Love that breakfast was served until 1000. I am not an early riser so this worked out perfect for me. I also loved that each day there was a different choice of foods to choose from. I am allergic to a lot of foods and this was especially helpful to me. The front end associates were very nice and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

The one thing that I didn't really like was that on checkout day, the cleaner were sitting outside of the room basically the entire time until I checked out. She wasn't rude or anything but I felt like I was being a bit rushed and uncomfortable. I also didn't like that the water wasn't made available all day like the coffee.

Clean new-looking facility, nice landscaping with trees in the parking lot and 2 waiting benches. Nice dining area that is colorful with windows for natural light. Good hot breakfast and continental breakfast. Clean room with private closet and extra hangars on the wall. Spacious bathroom. It would have been nice to have 2 different types of meats on the hot breakfast bar.

Besides my reservation being cancelled in error, the desk clerk was very nice and resolved the issue, very accomodating. Parking lot well lit and there was plenty of handicapped parking places. Room was clean and everything looked clean and fresh. Breakfast was awesome. Have never had a better breakfast. Selection was phenomenal and the hostess was cherry, smiling and singing Christmas Carols. She made sure to greet and ask if you found everything you needed. Will stay here again!

We booked two rooms because we are travelling with our four kids and when we wanted to check in, the receptionist told us that booking.com had only paid one room on our behalf, which was not true because we had the confirmation of the payment with us for both rooms. We even showed her the print out version of our booking but she refused to let us in. We had to call booking at 1 in the morning and when someone finally pick up the phone the “misunderstanding” between them was solved and we could enter the two rooms after waking up my kids that by that time they had fallen asleep in the reception of the hotel. I am not sure what the problem was, but we had paid both rooms long before our arrival and the receptionist did not help us contact booking at all. We had to make the long international call and we had to be very proactive to get our beds while the receptionist was just sitting and repeating the sentence “we don’t deal with third parties, it is your problem to solve”. Not helpful at all

Tracie - the receptionist and Linda - kitchen manager were simply awesome. Their smiles definitely brought the warmth to my day. And a very special thanks and service excellence credit to Tracie, who went out of her way to help me get ready for my son's wedding. Being alone to doll myself up definitely brought its set of challenges. But Tracie was GOD sent angel - who was at the right place at the right time with the right spirit, was amazing! I could have never got myself all dolled up efficiently if not for Tracie. 5 Star Ratings to Tracie. And praying much blessings upon her :

Need to have on website about only taking cards. I booked with a card but withdrawal cash out from the bank to pay with. Had to run to a store buy a prepaid card and THEN WAIT. The money didn't even show up for over an hour even though I had just pd cash. (Not Hotel fault)

They had just "shampooed" the carpet in our room and had to pull the dryer out just as we were arriving. There was so much Dog Hair all over that got onto our clothes. I am traveling for business and will be looking for places to stay that don't allow dogs.

The staff was absolutely top notch and super friendly. They addressed issues quickly and positively and felt like old friends by the time we checked out. They provided fast, appropriate documentation to submit regarding a dispute with Expedia. Will definitely stay here in the future and will recommend to others. The warm, welcoming, fun, and energetic staff members are so wonderful.

The front desk attendant! As musicians we are on the road a lot and he was one of the most pleasant people we have encountered when checking into a hotel while traveling. The hotel itself was fantastic, but Staff made our experience one of the best!

Had to come twice due to loss of my sister. Service has been great. Everybody was friendly very clean. Parking was very convenient.

The beds are too soft, the hot water for tea close to the front desk was not hot at all. Other than these, our stay was all right.

You can hear the people walking on the floor above. The three nights we stayed, it sounded like some was banging on the floor. This occurred on and off throughout the night.

Clean quiet rooms

Warm and welcoming staff, they were super responsive to my needs and apologetic when they were unable to meet them. Comfy and clean room and fresh baked cookies every night. They had some supply problems so breakfast the 1st 2 days wasn't fully stocked, but they acknowledged the problem and worked on fixing it.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Bed was very comfortable. WiFi and TV were great. Pet friendly was a major plus. 2 negatives: the refrigerator was leaking water (we reported to the staff and they gave us some points to use on another booking; the conditioner dispenser in the shower was empty.

Upon our arrival at the property, we were properly greeted by friendly staff. After checking in we entered the room that had a terrible scent, but tried to ignore it. I noticed the bedding was filthy and when we removed the covers lashes and hair was on the sheet. I immediately contacted front desk who changed our room and offered a discounted rate that was never honored. Two days after we moved into the other room, we returned from breakfast to a big roach crawling by the door inside the room. My son kicked it out where it landed in the hallway. I immediately went downstairs, as we were headed out, and notified the agent so it can be removed. We returned several hours later and the insect was still in the same spot even though housekeeping had made its rounds. Again I called the front desk and asked to speak to a manager who argued with me that it wasn’t a roach, but a water bug. After checking out I followed up on the rate reduction, only to learn that it was never implemented. Although I never asked for this, it was offered to me and I expected the hotel to honor its commitment and that never happened. The staff was friendly and breakfast area clean with a nice variety. I have mixed reviews about the property because on the outside it was clean, however, the experiences once we got in the room was less desirable. I don’t think housekeeping is thorough with cleaning the rooms.

Very understaffed when there was a big event. Couldn’t even check in until 5:30pm, then rude because we took a bit longer to check out, only get the room 18hrs and paid for 24. And about $80 more than others in the area. I won’t ever be back.

Two of our friend's trucks were broken in to during the night. Things were stolen and windows were smashed. Location is good and central to many things including the mall across the parking lot. I think better security and lighting and cameras in the parking lot are needed because this area although nice enough is getting more and more crime ridden lately. We go here every year for a show and it gets worse and worse each year. The security cameras were not in a position to catch anything so police had little to go on unfortunately.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a good spread of different breakfast items ranging from cold cereal to waffles to scrambled eggs (sometimes cheese omelettes). It’s in a decent area near some fast food restaurants as well for a quick bite if needed. This was my second time staying here and I’d make it a third time if I can afford it for my next travel to the area

We arrived and checked in. Keep in mind that I reserved 2 rooms together so that we could be side by sid with my brother and his wife. We were given rooms 211 and 213 but when we got to the rooms my key would not work on 213. I went down and the clerk fixed the issue. I went back up and opened the door. My husband walked into the room and suddenly turned around and came back to the door telling me that there were clothes in the room as if someone were staying in that room. I again went back down and told the clerk what we found. She said that she was sure that the room was vacant. I said no ma'am it is not. She went and spoke to her manager and came back saying that there must have been a glitch in their system and she would have to assign us another room. She did but it was on another floor. I explained that I had made the reservation for the 2 rooms together and why but she said that there were no more rooms available on the 2nd floor and we would have to be on the 3rd floor. Our stay other than is was fine but what could have happened is what is scary. What if the person had been in the room 213 when we opened the door and thought someone was breaking into their room? We could have been shot! Is there not a check list for the front desk to know what rooms have been vacated? This was very disturbing to me.

This hotel was a nice hotel to stay at, I just didn't have a good experience with the service. After my first night, I noticed ants in the bathroom and reported it to the front desk; the front desk lady assured me my room was going to be cleaned and house keeping would spray for ants. Needless to say it took a whole 24 hours for housekeeping to take care of the ant problem in the bathroom.

Everything was good. Rating would have been excellent except for a yelping dog late one evening and some patrons laughing loudly another evening for about 45 minutes from 1:00 to 2:00 am. Facilities were clean, smelled fresh. Breakfast would be better if they substituted some of the pork bacon for turkey bacon or sausage as most places do now.

The employees were amazing. The peoplendown the hall were snoking weed but the employees did their beat to cover the smell and clean on the floor. The breakfast was not great. The "hot bar" was unappealing and looked as if it had been reheated many many times. The cereal was super stale. I would stay again because its the legitimate best option in the entire area.

I was given a room that was not shown and what I paid for. I had a standard bed room no king room

asked for room to be serviced got clean towels bed did not get changed. I had left my pJ bottoms on the bed. they said that they could not touch them . I get it a little but wish they would have left new sheets so I could have made the bed.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable for people that have no mobility issues BUT when you ask for a handicap accessible room you expect to find a higher toilet w/bars not just a bar in the tub. We had to go buy a toilet seat w/handles to put on it for my mother while there.

The location was great. The staff was friendly. I love it was dog friendly. The only thing was we asked for service to the room and no one came. The shower sprayed all over the floor and we only had 2 big towels. We had to ask for more towels that night. Other than that it was great.

Mall closed, have to drive to restaurants. Hotel and staff makes up for these minor incoveniences.

Bed was very high for my short wife to get in. Bathroom with commode and shower was tiny. Internet was open and unprotected by password, also pretty slow.

Getting my incidental refund from the hotel has been difficult.

There were bed bugs in my room I got bit up all over my chest and arm. The staff did move me to another room but by then I was disgusted, nervous to sit or lay in the bed. I was told I would be comp, when I went to check out the young lady at the desk knew nothing about the situation and I was still charged, I was told I would have to wait til a manager comes in at 9am to do that, I was so uncomfortable tha I checked out 6am instead of regular 11am. I was unsatisfied, I didn’t sleep that last night because I was terrified that bed bugs were in the new room as well.

Check in was easy, the room was comfortable, especially the bed and very clean. The breakfast area was clean with good food choices. My husband loved their coffee. The breakfast staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We also loved little touches like cookies and fruit infused water in the lobby. I had a lot of trouble getting the wi-fi to work. That’s why I lowered the rating.

Salma and Jenna were wonderful hosts in reception, they were very friendly and pleasant at check in. The room was clean and comfortable, and a nice breakfast was included in the room rate. Ruby Tuesdays is within walking distance of the hotel.

This was a very warm and inviting establishment. I felt safe there. Everything was quiet and peaceful at night. Room was very nice and clean. My husband called it cozy. The building was decorated beautifully and we really enjoyed the continental breakfast before we began our day. Would definitely stay there again!

It is a modern Hampton Inn, very clean, lots of parking. The staff was very nice, went out of their way and let me use an empty meeting room to practice my musical instrument. Very helpful. A bit out of the way for a visit to Earl Scruggs Center but well worth the 10 minute drive.

The smell of glue was horrible gave me a headache if i had known they were doing repairs i wouldve stayed somewhere else.

The staff are exceptional. I rate them 15 on a scale of 10. Rilan I think his name is is a great person. They were all exceptional. The only thing I could complain about is the chair at the desk in the room needs to be replaced by a new one, but considering everything else this was minor. Great bed, quiet, excellent breakfast. My stay has been a real pleasure. I have never experience a more helpful, pleasant staff. This comment includes all personnel. They are the very best of the best.

One of the two elevator was broken, not internet service, pool was dirty. They said a storm broke the elevator and the internet, but I stayed for five days and no see any crew trying to fix the problems. The hotel next to this one did have internet!

set the thermostat to a cooler setting, and then headed out to visit family. When I got back around ten p.m. the room was hot. I turned the thermostat down more and waited, but the unit just blew warm air. I then contacted the front desk, and they located me a first floor room and let me check it out. The room was great, nice and cool, but as I had been forewarned, the room had no refrig. I told them I would cross that threshold the next day as I was tired and had been traveling all day. The next day, I asked the front desk to have maintenance move the refrigerator from my previous room to my new one. When I returned later that day, the refrigerator was there, and they decreased my rate by thirty nine dollars a night for my inconvenience. I highly recommend this clean, well managed hotel!

Good customer service, our room was clean, smell nice the only problem was the ants but once we told the front desk - housekeeping came right up to take care of the issue. Wonderful place will definately come back!!!

It’s hard to find good service, so we were surprised at the level of curtesy and kindness we received. The property was very clean and the staff was very attentive.

The room was super small and did not have a mini fridge as advertised. When we asked about the possibility of moving to a bigger room with a fridge we were told the staff member couldn’t move us because they didn’t want to get yelled at since we booked through a third party. Overall disappointing.

There was a line of ants crawling up the wall in the first room I was given, which then lead around the edges of the ceiling. I can coexist with a few ants, but it was definitely too many for me to feel comfortable. I let the receptionist know, and was given a new room that ALSO had ants, though slightly less and they were located further from the bed. I felt bad asking for yet another room, so I stuck with this one and shared the room with 100 ant roommates.
