Guest room walls are paper thin, breakfast bar is the worst I’ve seen. Muffins were ice cold and no microwave, very limited selection of products. Meats looked terrible. Limited fruits.

Great room, very roomy! Clean and kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint would be the sleeper sofa mattress. Our group stays there every December to enjoy Christmas shopping and family time. The mattress on sleeper sofa has always been very uncomfortable as you can feel the bars through the mattress. The alternative for us is to remove the mattress and place the mattress on the floor. Fingers crossed, new mattress next time.

Extremly disappointed with this stay. Beds sooooooo uncomfortable. They accomadated us with a late checkout however we shouldve stayed at the aloft eight behind them as usaul but we were so didaapointed we had to buy air matresses just to sleep

Nice big rooms very clean Check in was horrible I had three rooms the door keys didn’t work up and down the elevator to make them wk checked in went to my car keys stop working again the young lady told me I can reset another card but only can give you one key per room I m sorry it’s four ladies to a room that’s impossible to ask them to share one key also at breakfast the young lady did clean off the tables had a group of 12 we had to try cleaning the table to sis together asked her can you remove the cups and plates she said people need to clean up behind themselves as if we left the trash there and she went back to the front desk with her phone to pick up where she left off other

Staff was slow and not very professional. They barely spoke to you and seemed to just stand around

There was construction around the property and one of the entry areas was closed off. The room was clean but the walls were thin so I could hear all my neighbors when I was trying to sleep. The drawer handle in the bathroom was sharp and I cut my finger. I tried calling the front desk several times for a band aid and no one answered.

Was a great experience! Felt very welcomed. Love the complementary waters, & apples. Also loved my name on the tv screen when walking in. Very roomy, very cold which we loved. Definitely found our to go hotel for future trips

The Staff was very helpful and acomodating. The room was up to their usual standards which made my stay exceptional. It's always nice to have a mini kitchen for in room meals. When I travel for races I like to have a full size refrigerator to use complete with freezer.

This is the only property I stay at when in this area. Customer service, cleanliness and accommodations are always excellent!

Tv did not work well

We reserved a handicapped room with 2 beds and roll-in shower. Per usual with hilton, they had no such thing available when we got there. They put 3 of us in a room with one king and pullout couch (ouch). It was supposedly handicapped accessible, but it clearly was not possible to shower or bathe. One non-handicapped person almost became handicapped slipping in the tiny tub with about 6 bars and a slip and slide floor. The bath tub itself was way too narrow. The door was so heavy someone in a chair could not get in or out without help. The interior decorator of the hotel should be shot. Don't come here if you have problems with dizziness, the walls have frequently changing colors and the floors look like a patchwork quilt of leftover rug.

Loved our stay but tv didn't work due to the property getting updated new tv's. Can't really complain they let us check in early for BUZZFEST and was told i would get a late check out next visit.

It is the best place to stay when you have swim meet at the Conroe Aquatic Center (CISD Natatorium). There is a fridge in the room that you can store food and drinks for the swimmer.

Lovely large room with full kitchenette and lots of places to put your stuff. Perfect for a longer stay. Lighting wasn’t great… the bulbs were of a slightly blue tint rather than a warm “normal” light, and were not very bright. A lot of thought given to guest electronic needs; easily accessible plugs, etc… No light over coffee service items, which was annoying. More expensive than it should be…! But overall it was comfortable and quiet, and we would stay here again.

The walk in shower drained into the bathroom not in shower causing potential fall!! Had to put bedspread down to mop up water so didn’t fall

Free shuttle driver was rude and did not want to drive us to the museum a mile away even though they advertised free shuttle to surrounding areas.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night. The room was Stated it was handicap accessible but it was not. The bed were too high up for wheelchairs. Over all the room is very small.For wheelchair accessible and hard to navigate. The room had lukewarm water no hot water. On Saturday night, there was a large party or wedding on the roof below us.And there was yelling screaming and loud music for several hours.When reported to the hotel nothing was done. This will be the last time.I stayed in this hotel overall.It was not a good experience and I would not recommend it for anyone who is in a wheelchair.

Needed to mow property I had to walk a dog and grass was very tall. Did not keep coffee… full and fresh in lobby.

While my room was nice, the hall ways were worn out. One of the two elevators was down the entire five days I was there, with the other also down at various times. It was posted in my room that it would be cleaned every other day, which is understandable. Unfortunately, they didn’t clean my room until my last of four nights, and only after I had asked a couple times. I know they were very busy that week. The staff was very friendly and were happy to provide fresh towels. The breakfast was standard free breakfast fair, decent selection. The property is tucked back from the main road, so I felt safe parking there and there was no traffic noise to keep me awake at night.

The staff members are beyond mediocre, they can't do anything to help you even if you come with babies. The room has a really bad smell and the breakfast is horrible. Even the location is convenient, I wouldn't stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed for a concert. Overall the stay was good. I do have to complain that the air freshener in the room is so overpowering that it triggered an asthma attack during my stay. All my clothes smell like it once I returned home. Our tv didnt have a remote nor did the channels come it. I did call the the front desk and someone was sent up within 20min. Breakfast was chaos. For a hotel weekend that was “booked up” they seemed to not be able to keep up with the breakfast crowd. There was always a line, crowded and out of food. The staff were friendly and it was in close proximity to the mall, target and the pavilion.

They had free bottled waters and free snacks (cheese its and rice krispie treats) The rooms were great bigger than I expected. They were also clean. The kitchen area has a big microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishes to use. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety. The area was safe and there was a mall close by and resturants. Overall the place was quiet and we were able to sleep well. I would come again.

I arrived in town on an early flight and the person at the check-in desk allowed me to check in early which was very appreciated. The room was clean and well-stocked with kitchen items. The shower did not have conditioner, just shampoo and body soap. The breakfast did run out of some hot items which disappointed some of the people in our group. Overall, it was a great hotel for a one-night stay. I would return again.

Well maintained property with thoughtful amenities like outdoor seating around a fire pit and propane grills available for guest use. Small store in lobby for essentials or snacks. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Decent breakfast…nothing fancy but you won’t starve!

We offten stay at Home 2 to go to concerts. Tge hotel is always clean with friendly staff. The only bad thing I have to says is sometimes the breakfast is lacking.

The decor seems a little outdated, and the breakfast was not great. I tried to get some toothpaste but no one was around and they had no toothpaste for purchase in the market area.

Clean, comfy beds, microwave & frig/freezer in rooms, good breakfast offered in the morning. They had the normal waffle & drinks, but also all the ingredients to create a special breakfast sandwich. Very tasty!

The property was very clean and organized. It was very quiet. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with checking in and out. We would stay here again if in the area.

Our only complaint was that the breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00. We went down at 9:00 and there was barely anything available and by 9:20 they’d shut it down entirely. Otherwise a decent stay for an affordable price. Not overly loud or far from things to do.

Checkin at 3 pm. It says but there were no rooms ready or because the girl that checks you in wanted to end her shift and go home because the people in front of us got a room. She said give us 10-15 mins . As we walked out so did she to her car to go home . If I pay for a place and check in is at 3 I expect to get my room at 3 not when convenient to someone’s schedule. Other than that rooms were clean beds were nice. Cleaning crew is loud at 9:30 check outs at 11 what’s going on here?! How are these rooms not ready?

First time staying here at this location, first time in the Houston, TX area, was there for an event over the weekend and this location is great lot of amenities near the hotel and within walking distances. It was quiet and in a safe location.

Great Location very clean. Hotel staff was having problems with making keys, which caused multiple guests to return to desk to get keys re-carded in order to access rooms.

First time staying at Home2 and got impressed with this hotel. Room is spacious, bathroom is large. Refrigerator is big compared to the standard for hotels, room has a sink, directv in tv. I will look for this hotel in future reservations.

It was on a not-so-busy street, which made it easy to get in and out of the hotel. There is a traffic light right down the road that made it easy to get back to Hwy 45, which was a block away. It was surprisingly quiet for being that close to 45 too. The pool and grill areas were nice. Very clean and well maintained. We ended up not eating breakfast at the hotel, but they did have a good selection of hot breakfast items, including cheese omelets, waffles, oatmeal with a ton of toppings, and breakfast sandwiches. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area next.

clean room mattress is Hard, breakfast is ok not great, Parking for handicap is not good too many guest parking in handicap without permits.

Hotel charged me after I had already paid through Expedia.com. Hotel’s front desk specialist Nancy took good care of us and the extra charge to my card was removed. Thank you Nancy!

Staff was never reachable. Our last day we came down to the lobby with some of our baggage to put in in our car and to get breakfast and on our way up to check the room and relax for a little bit until our check out time, the cleaning people were in our room taking everything out! They were talking in Spanish and I understand everything! The say that they opened the door and assume we left already! We didn’t do check out yet! How you are going to assume that! We left pretty mad.

The hotel was dirty, hallways elevator etc. we had large live roaches in our room crawling out of the bathroom vent and under the sink. We had to leave the hotel and choose another. The front desk did not answer the phone when hotels.com agent tried to reach. The next day denied our refund until I called and let them know I had pictures. Total mess. Avoid this hotel.

Stayed here for a night for a concert the Woodlands. Room was large, had extra amenities, and was clean & comfortable. I'd stay here again.

My favorite Hotel Brand and this location is my best visit. Employees were cleaning all the time, hotel was well staffed. breakfast was great. Water pressure in shower was really great. only negative is bedding sheets not as good as competition.

The hotel is very nice, the staff is very helpful and the room could have been nice. However, our non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. It was obvious that efforts had been made to clear the air but the efforts only created an even stronger smell which when coupled with the smoke created a real stench. We arrived late, around midnight and no there rooms were available. Arriving earlier we would have refund send the room and stayed elsewhere
