This please was terrible. We ended up leaving and not staying the night. Even the front desk lady said that this was not a place to bring kids.

Didn’t have any breakfast like it said on the website, furniture was stained and chipped and had bad smells

Room smelled like mold, saw roaches in the bathroom. I wiped the restroom down with a bleach wipe and the wipe was very dirty. I don’t like to leave bad reviews. But honestly the pictures of this place would have you believe it was much nicer. I will say that it is affordable and it does the job.

The location was ideal and super close to the concert venue and the bed was decent-sized. The room smelled funky, they only had one bar soap, only shampoos no conditioner and the worst was tiny roaches climbing on the walls and dressers. But dor only one night for a few hours of rest after concert, it was OK I guess. Did check for bed bugs but didn't find any, thank God!!

It was a great location to the hospital

On vacations for 9 days. In 3 Wyndham Hotels. Surprise!!! The cheapest one Super 8, have the best selection of Channels and the biggest pool but score the front desk have attitude.The Heritage have the best breakfast with amazing sausage and biscuits with a delicious grandma gravy, Ok front desk. La Quinta have the best attentive front desk and free shuttle to the airport, a $50 saving and good TV channel selection. This La Quinta without a pool or Jacuzzi don’t have life is so sad to see the potential in the first floor for guests activities in what was a beautiful and elegant lounge. The Breakfast is just to include something to the brochure, nothing especial, But the best front desk.

Room was clean but chairs were worn. Bed was fine. The included breakfast was only toast and coffee. A few pieces of bread were available as was a toaster. They should not say, “breakfast included.” They should say, “coffee and toast included.” If you walk under the overpass, there is a wonderful coffee shop and bakery on the right.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and comfy beds. Maid service was exceptional.

Hotel room looked nothing like the pictures on their website. Room sheets were stained, the walls were stained with brown spots, the window lock was completely broken, you could open that window with one finger. The rolling chair available was all scratched up when you would sit on it the black leather would stick to your clothes/legs. The ac was leaking water so that side of the carpet was completely soaked in water. I took pictures incase needed.

Staff was friendly, parking was good. Room smelled like smoke alot. The ceiling near bathroom either has mold or mildew all around the ceiling. The pillows aren't not the greatest.

I enjoyed the swimming pool.It was very clean and nice , but they will cut off the door lock before eleven p m exiting , so you can't get out of the swimming pool on time and you cannot get into your room. Also, the blow dryer wasn't working.The t v wasn't working. The shower was dirty parking was excellent.We didn't have any towels, they would not replace our towels.No shampoo no conditioner. No ice in the ice machine we asked for more towels and they said that they don't have any until the following day. Also one roach and in\nMy son's room. Bed was clean , very neat pillows were amazing.

The air conditioning system was good. Everything was awful and the deal that I got from booking on line was not given to me. There were cockroaches in the room and the toilet commode was super small . I’m taking about a child’s toilet. The shower was all ugly and was all rusted on the tube.

The bugs in the room

This is a Wyndham Hotel and I would not want to attach my name to this hotel. It should be demolished and rebuilt. The grounds were dirty by the parking lot with garbage. Living and dead bugs in the bathroom, lots of patchy repairs to walls and ceiling. Lots of road noise to be expected but extremely loud AC that did work well in the humidity. Included “breakfast” which I was told would be toast. My brother also told me that people will rent a room there for an hour which makes me think of nefarious activities. Of course all of this information came to me after the fact. I personally will not return to this hotel.

Everything was clean and efficient. The only change I would suggest is to replace the bath tub mat that was stained and old.

NASTY! I immediately left the hotel and told staff how unacceptable and unprofessional their property was. They should be ashamed of them selves. My pictures speak for them selves.

The pictures looked great, but once there, everything was shady, right down to the man sleeping in the stairwell. Didn’t stay, felt too uncomfortable with the surroundings. Felt very unsafe.

Staff was wonderful! Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Ice makers didn't work and there are no microwaves or refrigerators in rooms, but other than that great. Great choice when on budget. Paroled frequently by police so you feel safe.

The room was not clean. I found hair on the bed and it was not mine. The room was smelly and musty. It also was very dark and outdated. The hotel pictures online are very deceiving. Honestly I was disgusted by the smell and the sheets on the beds. The rooms need to be remodeled or demolished. The carpets are old and smell like urine. We had paid 2 nights but ended up leaving after the first night. I do not recommend this hotel. I can’t emphasize how nasty the rooms are. Oh and the restroom as well, tub was outdated not clean and toilet had mildew all inside. Sorry but I am being super honest. We had rented the hotel because my sister was having surgery the next morning and we needed to stay the night close to the hospital area. The surgery was canceled so we ended up leaving early, I got home and showered right away because I felt so dirty from being in the hotel room. I did not even request a refund for the second night because I felt it would be a lost cause. We did not even check out, we left in a hurry and left the key entry cards in the room.

The property was filthy. they had roaches, room smelled like cigarettes and comforter had burn marks. the staff was great and understood why we didn't want to stay.

Within the first hour we killed two roaches. There was what appeared to be water damage and mold on the ceiling.

I didn’t even get to stay at this property but they won’t return my money back for the reservation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The road noise was not bad given the proximity to I-45. The room was in poor shape. It was clean, but the bathroom had extremely shoddy patch work on the walls and ceiling. You can see where they had plastered over mildew. The tub bottom had been patched with a fiberglass sheet that was starting to come up around the edges of the patch. There are some shady characters that hang around the property at night. And I’m pretty sure prostitutes are available there.

only stay as last result. this is a hotel people live out of. the lobby smells like thick mold. my room clearly had someone smoking pot in there minutes before we arrived. television doesn’t work. customer service rude. there breakfast is white bread and a wrapped small muffin. just gross. save your money.

There were small roaches in the room, we killed four. Basically, I got what I paid for.

There was an empty beer can in the trash when we arrived. The mini face cleanser and moisturizer was half used. There was a 1/4th of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We literally had to smash a roach (one of the little nasty red roaches). The room smelled. There was a man smoking marijuana openly in the LOBBY. The entire place smelled like marijuana. Random SKETCHY people walking around all hours of the day and night. I ask for an extra towel and they said they did not have any, I was given a wash cloth instead. There was blood dripping down the laundry cart. Not the best choice or safest place to stay. I ask for a refund before we checked in and never got a response so we had to stay.

Room wasn’t cleaned when we checked in. Walked in to an unmade bed and trash in the cans.

This property in whole is a 5 star, upkeep of grounds, staff at C/I, sparkling clean room, firm mattress (yet Queen not King), overall a quiet location. Yet due to one issue I must deduct points to a 3.5 stars. My partner slipped in the bathtub & hurt himself due to no non-slip strips or safety bars in the bathtub. This happened 3 hrs before a scheduled outpatient procedure at 7am. Went to hospital & asked for an X-ray prior to procedure. No breaks, just severe bruising & muscle strain. Yes we got lucky. For all future travels I'll carry a non-slip bath mat jic.

Outdated old rooms, bathrooms smell like mould. Cleaning lady didn’t want to clean out room daily (just with the garbage bags out). Scary gangsters selling drugs in the parking lot. People smoking wrrd outside your room with pyjamas on. It felt like we were staying in the ghetto. Great location though, close to the i45, cop staying next door and all the shopping and restaurant options.

The carpet and the bed was full of fleece. Also,the smell in the room was terrible and a lot of damage furniture.

Stood at the desk forr quite awhile before an employee emerged from the restroom. No big deal. Two other people were waiting, saying that they couldn't geet into their rooms. When the employee reached the desk, he reeked of alcohol. Couldn't get water past lukewarm for my shower. Traffic noise was terrible. Lots of what looked to be homeless people all over the premises. The next morning I went to the desk to ask for a new 'do not disturb' sign as mine had disappeared. This woman couldn't be bothered to get off her phone (which was on speaker) long enough to actually speak to me. She just slapped the sign on the counter and raised her eyebrows and her phone hand like I was a nuisance. When I told her my suspicion about the night clerk, she looked at me and said "Are you sure? Because I didn't smell it, but I will tell them." Excuse me? You weren't even here last night! I reiterated my belief. At this point she raised the eyebrows and the phone again and shouted "I said I will tell them!" I don't know why she is in customer service, because she surely doesn't have the temperament for it. I checked out after 1 night of the intended 3, and will not stay there again ever.

We were given a super smelly room first. Upon request we got another room later but not a king bedroom.

We had to leave the hotel a day early no refund was issued. House keeping knocked on the door multiple times and we told them no thank you and she just opend the door

Staff was nice and graceful, but room was neglected from a maintenance standpoint. Cracked paint, stained lamp covers, cracked mirrors, trash in halls, cockroaches, and non-working TV remotes. I would have complained but I was very tired after traveling most of the day, was only staying a night, and needed to get up early.

2am. House keeping came knocking on our door at 9:30 am expecting us to leave when checkout isnt until 11am.grrrrr. had to rush to finish packing our stuff so we could get out. Breakfast was only toast and dry muffins plus juice and coffe. Ciuld have at least had donuts. 2am.

No coffee maker in the room. No cups or glasses in the room. Very rude maid manager pounded on my door 1 hour before checkout and would not say who she was. When I opened the door with security lock on her face was against the door in that crack.

The rooms themselves are very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. On top of that, the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering the area. Thanks to the staff’s hospitality and the quality of the accommodations, I truly enjoyed my stay and would return!

I stopped by the office on my second night of the stay to ask the staff if maybe there was a special way to get the direct tv system to actually work in my room but was told that the maintenance crew was off campus and it couldn't be looked at until the following day. Sadly, the young woman showed zero concern nor any empathy or a simple apology for the inconvenience. The rate per night was excellent, especially considering the holiday weekend! Beyond that, I believe the owners should possibly take some time to perform the necessary cleaning and upgrades that would make customers want to revisit their facility.

Not a safe hotel for a single woman. Just the wrong crowd. Looks like a lot of drug addicts or even human trafficking going on here. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. The rooms are old, outdated and stink. No fridge. No microwave. Do yourself a favor and pay extra to stay somewhere safe!

The property is not like the photos. It was fine for an overnight stay for someone who isn't too detailed about where they stay, but overall, it's definitely rundown. It was just my father and me during this stay, so it was bearable, but had I had my son with me, I would have stayed elsewhere. Have low expectations.

I was grateful to be able to check in early. The room was clean & comfortable. I enjoyed having a ROKU TV in the room, I was able to log in to my YouTube account and watch stuff I enjoy rather than channel surfing. The breakfast was a bit disappointing.

There were a few gnats flying around the bathroom sink, the tv would go blank after 10 minutes asking for WiFi password, which didn’t let you put in to work. Maintenance was quick about coming in to “fix” it but it was just to show us how to get around it. Weird.

Property in need of updates. Dumpsters were full of dirty mattresses and commodes. The restaurant next door was shuttered. The housekeeping staff banged on my door one hour before check-out to remind me of check-out time even though the do not disturb indicator was on the door. Plenty of parking. No restrooms in the lobby. Sheets were stained.

I had to wait cauae front deak could not fin my reservation lady was a little slow i dont if shw was new but shw took a while. Everything is old and moldy, the tub is cracking the lights in the bathroom are blinking. The lamps are all rusty and some don’t even have switches. The blankets have black smears on them and the free breakfast is muffins and coffee…

Easy check in; quiet room

We stayed for 2 nights for a softball tournament. There were knats and mosquitoes in our room. It smelled like cigarettes (very strong odor). Come Saturday we get back from being at the softball fields all morning and our room was not cleaned at all. I called front desk to see if they do clean rooms for guest that stay longer than one night and apparently they were slammed so cleaning didn’t get done. No notification from the hotel about our rooms not being cleaned. Saturday night again knats and mosquitoes but now my daughter felt stuff crawling in the bed. She woke up the next day with bites in her stomach and her back. I have reached out to the hotel it is now Tuesday and I have yet to hear from them. Will never stay at this hotel again. Only positive thing was the lady from the front Saturday evening was very nice. She gave a bottle of Lysol to spray in the room. It was too late to try and find a new hotel to go to. I have little ones as well that stayed with me during my stay there.

The landline wire was cut so there was no phone, room service came knocking an hour before checkout time, knocked while we were still asleep the first day, came and serviced our room while we were away without our consent, and there were bugs in the room

Property seems very old and doesn’t seem to have been maintained. The sink is rusted and has holes from where rust corroded it and bathtub has a rubber Matt on top of where the metal has chipped and cracked apart.

Great stay. There was an issue initially with the type of room booked. They were sold out but the manager authorized the desk clerk to move some things around and accommodate us. So wonderful!

Worked perfect for my needs! Daily housekeeping was an unexpected bonus that I loved!

Unfortunately the first night both of us got bitten by bed bugs. They moved us to another room but the bites were already bad. Also in the new room, my roommate went to take a shower and the shower head flew off and hit him on the forehead , same place as a few of the bites were. They did come a replace the shower head and very apologetic. I like this place, we have stayed here many time's before without any problems.

The motel lacks of maintenance n care. The mirrors in the room are old n forgotten. The bathroom was 3rd world type, no fridge or microwave available in the room. The area is nice, lots of shops, mall n good dining options. Overall, u get what u pay 4!

The staff was very nice and friendly. We found a few roaches that looked like they were dying already, so they may have recently fumigated. The facility is a little worn down and old, but it was very conveniently located and was a fair price. The surrounding area is very nice and convenient.

The staff are accommodating.They take of your needs while you are booked one of their rooms. The hotel is clean but some of the property accommodations need already an upgrade.

I was distressed over my original stay that was infested with cockroaches and she made the transition easy and have me instant comfort

Front desk Staff didn’t know if rooms were clean and available to accommodate guest. Front desk made it seem as though the hotel system and Expedia’s system didn’t match up. Listings started breakfast but only had coffee.

The room was nice, it was just a place to lay our heads for the night. Room seemed updated minus the bathrooms. the toilet had some crazy looking cracks/stains looked more like and bathtub was outdated, but it did the trick. overall felt really safe at this hotel.

The bathroom ceiling had black mold and a leak dripping from overhead above shower. The bathtub had a crack in it. The property was old and unkept. The mattesses had what looked like bed bug stains all throughout. The parking was limited and it looked like an old, ratty ghetto motel. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

DOOR! stuck, you had to kick the door with force to get inside. The hinged lever lock was a joke , you had to force it to get it off the knob. Dangerous for elderly in case if emergency. Loud parties in back area parking lot
