing Resort.

The staff was very attentive and generally nice. At check in it was a bit rush. The night staff was excellent and had to deal with a few complaints from guests, but stayed upbeat and as one would expect. The pool area, for which we came for, because the kids wanted to enjoy the slides, unfortunately closed outside a bit early (slides), but that was understandable due to it getting dark and cooler - safety reasons. However, the indoor slides closed at 9:15pm despite the pool being open until 11pm. That was a huge disappointment given the main attraction being the slides. The money we spend was not worth the service we received and after kindly inquiring, we barely got a “Sorry”. We can’t recommence this resort, but certainly hope others have a much more pleasant experience.

Was a quick getaway from my son‘s eighth birthday was nice that it was real close to everything to do downtown and the hotel had great amenities to keep us busy and bad weather or even on downtime after we got back to the hotel

Twins GB that are turning 5!! Perfect place!! Multiple Playgrounds, indoor, outdoor pools with waterslides and a splash pad. An amazing fire out for S’mores , Gem mining and a small arcade!!! Will definitely return!!! !!!!!

The one thing that I loved about this facility was that it was family-friendly My grandbabies loved it there was something for everyone to do and whether it be sitting on the balcony watching traffic or watching other people come in and go out sitting in the jacuzzi in the outside or indoor pool or enjoying the water slides or the pools in general it was very nice. And there were other activities to Build-A-Bear to name one of my kids' favorite

My family enjoys coming here every year. Its great for all ages. The only complaint is the property had trash all over. We never seen it like that before. Overall we had a great time and will return.

Room was very clean. The outdoor pool was closed for a few hrs 1 day, no fault of the resort just fixing a leak. Play ground was closed for maintenance. This wasnt communicated to us. 😒 This was disappointing to my 3 yr old grandson.

Indoor Waterpark was very basic. Kids had a great time at the outdoor Waterpark.

They have a list of daily activities for the kids. We had the 2 bedroom deluxe condo, and it was perfect for our family.

Pools and play areas were nice definitely great location walking distance with a lot of activities and restaurants. Staff is pretty friendly. Beds couches and chairs were extremely uncomfortable

The activities are well organized and scheduled. The staff was attentive. We have stayed at this property 3 times now and have stayed in multiple room types. The 2BR was great for a large group, the 1 BR deluxe with bunk area was ideal for small kids to play and that unit felt quieter with its layout. The pools are well maintained, they have swim vests for kids 2-10 who can’t swim. Small toys and balls are permitted in the pools. All of the kids and families were very friendly and the location was convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious. The outdoor slides were a big hit!

Room was very clean except for the sheets and blanket for the pullout cough. The sheet had several huge holes and the blanket was dirty. Overall the room was nice but was disappointed the single bedroom did not have the private bathroom. The private bath was with the double queen bed which was the kids room.

Overall the property is great! Vast space, incredible amenities, and even daily scheduled activities for kids! Buuuuut most of the staff was highly disappointing- beginning at check in. I had completed early check in online and was met by a very rude woman at the counter snapping at me for trying to recheck in- I didn’t realize they had a small table off to the side to pick up my keys from. After getting my welcome packet she told me to go back to the front desk to ensure my room was ready and she snapped another snarky response at me. Move onto to room. It’s as good as it needed to be. Nothing over the top but more than efficient. We attempted a craft. Made it there 10 minutes from the end to be met by two ladies- sitting and chatting with one another and we were told we were too late and could only take the craft back to our room to complete independently. Days later similarly we attempted to do a tie die back pack activity, which cost an additional fee and were told we were too late and could no longer participate. Another day we came to do a craft and my four boys were asked to move from the seats they selected bc that table was “for display only” yet moments later another family arrived and sat with no issue, despite there still being several other tables to have been redirected towards as we had been. We also did gem mining during our stay- and additional $30 for a bag of dirt and when I asked for separate baggies for my four boys I was told no. Also gym was pathetic.

The room was clean but the property was a little run down. At initial check-in I was greeted with some pretty sharp rudeness when asking questions about why I wasn’t able to check in 1 hour early as I was told I could do so over the phone. Then I was also told that rooms wouldn’t even be ready by 4 pm with no particular reason given. This happened with several people. Then little things in the room didn’t work; which did get fixed. But the beds were terrible and no mattress protectors or even anything to keep the springs from hitting your back so harshly. Maybe it was just my room, but it was awful. It’s an ok resort but there are some amazing places in the area, and I’m certain that if you’re looking for comfort, a bit of relaxation, nice beds. Lots of room to spread out and potentially a bit of feeling amazing that you, like me, won’t mind spending the extra cash at another property. Strictly for kids? This is a B + then.

not a very welcoming experience.The check in was cold and not welcoming at all.Our bathroom toilet handle was completely broken off and they had to come in the next morning to fix it. Then the master king bed did not even have a mattress pad on the bed that was so saggy. The sheets a blanket were a reuse as well. NO ONE CAME AS PROMISED TO CHANGE THE BEDDING.We had to call again and then finally someone came and saw the linens and apologized and immediately at 9:30pm on the 4th day of asking tended to it. Just overall a very aggravating experience. The manager offered us $100 off and a late check out which the next day they were calling us and inquiring why we were still in our room and not check out. The activity that we were told that was taking place at 11am was changed and they never even bothered to tell guests. Us and several others were waiting at the activity center until I called them around 11:15 to inquire and then they said oops ! NOT a good way to manage the activities. The manager did feel apologetic and gave us the activity to bring home with us, though I know my daughter was till disappointed that she could not sit with the other kids to do it. Room was not as pictured, and the furniture was dated and my dresser drawer just had to stay open because the dresser was not level ( which is a tipping hazard )

Check in was 4pm and we didn’t arrive until almost 5pm and still had to wait an additional 15 minutes because the room was not ready. It seemed like that’s what they were telling everyone.

Our suite was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The water parks were a huge highlight—both were clean, fun, and perfect for all ages. What really stood out was how much the resort offered for kids. There were activities scheduled from sun up to sun down, which kept them entertained the entire time. We also visited during Easter, and the holiday activities were beyond amazing—thoughtfully planned and so much fun for the whole family. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend for families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway.

The amenities were nice but when I got the room they ended up charging me for my two kids to stay additional even though I had a eight person room and there was only four people in the room me and my husband and my two kids I still had to pay for every person individual per night plus taxes on top of what I'd already paid for the room there was a dirty cleaning rags left laying on the chair when I first checked in they put me in a very small Corner Room whenever I have paid extra to get the pool view balcony it seems like every time I stay there the rooms keep getting smaller and a little more out of date and I keep getting charged more each time for less than what I'm paying for the staff was kindly rude whenever I asked why I had to pay for each individual person and I was very polite to them when asking so because they had never did that before they usually just put me my husband and my two kids on the room whenever I booked it but this time everybody was individual and ended up making me pay two different times which like I said the room was okay but it wasn't what I thought it would be I have paid less money for their nicer rooms and the more money is that you pay seems like you get there less than nicer rooms and they're just keeps being more and more catches

First time trying this hotel out. With all the positive reviews, we thought it was going to be a great place. We ended up finding cockroaches on the walls of the bedroom we were in on the first night, as well as the bathroom sink. The staff were great and handled the situation well. We did decide to leave that night.

The ladies that checked us in went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I wish I had gotten their names. They were working with only 1 computer which caused a small back up, but they were so friendly, the wait was no problem at all. That being said, we did go to the front desk one evening to pick up s'more sticks and a different lady was working and she was not pleasant at all and in fact was extremely rude. We did love everything else about our stay and will return in the future.

Great property! Clean and fun! The only complaints are that the cheap mattress for the pullout sofa was not comfortable at all! The springs were coming through which made it very uncomfortable, and the cover on it was not clean. There were not any extra pillows or blanket for the sofa either.

The resort was very kid friendly. Only have a suggestion, the pull out bed was like sleeping on springs, better off sleeping on the floor. Those need an upgrade bad.

While the one bunk bed was on the floor the kid's loved having them. Calling it an indoor "water park" was a bit of a stretch but the kids enjoyed their time. Only thing i would change is the slides outdoor opened later with the pool and lazy river.

My only 2 complaints would be: 1. The bathroom had no lock on it. It is embarrassing to walk in on each other. 2. We were told we could stay to enjoy the pools and amenities after checking out. Outdoor pool was a little too cold and we decided to go to the indoor pool about mid-day and we wanted to play air hockey but our braclets no longer worked to enter the door to the pool. That was a little disappointing. I guess we could have walked all the way around to the lobby to get in but decided to go ahead and leave. Still overall we had a great time.

This is the cleanest Hotel I've been in, in a very long time! I cant say enough good thing's about this place! Everyone is so kind. So much fun things to do and the whole grounds are beautiful. My children really enjoyed the pool/Waterpark. 10/10 recommend and will be staying here next visit! Thank you so much!!

We traveled here for my nieces birthday with a large group and it was perfect! They had everything you could need for a great vacation and VERY kid friendly!

The tvs in the room absolutely did not work properly. Screen would stay black and super slow and couldnt pull up the steaming services. I told the front desk but nothing ever happened.

The air conditioner worked very well I didn't take advantage of the gym but my grandson did he had no complaints

The room we had was very spacious. We did experience some after hours noise from the room above us that caused us to not get enough sleep a couple nights. The hotel was nice enough. I wish a breakfast option was offered. Conveniently located off of the parkway. Great location

This was an excellent place to take the grandchildren on their spring break! The staff was friendly and efficient, from the front desk, maid service, waterworks staff, etc., all was excellent! The rooms were clean and the amenities were supplied! We will return!

The resort was very nice. Room was large and had great space. Pool areas were nice. The pools lacked towels, but several people had a lot of towels like 10 plus just sitting on their tables. Check in and out options were awesome. Staff was friendly.

Water slides closed every other hour because they only had one attendant. It’s not near as big as it looks on-line. But it was nice and clean. Kids loved it.

We had a great stay. The guy who checked us in was amazing and so helpful. Love the wrist band room entry!! The fire pits were amazing. I set up a surprise wedding proposal there. The kids activities were a huge hit. Finding Speckle made us want to come back in the spring. The rooms we got were amazing. The only thing I would say we noticed were dead bugs in the light fixture. We stood on the chair and checked they were stink bugs but it wasn’t great to look at above your food.

Room was spacious and clean. My son loved the indoor water park! Nate at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is the elevator right at our room was out of service,so the only elevator working was at the end of the hall. Could have just happened,or waiting on a part to repair. Thats the only thing. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean, fireplace didn’t work, light fixture above kitchen table barely hanging, blow dryer didn’t work, toilet ran constant and would only flush every so often, soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty - had to ask for them to be filled twice before it was done. Cleanliness was very well tho.

Staff is very kind room was very spacious and clean... there was one dirty rag in the shower, but whatever no big deal. Location was great. The only down fall and why i can't give it 5 stars was the pool. I know the staff can't help it but there were groups of teens and the pool in the winter time alone isn't big enough for the amount of rooms the places has. EXTREMELY over crowded, my kids couldn't even find a place to play. What didn't help is on a Friday and Saturday night the slides, which was the reason we booked, we're closed for what was suppose to be half an hour for the life guards break, but both nights she was gone 1.5 to 2 hours, very odd and that didn't help with the crowd control. Anyway just think it beds to be advertised that the indoor pool isn't big enough for a full hotel, maybe only in the summer when their outdoor is open too. Wish there was breakfast like their sister hotel. Anyway I'll never book there in winter again but would in the summer. Thanks!

It was just okay, I’m not sure if I’d stay there again. I think the price should be lower for the quality of what you’re getting. For the same price I could’ve stayed somewhere a bit nicer. The women at the front desk were just okay, I wouldn’t say any of them were ever particularly friendly. The hotel was nice and quiet off season on the weekdays which was nice. The furniture in the rooms need replacing, my coffee table was duct taped on certain parts and the tables and chairs had scratches and chipped parts. The cleaning staff were very friendly and professional so I appreciated that, although they knocked on the door every morning around 10am to ask if I needed clean towels which was amazing how on top of their job they are, but at the same time it meant I didn’t have any days to sleep in, so maybe they could consider doing their towel check in the afternoon. But overall, it was just okay.

As soon as we walked into the room, my sinus started acting up due to dust, the 1 thing I am allergic to. Room wasn't terrible but the Comforters were almost crispy and very uncomfortable. Indoor Pool: HEAVY chlorine odor to the point of burning your eye. The area felt hot but water was cold and they had a giant 'Big Ass' Fan (brand name) swirling at full tilt making being out of the cold water even worse. I almost lost my hair piece in the wind. Mini-golf course on site: Don't bother, tiny and in bad disrepair. Game room: 8 Machines/Games, 3 worked Noise level: Our room was on the 1st floor close to the game room and pool entrance. Kids running by screaming until 1 am. Avoid room 1117 and those close to that one. I wouldn't book here again.......

The staff was making very helpful and nice. The pool area the kids had a blast. However, if you have allergies it’s not the best spot for you. Because of the dust, I would get really bad cough attacks. But overall it was nice.

Was exactly what we wanted in our stay

The boards on stairs headed up the slides was loose and broke. One of them pinched my daughter’s foot, we spoke to a life guard and they shrugged it off. The paint on the floor and areas around the pool was actually peeling. Covered our youngest daughter in it. The boards Never got fixed, we spoke with a manager bout a partial refund at least and they didn’t seem to care either. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Rooms were excellent! Staff members were pleasant and handled issues expediently and professionally! Tons of activities both on the property and within walking distance of the property.

Clean rooms but we had the door near the new elevator so it was kind of noisy but it did not disturb us. I wish there was another couch or chair in the room because the some in our post has no where to sit but we made do: nice hotel.

The mini goof was a mess- no maintenance - it wasnot even playable- Smell in the rooms- seema filthy You do t feel like using their utensils in the kitchen - they arenot even clean. - pictures doesnot show the correct property - this is just a hotel room- dont pay more if you are thinking of this as a resort. - Sorry for these comments- but I was completely disappointed. , Inpaid 150 extra thinking kids will have fun and this is a resort but I think I could have a better experience in any hotel.

Everything about this resort is exactly as expected, the rooms are clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The many activities that kids and adults can take part in help to build memories, from build a buddy to seasonal crafts; all throughout the day there will be something to do, also keep an eye out for the roving ice pop cart for a free cold treat!

We loved our stay here. Plenty to do for all ages between crafts, games, outdoor activities, and the pool. The room was very spacious, and we enjoyed using the kitchen for being able to cook and eat onsite versus having to eat out. Will definitely be planning another trip here soon!

The room was extremely clean. Bathrooms were well stocked. I was most impressed with the fact that we had full sized lotions shampoo conditioners and body wash! One less hassle when you're traveling. The shower was great. The only thing that we had going on was at the ice maker wasn't turning on and the garbage disposal didn't work but that was not a huge issue at all. The staff that greeted us when we got there were super sweet, very informative and the hotel guest staff was absolutely amazing. Michelle took the time out on the last day to talk to me about visiting during the different seasons which really helped nail it down for me to bring my family back. The other thing that I loved was how really close in proximity to Gatlinburg and the Christmas parade. They were in a very ideal location. There was even a trolley that you could catch just across the street from the resort.

The room was in fair condition. The blankets on the master bed were dirty, the walls in the bathroom were dirty by the light switches, and we asked for extra blankets the first night for the pull out bed and the master and when we got them we were told there was only one available. The next day we called for new towells and never received them and had to call later in the evening once we got back to the room.

The room was nice. But we asked to saty an extra night was told they would let us k ow if there were avaliable and never heard from them . They also had a very poor pool and arcade area for kids. . There were no outside areas for relaxation as well . . Would not recommend if you have older kids beyond 5 or 6.

Very nice well maintained accommodation, although we did not join in on the activities, I would love to make a return visit with my grandchildren and get the full experience of the resort.

Our bathrooms could definitely use some updating- cracked tub and could use new grout. Only one fire pit was working at the time as well. The staff was always wonderful and assisted us with any issues though. The grounds were decorated for Christmas and it was so festive!

We've stayed here several times and our stay this time was just ok. Our room was close to the arcade on our floor and it was super loud! It was like the arcade was in our living room! Our room also had several stink bugs in it. I don't think they are harmful but it's unsettling seeing bugs crawling on the curtains and walls. We like the size of the rooms and having two bathrooms! Also enjoyed the kids activities like build a buddy. We will probably stay here again but I will request a room away from the arcade.

This resort had everything we needed. There is no restaurant or food service on site, but we never use them anyway. The kitchen they have is fully stocked with everything you need. The room and beds are very comfortable. Each building connects so you can take part in any of the indoor activities no matter what the weather is like. The best part is the outdoor area. They take their time and decorate the outdoor area for the fall so well. It's just beautiful!!! We would happily stay here again!

I really liked the friendly staff, very polite and helped us get around. We had a balcony view which was amazing but unfortunately there was many stink bugs and some resulted inside our hotel. I messaged the hotel to let them know and not much was done about it as we kept finding some bugs around our room. Our bed sheets were not changed daily. We only got new towels. No vacuuming or cleaning our room. Which was pretty upsetting and uncomfortable.

Incredible deal for the price. Tons of amenities, but they all do feel cheap. I think the buildings were something else originally and then converted so the rooms feel empty and pretty basic. There are much nicer resorts in the area with much better offerings, but my gosh I think we paid like $80 for the night and for all that it comes with how do you beat that? As long as your room is under $200 or so a night you won’t be disappointed.

This was a very kid friendly place! The kids enjoyed the walk to what looked like a little pumpkin patch! Our favorite part was the pools. While they had amazing activities their beds were so hard and it was super cold! The blankets were so thin! Other than that everything was Amazing! Staff was amazing!

There was no restaurant on site, no access to drinking water and scarce amenities. They told me the pool was heated- not in any sense of the word. It was cold, period. On top of this, the “resort” has an infestation of Stink Bugs. Found myself standing on chairs trying to grab them on the ceilings and curtains. The towels were ripped, frayed and downright old! Would definitely not recommend this place! There are many options in the area, including the Hampton Inn where they actually serve you free breakfast.

They don’t offer housekeeping services, they do bring you towels in the am. They want you to load the dishwasher and take bag tour trash at the end of tour stay. The room was very outdated, definitely not worth the price for us. Would not stay here again.

We found bugs in our bed including a bedbug. They did change our rooms and had a exterminator come out. They said there was no active infestation yet my boyfriend had bites on him and we both found bugs on us. The staff was friendly and the location was nice. However the lack of care about the bugs and apparently they had to move another family due to similar issues we will not come back. I will also recommend doing research. I found on another travel site other cases of people finding bedbugs at this resort.

Our room was nice and clean, as were the common areas. The staff was friendly and helpful and the amenities (indoor and outdoor waterpark, little arcade and much more) exceeded our expectations. We’ll be back.

Room was clean parking great close to by-pass making the commute from one side of pigeon forge to the other easy. We were a little disappointed as the resort had a putt putt course but the course was neglected. Everything else was nice but they should spend a little money to redo the carpet on the course or not offer that as an amenity.

Indoor and outdoor pool areas were clean and well supplied with towels. Indoor and outdoor slides were a huge plus for the kids (ages 15 and 6). Our 2 bedroom condo was clean and well equipped. Fresh towels daily. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our next visit we plan to take advantage of the scheduled activities and spend more time at the resort. This was a very relaxing resort and no hidden fees just made it even better.

This was hands down the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The pools were amazing, the room was amazing, even the outdoor area was amazing! I loved how the kitchen had plates and silverware and even baking pans. It was so convenient. The washer and dryer are also such a nice addition. The pools were absolutely amazing; I cannot stress that enough! They were also heated! A feature that I don't think they mentioned but it was fantastic. The walking area out back was so beautiful, the fireplaces, Halloween decorations and lights were top notch. We usually don't ever stay at the same hotel twice to try new things, but we will 100% be staying here again. I literally cannot wait until we come back.

The resort is clean with friendly staff!! The outside pool was well manintained and one of cleaniest pools I've seen at a resort. Alot of time and effort was put into the harvest decorations and they were excellent and enjoyable to walk through. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and this one is my favorite.

The room was ok. The ice maker did not work, the king bed needed to be replaced, the air worked great in one bedroom but not in the other. It was very loud being beside the road, you could hear everything. Manager contacted me and I told them about the issues and nothing was addressed. We when checked in we had to wait for a good 10-15 mins because two employees one being a manager went into the office.

This stay was a complete nightmare. The front desk staff were unfriendly from the time we arrived and I checked us in. Our room was full of stink bugs, which I mentioned to the staff. Was told I shouldn’t have killed the bugs, but left them alone because they smell when killed. Also we were harassed beginning at around 8:30 am on check out day by housekeeping staff, knocking loudly three times from 8:30 to 10:00 to get us out of the room. Do not stay at this hotel. Better does exist, with friendlier staff!

The room was amazing. Parking was close. Worked perfect for our little family. Loved the playground and that there were lots of activities available. Pools and hot tubs were great as well. Loved Popsicle Patrol! We did have some issues though. Arrived at 4pm for check-in and out room wasnt ready for 30 minutes, normally not a huge deal except they charge for early check-in so I felt it should be ready on time. Second my kids are very little and the splash pad broke along with the lazy river on our second day there and that's all my 2 year old wanted to do. Third day there the inside mushroom quit working as well. I know they can't control broken things but really sucks that everything for my 2 year old went down.

Had a great time. The kids loved it. Lots of swimming indoor and outdoor with wster slides both inside and out. Room was clean lots of room for the kids to not be .. you know "right there" on top of you. LoL!!! The only complaint I had was i wish they would have had some kind of food service like a snack stand for hotdogs or burgers 🍔 something... we had ti eat off grounds or buy groceries which we did both. Our room had a full kitchen with full size fridge so i guess that makes up for it. over all we had a great mini vacay... OH YEAH from our point of view the rooms were very well clean some of the cleanest we saw and we stay in that area a fee times a year at different locations. Hope ive help with any questions you may of had.

the phone did not work the cord was not attached to the phone and i had no hot water.. called the front desk on my cell phone they assured me some one would be right up to fix both...this was around 830 ish... the maintenance man knocked on my door at midnight woke me up..he was not able to fix the phone or the water..he wanted to go get parts and come back i ask him not too.. i has been waiting for him for hours..

We stayed there for five nights actually we safe for four but we were booked for five the first night we had no AC we didn't have a washer and dryer that worked and the amenities wasn't working we're told they would be working in the next day and it took 3 days for it to start working they moved us the following day to another room they said it was an upgrade with a fireplace but the upgrade with the fireplace didn't even work the fireplace wouldn't work call down to the desk and ask him how I cut it on and there's like oh it's not it's it's it's if it's not working there's nothing I can do right now so no one ever came the next day or the next and asked us if we wanted anything to be fixed or anything it was a big mess nothing ever worked we went down to do the roasted marshmallows the fireplaces didn't work we had to wait an hour for someone to give him come out and look at it just to turn the key and fix it for us worst trip I've ever stayed at any place

Activities was so much fun. The grounds was lovely to walk around on. Enjoyed my unit and tons of fun things to do and plenty of restaurants. Will stay again, soon!

This was our first time visiting and I absolutely loved it. My children thrilled and had a blast. The rooms are so nice!!! Like a hike away from home.

The outdoor water slides and lazy river were closed. That was a bummer, but the indoor pool and slides were wonderfully fun. Parking was super easy and the location was close to everything.

Facility was clean; plenty of parking and luggage carts; nice pools; comfortable rooms. We're likely to return.

Staff was excellent and time are so nice indoor pool park stay open till 11 pm witch is great.

Well the out side lazy river and splash pad were broken down 4 out of our 5 days stay. The big water slides out side are only open on the weekends and we booked Monday through Friday apparently not knowing this. The water park was the attraction that we chose the resort for our family and grandkids the put put greens were tore up and I didn’t see anyone who had balls or clubs. The staff are very nice and rooms were good too! Fire pits were awesome. The fall festival decorations were very cool. This would be the perfect place if they kept it up a little better. And we had known they only fully facilitate the weekends.

Customer service is excellent. Very clean and smells nice. Organic soaps in the bathrooms. Water slides and nightly family activities. Our favorite resort we’ve stay at yet!

We really enjoyed our stay the kids loved it very kid friendly and fir me thats a must .the room was clean very friendly staff

Overall the hotel was nice, could’ve used more lighting in the bedroom as there as only lamps. If you get a room with a washer and dryer you have to provide your own laundry detergent so that was a little frustrating. Quite a few shady people hanging out in the parking lot so I was constantly worried about my car.

We had an issue with our tv in our room, they sent maintenance immediately up to fix it. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. I would stay again.

The room was not clean. Our 6 month old crawled on the floor for 10 minutes and the dirt had turned his hand, feet, and legs all black. We were supposed to have a two night stay and we got there around seven or 8 o’clock at night. We decided to leave because the carpet also felt wet when I told the front desk we were leaving early due to the carpet being filthy all they had to say was sorry. We will not be visiting this hotel again.

I called the front desk and they were very prompt in getting the carpet cleaned.

The room slept 8 people but the living room furniture only sat 3. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on, the only chair was small, wobbly and dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. On top of this, there were gnats throughout, constantly swatting while eating. Outdoor water slides were closed.

This hotel was excellent. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable condo with everything you need including washer/dryer in rooms. Highly recommended

It was pretty quiet but we loved that there were both indoor and outdoor pools as well as hot tubs. Staff was always friendly, the entire property was well kept and clean and it felt like a very safe area! Plus we were super close to everything!! Stores, restaurants, anything you can think of, was only a hop, skip and jump away!

We been going to Tennessee for a long time this is the best place we ever stayed at we will be back hope a longer stay next time

No complaints on the condo. Very nice and comfortable accommodations. The indoor Waterpark however was pretty dirty. The water was very cloudy and you could visibly a film on top of the water. The outdoor pool area was very clean and nice. Just wished it stayed open longer. The outdoor courtyard area was very cute. Would stay again in the hopes the indie part would be taken care of better. Location is great!

A bit outdated but my kids love the outdoor and indoor water parks. Also how everything is so close by. This is my 2nd time staying here we stayed in July and now this Labor Day weekend.

They will give you the worst room they have available

Hotel its self was great but had a midnight disturbance that we all had to wake up. Especially my kids. Did not appreciate that at all.

Overall the property was okay. Kids had fun, although we could not really enjoy the arcade. The change machine only takes $5 and $1 bills and I had a $20. The front office could not break it as they are a cashless facility and there is no other option on site. There is also no bars or restaurants onsite which is an inconvenience.

Looking forward to coming back! Fun relaxing resort. The bunk blankets aren't super soft so the kids used theirs.

Room keys didn’t work and had to sit in hallway waiting for someone to bring keys.

My husband fell on the first day when we couldn’t get in to the hallway. No one explained that the wristbands were keys so he sat in the rain while I walked back to the office. We reserved a handicapped room as I am a fall risk as is my husband. The day before we left I fell in the shower (no mat or nonslip surface) and hit the back of my head. It took my husband and I 20 minutes to get me up as I had previously broken my hand. I let the staff know and they said put a towel down. Later they did bring up a rubber mat. No one called to see how I was or to apologize as one would expect a handicapped room to have a nonslip shower. I ended up with a mild concussion, double vision for two days and a headache for a week. The follow up was very disappointing.

Amazing place for a family friendly environment and things to do with children. So many activities that are family oriented it made our stay amazing to say the least.

Housekeeping is amazing, cleanliness is obviously well supervised. Staff is friendly and the resort overall is well managed. What an amazing experience. Well done management, exemplary! It takes a lot to impress me in the lodging arena and your resort exceeded my expectations.

My stay was very good and will give 4 stars. Resort facility and service team is very responsive and supportive. I gave one star less just for some basic service they charge additional like cleaning or water. But my family enjoyed a lot.

I literally CAN NOT believe what you get for the price. This is incredible. Super clean, and so much to do. Will be back time and time again!

Room was nice. Beds were clean. They replinshed the towels frequently which was nice. There are several different activities for children. But I booked this hotel for the water park and it was not available. Apparently, the outdoor water slides are only open on the weekends. The indoor water slides are not for smaller children. My kids were very upset. I would have stayed at another hotel if it would have been advertised. Also, the outdoor splash pad and kiddie slide closed earlier than the pool. NONE OF THIS WAS MENTIONED!

The indoor water area needs needs updated with fresh paint . The outdoor water slides were down during our stay. But overall great place to stay with kids . Love the daily activities they put on . Our room was clean n very nice laid out . Our granddaughter loved were stay there n didn't want to leave lol

Great stay we came from a much larger resort but this place is great for kids loved how late the indoor pools and outdoor pools were open beautiful Mountain View’s lots of kid activities older property building wise the floor was uneven in the hallway. But wasn’t an issue we loved having a kitchen and full size fridge and a washer and dryer as well. The staff was amazing the morning after our first night the housekeeper came in and took our trash out a new bag in and brought us fresh towels every staff member we encountered was great and polite and helpful would absolutely stay here again!

the building needs some repairs. Doors stick, kitchen sink leaked, and the amenities placed in rooms were limited. Front desk staff very unpleasant. Not sufficient seating at the huge pool area.

The mini golf was listed as an amenity but it was too damaged to be used. One elevator was out of order so it was a bit slow traversing from the 4th floor. We will definitely be recommending and returning!!

Having 2 true bedrooms and bath with the livingroom seperating the rooms is great for privacy and quiteness. If only traveling with little ones (10 or less), would not have to leave the resort, if brought your own food. Because of the swimming areas and activities. Applebees is just next door too.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite. It had a full-size kitchen, which was very helpful for our family of seven. We did not feel crowded at all. We were able to make breakfast every morning and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes we needed.There are extra pillows and blankets as needed. The pools were wonderful and it was just so nice walking through the past from the butterfly house to the lazy river. The indoor pool was wonderful with the slides, we even had an open balcony. The kids' amenities were amazing! There was room for our large family for a good price. The beds were not the moar comfortable and bathroom is outdated but gave it 5 star for all the other reasons and my kids loved the butterfly house

I work in the hospitality industry as well and I know its difficulties. The room was clean but could use some upkeep. Its time for a new pull out couch and mattresses. The pools were pretty nice but the putt putt needs to be redone or removed... its a bit embarrassing. Thank you for an awesome stay. My family made some memories and you helped with that!

The pools are not well maintained. My daughter got a bacterial infection from the pool. The rooms are not cleaned the duration of your stay. The only thing they do is bring and swap out towels and take out trash.

It was perfect! Having small children and being able to keep a close eye on them is most important, and here, we were able to do that, unlike other places in the area that are just too big. We all had a great time at their waterpark and plan to return again. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and staff are super nice!.

The mattresses were very hard, the indoor pool had so much chlorine in it that your eyes and nose burned from walking into the room. The outdoor pool staff was very friendly but the morning desk staff was not friendly at all.

The property outside of our room was also pretty beat up, and the mini golf area was a joke. Greens were missing big pieces or had large holes ripped in them. The room truly was a sign of a much larger lack of attention and care by management and staff. The issues in our room alone should have been noted by housekeeping and either cleaned or sent to maintenance for repair long before the room was assigned to a guest. Terrible customer experience. We will not return. Many other true resort options in the area.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. My only issue, not a complaint was the poor Internet connectivity in our room. One television was perfect the other did not want to cooperate, BUT. it didn't matter, when the boys came in from all the. FUN, they were OUT. Next time we will stay longer...What memories......we made for his 7th birthday...Thank you.

This is our second time staying here and we love it and will be coming back soon. I love that you can use the amenities until 2 pm on check out day. We live fairly close so using the pool until 2 works perfect for us. My 2 year old loves the build a buddy activity. The rooms are so clean and spacious. We have never encountered an unpleasant staff. We cannot wait to come back!

The property was great. I loved how I can see my kids at all the water park attractions in one area. They were able to play while I relaxed and could keep an eye on them. We loved this property.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice. One of our beds was broken when we checked in but the front desk quickly fixed our issues and we’re beyond friendly. The pool was nice. We stayed there from open till close and loved it. The only negative we have is that the indoor pool slide has a piece sticking out on it and my wife got it with her elbow and ankle the night before we left. Both were swollen and purple but after 2 days she was back to good. We didn’t tell the desk since they were closing when it happened and I had all the kids to wrangle while hopping back to the room. but that was our only negative. We are looking forward to coming back. They were the best place we stayed yet and we come to pf 2-3 times a year.

Nice break from parkway traffic and we loved being able to come back mid-day for a pool (and spending!) break before going out in the evening. Clean, well kept, great staff & facility.

This is by far the worst place we've stayed, and we've stayed in some questionable places before. We arrived around 9pm and once in the room we pulled out the couch bed for our kids- the mattress was extremely thin and you could feel all the springs and bars, I called to complain and a lady came to our room to check it out and said that was the comfort level of all their pull outs, we ran to WalMart before it closed and were lucky enough that there were only two blow up mattresses left and of course we needed a pump so we were out another $50. The mattress of the bed wasn't much better, nor were the pillows. No blackout curtains either, and very thin curtains so lights were shining in all night. I don't think they have ever cleaned the tiles/grout in the bathroom either. I thought with all the extra "Resort Style Amenities" would be great for my kids, but the mini golf setup is a joke- turf is all torn up, place your ball down and it rolls away. Shower was awful, took me about 15 mins to get the temp to not be scolding hot. One Elevator had a light that was just buzzing like crazy. My son did enjoy the water slides, but all the pools were very cloudy- I did see a lady testing the water, but I wonder if anyone CPO certified is actually taking care of the pool. I don't think the owners have put a dime into this property since it was built! It really wouldn't take too much to get this place to be a nice place for families to stay.

Pool was great, and we enjoyed the butterfly release. We didn’t attend any of the other things offered like golf or movies or build a buddy. Loved the suite we had, kitchen, pull out sofa and plenty of room. The toilet rocked back and forth a bit and the tub kinda grossed me out just a little, but overall it was a great experience.

Room was dirty. Bugs found in the beds. Stains on the bedding and they smelled like pee. Horrible.

The check in was easy. The hotel rooms seemed on the smaller side. We had a bathroom door that did not lock right and the dishwasher was not working. We did manage to get them to send someone to fix the issues. Half of the time half of the slides were down and the inside hot tub was powerful but didnt get hot hot. The wristbands did not always want to work to open doors. Overall it was okay but I would not go out of my way to stay there again.

It was great. Wish we could have enjoyed adult beverages at the pool area but that’s understandable.

Pool area smells bad. The resort appears a lot nicer from the outside. It did have fun activities for the kids. However, it was not very clean. There were stains on the sheets.

Cool place, havent stayed in many resorts as we usually stay in a cabin but it was great. What i could imagine is a lower end resort. Needa dining options, though lots of restaurants close

Overall great stay. The area is convenient with nearby shopping and dining locations. The room was spacious and quiet, with quiet hours being after 11 pm. The pool water was some what cloudy, but then again I arrived there sort of late so could had been from the pool being used all day. I enjoyed my stay here. I had a great time using the fire pits and making smores.

No handicap accessibility. doors extremely difficult to open no zero entry into shower( some members of our party unable to shower) also no handicap bars in tub. Pool was very nice and attendants very courteous but did not enforce rules especially in lazy river. Only 2 inner tubes with seats

Very disappointed with the pool and water park. The lazy river had very low water level which resulted in everyone scratching up their toes and tops of feet. There was no way to float as all of the floats except 3 had the seats cut out. When we tried to use the indoor facilities the chemical levels were the strongest i have ever smelled. Multiple guest were coughing and my grandaughter had to leave to use an inhaler. The office staff were polite but the extra features are geared toward a young age like 7 below. My kids at 10 to 14 were bored. You use the extras as your main promotion but i don't feel we had full disclosure.

I highly recommend Governors crossing to anyone who has big families and needs multiple beds or plans to stay a good couple of days and needs the kitchen and dining area! The staff was wonderful my son hurt his foot on one of the doors going in one night and and my husband took him down to get a Band-Aid and later on they called me and made sure that he was OK! Housekeeping kept up with our towels and everything while we were there as well! Everything was all around perfect!

We have stayed multiple times here and have been happy to see it grow and for them to add new water and outdoor options. Our kids loved the outdoor water things and we enjoyed that it was close to many restaurants and shopping. Couldn’t be in a better location. For its age there is typical wear but overall we were happy. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed everything else there was to offer.

Didn't have enough tiwels

The pool and extra activities were great. But for some reason we got a handicap room and was strange for us. We had 4 people in a king room. No extra linens for pullout couch. Took a long time to get them. Also wanted to buy stuff from front desk but was unable to do so without credit card on hand. Even though the cars is on file at the room.

First off I want to say the lady at front desk was there everyday of our trip (Shelly I think was her name). She was great to deal with and seemed to care about helping. Honest opinion about our room was that it needed some paint and repairs especially arond door edges. Also the drawers in the bathroom had chips and cracks. We had a bath towel that had what appeared to be a blood stain on it, which it is a white towel so not hard to miss. Mattress in the main bedroom squeaked like crazy and was not that supportive. Might be time to change it out. The one beef I did have with the resort and this was not on website nor was we told upon checkin. The 2 main waterslides outside closed at 6pm! The outside pool area was still open till 10 or 11, this made no sense especially with it being 4th July weekend and 95 deg outside. As stated I was not told this even before booking. The waterpark is a main portion of me booking this resort and to not be told anything seems kinda low of the company. I know others families were also not happy about this. The only way we found out about it is from a resort worker taking out the trash. All in all it was a nice place to stay, and staff was frienly. Great location was another plus, just feel they need to be more up front with their customers.

The resort had so much for kids to do! It was very nice! We stayed two nights and went to Dollywood one day and part of me wishes we had just played at the hotel because it was so hot and the pool area is so nice!

Outdoor pool closed and indoor pool had no ventilation strong smell of chlorine so we could not swim during our stay putt putt coarse was damaged. Had to wait for an elevator for 25 minutes to be able to load and unload to our room. No where to park. I feel like the need to maintain their property better for their guest.

We stayed in a two bedroom with kitchen. It was spacious and comfortable. Our rooms were clean. The room has a balcony, although ours did not have the best view, it was still nice to have one. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located within convenient proximity to food and attractions. Water park and other activities on site.

The trip was great my kids loved the water park area.

Everything was good except the pool area. They do not have enough lounge chairs and chairs at the pool. The cabana rentals should be done differently. Currently you have to be at the pool by 7 am and wait for two hours until it opens at 9 sm.

Resort is clean and staff are very nice and friendly. My only suggestion would be to for the facility to have more outdoor lights around park and pool.

This resort is amazing! There is so much for families to do. My son made a pillow and did the build a buddy while it was raining. We golfed and made s'mores. Then, there is the waterpark where we stayed for countless hours. We would definitely recommend!

We love The Resort at Governor’s Crossing. It the only place of family stays. This was the first time staying in building 2…it need remodeled some.

Nice property, nice and quiet stay

The property needs more parking spaces and our bedroom tv didn’t work. The elevator was down when we arrived but was up and running when we left. It was very Loud in the halls until about 1am. We did have a good view of the mountains and its close to everything

There was several things in our hotel room that was dirty. Starting with the dishes. The mirrors The shower. It needed maintenance Paper towel holder coming off the wall One of our bed covers had a hole in it. Even around the outside pool, look dirty all the time like the concretehad not been swept.

We arrived at 3:00 an hour early ,the front desk girl said yes my room was ready but i would have to pay $50.00 if we wanted to go in early .Most places we use in pigeon forge normaly always let us go in a little early at no extra cost .Then I noticed alot of little extras that kids would love such as movie night and smoresby the fire . The bed was comfortable but the only downfall to it all we didnt sleep at all because the pillows were AWFUL .Worst pillows ever in a motel we have stayed at So you should stay here but dont plan to come early unless you want to pay more and bring your OWN pillows. Happy travels
