Good Location for the Simpsonville area. Clean, a lot of restaurants and shopping around. Close to downtown Simpsonville. I’d stay again. Not close to downtown Greenville. About a 30min ride.

Excellent location for stopping through. Room was clean except for some debris in the corners. Staff was super friendly. Easy on/off freeway and several good, quick places to eat nearby.

Was a bit disappointed with a couple of room maintenance items. The door to our room was very difficult to open and close (warped) and the darkening shade was stuck in the down position. Location felt safe and close to highway.

Great place to stay! Staff polite, friendly and professional. Facility was clean ,quite and easy access to businesses and interstate travels. Pet friendly and loved the 24hr. Coffee bar and morning breakfast. Nothing.

My stay was just ok. I had a room that did not have a shade that could be adjusted and was damaged. I did not have any trash can liners in the trash reciprocal. Breakfast was good and the attendant was very courteous. I probably would not return to that Hampton Inn.

The trash cans were too little. The fridge wasn't cold upon check in. It took overnight for it to get cold. We traveled with two children and the fridge is important. We weren't used to the pillows so the first night we didnt sleep well.

I was unable to sleep all night. Ever so many second starting around midnight a beeping noise keep going off. I would think it was an emergency happing. It look as if it was the smoke alarm in the ceiling area. So I received no sleep. On check ou I told front desk and all she can say is thank me for letting her know.

The breakfast was ok. I I like the comfort of the hotel room. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows. I love the location of this hotel close to the highway close to Walmart close to the mall.etc. Everything was great in the hotel, except for the sausage on the breakfast buffet. I don’t know if they microwave it or boil it, but it was undercooked. I think that they should have a few more breakfast options for your money.

Overall, I was there for one night for a conference so it met my needs. I would stay here again. The man at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Our room was great. We loved the separation. Only problem is the entertainment center didn’t allow the pullout couch to extend all the way. We had to turn the couch in order for our kids to have a place to sleep. I’d suggest getting a smaller entertainment setup.

Room was great but I wasn’t told they don’t do daily room service for linen and towels when I checked in. I was a guest Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. I was able to get fresh towels but the bed was never made. I understand the reasoning but it would have been much appreciated to have been told at check in. Also your website states the hotel has a hot tub but it does not, that was very disappointing I choose Hampton inn because the website stated it had a hot tub.

Staff was excellent but room was rather tired. Shocked at the $75 fee for one small dog; we didn't see this anywhere in the booking info save for a tiny mention under "policies." This fine print stated there would be a $50 not $75. Won't be going back again.

The policy of allowing pets in the hotel makes it so we cannot stay at Hampton any more. My husband has allergies and asthma. Allowing pets in the rooms makes for a miserable stay for us. The rooms all smell like dogs.

The front desk was great! And I would like to do a huge shout out to Preston!!!!!!!! He went above and beyond! He is a keeper! If he lived closer to where I live, I would try to employ him!!😃 However, my clothes, my whole wardrobe that I had hanging behind the bathroom door was stolen by a housekeeper. Yes confirmed ✅ I am still waiting for a callback from the general manager. After being very patient and asking for the log of who cleaned our room and a small investigation, the housekeeper came to the front desk with half of my clothes. So she obviously took my clothes however she did not return all of my brand, new pants and other items. I could not communicate with her as she was Hispanic and spoke no English. However, her supervisors were very kind. They too, were Hispanic and bilingual. At one point, I was put on hold for 20 minutes while they attempted to get the rest of my clothes however she would never confess to the other part of taking my clothes. I do not blame Hampton Inn, however it would be appropriate to get the call from management as I was informed I would hear from them. It has been a week and no follow up. It was my understanding she was a newer employee, and if she will steal my clothes, I can only imagine what else she will take from customers that leave things behind in their room. You can work on performance but integrity is a core value! Thank you! Jamie

I had reserved two handicap accessable rooms. when we arrived around 7 pm, there was no one to check us in. I waited several minutes then started knocking on the office door behind the desk with no response. after waiting 13 minutes I saw someone walking towards us from the very far end of the hall. Must have been in one of the vacant rooms? It was the receptionist. When he got to the desk he asked for the names then spent several minutes typing. at no time did he make eye contact or talk to us. He finally gave us keys. Only one room was handicap access. When I returned the luggage cart to the lobby, there was no one at the desk. I called out but no response. on the plus side Housekeeping , kitchen staff and morning rceptionist were very friendly and helpful.

The first room we received was not cleaned. We went back to the front desk and they got us a new room immediately. It was a little hi cup but they fixed it and we had no other issues. The second room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable as well.

I made use of the exercise room daily. The Peloton was a nice touch as were the free weights. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot and cold choices. Shoutout to two sisters, Nancy & Nilsa who staffed the breakfast buffet. They were very friendly and helpful. LaKendra, front desk receptionist, was also super friendly and helpful.

Cons! The breakfast was not the best. Someone put lemon pepper on the potatoes. The mix fruits looked as it they were frozen then thawed. I asked for a late check out. When we came back to the room before 1030am, the shower curtain was taken down, the bed was already striped and cloth that we left on the bed were moved to the desk. I called the front desk and the issue was resolved instantly. Overall, the stay was still exceptional!

Property was in a good location and easily accessible to highway. The negatives was that upon check-in, the woman at the front desk seemed distracted and unfriendly. Also, the room cleaning was not mentioned as optional and I needed to go to the front desk and ask for more towels.

My stay was from Thursday to Sunday. I ask for my room to be clean on Saturday but it was not clean. The rooms was to be clean every other day. The trash cans was over flowing and dirty towels and face cloth. Room was not serviced during my stay.

There were a few cleanliness issues with my room. The remote was sticky and there was hair in the bathroom. The biggest issue was the smoke detector in my room 125, was missing and only wires were hanging from the ceiling. I’ve know others who have stayed here with no issue but if I’m back in the area I will try a different hotel.

Very poor quality internet: around 1 MBS down (really one, as measured using speedtest.com!)... the rooms weren't cleaned, when asking the front desk was rude... the bathroom had rusty fixtures and the toilet paper holder fell off... overall badly run down hotel...

This was my first trip with my Service Dog. This was the only night on our 10 night trip that treated me rudely and refused to allow me to grab breakfast with my Service Dog in a Sling on my body. Later as I left at check out the manager apologized and said I was allowed to have Service Dog with me and she was sorry. I was treated by staff as a criminal. Other guests would have brought legal action for the unfair treatment. Sad.

Came to go to the country music festival. The hotel itself was nice except it is pet friendly. The room next to ours had a loud barking dog. Called front desk twice and was met with there’s nothing we can do, we called the owners. This went on until after 11p and started again at 7am. Their resolution was points.

We stayed the night here with our dog while visiting family. The staff was outstanding, the hotel itself was super clean and our room was super clean. Its a very pet friendly hotel but you would never know 1 animal was there. There were 4 dogs on our end of the floor alone and you would never know it. I will be staying there again when visiting.

At night a lady alone feels very unsafe with overflow parking. Not too great! Room was wonderful as always at Hampton Inn! The front door did not work when using room key after 11pm. Shana has requested maintenance but they can’t come until Monday! I’m staying late Saturday. Each time poor Shana had to come open door for me: to bring in luggage and then again to come in after parking. For a Hilton property I think this is unacceptable. What if I needed to enter and she had been busy? Was I to stand in foyer and wait? It’s not her fault! She’s wonderful and did what she could but come on Hilton! Think of an older lady coming in by herself after the 11pm door lock?! You think I felt safe? Other than the door and the parking, the hotel was great.
