Helpful staff that made the staff welcoming.

Nothing The owner/manager was racist. Falsely accused me of smoking in my room. Yelled and threatened to call the police on me and when I agreed for law enforcement to be called he wanted to the give me a refund to leave the hotel like I was a issue. I was only there for a night on a 3 day booking. I was there on a work assignment. I even asked if he wanted to come in the room when we first made contact. He woke me up out my sleep with false claims and no apology. Poorly renovated, horrible breakfast we walk to the waffle house.

The rooms smelled like dirty mop water. The linens had visible stains. The chair had fabric peeling all over the arms.

Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again.

Shower bottoms are very slippery, must be very cautious getting in an out.

Very clean

The big kitchen counter area for food prep! The updated floors and bed area. Great price compared to other motels. Tub needs a shower mat for safety.

Customer service was awful, I also got told by my friend that checked in before me that they were going to cancel my reservation. For what? It says check in is after 3pm and my son had a game at TN and I had to drive to SC and had to make a stop. Either way, the day before they called me to ask me what time I was arriving Sat, which I think its weird. But the late at reception was a 0

There were not varieties in the breakfast. Yogurt was bad and no fruit varieties.

They are Pet-friendly, but be advised: You are not allowed to leave your pet unattended in the room.

Room was clean breakfast was ok not great Management was nice and helpful The beds were bad hard as a rock. ac worked ok! but noisey. Television didnt work as well as expected.

Door to room had about a 1 inch gap …not very secure as someone could look in through the gap.

Next door had a dog that wouldnt stop barking off and on through out the night.

Clean room nice breakfast, decent stay for the price

It was clean and is comfortable and it was very nice. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.Is it doctor I can't think of a thing.

The property is nice. the pool needed cleaned. the room floor wasnt swept when we first arrived. we had to ask for more towels, more hand towels, more wash cloths and more toilet paper. The breakfast was not bad but could have had a little more options. The staff specially Dianne was fabulous! Everyone we encountered was super friendly and made us feel welcomed.

The staff was amazing. Miss Diana and Miss Rachel were very kind and gave us amazing customer service. There are security cameras everywhere. If you have a trailer there are designated parking spots that are well lit.

Looks are deceiving. Pool wasn’t operational. Beds are hard/furniture was old and dirty. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Location to highway was good. The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Staff was friendly and hospitable. They do have a pool, but was not open when I stayed. My room was situated on the 2nd floor, so the stairs were a little shaky and in need of an update. The atmosphere outside of my room made me a little uneasy. It was well lit, but just seemed a little sketchy and made me double check that my valuables were with me and locked. Breakfast is wrapped up at 9am SHARP, so no last minute lingering.

Terrible place.

Exceptionally clean, breakfast great, pet friendly, staff friendly and Diahna was fantastic. Only issue was an old chair in room that was faded and cracked vinyl. Made room look tacky.

Good for the price

Room was clean, towels used had decent size holes, the bedside stand and mirror over the desk had black duck tape on it to keep fixed. Head of the chair was worn down with the leather coming off of it.

Check in was easy The towels and linen were covered in pubic hairs and there was some foreign substance, possibly tobacco, in the bed linens.

The room was good and the staff nice, food could improve. Overall it was good 😊 it was to cold for the pool so I wasn’t able to enjoy that

Recently renovated. Room was clean and bed was comfy. We arrived at 2pm. They wanted $10 to check in early. We just went and ran some errands until 3pm. Breakfast was typical hotel lobby quality. There was some hot food though. Or there is Waffle House within sight of the lobby. This is a decent place to stay on a budget. We would stay here again. Off ramp for the interstate borders the lobby side of the building causing traffic noise. Poolside of the hotel will be quieter. Automatic $50 deposit was a bit unusual. Returned at checkout.

The cleanliness and the convenience of the location. The bed was very comfortable. I liked that the carpet has been removed and replaced with hard wood floors. Nothing comes to mind.

They are honest, considerate, and handle business well.

Very clean room...comfortable bed...and the complimentary breakfast was unexpectedly good..waffle maker...cereals...fruit...fruit juice...eggs...sausages...and a variety of breads to chose from...fresh coffee was also a plus.Will stay here again on our next visit!

Close to the venue of a concert I was going to. Nice staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Only complaint was the stopper on the tub didn’t work so was unable to take a bath.

Bed was comfortable. Receptionist was slack on english.

Charge a security fee for what not sure. Not one thing extra special about this place. No towels had to have housekeeping come after we checked in

Every thing we experienced was good except the temp of the room and the bed was awful

I didn't like the people knocking on the door of the room next to me all night. The door in the room has a big gap at bottom which lets you hear everything.

No complaint at all staff is definitely respectable and nice very affordable for one night with the family A+

This is my 2nd time staying here and im satisfied with my stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and newly renovated. My daughter likes getting in the pool. Its clean, and fun. 😊

They canceled my reservation before I got there , stating they could not get a hold of me. When I never was called. The manger was rude when I called the next day to make sure I would set my money back because it was paid for already. Ended up talking to cooperate, still not resolved. I will never use a quality inn again.

The value for the quality was very good. The rooms were upgraded and clean, breakfast was good, and the pool / fitness room were nice to use.

Overall everything went fine during our stay. The frontbdesk at check in wwas wonderful. The rooms have been updated. The air-conditioning hasn't the best. The room definitely needs a deep cleaning; floors, room corners, dusting of everything and around the furniture and beds needs to be cleaned under. The bedding was clean and mostly comfortable. The property was quiet and clean. The pool looked inviting but we didn't use it during our stay.

Felt unsafe and noisy

Do not stay at this hotel. We stayed one night. When we woke up in the morning the toilet was not working. We called the front desk and they said they would “put in a ticket.” It was not addressed before we left and we had to get ready at a local business that had a bathroom.when I asked for a refund they agreed. They charged my card anyway and later refused a refund. The hotel was also not very clean. The only positive thing I can say is that the sheets were clean.

The room was okay. The older woman at the front desk when I checked in was very pleasant and very personable. She greeted me as soon as I entered.

We didn't even stay the first night. There was an obvious smell of a *smoked substance* that hit me in the face when I walked into the main lobby to check in. Then they told me that I would have to pay an additional nightly fee for 1 of my children because of the adult/child configuration. The room was disgusting, and my son said, "Dad I don't feel safe staying here." That was enough for me.

Wi-Fi wouldn’t stay connected, huge roach walking around the room.

They was a bag over the smoke detectors ! The pool was also nothing to the picture I think they should be some type of reimbursement considering you all are very misleading the refrigerator was not even cold and the beds was hard as a rock nothing new about this hotel at

Like that I actually found a smoking room, that is very hard these days. Place was quiet and very convenient to Grenville. We enjoyed it very mug

The renovation

Wrong room, booked non smoking and gave us a smoking double queen. Wouldn’t refund us. And we didn’t even get our deposit back. Very rude staff, not accommodating at all. Stay away!!!

If you like paying for early check in, only to wait 30 minutes for your room to be ready, this is the place for you. Loved how the bathroom door gets stuck shut and the room door needed to be kicked open every time we entered the room. The A/C was so loud I could barely hear other guests arguing.

Stuck with a smoking room due to a main water break.

The stay was the worst stay I have ever had. Started on Friday, I received multiple phone calls asking what time I would be checking in, when I get there they are doing remolding the rooms above the one I was in and didn't stop until 8pm. Later in in the evening I was visited by roaches and the next night the people beside me in room 137 was extremely loud all night and I got no sleep at all. 0190 wj. Vw

Woke up to a roach in the bed with me. Front desk guy was rude when told about it.

Rooms very clean but smell like an ashtray and marihuana.

It was very noisy, walls seem to be paper thin. The bed was the worst I ever slept on.

The room was immaculate when I walked in however there was a slight stench. Not a big issue as I keep air freshener. The bathroom didn't have a shower curtain but I made it work. No complaints on anything else. Overall, everything was great and the room was so spacious.

For a 1 night stay I thought I could manage staying here but the room was not clean. There were pubic hairs in the bath tub and floor throughout room was sticky. Would not recommend staying here. Beds were also very hard.

They canceled my reservation and didn't let me know so had to find a different hotel and pay twice as much

The lighting was very dim.

Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I will be inclined to visit Quality Inn on future travels.

I wish the hotel had better smelling soap, the soap doesn’t smell good and leave your skin feeling slimy then dry

Rooms smelled stale. We found a few roaches crawling around near the sink. A couple of the towels had stains, while a wash cloth had holes in it (glad I brought extras). The pillows and bed were comfy tough.

Great, understanding staff and clean rooms. Cant forget the pool area was great!

Mildew on wall over bathtub. Mildew on bed skirt around bed. Blood stain on bed sheet. Not good at all. The o e saving grace was the night shift employee. He came to the room and immediately changed our room. That room was much better. The only problem was that the first room should have not been rented in the first place. Poor🙁
