The thing that was best was your staff. They were so friendly and made us feel welcome and so willing to try and meet all our needs. It was fine and it was fair for the price you charged. It was definitely not luxury but it was not horrible either.

Very nice for the price. Absolutely no noise heard from neighboring rooms. Bedding was very soft and the bed was comfortable The curtains didn’t block a VERY bright light from entering the room. Not certain if it was right outside our window , but it never got very dark in our room. Thank goodness for all the extra pillows to pull over your eyes!

Breakfast was excellent. Many choices, hot, tasted good. Location was also good and central. Great value for the money. Rooms were old/outdated. Shower was extremely slippery. Beds were small and rock hard.

There were literal holes in the dry wall. The bathroom was tiny for one person, and dirty. The over all smell was terrible, the room felt damp. We were not offered any type of reimbursement or anything even after stating that the room was in pretty terrible condition and we were not comfortable there. We just couldn’t stay in a room with my toddler when there were holes in the dry wall and no where to bathe him. Over all terrible experience.

In our travels this spring this was the very best hotel that we stayed with. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful, especially Trudy who set up the breakfast buffet. She was so nice and funny and had everyone laughing and talking to each other. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent. So warm and friendly. It is situated in the perfect location to be outside of the crowd, but easy to get to all attractions. We are definitely going to stay again.

Staff was very helpful. Room was very nice. Loved that it was not all long hallways. We somehow always end up at the ends a long way from the elevator.

My husband has allergies. After he arrived, he began experiencing some problems. There must have been some dog hair in the room. I didn’t tell him the hotel was dog friendly. Breakfast was fine. It would have been nice to have a selection of fresh fruit. Our group had three rooms and only one person didn’t have a problem getting in their room. We probably tried 20 times before we could get in. When we returned after breakfast, we had to go downstairs and get a new key because the door wouldn’t open.

Room was clean, bathroom a little small but doable, staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was very adequate for our stay. Well kept and supplied were added if anything ran out. I found the TV in the breakfast was turned up to loud for the children that was in there are the time. Each was drowned the other out. Plenty of parking love how there was a traffic light to get in and out on the busy highway in front of the hotel.

Not a bad place to stay if it is simply for overnight. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear each guest in rooms to the side, above and below.

All staff were terrific. Enough parking for everyone, and it felt safe. Room perfectly adequate. Breakfast was miles better than comparably priced hotels, where breakfast normally consists of warm coffee from a carafe, and a pastry that comes in plastic. This place has a lady who keeps everything hot and well stocked. She obviously takes pride in her work.

Smelled like lingering smoke. Our room and bed was clean. I went April 10th 2026 Friday $154 for 1 night, for a daughter baton & dance competition. For what we needed, it was a good stay. The staff was very friendly, and courteous. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast.

Myself and my children are all covered in bed bug bites after staying one night in room 228. Please be aware of this possibility when staying at this hotel. These bites did NOT appear until the morning after sleeping in their beds.

Hotel staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good and kept full the entire time. Room was clean. The only complaint I have is the parking. We stayed during ponies in the smokies. The event itself has parking for car trailers for a fee. However there were at least 3 vehicles with trailers parked in the hotel lot that took up approximately 10-15 spaces. People had to park along curbs and under the front entrance. Trailers should not be allowed to park there especially if the venue they are attending has parking available.

The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures on the website. I was very disappointed with the room's bathroom. The standup shower was very old and slippery. I had to wear flipflops as not to slip. The room smelled horrible. I went to CVS and bought a plug in air freshener to stay in it. Thr TV would not work the entire stay. We even got a new remote and called the front desk for directions. It would not connect. We used my laptop to watch TV. The side door we used to get ti our car was never locked. Anyone could walk in or out. Saftey was a concern. We will not stay there again.

Very noisy with adjacent road noise. HVAC very noisy. Room was clean, but rough in condition. Outside door security was missing, anyone could open outside door and get into interior hallway. Shower curtain rod coming out of the wall. We had an ADA accessible room, where the toilet was not chair height, and a tub that was too narrow to put in the provided shower seat; lacked a roll-in shower. Wouldn't rate it higher than a 6.

Yes it felt safe and was very clean. The onky thing was they ran out of doggie bags. Also that dog are was behind a parked RV so then you could not see the area for doggie bags. More signs to where doggie area is would be nice. Also it was super hot. They should lower heat to 66 to 68 to be comfortable.

Breakfast was fresh and Rosie working it was super helpful and stayed on top of the food and kept it clean. Front desk staff are so nice and kind. Hotel itself could use some cleaning. There was a dog next to us in another room that was allowed to bark constantly for three days. Side doors into the hotel were not locked and anyone could open them. Over I would stay again for the price.

The check in process was smooth. I was nervous at first because on the key sleeve there was a notice that said certain beetles can get in the room because they were natural to the mountain area. When we got to the room, it was very clean. We did not see any bugs at all during the entire trip! The beds were comfortable and the shower was very spacious. We chose to sleep in so we never made it for breakfast. Overall, it was a good trip especially for the price.

Needs improvement

Breakfast was pretty decent with variety. Parking area was nice and seemed to be a safe area. The A/C and heat unit didn’t seem to work very well and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work so #2’s were kinda rough in the room. I would book this stay again.

Place is a half remodeled Budget Inn. Place is old. Beds were comfortable, but having your sink in the room instead of the bathroom is weird. Small old showers. Noisy hotel. Can hear other guests above and behind you room.

The staff was excellent but the mattress was very uncomfortable. Also we had to get maintenance to check our shower. There was water coming in to the light in the shower coming from upstairs.

They only had 4 luggage carts, had to wait 50 minutes to check out. Full sized full bed mattresses are to small for bed springs. Beds should be queens. WE will not be back

Room was nice. Staff was great. Sunday, we came back to the room about 9 pm and the room had not been touched. Garbage not emptied, towels not changed bed unmade. (no biggie except for the towels) We had to ask for clean towels. PLEASE consider updating the mattresses. THEY ARE AS HARD AS A ROCK. My husband and I did not get much sleep. the matrasses are horribly UNCOMFORTABLE. That is the only reason we would NOT STAY there again. Breakfast was good and 24 coffee and tea a plus.

It was just a one-night stay, and they do allow dogs, which is a big plus. However, the shower was slippery and the water pressure was weak. The staff was great, and the internet was decent enough for streaming TV. The biggest issue was the bed — the mattress kept sliding off the metal frame, and if you’re not careful getting out, you can easily bang your shin.

VERY clean hotel(the room, hallways, lobby,etc.), great shower pressure, EXCELLENT breakfast bar included in stay! Breakfast bar had eggs, gravy, biscuits, toast, potatoes, cereal, waffles, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee, water, etc. and was delicious. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and will for sure be staying here in the future!

My stay at this place was good, I was there for two weeks. It was quiet, it was safe. Parking was always available. The hotel is so close to restaurants and grocery stores. There were two Jamaican guys behind the desk, very helpful. Any questions I had were answered. Breakfast was good and the area was clean. The cleaning people were respectful and if your room wasn’t ready to be cleaned right away they come back later. The room was clean, everything works. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfortable. The only downside is the ladybugs. I’m not from the state of the Tennessee, so I didn’t know in the colder months there is a lot of ladybugs around. When I went there they give you a pamphlet explain everything and was very communicative and informative about the situation. There were here and there periodically but it wasn’t noticeable and they weren’t harmful or in the way. Also they mostly stay by the window. Overall would recommend the hotel for a budget friendly place and a great place to stay.

When I got to the room it smelled like a wet dog. Motel did not supply any sanitizing spray. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies. Also fell in the shower due to work out safety strips on the shower floor.

I enjoyed our 3-night stay with our small dog. It was nice being close to everything - but yet also away at the same time. I do wish this place had more of a grassy area for animals, because it's so close to the road. Overall, great stay. Nice staff, clean room and check in and out was easy. It was a decent hotel, and a good price without sacrificing quality or other factors. The one thing that was not great was that our room faced the main road and the windows didn’t muffle the sound of traffic much. As a result, our weekend stay ended up having two nights of noise that made it harder to sleep.

Room could have been cleaner but that bed…needs replaced! Breakfast was terrible (sausage, eggs and biscuits) I didn’t think the bathroom had a door but found it, it is a pocket door but the bathroom was very small.

Our overall stay was okay, but there were several issues. The check-in attendant seemed unsure of what he was doing. The hotel itself looks quite outdated. The A/C didn’t work properly and kept turning off. When we tried calling the front desk, the phone kept disconnecting. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and the TV didn’t work even after following the on-screen instructions. Breakfast was just okay—there was no yogurt or milk for the cereal, and the coffee wasn’t great. Will not be coming back here

The breakfast and parking were great. Location is great, super close to Dollywood, and about a 20-30 min drive from the Smokies, but our room was quite musty in smell, and even after room service, this odor didn't go away. It wasn't overbearing, but it wasn't pleasant either.

We were staying 2 nights the first morning while I was getting ready so I sent Hubby to get 2 additional towels , the housekeeper would not give us 2 me we had to give him our towels to exchange, I wanted extra because they are smaller and not as absorbent as I usually use

The room had the odor of a laundry basket. The humidity in the room was off the charts. My wife has a medical device which talks with her phone for insulin dispersal and she could not keep the internet hooked up. The whole stay at clarion was bunk. And the only reason I picked that hotel was because of the rating Expedia gave me on the web site. And probably the worst part of the stay was the mattress it was hard and wore out. If it wasn’t for the area of Sevierville and pigeon forge this vacation was a bust. What a terrible stay.

Property was very affordable yet safe, clean, and gave me what i needed in a nights stay. The only thing negative was something they could not control and that was the loud traffic outside. They gave us ear plugs so they knew this could be an issue and i appreciate the attempt to help.

Property was convenient to the activities we had planned and relatively clean as a whole. Beds were fine and comfortable. Biggest problem was the odor in some of our rooms; our room had a strong bleach smell. Not sure if because the hotel is pet-friendly but may use stronger cleaning products for that reason.

Quick stay for one night, it met my needs fol solo traveler. Room was very clean but I believe the carpet had a moldy odor. Great AC. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very kind and courteous. Other than carpet odor in room, all was good.

Staff is fantastic!! By the second morning the room and hallways were smelling musty/moldy. The AC unit only half worked and the seals around the windows were all broken.

They property is very outdated & room felt very cramped. The elevator was popping & making noises that didn't seem to safe.

Terrible odor in the room, checked in late and very tired so we just dealt with the odor in the room(likely from dirty and wet AC unit) room wasnt clean enough, rooms and hallways are not as good of shape as the lobby. Mattress are small and thin and very uncomfortable, would not stay here again.

Whomever cleaned our room always took the kids stuffies and placed them on the bed neatly. The kiddos would always love coming in and seeing how they was arranged.. Also always made sure everything was nice and fresh each day

My second time staying at this hotel and I really loved it! The atmosphere, the customer service everything is just truly amazing. The staff always goes above and beyond and make your stay as comfortable as possible! There’s also a great view of the mountains!

Bed comfortable but inside is old. Carpet in hallways is old. Elevator creaked and AC unit in room was very loud shutting off and on Bathroom was not good No bathtub and sliding door was rigged up and didn’t even close. Kitchen area was old and needed updating. Breakfast was minimal. Orange juice was watery. Sorry to be negative but was not a pleasant stay.

First room had a very strong cat urine odor. However the staff was able to quickly move our room to a different room. That room was a lot better. The hotel does show its age but considering the price and its location overall it was a nice place to stay.

The bedding and everything on the beds was very damp it was hard to sleep. My family and I complain about the unpleasant smell. The windows are blocked so that it was impossible to open.

There were decent sized 4 bath towels! We have a dog and they put us near the exit door which was perfect to take our pup out. They have doggie bags and trash can on the side area which was great! The breakfast was better than ok. There were eggs sausage and potatoes plus a waffle maker and the continental breakfast foods. Great price for us! We would stay at this hotel if we are in the area again.

The entrance to the parking lot was at a red light which made it easier to get in and out of, with all the busy traffic. The lady that checked us in when we arrived at 11:00pm was very nice and energetic. I can’t remember her name but she was so helpful and even gave us recommendations on what to do in the area. Even though several ppl were staying while we were there, the hotel was spacious and quiet! The only thing I would change would be for bacon to have been served at breakfast while we were there 🙂 the entire staff and breakfast staff were nice, friendly, and attentive!

It was an okay stay. The room was damp. It had a musty smell to it. The floor under the sink was sopping wet. The sink had a big crack in it. So we were able to change rooms. In the next room everything was okay. The new room was damp. Had to turn on the heat to take away the dampness. Go new keys cards for the new room and one key card never worked. Had to get a new key 3 times. The staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful

It was an okay property. The TV didnt work however, the staff was nice and attentive.

It was very nice, comfortably. The young man who checked us in was very pleasant, little hard to understand a couple of words but very pleasant. The food was delicious and they served a different meat the two days we were there.

This clarion was right on the main strip in Sevireville Tennessee. Close to everything. The staff is awesome. The rooms had a small fridge and microwave. The beds were really comfortable. The air conditioner in the rooms worked great. The bathroom door was a sliding door and didn’t fully latch , but it didn’t matter -was only a tiny crack. Shower and toilet was fine. Tv was big and worked great. The pool was very nice. The breakfast was really good - eggs, sausage grits, juices , coffee, waffles ,cereal, potatoes, yogurt, toast, tea, mufifns. We all ate it and enjoyed. 10 out of 10

Checked in later in the day and it went very smoothly. The room was exactly as advertised and was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was getting the TV set up and didn’t have as many channels as it said on the guide. The WI-FI took a few tries but was adequate. Loved the shower, was set up for anyone who needed a shower that one did not have to step into really high over the edge. Would totally recommend this hotel. It was at a perfect location right between Pigeon Forge and downtown Sevierville.

I loved it was clean and close to everything. Hotel breakfast the peanut butter was frozen. There was no plan of where to go in case of tornado. The front desk has no idea

Parking is a little tight but manageable!

Very clean smelled good I was there three nights and housekeeping never stopped in the room I was gone in the mornings and back late nights. They could have maybe checked towels / bed situation once while I was there.

Our stay was nice ,, Room was clean , very quiet area ,, only one con was the shower door did not fit well ,,, Difficult to prevent water from going on the floor ,, the pros certainly outweighed !!!

The appearance of the hotel needs some work. There was a musky smell that was overpowered by some sort of fragrance in the hallways and lobby that was a little nauseating. I think they should install new carpet and fresh paint would help. Front desk staff were friendly.

I felt very unsafe here there was a crack in our door that was big enough for someone to break into a room and when I notified the front desk, there was nothing they could do about it. The noise from outside traffic was so loud it almost seemed like the window was open but it wasn’t. The breakfast was pretty bad I would not count on eating here. The Wi-Fi is terrible and the TVs don’t work.

This hotel is a little outdated but it was clean .The staff is friendly and the breakfast was great! The beds are really firm. Good hotel for the price .

It was a nice stay. Girl at front desk was great- that makes it a huge difference as well. Clean and comfy!

This is a great place to stay. Price was more than reasonable.Staff is friendly. Place was Clean. Perfect for business trip. A great family vacation spot for those who want to do things around the area. The property is just far enough away to cut down noise but making everything a quick drive to get to.

It was nice and easy for us! Great location for us to get in and on our way the next morning for our road trip.
